The microfiber dusting pad did all the cobwebs in my house in less then 5 minutes I ran along every ceiling it grabbed every thing in its path. I loved this mop when I was sitting on my couch watching the infomercial…and that's where it ended! When I first received my mop I noticed that many features that the infomercial showed did not come with the actual purchased item. For example, the mop strands were nowhere as long as the mop strands shown in the commercial, the mop head did not spin 360 degrees as shown and the bucket did not stay in place when wringing the mop head out…grr! I used it of course but that was my first mistake. I would say about four months into owning it the gear mechanism that made it spin rusted right off thus making it impossible to spin the water out and the pedal started sticking less than a month into owning it, the fibers of the mop head stuck together and matted up making it virtually impossible to clean properly, both on the floor and in the washing machine and so on. The idea of this product was great! The engineering behind the idea was horrible! Cheaply made and for as much money as the consumer has to fork out for this product, some intense restructuring from the manufacturing should be done. In my opinion, this product should be taken off the shelf, consumers offered the purchase price back and compensation for the poor consumers that had to give lengthy testimonials (such as this) so no other poor soul is looped into buying this piece of junk. My cleaning girl used this mop yesterday, for the first time. I had it two weeks ago, but the handle, though steel, is put together with a little male and female plastic piece. The piece fell out the first time she put it together. After she left, I tried putting it together and thought it was okay. This dust mop is not accurate in its description. They say nothing about that pad being on the bottom. From the looks it looks like its all strands. First of all, there are only about 2-3 rows of the strands around the outside 1" of the mop head. Tha'ts it….that's all. Just 1"!!! The rest is like a short pile oval that fills in the rest of the bottom area where there SHOULD be the microfiber strands. I have a German Shepherd that sheds like crazy all year long. I had made a mop out of a swiffer but it was too small so I was tickled to find this one. I read the reviews and there was another mop I considered but it has some cheap plastic on it and was breaking for people. This one is sturdy and does a great job. I have a seeing eye dog. She's a lab about 60 pounds. Needless to say she is one of the family. I never had an animal in the house until I got her. I had all the carpets removed because I'm so particular. Through the years I've tried all kinds of ways to keep the dog hair up. This mop does a great job. I push it every night. The hair collects in front of a closet door where I have a small vacuum to get it off the floors and off the mop. I don't mind the red handle someone else complained about — laughing! One thing– I did not get the extra mop head with my order. I reached out to Walmart who emailed me back and said they would send me one. So far I have not received it. I will send them another e-mail to remind them and I am sure they will make it right. They've never done me wrong before. I got this mop because this is what my mother always used. Now I know why. It's wide enough to where it covers alpt of floor space as you mop. The little micro fiber tentacles scrub sticky stains from the floor pretty well. What I like most is when I'm done moping I just toss the pad in the washer and ita good to go the next time I need it. I have 2 English Springer Spaniels and wasn't having much luck with the Swiffer catching and holding the dog hair, so I decided to try this. It's large and swivels to reach under furniture, so I pass it over the floors nearly every day. It catches the corners and quarter round molding also because of the long fibers. For a deeper clean, I wet it down with the wood floor cleaner and go over the floors. It cleans well and leaves a nice shine to the floors. After several uses, I just wash it out and set it out to dry. It comes with two mops for convenience. I hardly use my expensive floor scrubber any more. It's become a pain to take it apart to clean out the dog hair and the cleaner is expensive. This cleans just as well and my AC filter lasts a whole lot longer.TexasDeb

I purchased 2 Libman Wet and Dry Microfibre Mops for my engineered hardwood floors. Unfortunately it leaves large smudges that I can't seem to remove with the dry mop. I ended up having to dry it manually. The cause may be that the padding is too thin. I will attempt a reimburse at Canadian Tire…if not successful it's lesson learned.Pete70

I had ordered another mop sweeper before getting this one. The other one was terrible. I absolutely love this mop. I am very impressed with the way it cleans the floor. It does a nice job. It also doesn't leave the floor soaking wet. The floor dries very quickly. I really like the fact that you can fill the reservoir with your own cleaning agent. My biggest concern about this product is that the functionality of the mop is completely useless. The Velcro that is used to attach the mop heads to the device has ripped off after only a couple of months of light usage. I've tried super gluing the Velcro To no end and so every time I try to remove the mop pads I end up pulling the Velcro off with it….additionally because the product is not very weighted where the mop attaches to the device you get an uneven clean. there is more pressure on the center of the pad than there is on the edges so its kind of a light gloss over the floor… so you end up taking more time to get a more even clean. You can just tell when you remove the map pads that the the sides of the mop pad are never quite as dirty as the center is. I tried with bona I really did but I give up at this point time to upgrade to something better.Shay

I rarely write reviews or give a highest rating to anything, but I'm compelled to do so with this mop kit because it's exactly as described and more… here are some observations not listed in the description: The handle is sturdy (one-piece construction) and the height is good for my husband and me (5'6 and 6'0). The spray-trigger is ease to use, the amount of spray from a single pull of the trigger seems perfect, and so does the size of the mop pad. The mop head maneuvers smoothly on it's swivel. The kit comes with 2 bottles, so it's easy to switch them out quickly between floor types – also, OXO provides recipes for creating your own solutions. The bottles are sturdy, easy to handle and don't leak during storage. The scrubber works well on our LVP floor – this detachable feature is an ingenious added bonus. This mop is great. It has a little weight to it so it's easier to mop. My other mop is so lightweight that I had to push down to really scrub the floors. This also has a little scrubber that comes off the big pad. It scrubbed off quite a few stuck on hairballs with no problems. I had need for a mop that could clean-up in the kitchen quickly, as well as sterilize our bathroom floors. My husband is wheelchair bound, and we have male home care aids. Not only are there too many men in my bathrooms (and ladies, you know exactly what I'm talking about), but I do not want to be wiping those floors with my hands and disinfectant wipes. I use Clorox Clean-up on these tile floors, to be sure I feel comfortable walking barefoot especially in our master bathroom. I have purchased 2 of these mops, one for upstairs and one for down. I also bought several extra refill pads, as I prefer to use them for the above purposes, and throw them into the washing machine (yet another wonderful feature!). In the kitchen, I especially love the 'slide out' scrubber, as there always seems to be a few stubborn spots on the kitchen floor that need extra pressure. The small 'scrubber' separates from the main mop head, at the press of your foot on the lever. Even these 'scrubbers' are removable and can be rinsed clean (yes I bought a few of these too, after I realized how much more easy they were to use than other mops that want you to turn the head on its side to remove harder stuck-on marks). Nope, I'm still not through… The pole is made of steel, and you can use pressure without concern that it won't take it. Oh! …and did I tell you that you can fill the bottle with your choice of floor cleaning products… OR make your own mixture with vinegar, etc. (they even give you a recipe!) Truly this spray mop… YES IT SPRAYS easily too… does ALL it says it does, and has been a blessing in making our medically stress-filled life easier. I didnt think much of it when my mom brought it home…it sat for months. Then I shut the garage door on my mop and snapped it in half. I had to use this mop finally. OMG I LOVE IT! It scrubs the floor with no scrubber….we have tile and cement still….and I mop it all. I totally love the mop bucket. I nm am so OCD about touching dirty wet yuck and I gag. I dont worry about that at all with this. One bit of advice….SWEEP GOOOOOOOD….YOUR MOP HEAD WILL LAST YOU IF YOU SWEEP WELL BEFORE MOPPING. Otherwise you get hair and anything else caught in the microfiber and you have to pull it all out after you've rinsed and wrung it….Swankster
previously i have purchased mop from amazon twist & shout mop which is far batter when compare to ease of use. however its bucket material is worst. lets talk about this set. mop handle is looks sturdy however every time you needed to lock it so that it does not shrink while moping. for this reason i gave 3 stars only. another thing that bothers me is attachment of rod and mop head is too strong so everytime you need rinse first you have to give extra efforts to make it straight then start rinsing. this set is looks great. it has place for liquid soap, also it has storage area within bucket. stainless steel rinse is heavy duty. i would like to return it but i already used it twice so i dont feel good to return to store. finally, this is really heavy duty mope set however design of mop rod is not ease to use so i do not recommend this product.Pulseps
