The first time I used it, my shower walls and tub floor or shining like sparkling new. It states to spray from the top to the bottom of my shower wall and bathtub. Allow to completely dry and then rinse either next day or at your next showering time. There's no scrubbing and no wiping involved. I even sprayed my fixtures and they too came clean and shined. This is the only cleaner that has successfully removed deep stains in my shower grout. The bleachy cleaners did not work and they stunk up my bathroom (and my towels). The steamer required a lot sweat, left me with a basket full of soggy towels, and still couldnt wet get the stubborn stains out. Then I stumbled upon Wet and Forget on a YouTube of all places. It not only removed the stubborn stains, but did it with no effort and had a surprisingly pleasant smell (I realize that was intentional until after it worked its little miracle). Ive since purchased several other containers for family/friends so they too can see how easy it is to renew their grout. Functionally this product works very well. We are on the second bottle. Their web site implies a long hose allowing one to keep the container on the floor while spraying but that is not the reality as you need to hold the container in one hand while spraying. If the sprayer hung down it dripped the solution on the floor after using.
The second container now has an on/off valve in the cap that the first container did not have. Is it a safety feature or to prevent dripping? With the on/off valve added, a pause is needed after each spray to allow the solution to fill the sprayer to get a full spray. If the spray is pulled too fast, only a small amount of solution is sprayed taking twice as long to cover an area. To get a full spray you squeeze, pause, squeeze, pause. Did the company really test the added on/off valve as it appears to be restricting the flow to the sprayer. Fortunately I had the first container and switched the spray/hose assembly to the new container to solve the need to pause between sprays.
Sure hope the company can fix the new spray issue being experienced and solved by using the old spray assembly.
A real product improvement would be to have a place to store the spray assembly between applications.Carroll Dudley

But I don't like the spray itself, when it is sprayed with liquid, it scatters in different directions and gets on objects that I was not going to wash. The foam falls off very quickly and a liquid is obtained that does not wash, because of this, you have to spray more and more, which increases the consumption. the smell is generally unbearable, very sharp and, in my opinion, not safe for health. Don't get me wrong. I love Rain-X products. With that said, I've been having fits trying to find a good cleaner/protectant for my shower glass doors. I occasionally use the window protectant in the spray bottle. However, I still have hard spots (and probably etching). Was hoping this would help with those. It didn't. This is the second paste that didn't get the job done (also tried the diamond one to no avail). They're all messy and require a significant amount of work to utilize as you put it on and then have to rinse it off. I'm going to stay away from them moving forward….just not worth it.William

I rented my house out for a year and when I returned, I faced this problem. I have a double set of glass doors in my shower and I have tried everything you can think of to clean off the hard water stains-vinegar, various other cleaning products, you name it and I tried it. Scrubbing Bubbles Foaming Bleach Bathroom Cleaner — This foaming cleaner performs like no other bathroom cleaner we have experienced. It is "foaming bleach" and it cleans, and smells, just like you would expect from a bleach product. I don’t normally write reviews on products but OMG! This is a GAME CHANGER!! I sprayed it on the grout of the bathroom tile which had visible mold and walked away from it while r cleaning the rest of the apartment. I circled back around about 20 ish mins after initial spray and it COMPLETELY REMOVED all mold! It just washed away. It gave new life to my tub! My husband said I should have taken before and after pictures because this was a see it to believe it kind of moment. I didn’t have to get down and scrub I simply rinsed and boom new tub. I'm a 65 yr old single man, I still get around good. But I have various breathing problems and really didn't want to clean my bathtub and tile. I was sure I would have breathing problems cause of it. But based on other reviews I chose to give this a try. The instructions are easy to read and follow and the very slight citrus scent is pleasant. I was like sure 100% removes scum…lol But to my wonderful surprise and amazement this Grime fighter does just that.. WOW !! For someone that can be easily bothered by smells to my lungs, Scrubbing Bubbles Grime Fighter did not to that to me (I know not all will be effected the same). Even more important that that the amount of hard work I had to put into rubbing as I clean was at a minimum, but of course you have to do some. I have used other bleach products which work fairly well, except the mold eventually returns. The products I have been using require laborious application and then scrubbing with a brush. This MOLD ARMOR spray is amazing! I used it on the few areas that did not respond to my usual remedy and within a few minutes the grout was beautifully white again!! The odor is pretty rough, so do use a mask, rubber gloves and I recommend goggles. I ran the vent fan, also. I just rinsed the shower after about 10 minutes and I am very happy!! The first thing to note is this is a lot stronger than I expected both in effectiveness and smell. DEFINITELY use in a well-ventilated area or it can take several hours for the fumes to go away depending on how much you use and how well you rinse. You also definitely want to wear gloves while you're using to avoid skin irritation. Also if you have any respiratory issues or you are sensitive to strong smells you may want to wear a mask (the smell is vaguely similar to bleach if that helps at all).

My house has varying levels of impact from mold all around the house and I found a very bad/thick area of mold yesterday which pushed me to do more about it than spot clean (which is why I bought mold armor). I was disappointed this morning when I checked that area and there was still mold BUT the bottle does instruct you to pre-clean highly affected areas so that it can penetrate better, which I didn't do. I sprayed it again a few minutes ago and it's already looking better.

Another thing to note is that it is also a mold stain remover. This means it can "bleach" fabrics or other porous materials. I did have this happen on the side of a wooden table, but I noticed it and wiped it off quickly, and its not in a noticeable spot so I don't really mind. If you're using it in a highly visible spot though, I would recommend spraying it on a rag and then wiping it around until dry (and then rinsing). It may not have the same preventative effectiveness as letting it sit for ten minutes but it will still get the mold off.

Overall it seems to be very effective in killing mold; the mold began to dissipate immediately upon being sprayed. I can't speak to the preventative effectiveness of it since I've only been using it for about 12 hours. The instructions do say to reapply every seven days to inhibit mold growth, which is the biggest downside to me since my house is hard to ventilate and the chemical is so strong.

this doesn't work nearly as well as the original Tilex formula. It's pretty much just a bottle of spray bleach and takes multiple applications for any noticeable effect. Probably just another casualty of the corrupt EPA banning yet another perfectly good chemical in the bogus name of "public and environmental safety" based on junk science. We moved into this house 1.5 years ago. When we moved in the Master Bathroom Shower Had Mold!! I used this spray for 1.5 years Spraying the Shower only Once Per Week. I first purchased the lemon verbena scent & did not care for it BUT it cleaned my porous tubs & showers (they're the builder grade insert kind) great! I've searched forever for something that would deep clean these surfaces! I have just about tried everything to get a deep clean w/o wearing my arms off in the process. With this I spray all over, use the 'rough' side of the sponge & let it sit while I clean the rest of the bathroom then rinse. I have noticed when I first started using it too that those really suborn stains wouldn't come out. So off the bat I was disappointed until someone had taken a shower, the dirt that was "stuck" gets rinsed away with that running water & the shower gets cleaned as you clean yourself! I've never come across a cleaner like this before. The lavender is AMAZING smelling too!!! I am sensitive to certain smells & lavender is one of them which is why I first purchased the lemon, I am SO in love with the lavender!!! This spray bottle has no seal that secures the product. When you tilt it it all drains out. This is unreal that a manufacturer would not test their bottles these are defective. Most of the reviews are positive, so this will be another one as well. I would purchase this again to use for cleaning the shower & tile. The bathroom in my apartment has started to show signs of mold, this seemed to make a difference! I did multiple coats of spray and let it sit for about 1hr. You can scrub the tiles if you want, but it seems to work on its own. For some reason this wont let me upload pics, but the difference is noticable!!HORRIBLE

This is the best mold remover I have ever used!! I had some mold in the bath tub that I have used so many different products, including the chemical safe ones. They didn't do anything to remove the mold/mildew. Someone gave this Lysol Mildew with bleach for me to use. I sprayed it on and left for a few minutes. When I came back, I was amazed! no scrubbing, spray and go! Wow! Not only was the mold/mildew gone, the tub looked brand new! I can't rave enough about this product! This product is labelled as a commercial cleaner and is the best of the cleaners that I have tried for removing soap scum. Just spray it on and let it sit for a bit. Don't let it dry on. Be careful if you sprayed the base of your shower as this chemical is slippery! I then use a non scratch sponge to remove soap scum, hard water stains, calcium deposits, grime, and dirt. Rinse off the remaining solution. Using this often helps keep mold & mildew away. As a commercial cleaning product, it has a very strong odour. Make sure you have your bathroom ventilation fan on, and door open. My wife has asthma and can not cope with this strong chemical. Maybe that is her way of getting out of cleaning the showers…. The label states it can be used on: acrylic, fiberglass, ceramic tiles, porcelain, laminate, and Corian. Not for use on: marble, granite, terrazzo, or natural stone. Was using for shower tiles with hard stubborn stains that nothing seems to work on. Bought this for something else to try. Not sure it helped much with the intended stains but worked well on other areas. Be very cautious with washing the surface thoroughly after or you’ll get very obvious drip streaks. It foams, but will slide down if there's any water on the surface and dries down really fast if the surface is dry. I have a shower/tub insert so the shower isn't tile, which may respond differently. It works best if you spray it on a dry, small section, then scrub around with a barely damp sponge and let it sit for about 60 seconds and rinse off. You have to rinse it off quickly after scrubbing or it'll dry down and leave a smear. Because of this you need a lot to clean the whole shower. I have never heard of the brand Zep before and just happen to spot this product while walking the aisles at Canadian Tire. The reviews were good so thought I would give it a try. The effectiveness of this product just amazed me!! I had black & pink mold between the cracks of my bathroom tiles and tried multiple different products (all with bleach) with a hard scrub. Nothing really worked. I sprayed Zep and left it for 10-15 minutes and when I gave everything a rinse all the mold was gone! No scrubbing at all! This stuff works wonders for cleaning up automotive oils and grease. Brake cleaner is too expensive to use on every oil spill, and it's only really effective when used immediately. This Zep degreaser is super affordable and works great to strip the garage floor of any traces of oil or grease. Works especially well on those old and stubborn spots of black chassis grease that solvents just don't seem to clean. It's a degreaser, not a solvent or general-purpose cleaner, so it doesn't work well on caked-on dirt the way that brake clean or paint thinner do. My stand up shower has a bead of silicone seal and I have to remove it every 2-3 years and reseal. I use mold resistant silicone. I have used other mold and mildew sprays to clean the mold and mildew in this time, some of the mold goes away and some fades but after a day or two it comes back to the point of resealing. This spray is amazing!! It cleans all the mold and mildew and it doesn’t come back. I just clean regularly now and if I see anything coming up I just make a quick spray. The only things I find is the bottles leak at the spray head for what ever reason. Also the fumes are very strong so use in a very well ventilated area.
