I have been searching for over a year for a mould remover. I was about to give up when I found Concrobium Mould Control. Bought it to clean the mould from the seats on my 12 year old pontoon. Although this has many uses, my main use is to spray this where my tub meets the tile wall of my shower. We eventually will get mildew growing regardless of drying after every shower and keeping it clean. People are not using this product correctly. To remove mold stains use bleach or high strength peroxide. After the stain is gone, use mold control in the same area to prevent mold returning. Bleach does not kill the roots of mold, but it does remove the discoloration. The mold control product has successfully kept mold at bay in my house. I paired this with Mold Armor and it obliterated the mold I had on the studs in my bathroom. I emptied the bottles on all of it approx 5'x8' space. Made sure to apply at least 2 coats(3 on the heavy stuff). I scraped the mold off with a paint scraper and steel wool. Ummm…even after reading the online reviews, I was slightly skeptical that trying to clean the mold & mildew in our shower was a lost cause. As gross as it is, we moved into an apartment that was not “ready” to move-in, but did anyways given our then circumstances (we got a sweet Covid deal). I had some stubborn mold in the shower stall in a bathroom that has no windows, so it is so often damp and dark, a perfect place for mold! I have used other bleach products which work fairly well, except the mold eventually returns. The products I have been using require laborious application and then scrubbing with a brush. This MOLD ARMOR spray is amazing! I used it on the few areas that did not respond to my usual remedy and within a few minutes the grout was beautifully white again!! The odor is pretty rough, so do use a mask, rubber gloves and I recommend goggles. I ran the vent fan, also. I just rinsed the shower after about 10 minutes and I am very happy!! Who doesn't like an effective product that does not require a lot of scrubbing and toil? Hurrah!! I do wish that the product had more specific instructions about how long to leave on, and if it can go on wet surfaces or needs to be on dry surfaces. Other than that, I am very pleased.Gamma
Let’s be clear,I had a lot of black mold in my bathroom and have tried MANY different cleaners and none worked. This said spray,wait ten minutes and scrub with water. The first thing to note is this is a lot stronger than I expected both in effectiveness and smell. DEFINITELY use in a well-ventilated area or it can take several hours for the fumes to go away depending on how much you use and how well you rinse. You also definitely want to wear gloves while you're using to avoid skin irritation. Also if you have any respiratory issues or you are sensitive to strong smells you may want to wear a mask (the smell is vaguely similar to bleach if that helps at all).
My house has varying levels of impact from mold all around the house and I found a very bad/thick area of mold yesterday which pushed me to do more about it than spot clean (which is why I bought mold armor). I was disappointed this morning when I checked that area and there was still mold BUT the bottle does instruct you to pre-clean highly affected areas so that it can penetrate better, which I didn't do. I sprayed it again a few minutes ago and it's already looking better.
Another thing to note is that it is also a mold stain remover. This means it can "bleach" fabrics or other porous materials. I did have this happen on the side of a wooden table, but I noticed it and wiped it off quickly, and its not in a noticeable spot so I don't really mind. If you're using it in a highly visible spot though, I would recommend spraying it on a rag and then wiping it around until dry (and then rinsing). It may not have the same preventative effectiveness as letting it sit for ten minutes but it will still get the mold off.
Overall it seems to be very effective in killing mold; the mold began to dissipate immediately upon being sprayed. I can't speak to the preventative effectiveness of it since I've only been using it for about 12 hours. The instructions do say to reapply every seven days to inhibit mold growth, which is the biggest downside to me since my house is hard to ventilate and the chemical is so strong.

I figured I try it, since the other stuff I bought did not work. This is like magic, you spray and it’s gone. One thing though, it’s very toxic. The top wood pieces have warped but that is just minor compared to the mold that appears on the underside of the lid and the top of the inside. We leave the lid open to air dry but this white mold is constantly showing up. I think they used cheap stain and not proper oil based stain. Looks ugly. People are not using this product correctly. To remove mold stains use bleach or high strength peroxide. After the stain is gone, use mold control in the same area to prevent mold returning. Bleach does not kill the roots of mold, but it does remove the discoloration. The mold control product has successfully kept mold at bay in my house. I paired this with Mold Armor and it obliterated the mold I had on the studs in my bathroom. I emptied the bottles on all of it approx 5'x8' space. Made sure to apply at least 2 coats(3 on the heavy stuff). I scraped the mold off with a paint scraper and steel wool. Wiped off with blue shop towels, dried, and then sprayed again. 24 hours later the wood is mold free and I can start painting it over with Kilz.Charles Hennings

I had some stubborn mold in the shower stall in a bathroom that has no windows, so it is so often damp and dark, a perfect place for mold! I have used other bleach products which work fairly well, except the mold eventually returns. The products I have been using require laborious application and then scrubbing with a brush. This MOLD ARMOR spray is amazing! I used it on the few areas that did not respond to my usual remedy and within a few minutes the grout was beautifully white again!! The odor is pretty rough, so do use a mask, rubber gloves and I recommend goggles. I ran the vent fan, also. I just rinsed the shower after about 10 minutes and I am very happy!! Who doesn't like an effective product that does not require a lot of scrubbing and toil? Hurrah!! Let’s be clear,I had a lot of black mold in my bathroom and have tried MANY different cleaners and none worked. This said spray,wait ten minutes and scrub with water. The first thing to note is this is a lot stronger than I expected both in effectiveness and smell. DEFINITELY use in a well-ventilated area or it can take several hours for the fumes to go away depending on how much you use and how well you rinse. You also definitely want to wear gloves while you're using to avoid skin irritation. Also if you have any respiratory issues or you are sensitive to strong smells you may want to wear a mask (the smell is vaguely similar to bleach if that helps at all).
My house has varying levels of impact from mold all around the house and I found a very bad/thick area of mold yesterday which pushed me to do more about it than spot clean (which is why I bought mold armor). I was disappointed this morning when I checked that area and there was still mold BUT the bottle does instruct you to pre-clean highly affected areas so that it can penetrate better, which I didn't do. I sprayed it again a few minutes ago and it's already looking better.
Another thing to note is that it is also a mold stain remover. This means it can "bleach" fabrics or other porous materials. I did have this happen on the side of a wooden table, but I noticed it and wiped it off quickly, and its not in a noticeable spot so I don't really mind. If you're using it in a highly visible spot though, I would recommend spraying it on a rag and then wiping it around until dry (and then rinsing). It may not have the same preventative effectiveness as letting it sit for ten minutes but it will still get the mold off.
Overall it seems to be very effective in killing mold; the mold began to dissipate immediately upon being sprayed. I can't speak to the preventative effectiveness of it since I've only been using it for about 12 hours. The instructions do say to reapply every seven days to inhibit mold growth, which is the biggest downside to me since my house is hard to ventilate and the chemical is so strong.

This House Wash is TERRIFIC. I have used it year after year and the house (light yellow) goes from dirty and moldy (that greenish stuff) to light yellow. This is the fastest mold remover I’ve ever used. It started removing the mold in seconds. It is a very strong cleaner and if you get it on your hands the smell takes days to come off. We have a lot of fence and I was able to do about 1/2 the area that needed cleaning. I used a garden sprayer with very low pressure and it still managed to remove all the mold on the fence. I don’t have any negatives about this product other than it will take more than 1 gallon if your trying to cover a large area. It is well worth it though because I didn’t have to do any scrubbing or use a power washer. I’ve done both of those things in the past and it took days to get the job done. This product does all the work for you. I did keep my dog away from the area I was cleaning because it’s such a strong product I didn’t want to take any chances. I followed the directions on the jug and waited 10 mins then washed it off with water. I have been using Wet and Forget since 2003. Our previous house was a northern exposure in a heavily treed area so I would get dark stains on the roof and mold on the siding. Doing roofing in college I knew that using a pressure washer on asphalt shingles was a no go because you would blow off the protective cinders. I tried bleach and other so called "house cleaners" but the stains came back and I was concerned about my plants. I stumbled across this and it works great, just spray on a cool day so it doesn't dry quickly and leave alone. DO NOT RINSE!!!. I have used it in a pump sprayer on roofing, siding, decks, wood fencing, sidewalks and it gets off the green and black mold in a couple of days and lasts years. I have neighbors who pressure wash their sidewalks every year while I have only applied it twice in the 5 years we have lived here and mine looks better than theirs. The great part of this product is that it won't burn grass or damage shrubs and bushes and is safe for wildlife. I can't stress how good this stuff works with much less work, I recommend it to everybody. but read the instructions and do not rinse.Curt
This product deserves more than 5 stars. This is the absolute BEST mold, mildew and algae spray on the market today. My wooden patio was covered in mold and mildew from the cold winter months and I sprayed the entire patio and ledges with this spray and like magic after it rained, the stains were gone. Have used this product on my driveway, patio and sidewalk for several years. The first time I used it the concrete surfaces were either black or varying shades of gray. I did two treatments per the label instructions and in about 6 months I could see a difference. After approximately 9 months all of the treated surfaces were looking as new. I now apply the product every year and the concrete continues to look new without any mold. I still do two treatments each year but I probably don't have to.
