1. I LOVE the long handle. As a tall person, it is hard to find a long enough handle that doesn't hurt my back from having to stoop over to get a decent scrub. 2. The kids like to help now. Even if it just to pump the peddle and spin the mop, so far, they are willing to help. 3. Easy off/on to clean the heads. Pops off, snaps on. I will say that the strings do shrink when you put them in the dryer so air drying may be the best. 4. The only complaint is that since it is round it does not do corners so I still have to get down and do those manually.Slesters

I bought this for my 84-year-old mother. I didn't have much belief that it would help her mop her kitchen and bathroom as often as she wanted but I was wrong! It is easy for her to use both in set up and after cleaning is done. She is able to get the mop twisted tight enough that the floor doesn't take hours and hours to dry causing possible slip and fall issues for her. I highly recommend this item. I loved this mop when I was sitting on my couch watching the infomercial…and that's where it ended! When I first received my mop I noticed that many features that the infomercial showed did not come with the actual purchased item. For example, the mop strands were nowhere as long as the mop strands shown in the commercial, the mop head did not spin 360 degrees as shown and the bucket did not stay in place when wringing the mop head out…grr! I used it of course but that was my first mistake. I would say about four months into owning it the gear mechanism that made it spin rusted right off thus making it impossible to spin the water out and the pedal started sticking less than a month into owning it, the fibers of the mop head stuck together and matted up making it virtually impossible to clean properly, both on the floor and in the washing machine and so on. The idea of this product was great! The engineering behind the idea was horrible! Cheaply made and for as much money as the consumer has to fork out for this product, some intense restructuring from the manufacturing should be done. In my opinion, this product should be taken off the shelf, consumers offered the purchase price back and compensation for the poor consumers that had to give lengthy testimonials (such as this) so no other poor soul is looped into buying this piece of junk. I usually read reviews before buying things, but I was in Canadian Tire and simply grabbed this, thinking RubberMaid does at least some basic QA of products. I was wrong. As many other reviews mention, the engineering and/or parts in this product are faulty. The spray mechanism broke after the 2nd use, and started leaking. After a while it was simply POURING out so I could not use it. As the spray is built into the mop, you cannot manually remove and spray the bottle either. The item is simply plastic waste, and a lot of it. I was hoping to use it for years. This item has not been removed or from Canadian Tire after a bunch of obviously bad reviews.Red Ranger

Over the last 4 years, I’ve have owned and used 3 Reveal Spray Mops. There are many reasons to love this mop. It is easy to use and light weight. The soft cloth microfiber pad is reusable, washable and does not leave streaks on laminate floors. The refill bottle is convenient to use with your own cleaning solutions, 2-3 tblsp. of a gentle cleaner (no ammonia) with water. With some design modifications, this spray mop would be super great (!). Yes, I would buy a fourth one if available, and be willing to pay more for improvements to the basic design. Problems I’ve encountered: the trigger mechanism in the handle stopped working on 2 of the mops. The warranty replaced these mops. One of the bottles wouldn’t disperse solutions and now a leaking bottle issue has begun on my 3rd mop leaving puddles on the floor. I’ve tried a popular competitor product and find it wanting. Their throw-away mopping pads leave streaks and I had to use 2 pads each time. Their priority solution/bottle doesn’t allow using your own cleaning solution and I think their cleaner is too harsh on my laminate flooring. And you have to use 4 batteries to squirt the solution on the floor. Because of these 3 points, it’s going to be more expensive to continue using. My conclusion, if Rubbermaid were to rethink their Reveal Spray Mop design a little bit, they would have a BIG winner. After maybe 25 uses, I discovered that the handle of the mop was slowly coming apart. I dismantled the handle, found out what the problem was (cracked plastic dowel) and fixed it with plastic glue and screws. Yesterday the handle broke again and this time I had to fix it with a wooden dowel, plastic glue and screws. My tendency in life is to fix things without having to throw away in the garbage all the time. The mop works fine now but why do you sell such cheaply made product? Rubbermaid could make it much more solid (use metal parts for assembling not plastic) and garantee it for 5 years at least and people would be happy to pay $10 more for a product that would be solid and reliable. I had seen this mop all over TikTok and wanted one for a while. I finally bought one for about $40, couldn't wait to use it and was immediately disappointed. The handle wouldn't stay locked, it kept telescoping which was very frustrating. The next thing I noticed was that when you push forward on the mop, it functions like a mop should. On the backwards motion, the plastic base of the mop that the mophead attaches to just scrapes along the floor. I don't think the fabric of the mop was even touching the floor at all, it almost flips upside down so that only plastic is dragging along the floor. I mopped about 1/8 of my apartment before I had to stop. I cant put myself or my downstairs neighbor through that every time I mop. Terrible, terrible product that was over advertised on TikTok. Luckily you can return within 90 days if you're not satisfied otherwise Id be out the $40 I spent plus the floor cleaner.Emma Haus

Purchased this mop after several people I know said how great it was. While I do like the actual mop head and the spin idea, the handle is garbage. The handle is telescoping for whatever reason and will not stay locked. It constantly comes unlocked while mopping even with essentially no force applied. I honestly don't know why they would design a telescopic handle for a mop I'm the first place, especially considering that even with it extended fully it's still pretty short. My guess would be that it's easier to box and put in shelves, but it also makes the product garbage. They should have went with a screw together design if that was their concern. Also the mop head just king of clicks into the handle. Had they designed it with a traditional screw handle like most mops and brooms have I could have easily just gotten another handle and screwed it onto the mop head. As I said I love the idea of the product and like the was it mops when it actually functions. At this point I'm not sure what options I have to make it work better but will most likely end up having to return it. It is extremely aggravating to be in the middle of mopping and have a handle constantly trying to push in.Justin

This mop bucket with spinner is so easy to put together and use. The instructions for expanding the handle was a sticker attached to the handle so you'll never lose it. The mop head snapped into the handle with no problems. I had my doubts about this product but I am glad that I made this purchase. I used this at a client home and wondered about the quality. The mop did exactly what it was supposed to do. I paired it with Mr. Clean multi surface cleaner. This product cleaned 3 years worth of ground in dirt from bathroom floor tiles. I haven't seen the floor this clean for 3 years. I was using swifter wet jet which didn't even last thru the warranty. I switched to swifter wet floor pads and that didn't clean the groves in the bathroom tiles either. This product does exactly what it says it would do, however, I would not use it on wooden parquet floor because even though you spin the water out of the mop head it is still a little too wet for a wooden floor. Really disappointed with the strength of the handle. I'm not swinging on it by any means, but the ability for it to break at the first joint [not surprising – weakest area] in the second stroke left me bent over to finish the floor. I recently used my new Rejuvenate Microfiber Mop Kit With Reusable Microfiber Pads – Clean, Dust & Restore Set. I love it! It's super easy to use and light weight. The pads are super easy on and off. I was a little confused at first because it didn't come with instructions. I always read instructions to make sure I'm doing things right. So, once I passed that hurdle I was very happy with how easy the product is. I like that the head has a lot of motion to help navigate hard to reach places. The fact I can just wash the pads in my laundry when I am done is awesome. My toddler wants to help me clean. OMG… How awesome is that. One other thing about the product is that it has a list of cleaners you can use with the product. I’ve had this Rejuvenate microfiber mood for a a few weeks now. I am in love with it! Having laminate floors with 2 boys and 2 dogs means dusting and mopping daily. Having to drag the vacuum out daily was taking a toll on my time and energy. The dusting pad glides easily across both laminate and tile flooring. The pad collects dirt and dust easily and sticks to it. No dust or dirt particles are left behind. It is so much quicker as opposed to dragging the heavy vacuum daily. I love that the mopping pad has more texture to it as I am able to scrub dried up messes easily. The mop itself is very light weight and easy to move. And the best part? I have used brooms and dustpans for years and when I was told by my Dr. I have severe asthma and undefined COPD along with other breathing issues what limitation of bending and sweeping became unbearable for me. I am an older lady with arthritis in my knees so it's painful to get down on the floor and clean under the furniture. I have laminate wood floors that need to be cleaned or dusted at least every other day due to my cat's fur. I decided to purchase this Libman wet/dry mop because it is a trusted brand that I've been familiar with throughout my life. All I can say is I love this mop. It has an 18-inch wide mop head which covers a lot of area at once getting the job done faster. It has a swivel head for maneuvering and is slim enough to fit under all of my furniture. The reusable microfiber pad is quality made with heavy-duty canvas pockets on top that slide over the sides of the mop head. It picks up dust, dirt, and fur very well and when it gets dirty you just toss it in the washer. I purchased 3 more microfiber pad replacements to go with it. After breaking the handle of my Swiffer for the third time, I looked up to find a better model… something that would last more than a year. I thought… hey, if they didn't bother to modify the notoriously weak handle in several years, they probably never will. This is much stronger. No electric pump as the pump is hand activated. You can use whatever cleaning agent you like. Instead of disposable pads, you'll have to use some that need to be cleaned. Some pros and cons there. I have been using it for only a couple of weeks, but I can already say that it's much better built and does the job.mfebsell

I haven't found anything I dislike about this mop. It has a wide head so you can cover more area and it came with extra pads so you can replace it while you're mopping or if you want a clean one for rinsing. It works great on tile & hardwood. I debated long and hard about shelling out the money for this product and decided to go ahead and try it….. bottom line: it's okay but not sure it's worth the money…. I do like the low prodile design that can reach under cabinets, tables,etc…. However you would think that for this amount of money it would come with some sort of a stand that you could put it on with the wet pad in between cleanings… I don't intend to remove and wash the pads every time… That was disappointing… It's also hard (impossible) to tell how much cleaning liquid is in the reservoir – which does seem pretty small and I found myself running out (only by noticing that nothing was coming out when I sprayed) and having to refill it…. also noticed that power button and spray buttons are pretty close together and I found myself hitting the power button numerous times instead of the spray button. Also found that I still have to scrub many spots to get them off completely . It does feel fairly well made and sturdy and I have had no problem with battery life……ned4759

Love this mop but it does not last but about a year. Have tried to clean the sprayer with a pen and it still will not work. When I try to see if I have unclogged the sprayer the mop turns off. I've used a Swiffer for many years as a replacement for my mop and I'll say that at first I thought this would be a great strategy so I wouldn't have to deal with the hassle of traditional mopping. It has worked ok for me, but if you use the wet wipes with this don't expect it to be easy or super effective. Often after using this thing with a wet wipe to clean the floors I feel like I have done a HIIT/Cardio training class. You have to push down extremely hard against the floor in order for the wipes to pick up anything. It requires intense effort. You will be sweating after cleaning one room with this thing. Also, using the wet wipes is sort of like cleaning with a wet broom. The wipes don't pick up all the dirt, you'll still need to actively track and sweep the dirt into a pile so you can pick it up once you take off the wipe. That's another thing – the wet wipes, while they do come very wet in the box, if you use them with this Swiffer they will constantly fall off as you clean the floor. It's pretty annoying to clean the floor with a wet wipe only to have it constantly fall off and need to be reattached. Like I said, use it for a quick clean but probably should get something more reliable as your primary wet cleaning product.Alex

I usually clean any floor surfaces by hand but as I've gotten older the thought of my hands, knees and back being sore for days appeals less and less and I dilike using regular.mops and buckets as the water has to be changed every few wipes making it seem like a even bigger chore.. I decided to spring for one of these wetjets just so I could do a touch-up clean weekly without scrubbing on my hands and knees Firstly it's so quick and eassy to set up and you slide your bottle of wet jet solution into the hole for the mix untill it clicks and you are ready to go! I usually pre sweep twice as I have 2 cats, a dog and 2 budgies so fur and feathers are my pet peeve when mopping. Any heavy dried food spills I'll pretreat with a regular spray so it's damp and easier to remove once I use the wet jet. Firstly I usually splurge for the heavy duty cleaning pads by wetjets a pack of these runs about 6-7 dollars I prefer these as they have a scourer type line for any stubborn messes. I'll clean in sections across the kitchen working my way towards the lounge and edging of my kitchen. The spray comes out of two spots covering a large area that you hit a button with by the handle and slowly mop. I usually find to get a good clean I have to use two pads one for the dirty first clean then 2nd for a quick wipe over.to make sure all dirt is removed. While it cleans and cleans most messes well the wet jet doesn't get as close to the edge as I would like. And it isn't as good as a hand scrub clean. This is ideal for those who just want to make the floors.cleaner and quickly without hours of work. The spray dries quickly and most say my kitchen smells lovely, I alternate between the purple bottle with febreeze and the white bottle that is Mr clean endorsed. They both work well I just prefer the purple febreeze one for the smell. Usually the bottles last me a month and I replace each payday monthly. After reading some of the reviews, I started worrying if I ordered just another gadget that I would be disappointed in buying. How wrong could I be! This cleaning tool is awesome! Easy to setup and start using. First of all, I thoroughly vacuumed my whole, tiled kitchen floor very well. Assembled my Swiffer mop, put on one of the enclosed heavy duty cleaning pads and started cleaning my floor. The furnished solution has a very pleasant odor and made my kitchen floor sparkle! I only had to use 1 heavy duty pad and that was probably because I vacuumed my floor first. It dried quickly, not sticky or streaked anywhere. So very happy with this purchase! I bought this product as a kit several years back. Initially, I thaught it would make my life a little easier. Instead of having to mop my floor with a traditional mop and the bucket of soapy warm water not to mention the clean up after of the mop itself and dirty water bucket. This seemed like a dream come true at first as an all in one solution. The idea of having both the disposable mop pads and cleansing solution all in one system sounds so convenient.but …remember the old saying “ if it’s sounds too good to be true, it probably is”; …after using it for some time I can honestly say the ease of use is great however, it does not come close the deep clean you get with a traditional mop. In my experience it barely even cleanses the surface and I have have to physically push and exert myself with the wet jet for just that. Perhaps they redesigned it over the last year or two and it works better but in my opinion it does not clean your floors as good as it should. Also taking into consideration the expensive refills of both the solution and pads, is it really worth it? I’ve used other Swiffer products before and liked them, so I had expectations that this would do an okay job in a pinch. This far exceeded my expectations! We have LVT and a lot of it. We also have two kids and a dog, and as we thaw out in the Midwest all of them have been tracking in mud galore. We typically use a steam mop because everything else causes streaks, but it’s a pretty lengthy process that we only have time for on the weekends. Given that, I was thrilled at the job this did and how quickly I was able to do it. Floor was clean with zero streaks! This was easy to put together, just slide the handle together, put the (supplied!) batteries in and click the cleaner in. Most of our flooring is hardwood flooring. I was looking for floor mop for quick cleanups that works well on hardwood floors. This swifter® WetJet™ Vinyl, Tile & Laminate Solution Floor Starter Kit works wonders and makes my clean time super easy and happy. The size of the mop stick is not so bulky it fits in any corner on my house. It doesn’t take much space to store. Without any much effort it cleans the hard stains on the floor. It includes 5 heavy duty moping pads, 1 cleaning solution container with solution and 4 batteries. These heavy duty cleaning pads absorbs and locks dirt with wonderful cleaning experience. The power button on the head sprays/ dispenses cleaning solution on demand. It’s nozzle dispenses fine mist and gives good coverage. The cleaning solution on the floor dry quite fast with no visible moist. It’s flexible swivel head easily reaches under furniture and around corners. This mop stick runs very smooth on the floor. My first impression wasn’t great, as I sliced my thumb opening the box. Each edge of the exposed portion of the box was very sharp; I cut my hand just holding it upright to take it out of the box. All that aside, I did like the product. I used on wood tile floors. One thing that should improve is the directions. The only ones I found were on the box. It wasn’t explicit that batteries were included. Or that the swifter strip should remain and just stick onto the base. I inadvertently pulled the 2 strips thinking they were adhesive to stick. Nope. One pad down is now useless. The solution could be larger, as I used a lot to clean to avoid haziness. Overall great product.Horderlynj

I've tested a decent amount of vacuums over the last decade. This is the first one I've tested that was made for hard surfaces and I was excited to get it mostly for my wife who always uses whatever other vacuum on our hard floors almost interchangeably as our carpeted areas. While I normally would sweep hard floors and them vacuum up the pile or let our robot vacuum with mop attachment do all the work for me. Setup was a little overwhelming looking at first but not too bad. The whole thing comes in more pieces than I would normally expect to find but the instructions lay out what everything is pretty nicely and after the initial shock it wasn't too hard to figure it out. I put it all together and let it charge over night (it suggests at least 4-5 hours of charge time before the initial use). I'm pretty happy with the steps required to actually use this vacuum. It's mostly a supplement to our robot vacuum/mop. I'm happy with the robot but we usually go around the are and pick up/move everything off of the floor in the entire upstairs before we run it so it's a process. It does a good job but the setup and reconstruction of the area before running it makes us use it far less than I'd like. So having a vacuum that's made for sweeping and mopping that I can easily setup and break down is key. When you want to use this, just fill up the clean water tank with mostly water and a small cap-full of soap. Then you're ready to go. The first time I hit the power button, I was surprised as it kind of drives itself forward. Pretty nice to lighten the load but you're also fighting against that push when your pull the vacuum back again. Overall it was a nice little assist, I think. The vacuum and mop did a pretty nice job of cleaning the floor pretty quickly but it did require an empty and refill of the tanks before I was finished. That doesn't take too long so it was no big deal. After I was done doing the whole upstairs area, the battery still had about 60% left (I was worried because when I first started it up, it looked like the battery was draining very quickly). The nice thing about having a screen with all the information on it is that you can see at a glance how hard the vacuum is working and what battery level is remaining. After you're done the instructions recommend you clean the dirty and clean water tanks as well as the roller and roller protector after each use. This is the only annoying part since you can't really just grab the vacuum to do a quick job and put it back but the cleanup of these things doesn't take too long. The base station does include an auto-clean feature for the roller so you have that going for you and there were 2 additional rollers included with this vacuum so you can always just rotate them if you need to clean one. Apparently there's an app that goes with this vacuum. The instructions just said that you can "perform all functions from the app" but I don't really know what functions those are. I did not download the app and can't imagine what I would possibly need it for. The functions on the vacuum are very minimal and can be adjusted with just a few pushes of the 3 buttons on the vacuum. I just didn't want another app on my phone. The only weird thing I didn't love about this vacuum was how it sat on the charging station. It leans forward quite a bit for some reason. I would expect it to just sit straight up and down but when the head is locked and you place it on the charger the handle leans forward at what feels like a 30 degree angle. Far more than you'd expect. Enough that I thought I was doing something wrong. I couldn't figure out a better way to place it on the charger though so I'm going to assume it's just how it was designed. I got used to it quickly enough but it was a weird thing when I first saw it. Overall, I like the vacuum. It does a good job supplementing our robot vacuum by being easy to get up and running and being easy to break down and clean when we're done (while not needing to break down the entire upstairs before using it since we can move things while vacuuming). If you're looking for a nice hard surface vacuum/mop and this fits your budget, give it a look. I was impressed with it for the most part.swemoney

I never taught about using a vacmop before i was kind of skeptical and it would take me a while to clean my hardwood floors .. was kind of an event to say. Not anymore… thanks to this Tineco Floor One s5 Extreme i’m actually looking forward to do it now. I will attach some pictures to see what comes in the box and it’s pretty straight forward plug and play kind of situation as well with some before and after situation. Everything is very intuitive to use but you can check the book or type the name of it on youtube and they have an interactive video in how to use it for first time. It comes with 2 extra brushes and an extra filter that will come in handy when you’ll wash and let dry the ones that you’ll be using first(about 24hrs) they recommended doing that after each use and you’ll want to do that and don’t forget to empty the messy water each time so u prevent bad odors. The design and features are very modern … it has a voice and a screen that will assist you in your cleaning process. To be mentioned here is the feature that senses the proportion of a mess when on auto and turns gradually the blue light into a red one, sign that you should insist in that particular area till becomes completely blue and it’s scary accurate!!! The stand acts like a support and charger (which will take somewhere 3-4hrs for it to be fully juiced up). They also recommend using ONLY Tineco cleaning solution or just plain water. Make sure you youse warm-hot water with or without solution since will tackle the dirt better. I’m happy with the product and it really saves me a lot of time and does a great job!!!Denisik91

I totally underestimated this machine. When I turned it on, the brush kicked in and almost dragged me acoss the floor! Not really, but I was surprised by how powerful the brush was for such a compact package. This mop is no joke. I'm a busy and stressed-out professional, so lots of housekeeping chores don't get done on a regular basis. I've been meaning to clean the kitchen floor for quite a while — I had food and coffee spills, tracked mud, etc, on the floor in places, and serious grossness under the oven and fridge. I figured that I'd give this machine a workout. It really worked. It took several passes in some areas, but the machine just kept working at the mess until it was all clean. The dirty tank strains out the solid materials to make it easy to dump without clogging your sink. It also uses less water than I would expect, so I didn't have to dump the tank nearly as often as I thought I would have to. The clean tank and the dirty tank have good capacity. One super thoughtful little detail is that both tanks have flat bottoms, so they can be put upright on the counter, and you don't have to lean them against anything like you do with other wet vacuums. I really like how it is as maneuverable as a light vacuum, it does a great job on hard floors and we can also use it on floor mats that aren't too thick. That brush-forward design really gets right up to edges and corners. It is very user-friendly. The display is large, bright and useful, and the voice prompts are really helpful. Even self-cleaning is super easy. I'm just not sure what benefits you get from the app or its wifi connection.Snarltoof

And how cool that it cleans its own roller when you put it back on its base. I also get more time from mine been a lot here have said the average is around 22 minutes. I get close to 35 minutes. this says that this is the item that I purchased, but what I received was one that was briefly released before it was labeled the new model. I get longer battery life. also if you register your product and provide your email address. They mail you a free roller. Which is very handy to have one drying while the other is in use. The price is great, I don't think you will regret your purchase. and just an FYI for those of you who are complaining about how the cleaning machine leaks. I just about bet you're not using the proper cleaning solution. I tried using something with a friend and it foamed up and leaked all over. Now I only use a floor cleaning solution. The Tineco iFloor 2 is an awesome cleaner! Unboxing the iFloor 2 was very easy, and it was packed quite well. It arrived with a partial charge and lasted about 10 minutes before I had to charge it. It's worth mentioning that the device didn't lose suction or roller strength at all during this period, and the device just turned off once there wasn't enough charge remaining. So, you can expect full power up until the battery requires a charge. Once fully charged, I was able to clean the entire house with the iFloor 2, and ran for a full 45 minutes. The power indicator was still solid, indicating there was no need to charge yet. It wouldn't surprise me if a full charge could last for a full hour in some instances! We have tile floors in our kitchen and one bathroom, and hardwood floors throughout the house, and linoleum in another bathroom. The iFloor 2 worked beautifully on our tile and hardwood, removing a ton of dirt, hair, and stains that were left behind after using a steaming mop just a few days ago (see picture for gross dirt water!). Regarding the stains in particular, we have tried many scrubbing techniquest through the years but we were never able to remove them from our tile. The iFloor 2 lightened or removed all the stains on our tile! I suspect repeated uses of the device will remove the stains entirely (here's hoping!). For the hardwood, we've never taken the time to mop and instead just vacuum. The iFloor 2 made short work of the dirt on the hardwood, and even removed a layer of dirty film we didn't even know was present. Our hardwood floors have never looked so good! The bathroom linoleum cleaned up easily too with the iFloor 2, and just "feels" cleaner when walking on it than after using a regular mop. Cleaning the iFloor 2 once the job is complete is really easy too. It has a self-cleaning cycle that takes care of the hard work for you by cleaning and rinsing the roller brush. The resulting water is then collected in the dirty water bin for easy emptying. The only concern I have with the device is the charging port. It uses a standard barrel-type plug-in adapter, and it feels a bit loose in the port on the device. It works perfectly for the time being, but I just wonder how it'll hold up over time after repeated connect and disconnect cycles.Angela40

I have very mixed feelings about this machine. Ultimately I think if you’re looking for something quick and easy to clean up small messes, lightly dust, etc. this would work just fine. The suction is decent, and where it did clean, only with both mop and vacuum, it got some little unnoticed spills up and didn’t streak. The machine is quiet, maneuvers and works efficiently, and really feels nice to use. My two main let-downs with this is that it doesn’t seem to be very pet-hair friendly (despite what Tineco claims), and the machine doesn’t get close enough to baseboards/edges. I wanted to see how well the vacuum part worked without adding water/mopping. Not only was it aggravating that the machine seemed to blow air out and thus dog hair away, I couldn’t go more than a couple of passes before the machine would get clogged; I have a short haired dog and my floors weren’t that bad. It did work a bit better when I started using the water though. Next, I’ll have to go around with perimeter of half my house with my normal broom and mop because the gap of untouched floor is THAT noticeable. the closest you can get to a baseboard is roughly 1/2” on one side, and probably a good 1 1/2” on the other. What’s the point in using this thing if I’m going to have to get the big guns out anyways?Ashtan

Most of my house is slate/tile and I have a dog. I have used erase type products on kitchen/bath but never on floor. It leaves the floor really clean. In kitchen I add little vinegar to hot water. I have a rectangle plastic container with hot water that I clean out mop in. I have a replacement top waiting in cupboard. However mop is wearing well. Don't let naysayers get you down. This is a great product and time saver. My dog was allergic to chemicals in wet jet swifter stuff. Yucky.Nana diane

The mop they sent is not the mop advertised. I received a regular sponge butterfly mop with a Magic Eraser circle on the back of it. The advertised version shows a mop with Magic Eraser material which is why I ordered it.Alan

When it arrived, I thought it looked so cheap and light, it wouldn’t be good. To my surprise I like this mop a great deal. Works very well, just squeeze trigger and refill sprayer. It's so easy that the kids want to do it, so they can spray the mop solution, and I get them to mop because of it! It's a win-win for us! I had seen this mop all over TikTok and wanted one for a while. I finally bought one for about $40, couldn't wait to use it and was immediately disappointed. The handle wouldn't stay locked, it kept telescoping which was very frustrating. The next thing I noticed was that when you push forward on the mop, it functions like a mop should. On the backwards motion, the plastic base of the mop that the mophead attaches to just scrapes along the floor. I don't think the fabric of the mop was even touching the floor at all, it almost flips upside down so that only plastic is dragging along the floor. I mopped about 1/8 of my apartment before I had to stop. I cant put myself or my downstairs neighbor through that every time I mop. Terrible, terrible product that was over advertised on TikTok. Luckily you can return within 90 days if you're not satisfied otherwise Id be out the $40 I spent plus the floor cleaner.Emma Haus

Purchased this mop after several people I know said how great it was. While I do like the actual mop head and the spin idea, the handle is garbage. The handle is telescoping for whatever reason and will not stay locked. It constantly comes unlocked while mopping even with essentially no force applied. I honestly don't know why they would design a telescopic handle for a mop I'm the first place, especially considering that even with it extended fully it's still pretty short. My guess would be that it's easier to box and put in shelves, but it also makes the product garbage. They should have went with a screw together design if that was their concern. Also the mop head just king of clicks into the handle. Had they designed it with a traditional screw handle like most mops and brooms have I could have easily just gotten another handle and screwed it onto the mop head. As I said I love the idea of the product and like the was it mops when it actually functions. At this point I'm not sure what options I have to make it work better but will most likely end up having to return it. It is extremely aggravating to be in the middle of mopping and have a handle constantly trying to push in.Justin

This mop bucket with spinner is so easy to put together and use. The instructions for expanding the handle was a sticker attached to the handle so you'll never lose it. The mop head snapped into the handle with no problems. I had my doubts about this product but I am glad that I made this purchase. I used this at a client home and wondered about the quality. The mop did exactly what it was supposed to do. I paired it with Mr. Clean multi surface cleaner. This product cleaned 3 years worth of ground in dirt from bathroom floor tiles. I haven't seen the floor this clean for 3 years. I was using swifter wet jet which didn't even last thru the warranty. I switched to swifter wet floor pads and that didn't clean the groves in the bathroom tiles either. This product does exactly what it says it would do, however, I would not use it on wooden parquet floor because even though you spin the water out of the mop head it is still a little too wet for a wooden floor. On tile floors it works just perfectly.Lori
