Steam mops are magical! My cleaning heart is so happy! We moved in three years ago and the floor in our bathroom has always looked like this. I probably scoured 30+ years of grime out of these tiles. So gross! Still not my favorite tile, but I can at least live with it for a little while longer and not get totally disgusted every time I look at it. The Bissell Powerfresh Slim 3-in-1 is my new best friend! Using the handheld pod, red brush, and a bit of elbow grease to scrub both tile and grout it performed really well. The grime was really built up and I had to clean out the bristles often, but I was expecting that for the initial deep clean. I also pretreated the tile flooring with a vinegar solution to loosen the dirt before scrubbing and that worked like a charm. For a big job like this I had to refill the tank several times, but if there was a larger water tank it would have added extra weight and made it difficult to maneuver the pod. Haven't tried the extension arm or the mop head yet, but I think it will be a great way to keep all that grime build up at bay.Anna
Assembly was simple although at first I didn’t realize the screw that holds it together was taped to the handle, and I worried it was lost. Also to those receiving this mop with what looks like a “used” water tank and are returning it because it appears to have been used and then returned: I believe Bissell water tests these machines to check for leaks and to make sure everything works properly before packaging up for the consumer, so you could order ten of these and all ten would appear “used.” If all the other components and packaging appear to have not been opened and used once before, it’s safe to say your product hasn’t been used and then returned. The power cord was neatly folded and the twist tie did not appear to have been undone before and retied, the mop pads were clean and smelled of the manufacturer not like someone’s detergent. The screw came in a sealed plastic bag taped to the handle. Pretty safe to say it hadn’t been used before. The scrub brush is amazing. I use it on the caulking by my baseboards to get up dirt and dust. I will say, the “light” steam setting seems a bit too light. Maybe just for a quick dusting of your floors. The high setting is the way to go if you really want to see some steam and a good amount of wetness left behind on the floor. I had mopped with my traditional mop a week before using the steam mop, and to be honest I wasn’t too surprised that the pad was dirty since I’ve always assumed the mop was leaving dirty water behind. I was excited to buy this to clean/sanitize my floors in the entire house. I have large marble tile (very glossy) in first floor and semi gloss wood floor on the stairs & second floor. I started downstairs first, and worked my way upstairs. I followed the exact directions, and the first floor with marble came out terrible with super large streaks of water. I had it set to high steam, and was using the rough textured pad for the stains. I then began the stairs, and worked my way up to the second floor. Refilled the tank with water, and began the same process on the second floor and came out way better. This doesnt work great with high gloss tile. Wood is better to absorb the moisture it leaves behind. Pros: the cord is very long, and the tablet it comes with in the box left my house smelling really good. I will give it one more shot with the first floor’s marbel tile on low steam setting, and the white pad to see how it goes. If the outcome is the same, I’m going to return it.Chris

My biggest concern about this product is that the functionality of the mop is completely useless. The Velcro that is used to attach the mop heads to the device has ripped off after only a couple of months of light usage. I've tried super gluing the Velcro To no end and so every time I try to remove the mop pads I end up pulling the Velcro off with it….additionally because the product is not very weighted where the mop attaches to the device you get an uneven clean. there is more pressure on the center of the pad than there is on the edges so its kind of a light gloss over the floor… so you end up taking more time to get a more even clean. You can just tell when you remove the map pads that the the sides of the mop pad are never quite as dirty as the center is. This particular mop has some great features like the long cord, level of steam options, and the swivel head. It is pretty lightweight but does a good job of lifting dust, watersheds, and light foot traffic. The scrubber helps lift heavier, sticky messes if you repeatedly go over the mess or raise the steam leave. This model won't tolerate you pushing hard down on the handle so you need to be patient and just keep going over tough spots for it to do it's job, and it will. You'll need to remove the hot scrub pad immediately when you're done or place the entire unit on a counter while it cools to avoid damage on a wood floor. I left mine on a laminate wood floor while cooling down and it left white, cloudy stains underneath the pad on my floor that I cannot remove. Hard lesson learned. I find the mop head too large for smaller bathrooms.
I have many animals and hardwood and tile throughout my home. I have had a Shark and Orek steam mops before and thought they did a decent job. But I am a hardcore Bissell fan when it comes to vacuums because of the massive shedding from the pets not to mention my drooling Mastiffs. I went with this Bissell for the brand and am more than satisfied with my choice. This model, 1940W, does an exceptional job of cleaning both my hardwood and tile floors without streaking or having to go over the saliva enzymes 20x before it lifts. I can really clean my floors easily on the medium setting and did my kitchen, dining room, living room, and hallway which is about 1600sq. feet without having to refill the tank. The scrubbing pad made easy work of getting up any spills or sticky spots, all in one quick motion. This is steamer mop is far better than the other two I had. The cord is plenty long and the scent discs which I didn't think would be a big deal actually are. The whole house smelled wonderful and the scent even wafted upstairs. I bought this when it was deeply discounted to replace my other current options, which were either a bucket/mop with a lil fabuloso or pinesol or getting on my hands and knees with a rag. I already have a Dyson handheld cordless vacuum, so I decided not to get the vacuum steam mop combo version, and just get this lighter steam mop only instead. Just as the Dyson made me not mind vacuuming, I thought that getting the lighter steam mop would do the same for me but for mopping, even though it's corded. I have to say, it does what it says it'll do. It's not as detailed as spending hours in the floor with a hand-rag, or as deep cleaning as soaking the tile floor with a mop-bucket but it's wayyyyy less mess, dries wayyyy faster, it's wayyyy more ergonomic, and more likely that I'll do this more often than the other two methods, which was basically out of desperation once a year. I also really like that the pads are reusable and washable, even if it's kind of a pain to remember to wash them, and don't even mind the cord. It's the perfect length to cover my entire kitchen without unplugging. Glad I held out for this. I debated long and hard about shelling out the money for this product and decided to go ahead and try it….. bottom line: it's okay but not sure it's worth the money…. I do like the low prodile design that can reach under cabinets, tables,etc…. However you would think that for this amount of money it would come with some sort of a stand that you could put it on with the wet pad in between cleanings… I don't intend to remove and wash the pads every time… That was disappointing… It's also hard (impossible) to tell how much cleaning liquid is in the reservoir – which does seem pretty small and I found myself running out (only by noticing that nothing was coming out when I sprayed) and having to refill it…. also noticed that power button and spray buttons are pretty close together and I found myself hitting the power button numerous times instead of the spray button. Love this mop but it does not last but about a year. Have tried to clean the sprayer with a pen and it still will not work. When I try to see if I have unclogged the sprayer the mop turns off. I had seen this mop all over TikTok and wanted one for a while. I finally bought one for about $40, couldn't wait to use it and was immediately disappointed. The handle wouldn't stay locked, it kept telescoping which was very frustrating. The next thing I noticed was that when you push forward on the mop, it functions like a mop should. On the backwards motion, the plastic base of the mop that the mophead attaches to just scrapes along the floor. I don't think the fabric of the mop was even touching the floor at all, it almost flips upside down so that only plastic is dragging along the floor. I mopped about 1/8 of my apartment before I had to stop. I cant put myself or my downstairs neighbor through that every time I mop. Terrible, terrible product that was over advertised on TikTok. Purchased this mop after several people I know said how great it was. While I do like the actual mop head and the spin idea, the handle is garbage. The handle is telescoping for whatever reason and will not stay locked. It constantly comes unlocked while mopping even with essentially no force applied. I honestly don't know why they would design a telescopic handle for a mop I'm the first place, especially considering that even with it extended fully it's still pretty short. My guess would be that it's easier to box and put in shelves, but it also makes the product garbage. They should have went with a screw together design if that was their concern. Also the mop head just king of clicks into the handle. Had they designed it with a traditional screw handle like most mops and brooms have I could have easily just gotten another handle and screwed it onto the mop head. As I said I love the idea of the product and like the was it mops when it actually functions. At this point I'm not sure what options I have to make it work better but will most likely end up having to return it. This mop bucket with spinner is so easy to put together and use. The instructions for expanding the handle was a sticker attached to the handle so you'll never lose it. The mop head snapped into the handle with no problems. I had my doubts about this product but I am glad that I made this purchase. I used this at a client home and wondered about the quality. The mop did exactly what it was supposed to do. I paired it with Mr. Clean multi surface cleaner. This product cleaned 3 years worth of ground in dirt from bathroom floor tiles. I haven't seen the floor this clean for 3 years. I was using swifter wet jet which didn't even last thru the warranty. I switched to swifter wet floor pads and that didn't clean the groves in the bathroom tiles either. I usually clean any floor surfaces by hand but as I've gotten older the thought of my hands, knees and back being sore for days appeals less and less and I dilike using regular.mops and buckets as the water has to be changed every few wipes making it seem like a even bigger chore.. I decided to spring for one of these wetjets just so I could do a touch-up clean weekly without scrubbing on my hands and knees Firstly it's so quick and eassy to set up and you slide your bottle of wet jet solution into the hole for the mix untill it clicks and you are ready to go! I usually pre sweep twice as I have 2 cats, a dog and 2 budgies so fur and feathers are my pet peeve when mopping. Any heavy dried food spills I'll pretreat with a regular spray so it's damp and easier to remove once I use the wet jet. Firstly I usually splurge for the heavy duty cleaning pads by wetjets a pack of these runs about 6-7 dollars I prefer these as they have a scourer type line for any stubborn messes. I'll clean in sections across the kitchen working my way towards the lounge and edging of my kitchen. The spray comes out of two spots covering a large area that you hit a button with by the handle and slowly mop. I usually find to get a good clean I have to use two pads one for the dirty first clean then 2nd for a quick wipe over.to make sure all dirt is removed. While it cleans and cleans most messes well the wet jet doesn't get as close to the edge as I would like. And it isn't as good as a hand scrub clean. This is ideal for those who just want to make the floors.cleaner and quickly without hours of work. Easy to setup and start using. First of all, I thoroughly vacuumed my whole, tiled kitchen floor very well. Assembled my Swiffer mop, put on one of the enclosed heavy duty cleaning pads and started cleaning my floor. The furnished solution has a very pleasant odor and made my kitchen floor sparkle! I only had to use 1 heavy duty pad and that was probably because I vacuumed my floor first. It dried quickly, not sticky or streaked anywhere. So very happy with this purchase! I bought this product as a kit several years back. Initially, I thaught it would make my life a little easier. Instead of having to mop my floor with a traditional mop and the bucket of soapy warm water not to mention the clean up after of the mop itself and dirty water bucket. This seemed like a dream come true at first as an all in one solution. The idea of having both the disposable mop pads and cleansing solution all in one system sounds so convenient.but …remember the old saying “ if it’s sounds too good to be true, it probably is”; …after using it for some time I can honestly say the ease of use is great however, it does not come close the deep clean you get with a traditional mop. In my experience it barely even cleanses the surface and I have have to physically push and exert myself with the wet jet for just that. Perhaps they redesigned it over the last year or two and it works better but in my opinion it does not clean your floors as good as it should. Also taking into consideration the expensive refills of both the solution and pads, is it really worth it? I filled with my expensive Shaw Floor cleaner because we had been just using a spray bottle of it with a regular mop. I was eager to have a mop with integrated sprayer to avoid carrying a separate spray bottle around. I filled this mom's reservoir with our preferred, pricey cleaner and was really mad to find a huge puddle of cleaner 2-3 hours later. I bought this about a month ago and have used it maybe once. The hinge for the mop is poorly designed in my case it got stuck at an angle while I was cleaning under the couch at a low angle and as I tried to drag the mop back out the plastic just snapped and broke. If a mop is designed to swivel in a certain direction it should not be putting any force on the hinge. The mop is now unusable.Rohan
It has promise but in real life doesn't live up to its price. My first mop squirted inadvertently, no triggering, as I pushed it back and forth. It seemed that flexing the pole moving the mop back and forth caused the squirts. This causes drops of fluid to be cast out on areas that are already done and you have to go back over the area (very lightly so as not to squirt more). Or you don't notice it till later when they dry and are visible. Bona was nice enough to replace that mop but alas, the replacement is now doing the same thing. Also, I'm now having issues where the bottle won't click/lock back into the mop after refilling with fluid. Also, also, the rubber corner seems like a good idea but the pads have no spot there to stick to. This causes them to flop over or fold at each front corner. Good idea, bad design. I think this is a good alternative to other quick cleaning mops. What I like is that the tank is refillable. You can purchase more cleaning solution by Bona or add a different solution that you prefer. When the included solution ran out, I replaced the bona solution with another cleaning agent. The mop is very lightweight and easy to use. It has good maneuverability where I can get into more difficult spaces or use the mop on surfaces that are vertical to the floor. A few minor issues is that the tank can be a little tricky to pull out of the socket (I could just be weak) but it takes a little strength. The cap on the refillable tank took me a minute to figure out and again took some strength for me to open. The pad is reusable so I just wash after each use. The floors dry quick and they look pretty clean without streaks or cloudiness. A few times it has not done well lifting some real tough spots but for quick cleaning and disinfecting it’s great.stacy.s

I had ordered another mop sweeper before getting this one. The other one was terrible. I absolutely love this mop. I am very impressed with the way it cleans the floor. It does a nice job. My biggest concern about this product is that the functionality of the mop is completely useless. The Velcro that is used to attach the mop heads to the device has ripped off after only a couple of months of light usage. I've tried super gluing the Velcro To no end and so every time I try to remove the mop pads I end up pulling the Velcro off with it….additionally because the product is not very weighted where the mop attaches to the device you get an uneven clean. there is more pressure on the center of the pad than there is on the edges so its kind of a light gloss over the floor… so you end up taking more time to get a more even clean. You can just tell when you remove the map pads that the the sides of the mop pad are never quite as dirty as the center is. I tried with bona I really did but I give up at this point time to upgrade to something better.Shay

I was a little confused at first because it didn't come with instructions. I always read instructions to make sure I'm doing things right. I’ve had this Rejuvenate microfiber mood for a a few weeks now. I am in love with it! Having laminate floors with 2 boys and 2 dogs means dusting and mopping daily. This is an extremely lightweight machine. Not just in actual weight, but in the job it does. The motor is not powerful, the spinner is not fast. You do NOT save time using this over mopping. You must go SLOOW, back and forth, several times, over each area on even the lightest of soiled flooring. You must clean as instructed, the spinner, screens, and filter after only a few minutes of use or it will stop working completely. It doesn't do well on tile unless there are nearly flat grout lines. What is it good for? Linoleum, very lightly soiled. Probably to have it charged and ready for a small spill in the kitchen while cooking, then set it aside and know you WILL have to disassemble and clean it before you use it again, even after only a minute or two of use. This thing is terrible. I wanted a shark cross wave but they’re expensive. I looked through the description and the reviews and thought this may be a less expensive alternative. You get what you pay for. We use it 2 X on hardwood floors. We don’t have carpets. The cleaner started spitting out nasty, dirty, smelly water all over the place. It left my house smelling like a septic tank. Yes, we have a puppy that has accidents and we used it to clean up. Aren’t these things designed to clean up messes? We have disassembled it just like the directions instructed. We cleaned every item that was disassembled with soap and water and even a tiny bit of bleach on the roller. So i bought this yesterday i been eyeing this mop for awhile and read alot of reviews. I was so excited to finally get it as the reveiw were so great. I been useing a reuseable spray mop so wanted to up grade as the mop head gets dirty so quick as a single mom i wanted something more convenient but that is not what i got. I was so disappointed in this mop vacuum. I have real hardwood floor and laminate in my kitchen. This did not clean i had dirty spots on my floor that my mop would have got in 2 seconds. But this thing did not clean and at first im like i must be doing something wrong so i read the book with it like 5 times going yes im doing it right. At first the floor wasnt even getting wet but after holding the button down felt like forever it finally got wet. I had to go over spots so many time for it to even get clean. Went to clean my kitchen and that was even worst i kept going over a spot over and over and nothing. So i got out my spot mop sprayed it with just water and it came up as soon as i went over it. So it wasnt a hard spot to clean but the vacuum did not clean it. only good part of the vacuum is that it sucks up the water nice and leaves your floor pretty much dry. It didnt leave streaks but the worst thing of it is when you turn it on its so powerful that it moves the vacuum forward so hard that your fighting it to go backward to suck up the water. For $200 this is not worth it at all my $30 stray mop does so much better ( but hate that it leaves my floors so wet). Oh also this doesnt not get your floor wet or clean a inch away from the wall or your rugs so couldnt get on the side of floors clean.Amber

My mom bought this for herself but didn't like it. She gave it to me, and I LOVE it. Don't be fooled by the hardwood floor label. This can be used on any flat smooth floor, including tile and stained concrete. I have tile throughout half of my house, and this mop makes dusting quick, easy and fun. You will be amazed at the amount of dog hair this mop picks up. After dusting, I then use the small wide hand-held attachment on my vacuum cleaner to suck the hair and dirt off the microfiber cloth. I thought it odd this was shipped via the post office. It was almost hilarious watching the post mail wriggle it out of his car. The handle is very long and I do appreciate that…being 5'7, not a short person, I like a longer handle. However, the handle is not that great in that, one must be careful with it. The handle is made out of a thin aluminum type material, looks quite ugly, actually. I have laminate floors and this worked pretty good along with the bona floor cleaner. I also purchased one refill mop cover as a spare. The best part is the mop covers can be washed. I don't like having to buy and keep box's of wet things and box's of dry duster things…..takes up space, waste of money, waste of time buying them, not to mention an insult on intelligence. I LOVE this mop. I read that several people had a problem with the telescoping, and when I got mine, I also had a problem. Then I figured it out. You have to hold the SILVER part beyond the blue pole with one hand and the BLUE pole with your other hand and then twist. I was trying to twist the "collar" at the end of the blue pole, and I'll bet others have done the same thing. The collar and pole are all one piece! At any rate, I love the mop. It is so much easier and faster than the old way I was mopping my floor. It glides smoothly across the floor, and the pad is so easy to rinse under the faucet and wring out as many times as needed. This is the 2nd mop I have bought and I have to say the mini deep clean mop it is the best I have used. Most mops you have to use the forwards backwards motion and when you have a lot of floor to clean this becomes hard work, with the mini, the light weight telescopic handle and the swivel action of the mop allows you to stand upright and use a sleeping motion much easier. The only down side is when the velcro bottom breaks you have to replace the whole mop. Instead it would be environmentally friendly to just buy the mop head as it is detachable anyway. Really pleased with this!!! I chose the mini mop because size doesnt matter, its what you do with it! For me, small is better for manoeuvring and for storage. Ive reduced my plastic moulded waste from replacing my previous mop head, and this mop is waste reductive because it because it has a simple yet effective washable mop head. I didnt need a bucket of solution and water, and it still left the floor just as clean. But most surprising to me, the finished clean floor was drier than any other mop Ive used before. Best Mop Ever! I was looking for a mop that was not too bulky, so that when I wrung it out all the water would come out of it. I use a cedar bucket, but most other mops stay too wet. This mop is perfect! It is lightweight and lifts up a lot of dirt from the floor very easily. As I suspected the microfiber makes a world of a difference. I have concrete flooring and the amount of dust / dirt that accumulates is ridiculously. But I have pets and I thought it was a good idea when I rented my temporary residence. I have two long haired cats. In my kitchen near the stove I had a lot grease buildup from cooking. Lately I stated to notice my cats hair was shredding and the loose hair was now getting in the grease. I ordererorderer the H20 Mop because I really needed some help. This product took just minutes to put together. The water heats up even quicker and it really did the job. The steam loosens up the grease and the hair, and with one wipe it came off. I can't wait to tackle my bathroom. But this saved me a lot embarassment since my family is coming over for the holidays. No one would have wanted to cook in my kitchen before. It takes less than a minute to warm up. The heat is hot enough to melt away candle wax and nail polish on hardwood floors. It is a little hard, however, to clean vehicle seats with but that's what a detailer is used for! I recommend it. I use it for my tub, my floors and my rugs. Was so excited to try the Alpine Industries 36in. Microfiber Wet/Dry Mop Set with Telescopic Handle. I needed something new for our back porch that has concrete flooring. This mop saves me so much time!! The handle helps maneuver the mop easily, the microfiber mop head helps trap the dust and dirt while using dry but when using wet it really cleans and gets the job done!! After breaking the handle of my Swiffer for the third time, I looked up to find a better model… something that would last more than a year. I thought… hey, if they didn't bother to modify the notoriously weak handle in several years, they probably never will. This is much stronger. No electric pump as the pump is hand activated. You can use whatever cleaning agent you like. Instead of disposable pads, you'll have to use some that need to be cleaned. Some pros and cons there. I have been using it for only a couple of weeks, but I can already say that it's much better built and does the job.mfebsell
I haven't found anything I dislike about this mop. It has a wide head so you can cover more area and it came with extra pads so you can replace it while you're mopping or if you want a clean one for rinsing. It works great on tile & hardwood. Just add your favorite cleaner to the receptacle and start mopping. great for just damp mopping to get rid of dust.rayjeri08

I have been using the Reveal Microfibre mop system for years. I liked it so much that I bought 2. One small but VERY annoying problem. Rubbermaid does not supply a replacement for an integral part of their mop; the non-scratch scrubber! I’ve been searching for years and it has not been available for purchase in stores or from Rubbermaid! I would have given 5 stars if not for this problem.Jendrivr
