I had seen this mop all over TikTok and wanted one for a while. I finally bought one for about $40, couldn't wait to use it and was immediately disappointed. The handle wouldn't stay locked, it kept telescoping which was very frustrating. The next thing I noticed was that when you push forward on the mop, it functions like a mop should. On the backwards motion, the plastic base of the mop that the mophead attaches to just scrapes along the floor. I don't think the fabric of the mop was even touching the floor at all, it almost flips upside down so that only plastic is dragging along the floor. I mopped about 1/8 of my apartment before I had to stop. I cant put myself or my downstairs neighbor through that every time I mop. Terrible, terrible product that was over advertised on TikTok. Luckily you can return within 90 days if you're not satisfied otherwise Id be out the $40 I spent plus the floor cleaner.Emma Haus
Purchased this mop after several people I know said how great it was. While I do like the actual mop head and the spin idea, the handle is garbage. The handle is telescoping for whatever reason and will not stay locked. It constantly comes unlocked while mopping even with essentially no force applied. I honestly don't know why they would design a telescopic handle for a mop I'm the first place, especially considering that even with it extended fully it's still pretty short. My guess would be that it's easier to box and put in shelves, but it also makes the product garbage. They should have went with a screw together design if that was their concern. Also the mop head just king of clicks into the handle. Had they designed it with a traditional screw handle like most mops and brooms have I could have easily just gotten another handle and screwed it onto the mop head. As I said I love the idea of the product and like the was it mops when it actually functions. At this point I'm not sure what options I have to make it work better but will most likely end up having to return it. The mop head snapped into the handle with no problems. I had my doubts about this product but I am glad that I made this purchase. I used this at a client home and wondered about the quality. The mop did exactly what it was supposed to do. I paired it with Mr. Clean multi surface cleaner. This product cleaned 3 years worth of ground in dirt from bathroom floor tiles. I haven't seen the floor this clean for 3 years. I was using swifter wet jet which didn't even last thru the warranty. I switched to swifter wet floor pads and that didn't clean the groves in the bathroom tiles either. This product does exactly what it says it would do, however, I would not use it on wooden parquet floor because even though you spin the water out of the mop head it is still a little too wet for a wooden floor. I debated long and hard about shelling out the money for this product and decided to go ahead and try it….. bottom line: it's okay but not sure it's worth the money…. I do like the low prodile design that can reach under cabinets, tables,etc…. However you would think that for this amount of money it would come with some sort of a stand that you could put it on with the wet pad in between cleanings… I don't intend to remove and wash the pads every time… That was disappointing… It's also hard (impossible) to tell how much cleaning liquid is in the reservoir – which does seem pretty small and I found myself running out (only by noticing that nothing was coming out when I sprayed) and having to refill it…. also noticed that power button and spray buttons are pretty close together and I found myself hitting the power button numerous times instead of the spray button. Also found that I still have to scrub many spots to get them off completely . It does feel fairly well made and sturdy and I have had no problem with battery life……ned4759
Love this mop but it does not last but about a year. Have tried to clean the sprayer with a pen and it still will not work. When I try to see if I have unclogged the sprayer the mop turns off. As soon as I saw this in my local store, I bought it. It had everything I had been wanting for a long time. I kept running out of solution in my other spray mop and having to take a set of pliers to it to fill it with a different solution. Then there was the box of pads I had to keep in stock at all times or I couldn't use it. This takes care of both those problems. Then there is the fact that I have been trying to use less harmful products when cleaning. Again, this is the perfect solution. You use your own solution for cleaning (I use thieves, pine sol, vinegar, whatever is needed for the occasion), put a couple tablespoons in the container, add water, and go. The pad washes up well, and I bought an extra so I could have one to put on immediately after removing the other so I wouldn't have to wait for it to be done in the wash. It washes great, scrubs well, and is great on my linoleum and finished hardwood floors. My husband also used a new pad to lay stain on our floors, and said it was better than the specialized tools usually used. He said it pushed the stain with a perfect coverage over the entire floor. I like and dislike this item. The quality can be much better for money you pay for it or you can add some money and get a good quality steam mop. This mop system feels a little cheap. The mop leaves my floors so wet and it takes about 20 minutes to let them dry with is not good if you have a some tipe of hardwood floor. It's pretty hard to change pads and mop is to small if I compare it with my old one. The mop makes some squeaky plastic sounds while you mop wich is a little annoying. Good sides: it's so easy to use, mop is light and thin enough to mop under your furniture. Floors look clean after I mop.Anna

After failing over and over to get my whole main floor clean (luxury vinyl) I bought the SpinWave. No more bucket and mop. No more rinsing and rinsing. No more slopping water or water an solution. And my husband seems to get some sort of satisfaction from running it! I find I need 4 sets of pads to change out when one set gets dirty – maybe this is because I finally found a method to clean the floor that works and I have lots of work to do. I didn't get the battery powered one because I thought it ran down too quickly. The cord is easy to deal with. I wish there was a docking station of some sort to rest the spin mop in – give it even more stability. I recommend removing the pads after mopping rather than having the unit sit on flooring with wet pads.
I usually use a spray mop but it wasn’t getting the stuck on food from the floor. I’ve tried many other mops and nothing worked. This Bissel eventually gets the stuck on food off- you just have to keep the spin mop over the food for about 60 seconds. It’s better than getting on your hands and knees to scrape off the food. I didn’t notice much of a difference between the regular mop pads and the scrub ones. It feels like you’re operating a professional floor cleaner. I used an all purpose cleaner rather than the Bissel solution. It works well without their solution. I like that the water canister comes off completely and can be cleaned. I’ve used a steam mop of theirs in the past and it would get moldy because the canister couldn’t be removed. I’ll still keep my spray mop for quick messes. The Bissel takes longer to clean the whole floor but does a deeper clean.Sarah B
I bought the corded Spinwave because I needed extended time to clean hardwood floors after removing carpet. It did a great job removing built up padding print on the hardwood floor with the scrub pads. Then after drying, I used the soft pads to apply another hardwood cleaner to help the floors shine. I had to wash the scrub pads frequently because they lifted so much dirt from the floor. I also used it on my hardwood and it really made them shine. Plan to use on a couple more projects with hardwood floors that need some help. Definitely liked using hot water with cleaner as directed and no battery to recharge. Worked smoothly unless pads got off center. Would definitely recommend!

I'm not swinging on it by any means, but the ability for it to break at the first joint [not surprising – weakest area] in the second stroke left me bent over to finish the floor. I recently used my new Rejuvenate Microfiber Mop Kit With Reusable Microfiber Pads – Clean, Dust & Restore Set. I love it! It's super easy to use and light weight. The pads are super easy on and off. I was a little confused at first because it didn't come with instructions. I always read instructions to make sure I'm doing things right. So, once I passed that hurdle I was very happy with how easy the product is. I like that the head has a lot of motion to help navigate hard to reach places. The fact I can just wash the pads in my laundry when I am done is awesome. My toddler wants to help me clean. OMG… How awesome is that. I’ve had this Rejuvenate microfiber mood for a a few weeks now. I am in love with it! Having laminate floors with 2 boys and 2 dogs means dusting and mopping daily. Purchased this product as an update to an original FloorMate, model # H2800, that I've had for many, many years. Have much more floor to wash now and am much older. Wanted the rotating spin-scrub brushes and the much larger wash solution tank which are an improvement over the original model. Am disappointed. The old FloorMate out-performs this newer model in the wet vacuum mode, by far, plus the newer model leaks significantly more wash solution than the older model when stationary. The tank is properly seated so that is not the problem. Thought for sure that Hoover would've gotten a handle on this issue on updated models. While the FloorMate remains a great concept, the performance of this new model is not acceptable to me. Will resort to using my original FloorMate and resign myself to filling the wash solution tank 8-10 times as opposed to 3 times but the flooring will be almost instantly dry. Will 'gift' my sister-in-law with this new model so she can wash her back porch floor with ease as she does not require the same level of almost instant dryness that I prefer.Reenie
This is my 4th floor mate, my last one the brush would not stay attached, This one I'm having a problem with the clear cover staying on. But all in all this is a good concept for cleaning and then rinsing the floor. I wash my floor and then suck up the water, then put clean water in the tank and re rinse the floor. I have 2 old doxie who pee, and this machine really helps with the clean up. I also use it on the rubber mats at my back door during the winter and rainy season. Until summer when I can take my mates outside for a go pressure washing. The company just needs to look at a better design for the brush and now the clear cover.LINDA
I bought this specifically to clean my laminate floors after a basement remodel that left a layer of Sheetrock dust is n the textured laminate. We scrubbed, mopped and everything else to try and clean the laminate, but couldn't get this layer of dirt off the floors. Bought this vac to try since we'd already tried everything else. Mixed the cleaner with a cap full of vinegar and tried an area. Couldn't believe the dirt I emptied out of the container after one pass. After this we decided to move all the furniture and do one whole room. Not only did it get all the dirt out of the distressed floors, it scrubbed the laminate back to looking new. We'll to say the least we ended up doing every room in the house because the dust had come up through all the vents. The heavy traffic areas we did twice and still were able to pull additional dirt off the floors. I read a lot of reviews and did a lot of research before buying and the main reason I decided on this one was because of the rotating brushes. They scrub the floors in both directions and suck up the water when pulling it back. I live this vac and have also used on my tile floors. It does not clean the grout, but I wouldn't expect it to, but does an amazing job on the tile. I will be making another quick pass to n all the floors again just to see how much additional dirt I can get off. Great purchase, don't be scared by the other reviews. Most of my house is slate/tile and I have a dog. I have used erase type products on kitchen/bath but never on floor. It leaves the floor really clean. In kitchen I add little vinegar to hot water. I have a rectangle plastic container with hot water that I clean out mop in. I have a replacement top waiting in cupboard. However mop is wearing well. Don't let naysayers get you down. I had seen this mop all over TikTok and wanted one for a while. I finally bought one for about $40, couldn't wait to use it and was immediately disappointed. The handle wouldn't stay locked, it kept telescoping which was very frustrating. The next thing I noticed was that when you push forward on the mop, it functions like a mop should. On the backwards motion, the plastic base of the mop that the mophead attaches to just scrapes along the floor. I don't think the fabric of the mop was even touching the floor at all, it almost flips upside down so that only plastic is dragging along the floor. I mopped about 1/8 of my apartment before I had to stop. I cant put myself or my downstairs neighbor through that every time I mop. Terrible, terrible product that was over advertised on TikTok. Luckily you can return within 90 days if you're not satisfied otherwise Id be out the $40 I spent plus the floor cleaner.Emma Haus
Purchased this mop after several people I know said how great it was. While I do like the actual mop head and the spin idea, the handle is garbage. The handle is telescoping for whatever reason and will not stay locked. It constantly comes unlocked while mopping even with essentially no force applied. I honestly don't know why they would design a telescopic handle for a mop I'm the first place, especially considering that even with it extended fully it's still pretty short. My guess would be that it's easier to box and put in shelves, but it also makes the product garbage. They should have went with a screw together design if that was their concern. Also the mop head just king of clicks into the handle. Had they designed it with a traditional screw handle like most mops and brooms have I could have easily just gotten another handle and screwed it onto the mop head. As I said I love the idea of the product and like the was it mops when it actually functions. At this point I'm not sure what options I have to make it work better but will most likely end up having to return it. It is extremely aggravating to be in the middle of mopping and have a handle constantly trying to push in.Justin
This mop bucket with spinner is so easy to put together and use. The instructions for expanding the handle was a sticker attached to the handle so you'll never lose it. The mop head snapped into the handle with no problems. I had my doubts about this product but I am glad that I made this purchase. I used this at a client home and wondered about the quality. The mop did exactly what it was supposed to do. I paired it with Mr. Clean multi surface cleaner. This product cleaned 3 years worth of ground in dirt from bathroom floor tiles. I haven't seen the floor this clean for 3 years. I was using swifter wet jet which didn't even last thru the warranty. I switched to swifter wet floor pads and that didn't clean the groves in the bathroom tiles either. This product does exactly what it says it would do, however, I would not use it on wooden parquet floor because even though you spin the water out of the mop head it is still a little too wet for a wooden floor. I was so excited to move to a reusable pad system. On first cleaning, I noticed that even though I used 3 pads, my floors didn’t feel as clean as when I use the popular throw away wet pad system. The head also came off a couple of times when at a low angle. No biggie, though I did notice the plastic where it connects was showing signs of stress/lightening like it was weakening/had been pulled at the joint. But on my second time using it (after avoiding it to use the disposable system a couple of times), the spray trigger stopped working while I was spraying the floor. I was hoping I’d have a different experience than other reviewers. I’m was careful with it, stored the liquid container separate, etc. But it seems like most built in spray mops have issues, based on the reviews I’ve read. I returned it for a refund. I think this is a good alternative to other quick cleaning mops. What I like is that the tank is refillable. You can purchase more cleaning solution by Bona or add a different solution that you prefer. When the included solution ran out, I replaced the bona solution with another cleaning agent. The mop is very lightweight and easy to use. It has good maneuverability where I can get into more difficult spaces or use the mop on surfaces that are vertical to the floor. A few minor issues is that the tank can be a little tricky to pull out of the socket (I could just be weak) but it takes a little strength. The cap on the refillable tank took me a minute to figure out and again took some strength for me to open. The pad is reusable so I just wash after each use. The floors dry quick and they look pretty clean without streaks or cloudiness. A few times it has not done well lifting some real tough spots but for quick cleaning and disinfecting it’s great.stacy.s
This is initially a great mop! It sprays a good amount, is easy to use and I love that the cleaning solution is unscented and doesn't seem to leave a lot of residue. It's a fun mop to use! Also the solution doesn't leak out like another brand mop I bought a couple years back. The problem is it breaks quickly. I am still on the first bottle of cleaner, maybe half way through, and it's having a problem where the bottle disengages slightly so it barely barely sprays any cleaning solution. If you pop it out and snap it back in, it works great for one or two sprays, then goes back to almost nothing. So if you are mopping a whole room, it's incredibly frustrating to keep having to pop it out and snap it back in. Also the velcro holding the cleaning pad in place is ripping off of the mop. Keep in mind, I have barely used this thing. So for design, 5 out of 5, but I'm incredibly disappointed in the construction and durability, especially for the price.Rinea

Rotten idea of a mop. I honestly think this mop is more suited for small spills than for deep cleaning the entire floor. The mop head is too light to do any serious cleaning. I went over half the kitchen floor with this mop and the mop water still looked clean. If you want to do some serious mopping, get yourself an old-timey cotton mop with a two-pound head (if you can handle that size, or a one-pounder if you can't).dude
My favorite mop ever. It is really lightweight and performs with much ease! The white cap above the mop head allows you to ring out the dirty water without touching the mop head at all. The individual mop strips allow it to go into small spaces and clean all over. I’ve been using it for well over ten years and no matter how many others I purchased for change, I always come back to the #wondermop!crissi .g
This is a great mop! It actually absorbs dirt so no dirty streaks! Easy to rinse out and ring out. I have bought and used a lot of different mops in my 40 plus years of cleaning and this easily rates at the number one spot( that list includes a couple of steam mops). If you are looking for clean floors look no further! I have had a Libman broom for over 10 years so this brand lasts!julie

Oh yeah! Now this is a good sturdy mop , light weight and easy to use. Cleans even the most dirtiest floors. My son is a coal miner and on days when he swings by to pay me a visit after work , he is always covered in dust ,dirt , mud and whatever else there is. By the time he leaves , my floors look like someone stomped in mud and ran a marathon. This mop gets it all up with ease. Its really a good mop! It has a built in wringer so you don't have to bend over to wring out the water , which is perfect for someone like me who suffers from degenerative disk and other back problems. It's the same brand and color of my broom, that's why I bought it. Glad I did!Sheila
I should've listened to the multiple negative reviews. They were saying the mop broke within a few months. I thought maybe they got a bad batch but it happened to me too. I only used it twice and as I was twisting the mop, doing what it was designed to do, it broke. I don't have that much upper body strength so I know it wasn't user error. I'm gonna try to glue it back together but never buying this mop again nor telling others to buy it.Monica
