MY FAVORITE OIL OF ALL TIMES!!! I don't know how many bottles of it I ve used over the years!!!! I am not counting. Originally, I was squeaking every time I had to buy a new bottle, more than a hundred bucks for a bottle!!! I started a Sunday Riley cult among my friends, worshipping – Juno, Good Genes, Luna, and etc. Solid brand, solid products, cannot find real substitute. Since that times Juno got a lower price level, so at $72 it is still an everyday regular night routine must, I am trying other brands/products, but ultimately go back to my Juno every single time. This is my second time purchasing Juno Face oil from the Q. It's now my favorite face oil. This oil is very hydrating, and living in the southwest in dry conditions and with winter heat, I need the most hydrating products out there. This delivers and it feels so good on the skin. It's a bit thicker than most face oils I've tried, and it's not greasy at all. I typically apply it at night, and this really sinks into the skin. I can see and feel how soft my skin is the next morning. It's nice to apply during the day too for a boost of moisture. And, if you get the gift with purchase, it's is so worth it. The Fairy Godmother body oil that is the offer right now, is a full size body oil, with a slight shimmer, yet not glittery at all. As far aesthetics; this is an oil. In my opinion facial oils are facial oils and all feel quite similar on the skin. Sure, some might be thinner and seem more lightweight, but in general oils have a similar aesthetic and feel on the skin. I used to be quite generous with oils for their supposed antioxidant properties until I learned that seed oils are considered to be quite concentrated- so you truly do not need a lot of product on the face to reap the benefits. Seriously, you only need 2 maybe 3 drops max for the entire face. Plus, this will have a better aesthetic and feel on the skin. I must admit I am not the biggest fan of Sunday Riley's products in general. I find them to be full of fragrance and very expensive. This product is the definite exception since it is one of, if not the only S.R. product in their lineup. Ok so to be honest I love Sheamoisture products because they use natural and organic ingredients. Unfortunately this product didn’t quite work for me. It was very drying and makes my face for prone to becoming dry through the day. It also irritated my skin, might be because I have some acne. I had my suspicions of "magic skin oils," but this stuff really is magic. I was reccomended this oil by a friend when I had gotten new stretch marks on my breasts from the pill. I also had old white stretch marks on my thighs and butt. I saw results after just one day for my new scars! The marks on my breasts faded within a few days and it softened the look of the ones on my thighs! It by no means fully erases stretch marks, but rather fades them quite a bit. I am very fair skinned, 20 years old, and I have combination skin on my face but dry skin on my body. I have acne prone skin on my face so I wouldn't dare use this for my facial acne scars, but for my body it's amazing for stretch marks!! I love love love this product! I used this oil through 2 pregnancies, alternating with Palmer's Cocoa butter daily and I did not get one stretch mark (gained 22lbs on my first pregnancy and 20lbs on my second) and it also helped to reduce the ones I already had. It has a great smell to it! You don't need to use a lot because it's oil, which becomes a plus as this is a pricey (but totally worth it) product. I had two emergency c-sections so I used for a little while on my scar and noticed a decent difference to the color of my scar. I've seen some people using a few drops on their fingers and add to their hair (dry ends) and see good results with it. I did for a little bit but my hair is naturally oily so I had to stop. Had a c-section on October 11th, bought this product on October 20th and started using it that same day. I apply it 3 times a day and I allow it to soak in for about an hour. In the 6 days I've been using this I can see a huge difference in my incision! All the scabbing and redness has disappeared and now it's just a dark pink color (I can't really explain lol) but I was SUPER surprised with this product and somewhat skeptical. This product is VERY moisturizing as well which definitely helps when you're trying to fade scars. I'm not sure how long you're supposed to wait before you start using a scar creams on a c-section scar but I started as soon as I could. I just returned this after losing interest in / giving up on it after about 2-3 weeks. First, it smells _divine_ and has some really nice ingredients. The problem is that you have these beautiful active ingredients mixed into a bad/cheap base carrier oil — this is primary sunflower oil, and it _feels_ like sunflower oil on your skin. It’s heavy and sticky and doesn’t quite absorb within any reasonable time frame. It doesn’t layer well with other products. In the beginning I used it twice a day and then I started only using it at night, but eventually I just stopped because I kept having to switch back to my normal routine. Every day I used it, a few of my pores would get visibly clogged within 24 hours and I had some minor breakouts. I typically use an oil as the last step of my nighttime routine and sometimes I will use it to seal in moisture during the daytime if my skin is looking a little dull. I was hoping this might outperform plum oil, but it doesn’t even come close. My skin was overall a bit dryer while using this. It felt like the active ingredients wanted to work but the occlusive sunflower oil made it less effective and made it difficult to wear light makeup on top of it. I would love to see them use a lighter, higher quality carrier oil (plum, argan, marula, etc) as their base and I would happily try it again (truly, it smells divine), but ultimately for their current product there are better oils at this price point that are more versatile and do more for your skin. I love face oils and I have tried alllll the highly rated ones at Sephora and honestly this is my favorite!! I have oily acne prone skin but this actually calms down any acne and helps heal the marks after they’re gone. It gives such a beautiful glow! If I have an event, I mix it with my moisturizer and apply it about an hour before I apply my makeup and everyone asks me who did my make up because it looks airbrushed (and believe me I’m not even that good at makeup). I didn’t like this at first Bc I was using it after serum or after serum AND moisturizer. That didn’t work well for me. But I started using it right after washing my face and I really like the way it looks and feels that way. I break out often in the summer humidity and I think using less products on my face will be better once it gets hot out. This does leave a beautiful glow and sinks into skin better just by itself. If you want to give your skin a break from a lot of products but still hydrate and have a glow, use this after washing your face/toning. It’s beautiful. I honestly can't be objective when it comes to the Neutrogena Body Oil, because I have used this AMAZING body oil for over 30+ years. I have very dry skin. Few moisturisers seem to help for more than a few hours. This Body Oil is far more long-lasting than I would have expected – even 48 hours after applying it my skin was still feeling lovely. The drawback is the scent. Unlike other reviewers I found it pervasive and distracting. My husband also did not like it. I will probably keep using this product as it is an unbeatable combination of efficacy and affordability….but I'd love it if Neutrogena could bring out an unscented or differently scented version.Peachtree27
I've been using this oil for years and I always bought it at Walmart. Then I realized that I could get the 32oz for $24 and that I would be so much better off. But not even two months later Neutrogena changed the price to $48, which doesn't even make sense. You could literally buy two 16oz for less. I've contacted customer service to find out why but they didn't know. This was over a year ago and the price hasn't changed. I'm only writing the review now because they've discontinued the sheer lotion which has the same price of $24 for 32oz. WOW, that is the first word that comes to mind. I can say I have tried almost every popular clean beauty oil in the industry and none have impressed me as much as this oil. I apply this after my Chebula serum and talk about bio-compatible just like they claim it absorbs almost instantly into my skin. I was so surprised by this oil. I normally stray away from oils because my skin type is oily and I struggle with that throughout the day. But, this product is wonderful! I have to leave an honest review of this product as I feel some people would probably benefit from knowing what I know now, and unfortunately learned the hard way. Upon initial use, I thought it seemed really nice, and I probably would have recommended it. I honestly knew very little about green beauty at the time, nor did I know just how many sensitizing oils this product contains, and how even if things seem like they’re going okay for a while, eventually this product could really harm your skin. After using this product for about a month, with no adverse effects, my skin changed within a matter of days. It started stinging and burning constantly, became tight, dry, irritated, and exceptionally painful. I immediately discontinued the product. I now recognize that some of the oils in this product (specifically fir needle oil, pine needle oil, and jasmine oil) are well documented skin sensitizers, which can cause allergic contact dermatitis over time. I truly hate to say this but it’s been two years, and my skin is still not even close to normal. I have seen dermatologists and tried many gentle, replenishing routines to help fix my skin barrier, but I still experience constant tightness, dryness, and occasional stinging, as my skin is constantly inflamed. Prior to using this product, I had really easy, excellent skin for all of my life, and I have no other skin issues at all, nor have I ever had any issues with any other product I’ve tried. I love this oil, or better said; the scent of it. This almond oil is not bad at all but honestly it didn't do much for my skin. When I use it on my hands it works well but doesn't do a lot for the rest of my body. Feels oily, then 20 minutes or so after I apply it my skin starts to get dry again and for the price of it I can't keep reapplying hours after I shower. Now, the fragrance of this almond oil is really incomparable. I fell in love with its scent the moment I tried it, it's the only reason why I keep buying it to be honest. Also, I must say I found a way of using it on my body and get the results I want; I mix a little of L'Occitane Almond Oil with the Neutrogena Fragrance Free Body Oil which happens to work perfectly for me without leaving my skin feeling oily and then drying out after a while. This Oil is amazing. To get the best use from this product, First: apply an unscented body cream all over your body. This should be applied on damp skin when you are fresh out of the shower. Then, Apply a small amount of the oil on the entire body, you don’t need a lot of this product (1 or 2 spritzes will work). This will allow for the scent to linger on your whole body and you’ll also receive the hydrating benefits from the oil. Make sure not to lay down or anything right after application. You’ll need to give the oil 15 minutes to absorb fully into the skin, then you can go about your activities. I actually meant to buy another product and got confused as the two are so similar. While this product wasn't what I had originally wanted, I have to say I'm not disappointed. It definately hydrates my skin, and provides a nice glow, and though it is a bit oily it still sits well under make up. I’m someone who is skeptical when it comes to claims on skin care. When I read this helps with redness, I decided to give it a shot. I seriously wish I took a before picture, but my redness and more importantly, the texture from my rosacea on my cheeks has gotten so much better! This oil is just beautiful. I use it in conjunction with the marine cream, either first on dry skin then the cream on top or on top of the cream once it has sunk in & they work really well together. I use it on top of the cream if I want more of a glow for day time but I believe on dry skin you’ll get the most benefit as your skin really drinks it in. The smell is so nice, think fresh cucumbers. As there is fragrance, if you’re sensitive I suppose there is potential for irritation but I have fairly sensitive skin and none of the Elemis products irritate me at all, I believe because it’s all natural. If you have extra sensitive skin it may be worth doing a patch test on any of their products. A little goes a long way with this oil, it leaves you super glowy! I do use slightly more than the recommended drops though as I like to use it down my neck and onto my chest & 3-4 isn’t quite enough for me I’d say more like 6, 3-4 is plenty for just the face though. It isn’t super oily/greasy, it’s more of a dry oil texture but this doesn’t take away from its hydration at all, I like the fact you can actually feel & see your skin drinking it, it doesn’t sit on top of the skin like a film. So if you’re looking for that sort of thing this may not be for you. It’s more an oil you have to pat in rather than use like a moisturiser in my opinion. I close my eyes and pat it on them too & it doesn’t irritate them at all. This tends to last me ages even when I use it morning and night but you can use it sparingly, maybe just once a day & you’ll still see the benefits for sure! This is great to take out with you as well if you’re out & want a quick boost of moisture or glow, I would say it’s light enough to use over makeup if you’re looking a bit cakey or dry. I use this with a jade roller & notice this really gives it a boost as it helps the skin drink it in so if you’re looking for a night time routine it’s a good add in to wake up looking refreshed & glowy. Great for winter when your skin’s a bit drier. I have acne prone skin and this does not clog up pores at all. In fact, this has helped a lot with keeping my skin clear. I expected this to be gentle because normally when I think superfood I think organic ingredients, fruit oils and antioxidants. I also expected it to be more special than it really is. Being familiar with Elemis I purchased this oil hoping to upgrade the skin on my face and hands. It comes in a glass bottle and has a grassy-earthy smell which I completely love. For me is a direct reminder of the oil's ingredients. However, if you're looking for a subtle scent or one that would faint fast I believe this is not for you. I didn't achieve the results I wanted neither or my face nor in my hands. Nevertheless, I understand that it was not due to a lack of performance of the oil, it was just that I didn't apply it the right way. I over-applied it and as a result the product couldn't get fully absorbed into my skin. I used the whole bottle and it improved my skin: it became a little bit brighter, less inflamed and softer. However, if I would have been patient enough and apply only what's suggested the oil would have penetrated better. I would have avoided the embarrassing "oily face look" and the nourishing effects would have been amplified. I believe that it would have been beneficial (my skin was flaky) to do an exfoliation process prior to adding the Superfood Oil to my regime. My skin would have been cleared of at the outer-dry layer and absorption would have been easier. I'm planning to buy it again and use it sparingly. I recommend it to anyone; just don't apply a lot hoping to get faster results and prepare your skin to get the most benefits.BioRodriguez

I actually received this as a birthday gift and am so glad I got it! I've been plagued with eczema/dermatitis on my face and neck and this has really helped with calming my irritated, dry cracked skin. I've been prescribed hydrocortisone, Elidel and other rx's, but this works so much better and without any funky side effects! It has a nice blend of skin loving oils that are great for the skin barrier-especially sensitive skin. It can be a bit greasy if you use a lot- which under "normal" circumstances you don't need to-but for MY skin at the moment, it's fine. It is pricey which is why I knocked off 1 star, but if you can afford to splurge, I'd recommend this!
I really love how this oil calms my skin, and my favorite way to use it is after doing a chemical peel because using it after deep exfoliation really lets the ingredients sink in and work their magic! I have dry skin with a little acne from time to time and this really helps keep my skin hydrated. I use it at night, once or twice a week after exfoliation and my 47 year old skin is glowing and young looking. The only thing I don't love is that it takes a long time to sink in. I've read so many reviews where people use it before makeup and I can't imagine doing that! For me, it gradually sinks in overnight for beautiful results in the morning. I would also add that I only use it when I'm going to wash my hair in the morning as it makes my hair greasy if it touches my face. I wouldn't balk at the price as it literally takes 2 drops to fully cover my face and neck, and I almost worry about it turning rancid before I can use it up, although I don't know if that's a thing with this oil.Dana Doozer

I used to struggle with patches of dry skin that would look horrible and even worse under makeup! I flew to the nearest [brand:deciem] store, a province to the west, quite a trip for skincare, but if you know [brand:deciem], you know the obsession! I was told about this amino acid, they explained that it would be perfect for someone with the issues I have. I tried it with the 'B' oil, amino acid first step, then 'B' oil, second step. I bought this about a month ago on a whim upon reading some reviews. I personally love unusual, herbal, earthy smells – it definitely has a green fish-oil scent and I adore it. I was dealing with hyperpigmentation, dehydration, dryness and breakouts due to dry winter air in my apartment. All that changed about my routine initially was the addition of this oil. Within a few days my skin was soft again. Within a week the breakouts subsided. My hyperpigmentation has started to dramatically clear up — I do want to note that I think that has more to do with my moisture barrier than with any brightening properties of the oil. I’ve started mixing this with my favourite rosehip oil, the Pai Skincare Rosehip Bioregenerate Oil (sorry TO, but it’s the best on the market) and my skin hasn’t looked this good in a very long time. I highly recommend giving this a try if your moisture barrier is damaged. I did not expect this to do much at all and now I don’t think I will ever be without it.Fig
I’ve used this a few times now and although I really love how it feels and works I just don’t know that I can deal with the fishy sea smell. I understand that everyone likes different smells and has slightly different sense of smell but to me it does smell a fishy so just be aware that it could smell that way for you as well. I’m wondering if I can add some frankincense or lavender essential oil and make the smell less prominent because I really love the feel and the effects. Just don’t love the smell. I initially purchased many of The Honest Co. skin care products to try out, in order to identify which ones worked best for me, then incorporate those into my skin care regimen. This quickly made its way to the list of products I use daily. I first used it on some days as an alternative to moisturizer, but found that this works best in tandem with the Hydrogel moisturizer. Hydrogel is a great moisturizer which you really feel delivering moisture to your skin; I now use it nightly to allow it to give my skin "a long, hydrating drink" throughout the night (it has time release properties), then the next day, instead of a moisturizer, I'll use a couple of drops of the Organic Beauty Facial Oil (It's an absolute wonder that only 2 drops of this product effectively delivers all day moisturizing!) because my skin still remains fully hydrated from the overnight moisturizing from the Hydrogel, and the oil holds the moisture intact. Another benefit of using the oil in daytime is that it allows primers (I alternately use Everything Primer, Matte and Everything Primer, Glow + 2HA) to be applied quicker, more smoothly, and evenly. If you wear make up, I think this benefit would also apply for that application. I feel that Hydrogel provides more of a deep moisturizing and the Organic Beauty Facial Oil is more topical (but absorbs quickly and doesn't create unwanted shine and greasiness associated with oils), so using one after the other works wonderfully.A. I didn't have any adverse reactions despite having relatively sensitive skin. However, I have used other facial oils in the last few years and this one was by far the worst in terms of results. I didn't find it all that moisturizing and the next day my skin was just "blah". There are other oils out there that I've purchased (like Faerie Organic's oil blends or just plain Argan or Rosehip oil) where I woke up in the morning feeling like I had brand new skin that was brighter and perfectly soft. With this, I didn't experience any of that. To top it off, if you read the ingredient list, it's basically a bottle of essential oils for fragrance so all you're paying for is fragrance that will, overtime, damage your skin. Save yourself some time and money and just buy yourself a nice bottle of legitimate argan or rosehip oil. You can find good quality of that for less money per ounce and you'll have way better results than this.Jen
I’ve been having some light acne for a year that wouldn’t clear up and got this product. I just wanted a regular face oil in general. I put this on the first time last night and woke up with my acne almost completely gone?? And my face is SO SOFT and not the kind of soft where you’re covered in oil in moisturizer. No my skin is dry right now and feels so silky. I’m 20 and I feel like I have the skin quality of my 10 year old self again. And when you put it on it smells heavenly. Like wow it smells like a spiritual essential oil I might use it as a perfume on my wrists or something.

I absolutely LOVE this glitter!!!!! It’s amazing. I have Fenty’s body lava , and it leaves a bronzed stain on anything and everywhere I am, with not so much of an obvious shimmer. It's a beautiful shimmer but if you don't enjoy heavy fragrance it's a no. It should be marketed as a shimmering fragrance oil because it's the only thing you're going to be able to smell. And personally, I despise heavy perfume. I wish I had known how heavy the fragrance was before I purchased it. It starts out subtle but grows in intensity as it warms on your skin. I have purple hair. This requires maintenance and can be damaging. But I olaplex and buy high quality products. I picked this up mostly for my hands, elbows and knees as they are dry. But I have uses this now a number of times in my hair when it needs moisture after it's dry and my conditioner wasn't enough. It keeps my hair smooth and gives it the slip it needs not tangle or break. Like when I accidentally used a shampoo that did the opposite of what ir claimed and stripped the moisture from my hair and hands (from the shampooing). I have fine hair so I use just a bit of it and it goes a long way for me. i also don't use it on my face (except for my lips when chapped) as it will cause me to break out. But I knew that when I bought it, and so I use it for my very dry skin areas only. In general I love that it's a multitasking tool, at a great price. It has no bad smell at all. And the price is affordable enough that if it goes bad I can easily buy another.Layla
Let's start with the face. I use this oil in my evening routine, at the very end, twice a week, or at least I try to use it that many times, I won't deny that sometimes I forget 🙈 2-3 drops of oil are enough, I pat them on the skin of my face and then massage it into my face with a facial massager. If you don't have any massagers, your fingers will do the job just as well, use them 👋 I would also recommend using the oil maybe an hour before going to bed to absorb it. Hair. About an hour before washing my hair, I rub the ends with oil. The results pleasantly surprised me. The ends of the hair are soft, moisturized and shiny. After these experiments, I started using this oil only for hair, because whatever touches the face, the result is the same whether the oil is used or not. I just got my Cold-Pressed Virgin Marula Oil and it’s different from the previous ones that I used to receive from The Ordinary. It’s ticker than the previous ones but the worst part is the smell. It has an awful petroleum-like smell and not a nice feeling when you are spreading it on your skin. The smell doesn’t go away even after a while that the product is on your skin. I’ve been using the ordinary Cold-Pressed Virgin Marula Oil for some years and this is not the same oil that I used to get. I compared the new oil with one that I still have from before and the consistency is different and the previous one has no smell. Not sure but has The Ordinary changed the formula or added something to the previous one or this product went wrong? I'm not sure if I can or want use this product on my face. Disappointed.Sohe

I have been using Aurelia products for a few years now, my favourite product being revitalise & glow. When a great offer popped up to try balance & glow I thought I’d give it a whirl! I have tried a lot of face oil including Sisley black rose and La Mer, both of which are 3 times the price of this 50ml for just 30ml. After receiving a 30ml bottle of this as a gift, I was quickly very impressed and realised that actually, price point does not necessarily mean better performance. I saw results with this in terms of softening and clarity when I hadn’t really seen any difference with La Mer or Sisley oils. I will repurchase this again and again.Koala17

The skin becomes very soft and elastic, and the smell is simply divine if you love citrus fruits. It makes your skin look dewy / shiny, like you've put a little shimmer on your face, so it's not suitable for women who like a matte look throughout the day. the oil did not clog the pores and did not cause inflammation.
