I’ve been a line cook for 5 years and worked with a lot of nonstick sets turning out thousands of eggs for brunch service. Misen exceeded my expectations. My only critique is that the set is maybe a touch heavy, but I’ll happily take that in exchange for how fast and evenly it heats. Great product in my opinion.Ben W.

Me and my wife have been married for 35 years. We have gone through some cookware. Misen is the first company to educate customers on how to handle and care for and protect non-stick cookware. We have the set of 3 frying pans. We have had them for 2 years and with the care instructions that we learned from Misen they are still like brand new. Not a scratch on the inside at all. I have had Analon cookware for years. They say you can use metal. No, no you can’t, because eventually the get scratched just enough to no longer be slick. I had decided, even before I got Misen, to not use metal utensils regardless of what the manufacturer states. So, when I read no metal utensils, I was all in. As light as these pans are they heat perfectly. And cook like a dream. I must say, for once I got a great product. Thank you. JanZJANICE L. Z.

Received my set and was very happy with the appearance. It wasn't too long before I discovered these pans don't do good in the dishwasher, we used the mixer to whip potatoes and it scratched up the interior so we won't be doing that again. And if the heat is too high it will mess with the appearance of the bottom of the pans. Last weekend I used the 9" cake pan and the cake was stuck and ruined. So what is advertised in regards to this set is most definitely incorrect. Very disappointed. Stay away from these pots and pans, I should've read the reviews before purchasing.Natalie Longsine

I purchased one of these and it started sticking after 6 weeks, progressively got worse. I never used heat higher than medium, never used it in the oven past 350 degrees (although it says you can go up to 400 degrees), never used any non-stick sprays (these will DEFINITELY ruin your pan!), never used metal utensils (or hand mixers, etc.), always used only soapy hot water to clean the inside surface. I will NEVER buy this pan again! ANY non-stick pan that won't last past 2-2 1/2 years is NOT worth purchasing. If frying chicken or ?? in oil, I use my WELL-SEASONED cast iron skillet. For everyday use (eggs, grilled cheese, etc.) I purchased a Tramontina commercial non-stick restaurant fry pan – I'm on my 2nd pan which lasted 2 1/2 years (using the same hints as above – i.e., no metal utensils, don't cook past medium heat, no non-stick sprays, etc.) I used this pan daily – sometimes multiple times daily so if you want a GOOD non-stick, suggest the Tramontina. Remember, NO non-stick pan will last past 2-2 1/2 years so expect to purchase a new one after that period of time. NOTE: The Gotham Steel will NOT last past 3 monthscoffeejams

I've been using 2 Gotham Steel 10 inch frying pans since July 2018. I use them almost every day and a photo would show them to look almost new. Grilled cheese, quesadillas, eggs, breakfast meats, searing steaks before grilling, chicken in salsa, and much more. On stove top and in oven. Use them smartly and they will continue to look great and do the job; fail to follow the "rules" and they will fail within weeks or days. What are these rules? * When you get the pan, wash it by hand with conventional dish soap (i.e. dawn) and dry. * Immediately "season" the pan with oil (safflower or peanut/ground oil is recommended) on the stove top or in the oven. Google "pan seasoning" to really understand how. * After cleaning in dishwasher, re-season before using. No seasoning, no non-stick! * A properly seasoned pan will need little or no oil for cooking AT LOW TO MEDIUM TEMPERATURES. * Use a minimum amount of oil, +/- a teaspoon, for most foods, in a properly seasoned pan. The "no oil at all" thing is not important to my diet and I use the smallest amount of olive oil sometimes with a little MCT oil mixed in. * NEVER use canned spray oils. The solvent that keeps the oil spray-able will change the non-stick surface, even after as few as 2 to 4 uses! * NEVER cook food on high heat. This will quickly erode the non-stick capability of the pan. Set your burner to MEDIUM heat, or just a little lower and WAIT for the pan to heat up, 2-3 minutes or so. Flick a little water to know when the pan is ready – the sizzle sound will tell you when. * NEVER scrape "stuck" food residue from the pan. After cooking, let the pan cool, fill with luke warm water in the sink and let it soak for 5 minutes or more. I then scrub my pans with a nylon kitchen brush or a nylon mesh pad. After a brief soak, they come amazingly clean with little effort. * Never clean with steel wool or abrasive cleansers like Comet. Key word here is "abrasive". A little baking soda and white vinegar is about the most abrasive mix I would use but I havent needed to go that far as yet. * Use nylon or plastic or wood utensils. Initially the surface seems immune to metal tools but scraping is scraping – both the pan and the tool will erode. Even dentists have to replace their tooth cleaning tools every so often. And don't do the egg-beater thing in the pan! Other than the TV hype, what would the point be? Above all, remember: these are typically $10 to $30 pans. They are not going to last forever. I originally expected 2 to 3 years when I bought them. Now I'm thinking more like 4 to 5. Maybe I'll have to think further out over the next couple of years, and when the time comes, I'll buy more of the same.mnocdb

These pots disappointed me completely! i was excited to find them at a good price but i know why. After using them for about two weeks the smallest sauce pan started to peel. After the second time using the medium sauce pan it started blistering. I store my pots hanging from a rack over my island in my kitchen while putting them away my husband dropped the medium sauce pan on to the counter and it bent it very badly. So i would stay away from this set unless you only want them for appearance because they are not cook worth pans.Grammyof3

Bought these 3/31/2021. Love the set and how the look, great to cook with also. But my most used pan, the smaller sauce pan, got one little scratch on the bottom in the inside and since then the coating has started bubbling and coming off. Its finally bad enough that I don't feel safe using it anymore because there are always pieces of the nonstick coating in our food. I dont feel safe feeding it to my kids and will be looking for a different brand to purchase now. I wish I could find a good pan /brand that is nonstick but doesn't have a nonstick coating that can eventually peel off.TheTruthIsWhatItIs

My husband bought me a set of these about 3 years ago and I love it. The cookware is still almost like new. It has done everything that was advertised. The only thing I wish could be changed are the handles to make them a little more comfortable. I have neuropathy and sometimes the sides feel sharp on my hands. I was so excited to be able to give my daughter-in-law her dream pots and pans for Christmas. They are now nightmare pits and pans. I am so embarrassed to have given her this junk. She followed the directions to the letter yet they stick and look horrible. I expected quality with this name brand but I would have been better off going with a cheaper brand. I have a set of Reverwear I have been cooking with for 35 years and they have never stuck and been unable to get clean. They look as good as they did the day I bought them.mfindley

I wanted to switch to stainless steel cookware because of the health safety of them. Everything I read said you must have the 3-ply sets. But they are very heavy and I have very arthritic hands. I then discovered the single ply with reinforced bottoms. I thought I would chance it. I was also used to cooking on non-stick pans and was concerned. But they've been wonderful. The first 2 things I cooked were eggs. You just need to use butter or oil. But when I made poached eggs they came clean easily too. Just keep Barkeepers Friend close by. They also have measuring lines in the pots which is great. Better yet are the lids made so that you can drain the pan without a collander. I've only had them for 2 weeks, but so far we are very pleased. I read multiple reviews and finally decided on this set because Calphalon rated well and that is what I had been using for 20 years. Love the heat distribution, and covers. All of the pieces are equal quality. Bug step up from my old set. I am not having an issue with cleaning. I suppose im not afraid of butter… i mean you say alot and mean half a tablespoon at best …i mean half a stick. Anyway although i am not scared of butter…this is not exclusive to this brand of pans. All pans stick unless you use some sort of spray or oil or butter Theres always tips and tricks for cleaning pits and pans because its a thing. I find if you grease any pan and try not to burn food it will clean easier. I dont understand faulting the pan for bad cooking or cooking mistakes. It is not the pan making the food stick…its you. Sorry. These pans are great. They heat well. They cook well. They clean well. You truly get what you pay for with Calphalon amnd I love them for itHonesty makes no friends

We bought this set to replace an old non-stick set and to "match" our existing stainless set. To say I am impressed is an understatement! The look and feel of these pans is amazing. While these pans require more care than I was giving my last set, it's so worth it. Our food tastes better and clean up is a breeze. I highly recommend this set to anyone who wants to step up their cooking game! It's worth every penny.Catie

I like this set and I was super excited when I first got it. I hand wash them only and only use silicon/wooden utensils when cooking. I really do take good care of them. However, after a few uses the exterior of my pan browned and the interior scratched! I really don't know how it can scratch from a non metal utensil. Also, the strainer part of the lid for the stock pot came bent and I had to manually unbend it which still isn't perfect. I would've been more satisfied if I received it all in top condition for their price. Basically, what really bugs me the is the overall quality of the set for the price. The warranty states that it doesn't cover any browning from normal wear and tear but for their prices, they should accommodate at least something for it since they don't stay in the new condition even after only a few uses like they say they would. We bought these pots and pans for our son and daughter-in-law for Christmas. They registered for these for their upcoming wedding. They couldn’t wait until the wedding to use them. I've had the 12inch D3 pan for several years, and it's held up without warping on a glass top stove (the worst to cause warp) with high heat sears and long dry pan warm-ups, just the sort of thing to cause warp. The heat is even and it's very responsive to heat changes. If I can pass along a tip for people reading these reviews – it's horses for courses. The sticking people complain about is actually a "feature" of all stainless steel, it's why professional chefs will use stainless for certain foods, to build up the fond in the pan then deglaze and turn it into a pan sauce. Besides most proteins, I can do a mean omelet in this pan, but I have other pans that make it easier. I can't fry an egg in it without a little sticking, and I would never do a tilapia filet in it. Searing tuna yes, tilapia no. If users would educate themselves on how to use their tools they'd be much happier, and this is an excellent tool. Anyone that expects it to be nonstick is setting themselves up for disappointment. Anyone who understands how to cook in stainless is going to absolutely love it.nikonuser

I have cooked with dozens of frying pans over the years. Some were not that great, some were excellent but too heavy. After using this new All-Clad D5 nonstick stainless frying pan, I think that my search for the perfect pan is finally over. Not only does everything cooks evently but the weight is just right. Out of the box, the pan is just splendid, nicely made and everything is top quality. I really like that they use the nonstick layer which makes it very easy to cook and clean. The lid it comes with is also a very nice plus. When it comes to performance, everything I cooked on it came out great. The pan cooks everything evenly and I love that it is oven safe up to 500 degrees F. I bought this pan a week ago and I am kicking myself in the keister for not getting this AND a 10 piece D3 set many, many many years ago! I’ll call myself a semi pro chef! No formal training but I am self taught and have been cooking since I was 4 years old, no hyperbole! I go back to the Galloping Gourmet, Julia Childs, Jaquelinen Pepin and NO FOOD NETWORK, JUST PBS! Have read and studied seriously since a teen in high school. 50 years and I wise up and get this and totally use technique to achieve amazing results! Can you say MAILLARD REACTION? I could achieve it on an inferior product but it wasn’t ever to my liking! Used this pan for two simple cheese burgers, the crust achieved by using this pan was effortless, then even distribution of heat is remarkably impressive! I also made a beautiful 1 1/2 inch ribeye and the crust was just shocking then put the pan in the oven at 425 for 5 minutes and just, WOW! ALL CLAD YOU HAVE JUST WON A FAITHFUL AND DEDICATED CONSUMER! As far as cons, you guys could supply tops for the smaller fry pans, I know, I could use them!Chef homeboy Ardee

I've had this set for about 2 weeks. So far the non-stick is working great. I am being intentional to not use abrasive utensils and cleaning pads with them. I am hand washing and drying as well to prevent any deterioration of the finish. Also using everything on a low to medium setting has not been an issue to cook with; only raising it higher for boiling. The design is beautiful, but the color is definitely not copper. The exterior leans to a silver or light rose gold color. I almost returned when I saw this, but realized for the price point, good reviews, and design, this is about the most attractive cookware set you can find.Brittany

I love this cookware. I am from the old school and cook everything from scratch. I made Mac & Cheese the other day and used the large stock pot to mix the milk and cheese together. Usually this is a major problem when it comes to cleanup but not this time. I melted the cheese into the milk and then added the cooked macaroni, mix it thoroughly. I then put the mixture into a baking dish and put it in the oven to bake. Now comes the part I usually hate, cleaning the pot with the milk/cheese mixture. Well, this time it wasn't a problem, at all. Put the pot in sink with warm water and dish detergent, a few swipes with the dish cloth and that was it. Dried it and put it away. End of story.JOYCE

Problems from day with sticking. Says no need for oil but you will never get your food out of the pan if you don't as found out. With or without oil eggs do badly and you end up with part of the egg stuck and having to scrub hard to wash the pans. Pasta sticks to the bottom of the pots while stirring and having oil added. Steaks are a nono unless you don't like to sear them as the surface grabs the meat and won't let go without tearing. Terrible waste of money.eugene

I'm not an accomplished cook…don't have years of cooking for a hubby and kids like a lot of you ladies. That means I usually turn the heat up too high, and I am always getting distracted long enough for my food to burn. I have scorched oatmeal, mushrooms, canned goods (especially diced new potatoes and carrots) and frozen cauliflower. When the food looks like it will have to be tossed, I am always surprised that I can scoop it up and it looks fine on the plate and tastes just fine. The pan, however, looks hopeless, with all the black goop stuck in the bottom of the pan. Here is what is amazing about this pan…a few swipes with a scouring pan and the burnt food just slides right off and leaves the pan with a shiny finish and zero scratches. The first time I used a scouring pad (my first time to scorch the pan) was scary. I just assumed if it took a scouring pan to get the stuff off, the finish would be ruined. Not true. My pan bounced back just as shiny as it was when I bought it. I have since scorched many pans of food and my pan looks as good today as it did when I bought it. I see absolutely zero evidence of any scratching, and I definitely don't see how the finish could come off. Please do as I say, not as I do, and try to remember to keep the heat at the appropriate temperature and to stay with your food when it is cooking on high. You will be happy with the results. And don't be afraid to scrub the inside of the pan with a scouring pan because your finish should be just fine. If you are like me and can't remember to check on the pan, then maybe we all need to take cooking lessons. What we don't need is another non-stick pan. We already own the best, IMHO.Darlene

I ordered these at Christmas, I was super excited to get them. Very disappointed in them, they arent scratch proof. They are great for the first few washes, but after that, we noticed the non stick coating started coming off. The handles kind of dig in your hands when moving them away from the stove. They could really use handle covers for better grip. One of the storage container lids literally came apart in the dishwasher the first time I washed them. This set was a huge disappointment, enough so, that I took the time to write this review to warn others not to waste the money. To sum it up, basically choose any set of pots but these.Scarletgodiva

I've owned many different non-stick pots and pans and these are amazing! With no need to "season" the pans, they're right up my alley because being a pretty good cook and baker, it's against my "religion" to burn ANYTHING in a pan! When I got this set of granite stone cookware I was excited to put them to use. After washing them all up I decided to get started. Fried taters in the frying pan, baked biscuits on the flat pan and steamed vegetables in the steamer pot (we like our meat fixed on the grill). After supper I decided to wash them up it was a quick wash-up like nothing had really been used. Well it does say you don't have to use oil/butter with these which my taters have to have butter in them. The next day I made peanut butter fudge and of course I can't stir it with anything other than a metal spoon which I thought would surely ruin it. Let the pot set until I got the fudge rolled out. Clean-up wasn't just wiping it off but it wasn't scrubbing like I used to do. My husband has been using them alot and he's rough on stuff and these still look like they just came out of the box. They can be used indoors and outdoors both so if you want to go camping you could take them along or what you would need. They have a very nice weight to them instead of being light and flimsy like others. It says not to use any non stick sprays and trust you don't need to. They have metal handles which concerned me when I saw that but they actually don't get hot (that is while on the stove). Comes with lids which alternate between the pots and pans. These are absolutely amazing to cook in. Now I need utensils to match. I've posted some pictures but that's nothing compared to what you get in this 20 piece set. I've been using this set of cookware for several weeks now and completely satisfied with their performance. The quality of the cookware is top-notch. The pots heat up quickly and retain heat, perfect for when I make chili and soups. I've used the pans numerous times, cooking eggs, fish, sauteing onions, mushrooms, etc. and never had an issue with the food sticking. Clean up is also quick and easy. Only downside, and I might be nitpicking, but I would have preferred round/oblong handles rather than the flat ones.Pat_88

Where do I start, there are lots of good things about this anodized cookware set! One thing that is unique to me compared to other cookware sets is that this set includes three pots and three pans in different sizes. Large, medium, and small in both the pans and pots. In the set you get the three pots, three pans, stock pot, and a deep saute pan. All them come with glass lids except the three pans but you can still use the pot lids for them if needed. This anodized cookware set is titanium copper and ceramic. My wife does most the cooking during the week and I do the cooking on the weekends. We have both been using the cookware and she is obsessed with this set. She raves about how nothing sticks to them and how easy they are to clean. No scrapping needed, because nothing we have cooked sticks to them. We have made omelets, sauteed veggies, rice, etc. Everything we have cooked in them comes out great. I'm just as surprised as my wife is at how great this cookware set is. This is also a great starter set for anyone that is in need of one, or like my wife said a great wedding gift. I like that the lids are glass so it's easy for me to check on my food. This cookware set is one we use on a daily basis, and always performs well. We haven't had any issues with the pan coating peeling or getting scratched.Xuan

For price point and excellent all around cooking with little to no additional oils or sprays, this set really shines through and outpaces my older calphalon cookware. The cost savings in additional oils and sprays is a good cost point to consider when having to either condition and season a pan, or not have to worry about additional yearly or semi-annual maintenance on your traditional non-stick products. My wife and I are very pleased with this set. No issues, and heat distribution is great. The pasta pot pictured is additional to the set I believe, but it is fantastic and very handy to add to the set if it is not included. We also bought the bakeware set to match and an additional gotham steel square frying pot which all work wonderfully well. I bought the whole set plus an extra frying pan I love this so much. Excellent quality. They are a good weight. Cook evenly and have nice lids. I cant say enough about how happy I am with this purchase. I do a lot of cooking and this is the only set I will be using from now on. Easy to wash. They are not the type where an egg will glide right off but I haven't had any trouble with sticking. It's a nice surface and the set looks good in my kitchen display.Ronald W.

I've had these for awhile now and I absolutely love them. I was looking for something like this for awhile because you know kids and the hubby would use metal on other nonstick and they got chipped and scuffed not these. Always comes clean with a breeze. The only downfall is yes the lid handles do get hot but that's why I have pot holders for. I don't mind a little inconvenience of that for how easy these are to clean. I have a gas stove and these still have kept their look unlike others I've used. Hands down get yourself a set and you'll love them.Brenda

They push you to do these reviews early, so we haven't had a ton of time with our new Caraway pots, pans, and baking sheets yet, but I can say we are more than impressed so far. I get crazy with big purchases and do months of research. When we decided to go with a complete new set of pots and pans I did the same. Every site, so many reviews, and all the conditions I was wanting kept turning us back to Caraway. A big order later and we were in business. The frying pan we got in addition to our whole set has been fantastic. Size is just right for all we've used it for. Everything, whether it be eggs, fish, veggies, has cooked wonderfully and even. Clean up has been a breeze. Nothing is sticking. At most we've sprayed it with the heavy duty dawn, but still saw quick clean up results. The materials were free of all the extra chemicals and we've followed the rules so far. The entire family loves cooking with these. The frying pan is great!Nathaniel M.

This is a very good pan based on using the pan for one month. Time will tell for overall build and non-stick quality after using for 1, 3 and possibly 5 years. Lasting 5 years would likely raise the overall rating to excellent, currently too soon to call. The Caraway fry pan is sturdy, having a hybrid steel base and aluminum pan. For this reason, it should work fine on induction cooktops. The pan is so non-stick, it is difficult to lubricate the pan with oil or butter which separates across the surface rather than adhering to the bottom flat. Lubricating the pan is therefore a question of flavoring and not needed to prevent sticking. I have not experienced any cooking result which stuck to the pan. When cooled, the pan is easily cleaned by warm soapy water, rinse and wipe dry. My only criticism is recommended care which came as a separate instruction in the Caraway pan box and limits cooking temperatures to medium heat or lower. While max. of medium heat will undoubtedly extend the life of the pan, this is undesirable in various cooking methods, especially when trying to brown. Due to this recommended cooking temperature, I use another non-Caraway pan for browning. On the Caraway web site, having bottom browned eggs with runny yolks, sunny side up would be nearly impossible using medium heat or less, as recommended by Caraway provided cooking care instructions. I considered buying a lid but prefer glass lids to be able to view cook status without letting the heat out. If glass lids are offered, I will also purchase a lid but not from the currently exclusive opaque lids offerings.Anthony D.

From the incredibly fast shipping and the well-packaged shipment to the unboxing, I was already impressed. Everything looked professional and clean and just beautiful. I’d seen a scattered negative review or two on YouTube, so I was excited to try it myself! The key is using low to medium heat, I found, so the pan does NOT do what happened to those few negative review-leavers. I’ve used many cookware lines, and Caraway is top-notch. The set itself seemed good, and cooks well, but unfortunately the coating started coming off with normal hand washing almost immediately. No dishwasher or harsh soap, and already the coating is gone from most of the set after being used 2-3 times each week for about a month. I was totally sold by the Caraway brand and decided to try their Sauté pan—especially as it came in a gorgeous yellow! All the reviews were great with some minor warnings about easy chipping, but that was all. I wanted to write this review to just flag up some of the little things that I didn't expect and that ultimately made me decide to return it: 1. The pan was so heavy! This was something I didn't think to look at on the product page (Weight (w/ lid): 6.8 lbs). It feels like it's a cast iron skillet which for me was not what I wanted. There is no way I could lift this pan with any food in it with one hand—and that's with the lid off! 2. The pan handles are metal which heats up. On the long side handle this means that you can't hold it close to the pan which, combined with the weight, makes it very difficulty to move around while in use. The top handle is worse, as when you use it while cooking the handle itself doesn't heat up so much but it's very easy to brush your knuckles on the top of the lid when using—and the top of the lid is definitely hot when cooking! All this being said the whole buying experience was seamless and the the customer service was on point. Thank you Caraway for your service—I'm sorry the pan didn't work out for me!Anna R.

I was so excited about this pan. My mom got one and I used it once on the day she brought it home. I thought it was so magical that it was worth the splurge. I got mine and was so impressed for the first few weeks that I talked several friends into buying one and even bought one for my best friend as a housewarming gift. I’ve had it for about four months at this point and the nonstick magic has completely disappeared. EVERYTHING sticks to it and it’s become impossible to clean. It’s super disappointing and I am thinking I may have to go back to my trusty cast iron pans. I just found out that my husband bought me the bake set for Christmas. It’s a beautiful sauté pan, I have been using it for everything breakfast, lunch and Dinner. Absolutely stunning, super easy to clean and beautiful color. I am planning to buy the Dutch oven soon too. Want to Eventually replace all my pans with Caraway. The best investment I made! It looks amazing, completely non stick and the best part is it is non toxic and I am happy to cook in this plan for my family. It’s great to know it’s safe for my family. I live in a small apartment and my kitchen is tiny. I have one cupboard dedicated to pans and it is usually a hassle to fit everything in there. However, this set stacks nicely and fits in my cupboard with no issues. They are very sturdy and good quality non-stick pans. The coating inside the pan is a little unusual as I haven't ever seen anything like it before. They work pretty well as far as the non-stick aspect goes, but I did find that some sort of oil or butter is needed when making eggs because they did in fact stick to the pan as you can see in the photo I've uploaded.. That is the only issue I've had and it's not enough to make me unhappy with these pans by any means. As I stated, they stack well and they are sturdy and well made. I'd also like to mention that they wash very easily and the handles do not get hot during cooking so you can easily handle them during cooking.CouchSlouch1988

I've been using this set for about two weeks now and I couldn't be happier! I live in a small apartment so space in my kitchen is very minimal. This cookware set has saved me so much trouble trying to find space to keep my pots and pans. Normally i would have to try to stack pots, pans and lids only to have them falling out when I open the cabinet door. With these I know that I can stack them up and they will stay put, I love that! The gold color and sleek modern design of these is just beautiful, they go so nicely with my kitchen decor. Now lets talk about the performance of the cookware. I have cooked lots of things in these so far and nothing has stuck so far. It did take me a little time to get used to the non smooth cooking surface that these have. I was so worried that they would stick really bad since they weren't smooth, but I was pleasantly surprised. They've also been run through the dishwasher several times and are holding up really well. I would definitely recommend giving these a try. So far, they are now my favorite set that I have ever owned.NcLisa1979

The first thing I noticed about this cookware was how attractive it is. It goes well with my copper kettle. Second, it’s a nice hefty weight, but not too heavy. It also stacks and stores just like advertised. I was able to replace 2 pots with bulky lids and 2 skillets. I also love that it’s dishwasher-safe! Pots, pans and lids. The only things that didn’t hold up to the “hype” were that I did have to use a bit of oil when I cooked eggs (they didn’t slide around quite as loosely as I had hoped) and that they take longer to heat up on my glass top rage than I was used to with my aluminum air pillow pots. It's been half a year since I bought this. I've had many pans over the years, often from Costco or Amazon, I've had many Calphalon pans too. I stopped buying from Amazon because I worry about counterfeit; the other pans I've owned eventually develop scratches to the non stick coating, some even coming off into the food, and it only takes months for this to happen. Throwing pans out is such a waste. This has not happened with this set. No noticeable scratches yet, and as non stick as when I first got them. Also I love how these are stackable and the lids are interchangeable, it really saves room when I live in a small apartment. There's slightly too many pans in here for my use (minus 2 pans would have been a perfect number for how many I use) but since they don't take up much space when stored I don't even notice.Kevin

It seems like every non-stick pot/pan set we would get would get messed up pretty quickly (including other Cephalon sets). We cook at home more and really needed a new set. After reading a few reviews online, we picked this up. It has been months and they still look brand new with minimal effort. They literally wipe clean every time. NOTHING sticks to it. We love these and really found that they were worth the higher cost. The also heat up well, and fairly quickly. I have zero complaints. All this AND they nest well and take up such little precious real estate in the cabinets. We both highly recommend these!michwake

I purchased the stackable pots and pans approximately 3 years ago. They were purchased because of the features portrayed…space saving, nonstick, and most importantly, DISHWASHER SAFE! The only one of these features that holds true is the space saving and that receives 5 stars. The nonstick is minimal at best at this point and using the dishwasher has ruined just about every piece. The handle rivets have oxidized and along with scratching on the cooking, causes food to stick. The pots outside finish is coming off. It begins with the rim and then the entire pot becomes affected. The first year I had the pots and pans I was so impressed, I purchased 3 more sets for my adult children. One is also having the same problems.Kljones57

As a long time All-Clad owner of their regular D3 cookware, I didn’t have any second thoughts about purchasing the HA1 line for my induction cooktop and it’s non-stick pots and pans. What a disappointment this purchase has turned out to be. Why? Because the way the bottom is designed it does not extend out to the very edges of the pots, so it results in the outer parts of the pots being much cooler than the part where the “disc” is on the bottom of the pans. If simmering or boiling you can see the outer circumference of the pots and pans do not heat and cook compared to where the induction bottoms of the pots and pans are. It means that your food requires that you frequently stir to ensure all parts of what you are cooking gets cooked. Unfortunately, I have discarded the box it came in or I would pack it up and return it. Instead I either stick with it or donate it to Goodwill and look for another set of induction capable pots and pans. Live and learn!! Don’t make the same mistake I did!!Nigels

Ran across the set on sale at TjMax was a couldn't pass it up deal. The pans perform unbelievably well. Added 2 stainless steal pots for steaming and pasta along with the roaster pan, 12" everyday pan, a flat griddle and flat grill pans. I cook eggs almost daily in the small 8" fry pan and have uet to use oil or butter with no issues removing the eggs when done. The only improvement I would want All Clad to make is to offer a smaller sause pan and a lids with a steam vents. The handle are a little less then comfortable but not terrible. They are well constructed, ribbited firmly in place and the overall pan constructed is extremely solid.Ckcook

Do you like to cook? Well this is the set for you. Heavy duty, extremely durable, cooks evenly, allows for faster cooking, oven -safe to 500 degrees ( W/O lids) cleans easily ( handwash only!) and the list goes on. Really love the fact that these contain three layers of PFOA-free nonstick coating which allows for easy cleaning and a nonstick cooking experience. I have also found that I no longer have to use as much cooking spray. I could go on and on about these and all the pros about them. I also want to mention that this set is beautiful as well. They will really compliment any kitchen. Make sure to gently hand wash only. I have also found that if you use bar keepers friend on the bottoms of each pan it really helps to keep it shiny. I highly recommend this set, it will not disappoint. In fact I bought this exact set for my dad as an early father's day and bday gift since they are on the same day. This is a sweet little set of cookware for the price. I've used it for 3 days and I'm delighted with the non stick surface and how evenly it cooks on my ceramic cook top. I always handwash my cookware so I expect it to last a long time. Also, be careful about plunging a hot pan into cold water or it can warp. You'll like this cookware!BBShopper

I have been using these pans for a few weeks now and can honestly say that the non-stick, textured surface is incredible! Food moves across the pans very smoothly and cleanup is quick and easy! I have only hand-washed them so far, but it is nice to have the option to put them in the dishwasher as well. The silicone wrap on the handles is a nice addition and makes them easier to grip. Had seen other brands advertised on T.V. and infomercials, but I just knew BB&B would have something just as great for a better price, and lucky me – they did. Plus, using the 20% off coupon we receive online and by mail, I hit the jackpot. These pans are FAB, FAB, FAB. Completely non stick, so you just wipe them out with a paper towel and Viola! Clean & ready to use next time!!! I'm getting this as a gift for so many other people after bragging about it now for days. This cookware set is amazing. The copper provides excellent thermal conduction. They heat quickly and are very well crafted. I appreciate the non-stick features of the pans and really love the look and feel of the lids. My only complaint is that the handles (being that they’re all metal and no rubber) get very hot when in use but that may be a preference thing for some people. Overall, a great product.Martha328

I have eggs over medium and fry them in a pan. I cannot believe how easy I can flip them then put them in a plate to eat without a spatula. All I have to do is wipe the pan with a paper towel and it looks like it came brand new out of the box. I also make cut up potatoes in a pan and they never stick or burn with a little oil. Got the set in March '22 and yes, I cook regularly but I also usually know how to make things last and the fry pans are already needing to be replaced. I wish I'd bought some old school pots and one non stick fry pan that could easily be replaced. The Pros: look great. When they are non-stick, they are great, but that is only lasted a few months. The storage rack is clever (but doesn't fit in any of the cupboards in my apartment) as is the lid holder. The Cons: Very heavy The handles get extremely hot when cooking – both the actual pan handles and the lids, which because of the design are very difficult to move while also using an oven mit or tea towel The non-stick deteriorates very quickly. I'd say it was only a few months of cooking until I was contacting customer service to find out how to fix the issues with sticking food. I took their advice and boiled a mixture of water/vinegar/baking soda and it does get food off, but doesn't really restore the non stick. I now have to do that almost every time I cook. I used silicone utensils, always cooked at lower temperatures and even swapped to avocado oil to try and avoid staining and sticking. Now nothing cooks well at all – everything sticks and it's only getting worse The size options – I would have liked a smaller general saucepan, but all except the small fry pan are good for cooking for one or two people. I was initially attracted to the eco credentials, but don't count having to now replace these as a positive for the environment.TJ

I loved the idea of the caraway pan set because I wanted clean cookware without chemicals. My pans were so gorgeous upon arrival and worked great! However, after about 3 months of cooking on them everything has stuck to them…. And I mean everything!!! They are extremely hard to clean (and super heavy)! I decided to post this now because I’m getting to the point where I need to replace them which is such a bummer.. I have gotten to the point where my pans have made me not want to cook to avoid the horrible clean up. I normally love cooking & cook eggs daily, but because it is such a terrible process to clean these pans afterwards (10 min of straight cleaning scrubbing.. plus simmering water and soap in the pan itself beforehand etc. and they STILL don’t look fully clean). —I decided I needed to purchase a separate pan for eggs which is also inconvenient. Additionally, I have the cream colored cookware set which I loved at first, but it looks so dirty on the outside and I’ve tried everything to clean it. Really a big disappointment since they were expensive pans. I don’t want to have them sitting out on my counter because they look dirty all the time. Under the cleaning tab on the caraway website I thought they might have some tips for the terrible discoloration or how to clean the pans, but there is no info on either. Really sad about them because I wanted clean cookware, but I can’t use pans that make me not want to cook because of how hard they are to clean… big miss here!Olivia T.

Initially I was afraid to get these due to the negative reviews from folks stating they were ruined/stopped being nonstick w/in a few months. That, however, has not been my experience after more than a year of use. First, I purchased the navy to avoid noticeable stains on the exterior near the bottom — stains will happen when you use a pan to actually cook over a prolonged period of time (but there are ways to remove them), so I chose a color that would minimize the appearance. Second, I have not ever placed these in the dishwasher — not ever! At the time of purchase, I believe the company stated that they are dishwasher safe but recommended hand-washing. I would never, ever, ever, place pots and pans in the dishwasher, no matter what. To be honest, I usually just wipe them clean with a paper towel, but in the case of stubborn food left in them I will do a quick light scrub and wipe in the sink with a soapy towel and some water. The last key thing I have always made sure to do is to never use them above medium heat. They heat very well, and medium or below has always been more than adequate for anything I've cooked in them. Overall, I have been very pleased with these — they look great, cook great, and are just right for someone like me living in an apartment who doesn't need a million different pots and pans and couldn't store very many anyway.Lyss
