This exfoliant helps me fight against milia. Moreover, it helps clear pores, smooth fine wrinkles, and improve skin tone. I apply it at night and wash my face in the morning. The scent is not very pleasant, but it fades away after a while. I would suggest applying it 30m before going to bed so your pillowcase won't get dirty. It doesn't irritate my skin nor dries it out. Hence, I even don't apply moisturizer after it. I use it twice or once a week depending on how oily my skin is. Also, I like to use it when I have breakouts around my chin. Ok. So I had two really bad scars from my belly button piercing that I took out many years ago. I'm 2017 I got scar removal surgery and it did nothing basically besides make my it a tiny bit less noticeable. Last year I spent over $1,000 on fraxel laser to remove it.. once again this helped the appearance slightly. However my scars were still dark and noticeable. I tried every scar removal gel and even one from a surgeons office, but nothing really helped. I finally decided to purchase this not thinking it would do anything. These are my holy grail product. I used to have acne throughout my twenties and early thirties and quite a bit of scarring. My aesthetician recommended these (ultra gentle ones first). When you first use them, with regular use, you really do visibly see improvement in the texture. You need your skin to build up to them so try ultra gentle first. Over time, breakouts reduce and scars will fade, and a brighter more even complexion emerges. I have purchased these many times and love that through Sephora you get a few extra as bonus, as per pad they are something like $3-4 each. I use after washing face or showering and skip toner due to the neutralizer step, which balances the ph of the skin. Proceed with serum (nothing too active when I use these) and moisturizer. I’ve been using this about 2 years and because it comes in packets, I always share with others! This is by far one my favorite products I have ever purchased. Aside from it being so convenient to travel with, I began using this for my rosacea and acne. Most peels sold on Ebay don't come with everything you need to do it at home and feel like a spa. This kit came with a peel prep to prep the skin, the glycolic acid, a neutralizer to stop the acid from penetrating the skin and then a hyaluronic serum to help heal and sooth the skin afterwards. I have combination skin and glycolic was recommended to me to reduce pores and fine lines and since this peel only had my skin light flaking and not huge peeling pieces I've repeated it every 2-3 weeks. I have gotten so many compliments on my skin and I notice such a difference I find myself leaving the house without any makeup on! I received this product complimentary for reviewing purposes. I’m not a stranger to chemical exfoliation; AHA, BHA, and retinol are regular parts of my skincare regimen. I also typically use a higher percentage AHA treatment once every week or so. All of this is say: I thought this would like one of those. I was wrong. The application itself is not very beginner-friendly, as the product has a very intense alcohol scent. I found myself coughing each time I inhaled during application. It’s also very uncomfortable, but luckily that feeling subsides after the first minute or so. Immediately afterwards, my skin feels tighter and drier (and my skin is already fairly dry.) The days following, my skin peels and flakes off, not unlike the first time I tried retinol. However, about six days after the peel, my skin is noticeably nicer. The texture smooths out considerably and my forehead looks almost glassy. It’s quite nice. Of course, I stop all other exfoliation three days before and after, stay hydrated and moisturized, and wear sunscreen during the daylight hours. I’m very pleased with this peel, but I’m not sure if I would have stuck with it if I wasn’t already used to chemical exfoliation; the scent, the discomfort, and the peeling for days afterwards could deter someone less experienced.jessica.c

I'm 45 and Caucasian with very sensitive skin. A dermatologist diagnosed me with Rosacea. I was leary about trying something that said "peel" but read a lot on this. I'm so glad I decided to give it a try!! I think this is the BEST HIDDEN GEM if your skin can handle AHA. I had immediate results. My skin has not felt this tight and smooth in a long time. The results remind me of what my skin looks like after a 5 day juice only fast and that's extremely hard. This was easy! I had a little tingle at first but then it subsided. I did apply it generously and noticed that when I washed it off there was a slight burning sensation but nothing that seemed out of the ordinary it just let me know something was working. What I noticed first was how shiny and tight my forehead was then I got closer to the mirror and noticed my pores were much tighter. I've been using the Clinical Niacin drops for pore tightness and it's amazing but this goes one more step further and just really does a fantastic job!! The second thing I noticed was a much more even skin tone all over. My skin just looked happy with a slight pink tone all over that did go away but it was a healthy glow not an angry red. Honestly I thought exfoliating wasn't really for me: I've tried the bha liquid from PC with no luck, and I've tried other leave on exfoliants and wash off exfoliants with no effect or even resulting in skin damage. So for a year, I didn't use exfoliants at all, but had a clogged pore issue. I randomly decided to give this a go, and man oh man. My skin is clear for days after once weekly use. I thought maybe it was a fluke but once I saw the same result after my 4th use, I decided this product is THE ONE for clogged pores. Key for me: I also use the regular strength benzoyl peroxide from PC daily in the AM, except when I use this peel in the AM. For some reason, nighttime use of this peel didn't do as much for me..my first time using this was at night, and I was disappointed. I am not a fan of the skin perfecting liquid exfoliant from the same brand so was sceptical when given this to try. The iridescent purplish liquid looked questionable at first sight and it smelt acidic, this concentration must be quite high I thought. After the initial slightly stinging sensation (definitely stronger than the products I am using), it settled and I patiently waited for the 10 mins to be over. The mask washed off easily with a warm cloth and water. The result – my skin looked brighter and soft to touch. No redness or sign of irritation and it stayed bright and soft the next day. Skin type: In between oily and normal (naturally), normal when consistently using retionid gels (Tretinoin gel, Adapalene gel) My brown skin is prone to dyspigmentation from inflammation, acne, injury and sunlight exposure. It’s not prone to hyperpigmentation from products tho (except in very rare cases) It also sometimes gets duller looking than usual in the winter. This stuff is a dream. Greatest ADJUNCTIVE OTC product I’ve ever used for lightening darkened skin, instantly giving me a brighter complexion, making my warm/golden undertones pop (more vivid color) and maintaining the flawless even tone I was chasing. Using this all over my face along with hydroquinone (2%-4%) cream as a spot treatment this will quickly fade the darkened spots/sections. If you use other chemical (acid, enzyme) exfoliants and/or strong retinoids (tret, taz, adapalene) you’ll probably get velvety skin that’s smoother and softer the touch. It also gets more supple and bouncy even though I’m still in my 20s and thus have a lot of bounce & smoothness to my skin already. I have been using a stabilized, ph <3, properly packaged ascorbic acid serum for years. It’s my holy grail for brightening but since my skin is resilient I can put it on after using this. These two products are the DREAM TEAM for giving my face the radiance I’ve always wanted I use this on my face for up to 20 minutes (my own dermatologist said this was fine for me considering how my skin reacts to stronger in office chemical peels) and for 7-10 minutes on my neck. So I'm 34 and have had adult acne for 10 years. A few months ago I finally discovered my perfect routine and I thought I'd share it with anyone who might resonate. I realized I can't layer products and my skin needs more simplicity. That's when everything cleared. It involves some OT products one of them being this amazing AHA 30% + BHA 2% Peel but some are not. Here it is: PM SKINCARE ROUTINE for dry/sensitive/acne prone skin/scars : 1)Wash face with CeraVe Foaming Cleanser (rinse off with warm water and washcloth) 2)Wipe off any remaining makeup with a cotton pad + Bioderma Sensibio micellar water . It helps prevent damage by harsh tap water. 3)Moisturise with The Ordinary pure Rosehip oil. *3 times a week (instead of Rosehip Oil ) use The Ordinary Mandelic Acid+HA (Moisturises while gently exfoliating over time). Once every 2 weeks: The Ordinary AHA/BHA peeling mask for 10mins. AM SKINCARE ROUTINE for dry/sensitive/acne-prone skin/scars 1) Wrap an Ice cube in thin cloth (like gauze) and massage your face with it for 1 min (then towel dry) 2) Wipe face with Bioderma Sensibio micellar water + a cotton pad 2) Five mins Face lifting massage with The Ordinary Rosehip oil. I ordered my second bottle of this mask back in May, and just finished the bottle now. I've been using this as a weekly exfoliating mask, but it is not my favorite one I have ever used. It is at a pretty good price point – and I first bought this as a way to start exfoliating at home instead of just when I had the time for a facial (it was recommended to me by a friend with similar skin: sensitive, with rosacea). After finishing my first bottle; I then tried the Sunday Riley good genes (used as a rinse off 10-min mask) and PTR pumpkin enzyme exfoliating mask. I then bought this again to compare and contrast. As far as price; it is obviously the cheapest and a great option for someone on a budget. As far as how well it works; I first got this because at the time I had just cleared up a few months worth of hormonal acne (I am not acne prone, this was my first bout with acne and I did not know how to care for it, so I was left with quite a bit of PIH). I read about how the use of exfoliating can be helpful for healing PIH. In all honesty, out of the three exfoliant masks I've used, this has faded my acne scars the most – but – it triggers my rosacea – whereas the SR and PTR I could use on my whole face without causing my rosacea to go nuts. So, I started only using this on my chin and jaw, but it would still manage to affect the rosacea patches on my cheeks and part of my neck. Since I have faded my acne scars to the point that I want to stop using an 'intense' mask 1-2x's a week, I don't have plans to purchase this again – as it did what I needed it to do. If you want to fade acne scars- I definitely recommend this product (but definitely include the use of sunscreen in the morning) but – if you have rosacea, be wary because every time I used it – I had a reaction. (I just purchased GR watermelon overnight mask with AHA's to see how that will help with fading remaining bits of PIH without triggering my rosacea)hasmm

this mandelic acid for chemical peel makes the biggest difference for me here. A friend of mine was using it and let me try. I am using it to address my whiteheads and larger pores. I never had many blackheads in the first place. I believe whiteheads turn to black ones. The peel slowly cleaned my whiteheads but I did not want to use it too strong. This is an effective product. I began to see a slothing after several days. I used a cotton gauze, applied thin layer horizontally across face and then vertically waited approximately 1-2 minutes and rinsed with cold water. I followed with Hydraulic acid. I by no means have the best consistant skin care regimen but I did make sure I used the Hydraulic serum twice a day sometimes I would use an additional night cream with it. Please be careful I did give myself small chemical burns, 1 was where a zit wasn't healed enough apparently and just another small spot on my chin for no apparent reason so I guess just a sensitive area. It didn't hurt just had another ugly spot until healed. So yes this is strong and effective, I like the result of lighter look to my age spot/ unevenness so far and skin is brighter already. This is actually the second bottle of the stuff that I have purchase. That is how much I love the stuff I actually bought a second bottle. When I first got it it took me awhile to use it. I was a bit intimidated at first because of the instructions and I had never done or used any kind of chemical peel before. So fast forward to about two weeks after I get the first bottle. To me sitting at my vanity with a bowl of baking soda and water, a timer, and my bottle of Divine Alpha hydroxy acid skin Rejuvenation therapy. I reread the instructions just to make sure that I don't do anything I shouldn't do and I decide I'm going to test a very small area on the bottom of my jaw. I dab a little bit on and wait two minutes. I'm not feeling any pain so I went one more minute. Then I wipe it off with plain water. I decided to wait about half an hour before I made a decision. About a half an hour later, since I did not have any discomfort, I decided to test a little bit larger of an area. I applied about a 50-cent piece size on my cheek and jaw. I waited 3 minutes and wiped it off with plain water. I did not experience any discomfort or any burning sensation so I decided I would do my whole face and neck. The results were RIDICULOUS! It made my face look softer, cleaner, brighter!I wondered why I was so worried LOL. No seriously the instructions are scary, and I definitely recommend that you read all the instructions twice and follow them closely to make sure you do everything right. Even though it is SUPER EASY, and very fast. I used this after I washed my face at night, before bedtime. Seeing the name PEEL worried me that it may be too harsh for my baby soft sensitive skin, but it was gentle, soothing, moisturizing and absorbed quickly and stayed on working all night. When I seen it called a mask, I thought it would look or feel odd wearing to bed with my hottie husband but happily it didn't LOOK or FEEL like a typical facial mask at all. It felt and looked nice. My skin looked more dewy and radiant and more healthy in mornings. I did not notice a visible difference in age/sun spots but I've only been using it for several weeks to a month, so like it enough for every other reason I will be happily continuing for awhile to see if I see a visible spotting improvement over using it a longer time. This product is amazing! I am paying dearly now for all the sun worshipping I did in my (not-too-distant) youth. It's only been about 3 years or so that these spots began to appear on my face. I've always had a smattering of freckles – what I called a raccoon's mask: across my upper cheeks and bridge of my nose. But these were different. Larger. Darker. Definitely not cute. This is what actually started me wearing foundation more regularly. In my eyes, that only made it worse. No amount of coverage could conceal them. So I started trying different creams and lotions that claimed to lighten and even do away with these. I can't say I tried them all – I do live on a budget after all – but I tried quite a few. Nothing! I gave this one a shot probably about a year or so ago and was instantly hooked. I was absolutely amazed at how well it worked. And quickly. I began to see results right away. The spots and areas of sun damage that were faint to begin with are now gone. Or so light you would need OR lighting and a magnifying glass to see them. The darker spots and areas faded to a point where foundation – just a normal amount – will conceal them. Even better, I once again feel comfortable walking around without foundation! I have one very dark spot on the lower right side of my face which, of course, I felt like the whole world zeroed in on (as I did). After much deliberation, I finally tossed this one in the trash. Not a terrible product, but one that I would be very wary suffer from acne prone skin, whether it be adult acne (like me) or just hormonal/adolescent acne. The first couple times that I used it I definitely noticed that my skin looked brighter the next day. However, after months of using a couple nights a week and noticing that my skin was gradually getting worse (with no other real changes to my routine) I deduced that this product was actually the culprit for my acne. If it didnt do that, I would love this product! The texture of this product is nice, a thin clear liquid, not too gloopy and i found a little goes a long way all over your face. I'm loving this product so far. The texture can be a little rough on sensitive skin so I try to be careful when massaging it on my face. My skin tends to peel in my dry areas but so far this product is doing a great job exfoliating and clearing up those dry, rough patches. I would say I have fairly good skin – as I’ve gotten older i can see a few more lines and it’s sometimes less “glowy” as I would prefer. These are game changers. I received this as a sample in the mail since I had not ordered anything recently. Even though it was only one application, I used it "just to see" if the description was accurate. It was! I liked the sample so much I immediately ordered it and, in fact, am re-ordering tonight. I have been doing peels for at least 12 years. Sometimes I do "light" peels, sometimes heavier peels. Depends on how much visible peeling I want to deal with. I don't, however, do them during the summer. I don't spend much time in the sun, but never know when I will be outside for several hours in someone's pool. I purchased these to use for the summer but have decided to continue using them long term. It is a very easy, simple application — much less work than a regular peel. It takes only a few minutes and there is no mess to clean. I love the "refreshing" feel from part one of the two part system. I do have extremely light peeling in certain places but nothing horrible to deal with. I have been using these now for a month and have noticed small improvements, specifically on my neck area. I am truly a fan of this product.

This is my 2nd or 3rd bottle of Dr Gross' Ferulic + Retinol night serum & it is by far my #1. After I clean, I rub in 3 pumps over my face & chest. As a cancer survivor, I used to get dark patches on my face that my dermatologist could not remove. I had places that were scaly, some oily & my skin just looked tired. With the quarantine, I focused on my skin & what options I had. This goes on so smooth & it feels Good and smells clean. It disappears into the skin & even glows a little. Love the natura bissé peel mask, it really works instantly, after cleansing I put this gel peel on for around 15mins then use a sponge to remove, straight after I use my usual Toner, serum and face cream or oil. Don't be scared off by the words "extreme peel". You won't burn your face with this gentle yet effective peel. Before reading about it and trying a sample, I was afraid it would be too much for my mature skin. However, it self-neutralizes, so it won't burn you. I feel like I am taking crazy pills! Most of the reviewers for this product say it made their skin smooth and clear and bright, and very quickly, too. I had the opposite experience. I've been using it for three weeks and see no positive changes in my skin. It stings a little when I apply it, and dries to a sticky/tacky feeling on my skin. It has caused redness, irritation, and pimples. I've tried using less of it, but wanted to use it regularly for three weeks to give it enough time to work in case my skin was just purging or acclimating to the new product. Well, it's caused tiny little bumps to break out wherever I use it, and none of my dark spots or fine lines look any different. My skin looks worse than when I started using it.DemureNinja

I am so happy that I started using the L'Oreal Paris revitalift derm intensives. I love how this serum feels on my skin. It absorbs very quickly and I really love that it helps even skin tone and reduce fine lines and wrinkles. The ingredients of this product is insane it has 10% pure glycolic acid which helps with skin concerns I also like that it has aloe to Sooth the skin especially after being all day in the Sun applying this at night just feel so cooling and refreshing. I keep my serum in the refrigerator so it always feels really good at the end of the day. I also really like that it doesn't leave your skin feeling greasy. My skin is extremely sensitive. That paired with rosacea, acne, and combination skin type makes it hard for me to find products that cater to all those needs. After starting this my pores have looked better than ever. My skin looks smoother and acne has reduced. HOWEVER, if you have sensitive skin, rosacea, or dryness I would only recommend using this product once a week or every two weeks cause as "gentle" as it supposed to be it can cause irritation. I have sensitive, dry skin. I tried the mini size in this product because I was afraid my skin would act negatively, but it reacted in an extremely positive way. I actually can't believe it. I only used them every other day, and my acne scarring is reduced, and so are the lines around my nose and mouth. I have sun damage on my neck, and it even reduced the marks from that. I'm very pleasantly surprised to see my skin is even glowing. I highly recommend them. I wish the full size weren't so expensive. Overall these are really good. They're easy to use, don't require even a sink, the product comes in pads for easy application. You rub one on until it runs dry, wait 2 minutes, then do the same with the other. My skin definitely feels smoother after. But it does sting and waiting the 2 minutes was uncomfortable. I certainly don't think I could use this daily. But for a once or twice a week treatment I think it would work. I have to say, though, that the irritation was less than I expected and I was not very red at all directly after use! Pics included right after use before adding any of my normal skincare routine. I have a lot of exfoliators and this isn't my favorite, but if I was traveling or something I think I would use these because they're so convenient and take just a few minutes.susan.h

Since becoming thirty I have noticed a big difference in the texture of my skin and my pores have become more visible. This was my first time trying a peel like this. I was a little nervous but I am obsessed with the results. I experienced a really nice cooling sensation with no burning, tingling or redness. The cooling lasted just a couple of minutes. I rinsed with warm water after 15 and followed with a moisturizer. In the morning I noticed how soft my skin felt and the lines on my forehead were less noticable. I cannot recommend this peel enough! I have purchased this product several times. I ALWAYS go by directions! Depending on my skin at the time of peel, I might do one or two layers or I might to the max amount. I also leave it on for different amounts of time depending on how my skin is that particular day, but again I never go over the max amount on the directions. This is a serious peel and you will love the results but you must follow the directions. My suggestion would be to go light/easy the first time or two. Make sure you do over bathroom sink & have a cold wet washcloth nearby So you can safely remove the mask When the time is up. Keep away from eyes!!!! And have your phone timer nearby so you can be vigilant about timing yourselfjackie l.
As a 40ish woman, I have become keenly aware of the signs on aging on my skin. My primary concerns are large pores, uneven texture, congestion, and dark spots. I just purchased my second bottle of this. When I use this as directed, (it could easily have poor results if used otherwise), I see an instant reduction in pore size and texture. In the days following the “peel” I do notice a few white heads that come to the surface. It’s important to remember that bringing sebum to the surface is one of the actions of a chemical peel. It keeps further dirt and oil accumulation from occurring in the pores. This peel is not overly drying and I don’t notice overt peeling even with layered application. I do make sure to moisturize and put nutrients back into the skin immediately after. Given it’s price point, ease of use and effectiveness, it’s absolutely worth trying.
I’ve been using this product for years and have recommended this to friends and family. Use this about once a month by brushing a light layer on your face. Wait for no more than 2 minutes (depending on your skin sensitivity) and wash off completely. Do not leave for too long because this is acid and will corrode away your skin/flesh ( that’s the whole point of using this – getting rid of the layer of old skin cells). Use a nice moisturizer afterwards and apply sunscreen especially diligently for a few days afterwards. You will have beautiful skin for many years to come.
