I have tried numerous types, from gel to foam, cheap to high end, and from local big-box retailers to specialty stores, and have found that many are too firm or too soft for my liking. I am typically a side sleeper; however, I will sleep on my stomach some nights. This pillow is comfortable in either position. The only negative thing about it is that it is not machine washable. If that matters to you, this might not be the pillow to choose. Otherwise, this pillow allows my head to sink gently into it, and I like that it's squishable. I ordered this pillow for my pre-teen and she is so happy that I did. She is so much more comfortable and cozy in bed now. I also used this pillow for a few nights before giving it to her and I also really like it. An awful lot actually. I have been having neck pain every night/morning so I decided to give this pillow a try. I got the contour version, hoping it would cradle my neck best. I have experienced frequent headaches most of my life. About 6 months ago I started waking up every single morning with a headache and neck pain. The quality of the pillowcase is really nice. It won't easily tear and I'm sure it'll last several washes to come for many years. The design is good. It perfectly fits in my neck area when I pull it up to fit there. That's one of my problems with it is that I have to situate it up. It may just be me but I figured you could just lay on it and be good. Now, it's comfortable if you sleep on your side in the perfect side position. Ever since the first night I've had it, I haven't had neck or back pain, which is wonderful!! But, I've noticed that if I don't have my hips in the right position, it won't feel comfortable and my back will start to ache. Perhaps the pillow is also meant to help with keeping your back/hips straight, but that's not what was advertised in the product. At least, none that I've seen. The smell: When I first opened it, there was a cute little card that told me how to open it and such. I let it out and inflate for 20 minutes and let it rest in the open air for a few hours, which is what is recommended to get the smell to go away but the smell didn't go away for several days. Even now, a few weeks later, I still smell the plastic somewhat. All in all, I still recommend this product if you have the means. I believe it's a bit expensive for a random purchase to try. I'm a 47 year old firefighter/medic, live in the backwoods of Alaska and have a pretty active and "hurt myself" lifestyle. I'm always beat up and sore and sleep is extremely important to me. I've been meaning to add my review of my experience of the Pillowcube. I've had my Pillowcube for at least two years now, I think? Time marches on so quickly that I tend to lose track of time. I originally purchased this pillow when it was Serenity the end of 2020, after sleeping on the same slightly molded/contoured Tempurpedic memory foam pillow for 12 years. I did love that pillow but it was old, and I constantly woke up with painful ears because I sleep hard on my side. I also went through a period of moving to strictly natural and healthful bedding items (organic latex or natural pillows, organic linen sheets, organic latex/wool mattress, camel wool duvet, ect.) I tried multiple different pillows during this transition including a few latex one’s from Avocado, organic wool filled, silk filled, and combo’s of all those materials. I was super excited about this pillow because of those genius ear holes and the head cradle to support your body’s natural alignment. I have neck and shoulder issues and with the other pillows I tried I would get a stiff neck and headache, and my ears would tend to get sore. I mainly sleep on my side and back and when I am on my back I just cannot tolerate when my head is propped up too far… that’s not natural alignment. So the head cutout really took care of that issue. And when I’m on my side I sleep so deep I would wake up with my ears throbbing. So Turiya’s ear holes took care of that issue too!! Might take someone not use to latex pillows to get used to it, but I adjusted quickly even from my Tempurpedic memory foam. It’s a bit more buoyant and bouncy. And now that I’ve been using it over a year and a half, I will never return to a “regular” pillow. I do wonder how larger men with broad shoulder might like it though. I’m a 118lb 5’ 7” athletic build female. The latex pillow itself comes wrapped with a soft knit covering to protect the latex itself, PLUS and custom fit removable pillow protector which I LOVE!! It also comes in this super cute organic pillow carrier and I use that to transport the pillow when I travel. It does have a mild latex smell that honestly I still smell after all this time, but it’s not bothersome and I’m very sensitive to odor. The only thing I would recommend… I desperately want Coyuchi to sell replacement pillow protectors for the Turiya!!! I wash my silk pillow case and the pillow protector weekly and the thought of eventually needing a new custom fit protector for my Turiya stresses me out. Please offer replacements!! Overall I like this pillow, but I am worried about longevity. I am primarily a side sleeper and share a queen size bed with my partner and two mid-size dogs. This has resulted in rarely using the side sleeper-specific ear holes and just using the middle of the pillow. Already I have begun to notice the edge of the middle of the pillow feels a bit flatter and I wonder if using the pillow in this way will result in quicker deterioration of the pillow. I think the ear holes could be moved a bit closer to the center as if you sleep in a smaller size bed or share a bed it is pretty inconvenient to use the ear holes which are located at the far ends of both sides of the pillow. So I like this pillow but it may be better for a primarily back sleeper who occasionally sleeps on their side, rather than the opposite a primarily side sleeper who rarely sleeps on their back.
So — I really love this pillow! The latex is much bouncier than I expected, which makes the pillow so comfortable and squishy. The ear holes are awesome and in just the right place. It's genius! Seriously, why has nobody else thought of this? I sleep on my side and my back, and I like neck support when I sleep on my back, but I don't like my head pushed forward by a thick pillow. if I could change one thing about this pillow, I would want the side meant for back sleeping to have a deeper indentation for my head and a slightly more prominent neck support ridge. I like the pillow and it is comfortable however from the previous reviews I read I was under the impression the fill could e reduced because it really does seem overfill as it arrived. The pillows look to be of excellent quality. They each came with a bag of extra fill depending on how fluffy you like your pillow. It did take several hours for them to expand to full size after removing from the packaging. Also, to be noted is that they do have a slight chemical odor upon removal from packaging, but this seemed to dissipate within a couple days. I liked that the pillow kept my head cool too. Because I like a fuller pillow, I added the entire pack of extra fill–It's perfect! Very adjustable to anyone since you can add or remove fill at will. Very happy with this purchase!
These pillows are by far the best bed pillows I've ever had. It took about 4 days for them to completely fill out once removed from the packaging. I then removed some stuffing from each pillow to adjust them to just how I liked. Being able to individually customize these pillows is a huge bonus. I swear I am sleeping better. My son has curly hair, anytime he woke up from a nap or bedtime his hair was a crazy mess. We all get bed head but this was more than that. Have heard about Casper mattresses and was delighted to see them on QVC. The company offers a guarantee but having shopped with QVC for years I knew if I didn’t like it there wouldn’t be a hassle returning! It’s very heavy (king) so you will need help with the box. It “inflated” fast, and mine had no offensive odor and the plastic smell dissipated fast. It’s like a cloud so soft and comfy on the top but very supportive don’t know how they do that. I ordered two pillows. I got two different pillows. Different markings/print/brand. I don't really know what brand they are. They seem to just throw together whatever two pillows they had into a box. One had harder foam in it that eventually softened after throwing in the dryer and hand fluffing. They can be a bit chunky in spots. So far this has been a nice pillow for me. When I got it, I was a little surprised that it was flat and rolled up. Then I unpacked it and it expanded. It's been a couple of weeks and its still pretty puffy. I felt like a fool for buying two pillowcases that each cost over thirty dollars just because Oprah said they were good. I'm sorry, Oprah, you were right and I should've known it. When I put my head on these pillowcases, I don't even care that I spent seventy dollars on two pieces of fabric. I have always wanted a silk pillowcase after reading the many benefits of silk for sleep creases/wrinkles, hair styles, etc. After doing thorough research I decided I would only buy 25 momme silk and I wasn't prepared to pay more than $40 (I have seen some silk pillowcases on beauty sites for up to $80!). I also decide to buy two, for when one's in the wash. So I decided to buy two different brands as a comparison of quality and to help me make future purchases eg I'd like to buy them as presents for my mum, sister, aunt, friends, husband etc.This Celestial Silk pillowcase is everything I hoped for. It is VERY soft and very silky with a satiny finish. It's well made with a hidden zipper. It's an absolute pleasure to lay my head down on the pillow at night (and not just because I'm a mama to young children!).The other brand I bought, for the same price, was Fishers Finery. I'm also very happy with that purchase. The silk in that pillowcase is slightly thicker, however not as satiny. I will use both but intend to use that one as my travel pillowcase (I'm never sleeping on cotton again) as it feels like a more durable fabric. However, having only washed them each twice and slept on them each for about a week, I still can't speak to long term durability. I am interested to see which one lasts longer.I think the price is really good value! I pay more for a jar of face cream – which doesn't last as long. I have definitely noticed I wake up with less wrinkles/sleep creases. As another reviewer said, my face cream stays on and doesn't get soaked up as it would with a cotton pillowcase. I have very fine hair (which gets very oily and needs to be washed daily) so for me, the hairstyle part doesn't really matter. However, I have noticed that my hair does look slightly better in the morning and is also less oily. So for someone who doesn't wash their hair every day, I think silk pillowcases are definitely helpful.And even if none of the above were true – it just FEELS so much nicer to sleep on a silk pillowcase. The cover can be removed from this pillow to be washed on gentle cycle. The pillow itself can’t be machine washed or dried. There is an odor that goes away from memory foam pillows after being broken in. The air cells need compressed to release the gasses. It does get better though. I had another that I worried about the smell over but I put it on the couch and sat on it over a couple and the smell went away completely. This one isn’t a really strong smell but it is definitely there and has required some breaking in. It’s so soft and squishy. I’m a side sleeper and prefer a thinner pillow and this is a good thickness for me. It also makes a really good back rest when I’m watching tv in bed. One side of it has 3 harder spots that are about 1.5” each. I think they must be from where the foam is injected into the molds. I prefer the smooth feel of the other side. We love this pillow! First, I tried it out and fell in love. It has the perfect cushion and gives just the right amount. I don't wake up with a neck ache and at the same time, I don't feel like it's lacking padding. If I compared it to my other pillows, I would say that it doesn't get warm. The airflow is impressive even with the two pillowcases I put on it. In all fairness, it does have one flaw. On one side of the pillow towards the upper right corner has an outward lump. I can't figure out why it's there, you can push it in with your finger and it will pop right back out. The lump is annoying, but we don't feel it all if you simply just flip the pillow over. My husband has also tried out the pillow. he didn't think that he would like it, but after one night he changed his mind. After trying it out for a few nights in a row, I wanted to have the pillow back. But, he seemed to like it so much, that I just couldn't take it away. So, I did the only thing that made sense. I received this product, and followed the directions for letting it return to its prepackaged condition. After allowing it time fluff, the first thing I noticed was that there was no smell, which is something you typically find with other memory foam pillows. Next, I noticed how cool it was to the touch, and how silky the pillowcase is. While it does provide a nice neck support at first, the longer you lay on it, your body warms up, and then it becomes too soft for my liking. I wish it would stay firmer, because when it's cooler, it has the right amount of support, but after some time, it leaves more to be desired. It does great keeping your face off the pillow, but I have yet to be able to sleep on it for more than a couple of hours, as it's so hard to break the habit of side/back sleeping. I'm hoping this would be something I can break in the long run. For the meantime, I'll use it as long as I can stand it, and transition to my regular pillow when I can't stand laying on my back anymore. I tried the “good one” and it made the back of my head fall asleep and gave me a stiff neck after about 15 minutes. I set aside and returned to my traditional pillows. The directions say to put it in the dryer for 15 minutes when you first receive it. I did, and I could not believe the puffy cloud that came out! I absolutely love how moldable this pillow is. I love the MyPillow products! For my bedroom, I use two pillows for support. They are really durable and comfortable. They do not shift. However, I don't use them as my primary pillow. They are not soft enough, too firm. I have a small travel pillow, which is great for flying and using in hotels. I do not like to use hotel linens and the small travel pillow allows me to sleep in comfort. I roll up the travel pillow and stash it in my carry-on. I've also bought the travel pillow size that feature illustrated Bible stories. It's a great gift for kids, fits them perfectly (home or travel, especially the car), and has beautiful Bible stories on them. Lastly, I bought a MyPillow dog bed. It is the best! Like all of the MyPillow products, you can throw it in the washer and dryer. It is so easy. My dog loves the bed although he did manage to chew it. They might want to reinforce the seams or use canvas as the shell. But, my dog is a voracious chewer and might not be the best 'tester.' The dog bed is otherwise built really well and looks like an expensive bed. I highly recommend MyPillow products. The pillows are on the firm side but last a long time and hold their shape.Lisa

When I used to sleep on a cotton pillowcase, I’d wake up and see some strands of hair all over but now that I have this pillowcase, I don’t see any hair strands at all when I wake up. I think this pillowcase helps prevent my hair from breaking which is nice. Pieces of affordable luxury 💁♀️. I was gifted this lovely vegan silk sleepy set from Sacheu Beauty in exchange for an honest review. I always wondered about them and I don't think I can ever go back to plain ole cotton!I tired the set out for over a month and even gave them a wash in the machine. It comes out fine when washed in a mesh bag to protect it from being mangled. I didn't put it in the dryer to prevent melting. It dries in time for bed and feels as good as new! The case also has a gusset to tuck the pillow fully inside which I love! The bare pillow is completely covered up! It fits a standard pillow size (check your dimensions first) and it comes with only 1 pillowcase. DId I notice my hair being smoother after the switch? I think so? I don't have very frizzy hair to begin with but I do notice that it slides around the pillowcase much easier, like I'm not dragging my hair across when I toss and turn. I also just love sleeping on it – feels nice on the skin and on my hands when I'm hugging it to sleep.The eye mask is lightly padded and is supposed to also prevent rubbing against your lashes. I bought this because I saw a lot of people really liking it and wanted to give it a try! Unfortunately the product gave me a very difficult time. I’ve purchased the multicultural curl creme by miss Jessie and thought it was ok but I wanted to see if I could find something to hold my curls better without being crunchy… first I found it to be really sticky and slimy as opposed to some of the other gels/creams I’ve used. Not a great experience. My diffuser took forever to dry this product and because it took so long a lot of my curls lost their shape during the drying process (normally I use mousse and it’s fine). The smell is also very strange? I didn’t like it… Reminds me of like fabric detergent which isn’t a horrible smell but I prefer something sweeter and I felt like the smell just lingered in my hair for a while. I don’t wanna give this a bad review cuz I know all hair is very different and I have seen this product look amazing on others! I have type 3c curls and I feel like maybe my curls are too small/tight for this product.Bootybouncin
I had heard great things about this brand and wanted to give it a try. I have dry, thin, curly hair and needed something to help with frizz and create more definition of my curls. It smells like fabric softener which I actually love and it makes my hair super soft. It did help some with the frizz but I’m noticing much more definition. It also doesn’t provide much of a hold. I usually pair this with a mousse. I may give one of their other products a try though because I really do like how good my hair feels when using it.brianna.c
I Love Miss Jessie Products. I Havw A Mixture Of 3a-3b Curls And I Felt That This Product Was Maybe A Little Too Heavy For My Curl Type. I Dont Know If Maybe I Applied Too Much But This Cream Did Weigh Down My Hair. I Did Love That My Curls Looked Defined And This Cream Does Have Anti-shrinkage. I Also Love The Smell!. I Will Try Again, But This Product Is A Lil Too Pricey For What It Is. Nonetheless, I Love Miss Jessie And Will Try Again. Their Leave In Conditioner Is Absolutely Magic!!! That One Is A 1000% Must Try.Ana622
