I haven't used a scrunchie since childhood, mostly because I hated the inner rubber elastic. I have thick hair that tangles easily, and would either break the inner rubber elastic, stretch it out, or get it stuck in my hair. I was pleasantly surprised to find that the inside of this scrunchie is not the rubber elastic! It is similar to the elastic bands used in clothing, so it will guarantee no kinks in the hair when wearing them. The satin is very smooth, so my hair glides when I want to remove the scrunchie. Another thing I like is that the size of the cloth of the scrunchie is not super large, so for anyone who wants to wear a scrunchie a bit more subtly can enjoy this. The only thing I might warn against is the quality of the scrunchie satin — I did not buy this scrunchie pack on Amazon, but at an Ulta. There is no way to check for satin fraying through the packaging, but unfortunately I did have loose thread and seams.ayabo
Since buying a few of these pillowcases and using them I find my skin has improved. I have less acne break outs. I also notice that so far the black color hasn't faded even though I use benzyl peroxide on my face when I sleep. Other lower quality pillowcases I have used in the past either get oil stains from my skin being too oily, or the color fades from the benzyl peroxide. These pillow cases have been the best ones I have ever used by far! I also like using them with the satin scrunchies to keep my hair out of my face, but also reduces breakage with my hair. I received one of these pillowcases via a subscription box last year. I had wanted silk, but was excited to try the saving nevertheless. One problem I immediately noticed was it wrinkled easily. I have the envelope case and it’s the second one I’ve purchased in a few years. The first one accidentally ended up in the washing machine and dryer so I kept it and used it for the days that my second one is being laundered. I NEVER put it in the machine and always always hand wash mine with a clean silk specific detergent. I know that might be too time consuming for people but I don’t trust silk in any kind of machine no matter what kind of bag or cycle it’s on. It’s buttery and almost rubbery silky soft and will for years this way. I let it soak in cold water for 15 min after I’ve agitated it and squished it with my hands and the detergent for a few min, rinse it with cold, lay it flat on a towel and roll the towel up, squishing it as I go. It dries after that in less than an hour and really is simple. I can’t sleep without this case and my hair almost never sheds in bed anymore.saraMT

It's super smooth and slippy, if that's a word. It feels wonderful on my face and I could literally spend all day swiping my hands across it over and over again. It washes fine, but make sure you follow the directions on the little flap inside. I read a bunch about how to wash silk and some sources say not to use any detergent that has enzymes. I used Tide Free & Gentle. It has enzymes, but my pillowcase is fine. Slip has their own detergent if you want to buy it. Handwash in cool water if you can. I haven't tried machine washing, but it's nice to know you can throw it in without having it fall apart. And I don't know if it's supposed to be like this, but it had random short seams in throughout the middle of the pillowcase. This doesn't have any impact, but I was scared when I saw them. Also the price is scary, but I think it is definitely going to last you. Also silk is naturally hypoallergenic and dust mite resistant so that's a plus. I guess I don't need a pillow protector then. I have Blissy pillowcases on all the beds in my house. I was an early adopter of these pillowcases and the first versions were a great silk material but shoddy construction. Also, the older versions had one color choice…white. Blissy has since improved the zippers, added more colors, stitched the logo on the pillow case, tightened the stitching, improved the finishing details and added a nice gift box. The silk has always been lovely. The current cases are nearly perfection. I buy them often. My hair stays cleaner longer. Have heard about Casper mattresses and was delighted to see them on QVC. The company offers a guarantee but having shopped with QVC for years I knew if I didn’t like it there wouldn’t be a hassle returning! It’s very heavy (king) so you will need help with the box. My experience the Silvon company was great – easy purchase, and fast shipping. I ordered two pillow cases and masks to help my skin stay clean and clear – a month later, I’ve seen no difference. I might be getting a little bit less acne from the masks, but it’s definitely not enough to say for sure, could just be my stress levels reducing. The masks are also pretty poorly made with a flimsy elastic around the ears and some thread fraying; my 5 dollar ones from target are much nicer. The material itself is honestly about as soft as any cheap fabric, I was expecting nice cotton but it’s fairly scratchy and feels cheap (maybe this is the silver?). I’m hoping that the more I wash it the softer it’ll get, but 3 washes in and nothing has changed. Overall fairly disillusioned by this product, maybe my opinion will change after a few months of use! I haven't used the products long enough to see if there are any lasting results but the pillowcases are pretty nice and towels soft and comfy so I'm not mad about them. I also got the face masks since my daughter has acne and I have very sensitive skin however I can't say I'm a fan of these masks. When you first use them they're very tight around the face so there's no wearing lipstick or even a lip balm unless you want it to smear all over it and become very greasy and gross honestly, not only that but after wearing it for a few days it went from being tight but still wearable to being very loose and kinda just hanging on the face! The elastics holding the fabric are not really good. I'm still giving 3 stars for the pillowcases and towels since they were nice. I can't say if they actually do anything against pimples just yet but I'm hopeful!Anna M.

I am really happy with these satin pillowcases. They are super soft and nice and cool to lay on. I feel they are good quality. The pillowcases themselves are bigger than the pillows I own but that is okay by me (better big than too small!). Plus, they slide on and off easily. I have laundered mine and they held up fine. I tend to air dry my satin and silk bedding items so I cannot attest to how well they hold up in the dryer. But washing machine and air dried they are fine. These pillowcases look nice. I like the size of the pillowcase, it's a bit smaller compare to the majority of the silk pillowcases on the market. It fit my standard size pillows perfectly. Overall it is a good quality, but it is loosing the "silkiness" gradually even it always been washed on delicates cycle. The company offers a guarantee but having shopped with QVC for years I knew if I didn’t like it there wouldn’t be a hassle returning! It’s very heavy (king) so you will need help with the box. Let me first say, I am EXTREMELY picky about texture and softness of SHEETS against my skin. My husband likens me to the character in the children's story of Princess And The Pea! I've been searching for years for comfortable sheets, but even the Egyptian cotton sheets feel 'rough' to my bare skin. So let me shout this loud: These are AMAZINGLY silky and soft yet cool sheets!!! I am happy finally! I've washed and dried them as recommended, folded them straight out of the dryer. The only wrinkled area is the 4" hemmed top of the flat sheet and cases. (which I ironed out of my nit picky ways). The only minor con I see is the fit. Our mattress is a full 17" deep with the topper on it. The sheets go on and fit perfectly when making the bed, but the corner of the very generous sized fitted sheet tends to slip upward by morning. It hasn't completely slipped off, but I do have to pull it back in place every day. A minor inconvenience to me because of the wonderful feel of these! I washed and dried the sheet set according to package instructions and after using for roughly ONE MONTH this is what one of the pillowcases looks like. It is covered in pilling and looks and feels horrible. The other pillowcase isn't as bad. Wrinkled sheets don't bother me but if you don't like wrinkles stay away from these as the wrinkle horribly just from sleeping on them. I really liked the sheets as they are comfortable but I'm afraid they aren't going to last and this is unacceptable for the price. The pillowcases also will not stay on the pillow because they are so slick.CindyW
