Just received my second order! These pillowcases are AMAZING! I purchased primarily for me as I have long hair but my hubby can’t live without them either! He’s a huge skeptic on everything until Blissy. I read up on all the benefits but the hubby went in blind, not knowing what to expect and quite frankly he generally would say, “they’re ok, didn’t really notice a difference.” Not this time!!! I have Blissy pillowcases on all the beds in my house. I was an early adopter of these pillowcases and the first versions were a great silk material but shoddy construction. Also, the older versions had one color choice…white. Blissy has since improved the zippers, added more colors, stitched the logo on the pillow case, tightened the stitching, improved the finishing details and added a nice gift box. The silk has always been lovely. The current cases are nearly perfection. I buy them often. My hair stays cleaner longer. I don’t know what witchcraft (joking) they use but even my blowouts last 5-6 days without my hair ever looking dirty, greasy, frizzy or flat. The skin on my face is less dry. I fall asleep faster and wake up fewer times at night. I give a Blissy pillow cases to all of my friends, male and female. Everyone loves them. They are the all occasion and most welcome gift. My experience the Silvon company was great – easy purchase, and fast shipping. I ordered two pillow cases and masks to help my skin stay clean and clear – a month later, I’ve seen no difference. I might be getting a little bit less acne from the masks, but it’s definitely not enough to say for sure, could just be my stress levels reducing. The masks are also pretty poorly made with a flimsy elastic around the ears and some thread fraying; my 5 dollar ones from target are much nicer. The material itself is honestly about as soft as any cheap fabric, I was expecting nice cotton but it’s fairly scratchy and feels cheap (maybe this is the silver?). I’m hoping that the more I wash it the softer it’ll get, but 3 washes in and nothing has changed. Overall fairly disillusioned by this product, maybe my opinion will change after a few months of use! I haven't used the products long enough to see if there are any lasting results but the pillowcases are pretty nice and towels soft and comfy so I'm not mad about them. I also got the face masks since my daughter has acne and I have very sensitive skin however I can't say I'm a fan of these masks. When you first use them they're very tight around the face so there's no wearing lipstick or even a lip balm unless you want it to smear all over it and become very greasy and gross honestly, not only that but after wearing it for a few days it went from being tight but still wearable to being very loose and kinda just hanging on the face! I have always wanted a silk pillowcase after reading the many benefits of silk for sleep creases/wrinkles, hair styles, etc. After doing thorough research I decided I would only buy 25 momme silk and I wasn't prepared to pay more than $40 (I have seen some silk pillowcases on beauty sites for up to $80!). It is VERY soft and very silky with a satiny finish. It's well made with a hidden zipper. It's an absolute pleasure to lay my head down on the pillow at night (and not just because I'm a mama to young children!).The other brand I bought, for the same price, was Fishers Finery. I'm also very happy with that purchase. The silk in that pillowcase is slightly thicker, however not as satiny. I will use both but intend to use that one as my travel pillowcase (I'm never sleeping on cotton again) as it feels like a more durable fabric. However, having only washed them each twice and slept on them each for about a week, I still can't speak to long term durability. I haven't used a scrunchie since childhood, mostly because I hated the inner rubber elastic. I have thick hair that tangles easily, and would either break the inner rubber elastic, stretch it out, or get it stuck in my hair. I was pleasantly surprised to find that the inside of this scrunchie is not the rubber elastic! It is similar to the elastic bands used in clothing, so it will guarantee no kinks in the hair when wearing them. The satin is very smooth, so my hair glides when I want to remove the scrunchie. Another thing I like is that the size of the cloth of the scrunchie is not super large, so for anyone who wants to wear a scrunchie a bit more subtly can enjoy this. The only thing I might warn against is the quality of the scrunchie satin — I did not buy this scrunchie pack on Amazon, but at an Ulta. There is no way to check for satin fraying through the packaging, but unfortunately I did have loose thread and seams.ayabo
Since buying a few of these pillowcases and using them I find my skin has improved. I have less acne break outs. I also notice that so far the black color hasn't faded even though I use benzyl peroxide on my face when I sleep. Other lower quality pillowcases I have used in the past either get oil stains from my skin being too oily, or the color fades from the benzyl peroxide. The tag on the inside broke down and got all over my washing machine after the first wash so look out for that. I like the size of the pillowcase, it's a bit smaller compare to the majority of the silk pillowcases on the market. It fit my standard size pillows perfectly. Overall it is a good quality, but it is loosing the "silkiness" gradually even it always been washed on delicates cycle. I have generally used cotton pillow cases or something a little bit less silky most of my life, but I recently bought a new hybrid mattress that claims to be cooling. In the process of buying the mattress, I found out that in order to take advantage of the cooling gel, it's important to have the right kind of sheets to let the cooling happen. The same applies to pillows I believe. I've always had problems sweating at night, but since I changed to this silk pillowcase, I have noticed a big difference. I love it's soft silky texture and the cool feel to it as I lay down at night. Probably my favorite feature though is the zipper! Every pillowcase I've had doesn't stay on the pillow for very long before you have to slide the pillow back in…especially with silky pillowcases. With this pillowcase, I never worry about the pillow falling out because the zipper keeps it in place. The zipper isn't obtrusive either where it scratches your hand or your head. It's an inside zipper with only a tiny smooth pull tab sticking out. It's barely even noticeable, yet easy to zip up. I have purchased other Satin pillowcases but these are the best I have found. Fabric is a nice weight, not thin and flimsy so they wash well. I always hang to dry and do not use fabric softener as it will break down the fibers overtime. The color wasn't my first choice but it is a nice color and no fading after wash. Absolutely DO NOT buy these! When you open them, they are frayed, falling apart and the seams don't close! One of mine has a 6" wide opening where the seam isn't even sewn shut! Really beautiful pillowcases. Fabric is a nice wrinkle free silky satin. The zippers are concealed nicely. I have laundered once and they came out beautifully. I went over them quickly with a warm iron, but I'm fussy. The directions say to hand wash but I used Woolite and delicate cycle with cool water. I exchanged the leopard print for butterflies because they are very brown. I was hoping for more of a taupe. The butterfly print is pretty but not champagne colored. They are tan with two shades of light beige butterflies. I also ordered an ivory color and it is gorgeous. Very elegant. I will be ordering more of them.Patricia B.

So the good points I love about these are that they fully zip, definitely has cut down the amount of feathers on my floor. They are soft, and stay cool. Points I’m unsure I like is that silk is very loud haha. When you scrunch your pillow all you hear is crinkling noises in your ear when you’re trying to sleep. Didn’t get that with cotton. Also I’m not seeing a major difference with my hair. I’m not waking up with great hair like i had hoped from the other reviews, I still look like I slept on the side of a hill upside down and sweaty. I'll never go back to any other pillowcase again! These even come with me on trips. I bought two king ivory pillowcases for my husband and myself, yes even my husband loves this pillowcase, and two blush pillowcases for my daughter who also loves them. They fit perfect on our king memory foam pillows and I love that they have a hidden zipper on the side for a clean look. They have helped with our skin and our hair.
