Since the Neutrogena Healthy Skin anti-wrinkle cream w/SPF15 w/retinols was discontinued, I have been on a quest to find something similar. The anti-wrinkle cream had a great consistency and scent (smelled slightly of sun-screen). I tried this Healthy Skin firming cream. But it was very different. It felt greasy and I did not like the scent at all. I thought I would just keep it and apply it on my legs but the scent is strong and I can smell it throughout the day.Laina
this is my husbands account, so first off i am a female, i’ve had some issues with wrinkles mostly caused by smoking, but recently i got a chemical burn which caused my face to look more wrinkled and saggy, for both issues i’ve been using retinol, vitamin c, hydroxy acids etc religiously! with little to no change! this is by far my favourite product with the most noticeable results! immediately you’re face looks dewy and healthy, wrinkles are less defined, and in the long term i’ve noticed less wrinkles, less acne scars, my face looks much healthier! and it doesn’t ball like many of my other lotions, it works well with make up, and also I found it as a miracle product for eczema! i’ve tried exzema lotions, steroid prescriptions, NOTHING worked! i have big dry patches/sores on my ankles and top of foot, it’s sore and itchy and dark brown and never heals, i started using hylauronic serum first, then rub this in after, and although it hasn’t completely healed it’s the best it’s been, all the redness is gone, the swelling; the dark brown spots faded, and it’s not as pronounced and dry and itchy and sore. So some people may have bad reviews because this personally doesn’t work for them for some reason, i think it’s one of the best products out there especially for the price range. I've been a loyal user of the Healthy Skin with Retinol and Multi-Vitamins for years. It was always in a pump and looked identical to the packaging of this particular product. However, this is something very different and toxic to my skin. After a few days wearing this, my face has broken out in to a rash and burns. My skin hasn't looked this bad since I was a teenager fighting acne. Apparently, the old product.I used that was in a pump is now in a tube…but at this point I'm scared to try anything since my skin is such a mess. Lately, PC has been coming out with high-priced luxury style products and not offering samples of travel sizes. When Clinical Ceramide-Enriched Firming Moisturizer was released, I tried a full bottle once it was available during a 20% off sale because otherwise the price is astronomical. The product comes in an airless pump, which is great for keeping the product fresh and effective. The product itself is very creamy and elegant, like a cross between a light lotion and a serum. The texture and scent remind me of PC Clinical Retinol treatment, so I suspect there is some ingredient overlap between the two. The top active ingredient is SAP, which is a stable form of vitamin C, and is known to be a bit more gentle, yet not as immediately effective as L-Ascorbic Acid. When questioned about the SAP percentage, staff at PC pulled the "proprietary" card, so suffice it to say that it has "a lot" of SAP, but who knows for sure it is a clinically effective amount. The product also contains Retinol (way down on the list) and several ceramides which are known to help repair the skin barrier. I found the product to be irritating, and it actually caused breakouts on my non-acne prone skin. I didn't notice any brightening (vitamin C) or firming with regular use. However, the drier areas of my face became much more hydrated and texture improved on those parts of my face. As a result, I have to give some props to this product for providing excellent moisture for parched skin. I did use up the entire bottle I purchased, but won't repurchase due to mixed results.Asha
This is my go to PC moisturizer for both AM and PM. Whenever I've stopped using it to try a new one, I immediately notice the change. Some are too heavy, others too light, others don't play well with my sunscreen or makeup, but this one is just right. In the morning I mix it with my boosters (azelaic acid, 20% niacinamide) and my 2% BHA in the palm of my hand and apply it all at once to face, neck and chest, then add an under eye cream. This takes 30 seconds. I let it absorb and follow with my SPF (Youth-Extending Daily Hydrating Fluid SPF 50 in my tropical climate or Super-Light Wrinke Defense SPF 30 in drier climate). At bedtime I mix the exact concoction plus 1% retinol in the palm of my hand, apply under eye cream, lip balm and I'm done. It sounds like a lot, but it takes less than a minute.Middle aged babe
I've always had dry skin, and about 5 years ago it had gotten extremely problematic as well as starting to get spots of excema on my temples. I had received a few travel size samples of PC products as a gift w/ purchase from a retail store, and decided to actually use them because of the ingredients. I am an MD w/ a BS in chemistry and had used my education to identify ingredients that would be helpful or not. I previously used Pevonia products for about 12 years, but was frustrated I could only buy these extremely high priced products at high quality spas. I had been seriously ill and Rx medications caused a drastic change in my skin. It's not cheap but it definitely tightens up the skin. I used to be able to pinch the loose skin under my eyes and now there's no loose skin to pinch. I don't think it works as a moisturiser so I use it under my moisturiser once a day. I was recommended this product by a dermatologist years ago and I think my skin is firmer now at sixty than it was in my late forties. It really does firm the skin and reduce the lines and wrinkles. This is a lovely texture cream. Not too heavy a consistency and with a pleasant but subtle fragrance. My inner arm skin is loose and as I’ve aged, has developed a crepey look which isn’t nice, so I thought I would give this a go. I’ve been applying twice daily now for approx 3 weeks and there is a definite improvement in the crepyness. I don’t use loads, just enough to be able to rub into my upper arms, concentrating on the crepey skin. Not sure they are more toned from using this, but I do exercise daily so this is more likely to be helping the tone. I wanted the crepey look to reduce and I do feel it has definitely helped. It helped my stretch marks but didn't seem to tighten. I saw little to no improvements on the tightening aspect. A lot of improvement to the visibility of my stretch marks. There's no turning back once you apply the product and feel the burning and itching. It lasts about 30 minutes for me every time. I would just sit there and try my best to relax and avoid the itching. After awhile you stop thinking about it and it becomes a tiny itch. Burning and itching is the worse after a shower. I can already see a difference in tightness and smoothness of my skin. Smell is great. The warmth/burn is annoying but it only last for about 15 minutes and really isn't that bad. Maybe because I'm used to tingle creams when I go tanning? Idk but the reviews who say it's unbearable I feel are slightly over the top. I also have been using it on my arms and inner thighs (where is burns the most) but…great results in just a couple days. One thing that does help the burn is after I apply I stand in front of a fan or my air conditioner and it goes away faster. Can't wait to see my long term results. My skin: 32 years old, combination skin type (mostly prone to dehydration, but slightly oily in my T-zone after a long day), mildly acne -prone_x000D_ _x000D_ While I personally enjoy using this moisturizer, I think it's important to remember that someone's opinion on a skin care product is going to be highly subjective to what their skin type and the aesthetic preferences are (the way it feels & smells). I would consider this is a rich, medium-weight cream with a glowy/dewy finish. I feel that individuals with dry or dehydrated skin will really like this moisturizer for day and night use. They might feel the need for something heavier at night in the winter. Those with oily skin who don't mind using creams would probably prefer to only using this at night, and stick to something lighter weight (such as a gel moisturizer) during the day._x000D_ _x000D_ Since this is a silicone based cream, it glides over the skin like a dream and creates a beautiful, soft glowing base for makeup. It's oil-free (referring to carrier oils, not essential oils), so it's not greasy or tacky. You can definitely feel the layer of moisture sitting on your skin until it soaks in though. _x000D_ _x000D_ There is no pore-clogging ingredients, which is a huge plus if you are prone to getting acne. Also, it is synthetic fragrance and dye free! However, it does contain 3 essential oils (bitter orange peel, lavender, and limonene), so keep in mind if you are wanting something scent-free (this smells like a citronella candle), have sensitive skin or inflammatory conditions._x000D_ _x000D_ In regards to its claims of firming and tightening, just like the majority of skin care products out there, there's no ingredients in this that would help to achieve that in the long-run. I got this PÜR Get A Lift Firming Facial Cream for myself. I have dry combination skin along with some signs of aging, hyperpigmentation and hormonal acne breakouts. This cream has a rich, thick creamy texture that glides onto my skin easily and absorbs well with no residual tackiness or greasiness. It leaves my skin looking and feeling healthier. I notice an overall firming and brightening effect with less dullness and my fine lines are less prominent. The cream smells like fresh oranges and the scent is noticeable but not overpowering. I love that this cream combines so many wonderful ingredients in one product…antioxidants, ceramides and oat kernel extract help soothe, moisturize and smoothe my skin. I wish I could see a better results, unfortunately this product did not work for me. I used it for 2 months, daily after my shower. I will give 4 starts because of the ingredient list and my skin does feel soft after using it, however that was not what was advertised. I will give it a try for one more month and update if there are any changes.
LOVE this stuff! Used in conjunction with EMSculpt and wow! I cannot recommend this stuff highly enough. Only downside is the price. I have used these products for a year. First, the face moisturizer is the best I've ever used to help revive my dry post-chemo skin. I like that it's in tube form and you see what you are getting. However, the eye, neck, and this TRANSform body treatment gave me little results with daily use. My tip: keep an eye on the increments listed on the outside of these products. It is NOT indicative of the oversized bottle. I was floored when I broke open BOTH the body treatment and eye treatments that each sold for nearly $200. Only the tip of my smallest finger fit the internal tube inside. Doubtful there was anything close to 6 oz in the TRANSform I purchased from Alastin. Seems much expense is being put into the packaging to house a tiny bit of product. Physicians grade or not, this is wrong.

So I developed an allergy to lanolin after nursing my 3rd child. Pumping and breastfeeding is tough on nipples to begin with. I used this starting in my 10th week of pregnancy. Now I don't know if stretch marks are genetic or from not moisturizing enough but I do have stretch marks from before so I fully expected to get them during my pregnancy. The previous Roc Cream they had worked perfectly and smelt great! This new one is horrible. It’s very thick on the skin sits on top of the skin and doesn’t easily absorb. Purchases online. Used at night. The next day, around noon I started to develop an intense red rash. My skin was so swollen and red and itchy it burned and my coworkers ( I work in medicine) were suggesting I go to urgent care. I took Benadryl had to get cream and nothing helped. I’m a mom of 2 kids and trying for our third now. I have been using this right before the nourishing stretch mark cream. It smells amazing, not heavily perfumed but natural. I use about 3 drops to cover my belly thigh and buttocks (I know this is only for belly, but I wanted to see it work in the other areas too). The first time I used it I felt a burning sensation on its own on my belly, but second time this sensation was gone. So not sure if it’s because my skin was super dry the first time. I use this as a combo with the cream. It has made my belly, buttocks and thighs glow with new life. Skin feels firmer and more younger. I have only used it for a week and have seen improvement in my skin. I believe this is an 8 week treatment. So I’ll continue to use this and see the benefits after 2 months I hope. I received these products for free from Influenster and Evereden in exchange for my honest review. This is a fantastic serum. I started this serum at 8 months pregnant, having only ever used bio oil daily prior to this. This is my second pregnancy, so I do have previous stretch marks from that on my hips and bottom. This serum is really lovely. It’s packed with lots of great skin loving and moisturizing oils, it’s fragrance free (although it smells a touch like chamomile). The best thing about it though is how quickly it absorbs, and how long the skin feels moisturized for after. I have been applying this immediately before bed daily for two weeks, and I can hop into bed almost immediately after without worrying about getting the oil all over the sheets. And I wake up with super soft skin, and it looks nourished and less dull. I’ve been applying this on my chest, stomach, hips and bottom. It is a little on the pricey side, but honestly, the quality is pretty top notch. Plus the packaging is soooo pretty. I love Nuxe products in the summertime and always use the 48 hour body lotion when the weather starts to warm up. So I decided to try the new Rêve de Thé body lotion as well, curious about the fragrance. I don't think the product description on this page accurately mentions that this product has a *cooling* sensation, what they refer to as an "ice cube" effect on the accompanying body cream. It also has a much stronger, soapier fragrance than other Nuxe products I have tried. That said, I think it could be nice on a really hot, humid day to help cool down and to feel "clean." I’m not sure if this is just an outlier experience, but these patches only last a few uses. The adhesive quickly rubs off after the first use and even after using the cleanser made for the patches it continues to rub off and the actual silicone starts to come off in chunks and deteriorate almost. There is no way these last 30 uses. The shape of the pt he’s are also a very odd choice and aren’t useful. I would want to try using more than one patch in one side to cover a larger more rectangular area, however the adhesive and the quality of the silicone is not worth it. Customer service also does not respond despite them having a return policy.MC

This lotion can be a lifesaver when your skin gets really dry flaky. I have always had extremely dry skin that fluctuates throughout the year in it's severeness. Usually when the weather is changing it tends to really act up and itch really bad and get flaky. My elbows are the absolute worst. I look like a lizard or snake shedding it's skin. I have tried many prescription treatments but nothing I have tried has worked as well as this. They just cost way more. It is extremely moisturizing and clears up any problems I may have almost immediately. Thankfully, there is no fragrance because nothing hurts more than a fragrances lotion on any skin irritation. This orange-smelling dream cream actually heckin works! I've been using twice daily, sometimes once daily, for a week now and I am seeing tighter skin in all the places I've been applying. I wish I took a before photo so I could see the side by side, but I honestly don't even need it to notice the results. Only gripe here is the smell is not really something I want to walk around smelling like. I have been using this product religiously and as directed. twice a day, massaging for 20 minutes. I know that most women after 20 will develop cellulite and there is nothing we can do about it. I know that you can't get rid of cellulite with a cream because it has to do with the way fat is stored in your body. but after reading a review how someone saw results using this with exercise, I wanted to give this product a try along with dieting and exercising at the gym. I've been using it for two months now and to be honest, I feel like this has made my cellulite look worse. I do squats, deadlifts, lunges and a lot of hamstring workouts to tighten the back of my thighs and still nothing. I do like how this product makes your skin tingle (for only about 5 minutes). it almost feels like rubbing vick's on your legs. The Vino Gold moisturizer is a really nice, thick moisturizer. It doesn't feel heavy or sticky which I really like. I have really dry, flaky skin and I've tried both this body cream and the Aqua Intense Body Cream (also from M-Beauty) and personally I prefer the Aqua Intense one because of how dry my skin is but this one is still really nice and I think it would be perfect for anyone who doesn't have skin drier than a desert.Heather
