This is an extremely lightweight machine. Not just in actual weight, but in the job it does. The motor is not powerful, the spinner is not fast. You do NOT save time using this over mopping. You must go SLOOW, back and forth, several times, over each area on even the lightest of soiled flooring. You must clean as instructed, the spinner, screens, and filter after only a few minutes of use or it will stop working completely. It doesn't do well on tile unless there are nearly flat grout lines. What is it good for? Linoleum, very lightly soiled. Probably to have it charged and ready for a small spill in the kitchen while cooking, then set it aside and know you WILL have to disassemble and clean it before you use it again, even after only a minute or two of use. This thing is terrible. I wanted a shark cross wave but they’re expensive. I looked through the description and the reviews and thought this may be a less expensive alternative. You get what you pay for. We use it 2 X on hardwood floors. We don’t have carpets. The cleaner started spitting out nasty, dirty, smelly water all over the place. It left my house smelling like a septic tank. Yes, we have a puppy that has accidents and we used it to clean up. Aren’t these things designed to clean up messes? We have disassembled it just like the directions instructed. We cleaned every item that was disassembled with soap and water and even a tiny bit of bleach on the roller. We put it back together, turned it on and once again it starting spitting out sewage water. I haven’t touched it since. So i bought this yesterday i been eyeing this mop for awhile and read alot of reviews. I was so excited to finally get it as the reveiw were so great. I been useing a reuseable spray mop so wanted to up grade as the mop head gets dirty so quick as a single mom i wanted something more convenient but that is not what i got. I was so disappointed in this mop vacuum. I have real hardwood floor and laminate in my kitchen. This did not clean i had dirty spots on my floor that my mop would have got in 2 seconds. But this thing did not clean and at first im like i must be doing something wrong so i read the book with it like 5 times going yes im doing it right. At first the floor wasnt even getting wet but after holding the button down felt like forever it finally got wet. I had to go over spots so many time for it to even get clean. Went to clean my kitchen and that was even worst i kept going over a spot over and over and nothing. So i got out my spot mop sprayed it with just water and it came up as soon as i went over it. So it wasnt a hard spot to clean but the vacuum did not clean it. only good part of the vacuum is that it sucks up the water nice and leaves your floor pretty much dry. It didnt leave streaks but the worst thing of it is when you turn it on its so powerful that it moves the vacuum forward so hard that your fighting it to go backward to suck up the water. For $200 this is not worth it at all my $30 stray mop does so much better ( but hate that it leaves my floors so wet). Oh also this doesnt not get your floor wet or clean a inch away from the wall or your rugs so couldnt get on the side of floors clean.Amber

This particular mop has some great features like the long cord, level of steam options, and the swivel head. It is pretty lightweight but does a good job of lifting dust, watersheds, and light foot traffic. The scrubber helps lift heavier, sticky messes if you repeatedly go over the mess or raise the steam leave. This model won't tolerate you pushing hard down on the handle so you need to be patient and just keep going over tough spots for it to do it's job, and it will. You'll need to remove the hot scrub pad immediately when you're done or place the entire unit on a counter while it cools to avoid damage on a wood floor. I left mine on a laminate wood floor while cooling down and it left white, cloudy stains underneath the pad on my floor that I cannot remove. Hard lesson learned. I find the mop head too large for smaller bathrooms.
I have many animals and hardwood and tile throughout my home. I have had a Shark and Orek steam mops before and thought they did a decent job. But I am a hardcore Bissell fan when it comes to vacuums because of the massive shedding from the pets not to mention my drooling Mastiffs. I went with this Bissell for the brand and am more than satisfied with my choice. This model, 1940W, does an exceptional job of cleaning both my hardwood and tile floors without streaking or having to go over the saliva enzymes 20x before it lifts. I can really clean my floors easily on the medium setting and did my kitchen, dining room, living room, and hallway which is about 1600sq. feet without having to refill the tank. The scrubbing pad made easy work of getting up any spills or sticky spots, all in one quick motion. This is steamer mop is far better than the other two I had. The cord is plenty long and the scent discs which I didn't think would be a big deal actually are. The whole house smelled wonderful and the scent even wafted upstairs. I bought this when it was deeply discounted to replace my other current options, which were either a bucket/mop with a lil fabuloso or pinesol or getting on my hands and knees with a rag. I already have a Dyson handheld cordless vacuum, so I decided not to get the vacuum steam mop combo version, and just get this lighter steam mop only instead. Just as the Dyson made me not mind vacuuming, I thought that getting the lighter steam mop would do the same for me but for mopping, even though it's corded. I have to say, it does what it says it'll do. It's not as detailed as spending hours in the floor with a hand-rag, or as deep cleaning as soaking the tile floor with a mop-bucket but it's wayyyyy less mess, dries wayyyy faster, it's wayyyy more ergonomic, and more likely that I'll do this more often than the other two methods, which was basically out of desperation once a year. I also really like that the pads are reusable and washable, even if it's kind of a pain to remember to wash them, and don't even mind the cord. It's the perfect length to cover my entire kitchen without unplugging. Glad I held out for this. THe item itself is superb. Works great, especially if something has stuck and dried onto the floor. But Walmart sucks at packaging. This was delivered in the original Steam mop package. By the time it arrived it was in pretty bad shape. I gasped thinking it may have damaged something inside the box. Nothing was damaged inside. As a repeat customer of Shark brand I am very satisfied with products and the service. That said, I am still not satisfied with the steam mop line. For reasons I like it such as noted in rating; was the price, simplicity of use, steam amount and burst function, lightweight, durability, looks and some features such as cord length, mop pads and attach/ detach feature. To improve product would be a few changes; 1) Make it able to stand upright. When cleaning I need this for quick interruptions and when I shift furniture around while mopping. 2) Cord to be round and flexible as the cord on vacuum model NV351. 3) Capable to lock swivel as needed for scrubbing use. 4) Slight wedge adjustment for added pressure to front of the mop. Easy to unbox and assemble. Had it out, filled and cleaning in 5 minutes. It's lightweight and easy to move around, heats up fast and cleans very well. Some stuck-on grime on tile floors takes a little effort but it sure beats the usual hands-and-knees once a month scrub we end up doing. This should prolong the intervals between those deep cleans by at least a few weeks. Only drawback is that it I can see it being a little difficult to push on wood floors (wet pad causes some drag/resistance) for my wife.

After failing over and over to get my whole main floor clean (luxury vinyl) I bought the SpinWave. No more bucket and mop. No more rinsing and rinsing. No more slopping water or water an solution. And my husband seems to get some sort of satisfaction from running it! I find I need 4 sets of pads to change out when one set gets dirty – maybe this is because I finally found a method to clean the floor that works and I have lots of work to do. I didn't get the battery powered one because I thought it ran down too quickly. The cord is easy to deal with. I wish there was a docking station of some sort to rest the spin mop in – give it even more stability. I recommend removing the pads after mopping rather than having the unit sit on flooring with wet pads.
I usually use a spray mop but it wasn’t getting the stuck on food from the floor. I’ve tried many other mops and nothing worked. This Bissel eventually gets the stuck on food off- you just have to keep the spin mop over the food for about 60 seconds. It’s better than getting on your hands and knees to scrape off the food. I didn’t notice much of a difference between the regular mop pads and the scrub ones. It feels like you’re operating a professional floor cleaner. I used an all purpose cleaner rather than the Bissel solution. It works well without their solution. I like that the water canister comes off completely and can be cleaned. I’ve used a steam mop of theirs in the past and it would get moldy because the canister couldn’t be removed. I’ll still keep my spray mop for quick messes. The Bissel takes longer to clean the whole floor but does a deeper clean.Sarah B
I bought the corded Spinwave because I needed extended time to clean hardwood floors after removing carpet. It did a great job removing built up padding print on the hardwood floor with the scrub pads. Then after drying, I used the soft pads to apply another hardwood cleaner to help the floors shine. I had to wash the scrub pads frequently because they lifted so much dirt from the floor. I also used it on my hardwood and it really made them shine. Plan to use on a couple more projects with hardwood floors that need some help. Definitely liked using hot water with cleaner as directed and no battery to recharge. Worked smoothly unless pads got off center. Would definitely recommend!

I purchased this for myself for Christmas. My house is almost all tile and had them professionally cleaned a week before Christmas. I needed something to maintain them. This does the trick! Its quiet, it barely touches something and it re-routes and ran for 2hrs (I did have to refill after an hour). I have 4 dogs and between dirty paw prints and water drips after they drink their water, my floors need to be mopped frequently. Which it does well with. I couldnt see this actually scrubbing the floors but is a great maintainer mop. It doesnt put itself away (dock) but for the price difference Im ok with using its remote. I got the iRobot Braava and found it to be too small and lightweight to do any real good. Don’t get me wrong, it is awesome for bathrooms, but other than that…naw. This is my 2nd Bissell steam cleaner, and it leaves the competitors in their steam! I have cleaned my entire house with this, plus two others. I have used it from the floor to the ceiling in the kitchen, living room, bathroom, and bedrooms. I've used it on my furniture, clothes, dog kennel, my car, and even my swimming pool. I have found some drawbacks with this unit as well. Keep in mind I bought it again after my first one went out. So these drawbacks are worth the inconvenience to me. The first one is that when using it off the floor mop stick, to be hands-free you have to set it down and it tips over all the time and there is no strap to sling it over your shoulder or attach it to something to stabilize it preventing it from falling over or falling down if your up on a step stool or ladder. after so many tip-overs and falls it takes a toll on the unit. I believe that this ultimately led to my 2nd issue. The base started to leak and got worse as I used it, and lost the pressure to blow out the steam. 3rd inconvenience is with the steam mop handle. It's weak where it bends and I highly recommend you get some sturdy tape to wrap around the handle to reinforce it. I used Gorilla Tape. Otherwise, it will break off. I caught mine in time with it only cracking at that bend. The last thing is while mopping the floor, the lift-away unit will disengage itself if bumped against something. Not all the time but enough. All in all, again these issues I had experienced with my first one I thought the steam cleaner is worth it. I LOVE THIS STEAMER!!! It's absolutely phenomenal at steam mopping floors! The steam is directly at the floor, you don't see the steam coming out the edges of the mop head with is fantastic (in my opinion). The handheld steam pod is powerful, but is finicky because if the pod is not upright and level with a flat surface the steam will stop and have trouble producing a continuous stream. It works great though if you use the hose and keep it seated on a flat surface like a counter top, or the floor. The steam could be more powerful in the handheld mode depending on the attachment (like when using the angle concentrator). It's good for getting around the toilet seat and into the screws. The scrubbing brushes are amazing! The brushes combined with the steam make it a powerful cleaner without using chemical sprays. It also works well to leave mirrors and windows squeaky clean. Just make sure you steam the surface before using the squeegee because some stuck on stuff takes more steam to release with the squeegee. The fabric steamer is excellent, it gets up close to the fabric and directs the steam right into the upholstery. Overall this is a great, handy 2-in-1 steam mop for everyday household use. It you are looking for something to get the most stuck on messes without the hassel of the finicky steam pod it may not be the one for you. But considering how excellent of a steam mop it is, the handheld mode is a nice bonus for fun above the floor cleaning.
Purchased this because of its versatility and options for cleaning different types of surfaces. I do my fair share of research prior to making purchases and despite reading a few reviews AND seeing this product make it on several "Best Steam Mop Products to Buy" lists, I decided to make the purchase. Not only that but I didn't want to buy a separate product to clean counters, mirrors, etc. Unfortunately, the device stopped working after a year and under 10 uses. I have only used the demineralized water products for Bissell and have never dropped the device and have taken great care of the device; which is why I was shocked to see that the products all of a sudden lost capability to produce steam and just leaked water from the bottom, the bottom of the lift-off detachment and from the top when using attachments. At first I chalked it up to likely particles blocking the hosel and followed the instructions posted on Bissell's website to clear it, but to no avail. So I continued through all of the troubleshooting instructions listed and realized that after completing them all, several times might I add, that the product is just dead. Bissell missed the mark with this product unfortunately. I was very surprised that the device died after a short period of time/use. Like other reviews have stated the device can be a little tough to move initially but once a good amount of steam is flowing it's not that bad. Cleans well and the scented demineralized water adds a fresh smell to any room. I thought about buying a replacement only because I spent money buying more accessories and attachments for it but I feel like I'd just be disappointed again and still not get more than 10 uses combined between the 2. Bottom line, DO NOT PURCHASE!

First of all, Use distilled water only & it will work longer… just like an iron. Important to use distilled water!!! I have had mine for over 10 years . Well, I started with the steam function first, and was amazed at how gently it steamed my floors. I had a few spots that needed a little extra tmatrwntion, so I switched to scrub mode which was pretty amazing roo. I then completed the floors on steam. When I was done, my floors looked better than they ever had, and were so clean I felt like I could eat off the floors!! The pad is easy to remove and hand or machine washable. I had this steam mop PRE pandemic and unfortunately in a move, lost it. So I bought the new improved one. What a loss. My old one was a pump steam feature which allowed more controlled steam from the human cleaning. This new one “automatic” and is so sporadic it’s annoying. It does a full blast of steam for around 20seconds. Then stops all steam to build up steam momentum, in which you lose about 30-40 seconds waiting. It’s a lot of wait time for a good clean. In which it does clean well. But it’s so annoying. I want the old technology. I could pump the handle on the old one, to release as much steam as I wanted and use an entire container of water in one steam moment, if I wanted to! This one is too time consuming. Until the end, in which you save a dirty spot, and you turn off the machine and GIANT puffs of steam emit, in which you can scrub to your hearts delight. It doesn't give you a opportunity to review the lift away anymore. Not sure why but I do want to say I had upgraded my steam mop and didn't realize what I was missing. I use the triangle piece to get in my bathtub so I can get it really clean. I had a very nasty roommate in my condo who had ruined my second bathroom bathtub I couldn't get the black stains off the bottom of the bathtub and I tried everything. So I thought what the heck and the little pieces would take too long. It made it beautifully white again and I thought I would have to replace it. To clean the pads so they come out white again I use spray and wash all over it and dawn (u have a HE washing machine) tide and cold water. They come out like new. I guess I have a little OCD especially since I let my neighbor borrow it and the big pad was black on both sides. I buy Shark on all my products except the blow dryer.
I just purchased this product and have used it one time. Set up was a breeze and it charged quickly. The vacuum works very well. I have Pergo floors in light oak, so they don't show dust, but do show dirt and debris. The vacuum had no problem with any of it, including onion skin. The mop part works well as a cleaner. I have some dried on liquids it would not remove, but neither would my Swiffer, which this replaces. But the problem is, the cleaning fluid, once dry, leaves a filmy residue that dulls the Pergo. Under the right lighting, you can see where the liquid was and where it wasn't. I tried buffing it to no avail. It remains to be seen if walking on the floor with buff it out. So as a vacuum and mop, it works. But that residue from the cleaning fluid is barely acceptable. Your results may be different. But I'll be keeping it because if does the job and I will use it more often just for the vacuum. I may forego the mop.lochnez49
I got this in hopes of making it easier to clean my floors with something that is an all in one. But I will be returning it. It is nothing more than a glorified swiffer. The pads are disposable. You even need a pad to do the vacuuming and you can only vacuum in one direction because that's where the suction is. So it takes twice as long. Then the pad is extremely dirty afterwards and you're supposedly supposed to use the same one. Why would I use the dirty pad to then mop with? I wouldn't. So I had to use a new one. Once that pad is wet it begins to flop around and you have to apply pressure to get it to stay in place while mopping. Applying more pressure and holding the vacmop a certain way will in turn cause back pain. The compartment for the liquid also does not come off. So you need something to use in order to pour the water into it. Just bad overall execution on this. I would not recommend and I will be returning. I bought the mop system from my shop club which has reusable pads. Yes I will have to sweep or use my regular vacuum beforehand, but it will still take less time than fighting with the vacmop.Mindy Burnette

I debated long and hard about shelling out the money for this product and decided to go ahead and try it….. bottom line: it's okay but not sure it's worth the money…. I do like the low prodile design that can reach under cabinets, tables,etc…. However you would think that for this amount of money it would come with some sort of a stand that you could put it on with the wet pad in between cleanings… I don't intend to remove and wash the pads every time… That was disappointing… It's also hard (impossible) to tell how much cleaning liquid is in the reservoir – which does seem pretty small and I found myself running out (only by noticing that nothing was coming out when I sprayed) and having to refill it…. also noticed that power button and spray buttons are pretty close together and I found myself hitting the power button numerous times instead of the spray button. Also found that I still have to scrub many spots to get them off completely . It does feel fairly well made and sturdy and I have had no problem with battery life……ned4759
Love this mop but it does not last but about a year. Have tried to clean the sprayer with a pen and it still will not work. When I try to see if I have unclogged the sprayer the mop turns off. I have owned a few steam mops so I know my steam mops. The Sharper Image SI-160 stood out to me as it’s much sturdier than I’m used to. The parts are made of stronger material which makes me feel it’ll stand the test of time. The mop is triangular in shape which I imagine is to assist in to getting in to tight areas and corners. The mop was easy to assemble and the water reservoir was easy to fill. I did find that it took a few tries to actually get the steam to start coming. I pressed the button on and off a few times until it got going, but once it did, it stayed on. This steam mop didn’t leave my floors wet as others do, rather lightly damp. The steam level can be adjusted, though I used it at max steam. I was happy to see that it was successful in getting out a couple of stubborn built up spots on my floors. The cord is long which is a well thought out detail, letting me continuously mop the floors throughout my apartment. The mop doesn’t have an area to loop the cord around, which I thought was lacking. I also found the mop to be on the heavy side (along the lines of a vacuum cleaner). I guess that is due to it not being made of flimsy material, though I still do wish it was a bit lighter. My biggest issue with this mop is that it doesn’t stand on its own. You need to lean the handle against something as the handle doesn’t prop up to stand. I also found that the buttons didn’t fully snap into place as they should, though perhaps I need to be more forceful in snapping it into place. I haven’t used it in the handheld form yet but I’m excited to. This feature is so innovative and I love that it’s all integrated into one product. The harder brush for the mop may be interesting to try out as well for the really tough stains. All in all, I find this mop to be innovative and generally well made.Estilee
It’s okay. It’s not out of this world like the reviews led me to believe. I based my purchase on the reviews. When I got my steam mop, there was a piece missing. I’ll say that the sharper image company did get that rectified quickly. Target said they couldn’t get a hold of the vendor, not sure how I was able to do it so successfully. Target wanted me to return it. It takes at least a minute to warm up and seems to steam mop well. I’ll be getting something else to use in between steam mopping.Mapia
First time ever using this brand steam mop and found it to work really well. Assembling it is a breeze. The spout cup is easy to fill (just slide the rubber piece over to fill it and put back into place) and snap it into the handle. When I plugged it in (there’s no on/off button), it said it would be ready to use within 25-30 seconds but I just heard a ticking noise but I think that was just the water seeping into the mop and actually takes about a minute or two in order for it to be completely ready. The trigger, when pressed, releases the steam. I personally don’t care for the trigger because it seems to get in the way of handling the mop when mopping. I like the triangle head as it’s easy to reach into corners easier. The mop pad (two are included) stays on well with velcro and doesn’t slip or slide off. The mop glides very easily over floors and gets HOT! I was curious to see how hot it gets and was pleased at how well it steams! My floors look and feel clean so it does a great job at getting into the grooves on my floor. What I’m disappointed most about is that there isn’t a cord keeper on this mop and no place to keep the attachments. I can wrap it around the handle but it doesn’t really stay and constantly slips off. This could very easily be a five star mop if these two features could be improved. I didn’t notice much of a difference between the regular mop pads and the scrub ones. It feels like you’re operating a professional floor cleaner. I used an all purpose cleaner rather than the Bissel solution. It works well without their solution. I like that the water canister comes off completely and can be cleaned. I’ve used a steam mop of theirs in the past and it would get moldy because the canister couldn’t be removed. I’ll still keep my spray mop for quick messes. The Bissel takes longer to clean the whole floor but does a deeper clean.Sarah B
I bought the corded Spinwave because I needed extended time to clean hardwood floors after removing carpet. It did a great job removing built up padding print on the hardwood floor with the scrub pads. Then after drying, I used the soft pads to apply another hardwood cleaner to help the floors shine. I had to wash the scrub pads frequently because they lifted so much dirt from the floor. I also used it on my hardwood and it really made them shine. Plan to use on a couple more projects with hardwood floors that need some help. Definitely liked using hot water with cleaner as directed and no battery to recharge. Worked smoothly unless pads got off center. Would definitely recommend!

We have mostly laminated floors in our home. This unit works very good on these floors. The con I noticed was the machine left swirl marks on the floor, and even after the floor was dry I could see those marks. This was the first time we used the machine so I'm hoping they will disappear with time. I my have been the product we were using on the floor I have now gone to warm water only.Sunshine

I purchased this after having bad luck with the wet vac type hard floor cleaners. I’ve used this one twice, and so far I’m impressed. Pros- easy to set up, easy to use. It definitely picks up the dirt from my tile floors. I was able to steam mop my smallish kitchen and big bathroom and closet with a little more than one dispenser of water. And I didn’t feel it necessary to change the pads during mopping. It heats up quickly. Cons (but not deal breakers, just kind of annoying). The water container comes off easy, but you can’t stand it up to add water. You have to hold it. And since it is recommended to use distilled water, you can’t just hold it under the faucet. I had to juggle holding the container and adding water from a jug. I finally got a measuring cup, filled it, then used a funnel to add water to the container. Once I figured out a process it worked ok. Also, it comes with 2 pads, one for regular use and one for tougher jobs. The one for tougher jobs has a sort of ribbed terry cloth. It was harder to move across the tile with this one on. Again, not a big deal for me but it may be to some. It does leave quite a bit of water on the floor, which will evaporate eventually, but I took a clean towel and a Swiffer type handle and mopped up the excess. None of these “cons” are a deal breaker for me and I’m overall happy with my purchase.Missy
I received the Bissell PowerFresh 2 in 1 Multi surface through the Stellar Product Testing Panel and I am truly grateful . For many reasons steamer is amazing . I would like to start with how necessary it is to this product at a time where cleaning is so very essential. The Bissell Powerfresh is beautifully designed. Its lightweight and easy to maneuver . Small and saves space . I used the Bissell PowerFresh in the kitchen, in the bathroom and the hallways in my home. All different surface types. There are attachments that make it easy for where exactly the cleaning in happening , which is useful for sure. The water for steam heats up fast. My favorite feature about this great cleaning tool is that it is chemical free!!!! I live in a chemical free vegan environment with children, so its great to know that this Bissell meets EPA standards for sanitization. Easy to use, cleaning is A , no chemicals, use on different surfaces, and storage for the cord all put a smile on face . So happy to receive this product to let others know about its fantastic qualities. Only thing I would like different is cordless with a charger stand .Cassie
This particular mop has some great features like the long cord, level of steam options, and the swivel head. It is pretty lightweight but does a good job of lifting dust, watersheds, and light foot traffic. The scrubber helps lift heavier, sticky messes if you repeatedly go over the mess or raise the steam leave. This model won't tolerate you pushing hard down on the handle so you need to be patient and just keep going over tough spots for it to do it's job, and it will. You'll need to remove the hot scrub pad immediately when you're done or place the entire unit on a counter while it cools to avoid damage on a wood floor. I left mine on a laminate wood floor while cooling down and it left white, cloudy stains underneath the pad on my floor that I cannot remove. Hard lesson learned. I find the mop head too large for smaller bathrooms.

I contemplated buying this Bissell Spinwave for a few months but super glad I did!! I have dark hardwood floors and a yellow Lab that slobbers everywhere and always leave wet paw marks which with us in COVID life living in the house 24-7… I have to vacuum and mop min. Once a day. Exhausting. Especially with 2 young kids running around all the time too. So I bought this floor cleaner and I am not kidding you- it has seriously made a world of a difference for me! Moping is such a breeze and dries so fast! I use warm water with the cleaner and it cuts through food gunk on the floor without me having to chisel it off with my nail or scraper.. not that I have much build up in my floors since I clean daily lol I tell the kids to sit on the couch and it's dry before they get restless and jump off the couch I honestly have no complaints- I've had it for 2 weeks now and use it daily. Comes with 4 pads and 2 tester bottles of cleaner.
After failing over and over to get my whole main floor clean (luxury vinyl) I bought the SpinWave. No more bucket and mop. No more rinsing and rinsing. No more slopping water or water an solution. And my husband seems to get some sort of satisfaction from running it! I find I need 4 sets of pads to change out when one set gets dirty – maybe this is because I finally found a method to clean the floor that works and I have lots of work to do. I didn't get the battery powered one because I thought it ran down too quickly. The cord is easy to deal with. I wish there was a docking station of some sort to rest the spin mop in – give it even more stability. I recommend removing the pads after mopping rather than having the unit sit on flooring with wet pads.
I absolutely loved this floor cleaner. I have large dogs and LVP flooring so it gets dirty quickly. Having Rheumatoid Arthritis and back/neck problems, I dread mopping the floor with the basic mop. This made my life so much easier. I literally just used it yesterday with no problems and took off the pads to wash them. When I put it back on, one of the rotators wasn't working right. I unscrewed the rotator and saw that the plastic where the screw Is located is slightly brown. I tried to order a replacement part but the discs are listed as left or right. I have no idea which one is left and which one is right.

Steam mops are magical! My cleaning heart is so happy! We moved in three years ago and the floor in our bathroom has always looked like this. I probably scoured 30+ years of grime out of these tiles. So gross! Still not my favorite tile, but I can at least live with it for a little while longer and not get totally disgusted every time I look at it. The Bissell Powerfresh Slim 3-in-1 is my new best friend! Using the handheld pod, red brush, and a bit of elbow grease to scrub both tile and grout it performed really well. The grime was really built up and I had to clean out the bristles often, but I was expecting that for the initial deep clean. I also pretreated the tile flooring with a vinegar solution to loosen the dirt before scrubbing and that worked like a charm. For a big job like this I had to refill the tank several times, but if there was a larger water tank it would have added extra weight and made it difficult to maneuver the pod. Haven't tried the extension arm or the mop head yet, but I think it will be a great way to keep all that grime build up at bay.Anna
It's great! It works really well for a variety of things – cleaning floors, counters, sanitizing things. It's not noisy like some steam mops are. The added storage that clicks onto the machine for some of the extra attachments and the docking station that holds everything is a nice added bonus. It's easy to manoeuvre and reach hi and low. My reason for not giving 5 stars is because I feel that at the price point it is in, it should be a cordless machine. The cord it has is long, which is nice, however I was originally looking for a cordless machine. Not sure how the logistic would work on making one, but I can't imagine it would take that much battery power to head up and move the water. Would definitely invest in a cordless if it was on the market. The only other issue I noticed is the mop pads stain really really easy. I only used it once and washed the mop pad right away, hung to dry but it's incredibly stained.Vanessa
I have had this steam cleaner for about a year, I absolutely love it! However there are some issue that have to be solved. The biggest disappointment is the fabric steamer attachement, it is faulty. It does not snap into place as well as the other pieces. I have had 2 others went to me and they all do the same thing. As you are using this attachment, it will come off on its own. Very dangerous in my opinion. I constantly have to hold the steamer at an angle so it does not detach. Also, this machine needs an on off switch instead of a trigger. It becomes annoying after a while. And lastly, the stick has become loose, it moves side to side when using.Sandra
