I purchased this because the liquid version supposedly absorbs more of the vitamins into you body than the pill form. The taste is different but not overwhelming, I got use to it. The down for me is that this product cost $25 and only last for 2 weeks. For any product you need at least a month so that’s $50 per month and if it works then it’s $50 per month till you decide to stop taking. I started using it 3 days ago so the verdict is still out but so far I am happy with the product. I used to use a LOT of silicon gel for my hair because I have a lot of frizzy gray hair. In addition, the first time I used the product I just poured the measured water in without checking consistency. So it was super runny. THe first batch didn't come out well at all. At the top, where I generally apply silicon, I got no coverage. Even with using the stripping product. I could see good coverage further down the hair and I reached out to Khadi who generously sent me another box to try. The 2nd time I still hadn't stopped using the silicon for very long when I made the product way too ***** and the coverage was mediocre. I could tell I was on the right track so I tried again. I waited months with no silicone use (I used face butter with shea and face cleaner from Missouri Herbs on etsy to calm the frizz). Then I did the stripping product and we mixed the hair color till the consistency was just right and applied. Oh My, it's better than I could imagine! Complete coverage, the color looks totally natural, my scalp isn't stained, and it is gorgeous. My hair feels better too! I love it!! I waited to leave this review till I had the color in a few weeks and it's still amazing. I wish I could attach pictures. I'm sensitive to all chemicals and can't go into a beauty salon. This is hard to review unless I wait at least a few months. It’s hard to see if it’s helping with hair growth or not. I am truly a fan of this product! The uses for this product are endless when it comes to giving your body a bit of TCL. The consistency is super thick so I highly recommend using a carrier oil. I've used plain thick castor oil from a dropper bottle for my hair before, so this applicator bottle was wayyyyy easier and less messy. Plus this formula is thinner so it spread really well. The smell is very herbal and reminds me of a spa, but definitely read the ingredients because it might not be for everyone. I didn't know what to expect because of the reviews, but I loved it and it made the shower smell good when I washed it out. I used shampoo twice and then conditioner and my hair is smooth and shiny, with a healthy scalp for the winter!

I was in Walmart one day looking at products to keep my hair moisturized between shampoos and an African-American beautician had apparently noticed that I was reading labels and looking confused. She asked if she could feel my hair and I allowed it. She recommended that I try the African Pride Olive Miracle Growth Oil. The smell is divine, the moisture is intense. This is a heavy oil, it will weigh down your hair. This is the type of oil that you put in your hair at bed time, and leave it overnight, if you are going out you could put a little on the ends of your hair. I really cannot compliment the scent enough, it is so sweet and slightly citrussy, it isn't overwhelming. This product is my new favorite for moisturizing my scalp and it smells great! I have natural 4a hair that is typically easy to manage. I originally bought this product because of the reviews and how much it has helped others' hair grow longer and thicker. Little did I know the light oil (yellow bottle) would be the perfect amount I need to keep my hair moisturized. I am on week 2 of using this product and can already notice the amount of moisture my hair has retained and restoration of the damaged ends I do have. I have been applying the oil to my damp scalp after 2 strand twisting my hair. Can't wait to see how much my hair begins to grow due to the restorative features in this oil!hope.s
This oil…When I tell you, my hair grew SO MUCH when I started using it consistently, I honestly could not believe the results. I’ve been trying to properly grow the edges of my hair back and this, along with Jamaican Black Castor Oil have helped a lot. As far as oiling my scalp with this product, for me I got my best results oiling my scalp and massaging it at the same time. As a little girl I had really full, thick hair, but years of relaxers (which I finally realized I never needed😒) definitely didn’t help. I’ve been natural for 10 years and this oil is helping me bring back everything the harsh chemicals ruined.maurshell.a
Smell is not mt favorite but my hair grew so much using this oil in combination with trims on the new moon , protective styles, and no heat. I noticed a difference using this oil. Before my hair was growing but once I started using the oil along with everything else I was doing I noticed a huge difference overtime (like a month or 2 ). I used it at night. In the daytime you can use the light one and maybe use a few essential oil drops to tone down the smell but honestly if I use the light one in the daytime when I felt that my hair really needed it but other than that will both be ok for day or night it is personal preference as well because alot of people who reviewed it liked the smell. Also it does itch some so if you are sensitive just get the light onelabrisha.b
