This stuff is freakin amazing. I have thick, course hair that has some damage from color treatment & while I use heavier oils & masks to treat it, this is my go-to day oil that I use as a finishing spray before going out. Not only does it soften the hair, it gets rid of any fly aways or fuzzies going on on the surface of the hair. I had high hopes for this product because I genuinely love all the other tea tree products from Paul Mitchell. I didn't realize that one of the ingredients had apricot in it. This is my mistake, I own up to it. I should have just read the label before applying it but i was so excited, i had completely forgotten to until my scalp started getting itchy. I’m a 62 yr old woman with naturally curly hair past my waist. My hair, not extensions. I don’t blow-dry my hair or use curling implements. Every once in a long while (like 5years) I will use my ceramic flat iron just to have a different look for an occasion. But I’m a wash-and-wear woman. I live in Florida, and had not yet found a product that kept my hair from frizzing. I’ve used PM products in the past and liked them. Especially the Super Skinny Serum. So when I came across this product at a salon I decided to give it a try. It keeps my hair smooth without weighing down the curls. Once dry it can be a bit “crunchy” like a lot of leave in products. But i’ve found that gently scrunching my dry curls breaks it up, and leaves my hair soft, shiny, and curly. Unfortunately, as with other reviewers, I find small chunks of white in my hair after applying, even with pumping it into one of my palms and then vigorously rubbing my palms together to warm and emulsify the product. With as much hair as I have, combing through my wet curls and picking out the chunks is tedious. Will it keep me from using the product? Doubtful. Simply because it really makes my hair look lovely. I have 2c mid back length hair. I tried this product alone without any other products. It smelled good while applying but left no other scent once dry. I scrunched this in and allowed to air dry. I have been using the Unite 7 Seconds leave in conditioner for a few years. Normally I purchase it at a local salon but found this deal on Groupon so I decided to give it a try. It does not smell right. In fact, it smells pretty terrible. I m not sure if it is a counterfeit product or just sat on a shelf too long but it is definitely not the same as the product I purchased in the salon. First of all if you need shampoo you need this product. It is A.M.A.Z.I.N.G -My hair: thin, straight as an arrow, dry. I live in the AZ desert most the time, the water is terrible, the UV rays bad, the humidity is basically 0% – I have color treated long straight hair. If I didn't find this product I am unsure I would have as thick of hair, definitely not as long of hair. This extends the time between washes A LOT, it has a luxurious smell like NO OTHER dry shampoos in the world, and I have tried everything. The texture of this is SO light and so FRESH. You do feel like you get a wash in by using this – it doesn't add a sheen that some dry shampoos do that make it look oily. This helps give my hair volume as well, which I need. I wish this was cheaper I really do, but its a MUST have for me. I actually order the light tone even though my base is a darker brunette, I tried the brunette tone but I didn't like it as much, it seemed too flat of a tone for my hair, this one does look at little powdery at first in the lighter tone for my hair color but it absorbs quickly and blends in better than the other tone for me.holly.g
I have blonde fine hair. This dry shampoo is the absolute BEST thing ive ever used. I apply it the day after i was my hair and for the next 2-3 days (i wash my hair like twice a week) i dont have to re-touch it at all. It doesnt make my hair feel dirty, it doesnt cake up my hair and sit ontop of my hair, and I RARELY ever have to reapply it every day up until my wash. When I had this dry shampoo I took it for granted. I assumed all dry shampoos were this good of quality. However after switching to the IGK, I realized that other dry shampoos such as the IGK leave white flake-like residue that looks like dandruff! That’s a nightmare, especially if you have dark hair! If you're looking for a hair gel that has a super-duper, concrete-like firm hold…this is it. It's also got a pleasant, non-offensive, masculine scent. It's easy to spread throughout the hair (unlike some of the other "ultra firm" hold hair gels) and you can easily thin out the gel with some water. However, it does take about an hour for this gel to dry at ambient room temperature, once applied. Just note that if you're looking to transfer the gel into another bottle (like a travel bottle), the scent disappears quickly and it starts to take on a weird consistency. Keep it in the original bottle or buy a smaller bottle size. And if you're keeping it on your bathroom counter, look into buying a pump. Be sure to shop around, pricing varies wildly between beauty shops and online retailers.B.L.

It's like most high end hair styling products. It does what it says it should. I use a pea size blob, a bit of water to emulsify and run through my hair prior to going in with a hair-dryer. Great volume for a high pony tail or any up-do. My son uses it to slick back his hair. Pure gel, no water. There's the usual tacky residue on your hands, brushes and combs. I am a huge believer in leave in conditioner after washing my hair. What I love about this product is that I only need a very small amount for my hair to feel amazing. It is a decent size bottle filled with a good amount of product so this curl milk will last me forever! When I do eventually run out, I will be re-purchasing. Like the other products in this coconut oil line, this curl milk smells amazing! I have wavy hair that is pretty dry, so I definitely need a product like this one. I only used about a dime size amount and that is plenty for me. If you have curlier hair than me, I would recommend using a bit more of this product than I do. With the little amount of product that I use, I am able to effortlessly detangle my hair. I have used this product when I have let my hair air dry and when I have used a blow dryer to style it. I received this product for free from Influenster and Maui Moisture in exchange for my honest review. The whole collection (shampoo, conditioner, and curl milk) smell amazing. They have a coconut scent that makes you feel like you’re in the tropics. The packaging for the products is very nice and looks like something you’d receive at a luxurious spa. None of the products are tested on animals, which is always great! The curl milk wasn’t good for my 4a/4b natural hair. I followed the instructions to put the product on towel-dried hair. A lot of curly hair products go on easily and produce a nice, bouncy curl. This curl milk was so thick, like lotion, and didn’t blend into my hair easily. I really had to rub it in a lot before the white product disappeared. It was hard to apply to my hair and it didn’t produce any nice curls. If anything, it took away the lovely curls I had after using the Maui Moisture shampoo and conditioner. I opted to not take a picture of the results because of how dull and dry my curls looked. I tried the shampoo, conditioner, and curl cream so my review is for all 3 together. First of all, the scent!! It is the most amazing tropical coconutty scent that really lasts on your hair. The shampoo is Curly Girl approved but the other products are not, unfortunately. This line is designed for thick curly hair but I have thin slightly wavy hair, so understand that my review is coming from that perspective. The shampoo lathered up really nicely but didn’t feel like it was stripping my hair. It’s sulfate free so I’m not sure where the lather was coming from but I loved it! The conditioner and curl cream had really good slip and helped me form great clumps. Because my hairs are thin, I chose to put the cream on soaking wet hair and scrunched most of it out (I believe the directions say to use it on towel dried hair). I finished off with mousse and was left with a great cast that scrunched out beautifully. This Pomade was recommended to me by a barber after asking what they had that wasn't oily and didn't LOOK like a hair product was in my hair. He put a bit in my hair and I was sold. He was selling it for $19, so I passed at the time hoping to find it cheaper (I did, at Walmart). This is the first such hair styling product I have used in 20 years and I am extremely happy I discovered it. All those nasty gel-like hair products are just not for good people – or good for people. I HATE the gel look. It's terrible, believe me, you know better than me, look it up… This is a matte cream that feels dry in my hands and hair. Not squishy, jelly or gooey and clear. It's a white cream of which you only have to use the most minute amount to get the desired results. Put a dab on a couple fingers and run it through your hair. You can also keep styling all day. It is such that you don't get that "wet" gel look, which is why you could keep playing with your hair throughout the day. You're not ruining the way it looks. It's a bit pricy but it's really the best – and you don't have to use a lot at a time, so it lasts quite a while. It smells awesome. This is a fantastic product, and believe me I have tried almost every product on the market. I have hair roughly 3 inches long on top and like to have it swept back. Works really well on blowdried hair and provides a strong hold, but not so strong that you couldn't rework it or brush it in to position. Best of all is the smell of the product which is a soft vanilla scent, and it stays with you until you wash your hair, and this isn't one of those products that is hard to wash out. Genuinely really glad I bought this product as its the best I have ever used, and would completely recommend.

I love hair spray but this one is my favorite go to . Just style and then spray then your done . Holds very well in them windy days . I didn't like that the nosel stops up alot but it would work again after hot water and a needle . I would definitely recommend this product to anyone anytime . Although I have my doubts about whether the hair oil will stimulate new growth, It has made my hair look and feel thicker and much healthier. I am very pleased with the product, which is giving me much better results than I ever got using a hair conditioner. The quantity of oil needed for each treatment is small, so although the hair is more glossy, it is not oily of greasy The price of the product varies quite a lot between suppliers and I was fortunate to but it for under 15 including p&p.
