I have purchased 3 bottles of this moisturizer and emptied every single one of them! So I thought I would go ahead and review it.The first time I bought this product I was experiencing a lot of winter dryness on my face mostly around my nose, eyes, and forehead. The moisturizer I was currently using was more for oily skin types so it wasn't giving me as much moisturization as I wanted. So I started looking online for something that was very moisturizing but wouldn't cause my skin to breakout or get irritated, and after some searching online I found this one. I noticed it had a lot of great ingredients [Niacinamide, licorice extract (listed as 'dipotassium glycyrrhizate), shea butter, ceramides] and it was fragrance free.So since my skin leans slightly toward the oily side I usually don't apply this all over my face, but what I'll do is I will take this moisturizer and use it as a "spot treatment" on my dry areas. I really like the pump-style dispenser which helps keep the ingredients in stable condition, and small amount of this moisturizer goes a long way. When I apply it to my skin it feels very moisturizing but not too heavy or greasy. I am so happy that this moisturizer didn't irritate my skin or cause me to breakout! I recently purchased this moisturizer upon recommendation from my Dermatologist for my sensitive, dry skin. I saw results in just a few days and I am so amazed. I'm a skin care junkie and this has quickly replaced many of my moisturizers in my rotation. It has great ingredients like shea butter (moisturizer), Glycyrrhizate (calming/brightening), Ceramide NP, and Niacinamide (calming/brightening), which moisturize and calm irritated skin. I bought this on Monday because I'm tired of covering the redness on my face and Cetaphil is typically one of my trusted drugstore brands. Tried it Monday & Tuesday night and woke up Wednesday to a face and neck covered in hive-like bumps. I looked through the ingredients and nothing I'm allergic to is listed. I tried hydrocortisone cream and Benadryl, but neither made any difference. I bought this serum about three weeks ago.Having tried a range of prescribed medications for rosacea that gave limited relief, I was getting desperate to find a gentle skin product that would calm the redness and clear my angry skin. This serum has been a lifesaver snd my skin has improved dramatically with only a few flare ups. I have stopped using the medication and gave this a fighting chance. I have not been disappointed. I swear by quite a few la Roche-Posay products and realising they have this series that, as I read up on it, sounded like this series in general and certainly this serum would fit my skin to a t. My skin is very sensitive, reactive and prone to redness (probably now the onset of Rosacea with broken blood vessels, flushing and more ongoing redness). I would say this serum calmed down the redness at first, but I started breaking out almost instantly. (I believe I applied it in the evening the first time and woke up with quite a few new breakouts.) I persisted for a week, but kept breaking out and even though I'm prone to hormonal breakouts this was not the time for that, and as I ceased using this serum to see the effect, the breakouts subsided rather quickly (day after). Sadly yet another skincare item for my skin type with only a small dent made to the bottle. I won't dare use it anymore and find myself less and less confident in trying new products, especially was n o t expecting it from this product with its description.Hannah

This serum soothes and calms my flushed, rosacea cheeks. While dimethicone and dimenthiconol give a nice slip and protective barrier on inflamed areas, the serum also manages to plump and hydrate my skin. When it comes to persistent redness, however, I haven’t noticed a huge difference. Maybe slight improvement but I don’t know how it would look like if I hadn’t started using this serum immediately right after my rosacea flushes started. It's also expensive for a soothing and hydrating serum without the redness reduction and rosacea treatment benefits it claims to have. Overall, I still liked it because it's hard to find light-weight, serum-like rosacea treatment products that are not moisturisers. I thought I was going to love this product based on its reviews, but I have multiple issues with it. First of all (and this could possibly be my application, which would have been better if this product had a pump and wasn’t just in a jar!) but it was very thick and unnatural looking and didn’t even cover up all of my redness. I’ve had better results covering up my redness with regular foundations and even the glossier skin tint. Second, it made my imperfections even more pronounced. Hello, ginormous pores! Third, the container itself is very small and it’s literally just a jar. It should at the very least have a pump for easier and cleaner application, because the way it is right now makes it messy and annoying. Lastly, I bought this product because it was uniquely advertised as a natural not-foundation that’s even somewhat of a skincare product with its benefits for redness. However, this product turned out to be a cakey unnatural foundation that does not really cover up redness. Many people still seem to like it which boggles my mind. Years ago when I was working for Ulta, a very nice IT Cosmetics rep came in for the afternoon to share brand and product education. This was one of the products she shared her knowledge about. She also left me with a very nice variety of products to try first hand, and this little magic pot was part of the gratis. Now, I don't have rosacea or particularly red skin, but what I do have is sun damage and discoloration from a life-long love affair with the sun (start wearing spf early guys and gals!) This stuff REALLY helps cover and color correct and plays well with other products. I'll never be with out it. I don't work for Ulta anymore (there's none close by), but I sold a ton of IT Cosmetics when I did, because they really are great products that work well for many. So disappointed with this product. I suffer with perioral dermatitis, and was excited when I found this product as it claims to correct redness on the skin. First, this is a very expensive product, and the jar is minuscule. They claim that you only need a tiny amount to cover redness, however I found myself having to apply multiple layers to cover redness and even still, it wasn’t completely gone. I also found it was pretty drying, and due to having applied multiple layers to try and conceal the redness, my skin appeared cakey. Lastly, the colour is way off. I was hesitant to try this product because of the price tag…but I am so glad that I did. It is worth its weight in GOLD. Luckily my redness is more reactionary than full blown rosacea, but it calms my skin like no other product does. I use it at night after my cleansing routine, and I personally do not find the smell to be offensive at all. I agree with other reviewers that this product doesn't have the best smell, but it is used in addition to moisturizer, so if you have a scented one that isn't irritating to your skin, you won't notice it for more than a few seconds. You could also consider adding a drop of green tea or lavender oil to it, if your skin allows. This stuff works! I have only been using it for a few days, but I have already noticed a drastic difference! Especially now that it's winter, my cheeks are getting really rough and flushed. The product came in a container with a defective pump. I removed it and am shaking the product out by smacking it against my hand or trying to gouge it out with a long thing stick. I think I discarded my first purchase too soon when that pump stopped working and thought I was out. I purchased this because I have some facial redness and flush easily. I’d rather not wear makeup, so I’m always looking for an alternative way to help with redness. First impression, it’s a bit runny/oily. The first bit of product that came out literally looked like oil. Definitely shake it up. Does it cover redness? Sort of. It tones it down. It does blend well, can’t tell I’m wearing it, so that’s a plus. I do love how my skin feels like it’s breathing still, it doesn’t have a heavy makeup feel. I didn’t like that after a few hours I was super shiny/greasy in my t-zone. More than usual. If you have oily skin, I don’t think you’ll love this without a powder on top. If you want a natural look, pair it with the Neutrogena clear coverage powder, which also helps tone redness. I feel like this is best worn under makeup. So it kinda defeats the purpose for someone like me who’s trying to avoid wearing makeup. I’ve worn it twice now, so far no breakouts so that is also a plus as my skin is very sensitive. Saw an instagram ad for this and all the fantastic reviews, so I was beyond excited to try this product! But I just want to echo what other folks have said, which is to please avoid this product if you are very fair skinned. This did not mask the redness in my face, it left me with a very obvious and very orange patch instead. The product seemed to oxidize almost immediately and sits very obviously on my face. I was really hoping this would live up to the hype of muting redness and allowing you to go essentially makeup free, but truly I would have better luck covering my redness with a concealer. If you have a more medium skin tone or more prominently warm undertones this may work for you! But if you’re quite fair or quite neutral in slime tone like I am, you would be better suited to something like the Eucerin redness relief face lotion.Emily W

I bought this not knowing if it was just skincare or a tinted product. I was honestly a little bummed at first that it turned out to be tinted, because I was looking for a product to add to my night time routine that would help my redness from acne scars and rosacea. I really hate wearing make up of any kind, even tinted moisturizers. I prefer a clean face with sunscreen but there are days where I want to look a little less red and that's where this product shines! It's an absolute perfect solution for me. I put it on and as soon as I rub it in it matches to my skin tone perfectly and leaves a beautiful dewy/natural finish. I was surprised how much coverage it offered too. By no means is it full coverage but I don't ever reach for my foundation anymore. Even for a night out I'll use this with a little concealer and powder for added coverage and it works great. I love a similar product from the anti-redness range of a famous French brand, also 'cliniqually' tested, but always feel rather guilty spending so much as replacement time, so stumbled on this brand when seeking an alternative. I bought it on offer, which worked out at less than a third of the price of the equivalent amount of my beloved brand and so I was prepared to be disappointed. I decided to do my own trial, to be fair to both. For 2 months now, I have strictly applied the same amount of the 'C' cream to the entire left side of my face, and the 'E' cream to the right side, after my usual cleansing routine each morning. I am amazed by the quality of this cream which feels exactly the same when applied, although a little thicker than my usual brand from the tube. It wears exactly the same, covers redness to the same (minimal) degree, and moisturises just as long. I have had not a single breakout, the condition of both sides of my face is identical after 2 months, and show the same strengthened effect with redness controlled. Although the packaging of this cream looks a little less luxurious on the dressing table, and using it feels less indulgent, I now actually prefer the increased hygiene of the pump dispenser compared to a jar. However, I have not noticed any right-left difference in effects after being in the sun, and I wonder about the value of SPF15 in this product which is not in my usual cream. Indeed, being reluctant to apply SPF unnecessarily at night, I have had to continue to use my usual cream as a night cream and would very much like Eucerin to bring out an equivalent night cream, or leave out the SPF altogether so I can use only this one day and night with my own SPF if I am going out.JayTee1

So after years of trying various moisturizers, I have finally found one that actually reduces the appearance of redness on my cheeks! Not only that, it also gives an all over even tone (i guess because of the concealer), what's more, my skin maintains this even complexion throughout the day! (if a bit shiny/greasy). It does not sting or irritate my skin, it doesn't have an unpleasant smell. The consistency is lighter than an overnight cream and not as light as a gel moisturizer. The green colour reminds me of a face mask but that quickly disappears with application to the skin (obviously). Like I said, I do find it makes my skin quite shiny BUT given that everything else about this product is PERFECT, i can deal with a little shine. Besides my skin looks so well, even and almost glowing probably because of this shine. Additionally, if I want to rock the 'natural' look than this product alone, achieves this! Before I would apply make up in such a way that it might look like I was't wearing any but with this product, I feel totally happy and confident using the moisturiser alone for an actual 'natural' look. Finally, I feel like even if I didn't use this product for one day, my skin would retain the even tone and reduced redness because the benefits are really skin deep, that and the high SPF! Eucerin have totally "Got it right!" This little bottle containing the Anti Redness Concealing Day Cream is a miracle in itself!! To all you people who have suffered with hypersensitive skin , this is the answer! It does exactly what it says it will do. It's worth every penny and it lasts long! I've been suffering with hypersensitive skin from my teenage years and during early menopause two years ago it got uncomfortably worse. I came across this little Gem and I haven't looked back. I RECEIVED THIS PRODUCT FREE FROM TOWER 28 BEAUTY. I will say, I was super excited to have received a full-size bottle to sample because I was hemming and hawing about whether to purchase or not. It came in time for the Sephora-sponsored Tower 28 Beauty digital event on May 24, so I was able to learn more. I used an entire bottle now (used it up in a month), and I really tried to give this a fair chance as I am a fan of Tower 28 Beauty and will never go without the S.O.S Daily Facial Spray. This serum, however similar it is to the S.O.S Daily Facial Spray, actually brought out the flaws in my skin that the daily S.O.S worked hard in calming down! I had more breakouts and more texture issues than I ever had since I started my routine incorporating the S.O.S Daily Facial Spray (took over a year to find the right morning and evening routine that helps my skin). I changed nothing in my routine nor changed any of the products I've used and yet with this serum, not only did my face breakout more, but also, my Tower 28 Sunny Days pilled. I rated this 2/5 stars for effort — I do like the texture of the serum and, of course, hypochlorous acid. I love Tower 28 so I really wanted to love this product but this just didn’t work for my skin. I have extremely sensitive, acne-prone, combination skin. When I first applied the product, I was surprised that it was so watery. It felt nice on my skin but as I used it throughout the 7 days, I found that each day, it made skin more and more irritated. My skin felt tight and very itchy. The chlorine smell was also off putting, but I appreciate that this product did not contain strong added scents to it. I continued to use the product despite the irritation but found no major improvement in my skin after the 7 days. I was gifted by Tower 28 Beauty for my honest opinions. This serum is definitely not like any others… for all the iffy reasons. I was so excited to try out this serum that would heal and protect my skin and I couldn’t get past the scent of this serum. I was able to use this up for a week until I said “no more”. This scent is so unique for the wrong reason. Once poured into hand a heavy scent of rain jungle water just goes right up your nose and the second you apply this serum it smells like a pool that’s been left out in the winter and spring. It’s not the best scent. With very little ingredients I can tell most ingredients are water based and I don’t know if I got a bad one or what but I cannot stand the smell. Second, the spritz on this bottle has got to be one of the worst things in the world. It sprays out like a water gun and it gets everywhere so I suggest not applying it straight to the face. This application bottle is not the best of something like and would have liked to see a pump as the consistency is a watery-gel. This serum is my favourite. Normally for serums i only buy sample size to try, but this is so good that I went to store to buy it after my sample size finished. It's has an really comforting smell to it. I used it day n night for about a month now. My skin has very bad condition recently after giving birth to my baby I start having massive breakouts (big angry red acne)especially on the lower part of my face. This serum has calmed down my skin a lot. I noticed less breakouts after using this. And my acne heals a lot faster ever since I use this serum. Yesterday I had my first Sephora perk treatment and tried this product. I was so happy with the magic it did to my skin! Being that I do have rosacea on my cheeks, the treatment did leave the rest of my face a bit red. I wish I would've captured some photos to see the tremendous difference this made. The redness on my forehead and cheeks was visibly reduced within 5 minutes of using the product. The cost is worth it ($95USD)! if your a skincare nut like me, you know serums/antioxidants are the most expensive skin care products, so you can almost not flinch at the cost because you know the results make all the difference. The scent of this product is magical! I use 2-3 drops for my entire face after I use toner, before use of moisturizer. The product didnt leave behind an oily feel nor does it leave a shine. This is actually my favorite serum from the Dior Capture Youth Range. When I first came across the range, I loved the concept of mixing your own serums. Unlike the other serums, the redness soother didn't feel sticky on application and had a subtle signature dior fragment. It's a bit thicker than some of the other dior serums and I found it quite hydrating, especially in winter. After using this product for a month, I could really tell that my skin was less red (especially around my nose ridge)! would definitely recommend as a standalone product!! 3 drops of goodness a day, keeps all the angry pores at bay!di.a

I’m not sure if this is a good product for redness relief. I bought it for someone who has redness issues and it hasn’t helped them. I still stand by Eucerin’s brand and use their other products. In my opinion this cream is great! I noticed how redness relieved a little bit after first apply. It also have healing effect on my acne. I mean it doesn't make your skin clear after you apply once, but in my case it improved my skin texture. However I don't know if it makes sense I guess climate plays a very important role. I live in a country with low humidity (and I started using in winter), so cream absorbs well and maybe thats why it works better. I don't think I will use this in summer because of melting everything on hot weather. Maybe if only air conditioner will be switched on tho. I have redness on my cheeks from a previous sun exposure. This creme reduced the redness by at least 50-75% in 24 hours! It is the ONLY thing, that I have tried, in months that has worked. I have spent so much money retinoids, lactic & hyaluronic acids, Vitamin C serums, ect. It leaves your skin feeling moisturized but without feeling too wet and sticky like hyaluronic acids. I was very reluctant to purchase this produce given the high price, but I’m so glad I did! I’ve never called a product a “holy grail” before, but I think this warrants it. I have very dry, sensitive skin with eczema. I also suspect I have rosacea because I have redness of my cheeks with acne over it and it gets worse when I touch it, drink alcohol, etc. (although not yet diagnosed). I used this product the first evening I bought it over The Ordinary’s hyaluronic acid serum (which is a staple product for me) and when I woke up the next morning, my skin was DRASTICALLY less red and the acne on my cheeks was mostly cleared up. I’ve never used a product with such immediate results before. I’ve been using the product for a couple of weeks now twice per day and my redness, although not completely gone, is sooo much better than before and my skin is acne free and very moisturized. I LOVE this product. The only downsides are that it sometimes pills on my skin, and although I haven’t yet tried wearing it under makeup, I suspect that it would not look good under foundation. It also leaves my skin looking a bit oily/shinny on my forehead and nose (where I am a little oily naturally), but I’ll take that over red, dry, and acne filled any day. That being said, my skin looks so great, that I don’t feel like I need to wear makeup, other than Smashbox’s color correcting primer (the green one) that takes care of any residual redness on my cheeks and eczema break outs (or whatever is left of them after using this cream). I’ve used other redness reducing products from Leneige (Cica sleeping mask) and La Roshe-Posey (rosalaic serum) that did nothing for my redness. I’m very happy with this product and surprised because I’m not really a big fan of Clinique, but I may need to try some of their other redness reducing products after trying this one. Never thought I'd write a bad review about Clinique but here I am. Was hoping this product would neutralize the redness under my foundation. Trying to blend it onto my face is a disaster. It doesn't absorb, it just sits like paste. It doesn't dab, you must wipe your fingers across the area you're covering. But it leaves these little crumbs of green clay-like particles. I've got very fair skin, prone to sensitization, dryness and redness. This is my every day, fall back moisturizer. I often use it as base & then put a thicker moisturizer or oil on top to trap moisture. While I don't think it's the most exciting product – no actives – it does a good job providing a moisturized base or a layer over serums & under sunscreen. It doesn't pill up which is nice when I'm trying to build my skincare sandwich. More importantly, this is the moisturizer I reach for when my skin is cranky. It doesn't sting or itch, which some can. This is a great product for assisting to protect the skin from environmental fluctuations that can impact dry, sensitive skin. Pumps in general can be challenging to use in most skincare brands. An easy trick that works is to take the bottle in one hand and firmly bring down several times into the palm of the hand. Then pump a few times. This style pump Is used to ensure the efficacy of the ingredients stay potent. Most usually this may be the only time needed to work the pump this way. This product advertises itself as a daily moisturizer but feels like a tacky, cheap, no coverage foundation. My skin did not feel moisturized, if anything it felt gross and even drier than before I put it on. This product doesn't even help redness, if anything it makes the redness more apparent because the product slips off leaving patches of redness behind. It oxidizes SO MUCH leaving you with an orange face and patches of red skin showing through. It doesn't even dry down like a normal moisturizer and stays tacky with a powdery sticky feel. My skin: oily and sensitive and very fair Pros: lightweight, no added fragrance and no scent, non irritating, affordable, great pump and packaging in general, great as a BB cream for everyday, radiant healthy looking finish, nice even coverage, no pilling Cons: way too dark and warm toned for my very fair skin I would highly recommend this product if the tint suits you – the texture and coverage are beautiful leaving the skin radiant but not greasy. However I have to mix it with sunscreens that have a white cast in order to get away with the colour. Mixing is not the end of the world however it's time consuming and sometimes I don't get the color right and wasting product. I'm also not sure about the redness relive benefits as I myself don't suffer from redness in my skin. Of course when only releasing one shade this won't fit everyone so this sunscreen for me personally is nothing I'd repurchase as long as they don't come out with a color that suits me. Other than that for someone with a light medium complexion it's a great one step out the door kinda product.iHerb Customer

I love this moisturizer to tone down the redness on my face, neck and decolletage. It's a bit thick, so will need a good 30 minutes of dry-down time before applying foundation. Because of this, I often use it on days I don't work where I'll be inside most of the day without makeup. I like having some SPF and reduction of redness so I don't scare myself every time I walk by a mirror..lol. if the SPF was higher, I might use it as my source of sunscreen, but this way I can save my expensive Colorescience for work days. Sure wish they'd raise the SPF, though. I HIGHLY recommend their redness reducing night moisturizer as it's fantastic for waking up to calm, normal skin!Selena

This product is amazing in two ways. It covers general redness including my under eye bags and is super lightweight. It's very blend able and perfect for a natural makeup look. One con is that it's greasy and slides, I would recommend a good setting spray and powder. Also, it's definitely color correcting but I did find that it doesn't cover my acne too well. However, it makes it easier because I'm still able to get away with just some concealer in certain spots. I have redness in my cheeks and it basically disappeared with this product alone which I was surprised by. Overall I would recommend and I would even pay full price for it.Gaby

I am 37 years old with very sensitive skin, acne scars, lines and wrinkles, and overall constant redness and inflammation, so I hope anyone with skin issues and/or redness can relate to this review. After reading the positive reviews on this redness corrector, I decided to try it for myself. I applied about two pea-size amounts on the clean skin of my face, not rubbing but instead gently patting into the skin with my fingers. The cream is green-tinted, and when patted onto the skin carefully and all over, it blends with your natural color (at least it seemed to do this for me). The scent of the cream is somewhat strong, but I think it's a pleasant scent. After applying the cream, I patted on my skin a translucent light pressed powder to hopefully set the color corrector in place. It honestly feels like a moisturizer but looks like a light foundation. Could this be perfect for summer? In the photos (same lighting, untouched, taken a few minutes apart), there is a clear difference in the tone and overall look of my skin, and I am very much pleased so far with this product. I intend to apply it again tomorrow before getting some sun in at the pool (it has SPF 25), so I will see then how it holds up over the course of a few hours.Alana

Oh my gosh this tiny little tube is amazing. My face can get red and hot to the touch for so many reasons. Sometimes even one cheek will get red, it's so strange. For example when I wake up at 4:30am in my cool AC'd bedroom, I come out to the living room to get ready, hair, makeup for work and that temp adjustment goes straight to my face and I would have to put on my primer and foundation on top of a red face and I looked horrible the rest of the day. While this stuff doesn't cool off li face, it TRULY helps with redness! It's crazy, I did not think it would work like it did, I bought the travel size just in case. I apply it to my cheeks, nose, bit on the forehead and chin. It's creamy, goes on so smooth, works perfect under primer and foundation. I'll forever buy this now. If you're thinking about it, just buy it and try it. It's gonna be a huge staple for me.Katy

I’ve used Dermalogica for 25 + years and have received lots of compliments about my beautiful and glowing skin. Recently, due to allergies, aging, weather, stress of the pandemic I have developed Rosacea. My sensitive skin has been a mess, so I purchased the Redness Relief Essence, hoping it would help! It’s a great product and I have not been disappointed. The product is water like, so I was doubtful that it would help my parched skin, however it is very hydrating. I use it twice a day and saw/felt the results immediately. I slather the product all over my face, neck and décolletage. It is so light, cool and very nourishing to my irritated skin. I recently developed rosacea and been struggling with flare ups from skin care. After going into the store and talking with the Clinique specialist, I brought this home. With the just a couple of uses, my angry skin was more muted. The cleanser and the cream seem to be helping that flare up to dissipate. The cleanser is similar to the Mario besescu enzyme cleanser in that it doesn't lather and get soapy. It's creamy but not too heavy. It leaves my skin soft. The cream is a bit heavier than I'm used to and considering the Korrres gel probiotic cream when the trial jar runs out. I think this is a great trial kit if your battling red angry irritated skin. It's certainly not a one size fits all so what May work for me may not work for someone else. But I'd certainly give this a try!Beautymom1

I was super excited about this set of products since my skin (in particular my cheeks) have been inflamed with the drop in temperature (November). I also have diagnosed rosacea, mine presents in really splotchy and dry redness but not very much acne and is primarily on my cheeks. My skin type is also very dry. I used the series of 3 products 3 times before reaching out to support about a refund. The first 2 uses left my skin feeling a bit dry and a bit more pink than before, but I thought my skin was just adjusting to a new formula. On the 3rd try it left my skin incredibly inflamed, bright red, and caused multiple breakouts. I have tried to get all of the product out of my skin but it left me with really serious red swelling that has yet to go down and the extreme red spread from my cheeks to my entire face aside from my eyes (the only place I didn't use the product). For those with sensitive skin and diagnosed rosacea like myself, I highly recommend avoiding this product. My face still feels incredibly tight and the burning singe hasn't left since I took the product off yesterday.abby5525

I always compensated with makeup for my red skin that started appearing as I hit menopause. But too much makeup looks bad, no matter how much I blended. My dermatologist finally used the word "rosacea". After Googling what worked best, I decided on trying this trio – and 3 uses later, I bought another kit for travel. This is my first Clinique purchase ever – I just had never tried their products: Redness Solution Soothing Cleanser: I had read the negative reviews – which said skin felt oily, or like it didn't rinse off. Well, first, it looks/feels like a cream – that's not my 'preference' – but I want something that works – so I tried, and yes, when I rinsed, I felt I had something on my skin. Not 'bad', just a new feeling. Then I dried, and my skin didn't feel pulled, as it has all my 55 years when I washed. It didn't feel oily, (which I have oily/combo). It felt right to use the next step. Redness Solution Daily Relief Cream: This feels so cooling when you put it on, and it absorbs quickly. I was able to go to my next step vs waiting for a long time. My skin felt 'good' not tight, night oily, just right. Redness Solution Daily Protective base: I thought I would use this as SPF, but the green tint really didn't allow me to do such. (I want to try Clinique SPF foundation next), But I do suggest, if you do want to prime, this is a great product to blend to tone down the redness. I don't see this as a daily product, let alone days I don't want to wear makeup – but it does tone down that red.Terry

This is a very soothing calming serum, as soon as I apply it, it immediately feels hydrating on any irritated skin. I have super sensitive skin with mild rosacea and often have redness from sensitivity. This works best on redness due to sensitivity like a reaction to a harsh product etc. It helps relieve tightness, itching from dry skin, repairs and hydrates any flaky areas. It’s a light texture but adds much needed hydration without leaving any residue on skin. I found it helped my rosacea, it reduced the redness slightly and definitely was soothing but overall it did not make a huge difference. However for redness from a reaction or very dry compromised skin it is an excellent serum.emk

So I've tried a ton of products designed for people with redness issues, and I have to say, this is one of my favorites! I definitely noticed a reduction in redness when using this over the course of a week, and it feels very soothing and calming when I put it on. It doesn't feel like it's just "masking" the redness like some primers, but actually fixing it, which is awesome. I've noticed a noticeable difference in my skin feeling hot throughout the day and I don't get flushed as much. I also love that the ingredients are clean and I can feel good about wearing it! This is a top quality product right here, and I'm glad to have it in my collection. Another thing I really like about it is that it layers well with all my makeup. I've attached a photo of me wearing it with full foundation, primer, etc over it. I've had issues with other serums smearing or not blending well with foundations, but not this one! I got this from Marshall's and I'm so glad I did!! It says it's a serum but it's thicker like a gel-cream. You don't need a lot of it because once you start rubbing it in it feels like water. So hydrating. Definitely a must have if you need to combat redness!!kassandra .p

I found this product in Marshall’s & it has been life changing. I have been using for a little over a month & it has helped a lot with my acne aswell as redness. I’m in love with this product so much I bought another before I run out of the one I have now. I’ve looked into so many other products and used many. None have compared to this. First Aid Beauty Anti Redness Serum is truly the first product I've ever tried that does what it promises as far as reducing redness. I've used various cleansers, moisturizers, green tinted cosmetics and serums and none of them work quite like this does. The other stuff I've tried either did nothing I could visibly notice or just masked the issue as far as I could tell. I was skeptical when trying this.But, I LOVE THIS PRODUCT and I can't recommend it enough. I have acne-prone, sensitive skin with eczema and I hate how blotchy it can look and the overall pinkness to my skin. I bought the sample size at a retailer first and fully assumed I was wasting my money but I'm willing to try almost anything and spend more when I can because I'm desperate for a solution to my skin issues. I followed the directions exactly at night and didn't see a change but when I woke up in the morning, forgetting I'd even tried this stuff, I was astonished at what I saw in the mirror which was calm looking skin with zero hint of redness. It seriously worked! Ever since I've been using this two times per day. The directions say to use before applying other products but, honestly, half the time I apply it after my serums and treatments though I do put it on my bare skin as well sometimes and then do my serums, treatments, moisturizer and sunscreen after everything is absorbed. (That's what I've been doing more of lately).I see the largest difference overnight but I do notice that the more I use this the fast it seems to work in the daytime, too. Overtime my skin is becoming less pink and staying that way. It's not a minimal difference either when I say my skin is getting less pink by the day-it's absolutely noticeable and visibly different and improved.My advice is to try and not be bummed if it doesn't seem to work immediately. Like I said it worked for me overnight and saw the results in the morning. If you apply in the morning you might see a difference within 30 minutes of applying, I do every day, but it's not something I notice moments after applying it. My skin definitely looks better throughout the day and I don't want to quit using this because I'm having calmer looking skin and haven't had this much clarity and reduced redness since I was 11–and I'm 34 now.I also find this to be either hydrating or moisturizing. I know hydration is water and moisturization is oil balance and I don't know which this is doing but my skin isn't dry or tight and I don't feel the need for extra hydration or moisturization (maybe it does both).This hasn't irritated my skin at all, does not cause stinging to the eyes, any itchiness, breakouts and it has no fragrance which is wonderful. It's kind of light and airy and soothing. A little goes a long way. Works great under makeup and absorbs quickly leaving.I can't believe how well this works. Two of the ingredients are feverfew and licorice root which I've had exposure to in other supposedly skin calming products and they didn't work before at all. This combination (which includes caffeine) is practically magic for me!!I bought it on this website because it was $7 cheaper than US retailers. I can't rave about this enough!!! This is not a miracle product, nothing is, but it's the closest thing I swear. If you've got severely problematic skin like me than give it a whirl and give it time and don't be discouraged if you put it on the first time and don't see a change.
