I enjoyed this entire line, and especially the conditioner. It’s smells great and does a fair job at moisturizing- definitely a great choice for people with hair that would ideally use regular tea tree shampoo, but can’t due to how drying it can be. The reason it’s receiving less than 5 stars is primarily for the fact that even though I have little bad to say about it, I only used it 5 or so times before I was craving my favorites, and letting my husband finish the Paul Mitchell bottles. He also liked it! Said the smell was great and his hair felt clean and soft. But when it ran out I asked if he wanted a new supply and he opted to just go back to his previous pick as well. I feel like overall it’s nice, but overpriced and a little mediocre. Also this is a little unrelated, but the more I realize how little Paul Mitchell cares to prevent their product from being diverted the less I care to try their products in the future. It seems like the statements they release on the topic are an act and they just at the end of the day care about the bottom line. I bought this at Ulta at the end of September, 2022. It's a thick yellow liquid. It felt like my hair had wax on it in the shower, but it dried beautifully. I have untreated, long, blond hair. The strands glide off each other. My hair strands look thinner than before, but all muddiness is gone. My hair is much shinier, blonder, and smooth. I don't care for the scent but I can live with it. No hairs in my brush either. I rewashed after three days with the same results. No oiliness from the product. I'll buy again.Elizabeth

This item was not packed well and exploded in the package. Conditioner everywhere! I tried to return to Walmart but they told me to contact the seller. The seller requested photos, which I sent, and then I never heard from him again. I contacted him once more to see if I could get a refund and never heard a word. In addition, the conditioner was old. It smelled rancid and nothing like it is supposed to. Do not waste your money! Absolute garbage!Kristin

I've recently learned at 49 y/o, that I've got wavy hair. LUS is the best of the like-priced products that I've used. Its ended my hair product search. Customer service is outstanding. This is a really great conditioner- very moisturizing without being too heavy and weighing my curls down. A lot of products say they are concentrated or ‘a little goes a long way’ and usually they are incorrect, but this product really does go a long way! With my thick curly hair, I tend to go through shampoo and conditioner quickly- but this product lasts me actual months! The only slight downside is the price- it is a lot pricier than my usual hair care products. However, since this product is so good and lasts a long time, I fully think the price is worth it.monica.p

I think this is a good product. My hair is smooth, soft, bouncy, and hydrated. I really dislike the bottle that shampoo and conditioner are in. They are to squeeze the solution out of the bottles and the bottles are small. I do seem to get build up more frequently with this shampoo/conditioner and my scalp itches about a day after use. Depending on how I style my hair, depends on how often I wash. This product is expensive for the size of bottles you get. BUT I do think that this is a much better prodcuts than any other overr the counter products. *Note: I am still learning on HOW MUCH product that I need to add to my hair while washing and while styling. We received a bottle of So Cozy Kids Detangler Spray to try in exchange for our honest review. First, my daughter LOVED the scent! She has thin hair that is always full of tangles after bathing. She hates bushing her hair and its a constant issue. On the first use, she was able to easily comb through her hair and get those thick rat nests that form under the bottom of her hair line by her neck, combed straight through!!! This was on one of those “Products People Swear By” lists, so I tried it. We were using a different detangler that worked so-so, and there were still many tears when brushing hair. So far, we’ve used SoCozy once on each of the kids, and I’m ready to join the people who swear by it. First, yes, it is a miracle detangler. Second, results of the leave-in conditioner are visible as well, and their hair looks healthier. I’m now using it on my own hair. My children describe its scent as “strawberry and dental office bubble gum flavor.” I am definitely buying SoCozy Detangler again.Jewel

I was super excited when I got this product. My daughter has been having a lot of problems with tangled hair. After receiving this product, I would spray in her hair 3 to 4 times, and just like that her hair would be much easier to de-tangle. First off I thought this was like a thick lotion or cream and no, it is not.. so you’re gonna have to buy a squirt bottle or a mister of some type to go along with this product.  when you shake the bottle it sounds like water but giiiiirl it is not! I've used this product several times since my purchase and I've found it to be a terrific product! I typically use it before applying Aphogee Two Step Protein Treatment. Also, I use it for routine cleansing of my hair. It yields a soft and healthy texture. Since using these products, I've also been using the complete line of Aphogee Keratin Products. I like this leave in conditioner it has a water like consistency. It has almost a fruity pineapple scent. It doesnt moisturize my hair but It is also an additional heat protection so it makes my life easier to not constantly try to buy a seperate heat protectant for styling. It doesnt do much hydration at all but it does the job for a tiny extra bit of moisture. If youre someone that has low perosity hair i don’t recommend as it doesnt have much hydration properties at all but maybe for someone who has an oily scalp and want a more lightweight product this may be the one for you. Overall I recommend this because it is a two in one as the heat protectant is a plus to the product.monica.a

First thing that is good is that it has dual use – either as a body wash or a shampoo. As a body wash, it lathers and cleanses as well as soften and moisturize it. It does its job well. As a shampoo, it does not lather my hair well at all. I have to put in extra to make sure it gets all the spots I want to cover. But in the end, my hair is cleansed well but not overly dry. It is lightweight and has a clear color. The first thing I noticed when I used it was that it smelled like Elmer's glue. This natural scent from the combination of the ingredients isn't overpowering but I would rather go without it. I was hoping for a longer list of beneficial ingredients that are used for this product. I was disappointed because I expected more for paying such a high price from a high company. The product needs a new and better lid. The lid can be easily broken from the way it is designed, and as mentioned from other reviews, it'd be nice to stand the container upside down leading the liquid to the lid. Overall, I do not plan on buying this again. I'm going to explore my options by looking for fragrance free shampoos and body washes sold from other companies. I have straight color treated hair with a very sensitive scalp. For many years, I have struggled with significant hair fallout. Then I read that fragrance in shampoos and conditioners could cause severe irritation to scalp skin and that prolonged irritation could also lead to increased hair fallout. So, I tried Paula's Choice All Over Hair Shampoo and the accompanying conditioner and was immediately blown away by not only how soft and manageable my hair became but also how dramatically it reduced the fallout of hair I would experience every time I would wash my hair. I went from losing huge mounds of hair every time I would shampoo my hair with fragranced products (both high end and drugstore products, you name it and I've tried it) to a small clump of hair fallout. The results have continued with continued use. I have not experienced any dryness, buildup or allergic reactions. Also, it has not stripped or faded my hair color between salon coloring appointments. I am relieved and elated to have found this product and its companion conditioner and will continue to repurchase. My only request is that a larger size be made available. This is the most amazing body wash I've ever used. I still use an antiperspirant (ik ik I'm just a sweater okay it's like the one bad thing I still use) and this All Over shampoo actually removes it from my skin. No other cleanser has ever totally taken off that cakey layer antiperspirants/deodorants leave. It doesn't strip the moisture from my skin leaving me with that rubbery feeling that most cleansers do. (My hair is extra af, so I don't personally use this as a hair shampoo- but people who have stayed with me & used it have said they loved it for their hair)dog mom manda

This shampoo is hands down one of the best shampoos for thinning hair, postpartum hair, COVID hair, hormone related hair thinning, and so much more. It takes about 6 weeks to truly notice a difference so don’t give up on it. My hair has regained so much of its thickness I thought was gone. It’s sopped falling out in handfuls. My scalp doesn’t have nearly as much dandruff. Postpartum absolutely destroyed my hair and I had tried everything you can think of. I’m so thankful I gave this system a try and stuck it out. This frizz control oil is life changing!!!! I naturally have very curly/ frizzy hair and after taking a shower I put some of this oil on and my curls have never looked better! It isn’t heavy feeling or greasy at all. The smell is very fresh and subtle too! The packaging is absolutely adorable as well which is a major plus! I was really optimistic about this product, i searched reviews before i bought it and everything because i REALLY needed something to work. unfortunately this product made my frizz worse, whatever wave i had naturally disappeared. I wanted to love this product. It's vegan, has no dyes or parabens and is made of recycled materials which is awesome!! I would put this in after my hair was about halfway air dried. If I would let it continue to air dry it would still become pretty frizzy anyways (I have naturally wavy hair idk if that matters) But when styled it was pretty good! Smells pretty good like a typical salon product! But I noticed if I put it on dry hair it would make my hair appear very oily/greasy 🙁 it also caused my back to breakout like crazy!! This Pomade was recommended to me by a barber after asking what they had that wasn't oily and didn't LOOK like a hair product was in my hair. He put a bit in my hair and I was sold. He was selling it for $19, so I passed at the time hoping to find it cheaper (I did, at Walmart). This is the first such hair styling product I have used in 20 years and I am extremely happy I discovered it. All those nasty gel-like hair products are just not for good people – or good for people. I HATE the gel look. It's terrible, believe me, you know better than me, look it up… This is a matte cream that feels dry in my hands and hair. Not squishy, jelly or gooey and clear. It's a white cream of which you only have to use the most minute amount to get the desired results. Put a dab on a couple fingers and run it through your hair. You can also keep styling all day. It is such that you don't get that "wet" gel look, which is why you could keep playing with your hair throughout the day. You're not ruining the way it looks. It's a bit pricy but it's really the best – and you don't have to use a lot at a time, so it lasts quite a while. It smells awesome. So I want to start by saying I live in the desert and have super thin dry hair, so I was SUPER excited to try this product (I used all four products – shampoo, conditioner, mask, and leave in condition together). I used all four products for this account: At first I was only going to give this a 3 because on day one of hair being washed, I feel like my hair still ends of feeling and looking really dry (especially the tips – see photos). BUT day two my hair looked/felt better, and day three my EVEN better! I showered all three days, it only used the products the first day, so you can see the progress of how my hair softened, my curls came out, AND I LOVED how my hair felt day 3/4. Normally with silicone products day 3 I HAVE to wash my hair again because the product is so heavy at my roots, whereas I LOVED how these products made my hair feel several days later. I still took off a star because of how dry my hair feels on day one. I have to suffer through one day of my hair bit feeling so great to get to better hair days, and I don’t really love that aspect. I've used this product intermittently for 15+ years. Over the last 5 or so it's become my go-to. I have fine, type 3 curls, low/medium porosity and medium density. I can't even begin to tell you how many different shampoos/conditioners I've tried, and I always come back to this set or the Ultra Hydrasource. I've never experienced any hair loss whatsoever, in fact, I have with other brands and once I go back to this it stops. The smell is absolutely amazing also! I wash my 1-2x a week with this, and in between I use a co-wash from Curlsmith. I always start with using the detangling solution from this line and brush through in the shower with my wet brush. I rinse, shampoo with this, then use the Hydrasource conditioner or a deep conditioner. I comb that through and let sit for several minutes and rinse. Even with very dark natural hair and having bleached highlights (touch ups every 3-6 months), my hairdresser brags about how healthy my hair is! I get a trim every 8 weeks, and she always tells me I don't even need it because of how healthy my ends are, even during post-COVID hair issues I was experiencing (loss and thinning). My husband also started using this when he ran out of his Redken Brews and his hair is VERY fine and thin, and he said he couldn't believe how much better his hair looked and felt (he's also a curly guy, only getting his hair cut/shaved 2-3x year). I received these samples for free from Influenster and matrix for my honest opinion⭐️ Now that’s out of the way… Oh my hair is loving me right now… I waited until shampoo day and it was well worth it! After using the amazing shampoo I was a little skeptical that my hair would take to this conditioner because it’s so damaged and after I wash it I usually have to put a million and one conditioning products in it just to make it manageable!!! Well let me tell you this is not the case! After issuing a decent size dollop I ran it through my hair starting at the ends and working my way up to the root. Then I added a little bit of water to make it activate a little bit and VIOLA! I let it sit in my hair for about 5 to 10 minutes and then I rinse with lukewarm water. I gently towel dry my hair afterwards and went to come through with a white tooth comb. This is the first time that the comb actually ran through my hair because my hair is so damaged. I literally want to cry. If your hair is out of control and it’s breaking to no end you should really try this and give it a little time and you will see such a difference. I want to wash my hair so badly again but I know I have to wait till it’s actually dirty! The smell is so lovely and it doesn’t fade away but it’s also not overbearing. Give it a try it!! This product is amazing I tried this not to long ago after we had a cool draft sweep across Florida my skin scalp and hair was totally unprepared for it. My scalp became very dry and and I noticed dry flakes coming out. I automatically thought to get a good scalp treatment and found this one on sale at tj max. When I used It I feel instantly in love..I first washed my hair with shampoo and applied this to my scalp in sections with a color brush I left it on for a few minutes and madsaged all of it into my scalp, I felt a tingling sensation and felt grittiness to it. It felt very nice. It exfoliated the scaley flakes and dry patches off my scalp. This baby reconditioned, protected and soothed my scaly scalp as it moisturized not just my scalp but my hair aswell. This stuff is infused with lavender leaves, peppermint, and natural tea tree oil as well as willow bark which are all great natural products to soothe dry scaly troubled skin. It smells wonderful and so clean. The Soy proteins, panthenol, vitamin E, and shea butter is vital in this blend and repairs the hair while it protects it making it well moisturized. Its a deep conditioner that improves the health of your hair and scalp making it detangled, smoothe soft shiny and well manageable and it good for any hair type and will even improve the texture of your hair.. I have suffered from dandruff since my teenage years. Any product I apply to my scalp after a couple of uses causes severe scalp irritation, itching, and scaling. After finding the correct shampoo to use, I knew I need to find a conditioner that I could apply directly to the scalp (because, the scalp is where hair starts so… healthy scalp = healthy hair). I had tried the normal Paul Mitchell Tea Tree Special conditioner but it didn't seem conditioning enough for my scalp or hair. I stumbled upon this beauty and, although is still not enough for my hair strands it is perfect for my scalp. It has a cooling sensation and it relieves any itchy or dry spots that may pop up. My hair is silky and healthy (all new growth anyways). When this baby can't do the trick (which is excessively rare) I know it's time to use my prescription medication. I've been using this product for over 5 years and it has really made a positive impact in my scalp. I uses it with every wash with special emphasis on my "hot spots" and it works like a charm. I have a fine, thin and arm-length hair that lack volume snd that require daily washing (thanks to the genes in my family). I have used many, maany professional hair products to find which one would work best for me, many of them being professional brands and higher on the price range. Had my hopes high with this one, but unfortunately they were not met. The good things are the bigger amount (300ml vs standard 250ml) and not too strong scent. These are the pluses for the conditioner and shampoo. Unfortunately the conditioner is too heavy in my opinion and despite washing it off properly it still weighs down my hair plus I really have to wash it the next day (which with other brands sometimes doesn’t happen). I also noticed that my hair became more frizzy and just not looking good.. I will try to finish the bottle (half way through!) but won’t repurchase.Alicja

I do not have fine or thin hair, but it isn't course or thick – I just have a lot of it. Because of that I struggle with volume at the roots and most shampoos and conditions either clean my hair and leave me with a dry scalp and flat hair, or it is weighted down and gets oily quick. Naturally air-drying my hair left me with loads of body and volume and not only looked healthy, clean and bouncy – but it also felt amazing and smelled wonderful. When I blow-dried my hair, I had so much volume and it did not fall at all. I wash my hair twice a week and have to use dry shampoo and with this combo I made it through workouts and sleeping crazy and still had clean hair. That is a FIRST!!! I switched to the Super Dry Shampoo before turning their shampoo/conditioner and loved it…now I don't even have to use it unless I want a little refresh but overall I am good to go. I was visiting a friend over the summer and she recommend I use it. After putting it on your scalp, it keeps your hair hydrated pretty well throughout the day. I'm a very picky person when it comes to my hair and the products that I use. Most of the products that I have used in the past (even if they're raved about) end up drying out my hair making it very brittle or dull. I have very very curly hair and it's very thick and long so I have to use multiple products to keep my hair tame, soft healthy, and smooth. That includes using multiple hair masks ( I'm a pro multi masker lol) in order to make sure the products spread evenly and two that I get the best results for hydration and strength. This treatment surprised me a bit given how small the bottle is. I started by shampooing per directions. I then, separated my hair into 6 and started with one pump on each section starting from mid shaft to ends then repeated the process with my roots (I used a few extra pumps) then waited 4 minutes. The texture of this particular product surprised me because it's not something I would normally use on my hair it is a cream but it didn't have any slip (so I thought), And it didn't feel thick enough. But within those four minutes my hair was smoother softer and shinier I was very surprised at how soft it felt and how my hair didn't tangle up (which would have normally happened had I used a product with no slip.) due to all the manipulation. With that being said there are a couple of drawbacks with the product. One: the price for the size is a little dicey to me, like I would hesitate greatly buying this product once I run out and hesitate recommending to someone who has as much hair as I do (quick explanation: my hair reaches a little past my waist when flat ironed and is very dense) especially since the directions state to use the product for the first four to six washes then 3-4 for aftercare/as needed/ upkeep. Two: When I used the product I said to myself that it smelled like rubbing alcohol. Then I read the ingredients and noticed that it had alcohol high on it. I'm not sure what denatured alcohol does but I'm hoping it doesn't dry my hair out with time. Okay, I do not normally write reviews but I kinda just have to about this product. To give some backstory, I was dumb and thought my hair was invincible and got into hair color. September 2021 was the first time I dyed my hair with box dye and my hair didn’t react at all. It was still extremely healthy and felt like my virgin hair. So I assumed my hair was a special case and could withstand anything… so, I decided to get creative with my hair and went absolutely crazy. After my first dye, from mid October 2021 – early February 2022, I bleached my hair 5 times, dyed my hair with 4 Arctic fox colors and 3 box dyes and one professional dye from Sally’s, used the homemade color remover method of dish soap, developer, baking soda and purple shampoo probably 20 times… if not more. It wasn’t until it was too late that I realized how dead and fried and destroyed my hair was. It was so bad that my hair would stick out straight in the air when I’d pick up a small section, rather than bouncing and falling down like healthy hair does. To fix my mistake, I tried to use MANY different deep masks, hair hyaluronic acid and olaplex and those barely made a dent in the damage I caused… so I bought the mini size of K-18 and just finished 5 washes with it (I probably have one more wash left but I was too excited to wait to write this review). After the first wash my hair felt exponentially better than it had since my first dye. And after my 5th wash, I can confidently say this product has totally saved my hair. Of course it’s not completely healed, but I’d say it’s 80% back to it’s “virgin” state. I’d say after a couple more washes it’ll be almost back to it’s completely healthy state. My hair is a couple inches from my shoulders but very dense so I have to section my hair into 2 sections and do 2 pumps for each one to feel properly coated. The takeaway from this review is don’t be stupid like I was, but also this product is an absolute miracle worker and 100% worth the price.SuchToasty

So normally I would keep a magical life changing hair treatment to myself but I’m literally dead from being in shock after using this product for the first time last night. I was wondering why I have never heard or seen anything about this product but found out it’s because it is brand new. Apparently research scientist from a US biological engineering department discovered this brand new breakthrough peptide strand that has never been used before in any hair product. We have seen tons of protein and bonding treatments on the market like “olaplex” but this peptide strand that was discovered is one of a kind. If you read there website, and especially me trying every bonding treatment on the market, I was so skeptical because they are basically promising after one use and 4 minutes your hair even severely bleached or damaged in any way, will go back to its “virgin” youthful state. I was like SUREEEE that’s what they all say and my hair never gets repaired enough to the point that I am like wow lol. But literally reading the science behind it, it does kinda make sense. Olaplex will repair the hairs structure only to a certain point, every other treatment will only go as far as the core, and never to the polypeptide chains which is the most inner layer of our hair. But the K18 peptide that was discovered will! And let me just tell you I have never once felt the need to spread feedback from a hair product but after washing my hair last night I almost dropped dead lol. If anyone knows me they know that I am so indecisive with my hair and I go from platinum blonde to black and back to platinum literally all the time. I recently just went back platinum and within the last month have bleached my hair several times and it was EXTREMELY damaged to where it felt like straw. I wanted to give this product a try because it is “patented” and I have never seen a product have a patent so the ingredient had to of been good. I put this on my hair for the first time last night. All you do is wash your hair with shampoo NO conditioner and then when you get out of the shower you put the K18 peptide in and leave it in. My hair right now literally feels and looks the healthiest it has like I have never bleached it in my whole life. I’m just waiting for this product to be found out about and all other hair company’s will literally go out of business. The sample size bottle is $30 and regular size about $80 but please if you have never been able to get your hair to even a somewhat healthy state you have to try this. I like this oil… but I do find it a little outrageously priced compared to other argan oil treatments. Because of this, I only use it once in a while as a treat rather than daily. However, I do love that it comes in different sizes because I love the smaller ones for travel andor keeping in my gym bag. I usually just massage a dime size amount through my hair from my ears to the ends when wet and then it makes my hair very soft and silklike once dry. I just wish the smaller size bottles came with a pump because having to pour the oil into your palm makes portion control and messfree dispensing a hassle. I would consider this oil to be more heavy than lightweight, so you need to be cautious not to use too much product otherwise it will leave your hair looking and feeling greasy. I also wish it had some sort of heat protection element to it… for the price, I feel like I shouldnt have to use a separate heat protection product on top of the oil. The scent is nice and not too strong. It does make my hair feel healthier and stronger, but it could be better for reducing frizz. Overall its a good product, but I feel like there are other oils which are of equal or better quality for a fraction of the cost.Anonymous

I am pretty brand loyal when it comes to my haircare, but every now and again if a product is amazing enough from another line , I will cheat on my usual and dip into the other line for that product. This is one of them The Moroccan Oil Treatment oil, which I feel is their most popular product that lead the way for this brand I think lol yes it is expensive, yes I get it cheaper because I am a liscenced professional lol but, when it comes to these higher end hair products , usually,you get what you pay for. It is worth the expensive price tag. There are some expensive hair products that I feel are not worth it and are way too overpriced for what they actually do and I am always very honest in my reviews on hair care because I live and breathe hair , its my profession, its what I love and I love to help people achieve hair they love, so if that means being honest and saying hey this product isnt worth it or its crap OR hey , this is not a brand I retail at work BUT Ive used it and I love it and recommend it even if u need to buy it elsewhere and I dont really achieve much for myself, what I want to achieve is to educate people on hair hair products and what works for them . So I am always honest when clients ask me about Moroccan oil.. that no we dont carry it but it is something I love and use everyday.it gives my hair amazing shine, it makes it feel soft and silky and just glides on over those little split ends like they are there, it helps tame frizz and flyaways and its a treatment that actually is beneficial to your hair. The bottle is on the small side but a little goes a LONG way unless you want to look like you stuck your hair in some grease than by all means lol but seriously a tiny bit, rub in your palms and rub jtno your hair , focusing on the ends and midshaft scalp will just make u oily I have naturally curly hair that is prone to dryness, it gets frizzy , its thick. I use the regular Moroccan oil treatment but there is also a light for those with finer hair , more oily , sleek type ,thinner hair that this regular one might be a little heavy for. I also apply this to dry hairz over my midshaft and ends when I feel they could use a little TLC . If theyre looking a little dry maybe just a little bit of this run through it and it will make your hair feel all soft and loveable again. I like the smell, it isnt anything strong or overpowering. This is the only hair product I do use from Moroccan oil, I am sure they do have other good products but at that price point and already being happy with my current hair care routine, Ive never felt the need to try them and I feel that this product here is their Holy Grail so to speak, like the 1 amazing stand out product where they are at the top of their game. I really love using this stuff. I have for years. My original favorite was Chi Silk Infusions and I still like that stuff but I feel this does the job better. So basically youd use something like this for heat and uv protection as well as moisture and shine. Mostly I use it for getting some moisture back in my really parched, heat abused hair for a nice, healthy and naturally shiny look. Using products like that can go wrong really fast. You can cross the line into greasy mess from shiny tresses quick. You can do that with this too if you use too much but a lot of products do that no matter how little you use. This lasts forever because even with the thickest and driest hair needs only a dime size or less warmed between the palms and lightly rubbed through every layer from root to ends with finger tips open to get every strand focusing on the ends. Ive noticed that it gives me life back to my hair. It gives me that naturally healthy movement you just dont get with fried hair. With this and changing my hair habits I have come almost all the way back from totally broken hair to healthy hair thats a little dry and has split ends. And with my current issues it makes it look like I have none. Especially when I flat iron my hair with this as a heat protectant it almost seals the cuticle completely and keeps my hair looking super healthy until my next wash. I also use it randomly to add a touch of moisture back into my hair if its really dry. Or if my ends are getting bad between trims I use this and flat iron them to seal them and make them look healthy temporarily. It also smells amazing. I love the comforting and unique almost but not quite tropical scent. Its very unique and very feminine without being like a perfume. It makes my hair smell fresh and pretty and that scent lasts for a couple days. Overall it is a little expensive but it lasts a long time so it ends up costing almost the same as the drugstore over time because if does last so long. Its just more of an initial investment. A sephora employee told me this stuff actually is bad for your hair and dries it out but I dont think it would have gotten so famous if it wasnt so great for so many people. Maybe she just had a bad experience. It wouldnt have been the first time I had been given bad information by a Sephora employee but I just thought Id mention it. I totally recommend. But only buy from authorized retailers like salons or stores like sephora, macys, and other high end retailers or it will most likely be a fake.Anonymous

I received this product as a sample, liked it and ordered the product. After 2 months now of having used this shampoo I find my hair feeling weighed down and no longer has the shine it once did despite good rinsing technique. I was expecting shine, manageability, and fewer shampoo days. Quite the opposite now. I cannot recommend this product.Leisa

I have used this a few times when my split ends are cracking and I find myself picking them. After I use this my split ends are 90% gone and it feels so soft and nice! I can't stop running my hands through my hair. Best stuff I've used. I live in a dry climate with hard water and this is great for that because I use a lot of hydrating hair products and nothing has worked quite like this for the harsh weather and my dry hair!Megan

I love this hair mask! I tried going to a new hairstylist who destroyed my hair. She burned 6 inches off and my ends continued to break and fall off with the slightest touch. So I went back to my old stylist who recommended I use this. She told me to use it for 8 hours since my hair was so damaged. I used it twice in one week and my hair finally stopped breaking. This stuff saved my hair and it finally grew back thanks to this mask. It says to use 5 mins or 30 for extremely damaged hair twice a week or as needed but I still use it for hours. I either sleep with it on or just hang around the house with it wrapped in a towel. (Once a week because I only wash once or twice a week), My hair is naturally dark brown but I regularly bleach it platinum blonde and use heat often. This is what manages to keep my hair healthy through all of that. If you just need a little moisture you can do the shorter time but if you abuse your hair like me the extra hours are worth it! It washes right out and doesn’t leave my hair greasy. Smells great and it’s affordable. Not sure where everyone else that says it’s expensive is buying it but I’ve always paid about $15. I pick it up from Jcp salons or order it online from Jcp. Now I actually pay around $6 from a beauty store for cosmetologists. So that’s around what your salon is paying for it. Any salon should carry this in store and online and it shouldn’t be over $20. I love trying new masks but this one will always be a go to staple for me! Been using it for 8 years now.cassidy.h

This stuff is freakin amazing. I have thick, course hair that has some damage from color treatment & while I use heavier oils & masks to treat it, this is my go-to day oil that I use as a finishing spray before going out. Not only does it soften the hair, it gets rid of any fly aways or fuzzies going on on the surface of the hair. Once you spray this & run a brush through, your hair will be soft, more defined and did I mention the shine? I have NEVER seen even a shine spray give the shine this ghost oil does. I love this stuff & I hope they never stop making it. Do be aware, though, that this product has demethicone in it. This is not a bad ingredient, per say, but it won't be removed with regular shampoos. But there are now plenty of gentle sulfate free shampoos on the market. You don't need harsh sulfate shampoos to clarify your hair! This is really a holy grail product, if buy it with the knowledge of how to care for your hair when you use it.Sabrina

I happen to have this and the original conditioner by Paul Mitchell, and I have to say I actually like this one more. The smell is very similar but this one smells a little better to me (I'm big on fragrance) and it's also thicker and makes my hair smoother/softer!! Love it.Cassie H.

I love love love this product. I was able to get my hair washed and detangled all at one wash. All my life I have had bad hair wash days due to the pain with the tangles. I bought this at Sally's and I wasn't to sure but I tried it anyway because a had a few units that needed a pick me up. It really did work well on both human and synthetic units. On my synthetic ones it didn't leave it heavy or greasy at all, and detangling was very easy. Its suprising light and has a clean smell. It has no parabens, no mineral oil, no petroleum, no phthalate and no animal testing. It revived all my pieces. Definitely will purchase againelyse.s

Everyone in our home actually uses this product. I think the scent is what everyone is drawn to. The hold is strong but it doesn’t make your hair firm. It still looks very natural but gives you the hold you need. I would definitely buy this again and have been using it for over 10 yearsrehana.r

If you blow dry your hair before styling don't buy this product. I bought this because I wanted something that was easy to apply to dry/thick hair. It is easy to apply but I was irritated to say the least when it left me with dandruff like flakes. I had no option but to rewet hair and use my old products. I threw it away after that use.Josh

This product is amazing! I am a die hard fan of this and it has been one of my most favorite items I have used. My hair is naturally straight but gets curly when I wash it. I use this gel as a styling gel to get natural curls after I shower. When I used it, I have not noticed any issues with my hair but it makes my hair very nourished and does not dry my hair as much as other products. I totally recommend.soraya.w

This product is great, after having tried 6 different brands I'm sticking (heh) with this one. It keeps your hair in place without looking like you've got gel in it. One downside is that this product dries out pretty quickly. Make sure to always put the cap on tight. I also like to keep the spares in a airtight ziplock bag, as they can dry out with age.retepeke
