I tried using the product several times, alternating how much of the serum I used each time. I did not like the feeling of the serum in my hair, and it seemed difficult to get wash out. The serum felt very oily and greasy feeling while in my hair and it took several washes to get it out. The instructions say to massage it into your scalp for 10-15 minutes. I’m not sure about others, but there was no way I was going to spend 10-15 minutes massaging it in. I have used other serums and never had to massage it in for that long. This product is the bomb! I use it as a hair mask on my ends, I run it through my midlengths to ends and then use the leftover on my hands to smooth over the roots and front hairline. I also use it to smooth my edges for pony tails and high buns. It is greasy but nice to work with. The smell is amazing! I've used plain thick castor oil from a dropper bottle for my hair before, so this applicator bottle was wayyyyy easier and less messy. Plus this formula is thinner so it spread really well. The smell is very herbal and reminds me of a spa, but definitely read the ingredients because it might not be for everyone. I didn't know what to expect because of the reviews, but I loved it and it made the shower smell good when I washed it out. I used shampoo twice and then conditioner and my hair is smooth and shiny, with a healthy scalp for the winter!

I noticed my hair was shedding so much in the shower & that made me really nervous because who wouldn't freak out? I was told that shedding after getting covid was a thing. I wanted to take action and really do something to prevent more shedding. I bought vitamins but wanted to try something more natural so bought this oil instead.
