Lion loc has terrible customer service. I order $75 wroth of product I never received. When I contacted them to let them know, they said there was nothing they could do due to the fact their delivery company said it was delivered. When asked for a refund they refused, asked if they can replace my order and send it to a different address they refused. This is truly poor customer service at it best. Their only suggestion was to repurchase more of their product at a discounted rate which basically mean give me more of your money to f*** you over. This stuff is AMAZING on locks. My man has very coarse hair and natrual hair! So it will most likely work on both loose and tight curls. We have been using Mango twist. I am a licensed cosmetologist and there are times when it is hard to find products that actually do what it says it'll do. This particular product held up to its claim of keeping hard to lock hair together. I've used so many, but this one is by far the best. Just finished another clients head with it and they are totally satisfied. I find that if you use a liquid leave-in conditioner prior to using the product, it will cut down on the flaking.
