I have used many waxes in my adventures of home waxing. This is the only type I have used that has not caused me to break out in a rash and lessens the "after bumps". Obviously I still need to exfoliate every few days. I have tried others that are great on my skin but don't take the hair off well, and this does! Yay!
I've waxed for several years so I am not new to it. This wax was not great. It is stringy and didn't remove all the hair, even after several attempts, which you're not supposed to do. The only thing I did like was that it's white so you can see it to clean up. However, it doesn't clean up as easy as the normal GiGi wax. Normally I can just reapply the strip to the leftover wax and pull it off, this doesn't do that. It doesn't seem to stick well to the strips. I actually had it come off the strip mid-pull and fold over on itself. I returned it. Oh, I also bought it to do my eyebrows since I have sensitive skin, this left my face just as red as the normal wax. My eyes are normally red for 2-3 days after waxing my brows and this was no different.

It had been decades since I used hair remover product. I decided to try it again. It is advertised as 27% less chemical ingredients than the previous formula. Wow, this stuff is amazing. MUCH different than what I've tried years ago. This is a nice pump bottle and the cream comes out as cream. Not watery or seperated. Came out as cream. Even has a little cap to prevent an unwanted pump. The spong it came with makes so much sense. I sit over the side of my bath tub when using this. You totally don't have to, but I do. So first I apply cream to the yellow softer side of sponge and rub all over my legs. Then after 6 minutes I use the slightly rougher white side of sponge to wipe away. Leaves my legs hairless, smooth and moisturized. There is no chemical smell, no need to vent the bathroom, no headache. Nothing like I remeber. Has a nice light clean violet scent This stuff rocks! I feel confident enough to let my pre tween daughter to use it too.
Upon first look the description on the bottle is very deceiving. It specifically says “in shower hair removal cream”. Reading that you would think you could use 100% in the shower. Because the product is wrapped in plastic to keep the sponge attached you can’t read the instructions until after purchase and opening. The instruction state that you apply before your shower and wait 3 minutes and than shower without a direct stream on product. I do like that it does actually work and the sponge is nice to get the product off of you good. It really does work well and leaves my legs soft. I get horrible razor burn on the inside of my upper legs and bikini line when shaving, so was excited to try this as a shaving alternative. Upon opening the product, I noticed that the smell was not as terrible as other products I have used. You apply the product with a little sponge the size of your palm. You have to make sure the hair you want to remove is completely covered, so just my entire upper legs seemed to take a lot of product. Once you apply, you have to leave it on for 6 – 10 minutes, so make time for this before your shower. Once you get in the shower, you are able to wipe the hair off with the same sponge. I applied this on leg hair that had been shaved 2 days prior, and it seemed to do a really spotty job. I ended up having to shave to catch the hairs that weren’t removed, so I was not super impressed with the end result. Maybe it is made for longer hair? I have coarse hair and over the years have over-shaved (shaved past where I needed to) and shaved incorrectly, and in the opposite direction. I watched one of Taina's videos on YouTube and she recommended this as an alternative to shaving and that was some of the best advice for hair removal I've had. It is so quick and easy to use and does not hurt at all. It starts working instantly as you can see the hair shrivel up. It does stink like sulfur so I recommended cleaning the area you applied it on really well. The results are a super smooth area where it looks like hair was never there. I've only used it once which was almost two months ago and it still looks like I've just recently shaved. Only minimal hair has grown back which is amazing because I can now wear sleeveless tops without feeling embarrassed or thinking I forgot to shave. What can I say, this does exactly what it says it will. Took off ALL the hair and left me silky smooth. Top tip: I would recommend doing a patch test first, leaving it on for the max time (as long as you don't feel any irritation), but then wait a good 48 hours before you delve straight in and do the whole bush and undercarriage. I didn't and regretted it massively. I was on FIRE! My own silly fault though for going over the same area twice in 24 hours and lesson learnt! My only issue with this product is the smoothness doesn't last long enough for me, it's akin to shaving really. But while I was hairless, it was heaven! Plus with salons closed it really is the next best thing. Also I had no uncomfortable itching with regrowth like I have with shaving. So easy to apply, just whack it on, wait up to 6 mins then jump in the shower and wipe it off. I used a face cloth – now dedicated for my nether regions. I have taken one star off because the tube isn't very big. I'm not that hairy, but I think I will struggle to get three applications out of this so for the price its quite expensive, especially as I'd want to use it every 1 to 2 weeks to stay smooth. I popped this on the under carriage, left it , checked it and left it a little longer and washed it off. Yes, it has the usual hair remover smell but it is tempered somewhat by the soothing rose oil. Results are very good, smooth, no pain and good hair removal. Very small amount of stubble where I did not put it thick enough – but will get this next time. Easier and cheaper than waxing. I usually get waxed in a salon but was curious to try this as I can't at the moment and it was the first one I have seen that said it was suitable for a Hollywood style removal. I found it worked well for bikini / Brazilian areas but not so well for Hollywood where it didn't remove much. I was not keen to try reaplying in case of burning though. I do not have particularly sensitive skin and didn't have any major reactions to it but am quite stingy and a little sore afterwards in some places. It feels a bit too risky for me and seems very easy to really mess your skin up if using it regularly. Given these factors I don't think I will bother with it again and will stick to shaving until the salons are open. I did a patch test in my bikini area for 6 minutes and I didn't have a bad reaction but also it only took away half the hair. So a few days later I decided to apply all over and leave it for 10 minutes nothing more as they said don't exceed 10 min. It had been decades since I used hair remover product. I decided to try it again. It is advertised as 27% less chemical ingredients than the previous formula. Wow, this stuff is amazing. MUCH different than what I've tried years ago. This is a nice pump bottle and the cream comes out as cream. Not watery or seperated. Came out as cream. Even has a little cap to prevent an unwanted pump. The spong it came with makes so much sense. I sit over the side of my bath tub when using this. You totally don't have to, but I do. So first I apply cream to the yellow softer side of sponge and rub all over my legs. Then after 6 minutes I use the slightly rougher white side of sponge to wipe away. Leaves my legs hairless, smooth and moisturized. There is no chemical smell, no need to vent the bathroom, no headache. Nothing like I remeber. Has a nice light clean violet scent This stuff rocks! I feel confident enough to let my pre tween daughter to use it too.
Upon first look the description on the bottle is very deceiving. It specifically says “in shower hair removal cream”. Reading that you would think you could use 100% in the shower. Because the product is wrapped in plastic to keep the sponge attached you can’t read the instructions until after purchase and opening. The instruction state that you apply before your shower and wait 3 minutes and than shower without a direct stream on product. I do like that it does actually work and the sponge is nice to get the product off of you good. It really does work well and leaves my legs soft. I get horrible razor burn on the inside of my upper legs and bikini line when shaving, so was excited to try this as a shaving alternative. Upon opening the product, I noticed that the smell was not as terrible as other products I have used. You apply the product with a little sponge the size of your palm. You have to make sure the hair you want to remove is completely covered, so just my entire upper legs seemed to take a lot of product. Once you apply, you have to leave it on for 6 – 10 minutes, so make time for this before your shower. Once you get in the shower, you are able to wipe the hair off with the same sponge. I applied this on leg hair that had been shaved 2 days prior, and it seemed to do a really spotty job. I ended up having to shave to catch the hairs that weren’t removed, so I was not super impressed with the end result. Maybe it is made for longer hair? This is the best product for my skin and hair type. I have extremely dark hair and I have a fair complexion. I tried bleaching but it just turned my mustache into a blonde mustache. 😂 I’ve tried waxing but the skin on my face is way too sensitive for that. So this cream hair remover is what I use. There are two things that you need to do when using this product. One, spot test. I know most products say to spot test but it’s EXTREMELY important to do this so you know if you’re going to have a reaction and how long you should leave it on for. I literally JUST used mine and left it on for 30 seconds too long and I can feel my upper lip burning. And the second thing you need to do before using is check the expiration date. Once I did my normal routine and my face started burning so badly. I knew I didn’t leave it on too long so when I started checking around the bottle and packaging, I saw it was expired. It burned my face so badly that it actually scabbed! BUT if you follow the directions and check the date, it’s the best product I’ve been able to find to meet my needs. This product is my weekly go-to. I have naturally very fine hair on my face and body. Due to the sensitive nature of my skin, I choose not to remove the hair due to breakouts, general itchiness, and the unappealing regrowth aesthetic. I bleach the “peach-fuzz” on my face once a week using this product and it delivers! The downside is that this has an itchy and burning sensation, but the workaround I’ve found is to lightly prep and moisturize the skin with coconut oil! The smell is still strong, but my skin doesn’t feel as irritated. I bought this because time is short with a 1 year old in the house so trimming is not currently an option. Here’s the lowdown. It’s £9, stinks of rotting flesh. Tried shoulders, hips and feet. Of which the latter two – nothing happened. Shoulders were patchy – not even 1/3 came off. Apparently results only last 5-7. Which begs the question- why bother even if it did work? Okay, this is probably going to be a little bit of an embarrassing review. I feel that sometimes it's super important to do one of those every now and again. So I went online to look at YouTubers who have tried different hair removal creams. I have very coarse hair on my legs, armpits, and the nether regions. I came across this guy who uses this in his sensitive areas. He said that he also had coarse hair and that normally he gets bad ingrown hairs when he shaves down there. I thought, if it's good enough for him, it's good enough for me. So I ordered mine online through Amazon and waited for it to come. When it finally came I ripped open the package, read the directions, and prepped myself for pure pain! I've tried nair down below and I thought my who-he was going to completely burn off! First thing I noticed that I liked is that it was a thicker formula so where I put it is where it stayed. Second thing, is the smell isn't their initially but as it starts burning the hair off, it's not the greatest smell. Most creams don't smell good and I'm okay with that. I first tried it for the minimum 3 minutes… That did nothing! Since I'm not a first time hair cream removal person, I knew to try it for a little bit longer and give it another shot. I waited 24 hours so I didn't have any reactions on my skin and the next day I put it on for about 4 minutes 30 seconds. I checked a small portion before fully removing it and I left it on for another 30 seconds. Apparently this is allowed to stay on for 6 minutes total. When I left it on for 5 minutes, It did amazing! I've been using it on all areas that have hair and it's done a great job for me! I always have ingrown hairs and so far, nothing! I'm going to continue to use this for the next couple months and see if I still feel the same way. I'm pretty happy about this, I also decided to try it on the rear end. Tried this product because all the stores around where I live don't seem to carry the product that I normally use and prefer to use, so I was desperate. Let me start by saying that the price to product quantity was an immediate disappointment for me as my normal product is 13oz product for about the same cost. Skip forward to my experience using this product. As always I read the directions and followed them accordingly. I applied a thick even layer and waited the recommended 5mins then did a small check… nothing. Waited another 5mins as recommended than did another small check… eh some slight removal but needed more time. The product says to NOT exceed 10mins, but I waited a total of 17mins before using a damp warm cloth to fully remove product in the shower. After I got the product off in the shower I didn't have to check the results… I could feel the results and to my complete disappointment there was still hair and a lot of stubble (that felt like I hadn't shaved or tried to remove any hair for a solid 3 days!) left! I ended having to go over the entire area with a razor (which I hate doing!) just to get a semi-smooth to touch feel like I was wanting and expecting! I always use an after any shaving or hair removal to prevent razor burn or the dreaded ingrown hair issue (and it works!) But not even 12hrs after using major itchy razor burn and the itchy annoying ingrown hair problems started! Needless to say I tried the product once and will never use again!sarah.c
Overall just ok. Awful smell, best described as "old". Took 2 10-minute (full length of time) sessions for the leg I tried out. See pics for my leg after the first 10-minute session. Pretty much all the hair was gone after the 2nd session. You definitely need to use a lot of product, really lay it on thick for it to work. I noticed that it seems to weaken the base of the hair so it breaks off easier, it doesn't get the root of the hairs, so the next day I was still just as prickly as if I shaved. But no burns, bumps, etc. so there is that benefit as opposed to shaving. Had a cool tingle for the first session I did, similar to Menthol, but didn't hurt by any means. I would use this for areas that I didn't want being bumpy or burned by a razor, such as sensitive areas or areas that get shaven back-to-back, but otherwise takes a bit of time to work and is more work for me that shaving normally.jenna.l
I took a chance on this product after reading the reviews and unfortunately, I have to side with the negative ones.
The first thing I noticed about this product was the smell: very unpleasant. I purchased the green tea scented bikini cream and the closest thing I can think to compare the scent to would be unwashed feet.
I applied the product in a small test area and waited the recommended 6 minutes. Nothing happened. Every hair remained intact. I wasn't willing to leave it on any longer, as I have sensitive skin, so I hopped in the shower to wash it off.
I did expect some mild irritation when I used the product, and some light inflammation did occur. However, this was pretty disappointing to experience considering the product did not work.
Overall, I’m giving this product a solid one-star review, as it didn’t serve it’s intended purpose and had unpleasant qualities (ie. the smell and inflammation).Ariana Winchester

Fist of all , if you are planning to start using A hair removal I certainly most certaitly use Avon Skin So Soft Sensiktive for face but clean your face with a scurb or use acne treatments fiirst before using Avon skin soft sensitive face. Use that for 4 months or so and then switch to the Avon Skin So Soft Sensitive body hair removal on face use every 4 to 7 days. You will certainly see results I have black hair that is like a guys beard and tash not funny not not cute worse since menopause.
