I was looking to use something better than my typical drugstore shampoo and had seen quite a few good reviews for this brand. After using it I noticed my hair felt gross, very heavy and greasy, but I assumed maybe I hadn't rinsed all the product out. Since then I have made sure to triple rinse my hair every wash to ensure that isn't the case but I still have the same results. I've been trying to find the best hydrating shampoo and conditioner. Tried this one from the great things my coworkers at ulta said about it. However i felt like it was causing extreme hair loss. Around where my baby hairs used to be is nothing, and i feel like my hair line is receding after using the matching shampoo and conditioner for about a month. I bought this as a two pack on Amazon. I used it for the full year I had platinum blonde hair. I’ll be honest, I just use purple shampoo because my stylist says I should. I never really notice a difference when I use it or I don’t. I do like this one, but I’m currently using another brand I like more. This one did clean my hair, but it just didn’t suds up like I like it to. I left it on my hair for as long as possible. I like the bottle how sleek it is and the pump is wonderful too! Wow! This shampoo really impressed me❣💜 I wasn't expecting too drastic of a toning effect from this but was surprised. Ulta had it on sale for half off, and I just wanted to try something different than my usual stuff. My hair is light brown with blonde highlights so this helps give the highlights more shine and depth. My hair literally gleams when the sun hits it. I have tried another toning shampoo in the past from Tigi (Catwalk Violet shampoo) and that one also was amazing, but harder to find now. This one is just as great though, if not better! I have been using the Unite 7 Seconds leave in conditioner for a few years. Normally I purchase it at a local salon but found this deal on Groupon so I decided to give it a try. It does not smell right. In fact, it smells pretty terrible. I m not sure if it is a counterfeit product or just sat on a shelf too long but it is definitely not the same as the product I purchased in the salon. Unfortunately there are no refunds/exchanges on this product so I may just throw it away because if it s not the real deal, I m not sure what it might do to my hair. Big bummer.
I have very fine hair that is highlighted. After washing my hair with Boosta shampoo and conditioner, I spritz this on. Great results with volume and beachy waves that hold. Docked a star because the smell is a bit strong on the harsher side – almost like pickles! It doesn't seem to make my hair smell but it's a bit rough when it is sprayed. Holy COW , this WORKS !!! I have struggled to find a purple shampoo that actually does anything. A little background on my hair. I often will go get my hair done and then life will happen and it’ll be like 9 months to a year before I get back around to coming back again. I thought my brassy, horrific mop was beyond saving but I was wrong. I tried this in the shower and didn’t lather up with it. I smoothed 2x the amount I would use to wash my hair throughout, concentrating on the ends especially. I then went about washing my face and body. I probably left it on about 6 minutes. The first time I used the shampoo I didn’t see a huge difference and I thought well okay I expected that. But the SECOND time I used this as I described, the next morning I woke up and every single bit of the brassiness is gone. I am shocked. My blonde is gorgeous and icy again. The only thing I don’t like about this shampoo is that, while it is not drying, it leaves a weird film on the hair. But that could be removed by doing a second wash with a different shampoo. I used this product on my brown hair to blonde bayalage. I had very prominent yellow streaks in parts of my hair that hadn't been bleached before so with proper maintenance I used this product and the shampoo 2x a week and it kept the yellow from coming through for about a week before I would have to use it again. went through the entire bottles, never wasted a drop. I've been using the Pantene Pro V Brilliant Blondie Illuminating Sulfate Free Shampoo for 2 weeks and I'm impressed! First things first, this formula is FREE OF sulphates, parabens, dyes, silicones, and mineral oils which is a winner in my book. I liked the scent of this shampoo, it was heavy enough so that after your hair was dry, it lingered for a day or two. If I braided it or had it up in a bun, the scent scent stayed for 3 days! A very CLEAN scent like linen on a breeze. I loved the feeling of my scalp afterwards as it felt very cleansed and clarified. Like it had been rehabbed! LOL Honestly, it felt as though a vacuum had sucked away all the old buildup from past washings. I noticed that my natural highlights were also lightened a lot. Like I had sat in the sun for 1 week straight or I went to the salon and had my highlights done! The one thing I didn't like was it was very hard to get a foamy lather going and I suppose that's because it's a very clean and green shampoo without all the chemicals added to it. I used the Brilliant Blondie Daily Rescue Conditioner in Combination with the Matching shampoo for about 3 weeks. This product claim is that it is free of Paraben, Mineral Oil and Dyes. I like that. It also has Silk Extract and Biotin which should should provide you with silky plump locks. Personally I don't think there is enough of either of these ingredients in the conditioner to notice. They are also the last few ingredients listed on the label. There is however a lot of forms of alcohol in the ingredient list! I have very long hair so when showering I wash my hair immediately, rinse and condition. This gives my conditioner 5 plus minutes to do it's job. It goes on nice and soft and has a very pleasant subtle scent. Once I rinsed it out my hair felt heavier than when using other conditioner. I also had a very hard time each and every time detangling my hair. Overall my hair did not feel good after using. For the entire three weeks of using these products I did not add any other product to my hair and did not style so I would get the full effect of the products used. I've been a past purchaser of Pantene, so I was excited to see this new line come out. I'm a natural blonde, who recently lifted my hair with bleach. This product specifically features 0% sulfates, parabens, silicones, dyes and mineral oils which is part of the reason why I was drawn to it. It also features added biotin & silk extract which I've been intrigued by lately in hair care products. The scent of this shampoo was really wonderful, and I really enjoyed it. Sulfate free shampoos tend to lather less, but I found this one still lathered quite well. I can't say that I think the biotin in it helped my hair in any way. On top of that, both the biotin and silk extract are both listed as the last two ingredients which I would presume means they're included in very small quantities. That being said, I did like the overall look of my hair after using this. I also really like the look and shape of the bottle/packaging of this. It fits really well in my shower and makes the usability of the product really great. Overall, I think I would buy this product again – and would likely recommend it to others. I honestly don't know if the product works because I had to re-condition my hair with another product to try to get the awful smell out of my hair. The fragrance smells like old man/ dead animal. It was not designed for a woman who is the main user of this product. Maybe a few men might like the old man / dead animal smell, but it is not marketed for men. I've been bleaching my hairs for years and have tried countless brands of purple shampoo. I've been told by my hairdresser that sulfates strip toner and to avoid shampoos with that ingredient. I noticed this shampoo had sulfates but I went ahead and tried it anyway because of all the good reviews. I've used it 3 times since my last bleach and tone, and my hair is A LOT more yellow than my appointment. I noticed after the first wash that my hair looked a little worse but I decided to try to keep using it and my toner literally vanished before my eyes. I definitely recommend a shampoo without sulfates (Joico is one example). This shampoo also dries out your hair causing it to build up grease not even 24 hours after showering. I read so many reviews, watched so many videos, even asked my hair stylist about this shampoo before buying it. Sad to say this didn't work for me. Made my hair nice when applied, thought everything was great. Beautiful lather….. then I wash it out. My hair felt so gummy it literally scared me. The product didn't really do anything for my hair. Will be returning. I have used the "Total Results So Silver Triple Power Hair Mask". It works great didn't dry my hair out at all. I try to stay away from Parabens, Silicones & Sulfates. It does contain amodimethicone. But I prefer the mask over shampoo for my blonde hair.Nani

This will remain my favorite purple shampoo! I love this stuff. I have medium/light(ish) blonde hair that tends to get brassy quick. I read the reviews on Amazon first before purchasing and fell in love. This shampoo is a deep deep purple, and it will stain your hands if you don't rinse them off. First hand experience here *pun intended* The smell of it wasn't gross like some other brands (looking at you Clairol Shimmer Lights). It actually will turn your hair ashy! I left this stuff on for ten minutes and I had that beautiful ash (almost purple tone) to it, which I don't mind. Less time left on, you'll still see results. This shampoo is amazing. Ive recently bleached my own hair and then had highlights and still had a very yellow colour due to my hair being box dyed brown for so long. I tried toners I tried other purple shampoos but nothing worked. I tried this and the first time the difference was amazing. I used it again yesterday and its even better. My hair is no longer yellow. It does dry hair up like most of these things but Ive been going through a process with other well known repairing products which means Its cancelling out the dryness from using this. The product is very purple And like others say it does stain your hands but Ive found after standing in the shower while the shampoo is on I dont really notice it on my hands anymore once Im done. I try to leave on for about 5 minutes but havent timed it so not sure. Put it this way it doesnt need long. No need to walk around the house for an hour wrapper in cling film to let it process. These were brushes that I never thought that I needed and wouldn’t use…but I was wrong. The lip scrub brush is amazing at getting the job done without getting the “goopy fingerâ€� from greasy scrubs. I got this product due to a lot of good reviews. I use professional purple shampoo but ran out so figured id give this a go. MISTAKE. After 3 uses my hair is falling out in huge clumps, like cleaning your hairbrush once a month clumps. It's horrible! The smell is so chemical smelling and when trying to wash it out my hair felt like straw and I couldn't even put my fingers through it!!! I had to add conditioner on top of the shampoo just to be able to break through and wash the shampoo out. Worst mistake and I'm taking it back to ulta. Why is this product even a best seller? Be careful and mindful when purchasing this do your research on the ingredients and what is used to make this product work as I wasn’t aware it would quit literally strip my hair of thousands of dollars worth of work away from my hair …. this product has like a lightning agent in it as it bleached my roots and made my hair super ugly …. and quit literally damaged your hair it did this in as little as 3 minutes for me … so be careful not sure who this product work for ? Or why or what it’s intent is ?? but I thought it was a toner but it does the opposite it like strips / bleached ur hair leaving more work to be done … and patches !! so for the past around 8 years I've been using Shimmer Lights, since everyone would recommend that to me. Recently I tried Matrix purple shampoo, which worked the same way as shimmer lights. Where if you leave it on too long, you get purple hair… and I thought that was the case with all purple shampoo. Until I watched a Brad Mondo video and he reviewed this shampoo and it looked great in the video. But was it in real life…? My hair is a little yellow too after the bleach, which the shimmer lights, would just turn it to purple, which I thought was better then yellow. Finally tried this shampoo, and it takes a couple uses, esp since I had tinted purple hair as well. But it became a nice white platinum color as stated. Which was super shocking to me, that it never left any tint of purple, no matter how long it was on for. Brad mondo, referred to the scent as candy, i would say it's more of a floral scent. Doesn't feel as damaging as shimmer lights either. And around the same price range too, which is nice. I will definitely be turning over to this shampoo from now onJillian

I recieved this free of charge to review and I am so happy as my hair is terribly sun damaged. I spent months working on a yacht out of the Bahamas where my dark blonde hair was bleached in the sun to it's current platinum state. My hair really needed some TLC and I've tried everything, professional conditioning treatments, olaplex, elastisiser and nothing has come close to restoring my hair until I tried this serial blonde series by tigi. The conditioner is so thick and nourishing and like all bed head products it smells divine. I used it in conjunction with their shampoo and my hair was left feeling soft, hydrated and healthy. The packaging is bright and vibrant and reflects the brand well. Unfortunately the bottle design for the conditioner was really hard to use, I think this is mainly due to the thickness of the conditioner. A pump rather than the sports bottle type opening would be much easier to use. This conditioner is an absolute must have for any bleached, sun damaged, brittle blonde.blue.n
I received this product for free from @influenster and @bedheadbytigi in change of my honest review. I had the luck to receive it in full size. After using it for a couple of times I’ve realised that despite being good for maintenance of damaged hair and highlights (which I believe is designed for), it might not suit to perfection my type of hair. Here’s why: The conditioner is a very thick “mango� yellow paste which needed force to be pushed out of the flacon. I do not like this personally, it made a mess in my hair and I could barely detangle it 😢 obviously loosing more hair than I usually do when washing. On the other hand, it smells lovely, a summery fruity scent which makes it quite a nice bath experience. I would recommend this product especially for people with stronger thicker hair, as probably is just my type of hair too thin? I received this complimentary product to review, and I’ve been using it for a couple of weeks so I can give an accurate opinion. I absolutely love the smell of this conditioner, and the colour is incredible – I’ve never seen such a bright colour in a conditioner before! It works brilliantly in my hair, and I’ve found that it’s been easier to brush afterwards, which I can only put down to using this and the shampoo together. The only reason I gave one less star is because I find it really difficult to get out of the bottle. I don’t have the same issue with the shampoo, which I can only put down to the consistency. Even with a full bottle of product, it’s really hard to squeeze out (especially with wet hands!), so I’m not sure how easy it’ll be to get the rest out at a later date. Other than that, it’s a fab conditioner which looks and smells amazing, and I love how it’s working in my hair. I wanted to try blue toning shampoo and bought the trial sizes to give this a shot. I have always used purple and saw very little results. I read the directions very quickly, I didn't use gloves and I used a white towel to try my hair. I didn't even think of the blue color that was deposited into my hair I used this product for the first time yesterday and all I can say is WOW! I did see blue everywhere but it didn't stain my shower, hands, nails or my towels. My highlights looked brighter and I think I even saw more of them and I was impressed with just one use. The smell was nice but I thought it was too strong but once you dry your hair the smell disappears. Not sure if I will use this shampoo more than maybe once or twice a week because I don't want to darken my highlight I just want to see less brass and red. If you are hesitant to try this product because of the blue color you could use gloves and I would definitely use it in the shower so that the product washes out once it hits the floor you could even keep a brush in your shower if you want to make sure no blue residue lingers behind. All toning shampoos have color the purple once I used before does and I never had an issue. Everyone's experience is different but I would definitely give this product a try.Tophersmom
I haven't changed anything in my hair care routine except this. The first time I used it, meh it did the job and made my hair a lot brighter. Mind you I only use this twice a month because purple shampoo is so harsh. The second time I used this, HOLY DRYNESS. It literally sucked every bit of moisture out of my hair and turned my hair silver, which was fine, but I looked like a hag due to the frizz. I've never experienced such harshness from a product. I've had to completely reset my hair by not putting any heat or this shampoo on my hair for a month. It ruined my hair for my graduation and I couldn't be anymore disappointed in this product. Not to mention it doesn't lather at all and I felt like I had to use a ton of it to clean my hair. This shampoo from Redken smells amazing. To me it smells like a soft cologne scent. This shampoo looks so cool..it is purple. The product felt soft on my hands and in my hair. It does say to appy wearing gloves but I did not wear gloves. The shampoo did not stain my hands. My hair is very yellow blonde and very warm tone and this shampoo did work. After I blowed dried my hair I could see that my hair was a bit more cooler blonde and the yellow and brassiness was tone downed. I'm giving this a 4 instead of a 5 because I wish when washing my hair the shampoo foamed more. It did not create that soapy shampoo feeling and that kinda made me use more product because I wanted to make sure I got my hair cleaned and had the shampoo everywhere. I also wished this shampoo was vegan but I dont believe it is. Redken does offer some vegan products though. Overall I'm really pleased with this shampoo and will continue to use it.danielle .l

The shampoo provides some brightness to my highlights which have turned a bit brassy. I love that it is infused with cica, rice water and quinoa protein to help strengthen my strands and repair damage. I also love that you only leave it on for 2 to 3 minutes. It has a nice clean sent that I do appreciate. There’s only one downfall to the Shampoo for me. With that said, I will say that I have very tight curls with very dry hair. I need an obscene amount of hydration in my hair products to provide me enough moisture for my curls to not get tangled in knots. BEST acne product I have ever tried!!! Reviewed in the United States on May 24, 2018 Reviews for this product (and most other acne-related products) are all over the spectrum as really good or really bad. That's normal, because products and specific ingredients work differently for everyone. Your skin texture, pores, natural pH, oil production, exfoliation, etc., etc., all impact how a product will work for YOU. I have had different variations of acne since I was about 12 years old. And that's another point…your skin and all of those factors change throughout your life. Age, climate, the air quality and environment where you live also impact your skin. And what you eat and drink has a HUGE impact as well! With that said, I will get off my soap box and get to the point! This product has worked VERY well for me. I have tried a LOT of different products, both over the counter and prescription. When I feel a blemish coming on, I dab it with this bottle of magic and it dramatically reduces how long it lasts AND how bad/big it gets. This is the only product I have ever used with this effectiveness, and I love it!!! I go to bed with multiple pink dots on my face almost every night (much to the chagrin of my husband!), and frequently those spots are close to non-existent in the morning. (TIP: Do NOT shake the bottle…the clear liquid and pink sediment are meant to be separated — read the instructions!) Give it a try. I hope you love this as much as I do. This drying lotion is magical!!! I use this overnight as a spot treatment on little suckers that pop up on my face, and by the morning they are barely noticeable! Since all pimples are different types, I’d say this tends to work really effectively on about 70% of mine. To be clear, this product dries out the pimple (so I’m not sure why Amazon asks reviewers to rate the moisturizing characteristic, as this does not moisturize). It doesn’t smell great, but it’s definitely tolerable. And it does leave a pink color on your skin when you apply it, so I would recommend only using it overnight or when you’re at home. Everyone has different skin, and therefore we all have a different reaction to the same product. I have combination skin that is very acne prone. I have gone through probably 7 bottles of this product. I kept using it without realizing that it was actually causing my breakouts due to drying out my skin. When your skin dries out and becomes flakey, it is likely to overproduce oil and breakout. I didn’t realize that and continued to buy the product. For me, my skin responds best to a simple skincare regimen of Retinol, moisturizer, and sunscreens. This helps with acne, fine lines, and sun damage. I couldn’t figure out why my hair was falling out. I stopped using this shampoo out of pure laziness for 2 weeks, when I started using it again I then noticed it’s this shampoo causing my hair loss. It literally comes out in chunks immediately after and keeps coming out in chunks for days. I have super dark brunette hair it's almost black! So I get an ashy blonde balayage to compliment my hair. Of course after 6 weeks out of the salon is turns brassy, I bought this hoping it would make my hair look balanced again since it says it can also be used on brunette hair to combat brassy unbalanced hair. OMG did it do the trick. I followed the directions and lathered twice, I didn't use conditioner afterwards but after towel drying my hair used my leave-in conditioner and then blow dried it. It looks brand new, like I just left the salon and my hair no longer looks choppy and orange! Such a great buy it's so cheap and perfect to prolong those costly salon visits! The multiple benefits this shampoo provides anyone with blonde hair, whether natural or color-treated, are unparalleled by any other product on the market. It's the best product available for keeping those brassy undertones at bay, and keep the platinum shades looking bright. It may take a few Washes to get use to applying a very purple shampoo to your hair, but there's nothing more effective for removing orange or brassiness from blonde hair. It's so effective in fact, it can be used as a toner after you've bleached your hair to neutralize that ugly orangey color that's inevitable regardless of your natural color. We've all seen people walking around with that orangey hair with white roots after bleaching their hair. It's not exactly the best look for anybody. Especially when it can be avoided and get more natural and blended results simply by applying this shampoo after you rinse the bleach out and letting it sit for a few minutes before rinsing out. It works the same way as the toner your stylist would charge an arm and a leg for to tone your blonde at a salon. Immediately after rinsing the bleach from your hair, while it's still wet, apply the shampoo and keep a constant eye on it. Check your color every minute or so until you get the shade your trying to achieve, then rinse throughly followed by a deep conditioning treatment. Even if you don't get all the brassiness out the first time, give your hair a break to let the follicles close for a few days then use it to tone your hair again. But be warned, this product works FAST. Once your hair is the desired shade and free of brassiness, this shampoo with start to tint your hair purple if left on for more than a minute or so. But nothing works better to neutralize any orange or brassiness out of your hair. I have naturally golden blonde hair but love to brighten it up with cooler and more platinum highlights: to keep the brightness of my highlights I use purple shampoo all the time. I have tried many igk products, but never their purple line. My last hair appointment got canceled and my hairdresser couldn't get me in for another month so hair was in desperate need of purple products when I received it. This shampoo along with the conditioner and toner spray but my hair back to life. It took the brassiness right away and brought back that cooler tone blonde I strive for. The shampoo didn't really have a smell. Not only was my hair brighter after use but it felt clean and moisturized as well. I also liked that the shampoo and other products didn't tinge my hair purple, like some other purple products I have used have. I like the idea of having a matching toning conditioner to go with a toning shampoo; in theory it sounds great. The Blonde Pop conditioner is okay but not exceptional and I think it could have been executed slightly better. It really doesn't have much in the way of toning properties like the shampoo does and considering that purple shampoos tend to be a little bit more drying, I was hoping that this conditioner would be slightly more hydrating / moisturizing to compensate for any extra dryness that might be incurred from the shampoo. That being said, this feels like a very basic conditioner. Those who have normal to slightly oily hair May find this amount of hydration completely sufficient but anyone who suffers from drier hair may find this slightly lacking. I don't think it's a bad product and I'm sure that there are people who will find this to be a great companion for the matching shampoo; for my hair type I just happened to wish that it gave me a little bit of some extra benefits that I'm not getting. Hair type: Thin, chemical damage, wavy, shoulder length My hair has been color treated with highlift blonde colors and high volume percent developer for years. It is somewhat dry due to the chemical treatments. When I began using the IGK Blonde Pop Toning Shampoo I found that just a small amount produced rich, thick suds. I left it on for 3 minutes. I followed it with the IGK Blonde Pop Conditioner and LA Blonde Purple Toning Treatment Spray. Even though the product is a bright purple, it does not impart any purple tones to my hair. The scent is just right, not overpowering. With just this first use of the 3 products I noticed an immediate reduction of the brassiness that I have due to the frequent coloring. These products bought out true blond tonal color in my hair. They also combined to make my hair softer, more manageable and have a beautiful shine. Redken products very rarely ever let me down. The much improved Blondage line took the place of the previous Blonde Idol line which did not lather very well but did neutralize brassiness just the same. The Blondage is less floral smelling than Blonde Idol but still has a clean scent to it that isn’t overwhelming or powerful to sensitive noses. The only “slightâ€� downside to Blondage is that the purple pigmentation will definitely stain skin if not thoroughly rinsed out – trust me, I walked around at work with a lavender tinted front hairline once. 🤣barbara.f
I have tried every purple shampoo out there and most leave me disappointed at best. So, trying Redken Color Extend Blondage Color Depositing Shampoo I wasn't expecting too much to be honest. However, I got much more than expected when I recieved these items complimentary to try and review. First, it smells incredible! Secondly, it is extremely pigmented with a rich purple color that lathered up easily from the smallest amount, I really worked it in to my hair from the roots to the tips. I didn't use gloves during the application and my hands rinsed clean without staining. After a couple minutes I rinsed thoroughly and am amazed at the results from just one use. My hair is considerably less brassy from the first use, almost as if I had used a toner. I did tone my extensions with this shampoo mixed w a small bowl of water and they came out perfectly matching my hair, a cool ash blonde. I'm going to apply on dry hair tomorrow and let it set for 10 or 15 min to see if a more dramatic look can be achieved before washing out. I followed this with Redken Cat treatment and lastly Redken color extend blondage conditioner to leave my hair soft, smooth and #Redkenready. I am already in love with Redken Blondage color depositing shampoo and the brass banishing benefits it brings after just one use! I tried this when I ran out of my normal shampoo and conditioner. I’m indifferent for a couple of reasons. First the pros are it smells great. My hair felt good and soft and the blonde looked great. The cons are I noticed more than normal hair loss with this shampoo. From other reviews I’ve read it’s happened to many others and I have sensitive skin and sometimes it would irritate me and sometimes it wouldn’t. I probably wouldn’t use again unless I literally had no other options.megan.h

I have lots of hair that tends dry. The strands are fine but there are a lot of them. There is a strong wave that goes from defined ringlets to wild frizz. This product applied generously to the top 3/4 of my hair when wet in conjunction with curl definer of choice on the ends gives me a 3 day do. This leave your hair feeling so soft!! I love that it doesn’t weigh the hair down or make it greasy! I use quite a lot as I don’t use conditioner in the shower so while my hair is quite damp I spray it liberally and then leave it in a microfibre towel. This is a brilliant colour Enhancing conditioner . Unlike normal conditioners, it has a very thick consistency and it feels more like you are applying a hair mask. It made my hair feel really hydrated and nourished. My hair also felt smooth and silky soft. Hair colour was noticeably enhanced and more vibrant, radiant and glossy looking. The packaging is a nice pink colour and looks expensive and it certainly looks good on the bathroom shelf. The conditioner also smells wonderful too and the scent lingers for days. I have been using Tigi hair products for a few years now. This is the first time that I have purchased this particular hair duo. For me, its not a good as the other products that I have used. It made my head feel a bit dry and I found that I was scratching my head later in the day when using this. As soon as I used my elasticate Tigit shampoo and conditioner the itchiness went away. Therefore, I would not recommend this particular product if you have a sensitive scalp.Anonymous
Catwalk's violet shampoo works great to get rid of brassiness. It is very conditioning and smells amazing! A little goes a long way too! I really like the cap on this bottle…might sound odd, but when you're fumbling in the shower, the fact that it has a screw cap really helps! Overall, this is a great violet shampoo!

This works but the bottle needs a serious redesign. My shower had to be cleaned with bleach because this kept leaking out the top. I ended up splitting it into 2 travel bottles to stop this from happening. I didn’t notice a strong scent to it, which I appreciate. It is a little drying, but no more than any other toning shampoos. However, this also isn’t any better than others to be able to validate spending the same price for something 1/3 of the size. Overall, I’m not a huge fan and would skip over this product if given a second bottle.Bek N.
Compare to the other brand products this one is really awesome for my hairs! I double process my hair quite often and this is the only shampoo that gets rid of any brassiness and orange tone that can happen. Unlike other purple shampoos that dry your hair out and sometimes turn your hands/shower/everything purple, Purple Reign is insanely moisturizing!! My hair feel incredible after just one use not to mention it controls my brass without turning my hands purple! Seriously this is a NEED for anyone who is highlighting their hair!
