1. Serfas Rx-921v Men's Rx Saddle

Product Details:
Serfas' rx saddle has been medically tested and proven to provide excellent support and comfort so you feel great on all your rides. it boasts a cutaway top that minimizes pressure, dual-density padding for cushioning, a protective layer of friction-fighting reactive gel and a wide tail for additional support. what's more, the split design allows the two sides of the seat to flex independently for even more comfort.
Specifications:
Reviews:
We are old and ride a lot of miles. We call these old man saddles. They are nicely cushioned, full split down the middle to help prevent numbness, and the sides work independently adding more comfort. Unfortunately, the cover wears out after a few thousand miles, so you end up buying more. Wish Serfas would upgrade that feature.Myrkle
I've owned and loved the related product, the Serfas 921V for years on my hardtail MTB, so when I picked up a Specialized Diverge recently, this saddle seemed worth a shot. I rode with it during the Melburn Roobaix on the weekend over some pretty rough cobblestones and at the end of the ride my backside was still good to go. For context I'm a 65kg rider, who likes riding a combination of sealed and gravel/dirt paths. While I'm at the lighter end of the scale, I'm also quite skinny around the sit bones. Combined with an aversion to wearing padded shorts, firm saddles used to leave me feeling quite sore on both the squishy bits and the sit bones at the end of a long, bumpy ride. This saddle gives me none of that. I'm also running 700x30c tyres at 50psi to help soften the ride a little, so your mileage may vary if you're a much heavier rider, or running much higher pressures. If you're already riding with padded shorts but need a bit more, then this might be what you need.infinity.04
The sales associate who helped me find this saddle told me to give it a couple weeks and call back to let them know how it is…well I never did that but WOW – most comfortable seat ever!!!! For real, I rarely have sore glutes following big rides, and typically wear unpadded pants so this seat is fantastic. The middle split is also great – provides much needed ventilation. Totally worth the price!Megan
2. Fizik Argo Tempo R1 Saddle 160mm Black

Product Details:
The fizik tempo argo r1 is a carbon road bike saddle designed for long days spent in the saddle. with a snub-nosed design and generous cushioning, riders will find the fizik tempo argo r1 carbon road bike saddle increases comfort and stability by allowing a more forward sitting position. while they benefit from its carbon-reinforced nylon shell and stiff carbon rails which keep weight low and has the added benefit of increasing rider efficiency through better power transfer. the tempo argo's short length and short nose keep the rider in a planted position that increases stability and promotes better weight distribution that delivers a riding feel that suits the balanced geometry of endurance and all-road bikes. to ensure rider comfort, the tempo argo takes advantage of fizik's proprietary type 2 foam which promotes a more upright riding position and features softer padding for increased long-distance comfort. in addition, the ergonomic cut-out reduces the unnecessary pressure on the pelvis and sit bones you'd expect when adopting a more forward position. with the fizik tempo argo r1 carbon road bike saddle, you'll find weekend gran fondos more comfortable and your legs and undercarriage feeling less tired after every ride!
Reviews:
I bought this saddle a month ago to replace an OEM saddle on a Norco Search XR that was simply too flat/race specific … and altogether uncomfortable for my age and flexibility. The Tempo Argo R3 was suggested after using Fizik's saddle finder tool, inclusive of knowing my sitting bone width. The Tempo Argo R3 is designed to seat the less flexible rider in a more fixed position by having 2cm less nose to slide forwards/backwards and also having a raised/wider sitting section at the rear. I've followed Fizik's general advice that the front 75mm of the saddle should be perfectly horizontal and so far I'm finding the required comfort through the entire 2-3 hours of my average ride. Possibly I may tilt the nose of the saddle a degree or two upwards to create a 'hollow' and see if this keeps me more planted in the saddle's comfy spot. Build quality is superb and it looks like it will last.Mr Ad
This saddle is pretty firm but offers wider sizes for wider sitbones and good relief from the carve out. I have this and the Specialized Power saddle and they both feel extremely similar so my suggestions would be to buy whichever one of those is more competitively priced at the time.Party Size
With all the hype around short nosed wider saddles like the Specialized Power I thought I would give this new Fizik a try. My previous saddle was a Fizik Aliante in standard width and no cutout. I found the Aliante reasonably comfortable for rides up to around 3 hours but then would start getting a bit sore beyond that. Hence my reason to try something different. I’ve used the Argo a fair bit on the Turbo and on a 100 km outdoor ride. I have to say on the whole it’s pretty comfortable and I think I prefer it to the Aliante. It feels more comfortable in the drops with the cutout and the wider base gives great support when climbing. The padding is a little more plush than the Aliante too, but still on the firm side. I did still get a little sore after 4 hours in the saddle, but no major issues. So it’s a keeper for now. One thing to note is the rail adjustment. Rail centre is significantly more rearward than the Aliante so could be a problem for some if they need to mount their saddle further forward. But the range of adjustment was fine for me. Another point of note is the smooth surface finish, which Is a totally different finish to my Aliante, which has a rough texture which grips your shorts. On the plus side the smooth finish makes it easy to adjust your position, but it also means you can slide around a little unintentionally. But not a big deal as long as it doesn’t polish up too much with wear. Build quality seems solid and it’s a good looking saddle on the bike. Minimal graphics makes it a pretty stealthy option too. Price perhaps a little on the high compared to competitors, but it is a brand new model and the finish is good.Pete
3. Fizik Arione R1 Open Large Saddle – Black

Specifications:
Weight | 2 lb |
Reviews:
I have used these for a number of years and I still worry when any changes to the saddle are made, just in case it doesn’t feel quite the same. However, the open saddle with full carbon rails does not disappoint. Use a completely different Fizik for my XC MTB (R3 Antares Evo), but whilst this feels great on the mountain bike, the R1 is fantastic on the road. Super comfortable even for a ageing years!!Jim C
A bit on the expensive side and there are without a doubt good or even better items for less money. But the looks matched my bike and I know that Fizik provides quality products so I bought this to replace my Alpaca Terra saddle from the same brand. More suspension and support, a bit more padding too to cushion a bit when I sit on this Antares saddle. On longer rides I will feel more comportable without a doubt and since the saddle does give a little (not as stiff as the Alpaca) bumps along the way won't be much of a problem anymore! But since the price is a bit steep, I'm only giving 4/5Sebastian
This is the most awesome saddle I've ever ridden. Though not quite the flexability of "snake" I do need to move about, especially on longer rides. With 135mi of dedicated bicycle trails here in Tucson, there's plenty of riding to do. As a 6'2" guy at 180lbs with a 110mm sit bone width I got the regular width, 130mm, saddle. Fizik doesn't measure/size saddles this way, but thought it may be useful to include my specs. This saddle gives me the room I need to fidget and find that sweet spot. Though pricey, it's at mile 30+ when you really start to appreciate this saddles value! When you suddenly realize you're not feeling any aches or pains and just want to keep rolling along, even when only wearing lightly padded tri-comp shorts. So pleased that I got one for each my titanium and carbon bike. Lean with smooth lines; surprisingly adequate padding and superior engineering design makes this like none other. All tightly assembled with no loose ends, very professionally done with an exacting eye for detail…quite an impressive piece of workmanship. If you're serious about cycling and have a few extra bucks you should consider this saddle. I believe you will not be disappointed.marqr924

Reviews:
I purchased this saddle after reading many reviews online. The reason I chose this saddle was that I was looking to find a saddle that made my riding much more comfortable, got rid of saddle sores and chaffing. (My previous saddle had worn out and was causing issues). I knew I was taking a risk, given than the saddle doesn't suit everyone, and it is not inexpensive. With my first ride I definitely knew that I was riding on a firm, stiff saddle, but strangely, it felt good. I really liked how easy it was to move around on the saddle. I have ridden about 275 miles on the B17 and I am finding it better than my previous saddles. I expect it to continue to mold itself to me. If there were any issue I had with this saddle, and it is not with the saddle itself, but that there is a product (a small amount is included with the saddle) that must be applied to the new saddle that takes about a week to soak in before the saddle should be used. I only learned this after purchasing the saddle and reading the instructions. After all of this, I purchased a second B17 saddle for my second bike. Also, if you would be riding this saddle in the rain be sure to purchase the Brooks rain cover for the seat; leather doesn't like water.Richard D
Just a fantastic saddle. I had tried a number of different saddles and couldn't find anything even close to comfortable on a long ride. I saw a video on Youtube about Brooks saddles and decided to give it a shot, figuring if it didn't work out, I could return it. This is the most comfortable saddle I've ever ridden right out of the box, and they just get better as they get broken in. This is actually my 3rd Brooks B-17 that I've bought. I like them so much I've put one on all 3 of my bikes. Worth every last penny!Jason
This is a beautiful bike saddle. It was a gift for a long distance cyclist who needed pressure relief. The saddle is extremely well made and built to last. It looks good but might be best for regular long distance cyclists as it does take a few hundred miles before it starts to 'break in'. XXCycle are reliable and the saddle was impeccably wrapped and packaged. It arrived sooner than I expected and communication was good throughout the process. The saddle was also reasonably priced which is why I chose to buy from XXCycle.Catriona

Reviews:
Sit bone width 113 Saddle width 143 After spending a season on the Specialized Power Saddle, I found that there were some pressure points that developed for me over some of my longer rides. After a bit of research I found that the Specialized Power Arc saddle was specifically with a different curve than the original Power saddle. This means that if you want a Power saddle but you felt like the original power didn't fit well for you, then this is your answer. For me this was the case. I found that I was able to ride on this saddle more comfortably and for longer than I was able to ride on the sister saddle. I also found that by comparison, I lost none of the gains in power that the saddle allowed me to have. That being said, this still isn't a great long distance saddle. You're going to be much better off using the Romin saddle if you want a similar fit for anything longer than 70-80 miles of riding. The overall design of the saddle is perfect for allowing you to put down the power. The shape of the saddle in the rear is more flat, and the middle cutout makes it ideal for any type of riding, road, gravel or mountain. The shorter nose allows for more aggressive positioning when needed although you should note that you will likely need to make some fore and aft adjustments to your regular saddle position by comparison. Between this saddle and the Power Arc saddle, if you're on the hunt for a new seat, I firmly believe that you'll find a great fit on one or the other of the two after trying both.Crozier
I believe the sizing was right for me, 143mm for 110-115mm sit bones. Saddle is not ideal for regular road riding positions, not comfortable. very comfortable however descending/ in the drops being aggressive. As advertised so not marked down for that. if you're doing a 60km+ ride I don't think you will likely be in these aggressive positions for long so consider what will suit the riding you'll be doing. I think the aesthetic finish/ build quality is lacklustre for a £115 (rrp) saddle. The fabric is crudely bonded to the plastic on the underside with a very ugly creaased seam. The likes of a £35 fabric saddle have a much nicer seamless finish underneath. I also find their saddles uncomfortable though. Not the lightest saddle at this price point.Billy M.
I first purchased a Knock-Off Power Saddle, then purchased a Specialized Power Saddle from Jenson's. To the naked eye, they appear to be identical. Even plastic base is molded the same as carbon base of the Specialized saddle. The differences start with the lack of flexing in the Specialized saddle, compared to the Knock-Off. To me, the cushioning is a bit firmer, maybe because Specialized saddle has no flex. Over longer rides, my butt can tell the difference, Specialized Power Saddle WINS. Sometimes I forget about what I'm sitting on. The only negative might be the fact that it's harder to ride, no hands, because of the shorter length seatDavid

My three year old spin bike only got an occasional dust off, was too uncomfortable to workout with due to the racing style bike seat.
Very comfortable. What else are you looking for in a saddle !?João
I tried many saddle but this one just fit right in even on the very first ride.wifekomd

The brooks b17, another top quality bike saddle which represents 140 years of craftsmanship. the undoubted supremacy of brooks saddles is largely due to their irreproachable quality in every detail. the leather is absolutely the best obtainable and is thoroughly adapted for its purpose. retention of shape, and even improvement after the break-in period, is the crucial test of a leather top and is one of the chief characteristics of brooks saddles. a broken-in brooks is the only saddle whose shape becomes truely yours. an important feature of leather is its porosity. invisible pores in the hide provide natural ventilation. brooks saddles are always cool to ride, so they stay comfortable on the longest rides on the warmest days.

I use my bicycle for working out, and for recreation. I first used another brand witch was good for a short distance, but I needed something that was more durable, and kinder to my rear. The saddle does needs to break in, but gets more and more kinder each ride. I do not mind the extra care that is needed for the saddle and understand how good leather works. My advice on the care is just follow Brooks instructions. PROS: Durable BEST USES: Long Rides, All Around, CommutingDanny
Great saddle. If you take care of it it will take care of you. This saddle replaced a 1950's Brooks Pro that still works but has seen better days. If you like classic styling, comfortable rides then this is for you. PROS: Durable CONS: Don't Be A Weight Weenie BEST USES: All Around, Long Rides, CommutingIrving
9. Pro Stealth Carbon Saddle 142mm Black

Product Details:
A trend over the past couple of years has surfaced where pro riders were using stubbier saddles during tt's. the governing body mandates a certain "nose of the saddle behind the center of bottom bracket" distance and by running a shorter saddle, a rider can position the saddle for a more aero, forward position without infringing on the setback rule. one such model is pro's stealth carbon saddle. it features a large anatomic recess area designed to help reduce pressure on soft tissue areas while riding in a deep, an aero position. if you subscribe to the "slam-that-stem" set or can't wait to animate the day's breakaway, the pro stealth carbon saddle might be your cup of tea.this stealth carbon saddle uses lightweight 7x9mm oval carbon rails for durability and stiffness while helping quiet road noise. the smooth pu cover reduces friction with cycling shorts for an uninterrupted pedal stroke. widths of 142 and 152mm are available and the stiff and lightweight carbon reinforced polymer in-mold construction provides support and riding comfort. on top of the shell, eva foam yields proper padding between you and your machine for all-day comfort. a wider nose creates stability and a powerful pedaling platform, while the rear flares up providing a stable support to brace against while climbing. under the rear of the saddle, the accessory mount allows you to install a race number, light, fender, or camera mount.

Reviews:
Love this saddle. Supports me correctly and no numbness anymore. My previous saddle was a Specialized Power which was ok, but would make me go numb after about an hour. Build quality is 100% better on the Pro Stealth. The only thing I don’t like is the white line on top, wish it was The blue colour that Pro uses for their logo.Ryan Glahs
I've had this saddle for about a month now. It actually took me several weeks to dial in the fit properly. I was having issues with saddle sores from my previous saddle, and it continued onto this one. While I usually keep my saddles flat, I ended up tilting this one slightly downwards at the nose. This means that the back of the saddle kicks up quite a bit. In this position it’s very comfortable. I’m tall and with a wide frame, and the 152mm version fits me very well. The nose may be wider than most, but I don’t even notice it being there myself. I like the very flat side to side shape of the saddle which again fits me well. I also love the short length of the nose, which I need as I run a zero setback seatpost with the saddle all the way forwards, which means that regular saddles will usually be hitting the back of my thighs when I’m climbing out of the saddle. No such issues with this one! For being a high end saddle the price is acceptable, and the build quality appears flawless. I would recommend it to anyone, especially if you have a wider frame and you like a flat saddle shape.Harald
10. Fizik Aliante R1 Carbon Braided Saddle – Regular – Black

Product Details:
The fizik aliante r1 saddle with carbon braided rails is a lightweight and durable saddle that doesn't sacrifice comfort. the aliante r1 has been a favorite among every stripe of cyclist, which makes it the perfect choice if you're searching for a new saddle type. the aliante r1 features fizik's bull shape profile. the bull saddle shape offers a saddle with a larger, deeper pocket to accommodate less flexible riders who rotate their pelvises forward when they ride. the r1's body also includes the twinflex foundation, which offers a more forgiving interior to cushion your perineum with a stiffer outline to guarantee support. fizik uses carbon-injected nylon for the r1's twinflex body, making it considerably lighter than the r3 which uses glass fibers. to save additional weight, fizik uses braided carbon fiber for the r1's rails. the braiding is tough as well, providing a new level of strength against both the clamping force of your seatpost and the load the saddle bears — making rail failure a thing of the past. to finish off the r1, fizik uses a black microtex cover that will keep your saddle looking good season after season.
Reviews:
Saddle is very comfy for long ride.No regrets.Best upgrade ever!Mohamad
This is the best saddle I have owned. Very comfy from the off done 300 miles and no sore bits. Doesn't look special and the gloss/shiny plastic sides (while great for protecting the saddle from wear from the inevitable wall lean – that we should not do but always end up doing at some point) would look better if they were matte black..Liam

I've wanted to be part of the cool Brooks team for awhile now and finally decided to give this one a try, especially since it's supposedly ready to ride with little to no break-in compared to its leather counterparts and weather-proof which is great for the damp PNW Winters. Take my review as you will as saddles are a very personal experience. I'm speaking only of my own experience, preference, and anatomy. To give some context, I tested it for a few weeks on my daily 12 mile commute without padded shorts as I was looking for a comfortable enough seat that I wouldn't need to wear padded shorts to ride for this shorter distance. I ride an '80s Schwinn road bike as my commuter with bull horn handlebars (to give you a sense of my body positioning). Here's the scoop: The cut out is great! That's often the first thing I look for. The bigger the better, and this one is totally adequate. However, I tried to reposition the saddle and my body in various angles, forward, back and everything in between to make this work, but man, my sit bones were screaming. It was just too hard for me. I've researched the heck out of saddles by now and I know that more padding isn't better necessarily, but I need a little something. By the third day of each week's commute, it was hard to sit on the saddle at all. I was pretty bummed because it is so well-made and looks so good! It's just not for me, but it might be for you!Rootsandgreens
I purchased this saddle as a more weather resistant version of the the leather B17. I have ridden a bazillion miles on B17's and love them. By far the most comfortable saddle I have ridden on. The Cambium certainly looks like a Brooks–it does have a very different feel though. It's a very solid platform. I expected it to break in a bit over time but that really did not happen, it's stiff as a board 3 years later. This is fine on most rides, but on the first long ride I did the discomfort began to set in at hour 6. By hour 10 I could barely sit on it without wincing. Everybody will have a different reaction, but for me, it is a great saddle for most rides, and not very comfortable on long rides. It is also great for crap weather. Pouring rain does not faze the saddle in the least.dano
I wish I could review this without giving it a score because saddles are so subjective. The build quality of the Cambium is very good (though it can squeak), it's definitely all-weather, and the back has handy attachment points for bags and straps. I first tried the narrower C15 with the (now discontinued?) cotton top, found it too painful a saddle after many seat and cockpit adjustments, returned it for the C17 (now without cotton), and after similar adjustments I found the C17 only moderately more comfortable (better size for me and my riding position) but still painful within an hour of riding. I feel like a Cambium saddle needs to fit your anatomy spot-on, because if it doesn’t then it’s very apparent that you are sitting on hard hard rubber (even with the slight give it provides can carve cutout). After 6 months of riding there was a little bit of a break-in, but if felt more like sag rather than forming to my shape. The newer non-cotton version also has very little friction, and I was constantly slipping forward and readjusting myself while riding. This required me to tilt the front of the saddle up rather comically to better achieve the “hammock” feel (and I’ve since seen this up-tilt from others using this saddle) but this made the carve cutout…let's say more apparent. Beware too if you scoot too far back because the rivets are very uncomfortable to sit on. I really really wanted to like this saddle for commuting and touring, and truthfully I was in denial for a bit because of the brand-name and price. But where other saddles can get away with feeling moderately okay even if they don’t fit you perfectly, the Cambiums seem all or nothing, in my opinion. I eventually replaced mine with the slightly padded, much cheaper Charge Spoon. I would still recommend riders try this out to see if it’s their Goldilocks saddle if only because REI’s return policy is so good.Duart

14. Wtb Sl8 Saddle – Carbon Black Narrow

Product Details:
Being very kind to the scales and shedding over 100 grams to the entry-level sl8, the wtb sl8 carbon saddle instantly becomes the best friend of weight-conscious racers. the 155 gram sl8 carbon rewards you with a weight that is on-par with top-tier carbon saddles, but at a more budget-minded cost. the sleek and trim profile immediately sets a strikingly different tone than wtb’s traditional line-up. built for uncompromised, racing comfort and shedding all unneeded weight, the sl8 is the elite saddle for performance-focused riders. the shortened overall length makes your on-off bike transitions seamless and snag-free, while the narrowed main body of the sl8 reduces thigh chaffing as you’re tucking in for effective time-trial positioning. thin padding helps maximize road feedback and keep the overall weight low. wtb recommends the sl8 for mixed-uses from adventure road to drop-in gravity racing.
Reviews:
I have 125mm sit bones when in about 45 degree riding position which seems to be a little wide for most guys. I picke dup the Deva as a last previous year demo for real cheap, and so far it is my favorite saddle. Over the past 6 years I have tried everything from $20-$330 saddles trying to find the magical saddle that never causes pain. However I kept coming back the the Deva. After about 4 years the plastic developed an annoying creaking sound, so I am now trying the new Koda to see how it compares to the Deva. I am in no way upset about the sound since 4 years for a saddle that I beat up mountain biking is good enough for me. I haven't had the Koda long enough to give a thorough review other than it is similar to the Deva but slightly shorter and more padded. I'm still not sure if those are good qualities or not.RimpoFoSho
Comes in widths, which matters to me. Super comfortable for any length of ride. A bit long in the nose; sometimes snags shorts on techy stuff, but not often. Problem is both rails snapped off on a small drop. WTB promptly replaced it. A few months later, the second seat lost a rail on a flat section of trail while pedalling. I hope the F35 uses better titanium. I'll be looking for something more durable.tyrebyter
The WTB Volt Saddle was always my favorite – comfy for long miles and plenty of options for moving around on even the longest rides – and multi-day rides too. But even though the WTB Rocket Saddle has a very similar shape, it ups the ante with more padding that achieves a comfort level that makes even the Volt pale in comparison. Highly recommended!

I feel like every long ride I take with local groups, I see others with this saddle (or another Brooks variation). I’m now two weeks into riding it and I have to say even though it is firm, it is comfortable. When I hit bumps, I don’t feel the post in the center like my old saddle because of the leather and the way it is stretched. When I took a break mid ride in 90 degree sunny weather, it wasn’t burning hot when I got back on to ride. Im only 100 miles in but excited to have this saddle for a long time. Totally worth it to me.Mary

This seat is perfectly wide (more wide than the commuter seat) but also not obnoxiously wide. Works great to replace the hard narrow seat my bike came with. It looks stylish and quality seems okay, but what I’d expect for the price. I wish it was a tad more padded but overall not bad.Peretz12
I used it today for the first time. I must've got lucky cause I put it on and didn't really have to adjust it to find the "perfect" fit. It is way better than the original bike seat. When I used the original bike seat, I had to keep standing up on my pedals cause my bottom hurt. With this, I didn't have to do it at all. I rode 10 miles and the seat should be the standard on bikes, not the custom part. I'm glad I found a seat I can use without having to spend extra $$$ on bicycle shorts.larrye998
I'm about 250 pounds and haven't ridden bicycles for decades. Started looking for a used bike recently and knew there were two things I didn't want this time around – those drop handlebars and the skinny seats that usually go along with them. I bought this seat to replace a slightly smaller seat and I would say this is an improvement over what the bike I bought came with. I was expecting to bottom out the springs on this seat hitting bumps but that hasn't been a problem. I will say that the springs seemed a little squeaky when I first put it on but they don't seem too bothersome after a couple of weeks of use. One thing that Did surprise me is the seat may not be 100% waterproof. Most of the time I park the bike next to the side of the house and one night we had about two inches of rain… the next day when I went for a ride I had a pretty wet butt when I got home! So now I put a plastic bag over it at night. Overall I'm quite happy with this seat.markski999

I have tried many bike seats and this has been the only one that I can ride on all day. I have bought one for every bike I own. Very comfortable and not hard. It doesnt rub on my inner thighs either. I am 52 and weigh 100lbs. I am not sure how it would fit a large person. I would not consider it oversized or wide. It is comparable in size to the memory foam seats that you see that are vented. For the price it is definitely worth a try.vetdrspot1yy9
I recently started using a Schwinn Sport Bike Saddle for my bike and I really like it. This is so much more comfortable than the seat that came on my bike. The seat is really well padded and it is cool when riding. I don’t get hot when sitting on it. The seat itself was super easy to install. I had it on my bike in a few minutes. My kids and their friends have been using my bike now since they think the Schwinn Sport Bike Saddle is more comfortable than theirs!Meg025
If you are a frequent biker, don't buy this! because the tip of the saddle hits the side of your thigh when your back is bent a little bit. This saddle is designed for cruise bikes meaning that your back should be completely straight all the time. The use can be that you wanna bike once a week and you want to be completely upright. But if you are a frequent biker that use your bike for daily commutes, it's very common for your back to be bent a little, and I think the commute bike seat of Schwinn might work for you.arty

I ride long distances on bumpy country back roads. This saddle is like riding on a pillow. I'm not kidding. There have been times that I will lift up and look at the seat to make sure it is still there. On the first ride I could feel the leather conforming to my anatomy. A week into it, this saddle feels like air under there. The saddle comes in an excellent Brooks heavy guage box, wrapped in a beautiful sheet of paper. The care instructions are easy to understand and thoughtful. The complimentary leather treatment easy to apply. It also comes with a wrench for future adjustments. The saddle is made of high quality leather mounted on a classic Brooks steel spring chasis. The craftmanship is over the top good. Mounting on my bike was easy. The overall appearance is flat out gorgeous. The large brass rivets are classic and look great with the black leather. I have this saddle mounted on a Serotta Ottrot – a perfect match!intela-49
I've ridden about 80 miles on it. After the first 30 miles, the seat has started to creak when pedaling uphill. The creak occurs on both sides of the down pedal stroke I ride a lot of 5 – 8% grades and the creaking noise is getting annoying. I am disappointed a brand new seat would have this issue. Not sure what to expect once this seat is broken in. It is still hard as a rock to my bony rear, and wearing padded shorts.kd ca
Everyone in the cycling world knows of the quality, history and tradition that stands behind a Brooks product. This is my first time puchasing a Brooks saddle. The B67. Wow the attention to detail is amazing. Even the packaging is high quality and fully recyclable. The aroma of tanned English leather when you open the box is so luxurious. They include a wrench and care instructions. Finding the best price at Bikeinn let me afford this special upgrade. My saddle traveled half way around the world and got to me in very reasonable time and in perfect condition.Patrick

This is my first SMP seat. It's much more comfortable than my Felt stock seat or my Cannnondale stock seat. It is taller, due to having more cushion, so I had to adjust height – no problem. I'm used to a flat seat and like to sit on the front of my seat when hammering or climbing, so the wave design and downturn nose took a few rides to get the seat at the right angle. Angle too far down and your pushing the handlebars too hard to stay in the seat, angle too far up and the curve makes riding the nose awkward. I think I've got it just right now. Overall, my posterior is much happier on any rides over 20 miles now.kak_rides
Really happy with this. Massive difference with previous Merida seat.Sajim
