1. Giro Women's Cadet Road Shoe – Black – 42

Product Details:
Stepping into the world of cycling requires a supportive and performance-oriented base to realize what it can offer, and the giro cadet cycling shoe delivers high-performance and value in a surprisingly versatile design. synchwire is a monofilament composite material that has revolutionized how the upper portion of a cycling shoe can fit, support, and enhance the overall performance during pedaling efforts. giro begins with one-piece synchwire, which is thermobonded to provide comfort and stiffness for indoor and outdoor cycling. the lightweight composite receives enhanced ventilation via laser perforations, making it ideal for warm indoor training and spin class sessions. at the same time, a team-up of a strong boa l6 dial and hook-and-loop strap secures the fit and offers micro-adjustments as needed. simply turn the dial to tighten and pop-out the body to release the tension.as you pedal out efforts on the bike, sole flex is a primary concern for performance. the carbon fiber reinforced composite sole transfers power effectively into the pedals to make sure you're hitting the target watts during the interval sessions, as well as reducing fatigue build-up in the feet. and the sole has 2-bolt and 3-bolt cleat compatibility, meaning you'll be able to utilize a variety of pedal options to suit your needs and maneuver the ever-changing landscape of pedals in cycle-training classes.

Love these cycle shoes. The flash of red in the design goes perfectly with my red bike. They are well ventilated for the summer months and in these winter months, I use overshoes which keeps my feet warm and dry. The tightening mechanism is really quick and easy to use. I nice touch. Very comfy, would recommend.WillyRoo
I've not really got any issues with the fit or the look and they're not uncomfortable, but my god they're noisy. On a climb all I can hear are my shoes squeaking. I'm now looking back at my older shoes wondering why they didn't squeak and it's down to materials. The uppers are entirely made of plastic, the outer, the tongue and the lacing system and they rub and squeak. I've reverted to an older pair of Empires as they're driving me mad. That'll teach me to go mid-range.morgyface

Reviews:
Pretty happy with the Torch 3. I previously had the Specialized Expert model. Same stiffness index of 8.5 but only a single boa closure and Velcro across the toe. They are a little hard to put on. Narrow throat to the shoe. The shoe fits exactly like my last shoe in same size. I do have a narrow foot and these got me well. So I rated it “runs small” because I think a more average foot might have a tight fit in this shoe. I have worn them about a half dozen rides. Power transfer is great. Very comfortable. Good price for the tech in this shoe.Guest G.
great shoes with loads of breathability from the under soul, toes and inner faces. i bought both the 2.0 and 3.0 and was surprised at the difference between them. the soul alone on the 3.0 to me felt a fair bit stiffer, the dual boas give much more control across the foot (i have narrow feet) and they have been comfortable on 70+ mile rides. it is true there isn't much padding inside, however, i wouldn't change them as you'd likely end up with hot feet. i don't feel like they need extra internally. only 2 negatives for me. 1) the tongue needs to be straight when you put them on otherwise it needs pulling around with the boas undone. 2) the boa above the tongue where you fit your foot in. the low profile boas used on the 3.0 are not the quick release type, so you need to manually wind them off to get your foot out. this surprisingly takes quite a few turns to get your foot out / in. this is why i gave them 4*. i'd avoid if you are into triathlon and want a fast transition! but for a roadie, once they're on, they're on!Rick
I have been wanting to replace my old women’s Specialized road shoes for years, and I’m so glad I finally did. After 8 years of track racing, alley cats, crits, checkpoint races, ice cream shop runs, and bike path miles it was time. The Torch 2.0’s are as comfortable and as stiff as my old pair. I’ve had no issues with the tongue as some reviewers have reported on all-day rides. I wear a size 7 in women’s or a 38 in Specialized shoes/ Euro size. As these are only the second pair of road shoes I’ve ever owned I don’t have a ton of comparative data. However, for cyclocross I wear Sidi Dominators and the Torch 2.0s are far more padded, leading to better comfort. I have zero complaints with the Torch 2.0s, I just wish I could’ve gotten them in white instead of black, because you know, ‘the rules’. C'est la Vie! PROS + BOA closure + Stiff carbon sole + Padded throughout + Unisex sizing means anyone can enjoy these moderately priced shoes + Vegan-friendly materials CONS – They’re not S Works-fit and construction are typical of lower-end or more affordable shoes – Limited color availability in a lot of sizes. How I wish I didn’t sleep on buying these immediately and scoring the white and black pair!Meg

Comfortable and secure. Plenty of room in the toe box. My first experience with the BOA dial. I find it easy to get the right tension, and I like the quick release. Easy to get on/off and adjust quickly, which I like as a casual tri-athlete. I find the toe strap essentially useless because its stiff, so its hard to make any meaningful adjustment in either direction. I understand now why reviewers of higher $$ shoes prefer double dials. But I'm happy with my purchase. On a side note, I had a terrible experience with delivery so I don't recommend any purchase from REI that will be shipped by OnTrac.MarcInWA
a decent enough shoe, overall seems well made, just not so well designed. The top strap is ridiculously short, I'm worried that by season's end the "velcro" will gunk up and there won't be enough surface area to keep it "sticky" and closed. As it is I have to really crank the strap over to fasten it. Otherwise the fit is good. I know it's a road shoe, but they could have added a bit of rubber cleating on the sole to get some walkability. Note you have to pay extra for an SPD adaptor ($) and in all likelihood an arch insert support ($$) as they are quite flatBy Fren
I tried a few pairs from other brands, a lot of style over substance going on with some of the higher priced shoes. These are spot on. Good price, comfortable, good width, firm sole. And the use of the traditional toe velcro and boa foot fastening is a winner every time. I have a high instep so had to use an insert to save getting 'hot feet' – worked a treat. I can recommend theseTharv

Reviews:
First and foremost, extremely quick shipping! I placed my order two days ago and already have my shoes. With that said, I cannot comment on the comfort level of this shoe while riding or the durability. HOWEVER, I wanted to give a sizing update because I am so very thankful that I read reviews in advance (they saved me the hassle of a return/exchange process) and heeded prior buyers' advice. I am a generally a 7.5 in most shoes including running/sneakers. This held true with older Nikes. Somewhere within the last five or so years, Nike sneakers have started running small. My present Nikes are a size 8. I ordered an 8.5 in these shoes and they fit perfectly. BOTTOMLINE: you need to add a half size to your current size in Nike sneakers or a FULL size to your normal size. I will add the caveat that my feet are on the wider side and that I am a "7.5" that would fall closer to an 8 than a 7. In the event the opposite holds true, maybe you can get away with only a half size increase.Laura
Like other reviews, you definitely need to size up. I'd recommend a half to full size bigger than what you typically wear in a Nike or a full size/size and a half from your typical shoe size. My old nike running shoes were a 7.5, but my normal shoe size is a 6.5. I ordered a 6.5 and I'm surprised my toe didn't pop out instantly; I exchanged for a 7.5 and could still use a little more wiggle room in the toe because the shape of the toe box is small and tight, but the size works. Otherwise, they are comfortable and a nice shoe. I got the white with leopard and have received lots of compliments! They also look super cool under a blacklight. 🙂M
So firstly, these are very stylish shoes. They are comfortable enough for a good ride, so no complaints there. The 'but', and why I took a star off, is because the sizing is very strange. I read reviews and ordered a shoe size up based on what others had to say. However even a size up they were WAY too small. So I exchanged them for a second size up (so now I'm two sizes above my regular 'street' shoes) and they fit perfectly. Now I know that sizing for cycle shoes can be wonky, but I compared the size 10 to my old cycling shoes and they were the same physical size despite being one being a 9 and one a 10. And a friend of mine also bought these cycling shoes but only had to size up one shoe. For reference my feet are narrow and pretty normal when I buy literally any other shoe. So be mindful of this fact when purchasing. Otherwise I am happy with the purchase and would recommend with an asterisk about sizing,Icee

I got the Shimano XC3 (SH-XC300) shoes as an upgrade over my older Shimano SH-M086L MTB which have two velcro straps plus a ratcheting buckle and a bit on the portly side at 455g per shoe with SH51 cleats (almost 400g without). The single BOA on the XC3's are nice and much faster to put on and take off. I ordered the same size euro 44 as my M086L's (no fit problems as I am a size 9 US shoe) and the XC3 shoes weigh between 324g (right shoe) and 327g (left shoe). Online I found a listed weight of 332g per shoe, so it's just about right. Stiffness of the XC3 is 5 out of 12 on the Shimano stiffness scale. They feel a bit stiffer than my M086L shoes which I used on my road bike for a season before upgrading to SPD SL. The XC3's are my new gravel bike shoes to achieve a bit less rotational weight. But let's face it, on a gravel bike you're not likely to be pedal mashing like on a road bike going hard for that KOM unless that's reeeeally your thing. Since my gravel bike weighs another 1-2 lbs more than my road bike, I was looking to reduce some weight here and there and these fit the bill. Great price on BikeINN compared to my LBS for these shoes even with shipping to Canada. Hard to go wrong with these at a price to performance ratio.Frank
The top flap overrides the padded lower flap when tightened, causing the hard edge of the upper flap to cut into the tendon on the front of my ankle. I have narrow low-volume feet, which may have contributed to this problem. Also, the BOA setup doesn't allow one to vary how much each portion of the top is tightened, causing the shoe to be overly tight around the ankle while still being too loose around the midsection and toes. I ended up returning these and replacing them with the XC1 shoes, which don't seem to have this problem, and also allow me to tighten each portion of the top independently for a more custom fit. Too bad, as I would have preferred the BOA setup since Velcro usually wears out before the shoes do.Paul
First off, the shipping was quick considering I'm on the other side of the Atlantic and I just selected regular shipping. Took only about a week. The shoes look great and appears to be very well made in typical Shimano quality. Excellent value for money and the Boa closure system allows for a great fit. Light weight and just enough stiffness that still allows you to walk comfortably. Highly recommended.Riq

Perfect fit, super comfortable. Very stiff sole that supports well in sprints.Aidan O.
My Shimano Men's RC5 Wide Road Cycling Shoes were delivered in a timely manner. I ordered the Eur 42 size Wide-Large (US 8.3). I removed my old 3-screw cleat and reattached it on the RC5 without any issues and adjusted them to a position, according to my pedaling style. Shoe fit was spot-on, the "Wide" really made a difference in comfort… I initially went to an REI store and tried the "normal" (Non-Wide 42) and the fit was tight. They did not have the Wide, so I had to order them from the REI Coop store. I was lucky to get it at a Labor Day sale, but technically, the shoe with the Boa dial laces gave the shoe a nice snug fit. It would have been nice to have a 2nd Boa dial for the front portion of the shoe, but it had velco (which as sufficient). I typically ride approximately 120-150 miles/week, but only use this Road Cycling Shoes for about 50-miles of the ride. So, far after a few weeks, the shoes perform well. I would recommend this shoe for any cyclist that have "wide" foot (I normally wear a EE shoe).Slow Fashion Wannabe
I upgraded from the RC 300 series to the 500. They seem to have an identical sole. The opening makes it easier to get in and out of the shoe, and the closing mechanism is nicer to use. Comfort and functionally I perceive them as identical, so if they cost nearly the same, the 500 would be a no brainer. As the 500 costs a lot more, I personally will buy the 300 next time as I don’t perceive them to be worth a lot more.Jorg D.
9. Shimano Sh-Rc902 Sphyre Bicycle Shoes

Product Details:
Shimano’s rc9 s-phyre cycling shoe is becoming well known for its glistening blue presence at the front of the pack and is quickly becoming what may very well be a legacy-shoe that holds its dedicated space in cycling lore. stepping into the rc9 is a unique experience, as comfort is immediate, and you can vividly imagine pro-level accelerations on your race-rides. shimano uses a 360-degree fit optimization that unifies all the individual components on the shoe to become one complete system, engineered to provide stability and maximum power transfer on the pedals. the integrated midsole and upper material comfortably envelop your foot for a secure hold, while the dual boa li2 dials and powerzone wiring guide cinch down for the optimum tension. precision cable tension is a critical performance tool, whether you are unwinding from an epic five-hour climbing session or torquing down for a finish sprint in the criterium. shimano elevates the carbon era with a supremely rigid sole that tests at a stiffness of twelve, meaning you’ll never doubt whether your efforts are going into the pedals. a unique trait for the rc9 is the incorporation of the anti-twist heel stabilizer that holds the foot in place while performing high-cadence accelerations. heel control is not an overly focused target of improvement, as modern-day training plans and single-ring gear ratios push normalized cadences higher and higher. visual upgrades include more refined venting hole placements and sleeker-looking logo placement, both of which set the rc9 as a visual icon in the peloton.

Reviews:
Fantastic shoe, just needs Lots of trial and error to dial in the fit Not as good as the previous model 901 IMO which i purchased here and tried this model out through Mantel. My 2nd phalange joint, 2 toe, rubs on the stiffer material, where a front Velcro strap would be but the shape now gives more support so your toes aren't flapping upwards. Not a problem i have with SIdi, Fizik or spezialized but a result of the flat Dynalast. An already snug fit in the mid sole width of 901 is now tighter, and the heel is super grippy but i think that would be a gewöhnheits thing. Mantel's guide is a good start for fitting size. they tend to give about 3or 4 mm extra as what you need so the shimano tend to be a a half size shorter than specialized, or FZIK so a 47 in spezialized would be 47.5 in S-Phyre. I take SIdi 48 (2010 model)and these S-phyres have more room in size 48 in toe box.i can fit a 47 in Specialized or R1 FIzik (JUST) Dynalast: Jeez are they flat!!! what that means however is a better peddling action getting over top dead center. however the bigtoe does tend to work more, and be prepared for a lot of trial and error with the Insole, which with the 2 height inserts are significantly better than FIZIK or Spezialized. I ended up adding a little to the toe are of the Insole to give a little bit more curve, punched holes for breathing, and fashioned a proper metatarsal button, and used specialized Vagus wedges ( Orange) to increase the supination. As I said they are the flattest but the power transer is really very good. be also prepared for calf pains ( went away) and hotspots till you get a decent button fitted. They are a bit 'Road Buzzy' but moving the cleats back and forth did help and sanding the Insole underneath my right Big toe (like with Solestar)reduced the Buzz a tad more that i was feeling there. Great shoe, but give time for dialing in, hense 4 stars . Hope that helps you in your decision making!mark Ro.
Really nice road cycling shoe…but expensive, so look for a sale. Great construction and materials are used. Coming from a Velcro and ratchet shoe, I really liked the 2-boa system; it provides finer adjustments with no pressure points and is still really easy to adjust while riding. It comes with a couple of inserts for normal and high arches and also has a couple of grippy sections on the inside at the heel to keep the back of your foot in place. It’s also a pretty stiff and airy shoe and would almost certainly require different socks and/or a cover for non-summer riding. Overall, great!Josh Z.
These were my first pair of top tier cycling shoes. I was quite impressed with the feel overall, it was secure but not restrictive enough to feel like the sizing was wrong. One of the noticeable differences from my previous pair of shoes these are narrower overall. So much so that asking the misses about it and she said the same thing. Even at low tensions on the BOA dials my feet were definitely secured in the shoe and it felt comfortable. A problem I ran into though was after 30m (trainer only) my toes would go numb. As much as I would have like to think it was my fault for this, I tried to change my cleat positions a few times, lower tension on the BOA dials (I tend to like them tight), and even restricting my power output. None of my changes were met with positive results as right at the 30 minute mark my toes would go numb, which led me to return the shoes. Going back to my Fiziks (not wide versions I should add) I had no issues riding for hours on the trainer or outdoors with foot numbness. Overall the fit was great, but the narrow design caused issues for me.Antonio G

Reviews:
I'm a newcomer to clip-in shoes and purchased these two-bolt and three-bolt compatible cleats in anticipation of maybe switching to SPD-SL cleats in the future. However I had the same issues as Al2018 in that you need a pontoon adapter (SM-SH40 – sold separately, not through MEC) to properly use SPD cleats, and that the sizing is a bit on the small side. Before installing the cleats I returned and exchanged for the Shimano ME1s a size larger and have had no issues. I would recommend MEC add a disclaimer about these being two-bolt compatible out of the box, as there is no information to tell people otherwise until the shoes have been purchased and you realize that things aren't working like they are supposed to.TH3W
Bought these as my first experiment going clipless (and paired them with the MEC WPD-M17C Clipless Pedals w/2-hole SPD cleats). Even though others have said these shoes need an adapter to work with SPD cleats, I've had no problem using them without the adapter plate (mind you walking in the shoes with cleats without the adapter is dicey). Was afraid of ordering online but found the size just right (wear shoes that are US 11, 11.5, and 12 depending on brand; ordered these in size 47). Still early days (i.e. < 100km) but very happy.Grumpy FOSIL
I've been using these for about a month. First time I've used cycling shoes. Very easy to attach the cleats, comfortable on medium – long rides. Not too stuff, easy to clip and unclip, fairly easy to walk on when off bike. Definitely recommend as a shoe for people new to it. Initially ordered wrong size and exchange was easy. I'm size 10.5 UK for trainers, 10 for leather shoes, and size 47 was the right size for meMatthewKew
11. Fizik Tempo Powerstrap R5 Road Shoes – Black – 36

Product Details:
The fizik tempo r5 powerstrap is a versatile road bike shoe that is excellent on paved roads. it distinguishes itself from other road bike shoes due to the innovative powerstrap velcro strap. most velcro straps pull two sides of the shoe towards each other. the innovative powerstrap of the tempo r5 winds itself around the instep and side of the shoe. due to the elastic ribbon, the shoe adjusts itself to the shape of your foot and pressure is divided equally over the foot. this ensures an optimal fit and very high wearing comfort. the r5 nylon composite outsole provides a wonderful balance between comfort and stiffness. this outsole is reinforced with carbon, which improves power transmission to the pedals. meanwhile the comfort of the shoe remains excellent, making the fizik tempo r5 powerstrap suited for long distance use as well.

Good fit. I was previously using a 42 Shimano, that hurts my big toe, even though it is wide enough. I tried this Fizik Powerstrap R5 and it fits perfectly. Also everybody is asking where I got this. The matte black looks really nice, it really stands out. I can wear any color socks with it.Jake
After a months use I feel I can write a balanced review of the shoes. My first point is that the size guide is accurate and I took my usual shoe size. These shoes have an smart “premium” look at what I consider to be the top price I would pay for my needs. In terms of comfort, I found trial and patience eventually gets rid of earlier tightness and slight strap adjustments to a long way.Asyouwere
Bought a pair in black/black on top of a pair of Black/white. After much research went 1/2 size up and glad I did as they fit perfectly with room in the toe box without any heel slip. I like the Velcro straps and prefer them over BOAs and they give a secure fit. I didn’t have any difficulty adjusting the clear position on the sole. So far they are wearing well and the white ones clean well with a magic eraser. I usually wear a size 9 or 10 in some shoes and my foot measures exactly 283mm so went for the 44.5. I take a standard F fitting shoe so don’t know how they would be for someone who needs a wide fitTheAtomicAardvark

The shoe was overall pretty narrow when I tried it on at home, so I can only imagine how much more narrow they would feel when your feet had swollen a bit from the increased blood flow from riding. I got the "mesa" colorway and felt that they looked a bit like a dress shoe which is weird because I don't feel that way about sambas, which these are modeled after. The last/sole are stiff though and the stealth rubber is as good as its hyped to be. Had to return them due the the width issues unfortunately. I would think that these would be great shoes for around town riding, commuting, or some bmx/urban freedride stuff. They don't have the padding that the freeride or other more robust models have. On the whole a fine shoe for lighter duty or when you'll be on and off the bike a lot but wouldn't recommend for heavy trail or enduro ridingDan
I needed a stiffer shoe than my sneakers for road bicycling between 20 – 30 miles due to foot fatigue. At first this shoe worked OK, but after several rides I noticed the insole was super thin and my feet hurt. Once I replaced the insole to a more robust one used for sports, my foot pain went away. Shoe is also heavy. But on the positive side, it was affordable.Cathy C
I have been a five ten fan for years. It seems as through now that Adidas is really taking over what used to be a great brand is going down hill. I have owned about 5 pairs of the Sleuth over the past few years. They were my go to shoe for everything. The had simple restrained styling and a perfect fit. This new version is now Lets see how many logos we can throw on here so you can be a walking billboard. Anyways despite my reservations about the looks I was willing to give them a try since It is really hard for me to find a shoe that fits me well and the sleuth has been my favorite show for years. Needless to say this shoe was not it. In every Five Ten product I have ever owned I wear a 9. In fact I wear either a 9 or 9.5 in every shoe I own, but not this one. 9 is super long and super narrow I would need an 8.5, but those would be ever narrower. Anyways I am done with five ten and it makes me sad. I know they got bought out by adidas awhile ago, but they seemed to be doing their own thing up until recently. I don't know what I expected this is the same company that makes Yeezys trying to make mountain bike shoes.Ryan

Lovely shoe nearly sent back as felt super tight across the mid part of my foot. Took a punt and now they fit perfect, super comfy and so glad i kept them. BOA system as always allows perfect dialing in and thry look super cool in the grey. Only thing they are far far from waterproof and leak very quickly so overshoes needed for winter wet rides, clean up nice tho.Sico75
Almost impossible for me to find any special shoes like bike shoes, or even athletic shoes like running or tennis shoes, because my size in these non-US lasts would 14.5 which doesn't exist. In the European sizes for these Giro Sector Men's Shoes a 49 comes close to my size. European size 49 is not available in many, if any, other quality bike shoes. These shoes seem like good MTB shoes so far, stiff soles, reasonable weight and old style Boa closures. Cons for these shoes for me are because, though these shoes are the perfect length for my feet, the shoes are too wide for me in size 49. Shoe width has never been a problem for me when wearing medium D width shoes in size 14 in US made dress shoe. And the cheaper Boa closures do not have micro-adjust to loosen them, you have to pop the Boa knob, release all the tension and start over tightening them, being careful not to tighten them too much or you will have release all tension and start over again. Hence 4 stars.Jeffrey L.
Bought these for gravel riding. Now that I?ve ridden them a number of times, I?m going to replace my road pedals with SPDs so I can use them for road too. First, the BOAs. Superb. easy on, easy adjusting, easy off. Careful, its easy to overtighten, but a snap to fix on the fly. Second, fit. My old Giros were 44s, so I ordered 44s. These shoes have a very roomy toe box, they kinda seemed too big at first but they weren?t. Even with my duck shaped feet my toes have some wiggle room, but the shoes still feel snug enough so they don?t slip. I will use these for the winter and maybe try some 43.5s for thin sock weather. That roomy toe box keep feet warm when its cold, too tight means cold feet. Third, the materials. Though the uppers seem thin, my feet have been as warm as any shoe I have ridden. lastly, the look. These are some beautiful shoes, if shoes can be beautiful.j.pp279966

I’ve only owned these a few weeks but they have been great so far. Quality of the shoe is really good. I had an issue with the colors listed online but the pictures proved to be the correct color shoe after a quick chat with support. I got my usual size (11) and they fit great. I usually take a wide shoe (D) but found these kept coming up as a great option for wide feet even though they are not technically a wide size. I tossed the floppy insole in favor of a better one with arch support as well. They are comfortable to ride with, grip the pedals GREAT and are casual to wear afterwards. Worth the money all day with a good pair of flat pedals. Especially for the wide fit. I will buy another put in a heartbeat when these wear out.Daniel
I have the high top version of these, mostly for fat biking. They are plenty warm for riding down to zero degrees Fahrenheit for me and I would not say my feet run particularly warm. I am not sure if the outer is actually waterproof, but it definitely keeps moisture out for my purposes, which is typically riding in snow. I'm not stomping through puddles or anything. Grip wise they feel just like the Freerider Pros to me. Nice and sticky!Craig
Very happy with these shoes, a vast improvement over the old sneakers I had been wearing. I now have much better grip (which I expected) but I also have a significant increase in power transfer (which I was not expecting). I bought a pair a bit larger than my usual (normally size 10, I got the 10.5) as I had seen reviews that they could be a bit small – but this was unnecessary, just get your normal size and it should be fine. In terms of quality, these shoes have been great. I rode in the most appalling rain and mud, hosed the shoes down and left them to dry for 3 days and they are good as new. Admittedly I have not had them for long, but they are performing brilliantly so far.Mark L.

My shoes arrived with pen marks all over them. This does not affect the functionality of the shoes but these are not particularly cheap therefore I expected them to arrive in perfect condition. I reached out to Backcountry to reimburse me for the shoes, and they offered me $20. Pretty disappointing for such a large company. If you decide to purchase, hopefully yours don't arrive damaged!Jessie H
Altogether I tried three different indoor bike shoes. However, this shoe won hands down w/a great fit and a good-looking shoe to use w/BOWFLEX C6 INDOOR BIKE! I wear an 8.5 shoe but needed a 7.5 in this shoe. Light shoe, footbed feels great, recessed cleat channels & full rubber soles, dial laces make for EASY AND QUICK ON & OFF! Will only work w/SPD cleats (not included).Syn2022

Mihai
