OMG–this rug came in TWO DAYS!! Who does that? What a great purchase! This rug was a true, very brilliant turquoise just as pictured. Was wrapped and packaged securely. Just like all the reviews said, the loop was very thick. Even though the backing is thin, it's a really nice, high-quality backing and binding on the edge. Perfect rug to add comfort and spunk to my boy’s shared room. The orange is bold and as expected/advertised. We ordered and 8×11 and it’s just a bit shy of 11ft which ended up fit our room perfectly which is slightly under 11ft as well. The shag is soft on their feet when they wake in the morning. It vacuums well on a high setting. It was delivered rolled and folded but had no problem laying flat within a few hours. And shipping was under 5 days total. A+++!!Emjolow

I purchased this rug, based on its description of being between 5/8" and 1" pile, and after I set my search parameters to find "medium pile" rugs. It arrived yesterday, and while the ivory color is just what I was hoping for, it's MUCH longer than described. The length of the rug's pile is slightly over 1.5". Wanted to love this. Really nice rug quality for the price, really doesn’t need a pad soft on its own. The grey apricot color though isn’t accurately shown. Much darker, and there are lots of gold/green spots that look like baby puke. Went to exchange the rug for the blush color, and rugs direct DOES NOT OFFER FREE RETURNS. You still have to pay for the return label. Which for a rug this heavy and large (9×12) is VERY pricey. I don’t want to pay $100 in shipping just to exchange my rug. So I am going to live with it. I would buy another Loloi rug, just never again from rugs direct. What kind of store doesn’t offer free returns?!Elizabeth

I really love this rug. The colors are perfect and it’s very soft. However, the border binding is unraveling more each day. This is my second try. I was nervous to buy this rug when I read some of the reviews. I had already bought another different 8×10 rug from Walmart for our dining room and I LOVED it so I figured, why not! I did it and took a chance and ordered this one. I ordered the 8×10 brown and it is GORGEOUS! It looks so beautiful in our living room! It is creased but I moved all of the furniture out the room and laid the rug out for 4 hours total. I walked all over it right side up and left it for 2 hours then I flipped it upside-down and walked on it some more and left it for 2 more hours. Then I vacuumed it and then carefully put the furniture on it. After the furniture was placed I pulled each corner to help with the creases. It has already flattened out a ton! Something to know when you buy this rug; it will take a few days to a couple weeks to lay perfectly flat. The rug in our dining room is perfectly flat now and it was delivered 2 weeks ago. They do roll it up tight in packaging so you have to be patient for the creases to come out. Just keep walking on it and pull the corners everyday so you can get it flat. If you love the vintage/antique style this rug is absolutely gorgeous and you have to get it! The color and pattern is EXACTLY what I wanted and it's even more beautiful is person!Kelsi

I love this rug! I did have the unfortunate experience of having my shipping label get misplaced after I paid for 2day shipping. After waiting over a week for the rug and not getting any updates on the status, I was able to email customer service about the issue and they were quick, and so kind and polite to help out! They refunded my shipping expense, and my rug was in my possession within a week of getting the issue resolved! When I took it out of the bag, it was just what the photo looks like! Very disappointed. At the price point of this rug I expected it to have many more threads per square inch. And some of the tassels are sewn together and not separate. I purchased these rugs for a guest room , so they won't be used often but it has certainly made me think twice about getting rugs for other areas I need like my foyer and master bedroom.jwax

Size was a slightly smaller than listed, but over the years, I’ve learned that’s what to expect. It still fits perfectly in the space I bought it for. Ran the vacuum a few times over, per the instructions and it all fluffed up nicely! I did not place anything on it for 48 hours to let it settle, used weights on one end to flatten the natural up curve from being rolled/shipped. This large area rug would have been fine if the shipping creases had ever relaxed. It was shipped very tightly folded up, leaving significant warps and creases. The tag indicated it would flatten out in a few days. It’s been weeks and there are no signs of these deep creases relaxing. The rug still looks absolutely ruffled.Mary W.

This rug is beautiful. The colors are even more pronounced than the picture showed which I love. It goes so well with my other furniture. I had to lay a box of another item I bought on it to flatten it out, because it comes folded. But I know it would be difficult to ship if it were rolled up, so I’m ok with pressing the folds out. The rug is nice, but really needs to have 'thin' in description … people need to be aware of the thickness emphasized… // It is very much like walking on the floor – not much in-between , however, I like the design and size – – and when I ordered I went for those areas. It needs to have a pad under it if you want any walking comfort. I do wish the cost would allow pads to be under half the cost of the rug – – it would allow the customer much thought behind their purchase. . . Would I order another one? The rug looks nice. but the quality is poor. Its very thin. We were going to return it, but decided to keep. We have had it down now for almost 10 days and the creases are still showing. We followed the instruction on how to get rid of the creases but they are still there. This is very annoying. The edges are also curled up and will not stay flat.Boo

I just received the 8×10 Navy rug and it's great for the seventy bucks I paid. It's not the thickest rug but you get what you pay for. It has a very low pile which is actually what I wanted. The main colors are navy blue, gray, grayish blue, a brownish color along the coloring of bronze, and white. It's not a yellowy white, it's more of a creamy white. I have it in my family room and the pool is right outside so I constantly get wet feet walking through the house and I don't want anyone to slip. It's got a jute back so if it wasn't under my sofa's it might slide around. I've purchased a similar rug before and they last forever. I finally threw it away because I was tired of looking at it. What I like about these rugs is that I can take them outside, hose them off to clean them, hang them over the fence and they dry quickly. The navy blue rug has no vivid colors in it that are going to draw your eye immediately to the rug and on my screen it looks like there's a lot of white or light colors in it, but in reality there's not a lot of white which is a good thing. It's not bad. Oh yeah, the ripples. It comes tightly rolled and you will have ripples when you unroll it but it's been down for a couple of hours and the ripples are starting to go away.Laurie

I bought 5 runners, a 5×7, and 2 scatter rugs in the Porcelain. I gave these 3 stars. I WASN'T unhappy with the quality of the rugs. I find them sufficient for my purpose. They aren't so thin that they wad up like the really cheap rugs made of indoor/outdoor carpet. I was simply trying to find some rugs to help protect my carpeting which is a very light taupe color and I'm sick of steam cleaning it all the time. The runners are nice. Don't be concerned with the reviews that talk about the ripples in the carpet. It's because they are rolled up in the packaging and a few humidity filled days and general use take care of that rather quickly. I do have one runner that will require furniture being placed on it for awhile to smooth it out as it was rolled backward on one end and won't lay flat. These rugs are semi thin, but reasonably sturdy. They do have a nice backing on them and they will be easy to clean with just some spray cleaner and a water hose. Steam cleaning would be somewhat tricky on the runners as they aren't super wide. They are far too thick and bulky to be washed in a washing machine. My issue with my choice of rug has to do with the color. I intend to change my living room and entry carpeting at some point in the fairly near future so I wanted rugs that had a wine to purplish tint. On my computer, which uses a television for a monitor, this rug appeared to have some red and sort of a burgundy wine, purplish tint. Afar off they can give that appearance. Why? I will never know since there is NOT a singe ounce of red in this carpet and so that purplish or wine-colored tint is not there. The rug is the same country blue of the "country blue" rugs with a little navy blue, just less of it. The other predominant color is a mustardy gold. You won't notice the gold as much as you do the country blue. These rugs appeared on my computer to have a darker cream background. The porcelain background is exactly that, a milky white porcelain color. The pictures depicted for the porcelain rug, therefore, are deceptive. This is in actuality a country blue rug with navy gold and milk white background. Essentially, then, I have purchased 8 rugs that do not suit the original purpose, or color that I wanted, but I have decided to keep them as I really wanted something very reasonably priced that I could use to reduce the aggravation associated with constant steam cleaning. They were cheap enough that it will not bother me to either give them away or throw them away when I have replaced my carpet. At their worst, I believe the water hose and air drying over the fence with a spraying of resolve or some other spray cleaner will be easier than the steam cleaner has been. Hence I give them 3 stars because of the color issues. At least now there is a review of the Porcelain rugs. There was no such review when I was looking.Lovemydeen

Rug took forever to ship and when it arrived left much to be desired. Super cheap looking and feeling and curled up on all sides. I don't know if it's going to lay flat. Do not buy. The shag on this rug is thin. Not many pieces per square inch. Meaning you can easily see the base of the rug through the shag fibers. The photos make it look thick. Rug got good reviews. Not sure if that doesn't bother people, or maybe they are making the rug cheaper now. Maybe they received an incentive for their review, which you are asked when filling out a review on this site. color is very spot on in person (my lighting/flash don’t do it justice in the pics) – i know a lot of the reviews are 50/50 but if you do take the time to comb it and do a few passes with a vacuum to fluff it up it’s great. The rug is definitely thinner and less dense but I expected this due to other reviews. It is similar to getting a low quality carpet remnant. I was fine with this because I have a nice pad underneath and it was the exact look I wanted for the room and had taken my husband and I forever to agree on one we liked. Unfortunately, after 2 months, the location in front of my couch & chair (where people walk or sit) are already smashed down and matted. This isn't a little wear but the fibers are actually matted and ruined already! Even with a pad underneath! It may be tempting to purchase this rug because it is such a unique modern design, but it will not last and you'll end up spending much more money by buying a new rug. They sent me out a replacement ASAP. The rug took a little longer than others I have purchased to lay completely flat, but did eventually. It is thin but does clean up well if you have a small spill. Would need a runner to help keep it in place if using it on hard wood, vinyl flooring. I am happy with the rug and for the price it was a good purchase. I use it in a frequently travelled hallway and have not noticed any areas where it appears to be worn down but have only been using it about a month.Chrissy

We recently moved to a new home with wood floors in the master bedroom. We were looking for a low pile and lower thickness rug to put under our bed and this rug was the right choice for us. It provides a nice contrast to the floor and is nice to step on it when getting out of bed. We selected a light color to brighten the floor. We did not want a thick carpet because we have cats. It was reasonably priced for the size. Our only issue is that the rug has yet to relax all of the creases from shipping. We hope that the creases come out soon. Customer service advised that it takes about 10 days however we did not have time to wait for that since we had to put furniture on it. Hopefully the creases will come out soon.Hallgay5

We bought the green Tribeca rug for our living room — we have large windows that look onto a specifically shaped lawn, and my husband wanted it to mimic the green grass outside. I was unsure, but when it arrived, I loved this rug. It does indeed look playfully like grass; the green is an attractive, not-too-bright color, and best of all, now our children have a soft place to play. We wanted a fairly inexpensive rug that would stand up to kids and still look nice, and this does the trick! So easy to clean, and the color actually has minor variations in it for added interest. I bought this rug to match one I already had, which I purchased a couple of years ago from a different vendor. The rug color is more ivory than beige, with lots of gray undertones. The weave is also not very tight, and you can see a lot of mesh underneath it. Having bought this same rug before, I know the issues are from the manufacturer, not the vendor; however, the images on the website are misleading and should be updated to better reflect what's being purchased.BBB Customer

Perfect for our library! Just got hardwood floors and this is the perfect compliment in our library – it is a low-pile carpet, it feels great on bare feet, and the colors are exactly as described. I have looked at a lot of area rugs, in person and online. This area rug met all of the things I was looking for. It is a shag but not too shaggy. It is beautifully colored. It is super soft. Bought the Whitney Rug in Sky Blue and love it. Colors are nice and muted with dominating blues, blue green, greys and a touch of beige. Our walls are Benjamin Moore Simply White which offsets the yellow-brown beige undertones which are present in the rug yet still gives the room a bright, cool crisp feel. We also have an adjacent wall painted SW Sea Salt and I think it pulls the right colors from the rug.Bohotxn

I bought this for my half bath and needed something right around 2×3 to fit. It's a perfect fit and it's just the look I wanted. I had ordered a similar rug from another company but the pattern was more of that digital pixelated look and you really couldn't see the pattern. You can clearly see the beautiful pattern on this rug. It is a very flat rug and not a plush soft rug which is just fine for what I need it for. Seems like it will be easy to clean too. I'm very happy with this! It's exactly what I was looking for. It seems to be high quality, and it really is pretty. I actually got it as part of turning my huge balcony into a home gym, and I wanted something to smooth out the surface of it, but it makes the area look so much nicer. I was happy to find this kind of smooth rug, as opposed to something with pile, and it feels nice and silky under foot, and it's much nicer for just spending time out there too. It's also very light, for a 5 x 8 rug, which is great for me, since my apartment is on the top floor of a 130 year old building with no elevator. It will be easy to shake out or take downstairs to hose off if I want to. My only slight regret is that I didn't get one size larger to cover more area. But it looks great and gives me more open space to work out on than I have inside. My deck gets absolutely blasted by the Colorado sun, so it destroys most things pretty quickly. I can't expect anything to be impervious to it, but this rug seems like it will last well. We'll see. I'm very happy, in any case.ava1

I bought this few weeks ago for my covered porch and I was hesitant to order online since you never know how the rug looks in real life and considering that it's a large item it's hard to deal with returns, but I'm happy I took a chance on it. The rug is nice quality, a bit pricey but I like that it doesn't look an outdoor rug per say and that it can actually look nice indoors too in case I move and won't have outdoor space anymore. It was hard to imagine how the pattern will look in the space but in the picture it looked like it might work since it's neutral, I'mhappyit does. It looks great! I love the simplicity of it and how it hides any dirt, leaves, etc. It was delivered very fast and it was rolled up and covered in plastic and had instructions on how to take out any creases. Fortunately I didn't have any creases and the edges laid flat by the end of the day. One good trick they didn't mention, is to spray the rug with hot water after unrolling it to take creases out. Although I'm happy with the product and with the speedy delivery, one thing I wish the site offered was a more information about the rug, especially since it's an outdoor item. I wish they explained if it's water resistant, mold resistant, how to care for it etc. I had to email customer service to get more info. They did respond quickly but it would've been better if they had all the info in the item's description. I still don't know it if it's mold resistant so I hope it is. The instructions that came with the rug offered a bit more information but they were still a bit vague so I'm keeping my fingers crossed that it will last and won't develop mold after few rainy days where it will get wet on the side closer to the fence. Only time will tell. So all in all I would recommend this rug and the website.KayC

I never write reviews but feel the need to warn everyone. You pay for what you get. This rug is fairly inexpensive but it does come at a cost. Visually, it's great… however, this rug sheds like nothing else i have ever seen before. Almost every other day, I will have to sweep around it to get rid of all the loose wool to a point where I'm surprised there's rug left. I thought it would be a week or 3 max and but i've had this rug for 3 months and i consistently have to sweep all loose wool. I am replacing it with another rug and it's just an inconvenience.nicom

I loved the design of this rug. When I received it you could see a line down the middle where the fibers had worn from being folded. There were also imperfections where certain yarns stopped short in the design and were tied in a knot. These things bother me, because I’m a perfectionist but I don’t have time to care with an upcoming party and a baby on the way. I was worried the rug would be rough but it’s actually fairly soft on your feet. So far so good with the animals… I do worry with constant vacuuming that the raised portion of the rug will start to fuzz and pill. Over all I am happy with the rug and would recommend as a cheaper option that looks upscale. I Would have returned it for one that had less imperfections had I had more time.Ashley S.

I absolutely love this rug. It's hard to tell in the pictures but it is black, but a soft black due to the mixture of cream within it. It has so much texture and is just beautiful and unique. I wanted a woven looking rug that would be bright, yet have black in it. I have enough gray in my house and wanted to pick up on my black accents. This was perfect!!!! I was going to post a picture but I don't see the option to do that. Great quality also. I saw the same rug in the Magnolia line at Bed Barh and Beyond but it had tassels and I didn't want to deal with the longer tassels flipping out place. It was also extremely expensive. This one is a fraction of the cost and pretty much an exact dupe without the tassels that I didn't want anyways. I highly recommend this.Doug T.

Rug is good quality material and well made. It feels and looks great. I am very happy with it. The color and pattern are just as shown in the picture. It came quickly – I expected a need to air it out after it arrived, but there was no smell.Sandy B

I LOVE THIS RUG. I would have purchased large one but you did have a long narrow one for hallway at front door I have 2 major paintings on the landing. We have high ceilings and the black and white looks do great. So contemporary. Even though thin, it is durable and looks much more expensive. I should order a back up one just in case something happens. It has a great personality and I am so picky. I’m very happy I found it!!jantex1

Rug is great! Thickness and quality is perfect. Color not so much.. rug looks cream/grey vs. white/grey. I was looking for white to match my sons room. Although this rug is awesome I’m returning because it looks dingy and not white. Slightly disappointed.. 🙁Boy Mom

This is a pretty rug. I actually bought it to cut it in half and use as a half round at my front door. I just could not find a half rug with the right colors that I liked. The cost of this one made it worth it. If I messed it up, I wouldn't feel too bad. It looks great. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is that the rug was not perfectly round. There were two little poofs on opposite edges that threw off the symmetry.Debbie

I bought this rug for the room I was remodeling. The color was perfect, and the quality exactly as described. I'm very satisfied! It was also delivered very quickly, in spite of a snowstorm that caused a delay.Kathy

I bought this rug a few weeks ago. It arrived quickly and was packaged well. I followed the directions on ways to have rug lie flat which helped. My 5×8 rug looked good within 2 days. I bought the select padding for underneath the rug which gives it a nice plush look. Overall very pleased with the look of the rug! Good buy for the price.Linda
