This product is the best smelling Dove Body wash. I also bought the soap. The micro-beads help clean my skin well, not just later hung it up in layers. When caring for my junk, the hard soap is my best bet and it cleans better than any other soap I’ve used before, from Dove or any other brand. Although a bit thicker than other Dove products, it worked great for me with enough lather to use for my whole body once. I usually use the bar soap for my underarms and due to the deodorant residue I always have to lather that area up a few times. Not with this one. Thanks Dove. My husband received this product as a #freeproduct to #trywithtopbox . The fact that this contained caffeine seemed intriguing and he was expecting a refreshing scent. This shampoo smells like cheap cologne. Though the scent does not last for a long time, it still doesn't seem like something that should go into your hair. It does do a good job of cleaning the hair but there was no noticeable effects of the caffeine in terms of scalp stimulation. Just bought my third bottle of this product online and I've finally been able to stop searching for a better one. I've tried so many shampoos over the years! Between oily scalp and product buildup, I never thought I could skip a day, but my baby fine hair was suffering for it. Between oily scalp and product buildup, I never thought I could skip a day, but my baby fine hair was suffering for it. I honestly think most shampoos designed to remove oils and residue overstrip and create increased oil production (much like most acne medicines). It becomes a vicious cycle. This product works and does not dry out my hair and my scalp doesn't overproduce oils to make up for overdrying. I use a scalp massager brush to work the shampoo in good and it's very tingly and wakes me up! Being free to not shampoo every day helps even more. Warning – Conditioner is a MUST with this shampoo! It really does clean your head and it kind of dries out my hair, but I love it. I have very fine, straight hair that has gotten thinner as I've gotten older. I do not color it or use any products and I rarely use a blow-dryer, so my hair is pretty healthy. My scalp is oily though so by the end of the day, my hair feels gross. This has helped me keep my hair feeling less greasy for longer. The smell is very light and refreshing, too. I love this Klorane oil control shampoo I got from Bzzagent! It's my first time trying a product for my hair that would control excess sebum on my scalp. I've always had trouble with oil hair and sometimes they will get oily even after a shower. I've been testing this out for a few weeks to make sure it was the shampoo that works; and to my surprise it was. I ended up loving it so much I had to get myself a bigger bottle because I ran out. bzzagent sent me a sample of KLORANE Oil-Control Shampoo with Nettle, Oil-Control Powder Hair Mask with Nettle Sachet 2 to try. Upon trying it, I loved the smell, it has that peppermint smell that isn't over powering but good enough that you know your hair will be cleaned and smell fresh. The sample was fairly small for the shampoo so it's hard to truly judge just how beneficial it is because I was only able to get about 2 washes out of it, it did leave my hair feeling cleaning afterwards but I didn't find it controlled my oiliness on my scalp too well. I've definitely used better. I like to go 1-2 days in between washes but I like to have at least 7-10 washes before I can really judge how well a shampoo treats my hair… this sample didn't really allow that. But for the 2, maybe 3 washes I did get, I did enjoy the smell and effects while it did last.Tina

My two boys and I love this shampoo! We all use hair clay to style our hair and refular shampoo doesn't always get it all out. This stuff gets it ALL out the first time. One of the best cleansing shampoos I've come across. I use a lot of styling products in my hair and this was great at cleaning and removing the residue build-up. My hair was literally "squeaky clean" after use. It lathered well and had a great scent, in fact the only downside being the smell didn't last long after use. Still as brief as it was this shampoo makes a great change to the other more floral scented cleansing shampoos on the market. Is it worth the price? Since I don't use this type of shampoo that often (only to remove styling residue every few days) I'd say it's a worthwhile investment to have in your bathroom/shower. Mens hair products tend to be quite heavy and easily build up. Mitch Heavy Hitter does exactly what it says on the tin (err…tube). My hair felt much 'lighter' after washing it with this product and passed the 'squeak' test after one rinse. It has a masculine smell, that isn't over powering. I didn't have to use too much to get the desired effect and so I foresee this lasting for quite a while. It's unlikely to substitute my everyday shampoo, but I see this more as something I'll use now and again to freshen my hair after a few days of hair gum and hairspray. Definitely recommend!Simon

I love this product. I have suffered for years for a shampoo to help me with my dry, itchy scalp that isn't dandruff but Seborrheic dermatitis. I have used prescription shampoo that helps, but it doesn't lather and costs more for a small bottle. Keep in mind that if you are currently using regular stuff from the grocery store, your hair will have to detox for you to feel the effects of a clean natural shampoo. I'm very impressed with the ingredients in this shampoo and pleasantly surprised at how well it works. Many years ago I was on the hunt for body care items that were fragrance and dye free to address some health issues I was experiencing. Back then (about 10 years ago) it was not easy to find these items and even more difficult to find any that worked as well as "regular" products. I wish this had been available back then! It smells wonderful and lathers just as well as any other shampoo. I have extremely sensitive skin and found this product didn't cause any issues. My hair looked great, felt fantastic, and did I mention I loved the smell? The only downside (for me) is that even though I only wash my hair 1-2 times per week the cost is a bit high for my budget. Let me start of by saying I have oily hair and that I've tried ALOT of different brands claiming to help with oiliness. However this right here, this shampoo has been doing absoulete wonders for my hair! It leaves my hair feeling cleaned but doesn't strip my head. The only thing I would love was for a bigger bottle as the texture of this is gloopy and you get through it quite fast, but that's not too much of an issue as it deffo works. People that say they used this once or twice, you have to give the product time to balance your scalp. GIVE IT TIME. I mean do you use an acne line for one day and say it "doesn't work" because your skin isn't pristine the next day? So admittedly I haven't had a lot of definable results. I got 2 sachets of the shampooing mask 2 in 1, and a small bottle of the shampoo with nettle, as a gift to try them out. Now with both products I tried to follow the instructions on the packages. To start off the small bottle of shampoo with nettle unfortunately wasn't really enough to do a while lot of anything to my hair. It didn't lather very well so 95% of my hair was completely untouched by the shampoo despite all my attempts to spread it out. I really dont think this was make for thick hair. Maybe it would work better for thin hair? Needless to say I didn't really feel any results after washing it out and when it dried I had to wash it all over again. Now i did get more results from the shampooing mask. That one at least by combining powder from both packets along with water did actually get most all of my hair. Now doing that mask in the shower was a pain in the butt! And was a bit of a mess. But I did see a little bit of difference in the oiliness of my hair. Not really a whole lot but I imagine longer usage would see better results. So overall I'm a little on the fence about both of these products. I'm not 100% if I would recommend this to my friends, family or followers. Honestly I just didn't get enough of this to give a accurate try.heavenly.m

I really like this. For me the smell lasts a while and it does a good job of clarifying my scalp. It smells great and it does what it says it’s going to do. My only issue is that it takes a while to rinse out. My hair feels a certain way after rinsing for what I would say is my “normal” rinsing time. I probably rinse an extra 30 seconds to a minute more than usual. But that’s okay with me because I don’t use this daily so to me it’s not a giant issue. But it might be for others. My hair has literally never felt better. My hairstylist said my hair had a lot of product buildup so I researched the best product to remove it and came across this. I NEVER want to use another shampoo again! My bleached hair feels like virgin hair again and feels so clean. I saw a mix of reviews saying that this shampoo sucked all the moisture out of their hair, and I could see where this may be an initial thought in the washing process because it does feel like it’s sucking everything from your hair WHILE washing… BUT the results are amazing. My hair is absolutely obsessed. It is truly in love with this shampoo. I used to use Paul Mitchell tea tree lemon and sage thickening shampoo but now my hair can’t get enough of this stuff! It’s packed with awesome ingredients and is full of great stuff for your hair. I would recommend reading what’s in this stuff and I’m sure you’ll agree! You’ll notice in the reviews that this makes your hair stiff. That is true. This is a clarifying shampoo so that means it’s actually doing it’s job by stripping everything kinda like the life out of it because it’s trying to rid the product build up. All you have to do is go in with a bangin conditioner and you’ll be fine! I usually add all the stuff back in with a good moisturizing shampoo and conditioner once this clarifies it all out. So I want to start by saying I live in the desert and have super thin dry hair, so I was SUPER excited to try this product (I used all four products – shampoo, conditioner, mask, and leave in condition together). I used all four products for this account: At first I was only going to give this a 3 because on day one of hair being washed, I feel like my hair still ends of feeling and looking really dry (especially the tips – see photos). BUT day two my hair looked/felt better, and day three my EVEN better! I showered all three days, it only used the products the first day, so you can see the progress of how my hair softened, my curls came out, AND I LOVED how my hair felt day 3/4. Normally with silicone products day 3 I HAVE to wash my hair again because the product is so heavy at my roots, whereas I LOVED how these products made my hair feel several days later. I still took off a star because of how dry my hair feels on day one. I have to suffer through one day of my hair bit feeling so great to get to better hair days, and I don’t really love that aspect. But overall I would definitely recommend to others. Perhaps slightly ticker hair wouldn’t have as much problem on day one – mine is just so very thin.rebecca.d
I am told by my stylist that I have fine hair but a lot of it. I was noticing that I was losing what looked like a lot of hair to me in the shower and in my brushes. I tried some different shampoos and conditioners and none seemed better than the others. I was having a particular problem with tangles when my hair was wet. I have very hard water so that is probably part of the issue. My sister has amazing hair, she grows it down to her waist and donates it to a wigs for kids program. She uses this shampoo and conditioner even though she doesn't color her hair so I tried it and it is working great for me. Detangles, my hair looks healthy, and I see less coming out in the shower and brushes. I use the shampoo and conditioner together every other day. On the in-between day I get it wet and just use a little conditioner from around where a low ponytail would be to the ends for detangling. I thought the fragrance was too strong at first but have gotten used to it now. I have fine wavy colored treated hair. I wash, condition, and apply leave-in conditioner every 2-3 days. I apply the hair mask just once a week. This is a great shampoo and an essential for extremely dry hair. What I love is that the shampoo has a heavy conditioning component already, so when used with the various conditioners you get this double infusion of moisturizer. The Biolage Ultra Hydra Source formula seems to coat and seal the hair, so it is super manageable while smelling like a tropical paradise. When I put the product on my hair, my hair just soaked it in. I have never had a conditioner do that before and when I rinsed it out, my hair was like silk. I am usually biased on products until I test them out on the hype. But this shampoo right here is worth 5 stars. Let me tell you why for 3 reasons. First the peppermint smell it’s not some extravagant cologne smell but it doesn’t have to be for your hair. Either way the smell is great. Second you normally have to get a good amount to get that leather and rinse for your hair but not this shampoo. I realized Alex put some thought about this product and made sure to give just that. Lastly the price 20 bucks might seem a lot but detergent shampoos fall on the cheaper side but they destroy your hair and the higher end shampoos go over 30 dollars so it’s a win win. I haven't used this product in a long time. I do remember it very clearly. I bought this at one of the discounted or liquidated stores. If I remember right it was either t.j. Maxx or Burlington. It is very Vivid in my imagination that I was trying to do everything to get rid of it. I know it stayed in my downstairs bathroom with a little bit left in the bottle. I hated the residue that it left on my hair and the lack of my hair feeling clean after using this. My ex-husband was very bad about using the last of a product once it got down to the bottom of it. It sat in his shower downstairs until one day I used the last of it. I always thought it was a product for men and that was a reason that I never bought it again.
