So I want to start by saying I live in the desert and have super thin dry hair, so I was SUPER excited to try this product (I used all four products – shampoo, conditioner, mask, and leave in condition together). I used all four products for this account: At first I was only going to give this a 3 because on day one of hair being washed, I feel like my hair still ends of feeling and looking really dry (especially the tips – see photos). BUT day two my hair looked/felt better, and day three my EVEN better! I showered all three days, it only used the products the first day, so you can see the progress of how my hair softened, my curls came out, AND I LOVED how my hair felt day 3/4. Normally with silicone products day 3 I HAVE to wash my hair again because the product is so heavy at my roots, whereas I LOVED how these products made my hair feel several days later. I still took off a star because of how dry my hair feels on day one. I have to suffer through one day of my hair bit feeling so great to get to better hair days, and I don’t really love that aspect. But overall I would definitely recommend to others. Perhaps slightly ticker hair wouldn’t have as much problem on day one – mine is just so very thin.rebecca.d
I am told by my stylist that I have fine hair but a lot of it. I was noticing that I was losing what looked like a lot of hair to me in the shower and in my brushes. I tried some different shampoos and conditioners and none seemed better than the others. I was having a particular problem with tangles when my hair was wet. I have very hard water so that is probably part of the issue. My sister has amazing hair, she grows it down to her waist and donates it to a wigs for kids program. She uses this shampoo and conditioner even though she doesn't color her hair so I tried it and it is working great for me. Detangles, my hair looks healthy, and I see less coming out in the shower and brushes. I use the shampoo and conditioner together every other day. On the in-between day I get it wet and just use a little conditioner from around where a low ponytail would be to the ends for detangling. I thought the fragrance was too strong at first but have gotten used to it now. I have fine wavy colored treated hair. I wash, condition, and apply leave-in conditioner every 2-3 days. I apply the hair mask just once a week. This is a great shampoo and an essential for extremely dry hair. What I love is that the shampoo has a heavy conditioning component already, so when used with the various conditioners you get this double infusion of moisturizer. The Biolage Ultra Hydra Source formula seems to coat and seal the hair, so it is super manageable while smelling like a tropical paradise. When I put the product on my hair, my hair just soaked it in. I have never had a conditioner do that before and when I rinsed it out, my hair was like silk. I used to get dandruff, so I used a 2-in-1 shampoo conditioner. That product kept the dandruff away but made my hair very dry. I love this Neutrogena conditioner! It does not have a strong odor, just a clean scent. My hair looks and feels healthy when I use this conditioner in combination with the scrub and shampoo. My hair used to get tangled with the product I used before, but this conditioner kept my hair silky and had very little tangles. The only reason I give this product 4 stars is because of the bottle shape. I am a quadriplegic, so my mom washes my hair for me. She has weak hands, so it is hard for her to squeeze the bottles. The shape of the bottle is bulky. I do not think a pump will work because the conditioner is very thick. However I would still buy these 3 products.

The Healthy Scalp Hydro Boost line has completely changed my hair. As a late-blooming curly girl with a severely sensitive scalp, I have tried MANY products while in pursuit of the right combination for my hair's need for moisture and my scalp's desire to remain product-free. I got this shampoo from influenster in exchange of my honest reviews. I love trying new shampoo and conditioner products and seeing what each one has to offer. I hadn’t heard of any with hyaluronic acid before and was eager to see if it stood out above other shampoos I’ve tried. The bottle of this shampoo is a neat square shape which is different from other shampoos out there, but it didn’t fit on my shower ledge where I put all the rest of my products. I had to put it on the edge of the tub which I don’t prefer. It is easy to squeeze out and comes out a little thick. From the picture I thought it would be blue which it isn’t, only the bottle is blue. That’s not a big deal, I guess it was the inner child in me that hoped it would be a cool color. That’s a plus for anyone who doesn’t want unnatural dyes in their product anyways. When I put this on my hair it took a while to lather and I actually went back for a little more product to get it worked in all over my head. It’s not too strong though and it doesn’t last after being rinsed out. It didn’t feel particularly moisturizing as I lathered it over my scalp. After the shower my hair felt clean and lightweight. Whatever drawbacks the shampoo seemed to have in the shower evened out with it being a perfectly acceptable shampoo out of the shower. My hair wasn’t any more greasy the next day.priya.j

Hello everyone. I came across this product. I mean I was constantly looking for a mild chemical free shampoo as I was facing a postpartum hair fall. I fortunately came across the Tree To Tub. Soapberry shampoo. I also read its contents, and I thought why not? I give this a try and uh it's amazing. It's not only gentle, it's also paraben sulfate uh silicon free, which is required for the water today. And also apart from the stress and tension that we go through, we require this kind of a shampoo, which is a very mild gentle on the scalp as an and we can use this on a daily basis. So this is an amazing product for all you women out there who want to get their hair shampooed on a daily basis without having to worry that you know, it can be harsh on their scalp. I’m always trying out clean products, so I took a chance on this set for my hair and I’m glad I did. Keep in mind that if you are currently using regular stuff from the grocery store, your hair will have to detox for you to feel the effects of a clean natural shampoo. On my third wash my hair was clean, shiny and moisturized without leave-in products. I confidently use this on my kids too. I wish the bottle was bigger for the price, though. I'm very impressed with the ingredients in this shampoo and pleasantly surprised at how well it works. Many years ago I was on the hunt for body care items that were fragrance and dye free to address some health issues I was experiencing. Back then (about 10 years ago) it was not easy to find these items and even more difficult to find any that worked as well as "regular" products. I wish this had been available back then! It smells wonderful and lathers just as well as any other shampoo. I have extremely sensitive skin and found this product didn't cause any issues. My hair looked great, felt fantastic, and did I mention I loved the smell? The only downside (for me) is that even though I only wash my hair 1-2 times per week the cost is a bit high for my budget. I took a chance years ago! My frizz is under control just by shampoo and conditioner. My hair feels LIGHT (not weighed down by other frizz products). This thickening shampoo is great! My hair instantly feels thicker and smoother after washing it with this shampoo! The application process is great! I like that it's made out of simple ingredients. With some shampoos, I noticed because of the harsh chemicals, my hair falls out more after washing it. With this shampoo, it's the opposite. My hair doesn't fall out and it feels and looks more healthier. The scent is amazing! The only downfall about this product is that it sometimes makes your scalp drier. I'm not a fan of this shampoo at all. It feels very drying – a thin shampoo consistency that lathers like an unusual amount, the scent is really strong and doesn't seem as luxurious as a lot of the other options, and I have to wash my hair a lot more frequently with it because it gets greasy after only 1-2 days. I won't be coming back for more. I've found some fantastic other products on Vitacost for me. My 9 year-old loves it so he uses it. This is my DREAM shampoo, after many years of struggles and health changes! I have straight fine hair that NEVER has volume. I used to get a little volume from my thickness… that is, until I went off dairy and gluten as part of a healthier diet in my mid-30s. Losing that "overdose" of calcium (and I mean, I was ADDICTED to dairy, so I went from a huge dairy diet to none) just changed my body. There were many positive changes, and this was a holistic health decision, and I stand by it, but I was so sad at what became of my hair. Five years after my diet changes, I got pregnant, and pregnancy vitamins helped my hair thicken again, but of course, when pregnancy and breastfeeding were over, I stopped the vitamins, and my hair got thinner than it was before pregnancy. I tried many suggestions about rose oil and the horse shampoo to help hair growth, etc. But none of it really helped, and the horse shampoo just made my hair hang and look sad. I purchased this from from other store many moons ago and I liked it. it was sulfate free, foams well, rinses off clean, cleanse and cools the scalp and has mint & rosemary oil which I like for my scalp. This is somewhat a repeat purchase but I am disappointed when I look at the ingredients list; it has been reformulated!!!! Even the descriptions and wordings have changed slightly. It used to say "formulated without sulfate". Now it says "formulated without sodium lauryl/laureth sulfate", because this new formulation is using sodium coco-sulfate which is identical to sodium lauryl/laureth sulfate😂. I'm going to wash my toilet bowl with this sodium coco-SULFATE shampoo and forget it ever existed. There's nothing wrong with sulfate.I just prefer a good sulfate free shampoo. I have ongoing dry, itchy, flaky scalp issues that are more annoying than severe. This smells pleasant and has a light tingle. My hair felt softer, better and more manageable after use. This shampoo has a very drying formula with two short chain i.e. "bad" alcohols that cause dryness. It's advertised "no harsh sulfates" yet a sulfate is the fourth ingredient (hence the generous lather.) and another further down the list. I bought without reviewing the ingredients but after i noticed both my bf's and my own hair was increasingly dry, poofy, and more prone to tangles, i looked at the ingredients closer. I won't be purchasing this again or any other shampoo from the Avalon line though the scents are nice and natural and the big lather makes hair feel squeaky (too!!) clean. The scent does not read as either tea tree or pure mint to me, but a nice light grassy floral scent.sayeo

So far I've only used it once but am really impressed. My nasty swamp scalp hasn't felt this clean in years. My flat hair has volume and the lengths are lightly moisturized. moisturized. I used the scalp revival exfoliator in the jar years ago but didn't care for it. I like the no added fragrances or silicones because I have low porosity strands and extremely sensitive skin. My face did not react when it got all over me washing it off which is rare. If I feel it becomes less effective, I will just follow it up with a coal tar shampoo (yeah I know, the dreaded coal tar) for more sticking power on the dermal cells. Coal tar works best when the stuff that has already flaked off is removed. You have to let this shampoo marinate on your head a few minutes under a shower cap or else it doesn't really get in there. It smells like tea tree oil (not overpowering) right out of the bottle but I didn't notice the smell sticking around on my hair.smes
This shampoo has a pretty coal color with iridescence to it. The shampoo others really well so, you really don't need much when you're using it. It has a distinct tea tree fragrance that it's too overpowering. The rich lather really helps lift the roost do the hair and allow you to get the shampoo close to the scalp. It really helps remove flakiness and treat dry patches on the scalp. It's a very soothing formula and it really helps settle any itchiness. The formula is hydrating and while it cleanses the hair really well, it isn't stripping to the hair. I color treated hair and it doesn't remove my hair color. This formula definitely eliminated my dandruff issue and prevents my scalp from feeling itchy before my next hair wash day. The charcoal really helps detox the scalp from use of hair products and build up. I'm really impressed with this formula and it's one I highly recommend!
So let me start by saying, I am absolutely obsessed with their entire Scalp Repair line. And seeing this come out, I was so excited to complete my set. My scalp gets dry, flaky, and unbalanced especially during the winter and I’ve never found a shampoo that exfoliated without drying me out more. The ingredients are super powerful with BHA to unclog pores, lactic acid to gently exfoliate, and charcoal to detoxify. It doesn’t strip your hair of your natural oils, but rather help gently balance your scalp to aid in overall health. I’m really impressed by the well thought out formula. & it’s the perfect thing to incorporate a few times weekly if you struggle with dryness, irritation, and dandruff. I've been struggling for almost 10 years because thanks to relaxers and certain medications, I ended up losing the majority of my hair. My hair ended up growing back, thankfully, but my scalp was ALWAYS itchy so the hair on the top of my head never grew back right. After countless dermatologist and doctors apps and several prescription shampoos, my hair was still itchy immediately after washing unless I literally didn't use conditioner or any other product. The first week I used this product, I went a week without shampooing again before my scalp got itchy. I was finally able to just wear my hair in a bun for a few days without having to wash every morning. Hopefully my hair can grow back now that the itching is gone, but that's a story for another day. I have had issues with dry/itchy/flakey scalp for a while. I've tried other shampoos and conditioners but nothing really worked for me. This made a huge difference after the first use and after the second time using it my flakes were completely gone! I use it once a week by applying it directly to my scalp and wrapping my head in a hot towel for about 15-20 mins. I do have to shampoo twice afterwards due to the oil. It also isn't a permanent solution, I skipped a week and my itchiness and flakes did start to come back. But I love this stuff. Ordering more bottles now!
I just finished my first bottle, and bought a second, so I think it’s time I write this review. I have type 2C hair that I wash about twice a week, and this works really well for me. Keeps my dandruff under control, removes product and oil buildup without stripping my hair, and lasts me about 3 months. It’s only pitfall is that, because of how minty it is, I have to keep my eyes closed while using it Or Else. I would like to note that this mint is more of a toothpaste mint rather than an herbal-aromatherapy mint, which might be a turn off for you. Personally, I don’t mind, as all traces of the smell seem to wash down the drain. Easily the best dandruff shampoo I’ve tried since going natural.

I then follow with my normal Discipline or Bain Satin shampoo and conditioners and a thermo blow dry cream. I only need to use it every 3 washes or so so it lasts a long time. This is a one of the best shampoo's I have ever used for oily scalp and oily hair. Typically if I use a shampoo to treat my oily hair it makes my hair super dry or the oiliness comes back after a day or two but this was just amazing. I used to get dandruff, so I used a 2-in-1 shampoo conditioner. That product kept the dandruff away but made my hair very dry. I love this Neutrogena conditioner! It does not have a strong odor, just a clean scent. My hair looks and feels healthy when I use this conditioner in combination with the scrub and shampoo. My hair used to get tangled with the product I used before, but this conditioner kept my hair silky and had very little tangles. The only reason I give this product 4 stars is because of the bottle shape. I am a quadriplegic, so my mom washes my hair for me. She has weak hands, so it is hard for her to squeeze the bottles. The shape of the bottle is bulky. I do not think a pump will work because the conditioner is very thick. However I would still buy these 3 products.

The Healthy Scalp Hydro Boost line has completely changed my hair. As a late-blooming curly girl with a severely sensitive scalp, I have tried MANY products while in pursuit of the right combination for my hair's need for moisture and my scalp's desire to remain product-free. None of those products have ever influenced me the way that Hydro Boost has. The conditioner feels like butter in the best way. I got this shampoo from influenster in exchange of my honest reviews. I love trying new shampoo and conditioner products and seeing what each one has to offer. I hadn’t heard of any with hyaluronic acid before and was eager to see if it stood out above other shampoos I’ve tried. The bottle of this shampoo is a neat square shape which is different from other shampoos out there, but it didn’t fit on my shower ledge where I put all the rest of my products. I had to put it on the edge of the tub which I don’t prefer. It is easy to squeeze out and comes out a little thick. From the picture I thought it would be blue which it isn’t, only the bottle is blue. That’s not a big deal, I guess it was the inner child in me that hoped it would be a cool color. That’s a plus for anyone who doesn’t want unnatural dyes in their product anyways. When I put this on my hair it took a while to lather and I actually went back for a little more product to get it worked in all over my head. It’s not too strong though and it doesn’t last after being rinsed out. It didn’t feel particularly moisturizing as I lathered it over my scalp. After the shower my hair felt clean and lightweight. Warning – Conditioner is a MUST with this shampoo! It really does clean your head and it kind of dries out my hair, but I love it. I have very fine, straight hair that has gotten thinner as I've gotten older. I do not color it or use any products and I rarely use a blow-dryer, so my hair is pretty healthy. My scalp is oily though so by the end of the day, my hair feels gross. This has helped me keep my hair feeling less greasy for longer. The smell is very light and refreshing, too. I've been struggling to find a gentle shampoo that actually cleans my hair and then I found this! It may be clarifying if you have dry hair that doesn't need daily washing, but my fine oily hair needs this daily. This has a great amount of protein for me and the coconut oil helps prevent protein loss from daily washing. Using the matching conditioner is too much protein for me daily so I alternate it with a protein free conditioner. I have both and oily and flaky scalp, though the flakes aren't too bad. I have religiously been using CHI shampoo & conditioner up to this point. Since obtaining this product, I have completely switched. I have been pairing it with It's a 10 conditioner and the CHI conditioner, interchangeably. This product smells very, very nice. I am not used to shampooing twice, but I do as the directions say. It is very hard to lather and truly feel where the shampoo is getting. I have to use far too much product in order to get a sense of a thoroughly wash, but that may just be a personal preference. My hair seems to be less oily than with using CHI shampoo, and the amount of flaking has decreased. I will continue to use it until I run out! I think $30+ is too much to spend on this product, but I might just be a cheap-o. I spend $30 total on shampoo and conditioner — not on just one of them. I say this because of how much product, again, I have to use to feel as though I have achieved a thorough wash, even with shampooing my hair twice. I received this for free but these opinions are my own. I've used many shampoos over the years and while I've had good results with some, Renefurterer shampoo is the first that's really given me the best results. In the few times I've used it already this week, I have to say I'm hooked. Not only does it smell amazing but a little bit goes along way, working into a nice lather that was so easy to distribute on my scalp. I felt like I was getting a salon wash so I even gave myself a nice scalp massage for a minute or two just because it felt so good. As someone who exercises daily, I get a lot of sweat and grease built up as well as product buildup and when I was done in the shower, I felt so refreshed and my scalp actually felt squeaky clean but still hydrated. I found my hair was even easier to brush through, dry, and style after using this. I will absolutely buy this again and again and will continue to speak its praises. I even noticed my hair wasn't so flat on my scalp after styling which really helped give me great volume!
As someone with extremely thick hair, I often struggle with the cycle of letting my hair go too long between washings, or washes too often, which leads to a combination-like scalp. I was needing a reset for my scalp so found neopur shampoo which helps to alleviate both. The packaging was rather small but many times if the product is good a little goes a long way. The consistency is gel like and has a stronger botanical scent. I did wet my hair and at the time I used this I had an extremely oily scalp. The scent activating in the shower was welcoming and I found the lathering to occur easily and naturally, which was a concern as I have super thick hair. I left it on for the recommended 3-5 minutes and the experience felt spa-like on my scalp. The product rinsed easily and left my hair with a squeaky clean, yet moisturized finish. So far I am finding this a great balance and keeping my oily hair at bay. With the extreme heat here and humidity it is very welcomed so glad I found this product.

This shampoo SAVED my hair. I’ve been using Native shampoo conditioner for about 6 months and I noticed my scalp start to have so much dandruff. It was REALLY bad. My hit also seemed really oily pretty quickly. At this point, it felt like I just couldn’t get it out no matter how long I rinsed. There was just lots of build up. This shampoo literally saved my hair. After one wash, it felt significantly better and actually clean. I paired it with the curl quench conditioner on my ends (even though I have straight hair) and use a little on my scalp and my hair looks and feels so much better. I honestly picked this because it was the cheapest clarifier I could find with a good amount of fl oz. I was comparing to other brands. This clarifier is very good and I am glad I picked it up. I had such high hopes for this brand, and especially the shampoo. I love the way the bottle looks it's so cute in the blush color, and I've heard great things from so many people about that they love the shampoo. I hate it. I need a clarifying shampoo because once a week I put a ton of oil, and sometimes hair masks as well, on my hair. I'm trying to regrow my hair, a little bit over a year ago I was completely bald, so I use mostly biotin and Castor oils. My regular shampoo washes them out pretty well, as well as my cheap drugstore shampoo, even it washes the oils out okay. I just wanted a clarifying shampoo for these weekly hair oil treatments. This shampoo did not wash the oil out of my hair at all! I was worried after shampoo because I didn't feel that squeaky clean feeling I expect from a clarifying shampoo, but I kept going thinking that maybe it was just more moisturizing than others. Nope. I got out of the shower, blow dried my hair, and it looks like I still have a ton of oil in my hair, probably because I do. I really don't understand how this is a clarifying shampoo, I even shampoo twice in my shower too, that's my routine I always shampoo twice but especially when I have oil in my hair. My first order of business today will be returning this thing to Ulta and getting the Ouai Detox that I should have just splurged on in the first place. Then I need to rewash and blow dry my hair again, for the second time within 24 hours which is infuriating. Add to all of that the fact that this thing doesn't have any scent that I can smell. I expect my hair care products to be highly scented, I prefer musky non floral scents but regardless it should be scented. When I stick my nose in the bottle I can vaguely smell something, but when using it in the shower and after: nothing, smells like literally nothing. Just to preface: I have tightly textured, dense, low porosity hair. Some may say type 4A/B or even 4C. I don't wash my hair very often because it irritates my oily scalp. I don't use product because it builds up tremendously leaving a gray cast on my hair. My scalp makes too much natural oils for product. When I learned this I stopped using leave-ins and stylers and stopped over washing. Even with these changes I still get build up due to once again high sebum production and low porosity. I already use oil for cleansing my face and have gotten the best results clearing up my oily skin using this method. I figured if it works well for my skin it would work for my hair and scalp. I was a little nervous to buy this because it contains Shea butter, which always weighs my hair down. I’ve been dealing with an itchy scalp for the past few years and the only thing that has helped was OGX tea tree shampoo, but I didn’t like how it made my hair feel, and I wanted something that was better for my wavy hair. I have 2A/2B low-porosity hair. This shampoo comes out as a runny liquid so I use the tip to apply it directly to my head. It doesn’t sud up as much as a normal shampoo, but it still produces suds. I live in a high humidity area and not even my Redkin was solving my frizz problem. I tried my daughter's Ouidad and loved it… but I can't afford to use that every day. Plus, my daughter needs a very deep conditioner (and Ouidad has been working for her) and I don't. I wanted something affordable that worked for me. I wash my hair with a moisturizing conditioner, squeeze out the water and then apply this to my hair… medium amount. I twist it up in a clip while I finish my shower and then rinse out. It has been wonderful. Has reduced my frizzing like nothing else (except the Ouidad- which, again, is not in my happy zone price wise). I love it. I use it as an every day conditioner. This is a brand you can find in in almost any general merchandise store. But Ulta has been carrying a few products exclusively. This, so far, is one of them. I love it.simplebeauty

I see a few bad reviews, understandable. I didn't look at the ingredients list which I guess I should have. I usually buy this at my salon but just ordered it from here. I think this line smells AMAZING. It smells like you left the salon every time you wash your hair. My hair feels soft and clean afterwards and doesn't leave a residue or make my hair fall out at all. I don't usually leave reviews for products but this conditioner was a miracle in a bottle. My hair has been so dry and I've always spent at least 30 minutes detangling that it stresses me out and I usually end up procrastinating and only brush it once every few days and it is DREADFUL. Then I bleached and dyed my hair purple because ya know, f it? I was thinking of shaving my head if it went wrong. And yeah, it did. My hair has been drier than before and super frizzy. Then I found this product. Well, honestly I bought this conditioner because it came with a free hair towel and I was tired of using shirts for my hair. Bro. The next morning after using this conditioner my hair is so soft. The damage I thought was beyond repair was helped by this amazing product after only one use!! I bought the travel size of this shampoo to test out how it would do on my hair before I splurged on the big bottle. I was also a bit wary of the reviews that claimed it caused hair loss. I have wavy and thick hair with low porosity. I have a very dry, itchy, flakey scalp as well. I read that tea tree oil could help soothe your scalp, so I thought I would try it. I washed my hair as directed. Used about 3 dime sizes for my whole head and massaged it into my scalp. It lathers alright. Not much suds. That made me think that it wasn't cleaning my hair enough so I was tempted to put more shampoo on my head but I did not. The smell is very strong, but it does not linger in your hair post-wash. Usually, my head begins to itch after I wash my hair, but with this shampoo, there was no itch! So I was pleasantly surprised by that. I finished off my hair with the tea tree special conditioner. After I finished showering and dried my hair with a microfiber towel, I noticed no residue on my hair and it felt very clean! I couldn't see any flakes and my scalp wasn't itchy! Just from this, I am very impressed with this shampoo. To address the hair loss comments, I did not notice any significant hair loss when I used the shampoo. I am the type to shed a lot of hair as it is since I have thick hair. I also wash my hair about once a week, so I tend to lose a bit of hair because of that because stray hairs build up over that time. So this might not be good for someone who has thin hair or shampoos frequently. But for me, it works great. Hair loss was about the same or slightly less than usual. I washed my hair about 5 days ago and my hair is a lot less flakey and itchy. It still feels relatively clean with some oil started to build up on my hair. By this time, my hair is usually an oily, flakey mess, but it is not now because of this shampoo! Will definitely splurge for the large bottle!sweetkiwi
Best shampoo out there for oily dandruff ! Used a $400 prescription shampoo for 15 years and of course it worked, however one just can't Afford to keep using a $400 shampoo every day at a 30 day prescription. I'm a licensed stylist and always heard and was taught that Tea Tree has healing ingredients that Actually work . Never had the chance to use it. One day I thought, I should go to my supply store and try some myself. It worked after only 1 use ! Paul Mitchell has the Best professional products out there ! I got the shampoo and conditioner combo and used it for the first time today. Here are my thoughts: The "tingly" feeling is real. At first I thought it was burning my scalp but it's not. I have extreme dandruff and have tried RX shampoos to help that never worked. My scalp at least "feels" clean. I've seen a lot of reviews about hair falling out and mine did not at all. I have hashimotos disease which causes hair loss to an extreme so I expected clumps again. NOPE. Make sure to brush through your hair before you wash it! This prevents any extra breakage. The small is very strong. I love essential oils for their healing properties but the smells are awful. No exception here! Any tee tree product will smell like this BTW. DISCLAIMER: tee tree can be poisonous in raw form. If you have allergies, do not use this. For people with psoriasis this will not be for you. Keep out of reach from pets as it is poisonous to cats and dogs even as a topical product. Anything with essential oil products can be potentially dangerous and I urge you to research before you buy! For me personally, I think it works great and a lot of the negative comments here are from user error but that's just my opinion.Kelsey

I placed an order months back in early August, when my shipment was delivered I noticed that it was leaking from the bottom of the box. When I opened the cute pink box, there was product (Mongongo Oil Exfoliating Shampoo) all throughout the box saturating the inside and the peanuts. I sifted through the peanuts for the two Mongongo Oil Exfoliating Shampoo bottles to find one 95% empty. One bottle spilled out while in transit for delivery. With what remains in that bottle, there may have been only one wash day. I attached photos taken directly after opening the box. I requested a refund or replacement in mid & late August and again in October, and have not received either. Shame. So I received this shampoo and I must say the scent is magnificent. Nothing I’ve smelt in any other shampoo before and it left my hair and scalp smelling and feeling very light and fresh. However, Why did I give it 4 stars? I would have 4.5 if I could but Unfortunately the size. I really wish they sold bigger sizes. My 8OZ bottle has already only 2 washes left in it after first use. I ordered 2 deep conditioners, 2 leave-in milks and 2 shampoos. All arrived in a box filled with cute pink packing peanuts and some pink paper confetti. Though this was very cute and fitting for the brand's color, this did not protect the inventory. My shampoo arrived messy. Somehow the top was pressed down and shampoo was able to leak out of BOTH bottles. I was surprised to see that there neither bottle was SEALED. This is the first time I've purchased some type of shampoo that when I twisted the top off, there was no protective seal… This is concerning because that also affects the period of use for the product. Typically life of product starts after you remove the seal. Without a seal, there's no telling how old or expired this product is. I'll likely never purchase this product again. It was my first time and since there are other products out there, I'll opt for the other brands. I don't even know if I can use this because they were bubbly from the heat…. No returns though, so unfortunately, I have to take that "L"Felicia D.
