This conditioner is amazing! Of all the conditioners I’ve ever used (I’m in my 20’s so I’ve been through a looot of conditioners!) this one is by far the best. I don’t need a huge amount of it to get my hair untangled, and when I do brush through it I barely have any tangles at all. It’s also very gentle on my hair and the smell is light and not overpowering. So impressed with this product and very glad to have found it. Okay, at first I was suspicious about this product because I really only knew Sun Bum for their sunscreen so I was a little confused seeing they did products for hair. But guys…this product is AMAZING. As someone who constantly buys products to help her curly hair, this has been a life changer. I bought this on a whim because I was like, what's the harm in another product supposedly for curly hair? Boy was I surprised!! I used to cowash because I was having such a hard time keeping my hair from getting frizzy but as a consequence my roots would get kinda greasy and sometimes my curls didn't look as hydrated as the cowash would advertise. Finallyyyyy I found a product that actually hydrates my hair, makes it look great curly, and isn't making it frizzy or puffy. The only con about this product is that I really really wish they made versions of this product in larger bottles because the conditioner tends to go quickly especially if you have long curly hair like me. Delicious! Smells so good! I bought it to control frizz in my wavy hair. I am using in conjunction with the Curls & Waves Styling Creme and it is a nice combo for soft hair. First of all, I love the packaging. If I was going into a store with no idea on what anti-frizz products to choose, I would be immediately drawn to this range. It’s a fantastic choice in packaging design; very aesthetically pleasing and likely now my favourite hair product packaging. The colours are right up my alley. The usability of the packaging is also fantastic. The squishy tube is super easy to squeeze, making using this with wet/slippery hands no trouble at all. It also ensures the product is completely depleted when finished, either squeezing it out or cutting open the packaging which isn’t easy with hard plastic packaging. This shampoo is lightly fragranced and I quite enjoy the pretty scent which isn’t overpowering at all, and doesn’t seem to linger. I didn’t need to use much to create a large amount of foam which lathered quickly, which is exactly how I prefer shampoos to act. I love the addition of Aloe Vera in products as I find it hydrating and soothing, which this shampoo is. It wasn’t irritating or drying for my scalp and my hair felt decently hydrated and soft afterwards. It’s no substitute for a proper hydrating shampoo though if you have really dry hair (though I did find the matching smoothing crème adds some lovely hydration). The shampoo was also easy to rinse out, which is always a plus, meaning I could move onto the next step in my hair care routine and have more time for other things later. Using this with the conditioner, the amount of frizz in my hair was greatly reduced. I experienced very minimal frizz which is usually unheard of unless I smother it with something which makes me also look greasy and/or weighs it down. Instead, for the extra frizz that appears when in humid environments, or when my hair gets damp from rain or perspiration, I can now use the matching smoothing crème for that unwelcome frizz and look like I’m not using any product. It really is weightless, as well as non-greasy. If you have any amount of frizz and want to reduce it without sacrificing the bounce and lightness of your natural hair, I highly recommend giving this shampoo and the matching conditioner and smoothing crème a try. I have pin straight hair. My daughter on the other hand has the beautiful, bouncy ringlets I have always wanted. Because I'm totally in the dark on how to do/what to use on her hair, it has been a major learning curve to have her hair really be as beautiful as it can be every day. I have purchased MANY products, including some that were way too expensive in trying to learn what her hair needs. It wasn't until I received a sample of John Frieda Dream Curls Conditioner from PinchMe, that I knew I found it! To be fair, I used the sample both with (I went out and purchased it) and without John Freida Dream Curls shampoo. For starters, this conditioner has a nice, silky feel and a rather dense consistency. Because I know her hair needs a thicker conditioner, I was already excited. It has a very wonderful and somewhat strong (but not nauseating) fresh scent that does carry onto the hair well. It works through wet hair very well and makes detangling easy. It rinses out easily from the hair and keeps a good amount of moisture locked in. After showing, her hair was very easy to comb. We are both VERY pleased at the results of this conditioner! (That's why I went out and purchased the shampoo!) It keeps the hair very moisturized, makes it super silky and shiny and gives her gorgeous ringlets incredible definition, body and bounce! He hair feels healthy, smells amazing (which is incredible because she is 11 and has that hormonal head/hair now that needs to be washed daily), and it feels and looks SO HEALTHY! I know everyone's hair is different and what may work for some may not work for others (you can see the evidence of that by looking at all the products in my bathroom), but I feel like this conditioner is great for anyone with big loopy curls, waves, and even straight hair that needs extra moisture! While I did receive John Frieda Dream Curls Conditioner complimentary from PINCHme, my opinions are honest and my own. I don’t have DEEPLY curly hair but I do have a wave to my hair, which is a fine texture. I live in an area that also has a high humidity so it’s so important to have protection against the dreaded frizz! After a hair wash, I applied the cream based conditioner and as my usual process I left it in for a few minutes to really set in and soak into my hair. I really loved the scent, pleasant but not overpowering, just light and relaxing! It left my hair feeling clean and nourished, smooth to the touch with the benefit of keeping the hair detangled. It’s also sulfate and paraben-free, which I find treats my hair well. After letting my hair dry (I generally let it naturally dry unless I need to style it) I felt it really still felt moisturized and healthy, ready to take on styling but to give my hair natural bounce and strength. Oh wow. I see now why this is always sold out on Ipsy points lol! I’ve had this for a while but used it once and forgot about it. I’ve been on a strict finishing my products and it’s now this guys turn… I shampoo, condition my hair, apply this on my damp hair and put a hair towel on to let the product sink in. After a few minutes I use a hair dryer and then I use a Soleil round blow drying brush. I SWEAR I feel like I went to the salon and it’s all because of this product!!!!!!! I am in love with Pureology Smooth Perfection Shampoo! This is my first time trying Pureology and I had no idea what to expect. The first thing I noticed about the smooth perfection shampoo was the scent, I loved the hints of cocoa. Upon first application I decided to use a small amount and I am glad I did, a little bit goes a long way with this shampoo. I have really long hair and I only had to use a quarter size amount or less. I want to point out that I always have to use a handful of shampoo when I use my usual drugstore brand, so I was shocked by how little I had to use of the pureology. I massaged the shampoo in my hair for a good 1 to 2 minutes and then proceeded to wash it out. My hair felt so soft and clean without feeling stripped at all. I typically have a lot of fallout when I wash my hair, but noticed less strands of hair coming out while washing. I followed up by using the pureology smooth perfection conditioner. I also use a quarter size amount or less and it was more than enough. I focused this conditioner at the ends of my hair and put whatever was leftover on my roots. I let the conditioner sit for the recommend time of 1 to 2 minutes and then proceeded to wash it out. I felt like it took no time to wash all of the conditioner out. My hair was less tangled and overall felt so much healthier than what I am used to. I used the smoothing lotion on the ends of my hair, blow dried my hair and was so amazed by the end result. The end result after I blow dried and straightened my hair was incredible. My hair was less frizzy and more straight making it so easy to straighten. I would like to add that my hair is very wavy/curly and frizzy after washing. The price for the Pureology Smooth Perfection set is a bit expensive, but honestly it is worth every penny. I got this product complimentary from Influenster and Pureology for my honest review. I really loved how this product worked for my hair. It left it so smooth and silky. It lathered really nicely and felt great when I washed it. It also rinsed out nice and easy and left my scalp feeling great. When I blew my hair dry it was like silk. Absolutely fabulous! Only negative, which I was REALLY surprised about, was the scent of this product. It was not pleasant at all to me and not something like I’ve ever smelled in a shampoo. I didn’t like it and for me that is important in a shampoo. I have other Pureology products and love their scents. it’s just this one that I couldn’t tolerate. Otherwise, I love how the product works, but due to the scent I would not buy this product. Sorry but it’s just my honest opinion. I received this product from influencer pureology, but all opinions are completely my own. I have enjoyed using this shampoo. I find that the combination of the shampoo conditioner does help smooth my long hair and does really help smooth frizz. The shampoo cleanes hair great, good lather though it can make hair feel only slightly stripped. Conditioner is a nice one that helps smooth but doesn't overdo it and cause hair to feel heavy. Both help cleanse and Condition my hair without feeling too dry or too weighed down. The heat protectant from this line is nice and I feel it helps smooth hair and help make it somewhat softer. I was searching for a new go to shampoo and conditioner, something for my fine but thick, damaged and frizzes easily hair (its humid in the south), as I'm growing it out since I had to do a big chop. I did alot of searching online reading reviews on all products, that was my make or break on finally making a purchase. WTBS I'm super happy with this product and have been using it for over a month before even writing a review. The shampoo is so fragrant, it WOW'd me, it doesn't smell that strong out the bottle, I love it, but if you are sensitive to strong scents you might not like it, but after using over a week or so, you get used to its power and enjoy it alot. Lathers well, my hair feels super clean and soft, mega sleek is exactly what you get with this combination. When blow drying you can still smell the luxurious smell, faintly not over powering but where you know your hair smells SO GOOD! My frizz and fly aways are definitely helped by this product. I normally straighten my hair almost daily, but since my big chop and I'm growing out my natural hair, I want it super healthy and the least amount damaged as possible, so right now no flat iron only blow drying and it looks very good! I haven't had a haircut in over 22 weeks so I can only imagine how it would look straightened with the help of this Mega Sleek. This will be my shampoo and conditioner for a long time. The conditioner is nice and slimey (if you have hair like mine that will tangle horribly and you need a slimey conditioner just to be able to comb it after.. my hair is shoulder length now, but used to be LONG, my hair acts no different with a different length), its very conditioning and works very well!!! I have zero complaints on both these products and do recommend! Only warning is the scent if you are sensitive, you can always try and return, but give it a fair chance. I honestly love this stuff and so glad I found the right product so I can stick with something that makes me and my hair happy. FINALLY!! P.S. I really love that this product truly makes my fizzy, wavy hair less frizzy and sleek! I come out of the shower with shiny hair and it seems to stay much more tame than with standard shampoos!! I am very happy with this shampoo! This shampoo has little to no scent, so it's great for people who also prefer mild-scented hair products! I usually buy Aveda smooth infusion but they changed the formula/product and reviews aren't great. So I tried this. I am completely surprised at how much I love it! I have frizzy , fine hair and the davines love smoothing shampoo really helps a lot with the smoothing process even before I use styling aids. This range is Rich in fatty acids and vitamins, I always want products that have a lot to offer. The formula has a high percentage of biodegradable ingredients. The davines brand is also sulphate free so people that have Brazilians or any color/ chemical treatment done can use it. The packaging is reusable. This is the best shampoo I have ever used! I received a sample of it in my subscription box and was amazed at the fact that it had more then one use in it! The shampoo spread nicely which is why there was more then one use in it. I have long hair too! It made my hair soft and shiny and healthy looking! It's hard to do that with my dry, brittle hair. It is quite expensive but worth every penny and then some. I always purchase in bulk when I get my taxes so I will have enough for the entire year. Lets talk about he outside in on the Maui Moiture Smooth Repair Vanilla Bean Shampoo. The shape of the bottle is just so convenient, you can store this so easy in a cabinet without it falling over or taking up a crazy amount of space. The cap is easy to open to access the shampoo in the shower. Now the inside. When you open the bottle and take that first sniff you will be in love with the smell. It is just the right amount of vanilla bean to make this perfect and not overwhelming. The consistancy of the shampoo is also perfect, a little goes a long way. It lathers amazing and so smooth. It also rinces easy out of my hair and my hair really does feel clean once it is rinced and doesn't feel like there is any residue or product left in my hair. Once my hair is dry I do see that my frizz has been tamed and my hair is nice and soft. I'm very happy with the results of this shampoo and would recommend other try it if you find you have too much frizz or your hair isn't as smooth and soft and you would like it to be.Gerberbaby72

First of all: it smells amazing, the vanilla isn’t too strong and smells very natural. The consistency of the shampoo is quite thick but easy to “activate”(foam it) and easy to use. I am m not sure what magical ingredients go into this, but the products have transformed my hair. I was forever searching for my "holy grail" shampoo and conditioner and nothing ever 'wowed' me. I have fine-medium hair but a lot of it. I struggle with my roots getting oily and my ends being dry. My hair also gets very tangly. Since using this shampoo along with aDove conditioner, my hair is shiny, smooth, and I can run my hands through it! I cannot believe how much it has done for my hair. I have been buying Dove shampoo and conditioner for many years from Sam's. Dove has changed the smell and the formula. My hair actually looks oily after I blow it dry. I have fine thin hair and the old formula always worked well for me. My hair would blow out to be light and bouncy. This new formula just weighs it down. It does not even want to take to the curling iron. All of my bottles are going back to Sam's. Dove, do you even test out your changes? We placed a delivery order recently with Wal*Mart a few items were delivered from our local store. They left the order at our door left before we realized it was the wrong order. Because of covid, they don't accept any returns of local delivery orders, so they let us ( I guess the person who got our stuff) keep it for free! I'm always looking to try new shampoos, conditioners, hair masks, treatments, leave-ins in hopes of finding the hair miracle I've been hoping for. My goodness, this is it! Even before applying a leave-in while my hair is still damp, I can tell that my hair is unbelievably soft! I have covid, so I went longer than usual without shampooing (finally did today) even after several days, my hair felt silky, smooth, soft, with very minimal frizz or tangles! I took a chance years ago! My frizz is under control just by shampoo and conditioner. My hair feels LIGHT (not weighed down by other frizz products). This Repairing Super Potion Hair Oil Serum worked wonders on my hair after multiple colors/bleachings on my hair last fall. It is targeted for damaged, over processed hair. I have great experience with all Giovanni shampoos and conditioners from 2chic series. They work well and are gentle on curly hair. The scents are sometimes overpowering, but not as bad as the store-bought overly fragrant products. Purchased this shampoo on impulse as my usual shampoo was nearly finished. Normally I read the reviews but on this occasion I didn’t. I wish I had now. Easy to use from the tube, so handy for the shower but the first thing that struck me was it didn’t have a particularly pleasant scent! It was difficult to lather and seemed to tangle my hair. I washed it twice, which I don’t usually need to, nor do I need to use conditioner, and my hair seemed to tangle even more and felt rough! A light towel dry and I attempted to use a wide toothed comb, my usual, and my hair was so tatty! My hair dry, now looks more wavy than curly. Bought this shampoo/conditioner because I love the curl cream that this brand has. I have extremely thick 2C-3A hair. This conditioner dried my hair out to the point that I would get out of the shower and it would take me 30+ minutes to detangle my hair before styling it. My hair felt like hay in and out of the shower. My hair would be in huge clumps and I was also losing huge clumps of hair. I switched back to my old hair products and after just one use my hair was immediately better. I do NOT recommend for anyone who genuinely cares about their hair's health. I bought this because it was significantly cheaper than my old products and I loved the curl cream, but it's worth it to splurge on the good products rather than damaging your hair with this. First of all, I love the packaging. If I was going into a store with no idea on what anti-frizz products to choose, I would be immediately drawn to this range. It’s a fantastic choice in packaging design; very aesthetically pleasing and likely now my favourite hair product packaging. The colours are right up my alley. The usability of the packaging is also fantastic. The squishy tube is super easy to squeeze, making using this with wet/slippery hands no trouble at all. It also ensures the product is completely depleted when finished, either squeezing it out or cutting open the packaging which isn’t easy with hard plastic packaging. This shampoo is lightly fragranced and I quite enjoy the pretty scent which isn’t overpowering at all, and doesn’t seem to linger. I didn’t need to use much to create a large amount of foam which lathered quickly, which is exactly how I prefer shampoos to act. I love the addition of Aloe Vera in products as I find it hydrating and soothing, which this shampoo is. It wasn’t irritating or drying for my scalp and my hair felt decently hydrated and soft afterwards. It’s no substitute for a proper hydrating shampoo though if you have really dry hair (though I did find the matching smoothing crème adds some lovely hydration). The shampoo was also easy to rinse out, which is always a plus, meaning I could move onto the next step in my hair care routine and have more time for other things later. Using this with the conditioner, the amount of frizz in my hair was greatly reduced. I experienced very minimal frizz which is usually unheard of unless I smother it with something which makes me also look greasy and/or weighs it down. Instead, for the extra frizz that appears when in humid environments, or when my hair gets damp from rain or perspiration, I can now use the matching smoothing crème for that unwelcome frizz and look like I’m not using any product. It really is weightless, as well as non-greasy. If you have any amount of frizz and want to reduce it without sacrificing the bounce and lightness of your natural hair, I highly recommend giving this shampoo and the matching conditioner and smoothing crème a try. I have pin straight hair. My daughter on the other hand has the beautiful, bouncy ringlets I have always wanted. Because I'm totally in the dark on how to do/what to use on her hair, it has been a major learning curve to have her hair really be as beautiful as it can be every day. I have purchased MANY products, including some that were way too expensive in trying to learn what her hair needs. It wasn't until I received a sample of John Frieda Dream Curls Conditioner from PinchMe, that I knew I found it! To be fair, I used the sample both with (I went out and purchased it) and without John Freida Dream Curls shampoo. For starters, this conditioner has a nice, silky feel and a rather dense consistency. Because I know her hair needs a thicker conditioner, I was already excited. It has a very wonderful and somewhat strong (but not nauseating) fresh scent that does carry onto the hair well. It works through wet hair very well and makes detangling easy. It rinses out easily from the hair and keeps a good amount of moisture locked in. After showing, her hair was very easy to comb. We are both VERY pleased at the results of this conditioner! (That's why I went out and purchased the shampoo!) It keeps the hair very moisturized, makes it super silky and shiny and gives her gorgeous ringlets incredible definition, body and bounce! He hair feels healthy, smells amazing (which is incredible because she is 11 and has that hormonal head/hair now that needs to be washed daily), and it feels and looks SO HEALTHY! I know everyone's hair is different and what may work for some may not work for others (you can see the evidence of that by looking at all the products in my bathroom), but I feel like this conditioner is great for anyone with big loopy curls, waves, and even straight hair that needs extra moisture! While I did receive John Frieda Dream Curls Conditioner complimentary from PINCHme, my opinions are honest and my own. I don’t have DEEPLY curly hair but I do have a wave to my hair, which is a fine texture. I live in an area that also has a high humidity so it’s so important to have protection against the dreaded frizz! After a hair wash, I applied the cream based conditioner and as my usual process I left it in for a few minutes to really set in and soak into my hair. I really loved the scent, pleasant but not overpowering, just light and relaxing! It left my hair feeling clean and nourished, smooth to the touch with the benefit of keeping the hair detangled. It’s also sulfate and paraben-free, which I find treats my hair well. After letting my hair dry (I generally let it naturally dry unless I need to style it) I felt it really still felt moisturized and healthy, ready to take on styling but to give my hair natural bounce and strength. I used this conditioner on my hair (along with a leave-in conditioner from a different brand) to do a twist-out. While my hair was still wet, it felt a little different, but I couldn’t put my finger on how it was different. However after my hair dried, I noticed my hair was soft and smooth. It was easy to separate my hair in the twist-out which in turn made it less frizzy. Perhaps it was the blend of oils that nourished my hair and made it easier to style my twist-out, but I could feel the difference. It's also a bonus that this brand is considered clean by Sephora standards and it’s vegan & cruelty free. I had been using a shampoo and conditioner recommended by my cousin who does my hair, I asked the lady if they had any more of the conditioner to go along with the shampoo I wanted. She couldn't find any so She went to check the back to see if it was available and they didn't have it. She then came back and recommended me this brand and ever since I've bought it my hair has felt dirty and the consistency of the shampoo it is very thin. It does not lather very well. I like my shampoo to lather up. Even though lather isn’t necessary to getting clean hair, for me it just spreads around easier and makes shampooing go a little faster. This one doesn’t lather up much and takes forever to work into my hair. It smells really good! And I would say it’s gentle on hair. But for my hair it just doesn’t work. my hair still feels dirty at the roots. Maybe this would be good as a daily shampoo??? But it doesn’t get hair product or natural oils that weigh your hair down at the roots cleaned off very well at all. It’s a thinner runny consistency. So If you like that this is for you. I personally like shampoo a little bit thicker so it’s not running through my fingers before I get it worked into my hair. I won’t purchase this again. But my hair is long and thick and wavy. I have noticed a change in my hair and scalp since I started to use them both together. My hair has a lot less frizz than before with other brands. It leaves my smooth with no frizz at all. No matter if I blow dry my hair straight or leave it curly, the frizz is controlled! It also has a nice yet very subtle scent which is nice. I have a very dry scalp but also wavy frizzy hair. I typically use dandruff specific shampoo and conditioner as that is all I’ve found that works for my hair and scalp. I was very excited to try something new and so far have been very pleased with the results. I like to shampoo twice since I only wash weekly (once to clean out dirt/product buildup and again to really clean my scalp). The scent of this shampoo was very pleasant and I loved the thick texture-not watery at all. It also creates a good lather which is important to really get my scalp feeling clean. I’m on day 2 of my hair and so far my scalp has no itching and no greasy feeling which can happen after not washing your hair daily. I styled my hair with only some heat protectant and my curls were left with no frizz. Day 2 still no frizz which is great!nicole .h

I’m very impressed. A couple of weeks ago I did some salon heavy highlights with bleach and my hair just crappy felt. Well, after the first use of this, there was a 100% difference. I have frizzy , fine hair and the davines love smoothing shampoo really helps a lot with the smoothing process even before I use styling aids. This range is Rich in fatty acids and vitamins, I always want products that have a lot to offer. The formula has a high percentage of biodegradable ingredients. The davines brand is also sulphate free so people that have Brazilians or any color/ chemical treatment done can use it. The packaging is reusable. Price is in the same range as those of salon products. I reverted to the love smoothing range for my daily use, I still alternate with a few others, depending on what my hair needs.monique.o
This is the best shampoo I have ever used! I received a sample of it in my subscription box and was amazed at the fact that it had more then one use in it! The shampoo spread nicely which is why there was more then one use in it. I have long hair too! It made my hair soft and shiny and healthy looking! It's hard to do that with my dry, brittle hair. It is quite expensive but worth every penny and then some. I always purchase in bulk when I get my taxes so I will have enough for the entire year. I received this in a gift set a while back. It wasn’t bad. But I wasn’t as wowed by it as I have been by other shampoos. However I guess that’s better than being extremely let down? On the plus, my hair was soft and shiny after use. So it’s worth a try but me person, it’s not something I would go out of my way to purchase.libby.b
