I purchased this as a gift twice. Both recipients love it! They say it works great, and the batteries last longer than I thought they would. When I ordered it the first time, I didn’t realize it takes regular AA batteries. But both my mom and mother-in-law are happy with it.SCchick05

I have had my electric shaver for over a year now, and dang, is it durable!! This electric shaver, is built to last! I've dropped it onto hard flooring, I've thrown it, and it didn't crack or break or dent AT ALL. There's been some instances where my shaver was dropped (hard) onto wood flooring, hard enough that it should have ended up in pieces, unusable, but has performed consistently up until now. Unfortunately, with all the use it's seen, it's just now getting to the point of needing to be replaced, but it's still working. In a world full of cheaply made crap from China, Phillips is crafting their products to the good ol' USA standards for durability and consistent performance. Would DEFINITELY recommend!! I bought a $10 bikini trimmer at a bargain store about a decade ago. It became my absolute favorite HG trimmer that never failed me. I could literally have my whole area done in 5 minutes, and felt smooth as a baby's bum. No pain or dealing with the horrible after-shaving itchies/ingrowns. Good times. It finally died and since then, I've bought countless trimmers from cheap to expensive hoping to find one that matched up to that cheap trimmer but had no luck. I had such a bad experience with one that it nearly turned me off to these trimmers. It nicked and pulled hairs/skin and I became so scared to use it I just went to waxing which is not fun and a monthly expense I didn't want to afford. Finally took a chance on this one despite the mediocre reviews and I'm SO GLAD. this is it! If you're looking for something ten times better than shaving (no itching, ingrown hairs, etc) and something that is the next best thing to the smoothness of waxing, this is it. It's completely painless, you can apply a lot of pressure to really get the hairs at the base and it will never pull hair or nick skin. You can get into the hard-to-reach areas with ease. The hair also grows back thinner for whatever reason. It's truly magical and that's why I'm here writing a ridiculously long review on how life-changing it is. You're welcome 🙂Bree

I was pleasantly surprised how well this works, having given up on electric shavers decades ago. It shaves relatively close when I've used it dry, and conforms to the body shape. I haven't yet used it wet. It happens that the charger doesn't fit well in my bathroom – the outlet is under the medicine cabinet, and the razor has to angle out when the charger is plugged in, so this will work better where the razor can stand tall in the outlet.gorgesblonde

I thought this would be an upgrade from a cheaper electric trimmer I was using, but it kept pinching and hurt a lot. It left uneven patches, even on lighter areas despite going over the areas multiple times. Debris builds up underneath the popup trimmer too. It took longer than using a regular cheap razor due to the uneven patches, so this does not seem worth it.Sunshine

Didn't shave well and it bites. I was not impressed. I tried it on soft fine hair as well as more coarse hairs and it didn't remove either well. I ended up putting it to the side and using a traditional Billie razor. Super disappointed because I wanted to love it. Will be returning.Ccueto

I want to love all of the manscaped so bad. What I do love, is the blade and how it does not Knick or cut you. I’m a woman, I use it and my husband uses it and we both like that feature.
That is the only reason why it’s getting 1 star and not 5.

What is REALLY lame about the rest of it is the battery life and speed/ability to cut through course hair. It takes about 5+ hours to charge, and once it is charged you have about 2 mins of usage until the motor slows down and your battery life light is back to red. And yes I did actually time it all. SUPER LAME!!

Thing worked fine for a while, until it sliced my coin purse open. The “skinsafe” cutting head sliced me open like a razor knife. Wrote to customer service about it, their response was to offer a replacement head. Thanks but no thanks.
Then my trimmer became possessed. It would turn itself on and off randomly. It woke me up one night buzzing away after it had jumped off the counter onto the tile floor. I turned it off only to have it turn back on again seconds later. Tried plugging it into the charger, no dice. Still turned itself on. So I took the head off it and left it in the sink bowl so it couldn’t damage anything else.
Customer service offered a free replacement. I accepted and gave my mailing address. They sent me a replacement CUTTING HEAD. FOR THE TRIMMER I CANT EVEN USE ANYMORE.

It stopped working after less than 15 uses. I use it as intended, but also on my head if my fuzz gets to long for a Bic. First of all, I think a handheld Bic is safer, iv cut myself dozens of with this, and second it broke after a dozen of so uses. It is supposed to under warranty, but when I emailed I said if it's not covered under warranty and this is the quality of product I can expect, I wish to cancel all subscriptions. They canceled all subscriptions. Just shows that they don't even stand behind their own product.michael walker

I ordered this a few months ago and have been using it regularly. •Would DEFINITELY recommend over the 100+ manscaped options. •I still havent had to change the Duracell battery I put in it.☆● CLEAN IT OUT AFTER YOU USE IT!!!I was actually hesitant to get this instead of a manscaped because so many reviews said it stopped working after a couple uses. Im pretty much certain its because the idiots dont clean it out after each use. It catches all the tiny hairs it shaves. So you have to take off the black cut guard after you use it and empty it. It literally takes 3 seconds. And it works really well. Yes you may have to go over a couple areas 2 or 3 times but it does the job well and its cheap. 100% recommendTrevor

My Bodygroomer 3100 gave up on me so I got this cheap replacement instead. Philips has unfortunately re-engineered the blades perhaps because it’s cheaper for them to manufacture as these are also very narrow.The narrow blades don’t trim that easily in one go compared to my old Norelco. It doesn’t pick up hair on all strokes even in the line of motion. You’ll find yourself making repeated strokes to cut through the hair and edges. I noticed despite my patient efforts some rough and grainy edges were left over in the end. If you could invest in something more expensive then do that.The saving grace here is that it uses a battery instead so can be replaced quickly with a flip instead of charging it. I’ve lost count of how many times I’ve lost charge while trimming the land down under.Overall, would recommend if you’re on a budget and don’t mind spending a few extra minutes. This trimmer is powerful. It handles the corners like it's on rails! It glides effortlessly over the hairiest parts without so much as a howdie doo. It cuts close and even better, it doesn't take much time. I don't know who at Ballsy was responsible for this mystical hair destroyer, maybe magical unicorns on the island of smooth, but it's fantastic. I highly recommend this as once again, their products are top notch. I got the B & B Trimmer for my husband for our wedding anniversary which was on August 29th. He has tried it several times now but unfortunately does not like it because, "It does not give me a close enough shave." He's been using a razor for years which he says gives him a much closer shave. I didn't realize when I ordered it for him that the return period was only 30 days. I want to thank you All at Ballsy for creating this trimmer for me!!!! Once I charged it up I couldn't wait to give it try because I had a lot of hair there that I was aoo ready to get rid of. I uses it bedwetting in the shower and I have to say that it was not only easy to grip it was formed to move nicely along on ……area with no concerns of nicks and snagging of hair. While the trimmer works well, I've owned it less than a year and a comb broke as there made of light weight plastic. Their website does not show replacement combs for sale and no phone number is anywhere to contact them other than email. If they would just list these parts this review would not be negative. I have used non electric back shavers before and they were worthless. After reviewing this Mangroomer pro cordless on many forums I purchased this at a great Walmart low price. It's well designed, good grip with rubberized handle. It's rechargeable cordless design is great and it works great. With the multiple angles of the extension handle I was easily able to get every nook and cranny of my back hair, shoulders, with ease. I would highly recommend this product to anyone who needs to keep your whole body trimmed.Tonyzany23

I am not new to using a small clipper. I so I think I know what I am talking about. I was shocked how cheep it felt in my hand. Seems like it has no real strength to it. I truly wonder how long it will last. Be sure to never drop it, or it will be gone. It did trim the hair off my back, but then my back hair is very fine. And I did manage to scrap myself up a bit too. Another thing I was shocked about, when it's is on charge, it wont run. So when the batteries die you cant just plug it in and keep using it. And you cant take it apart to put in new ones. But that do tell you how to take out the circuit board with the batteries on it to toss it out. For what I paid for it I thought it would be much better. So I will use it till it goes and then get the cheaper one. All it really is, is the edge trimmer on an electric shaver on a stick. If you have one, you know how they last. Be sure to keep it oiled and clean it every time you use it…. One last thing, it does work me, but I just wonder for how long…..2011jakecarl

I bought one of these a while ago and it was excellent. Rechargeable and solidly built. And it made short work of my hairy back making me no longer looking like I had escaped from the zoo. Alas it got blunt over the years and on seeing the price of the replacement blades it made good sense to order a brand new replacement. I thought I was buying the same again but this new Mangroomer is a pale imitation. Made by the same company and costing the same it's a far inferior product. It's much lighter and has no real weight to it making it harder to use. The weaker joints mean that it won't stay in position plus it is now battery operated not rechargeable. Luckily I used the cutting blade of the new one to revamp my old one so I'm still not being hassled by zoo keepers.afrocub

I had one similar to this two years ago and loved it so I had to get another! It grabbed those stubbles in private areas that a regular razor can’t! The only negative things I have to say is it sometimes it pinches. If you have longer hair that gets into the foil part it pulls and the side blades hurt a little(can cut your sensitive bits)Adriane

By far the worst electric razor I’ve ever used (and I’ve been through several!). You think the pencil-thin $8.50 bikini / fine hair trimmer is rough? Wait until you get yanked, tugged, and scraped by this monstrosity while still keeping 75% of the hair you go over. Waste of money and will be going straight in the trash. I have had very short hair for probably 20 years now. There's only so many options you have when your hair decides it doesn't want to grow anymore. As far as I'm concerned, I had two options. I could let it bother me and spend all kinds of money and effort trying to get my hair back in one way or another OR I could go for the military buzz and keep it short. I chose the latter and it's worked out well for me. Prior to the Covid-19 pandemic, I would have my head buzzed every 10 – 14 days because I like to keep it as short as possible. Even when my hair is long (14 – 28 days without being buzzed), it's not very long at all. It's manageable and able to be easily buzzed. I have a friend who works for SportClips and before the world shut down, I would give her my business every two weeks. She would keep my head buzzed and I would contribute to her career but since that option is currently unavailable, I decided ManGroomer might be a great alternative for me. I thought of ManGroomer because I purchased "THE BACKGROOMER™" awhile back and it works just fine. Unlike the Backgroomer, my experience with the ULTIMATE PRO Self-Haircut Kit was not a good one. The clipper did not cut properly. I used several of the guards, I tried cutting without a guard and I even tried plugging in as opposed to cutting on the battery power thinking I would get more power, but the results were the same in each attempt – painful and ineffective. The clippers pulled my hair as opposed to cutting in all of my attempts. Thankfully, I have a proper set of Wahl brand hair clippers in my closet that I was able to use to shave my head without any issues after the ManGroomer Self-Cutting Kit failed me. The packaging was fantastic. The timeliness of delivery was optimal. When I emailed the company for a return and refund request, they literally returned my email and gave me a refund within minutes. It couldn't have been longer than 10 minutes. I was incredibly impressed by the response. Not only did they issue me a refund but the team encouraged me to try a couple of more times with their product. All aspects other than the actual product itself were flawless on ManGroomer's part. For this reason, I will continue to buy products from ManGroomer because customer service goes a long way with me along with the fact that I bought another one of their products that I've had zero issues with. I'm chalking this up as simply something that didn't work for me. It may work for someone else and despite my negative experience with this particular line of ManGroomer's product, I am not discouraged by the brand and I look forward to using more of their products in the future.J.r. Yes, it works and is a better solution for my back hair than anything else I ever tried (other than having someone else shave my back for me). However, even with the mangroomer, shaving your back is still not the easier thing in the world. I recommend this model over the slightly less expensive one because without the extra foil head I would not have been able to get a close enough shave. Despite being the best product on the market, I'm only giving 4 stars because it appeared to be cheaply made. Used it for the first time today and one of the red lock buttons fell off which wasn't a big deal since I was able to pop it back on, but still shouldn't have happened. Its made in CHINA, so this is expected. If Wahl came out with a similar product made in the America, I would gladly buy it instead even if it was more money.Kevin

I have purchased 2 Mangroomers and after the first I was convinced I was a lifetime customer until this last purchase. The blades no longer cut through my back hair and seem to not be made as quality as they used to be. My first model didn't have a problem going through my forest of hair but now even with the power boost all it does is tug and rip hair out. The overall quality just seems to be downgraded after making such a quality product and gaining good reviews and supporters. I'm highly disappointed that such a good product can't even do the one thing it claims to do, man groom. My daughter who is not safe with a regular razor loves it. It cuts closer than any other electric razor we have owned. I would def recommend as and alternative to regular blade razors. This shaver is the latest one that I have gotten from personal purchase at my local Rite-Aid from a year or so ago. I've had it for a long enough time to want to review. I do only use it when my skin is dry, I have yet to be brave enough and see how it works when my skin is still wet after showering or bathing! Overall I don't see or feel stubble too much once after I've used this shaver! I f there is stubble, I would not blame the shaver, I really will blame myself for missing spots on my legs! 5/5 Out of the shower Actually quite satisfying watching all the hairs fall off my legs. Quite flawless performance when it comes to out of the shower experience. This CUTS, mows down every single hair you can see. 1/5 In the shower The hair will stick to your body and that will make it harder to actually shave those hairs. Ended up nicking my armpit multiple times with this too. 3/5 For noise This is loud, like you can hear it from a room and maybe 2 rooms away. Everyone in the house will know you're shaving yourself. 4/5 Shaving length It's like 1mm of hair left on the legs so it's not perfect but it's still amazing for an electric shaver. Overall 3/5 I would use this more often but it's both noisy and hard to use in the shower. Other than those 2 gripes, it performs well everywhere else. I was shaving in the shower for 30 minutes and another 10 minutes out of the shower, it still has juice left to use. I recently got the Philips Norelco Bodygroom, a two in one trimmer and shaver. It must be said, up front, that this is a ***body*** hair trimmer and shaver… intended for your back, shoulders, chest, abs, underarm, arms, groin and legs. OOB, you get the two in one body hair trimmer/shaver, a cleaning brush, a proprietary charger, instructions, and a registration pamphlet. I am a hairy guy. Not quite sasquatch level, but not too far off, at least according to my wife. I have coarse hair also. It takes a pretty powerful shaver/trimmer to tame what I have going on. The short version is that the Philips Norelco Bodygroom has what it takes to get the job done, but please read on. You get a four-way contouring/pivoting shaver that first cuts your hair (with pre-cut blades on either side of the foil) and then foil shaves it down. I typically trim my chest, etc. with an adjustable trimmer head to a little over a 1/4 inch. But, for the purpose of this review, I charged the bodygroom (the green LED blinked while charging and turned solid green when done) and tried the foil shaver on the upper portion of my chest, to give the area shape. It did a great job. Close, smooth, exact… and no nicks. Note that you do not need to put a lot of pressure on the Bodygroom as you move it across your body. The way that the housing is ergonomically shaped (with a non-slip housing) is perfectly positioned to give you the right amount of pressure and surface drag. And, this was a dry shave. Yes, there was some irritation as a result of the dry shave, but that’s to be expected… and the irritation went away pretty quickly. For the remainder of my body hair, I used the adjustable trimmer head. The trimmer head offers 5 trim lengths, ranging from 1/8” (3mm) to 7/16” (11mm). It includes a guard that is easy to adjust with one finger, as well as self-sharpening blades. I had my wife take care of my back (my first time doing that, for which she was very happy). In the shower, shower off, I took care of my arm pits, chest, and other areas. There were instances where the hair “clogged” the trimmer guard, but I haven’t had a trimmer guard yet where that didn’t happen. Turn it over, shake it off, keep soldiering through. Easy enough. After cleaning up the shag carpet on the shower floor, so as not to block up my drain, I then showered and, with the water running (and given the Bodygroom is “showerproof”/water-resistant – but don’t submerge it (e.g., in a bathtub or sink), of course), took another go. At no point (dry or wet) was there an instance when there was a pinch or pull due to the trimmer blades. The self-sharpening trimmer blade was key here. My one gripe about the use of the Bodygroom was that there were instances where I could feel “drag” from the trimmer guard across more sensitive areas. It wasn’t unbearable. And, after a little I was able to learn how to maneuver to avoid the drag. But, this isn’t my first rodeo with body hair trimmers. Yet, this was the first guard with which I experienced the issue. After all was said and done, I dried the Bodygroomer, removed the trimmer guard, popped off the blade head, and cleaned the Bodygroom using the included brush. Super easy. According to the specs, the lithium ion battery in the Bodygroomer takes an hour to charge and offers 80 minutes of use. After a full charge, I used it for about 40 minutes total. It didn’t bog down once. I did recharge it before storing it and will likely charge it again before use, as I tend to go a little bit between “grooming” sessions. Other than keeping this thing clean, there’s no other maintenance. No oiling, no blade sharpening… nothing. Also, Philips Norelco offers a 5-year warranty. The manufacturer does make replacement shaving foil heads and shaving foil head cleaning spray, so just how long the foil head will last remains to be seen. A few minor bones to pick. You cannot use this device while you are charging it – but, given you’re likely to use it in the shower, with the shower running… not being able to charge it while using it is likely a good thing. In addition, I wish it came with a case that held the Bodygroom, the charger, and the brush. I’ll likely end up throwing it in an oversized zipper sandwich bag but a travel bag would’ve been a very solid addition. So, worth buying? Absolutely. For the reasons provided above, the Philips Norelco Bodygroom is a solid four star purchase and worth every penny. It’s ergonomic, easy to handle, provides two cutting surfaces (a foil shaver with pre-cutting blades and an easy to clean trimmer with self-sharpening blades and a 5-position adjustable guard), and thanks to those cutting surfaces gives you the versatility needed to shave your back, shoulders, chest, abs, underarm, arms, groin and legs. It holds a great charge and has enough power to make short work (see what I did there) of coarse body hair with zero problems. I wish it came with a travel bag, but c’est la vie. Much like other dudes in these reviews, I NEVER write a review of a product. I give a "star rating" and then bail on the survey. I am mixed- race and have 14ga wire for body hair. Very stubborn hair and rapid regrowth. Like I need to shave 10 minutes after shaving. I have used Nair on my back for 10yrs + and I will stay smooth for all of 24 hrs maybe. This contraption does in 5 minutes what used to be a 15-25 minute process and always some kind of mess. I was worried about shaving dry but read everyone else's review and did ONE pass on my back and was shocked. I cleaned my entire back baby-smooth in 5 minutes. I didn't "have" to shower, I just happened to. Toweled off and put on some lotion and was smooth for 3 days before I felt my usual stubble. So if you have normal body hair, this thing should clean you off for a week. Definitely worth the money. Wish I had discovered this thing years ago. I just bought this off of Amazon and received it yesterday and I have had shaved my back since 2007, nair, razors, ex girlfriends, and even went through 2 different Mangroomers and I have been using Norelco one blade for my chest, stomach and arms. Last time I shaved my back was prior to yesterday with this product was my ex back in 2019. My back was getting itchy and I couldn't stand it. I bought this back on march 27, 2021 received it on the 29th and shaved long hair dry shave. Amazed with zero cuts but I did have some irritation on my sides but other than that. I am sold this is well worth the money I just wish the handle was around 6 inches longer, however way better than mangroomer especially for the nice bbs smooth shave my back is currently.Charlie L.

Love this!! I get razor burn really easily so I tend to be wary when choosing a razor or a grooming kit. I use this to groom my bikini line and it works wonders no razor burn very smooth no shaving cream needed although I use a shaving oil before I use this just to be on the safe side no razor burn which is the best partkay.p

I WOULD be leaving 5 stars on this, because I absolutely loved my Manscaped trimmer. Until I bought TWO and both broke. Spent around $200 now. First time, bought and loved it. I used it till I died. Then I went to charge it and it lit up for a while, came back and whole thing was dead. I was like damn okay maybe I over charged it or got water in it on accident. Bought a new one. When it died this time I was EXTRA careful. I let it sit out for two days to dry before charging. I only let it charge for 20 minutes at a time. SAME THING HAPPENED. Have used this for almost a year now and really love it. The battery life is super long. The LED light is an essential, you know downstairs isn't always well lit. Waterproof is perfection, why get hair on your floor when you can let it go down the drain. The guards are essential, virtually impossible to cut yourself with one in place. It fits my hand perfectly and is surprisingly lightweight. The charger stand (wireless charging) uses a standard USB-C connector, so no worries if you lose the adapter included. Charging is fast and easy, The concept of a separate trimmer for upstairs beard and another for downstairs just makes too much sense. So if you are going for smooth look – the Manscaped razor is fantastic and works perfectly. However, unless the hair is about 1/4 inch or less, the razor plugs up really fast. The mower takes care of that. Pre-trim with the mower, then hit it with the razor. Overall, this thing is a great tool, designed for a very specific purpose.BinkyBarns

The lawn mower 4.0 touts ceramic skin safe blades that don’t cut or knick the skin. Completely false claim. Every single time I trim downstairs I get cut multiple times. The trimmer DOES NOT trim as close to the skin as they claim. A $20 Norelco trimmer actually trims closer to the skin. I can use the lawn mower & follow up with the Norelco & still trim shorter than the lawn mower by itself. Your trim area has to be silky smooth before u use this lawn mower or it will catch the skin every time without fail & cut you. Every time. Manscaped products are amazing for what they’re designed for. The lawn mower is a nice trimmer. It just doesn’t trim as close as they claim & it will cut your skin. Their claims on their website are just a sales pitch bullshit claim. They know it doesn’t trim to the skin. They know the damn thing will cut you. They know this & they care nothing about it. Just shut your mouth, spend $100 on the trimmer & you will believe what we tell you. I’d provide pics if they weren’t pics of downstairs. I have 3 cuts right now & still can’t get close to the skin. I picked this trimmer up as a precision edging trimmer because my current beard trimmer is not precise enough to trim up the lines around the edges of my facial hair and side burns. This trimmer performed excellently in getting very precise lines and is a good addition to the arsenal. It comes with a single, adjustable trim guide for trimming large sections of facial hair. It’s easy to use, has 5 settings, and gets a nice uniform thickness of facial hair. It makes quick work of the shaving process and is enjoyable to use. So far I am happy with this razor. It trims, edges and shaves very well. No nicking, pulling or snagging either. It has a 360 blade so it pivots to any direction you need it to. It is waterproof so you can use it wet or dry. Although I find it always better to shave wet. It also comes with a length setting comb so you can achieve that perfect length all over. Charging is fast and once charged it last a good while on just that one charge. More than enough time to get several shaves, trimmings etc in. Overall I am very pleased with this razor, it works great and I am looking forward to using it much more!bowens

Nothin beats an all in one face shaver when you don’t have to go back and forth between different styles of razor's. Philips Norelco OneBlade 360 Face has precise accuracy and gets a very close shave! I love how close it gets without having to use a straight razor. The blade and head of the shaver runs close to the skin to catch the smallest hairs and leaves it baby soft. I was surprised at how well it did with only one pass and hands down will use this one for every shave. Phillips designed this product with shaving in mind and in my several uses, I have yet to see the normal cuts you would get with a regular razor. My favorite part is how the blades line up my beard so easily without frustration. The slim design is easy to see around and fits in a travel bag perfectly. I bought a $10 bikini trimmer at a bargain store about a decade ago. It became my absolute favorite HG trimmer that never failed me. I could literally have my whole area done in 5 minutes, and felt smooth as a baby's bum. No pain or dealing with the horrible after-shaving itchies/ingrowns. Good times. It finally died and since then, I've bought countless trimmers from cheap to expensive hoping to find one that matched up to that cheap trimmer but had no luck. I had such a bad experience with one that it nearly turned me off to these trimmers. It nicked and pulled hairs/skin and I became so scared to use it I just went to waxing which is not fun and a monthly expense I didn't want to afford. Finally took a chance on this one despite the mediocre reviews and I'm SO GLAD. this is it! If you're looking for something ten times better than shaving (no itching, ingrown hairs, etc) and something that is the next best thing to the smoothness of waxing, this is it. It's completely painless, you can apply a lot of pressure to really get the hairs at the base and it will never pull hair or nick skin. You can get into the hard-to-reach areas with ease. I would give it a 8! The pros are…. You never have to worry about cutting yourself. Your hair also does not grow back as fast as if you would shave or wax. I like it because I can bring it in my purse with me if I'm going somewhere and we realized that I might need it row quick and I can go right into the ladies Room and fix a spot that I missed That's one of the main things I liked about it. I feel like I am always in a hurry so I forget to do things or I forget to shave 1 leg and not the other lol. The only cons that I have, are You always have to make sure that the batteries in it are a good brand. It doesn't work as well if you use cheaper batteries. Which that's OK with me however I don't think it should matter what batteries are in it I think it should just work the same. And the other con that I have, is that I had a hard time cleaning it. At least for the 1st time… there several different things you have to take apart and clean and put back together so it's kind of like a puzzle lol but once you do it once or twice then you'll know how to do it. I ended up buying all 3! the 1 for my legs the one for a facial hair and the 1 for my eyebrows. And I will say, that the 1 for the eyebrows is absolutely my favorite. I would give that a 9.25 and the facial hair flawless remover, I would give about a 9. It's definitely worth the money! However, there are a lot of coupons out there were you can get that for 30 or 40% off with their selling it for and that's how I bought my 1st 1. She loved her previous Finishing Touch Flawless Legs Hair Remover…it just wore out after 5-6 years of use. I should have known; too good to be true! It's a knock-off/rip-off!! NOT as pictured/described. DO NOT purchase. Does not include all advertised parts either. Fortunately, she was able to use the previous cord/charger! This is a great, Great Razor!!! It must be charged for the night or a few hours when you first get it though. You don't need to leave it plugged in though. Once it has been charged fully, you will have several days worth of power. It is very quiet, it gives a really close shave and it is really smooth on the face. In addition, it is very simple to clean. You can removed the guard and it reveals the blades of the razor. You just run some water over the blades and it removes the hair clippings.bj987keller

The Good: Great feel, grip, shave, ease of cleaning, quick charge time, trimmer is handy for sideburns to shape them up between haircuts. The Bad: I have now gone through two of these in about 2 years….the first lasted about 18 mos, the second, about 5. Problem? For whatever reason, after awhile, it will not charge. I also use shaving cream when I get out of the shower and use the razor, rinse it before, during and after use….and always and I mean always, after the period of time, you get up, plug it in, go in the shower, come out, dead. It won't charge. My guess? The Lithium Ion Batts. While ALL batteries have a lifespan, they should be much longer thant this. I rinse the head during shaving (shaving cream buildup and hair) 2-3 times while shaving paying attention to let the water drain down 90-95%….I don't think it's water intrusion….as deep as this thing goes is running it under the faucet head down? I used both the old and new charger….the new one shows all power lights on for about 2-3 seconds, goes dim, dead……there is something about these batteries that are not right….I am off to Walmart this mornign to get a 3rd in less than 3 years THIS time WITH the cheap warranty…..I have used Brauns for over 30 years and the batteries always seem to be the issue…do NOT pack them in luggage that will go in the cargo hold or you will find them dead, not chargeable when you get to your destination…this one is ONLY used at home. I take a cheap corded Braun on the road and it's about 20 years old now, still works but it's a dry shave…irritating…….I like the ability to use shaving cream for a much more comfortable shave but, this battery thing is aggravating…..over the 30 years I have gone through multiple 3, 5, 7 and 9 series razors…they ALL have battery failures eventually…so you end up buying a new one…..why? Because the other brands suck MORE. I have had Remington, Norelco (couldn't shave close with a gun to it's head), Chinese knockoffs even a small cordless from Harbor Freight that despite is size and slow speed delivered a great shave until it quit working…..it seems that if a rechargeable battery is run for 20 mins a day max, 6-7 days a week, it SHOULD last more than 6 months….never dropped, never abused, always left open on the counter after rinsing to let the head and razor dry after separated….still died….ridiculous…..I only hope the warranty is worth something when the next one croaks….no warning either….just dies…..still the best brand overall….Terry

I've never really liked wet dry shavers but this one changed my mind. it shaves flawless and leaves you face as smooth as using a traditional razor. i love that it's wireless and it charges very quickly and stays charged for a great amount of time. and cleaning is a breeze with the included brush and removable heads. you can also remove the head and run it under water for a deep clean. all around this is and excellent shaver.James
