I bought a $10 bikini trimmer at a bargain store about a decade ago. It became my absolute favorite HG trimmer that never failed me. This is a great shaver/trimmer. I was super surprised for the price. I have tried several Remington shavers, even some more expensive than this with terrible results. This shaver gives you no nicks and it shaves down the hairs to 1/8 of an inch! Several reviews have said it isn't a close enough shave with the head attachment on but any closer and all the hair would be shaved off. Make sure to read the instruction book because it tells you how to hold the shaver correctly for the best shave. You also can use the trimmer with the head attachment off. I am unfortunately unable to provide a full review of the product as I was unable to use it in the condition it was sent to me. I noticed that the box had some minor damage/wear suggesting it had been open before. Upon closer inspection of the blade, I noticed a few very small bits of hair/fuzz. I am extremely disappointed and disgusted. I immediately contacted Ulta and received the automated response to expect a reply within 24 hours. Over a day later, still no response. I want to give Ulta the benefit of the doubt, as it is a pretty horrible thing to deceptively return such a product and claim it was never used. The hairs are faint so I could understand how they may have been overlooked, but still I would hope more care would be given, especially given the nature of the product. In my opinion, a product of this nature should always be final sale, barring mechanical defects that prevent it from functioning to begin with. I live over an hour away from my most convenient Ulta store, and it is proving to be a hassle to get this exchanged. I never anticipated I would need to send the product back or bring it into store, because even if I was disappointed with the performance, I wouldn't return it after using it. Personally, I'm not a bald shaver. I get razor bumps super fast no matter what I do. So this shaver is perfect for me. It gets my hairs to a stubby point which I don't mind. NO RAZOR BUMPS FOR ME! I’m single, and at this point in my life only shave my bikini baby fresh after my period. I shave my legs, arms and armpits almost everyday. I’ve been using this razor/trimmer for years. I purchased a new one recently because the trimmer end seemed a little dull (I like to replace about once a year, so it was about time anyway). The new one was great and worked as it should. My complaint is the trimmer end has rusted, not sure if they started using different materials to make them but this has never happened before. It still works but I’m stuck now having to purchase a whole new one since it seems as though you can’t get replacement parts for the trimmer end. I wouldn't buy this again personally. As for someone else, I suggest you buy this depending on what you plan to use it for. Smaller touch up areas with shorter/thinner hair seem to be fine but for longer hair or for private areas, noway. This pulls and tugs and can be painful based on my experience. I have used the Flawless brand trimmer and I find myself reverting back to that just because its smoother and way less tugging. Other than that, its very stylish looking. It did come fully charged and came with a guard and charging cord. No charging block so you will need one of those to charge it if you decide to purchase.Devin

Schick Quattro is a great idea of a lady product for having a razor with a bikini trimmer but don't be fooled. This was affordable until I discovered the bikini trimmer didn't last me for a long time. The first time I purchased it everything was great until the trimmer stopped working even only using it a few times. Changing the battery didn't solved the problem so I figured the real problem was something else….this stuff doesn't LAST at all. I even purchased another one to see if the first one was broken but the same happened to the second one I bought. I would rather spend money on a razor that has a rechargeable trimmer instead of one that uses batteries. Of these brands, the latter has kept my loyalty for the past year and a half. I have to give my props to Schick for their effective marketing and advertising of their most recent product, the Schick Quattro Trim Style for women. Priced at only 9.99 at major retailers like Wal-Mart, this product has a dual head (one for bikini trimming and one for the regular shaving of legs, armpits, etc. If you don't think this product is one of the MOST coveted of shaving products on the market you either 1. Don't shave or 2. Are completely out of touch with the world. When this product was first introduced to consumers you could not flip through a single channel without seeing or hearing the commercial with the women walking by the pool and the bushes trimming themselves into triangular bikini shapes. This commercial led me to desire and need the Trim Style when I didn't even know I "needed" it. After purchasing the product, I felt satisfied because I had achieved something I felt I was supposed to do (it must have been an effect of all the advertising). After actually trying the product I must say its not better than any other Schick product except that it provides the convenience of a bikini trimmer on one end of it (which I barely use). It still has the disposable blade on the regular razor end and it must be replaced over time or it won't be as effective. Overall I would call this product average. This is basically just an electric shaver, without the cord. It's great for shaving your feet and ankles (no cuts), but I wouldn't really recommend it for anything else. I used it in the bikini area, and ended up with bright red, chafed skin that lasted for at least two days. So I won't be doing THAT again. Also, it doesn't provide a super smooth shave, like you get with a razor. Major disappointment, as I was expecting it to be as good as the Flawless Facial hair remover, which is excellent. Got this product after a lot of research and other people telling me how much they love their other flawless products. I only had to charge it once because the battery last a long time. Well finally it died, which I recommend stopping shaving if it's close to dying. I went to charge it and it wouldn't charge. I left it sitting, thinking it was charging, it got really hot and no life. It doors work really well on the underarms. I have super sensitive skin and hate using a razor because it hurts so bad.
