First the bad news…the seat was terribly uncomfortable, but I changed it out with a nicer gel spring seat I already had and that made all the difference. Also, some assembly was required as it had been pre-assembled in the factory but then partially disassembled for shipping in a large rectangular box. The bolts/nuts were so tight I needed help from a friend but we eventually got it together with the two of us. Then I tried out the gears and each gear "caught" so I had to take it to a bicycle repair shop who tuned it up for about $40. Now I LOVE IT! So for under $300 I'd say I got a good buy in the end. To me, it's a very nice looking bike and I do not regret my purchase…besides, with the Coronavirus issues, I was lucky to find a bicycle I like in this country for sale.CindyRock

I live in a very humid, tropical environment where sulfur emissions from a prior lava eruption continue to pollute the air and cause everything metal to rust. After our 1960's Schwinn cruiser bicycles became rusted beyond repair, I searched online for new bikes. The sixthreezero bicycles looked really cool and the prices were fantastic. I did not expect the quality to be anywhere near as good as it is! It is extremely comfortable and a breeze to pedal also! The paint color is very retro and cool; people compliment the bike whenever I ride Amazingly, TWO years after I have purchased it, my bike has NO rust anywhere! This is practically unheard of in our location! We live 5 blocks from 3-month long active lava eruption that continues to emit sulfur into the air three years later! If I had to say something negative about the bike, I can't think of anything I would change about it! Their customer service team is top notch! Anytime I email them, they respond almost immediately! I bought this bike to try to get in better shape. The reason I wanted an electric bike was because I wanted to push myself and then use the electric only to ride back if I pushed myself too far. Plus I needed a way to get back home to accommodate multiple musculoskeletal issues that I was afraid would leave me stranded and struggling to return on a manual bike. I haven't rid a bike in years so I was hesitant to spend this amount on a bike I hadn't test driven and I lacked confidence in my physical ability as I have multiple disabilities. First off this bike has changed my life. I started off riding a couple miles and being tired. After a few weeks I was up to 5 miles multiple times a week. I'm so excited to have a means of exercise that gets my heart rate up, doesn't exacerbate my disabilities, and is enjoyable. I have had my bike for 2 months now and last month I rode 70 miles and met the weekly recommend moderate activity for multiple weeks in a row. I have done 7, 8, 9 mile rides so far. I originally thought I wouldn't get my heart beat up much with an electric bike but to the contrary. My fitbit shows my rides and where my heart increases to fat burning and cardio. Now I have plans by the end of March to ride 6 miles to work and 6 miles back 2-3 times a week. I couldn't have even imagined this goal as a possibility 2 months ago and now this is realistic. This bike is comfortable and is a joy to ride. The seat is cushy and comfortable. The hand grips are comfortable. I have issues with my hands and was worried about pain but this hasn't been a problem and I'm quite comfortable with the grips and angle of the handlebars. This bike is sturdy and comfortable. The battery lasts a long time. I could probably ride 4 or 5 days 5-6 miles a day until I need to recharge. I usually recharge every 2-3 rides but that is because I'm the type of person who fills my gas tank up when it is 3/4th full. I see the battery go down two bars and I'm on it with a recharge. The cons: I had a squeaking sound and couldn't figure out what was causing it, but I didn't look. I assigned figuring it out to my boyfriend and he said he was going to try some WD40. I'm not sure if he used it or did something but the squeaking sound went away. My breaks squeal a little. I haven't walked through the steps they provided to do a break tune-up so it is probably user error. I think I'm going to assign this to my boyfriend too. The battery came loose a couple times cutting the power. I just noticed it was tougher to pedal and stopped the bike to push it back in. The final con was I really wanted the cream bike but after waiting for three months global supply issues meant I would likely have to wait another three months. So they gave me an option to wait or switch to a bike in stock which is how I ended up with the Navy bike. It is very nice looking and I'm pleased even though it wasn't my first pick. I highly recommend this bike. It was easy to assemble. I think it took me an hour because I carefully read and reread instructions to make sure I did it correctly. I love this bike. It is super comfy and gave me an outlet to be physical activity. I was really struggling with the prospect of never being able to do anything physical until I got this bike. So I'm serious when I say this bike changed my life by giving me back my life. Now I have cute little accessories on it. Love it and look forward to many rides to come.Jeni

After purchasing an electric bike from Six Three Zero for myself, and being pleased with what I got, I ordered a second one for my wife, a 250 w Around the Block. I am just as pleased with this one as I was the first. The assembly instructions were straight-forward, all the parts were there, and it went together easily with a minimum of adjustments. I experienced one problem, with the lock for the battery, but that was instantly dealt with and a new replacement arrived in a matter of days. My wife had not ridden a bike in a long time, but she is now enjoying joining me on our tours of the country roads that we are lucky enough to be near. And, if we go a bit too far, all we have to do is turn up the juice and head back home. Thanks Six-Three-Zero. We will enjoy these bikes for years.George C

I purchased an Around the Block, 7-speed bike for my wife. I have to say that it was a great choice for her. I wasn't scared of the fact that you have to assemble the bike but was dreading the process. I have to say that the entire assembly procedure was easy. Much of the bike is preassembled. The accompanying assembly booklet is well organized and instructions are very clear on what to do and pointing out the pitfalls to watch out for with certain steps. But I found the online assembly video most helpful, being able to listen to and see the step as it was being done. Being able to stop the video and complete the step was very helpful. All in all, assembly was a piece of cake! Quality: first rate construction. Comfort: my wife loves the bike and how it feels. Color choices: very cool! It's very comfortable on long rides. The 7 speeds come in handy for hills. Shifting is a breeze, very smooth and quick. I would highly recommend this company for any of its products!bassoonorama

My new sixthreezero cruiser bike arrived sooner than expected which was a nice surprise. It came mostly assembled; the final assembly took less than an hour. The dark blue color I chose is gorgeous and like no other I’ve seen. The single speed cruiser style is exactly what I was hoping for in an easy to ride bike with no shifting necessary. I bought my Around The Block men's bike in June 2020 as the pandemic quarantine lifestyle made clear that I needed a new form of exercise. I haven't ridden a bike for like almost 2 decades. This bike was EXACTLY what I needed. First, it was super light and easy to put together which was a major plus given that we had it delivered to our home. Also, the paint finish (I got Olive Oat) was just elegant and modern. I love the appearance. Most importantly, the ergonomic design really is a revolution in how I ride bikes (they have a nice video by the CEO about their design philosophy…this video really got me curious to try their bikes). To put it simply, I grew up riding bikes with my upper body and arms crouched low and forward. This bike designs it's pedal orientation and handle bars to force you to sit upright (head high) and your pedal motion to be forward of your torso. Honestly, it took a few rides to get comfortable in this position (my muscle memory tried to keep me arching forward which took some mental training to stop). Now that I am used to it, I can 100% attest that this bike design is the CORRECT riding position for leisure biking. My back feels like a million dollars riding this like this and, moreover, keeping your head up and your hands forward really catches the sunlight, scapes and breezes and it feels like the aesthetic pay off of riding in a top-down convertible! I bought this bike this summer to use as my main form of transportation. So far I'm pretty happy with this company and the bike I bought. My bike arrived sooner than expected. I didn't have the patience or engery to assemble it, so I went to my local bike shop. The shop said that there were no issues putting it together, like missing or broken parts. Customer service is friendly and easy to get a hold of through their facebook group and they answered all questions I had promptly, like the exact measurements of the seat. Before purchasing, I had took the fit quiz to find my ideal size. I got the evryjourney 24 inch 7 speed bike in teal and it fits perfectly. I'm 4 foot 11 with a short inseam and have had a hard time in the past finding bikes that fit well and don't look too childish. The evryjourney has been great so far and I've gotten lots of compliments on it's appearance. Chatting with a rep online was the right way to go for the help I needed. They suggested the 21 speed EVRYjourney since we do have so many hills in our neighborhood. My order was placed and it arrived in 5 days. I am in Southern California so other states would take longer. It was packed very well. No scratches or damage whatsoever. My husband assembled my beautiful cream & orange EVRYjourney in less than an hour. From the very first ride I was in love! The seat is big, nice and comfortable. The most comfortable bicycle seat I have ever had. I have had a fractured tailbone, so this is something I was worried about being a possible issue. The more upright sitting position of this beautiful ride means the bicycle riding isn’t making me feel like I’ve been beaten up afterwards. My back isn’t hurting. My knees, neck and shoulders aren’t hurting! This means I get to enjoy riding and getting my health back. I added a basket to the front so my Maltipoo could ride along with me and he loves it! The wide handlebars are the perfect support for the basket. I can honestly say one reason I decided on the EVERYjourney with sixthreezero was their 365 Test Ride Policy, but from my first ride I have told everyone I know to upgrade their bikes to a sixthreezero bicycle. I have the Women's Evryjourney in yellow and I really enjoy it! I get compliments on it whenever I am out riding. This is my first "cruiser" type bicycle and I can say that I am 100% converted! I will never go back to a mountain bike; sitting upright with the slightly forward pedaling motion and having my arms relaxed is a game changer. No more sore wrists and shoulders from leaning over the handlebars. Overall, I am pleased with the bike. I have a few reasons for taking a few stars away on the review: 1. The brakes are squeaky and they feel almost cheap. In reading other's reviews it sounds like this is an inherent issue due to the smooth texture of the rims. Smooth brake pad rubbing on smooth rims = squeaky brakes. I also don't 100% trust the brakes if I were going at a moderate to high speed. They just don't seem to engage very strongly and I don't fully trust them to stop me quickly if I needed to. Riding around the neighborhood with my kids is fine (this is mostly what I use my bike for), but I wouldn't feel comfortable going much faster due to the brakes feeling "flimsy". 2. My front fender arrived bent and the paint had cracked where the bend was in the metal. I submitted a warranty claim with an explanation and pictures of the bent fender, and I was sent a tiny bottle of yellow paint. Painting the cracked paint doesn't fix the bend. Disappointed that sixthreezero didn't fully fix the issue. 3. Getting the bike took FOREVER. I pre-ordered it and expected it to arrive on the date that was listed when I pre-ordered, but it didn't arrive until several months after I was originally told that I would get it. I get that COVID created a high demand for bikes, but seriously. Don't promise your customers that it will arrive on a certain date when they order it if you can't deliver on that timeframe.JenP

I bought this bike in peach two years ago (during the beginning of the pandemic). I love it! So, I decided to get it in my favorite color (PURPLE!) for my upcoming birthday. The front wheel was warped. Walmart had no immediate way to resolve the problem. So, I bought another of the same bike. Again, the front wheel was warped. I called the manufacturer and had to provide lots of proof, including a video. They are going to pay up to $25 for me to get the wheel fixed. This has been a major hassle!Trinity

I'm not exactly the steadiest person in the world (or the most graceful) so when I needed to look at options for having a bike as a way of transportation, I started to do my research. Now it took me a few weeks, I even borrowed a few, 4 different bikes from friends to try out. I finally knew which brand I wanted, Kent, but I didn't know exactly which style or color, so I walked into my local Walmart and started test driving them all! I rode quite a few bikes throughout the entire store. (sorry Walmart!) But as soon as I sat on the rose gold Bayside, i knew it was a perfect match!! I ride this bike everywhere! Thru everything! It runs so smooth and makes it so easy for me, that it's perfect for an old girl like me. Ive ridden it through the rain, I ride it in the scorching sun, uphill, downhill, even against the wind, and its still riding as smooth as the day I bought it! Promise, it's well worth the money that you spend on it and it's a fraction of the price at other places! Atleast once a day, someone compliments me on what a beautiful bike I have. I do love this bike but I was not happy by the main part to the handle bars being striped to the point where I cannot ride it without the handlebars falling down. I did reach out to Kent where I got immediate assistance and my part to fix this issue will arrive in a couple days. It was also very difficult for me to put the bike together, you do not get any tools even though you need tools, and specific tools to put the bike together ( wrench, allen keys etc. ) and you will be dealing with brakes so I do recommend having a professional put your bike together but I will say inside the box I got a card from kent stating if you bring the bike to Walmart they will put it together for free- so don't buy the 65 dollar fee to put your bike together because ITS FREE! I do wish that the bike didn't take so long to be delivered but I realize that COVID has messed up the ease of buying a bike. I would estimate about 2-3 weeks it took to receive my bike from the date of order. Now on a good note- the seat is super comfy!! The bike itself rides smoothly and the color is beautiful. I will say that I thought this bike would be too tall for me being I am 5'1 and this height was recommended for 5'2 and up but on the lowest position and you are able to tilt the seat forward too, I was able to sit on the bike and hold myself up off the floor without falling. This was the best bicycle! If you're average height the only thing is you have to throw your leg over to get on the bicycle. It's comfortable seating, very accommodating, is fast speed but not too bad. You can definitely get a good exercise out of this bike! It's very high in quality. This bike felt sturdy and it was easy to take off. As I accelerated and was able to move faster, I was unable to continue pedaling. I did not attempt to shift gears and maybe this would have helped. Yet it handled corners well. I am sure it will ride well on terrain surfaces.Diesel82

Ok, let me start off by saying that I've been on lots of bikes. But NONE compare to this baby. Outside of the bike being my favorite color this is the best ride I've ever experience. I love, love, love it. It's lightweight and stylish but very sturdy. The ride is so smooth. The seat is comfortable and so are the handlebars. It brakes with ease and you do not have to worry about feeling all the bumps like you experience with other bikes. I can't say enough about it. Purchased this bike today, and it was definitely not worth the $100. It is cheaply made and makes all sorts of noises. The chain rubs against a metal part and makes a noise while using, and everytime i hit the breaks it makes an embarassing loud noise, as if the bike is old and rusty. After using it for about 15 mins, the tire started to rub against the breaks and make another loud sound that is hard to ignore and the seat is also so uncomfortble. All in all, I have nothing nice to say about this bike, which is dissapointing because I was really looking forward to bike riding with all of this covid-19 chaos. It was the only bike availbale in store to purchase, and decided i’d give it a shot, but unfortunately it did not work out. You get what you pay for.Leslee

Only 4 stars due to the fact that the seat that comes with it is VERY uncomfortable. I changed the seat after the first ride I took and it feels better now. I had the bike professionally assembled so I can't speak to the instructions. Otherwise, I like the bike. I'm 5'3" and it fits me just fine. The gears are relatively easy to use and the brakes work well. For the money spent, it's a good choice.Skybelle

As an 84 year old man who needs to exercise daily, I purchased this women's bike (easier to mount) to ride around my neighborhood. (I normally play racquetball daily at KSU's recreation center – now closed indefinitely for COVID-19 fears). The bicycle was delivered promptly to my residence. It is heavier than I prefer but is in excellent condition and assembled easily (you need to remove one of the front wheel caliper brake pads to install the front wheel). The original seat is narrow and too firm for my comfort, so I ordered a wider seat which I now have installed and checking on its' acceptability. I am very pleased with the quality build and aesthetics of the bike. It should give me, whatever years I have remaining, enjoyable bike riding and the fresh air and exercise I need.cms1936

AVOID BUYING THIS BIKE! I bought this bike because it was super cute and affordable, but it is absolutely terrible. It’s extremely hard to pedal even on the lowest gear. At first I thought it was just me, but my sister tried riding it and it was so hard for her to pedal she got off and walked the bike for the rest of the ride! The seat is extremely hard and the thread in the handlebars stared unraveling after just two rides. I would not at all recommended this bike. To top it all off, when I went to return the bike to Target, the whole back tire just fell off! Luckily the Target associates were super nice and allowed me to return the bike. I bought a new bike from a local bike shop for about the same price and have had no issues. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND DO NOT BUY THIS BIKE.Nena

I think the bike itself would be a great bike, providing it was assembled correctly. The seat was at an odd angle and had to be adjusted which is no big deal. I would recommend getting a seat cover because the seat is NOT comfortable. The handbrake was falling apart, so I took that into a bike shop to fix it properly. Otherwise, the bike feels smooth when you ride it.Sharon

This it’s a great starter bike if you haven’t ridden in a while. It’s super cute & I like it comes with a back rack. I added a cute basket & love it. I got it pre-assembled pick up at the store. Be aware that you will have to adjust & tighten all the parts on this bike, like adjusting the brake pads & aligning the handlebars so it’s centered correctly. My seat was tilted & after adjusting it was a more comfortable ride. You’ll need a tire pump & check the psi before riding. My tires needed a lot more air to be safe & comfortable. The manual that comes w/ it is not specific for the bike & is just a general guide for many Schwinn bikes. A little research online & I got the info needed to make adjustments for safety & comfort.MC

I purchased the Classic Step-thru for my wife’s birthday. Because of our current health situation, I had it delivered to our home. It was very easy to assemble as most of it was already put together. There was some minor scrapes on the fender that required touch up paint (which was provided in the box along with a handy hex key set for assembly). It looks great and she loves the ride!Tony H

Just bought this bike it’s super cute. The seat is fairly comfortable and it is easy to ride. Just the right size for me I’m 27 5’4 125lbs for reference. Only negatives is it did come with a little dent in the front wheel cover and it makes a slight clinking noise when I peddle, but otherwise I love it! I absolutely love this bike. I have always wanted a beach cruiser but women’s cruisers are generally not made for tall women. Enter ThreeSixZero and their genius inclusion of a “will this bike fit my body” calculator on their website. I entered my height and weight and it gave me a list of all the cruisers that would work for me. I was able to buy with confidence that I wouldn’t be smacking my knees on the handlebars. I chose the single speed because there is some assembly required and I didn’t want to deal with brake lines or complicated gears. The bike came very well packaged and was really easy to put together; I was riding my bike within an hour of opening the box! My husband was instantly jealous of my new ride and I ended up getting him his own cruiser (again using the calculator since he’s quite tall) for Valentine’s Day. Now we take rides together any chance we get, and often choose to ride our bikes to the store instead of wasting gas taking a car. I can’t recommend this company enough!RisW

I purchased the Around the Block Men's Bicycle. I had one issue when tightening the saddle so that it did not tilt downward when sitting on it. I tried to lock it down, but overtightened one side until the threads deteriorated and the nut popped off. This was my fault, and I should have tightened both sides evenly. I mention this because the customer service to replace the saddle was fantastic and I did not have any issues tightening as intended after receiving a new saddle, which was shipped promptly. But after getting the saddle secured, I had an issue tuning the braking mechanism on the rear tire. The rear tire itself was warped to where I had to choose between rubbing slightly on the brakes every revolution, or opening the brakes so much that it had no braking power. It took a lot of tuning, but I eventually found a brake setting with minimal rub and moderate braking power, and just relied on the front brakes after that. I have no doubt the customer service would have also responded to this issue, but after the saddle thing I kind of wanted to figure it out myself. Still, the rear wheel did come warped and I could have pursued getting a new one. Everything else was good and the frame and gear mechanism seemed like quality parts. Due to the warped tire, I would give 3/5 but the customer service is 5/5 so average review is 4/5.curtisbrian2

When covid and lockdown first started, I was looking for fun and effective ways to work out at home/socially distanced. A friend suggested getting a bike and I began researching different options and brands. I was (and still am) a total newbie but sixthreezero seemed like the right move based on reviews and price point. I heard about this brand/bike from my sister in MI. She got an AroundtheBlock version and told me all about it and urged me to get one too. I ordered an EVRYjourney 7 speed. I ordered it on Jun 26 and received it earlier than expected on July 3rd ( I am in CA). I was so excited to get this bike and give it a try. My last bike was a normal mountain style bike that was not comfortable to ride for a long period of time. My son (who has put together thousands of bikes for his job) put my bike together quickly and easily and I was off riding away. This bike is like riding in luxury; it’s comfortable, easy to shift and I can ride it for a reasonable amount of time with ease. I’m only in my 30s but I already have some serious back, knee, and problems. My knees, neck and shoulders aren’t hurting! This means I get to enjoy riding and getting my health back. I added a basket to the front so my Maltipoo could ride along with me and he loves it! The wide handlebars are the perfect support for the basket. I can honestly say one reason I decided on the EVERYjourney with sixthreezero was their 365 Test Ride Policy, but from my first ride I have told everyone I know to upgrade their bikes to a sixthreezero bicycle. This is my second Firmstrong Urban bike. My first was a one speed, and though I loved it and it was perfect for riding around my community, I also would go out on 20 mile rides through park and preserve land where having a three speeds would help with days of higher wind or when I was off a paved path. Hard to find a decent single speed bike with an awesome colour. This bike is actually for my special needs son and we have spent a long time trying to find a comfortable bike for him that is a single speed. I finally found it and and I will be a lifelong customer to Firmstrong!!Susanna C.

Overall I like the way the bike rides. It is easy to pedal, even uphill. But I hate the color! It is NOT the same pink as in the picture. It is closer to lavender than pink. I should have traded it out when I picked it up, really wishing I had.Daisy

This bike shipped quickly and arrived a day early. It exceeds expectations in every way. It took about 15 minutes to assemble. i'm glad I had metric wrenches or else it would've taken a little longer. With one, almost trivial, exception: no pretty decals for frame and chainguard.ChrisG

It is a pleasure to ride and a fun look. We debated about single or three speed. Very happy we chose the multi-speed. The posture this bikes places the rider in is very comfortable. Not that leaning, straining ten-speed of our youthCharlevoix G.

Overall the bike doesn't seem to be as well constructed as previous Schwinn bicycles I have owned. The front fender on this bike is bent and doesn't go on properly. I will have to try to twist it back into the proper alignment to be able to use it.lazloy

I mostly like the bike, especially the color. I found that the wheelbase was too short and really had to make some handlebar and seat adjustments. I am still getting used to the brakes. One thing I would caution is to make sure you read the vendors return policy. I was unhappy with a couple of things. The company, Bargains Delivered, suggested I could sell the bike or donate it. Honestly, all size information should be in their write up. Now I am stuck with it. I will not be purchasing from then again.Debbie

My husband bought this bike for me for Christmas. He put it together for me and it has rained or been very cold everyday since. I will say I wish I had read more about the size, being 5ft 1in the bike is a little big for me. But then again all bike have always been too big. I wish the seat lowered more than it does. The packaging of the bike in the box could've been more secure. Bike was easy to assemble but there were a few of the lug nuts missing which we had to go purchase at a nearby bike shop. As this is a Christmas gift, it has not been used yet. Fingers crossed everything holds up.Calikat

The bicycle is a decent beginners bicycle for women. The bicycle had some flaws, bearings on the pedals were stiff, the bottom bracket bearings were bad. Since I am a bicycle mechanic, I took care of the issues. Positive is the components shift well, brake well.avatrek
