I’ve always bought quality grooming products, most notably I’d been using Morris Motley for years (fantastic as well). I didn’t think it could get any better… I was wrong. I recently purchased the M2, SH1, and CD1 products and they are undisputedly the best products I’ve ever used. M2 has been my favourite styling product for a while. It’s definitely medium to light hold, but it works well with my hair and leaves a really natural look throughout the day. No residue, flakes, or oiliness whatsoever, and it washes out easily with SH2. It also smells great. I have sensitive skin and can react to some products, but no worries here. his was one of the first products I tried and have been using it ever since. I mostly use it in slightly damp hair but have also occasionally used it in dry hair for a firmer hold. The feel is great and the hold in the hair is awesome but one of the biggest stand outs of the product has to be the smell. I always get compliments on the smell. Long ago, I searched for YEARS for a product that just works well and I finally found it in this one! I have used the American Crew Fiber and Pomade. This product, the "Forming Cream" I would describe as the middle, the perfect balance. My hair is thick, somewhat coarse, yet soft. I wear my hair short, almost like a buzz and usually let it grow longer so that I can comb it over (by longer I'm talking 4-5 inches on the top, sometimes more). What I didn't like about Fiber is that it can be too clay like and usually made my hair too stiff. I found fiber to work best the shorter my hair was, but even then it was a super strong and stiff hold. It was actually working as intended, but not to my liking. What I didn't like about Pomade was the high shine and depending on how much used, greasy feel to my hair. And once again, you buy Pomade for the shine, so working as intended but not to my liking.dipen.p

I like this product. I've been using it for a while. It definitely has a good hold on your hair without making it look like there's anything in your hair. I would recommend maybe adding some natural ingredients to make it smell a little better, if possible. Also, I don't know who did the wrapping, but filling up the entire box with confetti paper for a small container of this cream pomade was not the move. This is my first foray into pomades, and I was braced for something between a hair oil and the crunchy gels of the 80s. I was pleasantly surprised to find Cremo delivered something far better. This pomade is a solid hold, especially when worked through do hair, and it holds for 24 hours, if not longer. I've been able to mist water on my hair and comb it back into place after sleeping for a second day's hold. It doesn't have a strong smell, which is great — nothing to compete with my aftershave and cologne. I have 3a/b curly hair, ringlets with big volume and I thought I'd never be able to wear my hair straight without using a straightener religiously. And with this product alone, I can wear my hair slicked back and mostly straight in a Peaky Blinders cut. That's the kind of hold Cremo delivers, and I'm a convert for life. I recently received this Cremo Thickening Styling Paste #freeproduct from #trywithtopbox to try in exchange for an honest review. This is the first time my fiancé is trying a styling paste, he usually uses hair glue for his hair. He found that the product was easy to use and work into his hair. The texture of the paste is really soft and not at all sticky or tacky. It however does not have as much hold as his usual hair glue. He actually has pretty thick hair to begin with so he couldn't tell if there was a thickening effect. However, he said he really loved the scent of product. Most hair styling products he has tried usually smells waxy or has a overwhelming perfumy scent. This one smells like an old fashioned barber shop. I've used Mitch Clean Cut for four or five years now, as there are very few companies that make Cruelty Free International approved products, and unfortunately the Superdrug stuff is just sticky and doesn't have great hold. I have stiff wiry hair that my stylist despairs of, but Clean Cut tames it, and looks great. You don't see any product in your hair, there's no sheen or shine, it doesn't flop through the day, so I can look smart for work all day. It still looks good after riding to work in a cycle helmet, and a hand through it can perk it up if needed, and your hand doesn't come out like flypaper. It's genuinely the only styling product I will buy, and when I run out I always stress that it will be discontinued. It's been so hard to find, as fewer salons stock it now, and Paul Mitchell are great with their scare stories about finding aliens or sea life in their products bought over the internet. Mankind were great in reassuring me it's genuine when bought from them, and were open at the weekend too. And you can Give as you Live with your order too. Top stuff all round.
This stuff works amazing. I used it on my son before and he is hard on his hair at school. This stuff kept his hair in good condition, and kept it in place as I styled it. It smells amazing. I recently bought American Crew Fiber Cream 3.3 oz (not the first time via Walmart online)but this time the bottle had some transparent and very liquid substance inside instead of a creamy fiber texture. I love American crew products, and this fiber cream is by far my favorite of the line now. This product is not a over thick cream, doesn’t dry, flake, or become hard, or greasy. I’ve tried a lot of hair products over the years and found Clay to work best for my hair type. Of all the clays I’ve tried (recent clays I’ve tried are Triumph and Disaster’s ‘Coltrane’ and Shear Vivial Northern Lights) I’ve found Hanz de Fuko Claymation to be the best I’ve used. It’s very easy to apply, no pulling. It’s very easy to create the style you want and it stays in place throughout the day. It doesn’t dry hard or feel greasy and it’s easy to restyle. It gives a natural healthy finish. It’s very easy to wash out with just water. I don’t like to use shampoo very day so this is something I look for in a product. It's tough looking for hair product that's natural and good on the body. While I enjoy a majority of the Badger products, this one needs a little more work on it. A lot of the reviews here are pretty much the same; a little more hold is desperately needed. A little beeswax is needed for a firmer hold. Also, water solubility is a problem as well. It's a bit oily at times when washing it from your hair; sometimes two washes are needed to clean up. Overall, the product does it job; smells great, holds but could hold a bit tighter. Having good ingredients and beautiful smell but… My husband didn't like it very much because it comes off and goes into his eyes. Too runny than textured wax type cream side. Much like American Crew's Fiber, this product is high hold and made for short hair (about 1-3 inches in length). It's one of my favorite products to use after haircuts when my hair is short. Molding Clay differs from the Fiber because it has a shine. It will give something closer to a "gel/wet" look, but without hardening and the product remains malleable so you can restyle throughout the day (hence a "greasy" feel as opposed to the "sticky" feel of the Fiber). If you have hair that's longer than about 3 inches, the product will likely feel too greasy (just as Fiber feels too sticky in longer hair). You gotta know your styling products – they're not made for a one-fits-all length/style. I've never had an issue washing it out. All American Crew products I've tried are water-based and wash out easily.
I've tried a number of American Crew products and this one just doesn't work for me. It has less hold than the pomade, in my opinion, and leaves my hair looking greasy to the point that it looks like I've worked out and didn't shower afterwards. Honestly, it works so poorly that I wonder if I somehow got a fake product instead of the real thing… The smell is nice though! It's got a pleasant minty scent that I find enjoyable.A

I just tried this out to style my old school crew cut. I find that it leaves my hair looking and feeling much more natural, smooth and shiny than the water based pomades. It's also really nice that it's reworkable throughout the day. Also, like everything suavecito makes…it smells amazing! Like everything in life, there are trade offs. As many have mentioned, this stuff does take a while to wash out even for me with a relatively short crew cut (about 1 to 1.5inches on top). Amazing pomade my son has thick hair and I was first using the cremo pomade however after some months it was no longer holding his hair up and I searched for a new one and landed on this one. All I can say is that it’s AMAZING it hold his hair up in the style that he loves and leaves a shiny wet look on him if that’s what he wants if not he just combs it and the shine diminishes for a more natural look. I have been using this product for years (4-5 years). I have thick hair, and the strong hold was really the best. There is nothing "strong" about this product any longer, it has changed…why? It used to be thick and actually strong, not too shiny just perfect. Now it doesn't hold my thick hair in place, and just running your finger through the tub, you can tell it has changed, it's more like the original hold now. Hanz de Fuko products are hands down the best on the market. I have been using them for years and have never switched up. The fact that not much product is needed means you can expect it to last a long time. While the products remain on the “pricier” end of men’s hair products, it is for good reason. The smell is amazing- light but not overpowering. I am sensitive to fragrance but this does not bother me. Every time I use it my spouse comments on the love of the scent. Overall this product works really nice. I don't like to add to much to my thick hair as normal products leave my hair greasy and heavy. The Kerastase left no build up and increased shine which held for days after blow drying and straightening. I tried leaving in overnight before blow drying and blow drying right away. Although results were better blow drying right away. Waiting still gave good results. I had the chance to try Kerastase Genesis Spray De Force Epaississant Thickening Spray (spritz). To be honest, I really looked forward to using the Spray De Force Epaississant each morning. Firstly because the aroma was just so nice! And also the spray gave my hair a firm hold. These were just side benefits, because the big bonus was my hair just felt fuller. It may have been the combination of this plus the Kerastase Genesis Homme Bain De Force Quotiden (shampoo) I was using, but my hair did feel more thick. One slight bummer was that the Spray De Force Epaississant felt a little more water-ey that my usual spritz, that is to say, my hair felt more wet. I think this is because the spray nozzle sends out the Spray De Force Epaississant in more of a stream than a mist. Overall not a bad hair product, and gives you the light hold it advertises. I tried it on both wet and dry hair and the results are a bit different. If you want to get a bit more hold I'd say apply it while your hair is still damp. If you're just looking to tame flyaways and freshen up your hair go for it dry. Only slight negative is the scent. Has a distinct barber shop kind of scent, which is not my taste but I know a lot of guys will probably like it. I also really appreciated that it came packaged with no additional plastic, in a recycled cardboard box. The last thing we need is more plastic junk in a landfill.hanklecankle123
Pretty nice cream! Definitely has a better hold than it gives itself credit for. Only need a small amount, meaning it will last a long time. Although I was actually hoping for a lighter hold and lighter cream. Don't love the smell, smells a bit chemical-y, like most hair gels/sprays, but you don't smell it once it's in your hair and you've washed your hands. So it's not an overwhelming scent which is great. Quite satisfied overall.Mr Smith
