The collagen has repaired my fragile fingernails, and the chamomile relaxes me. I recommend drinking this tea about two hours before your bedtime. Pour boiling water over a tea bag (preferably within a teacup, not a mug), then cover it with a saucer or small plate. Let it steep for seven minutes. This tea is wonderful if you love cinnamon that is. It is like eating a tasty cinnamon roll. I do not taste the peach and thankfully I do not taste the black pepper. This has been my favorite since I first tried it. I usually drink 2 to 3 cups of tea through the day and usually mix it up. I have to save this one for last because if I start with this, the other teas just simply don't taste as good. I've read the reviews about a taste change. I love this tea. I buy it by the 6 pack and have a constant supply at my house. Unfortunately, I also got a lemongrass-heavy batch. And while it’s said this is just a lemongrass change, the aftertaste is more chemical than that. Amazing quality and amazing taste! I love that it includes back pepper. Curcumin from turmeric cannot be absorbed in the body without black pepper. You also need fat to absorb it properly so I just add a drop of organic extra virgin oil or coconut… or I eat some nuts before or after I drink it. Really liked this tea from Pukka. I am someone that often suffers from indigestion so naturally I was drawn to this tea because of its blend of nettle, peppermint and fennel. Since drinking regularly throughout the day I feel that I am digesting food better. Would 100% recommend.Ben

This tea is super phenomenal. I usually suffer from terrible, cramps, and other premenstrual syndrome symptoms. This amazing tea knocks them out immediately. I do not take Ibuprofen anymore just to kill the pain, instead, I will just drink a cup of this fantastic tea, and it will act as my natural pain kills. And, I feel more relaxed and calm, unlike when I drink my medicines. I was right about recommending this to my relatives. I did not fail them, because according to their feedbacks they really like it and it is super effective. One cup and everything is gone. We are all believers of this tea. I have tried many other brands when I have not been able to get this one and they are not as good. The price is good here as well – I have paid more. This is my favorite bed time tea and don't think you can go wrong with this one. Enjoy. It does taste best if you don't use boiling water like other herbal and green teas – box says 212 degrees – I say don't let the water boil. I recently purchased a box of Alvita Organic Sage Tea. When I opened the sealed bag that contained the tea bags, an aroma that reminded me of Vick's Vapo Rub wafted out. I tried a cup, steeping the bag for 10 minutes, as the package recommended. It tasted awful. I forced my way through it, finishing the cup. It felt like I was drinking a cup of punishment. I haven't yet had another cup, but may try again; maybe if I steep the bag for 5 minutes the tea will be more palatable. I rated the product "fair" instead of "poor" because I haven't tried making a less potent cup. If less steeping time still produces something that, for me, is barely drinkable, I'll come back and knock the rating down to one star.TeaDrinker
