I really wanted to love this toner. I’m 14 and I wanted it because of the fact that I have sensitive skin and it said it was fragrance and alcohol free. When I first got it I could tell it was helping with the texture of my skin but it also caused a few white heads which I rarely get. Stopped using it and they went away. Wanted to see if it was purging so I decided to go back to trying it but the same thing happened. It’s definitely alcohol free but not so sure about the fragrance. It’s a weird smell that makes it seem like it has some type of fragrance in it, I could be wrong tho. Definitely didn’t work me. Skin could’ve just been trying to get use to it but I really don’t think that was the case. If I you have sensitive skin I wouldn’t get it. If you have normal probably just right for you. I received this toner in my fabfitfun box and I am very happy to say I have repurchased this toner 4 times since then. I had never heard of Skin and Co. before receiving that product but once I tried it my skin completely changed. I am 21 years old and I have oily and clogged skin. This toner makes my complexion even, takes care of minor breakouts I have, reduces redness, and so much more. I love that it also has antiseptic properties and if I feel I need to I can give my skin a quick cleans with just the toner. Please note that I have the sample size (30ML) SKINCO ROMA Truffle Therapy Face Toner, that I received in my April 2017 Ipsy glambag. I have never heard of this brand before and this will be my first time trying a product from them. There’s not much information on them, within their website other than where the ingredients are from and formulated to help keep your skin healthy. I was really excited to receive this toner in my Causebox. My mistake: I did not really understand the intended purpose of this toner. I figured “truffle therapy” meant it would be a nourishing toner…I was wrong. This is more of an exfoliating toner, and I was using it way more than I should have, which was making my skin SO dry. I have stopped using it daily and using it more as an exfoliating/purifying toner. I’m not very impressed. It’s fine. The bottle could use an upgrade. Too much product is dispensed. What I've done is keep the sample bottle I received from my esthetician and refilled that. I love this toner. It smells like pumpkin and I feel it does just enough without over drying me. Enzymes are very effective in helping restore and balance our moisture barrier and this does just that. I exfoliate with it 3-5 times a week and although my skin doesn’t tend to break out, I feel this helps keep pesky texture alway. Why did I make this purchase? I decided on this purchase because my beloved Glycolic Facial Tonic seems no longer to be available from either DermStore, where I had a subscription for auto-delivery of the item, nor from the manufacturer. This toner is the best toner on iHerb, in my opinion. I felt the effects of it right from the start. According to the brand, it provides gentle exfoliation. I'm not sure which ingredient is responsible for this, but I can definitely feel that my skin is much smoother than it's even been. Both rice and niacinamide are known for their brightening effects and the creamy texture of this toner makes it super hydrating and a little moisturizing. I skip the serum step when using this. I apply it after cleansing and follow with a moisturizer, there's no need for anything else. It leaves the skin super soft and glowy. Now that I've tried this milky toner, I can never go back to a normal watery one. It works great for my rosacea sensitive skin and also helps repair my skin barrier when it's impaired. Let me tell you what happened to me. I have a dry sensitive skin. This toner does not have strong fragrance and has very smooth texture to it. Very gentle on your skin when you first apply. And Omg the glow it gives you is amazing! I love the glow!! To be honest – not a huge toner kind of gal. its hard to notice a difference in my opinion (unless its SK-II). Im not a stranger to the line, but to this particular product in the lineup I am. This really turned my head after giving it a test drive. I get oily in certain areas around my nose and forehead, but the rest of my face tends towards dry and sensitive. I used to think I needed a slightly stronger cleanser in the summers, but I think thats not the case; I think using something like this only on my oily areas will be much more overall effective. I cant stand my face feeling taut or squeaky clean, especially with aging concerns. I dont really have a pore problem, but they do tend to be more noticeable in my oily areas; swiping this across those areas definitely left them feeling cleaned and under control. I received this super awesome Squalane and BHA pore-minimizing toner from Biossance and Influenster complimentary for testing purposes. I love the glass bottle because it can be recycled and/or reused. Props there. Secondly, this may sound odd but I like the scent. It reminds me of Matcha tea and cucumber mixed. The hole in the top of the glass bottle is larger than a lot of other toners I have tried which I really appreciate. I don't have to try as hard to get the product dispensed. It is fairly liquidy which I think helps. Other toners such as the watermelon toner from Glow Recipe is much harder to get out of the bottle. So yay for no frustrations! I've actually been using this all over my body, but especially on my hands. I am a wildlife rehabber and wash my hands constantly during baby season. This is so so soothing on my poor dry skin. Of course it is fabulous on my face as well. The scent is just so pleasing and comforting. I had zero redness or reactions to this product and it helped heal an irritated chin pimple in a day's time. I've been using this product on and off for a few weeks at this point and I absolutely love it! I have very dry skin that is also quite acne prone so I like using BHAs in my skincare but often find that products with BHAs are super drying. This product feels so lovely and hydrating instead! After cleansing at night I place a little in my hand and rub it in before going in with my remaining skincare steps. It's a very lightweight toner that has a subtle but nice spa like scent from the ingredients and easily soaks in. My skin has never felt irritated by this product but I have felt like my skin has felt smoother and spots are going away quicker since I started using it though I'd need to use it longer term to really know for certain. It feels gentle enough to use daily and I'm sure some people would be happy with using it twice daily! I'd say it feels much more gentle than other BHA products I've used so if you want something more intense that's something to keep in mind! I know my skin generally reacts very positively to Squalane so I think that is a big part of it and may affect your skin's reaction. I was initially hesitant to use this product as it's more for drier skin types, and I have oily acne-prone skin with large pores. I was worried this would break me out or feel too heavy for my skin. I was wrong and completely surprised at how much I love this toner. I use it morning and night and only use a little bit, two or three shakes of the container. I apply it on damp skin and follow it with my regular routine. I've only used this for four or five days but I'm amazed at how calm and plump my skin looks. I really didn't think that was possible for my skin. This toner does everything it says it'll do-my skin is less red and irritated looking, my pores are less noticeable, and my skin just looks really healthy and hydrated. I bought this product for my 14 year old suffering from acne (I think hormonal.) It immediately caused redness & irritation. He told me my face is burning. The next day we saw some small red patches on his face where he had no problems as a matter of fact those areas on his face still have the look of baby face. Let me tell you why we still give it 4 stars. He had some big and stubborn Blackheads on his nose and when he woke up we can see them closer to the surface and we were able to remove at least one big one without a problem. I believe this happened after the 2nd time he used the product. He is taking a break from it, but wants to try it again just on the nose to see if the rest of the blackheads come out to the surface so that we can extract them without damaging the skin. I cannot be without toner. I think it's such an essential step in my skincare routine. I love that this claims to refine pores. I have very large pores specially on my nose and I have noticed that they look smaller when I apply this toner. My skin looks less dull too after using it daily and my texture looks more refined. I like how my skin instantly absorbs this formula. It doesn't irritate my skin and it feels very gentle. I also didn't notice any scent. It removed any left over dirt on my face after I did cleanse. I’ move been using this product for almost a year now, and it’s one of my favorite skin care products on the market. Typically, my skin is labeled as sensitive, which is seen as a no-go for using this product, but I gave it a chance and have absolutely loved it. If your skin is like mine, I highly recommend this product. I have picky skin – it’s not necessarily acne prone, but I do get hormonal acne. I have a sensitivity to fragrances, but not all fragrances such as vanilla or camamille. I also have eczema, mainly on my hands, that reacts badly to frequent hand washing, a lot of different lotions, and when I eat a lot of sugar or spicy food. My facial skin will also have an eczema like reaction to similar situations. Even “sensitive skin” lotions or moisturizes make my skin break out in eczema. I think the glycolic acid works will with my skin, mostly because it’s a humectant. It draws moisture in and locks it’s in. I don’t even have to use a daily moisturizer on top of the toner because my skin is so moisturized after using the product, Secondarily, I think this product works because of the exfoliant/antibacterial aspect of the formula. For the same reason that glycolic acid works as a deodorant, this product helps reduce bad bacteria from my skin and clears oils and bacteria buildup. My skin becomes less textured, my pores become less visible, my skin is moisturized, and scarring is less noticeable. This product will forever be in my rotation. + I also use it as a deodorant, and can confirm 100% that it works. I’ve been out dancing and drinking and asked around to see if there was any noticeable odor, and the feedback was all that they couldn’t smell anything! I am reviewing this for use on KP also known as chicken skin on my arms and legs. I also took before and after pictures to compare. I am also in my mid 30s and am rarely outside for reference. I tested this on my arm for 1 week without using lotion or any other products on my skin (except for soap obviously). Within a day or two I was already seeing skin redness fading and my skin looked less rough. The roughness was obviously helped because it's an acid. 7 days in I started applying lotion as well. I used Cerave lotion formulated for rough and KP skin. My final results are that this acid is absolutely a wonderful product for KP and used along with lotion and body oils could absolutely decrease KP by a lot. It is a great price for a product that can really help your skin be smoother, less red, and softer. My KP actually shifted from just on my upper arms and thighs to my forearms and calves a few years ago and no amount of lotion of exfoliation has helped my skin be smoother. With this acid, I feel like I recognize my own arm again! Redness is cut down to a third of what it was! Roughness is half of what it was! And this is after only a week of daily use! I will definitely by using this daily and buying more. As a warning, I did notice that you have to take the warning about being out in the sun seriously. On day 3 I was outside for about 15 minutes and that night when I applied the acid, my skin turned bright red and tingled quite a bit.Ali
I saw clear changes after just 2 weeks of use. The toner visibly reduced hyperpigmentation I have on my body and smoothed texture. Literally after 2 weeks of use, I saw some hyperpigmentation marks disappear completely and this one big elevated scar is now level with the rest of my skin in that area. I patch tested it twice before starting to use it. I only use the toner twice a week (and not on consecutive days). I also noticed that applying a physical exfoliant while showering (which I already do) speeds up the lightening/fading (of course I do not apply a physical exfoliant on broken skin/open scars). The toner is sticky upon application and can take a while (15-30min) to dry/absorb into the skin. Once it does absorb into the skin, the skin is left with a beautiful glow, which resembles a body highlighter without the visible glitter particles/sparkles. Do not use anywhere near broken skin/open scars/open wounds/acne. The toner smells like ginseng and berries (makes sense as ginseng and Tasmanian pepperberry are among the ingredients) for an hour or so before fading. It's a beautiful smell and I would love to check out perfumes that smell like the toner. Unfortunately, after using it for more than 4 months, I've noticed that the toner's effectiveness at lightening hyperpigmentation is decreasing. This decrease in effectiveness could be due to my skin growing insensitive/accustomed to the product and/or due to the intensity of my hyperpigmentation (very dark and been there for a while). My son has very sensitive skin and was prone to acne, but most acne medications dried his skin up way to much. I always use witch Hazel after cleansing my face, to remove any left over residue. So I thought, hmmm I wonder if it would help him? So to make it easier and less “girl product”, I bought a screw top reusable plastic container (the one in the photo is by Ziploc) and loaded it with a package of cotton rounds. If you notice in the photo, I separated them and then arranged them slightly overlapping each one. This helps to remove one each time. I then liberally pour the witch Hazel onto the pads. As they soak up the liquid, you can usually get the rest of the single sleeve in there. Make sure they are soaked through. But not leaving a puddle in the bottom of the container. Now they are great cleansing pads, but without the salicylic or benzoyl acids, that dry out the skin. The witch Hazel pads remove any left over soaps or cleansers, excess oil from sweating etc, and really do help your skin at the same time. My son can now quickly use these pads in the morning before school, after school and before bed without his skin drying, and now his skin looks and feels great.andi.b
This product has delighted me, and I think I will stay a loyal user of it for a long time. The packaging is enormous; even though I use it daily, it wears off very slowly. The product is extremely gentle on my skin and leaves no traces of dryness. By the way, my skin is oily, but it gets dehydrated quickly and is very demanding. The pores on the face are smaller and tighter after using this product for longer. My face feels fresh and clean after using it. I use it after washing and cleansing my face in the morning and at night. My only complaint is the product's smell, but luckily, it's not intense or unpleasant. Toners always help with the extra boost my skin needs. This toner has hyaluronic acid, lipidure, and beta glucan. Hyaluronic acid is one of my favorite go-to ingredients for hydration. This toner does not fail and does a good job of hydrating my skin. Recently, I tried a cleanser that dried out my skin (will be doing a review of it, keep an eye out!) and I used this a lot to get my skin hydrated afterwards. The toner is also super gentle and my skin absorbs it very fast. It does feel sticky afterwards (yay!). The texture is thicker than I expected and not too watery or runny. It’s super easy to work with in my opinion. So this will probably sound a little strange, but it almost smells like aftershave to me. I actually like the smell of aftershave and this toner but it is a little strong. The company has an unscented version of this toner. For anyone who is sensitive to smell, I would recommend trying the unscented version. If you are indifferent to smell and/or like the smell of aftershave, this toner is definitely a good one to try!ladyboss.r
I've been using this product for almost 2 years now, being part of the first group of K-cosmetics I have ever bought. Let's start with my skin needs: I have sensitive, dehydrated combination skin that sometimes likes to breakout resulting in textural irregularity and dullness. Sometimes super oily. Do you recognise yourself? Then this is the toner for you! (But i believe that any skin type could only benefit from this) The texture of this toner is in between the one of an essence and the one of a serum, resulting in being a very ''milky toner'' texture if you get what I'm saying. Applying after cleansing really feels like putting back into your skin what you took out with cleansing. It's super lightweight and if your skin's like mine, you can easily follow with a serum and a moisturizer/spf. It's completely fragrance free and cruelty free. What's not to love? Does it work? We all know the feeling of using a product and not seeing a difference at all. Well, THIS IS NOT THE CASE!! Every time I use it in the morning, my skin will be glowing all day long, till the evening, resulting very hydrated, supple and ultra healthy. I also notice less redness and overall blemish control when I start using it again after a pause period of time (usually while I wait for the next box to arrive lol). Great for adding extra hydration. I use this after cleansing toner and before serum and cream. The smell is a lovely calming herbal smell. I can imagine the smell can take some getting used to if you're not familiar with asian herbs. I apply with my hands and pat on until absorbed. My skin has greatly improved since switching to this and a hyaluronc acid serum. My frown line and slight laugh lines have almost completely disappeared. this product is always raved about online and I'm happy I could finally try it, im really happy with how much my overall skin condition has improved whilst using this product in conjunction with the other products in my skincare routine. This is my favorite toner. The texture is very delicate. It is very comfortable after use. It can make the face very smooth and dilute fine lines. got this to go with my lha cleanser and it's been absolutely fantastic. It makes my face feel so clean and fresh once I'm finished. again though packaging misses the mark. The packaging itself looks cool but I prefer functionality over form. it's not very convenient for pouring onto cotton pads it sends to drip down the sides a lot. I'm sad to see how much of my product is already used to considering how long I've had this bottle, so I ended up buying some plastic bottles on Amazon that have the little top pump where you put the cotton pad on top and push down and it pushes the liquid up into the cotton pad. This makes it so easy I am in freaking love. I now no longer have to waste my product and I can control how much goes on to the cotton pad by pumps. I had considered even possibly trying a tiny spray bottle like a facial mist but I figured this would be a little better. another weird thing about the packaging that I've noticed is that even if I wiped it off there always tended to be a white crust that developed in the creases of the lid where the little push button thing pivoted to pop up the spout at first I thought it was just some kind of junkie stuff that got on there but then I realized the product itself seemed to have been drying up there even after I wiped it off like I don't know if it was evaporating or what but there was constantly little like crusties forming. Since I switch to this new bottle style I haven't seen any of that. despite the packaging issues though the product itself is amazing and I will continue to buy it and just put it in my own containers. I love SkinCeuticals and have tried several of their toners as well as many, many high end skincare line toners. The equalizer toner is by far the best for the purpose of a toner and it’s effectiveness. It’s so important to balance your skin’s PH after cleansing and this specific toner does that as well as removing any leftover soap or oils, etc. I can see and feel a difference when I use this toner rather than other brands and the others I’ve tried in SkinCeuticals line. If it helps to know my skin type, it’s combination. I wish SkinCeuticals would switch back to their old or previous packaging/bottles used to hold and dispense their toners and facial cleansers. The current toner bottle and current cleanser bottles waste so much product and easy to spill as well as leak. I don’t know why they made the change, but they seriously need to listen to their customers and go back to the previous packaging/bottles. Frustrating! Luckily for the brand, their product is too good not to use or I would look else where just to limit the annoying messes made from their bottles leaking and save money by purchasing a product that stays in the dispensing bottle until I use it. I am IN LOVE with this milky toner!! My face is so sensitive to products & I was nervous about trying this. In just 3 days I could see a difference! The scent is light & my skin feels so moisturized when I use it! I don't use a cotton pad. Instead, after cleansing my face I pour a dime sized amount into the palm of my hand & spead it all over my face. It doesn't irritate ANYTHING. Not even the eye area! 2 months ago I decided to add the Ultra Cleanser & Moisturizer. I'm not kidding when I say people have asked me if I've had resurfacing done. This was first time I tried this toner though have been using the rest of the products from the "Ultra Facial" line for ages. I love the texture of it, this tones is so moisturising. In the evenings, to give my skin an extra bit of a clean, I use it with a cotton pad. In the mornings, I can just apply a little with my hands – this saves lots of the product. Great in a combination with pretty much any face cream due to its texture, I tried it with 5 or 6 – works well, no contradiction with other products! When particular zones of my face go sensitive, I apply a little more of this toner and it helps to reduce the sensitiveness. Will be buying again and again from now on!DashaEs
I really enjoyed using this toner as it didn't leave a sticky residue unlike many other toners I've used, and it's really light. I've been using it for around 2 months now, and my redness and acne has decreased slowly but steadily. I use this along with the COSRX good morning low Ph cleanser, Paula's choice exfoliator, and neutrogena moisturizer for extra dry skin. I have been using this toner for nearly 2 years. The moment I first used it my skin looked more hydrated and glowy. My acne was clearing up. I have used it every single morning and sometimes at night. My skin was literally the clearest it's ever been. Even if i did break out, this toner would clear it up in a couple days. I only use cerave foaming cleanser (nights only), followed by this toner, a hyaluronic acid serum, and vanicream moisturizer. Nothing changed in my routine except for when I picked up a new snail rescue toner. The packaging and ingredients slightly changed but I didn't think anything of it. Then my skin started breaking out all over. I continued my same old routine thinking it would pass. The entire month of September my skin was breaking out!! I even used extra snail toner to try and calm it down. Until I realized that it was the culprit. Whatever was changed in the formula does not agree with my skin? I stopped using it and my skin is clearing up. I'm highly disappointed because this product was holy grail to me.Maddie
I have breakout prone skin that's on the more tan side…. which also means that every time a blemish stretches out my skin and shrinks back to normal later, it leaves a dark mark on my skin. it's annoying because it makes it LOOK like my skin is still troubled even if the breakout is gone. I was super excited to try this toner as I have been trying to incorporate snail mucin into my routine due to my winter dryness! However, I am nearly finished with the bottle and there honestly has been no difference in my skin tone or texture. Personally, I enjoy using more of a watery toner. This toner is slightly thick upon application. Although it does absorb quickly, I felt that even after my first use, my skin was left feeling even more dry. I use this toner every single day, AM and PM, and I was still noticing my skin starting to flake/dry out after usage. I'm not sure if it's just my winter skin acting up, but for this product being 97% snail mucin, I was expecting a lot more hydration! I'm disappointed snail mucin isn't working out for my skin 🙁 I rated this item 3 stars because it did leave my skin feeling refreshed which is always a plus, however it might just be too drying for me.Kati

I just bought me second bottle of the milk peel toner. I found it to be an excellent product that works incredibly well for my skin. I’ve used Kiehls products for almost ten years now and I’ve been really happy with most. This one and the retinol serum, which I use together, have yielded notable results. My skin is smoother, clearer with a more even tone…and best of all, some of my wrinkles have been minimized. I find the price reasonable (I purchase when they’re on sale). The toner looks a bit weird because it’s separated into a milky layer on top and a clear layer on the bottom but you just need to shake the bottle really well before you use it and it’s all good. I would recommend to anyone to at least give it a try. I noticed some results in a few days which became even more noticeable after a few weeks of use.Renchick
I absolutely LOVE this toner. I find that this does a better job than 2% salicylic acid to keep my breakouts away. The biggest thing that got me hooked on this product was after two uses, when I woke up in the morning, the blackheads on my nose were completely cleared. I have never seen them that clear before and I exfoliate pretty regularly. I am a user of retinol, so my skin is on the more sensitive side. When I first opened the product, I knew that using this twice a day would be too much for my skin, so I tried using it once at night daily, but my skin became too raw to continue that schedule. Instead, I now use it 2-3 times a week at night, and it works well enough to keep my skin clear. I am impressed with this product because I have never found a product before this that is able to keep my skin 100% clear even during that time of the month (and I have been using salicylic acid for years – I usually get 2-3 pimples). I find that this doesn't leave my skin feeling dry at all the next morning which salicylic acid usually does. I wouldn't say this product is so hydrating that it can replace your hydrating serum step if you have one, but since it is an exfoliating toner, I am impressed that it replaces the moisture in my skin even with the LHA. Only reason I am detracting a star is because I'm not a huge fan of the fragrance (it has a citrusy smell), but it doesn't irritate my skin, and I could not use the product anywhere close to 2x a day like the label suggests. I received this toner alongside a few other products as part of a gift set that I received for free from Bzzagent. The rating is the fact that it is a good quality product. The quality is not the problem here-the problem lies in that it’s a good start, but it doesn’t carry me over the finish line.  If we were looking at a dry complexion, this would likely be great. If it was a normal complexion, it would be great or not, depending on if it leaned oily or dry.  If they wanted to market this for more oily complexions, it would be wise to include more acne fighting ingredients such as tea tree, witch hazel, etc., and cut out the almond milk and emollients. In short, Kiehl’s seems to be trying to fit everybody into their brand, when it’s clearly obvious that they are more suited for normal to dry complexions. corinne .b

This is my first First Aid Beauty products and I must say I really like it! So much that it will be a permanent skincare product in my routine. I love oat products, this one has colloidal oat, wild oat and honey. It works on all skin types, mine being combination. Currently halfway through my 3rd bottle! This stuff is great to put right after you wash your face, when its still damp, and before you apply your serums/treatments. My skin get dry easily, especially after washing, so this is great to avoid that tightened feeling. IMO, it's better than the Laneige Cream Skin. I received this toner in one of my monthly subscription boxes from BoxyCharm and I'm absolutely blown away at how well this toner performs. I have really dry thirsty skin during the Winter months and nothing I would buy ever helped it, I would apply loads of moisturizer but a couple of hours later I'd be re-applying it because my skin would loose the moisturizer feeling and go right back to feeling dry and like I hadn't used a moisturizer at all and I could see dry patches all over my face and my pores were horrible and huge well that is until this Amazing Perfect toner came into my life! I love this product! I use it almost every day to clean my skin before any application. It works great to remove makeup and any harshness left on my skin! This product is good for the pores and removes most of the excess oil that my face creates. I have awful combination skin, especially around my nose. I also hear that witch hazel can reduce varicose veins so might start applying this product to my legs to see if this is true or not. You never know! I have found that this product is just great for my skin. No harshness or issues.
I love this facial toner for my skin. I like how it’s not oily, not overpowering, doesn’t irritate the skin. Very good product for sensitive skin. I also love after my face is done from wash, when I put it on my cotton ball and lather on my face, it makes my skin feel so fresh, awake and a glow. It really isn't bad as far as witch hazel goes. Personally I don't like the smell of unscented witch hazel so I would add some lavender or rose to it if I were going to buy it. My only real issue with it is the price. I've bought other brands of witch hazel (unscented & scented) for up to $4 less. I'm not sure "organic" makes this worth $4 more. But I may try one of their scented variations before making up my mind!

I've tried many many toners from different continents for almost 35 years now (I'm in my late 40's). And this is the one for me. I do not use cotton pads unless I particularly feel the need as it's far more important not to rub the facial skin (it's as thin as a tissue paper, you know!), but instead I warm some in between my palms and gently put my hands on and wrap my face, followed by gentle pressing/patting will do. It takes longer than using cotton pads, but this great toner will sink in and moisturise AND act as a great conductor to following treatments (serum/cream etc). By the way, I apply the toner 3 times before serum etc. and it is really worth the time and effort.Mimi
This lovely skin tonic suits my skin perfectly, it is non-drying and gentle. I have been using it (or its predecessor) – for many years – in fact the most recent purchase I had before this one was probably about 8 years old – and was still fresh and used regularly. I've been on the lookout for a watery/light toner to hydrate my skin. My skin is quite sensitive due to previous peels and lasers to combat my acne, so I wanted a light toner as thicker toners will definitely break me out and make my skin more sensitive. This toner was as advertised and was light while being hydrating when using the 7-skin method. I of course did not expect this toner to provide tons of hydration with one layer as it was advertised to be light, however, I would layer this toner for several times and the hydration would be perfect for my skin. If your skin is sensitive, acne-prone and breaks out from thicker products easily like mine, then definitely give this toner a try. I am glad that Cosrx comes out with their products in mini-size. I have already repurchased the full size.
This toner has simple yet effective ingredients, doesn't leave any kind of film/residue/tackiness, and has a very water like consistency. I think it's most appropriate to name it vitamin water because that's exactly what it is. I'm a huge fan of most COSRX products and this is the best of the toners IMO. I use the hand cupping method to apply it to my face and my skin absorbs it easily. I also live in a desert climate so this helps to retain the moisture of any product I layer on top of it.Kiki
I've been using their snail essence for a couple months now and I really like it. I needed a new toner so I went went this one. I've used a lot of toners and this one is it for me! This and their snail essence are a match made in heaven. After washing, I slide my hands across my face and neck to get rid of excess moisture (but face/neck is still wet) add a few drops of this watery toner into my palm, rub my hands together and rub into my neck and face for about a minute and then pump some essence into my palm, rub together and then rub into my face and neck until absorbed. My skin felt INSTANTLY plump, hydrated and super soft. This and the snail essence are it for me. Which is a bold statement, but I stand by it. My skin loved the combo of the 2 productsCN

If you're like me, you have oily skin and have tried many different brands of vitamin C serum. But for some reason, they were never compatible with your skin. I had tried countless brands. Either I was left with an oily sheen, it made my pores huge, had an allergic reaction, or it just never sunk into my skin. I even gave up for years and would only use hyaluronic acid. Then I found a brand that was compatible with my skin, but after using it for a year I hadn't noticed a difference. Enter Obagi, suggested by my esthetician. Not only is it compatible but I can feel it sinking into my skin and it instantly brightens my skin. No oiliness, no large pores, no rash. Time will tell if I notice a difference, but I'm pretty confident this time as I just feel the difference and the % of vitamin C is stronger. In fact, the 20% is apparently made for oily skin. I purchased this at the office of the doctor who does my Juvederm and Botox… they recommended it highly. Pricey, but I rationalized the purchase under the premise that it acts as a serum and a face oil in one. It does not, but it is good as a serum. Left alone, it is not moisturizing enough for those with dry skin. It’s consistency is thin and it is a bit sticky. I have no doubts about Obagi products but this serum is way too strong for my skin. I usually use Obagi Vitamin C 15% and wanted to try 20%. I used Obagi Vitamin C 20% for 3 days and could not tolerate it. My skin was horribly dry and tightened and none of my moisturizing creams helped me with hydration after this serum. I usually enjoy Obagi product but this one is not for me. It also contains alcohol which could be aggressive for skin. So if your skin is sensitive be careful with this serum.olga.k
