I am a 35 year old woman that has been dealing with moderate hair loss for about six years. I started out with a lot of hair so when I would discuss the problem with my doctor, he basically would make me feel like I was being paranoid and say "well look at all the hair you have". I recently had another baby and while pregnant, I had beautiful hair with no significant loss but about six months after the birth of my daughter I started loosing large amounts of hair, especially while washing and blow drying. I researched the net and I concluded that it must be hormone related especially since while pregnant, the loss subsided. I tried reviogen and within a couple of weeks I could feel the difference. I have been using this product now for about 2 months and no longer have an itchy, greasy scalp (from sebum build-up) like I had before and my hair is really growing in well, especially around the forehead and sides and I see an overall reduction in hair loss during blow drying. I also use a Minoxidal/Retin A combination on the bad areas and I see baby hairs growing in all over the place. I know that this will be a lifelong battle but I feel pretty good that this product is working for me. I just hope that it continues to work because I have tried a lot of things and Revivogen seems to work the best!
I have been using this product for many months now and really noticed a difference in the thickness of my hair. Ive got to say that when I first started using this I was very skeptical. Had ordered once before and didnt see any results (wasnt consistent with use) however this time Ive been consistent and I have to say it really does work. When I first ordered i was feeling the irritation and pain in the frontal scalp area that is typical of hair loss. My hair was incredibly incredibly thin so I figured to give it a try again, my sister had told me it was working before. So I ordered the entire set with the shampoo and conditioner and just those alone I feel helped with the scalp irritation and swelling. Another great product by Nioxin! I'll start with the cons. Cons: • Makes my hair appear greasy faster which is why I gave it 4 stars instead of 5. Instead of washing 1-2x a week, I ended up washing it 2-3x a week. • The instructions do say to use daily for exceptional results, which I did at first, but because of the greasy appearance, I only used it on the days I washed my hair. • Pricey (but it DOES yield results). At first, the scent of this product is overwhelmingly strong, but it does dissipate as it dries. I normally use an oil based serum. This product is very light and seems to disappear as it dries so it is very different from any other serum I've tried. It didn't seem to do anything for my hair other than add scent. The start to healthy hair is a healthy scalp. During winter months I battle mild scalp psoriasis and eczema. Applying a little of this product after showering has really improved my scalp and relieves the itch. Over time my I noticed my hair lost all frizz in the patches of previously irritated scalp. Not sure, but there may be some correlation between diseased scalp and irritated hair follicles. This is one of my favorite hair products!CA
I have not used the serum long, so I do not know if it will produce new hair growth. I have very thin hair, but am doing all I can to improve the situation. I think I can only use the serum once a day, as it turns my scalp quite red. BUT the redness goes away in a short time. I will use it at least once a day to see if it helps. I do like the products. I really do love it. It seems to have helped so far but I read it helps a lot after a few weeks. It does not at all make your hair look greasy or anything either for when you apply it when it is already dried. I will be purchasing again. I have had itchy irritated and sometimes even a scabby scalp.

I am diagnosed with female pattern hair loss (AGA) which developed around 4.5 years ago and worsened drastically after being on birth control for over 2 years. Now I only have about 30% hair left compared to what I used to have in 2015 and they continue to get thinner and fall out. I'm not giving up, though, so I completed PRP therapy course which did help grow new hairs. Unfortunately, most of them only grew up to a couple of cm long and then fell out because of DHT attacks. For many reasons, minoxidil is not an option for me so after studying the scientific research reports I decided to try melatonin-based treatment. The original one was too expensive and I was rather lucky to come across this serum which is a bit more affordable. What I can say is it really STOPS HAIR FALL. In just 2 weeks the number of hair falling out has noiceably decreased. I wash and comb my hair every morning so I can see the difference it makes. Healthy women with usually lose old, long hair while with AGA your hair becomes thinner and doesn't grow long so I had lots of short and vellus hairs remaining on my comb and hands each morning. Now I see much less short hair falling out which is a real win for an AGA patient! I can't say it promotes new hair growth (PRP-therapy shows much better results in stimulating new hair) but it definitely makes already grown hair stay in place. With AGA, I couldn't wish for more! However, once I stop using it for a week or two, hair fall starts as usual but this is rather expected (AGA never sleeps). The only drawback I noticed is that it makes my scalp really itchy after continuous use and even causes acne-like spots under hair but this can be fixed with proper salon peeling and home treatment. Very disappointed. I used this product 1x and it was so thick and sticky in my hair, it felt like honey. It was nearly impossible to comb through. And felt like I had heavy gel or spray all day. When I went to wash it out, it barely came out with the first wash. Should also mention that my gel nail polish is peeling off- after pulling my fingers through my hair. I naturally assumed I got a bad batch, but worse- when contacting customer support- they require I mail back (even the open one), mail at my expense and time “In 7 Days!?!†So no 90 day policy. The product I received was either absolutely terrible or defective. Either of which are unacceptable especially in a day where consumers are able to get most anything and returns are usually efficient and consumer friendly. I am very disappointed as I like the shampoo and conditioner and the vitamins seem to be helpful also. This is the Phyto Phytolisse finishing serum and it retailed around $30. This is super to offer a really glossy finish and lightweight oil to keep frizzy hair tamed. I tried this a few times and found it to be too heavy for my fine, wavy hair. It took down frizz but also weighed my curls down. I had gastric sleeve surgery in February. One of the side effects can be hair loss, occurring between months 3-8. A friend of mine, who also had the surgery and is a hair dresser, was told about this product (along with the Revita Shampoo & Conditioner). I started using DS products 13 weeks ago. I began with the CSF and shampoo and conditioner, using exactly as directed. A few weeks ago I added F7 to the morning routine and the DNC-S to the night. I started using it 3 days ago so the verdict is still out but so far I am happy with the product. I have oily hair, combinational skin and cystic acne along with hair fall(I don't have much hair to begin with lol) to top it all, so I really appreciate the fact that it doesn't make my scalp greasy and tbh it feels better than minoxidil prescribed by my dermatologist. I will have to get back on how it worked out after a few weeks but I already like it. My scalp likes it. It gives my scalp a warm sensation after application which is soon becoming my favorite thing about it along with the non greasy look. But I have noticed a few hair falls but that could be my shampoo. Anyways so far so good…I am gonna report my results after appropriate time. P.S. the dropper is alright but could be better. This was gifted by Virtue Labs. I’ve only used this kit a couple of times so I can only provide my first impressions on these products. The shampoo lathers up nicely and cleanses my hair well. The instructions say lathering once is fine, but since I don’t wash my hair everyday, I like to shampoo twice to really make sure my scalp is clean. The conditioner also works well for my dry ends. The density booster was the product I was most excited about. It sprays nicely and after massaging it in, it does create a bit of boost in my roots. If you add too much it does leave a residual feeling in your hair, but it doesn’t weigh it down. Upon reading some of the reviews though the complaints are either user error or people giving 3 stars because they say it's too soon to know if it will yield results, which makes no sense to begin with lol, but anyway… this product WORKS. I use the density booster at night concentrating it on the scalp near my face and top of head. I sleep in it and follow the next morning with the shampoo and conditioner. The shampoo and conditioner are amazing. They make my hair appear fuller, more manageable, and make it so shiny! I think in the set, the star product is the hair density booster spray. So if you want to try just one product, I would invest in it. If that product makes your hair stiff, use it at night instead of just before styling. I cannot recommend this product enough. I've been looking forward to try this & was a bit disappointed at the size. It is sample/travel size so I'm really hoping it will really last the 3 months it's supposed to be for & although I've lost volume & hair thickness, I still do have quite a good amount of hair & long hair at the moment. Thankfully I only wash my hair 2x a week max so crossing my fingers. Also, the product does not exactly smell great & doesn't really lather. This is something I've found with other hair thinning shampoos and products so I didn't have any high hopes this one would be different. I also know that the lathering part is usually the bad chemicals in regular shampoos & no lather doesn't necessarily mean the product isn't getting the job done so I'm ok with this but wanted to state it for others considering this product. I'm hoping the product works because the price point is pretty high for what you receive. That being said, I've used the product a handful of times & do feel that my hair is looking a bit denser but I don't know if that's wishful thinking. I will continue using and see how it goes. Side note, the shipping was quick and I had to contact customer service prior to my purchase & they were great and super helpful. 2 huge pluses in my book.Maria A.

Veo varias ventajas a este producto: la presentación en monodosis (así no te pones más que la cantidad justa); es un producto que no tiene efecto rebote ni tampoco irrita el cuero cabelludo, como sí ocurre con otras lociones capilares. El inconveniente es que no es muy económico, pero tranquiliza saber que es un producto que se puede usar a largo plazo como revitalizador del cabello. Mejor si lo recomienda un dermatólogo según diagnóstico previo.Clara
