Reviews:
The Shark Rotator Lift-Away DuoClean Pro really impresses and will surely take care of all your cleaning needs. Out of the box, the Shark comes nicely packaged with easy to understand quick assembly guide. Fully assembled, the vacuum is heavier than my current Shark by about 5-6lbs, but my current model (the Rotator Powered Lift-Away Speed) is meant to be lighter. While it is heavier, it still maneuvers like a nimble sports car in and around furniture. The swivel joint that connects the handle to the floor unit makes vacuuming an ease and kind of fun. Put on some music and clean to the tunes! The lift away function allows you to cut some of the weight should you need to clean furniture, stairs, or other tight areas. The suction on this vacuum is amazing. Just like with my previous model, you really have no clue how dirty your carpet is until you over it with the Shark. What appears in the canister is SHOCKING. While the size of the canister is pretty standard, at less than 1/2 gallon, it can fill up without reducing suction. When full, emptying the canister is simple. There's no twisting or turning, just pushing a simple release latch button to disconnect the canister from the vacuum and then pushing another button at the bottom of the canister where all of the dirt and debris cleanly falls into the trash bin. This vacuum works so well that you'll likely need to empty it multiple times, but that's a good thing because you know you're getting things cleaner! The LED lights are another excellent feature of this Shark. They provide bright lights at almost floor level. Because of their low angle, you'll be able to see things on the floor that you weren't able to see with overhead lights alone. The DuoClean brush (standard vacuum brush + the hard floor brush) really improves this model over my previous vacuum. I have both carpets, rugs, and hard wood floors. While my previous vacuum did an excellent job at carpets, it wasn't so great at hard wood floors. It's powerful suction would suck in any debris, but hardwood floors can be dusty. Even using the carpet brush didn't completely clean the floors. With this this models hard floor brush, it actually buffs and dusts the hard wood floors while also sucking in any loose debris! This makes me so happy because no one really enjoys having to sweep or mop in addition to vacuuming. Lastly, the Power Pet Brush is great–especially for those with pets. Despite my best efforts, my cat will inevitably crawl on uncovered parts of the couch. After not much time at all, his hair becomes entangled and weaved into the fabric of the couch. I'm still baffled how this happens, but it does. Brushing and sucking alone is not sufficient to remove these hairs. However, the Power Pet Brush's suction and vigorous active brush roll get my furry friends leftovers off the couch so that it looks brand new. If you have pets, you know what I'm talking about and this tool will be your new best friend! In conclusion, I love this vacuum. It makes cleaning easy, effective, and efficient! It will be an excellent addition to your household. Pros: *Functionality *Suction *Lights *Ease of use *Ease of cleaning *Pet Power Brush *Lift Away Function *Cost is MUCH less than some more expensive brands, and in my opinion, you get WAY more for your money with this vacuum. Cons: *Slightly heavier than my current vacuum, but it makes up for it in what it can do *Not a fan of the buttons, but that's minor.abl001
Vaccuum itself picks up debris great. I received a broken model where the wand doesn't release/click back in appropriately. I contacted Shark, as there is supposed to be a 5 year warranty – but this doesn't cover the wand defect. Because I didn't use the wand feature or realize this in the first 2 months of use , it was too late to return and Shark customer service wouldn't replace the wand part. Frustrating for such a high dollar purchase. But if you get a fully functioning unit – it is probably great!kal22
This thing is amazing. I bought to replace my 7 year old shark vacuum. While my old shark worked great, I figured it was time to upgrade to something targeted toward homes with pets. It amount of dirt it pulls from the carpet is incredible just like any shark vacuum. The bonus is the way it deals with pet hair. I haven't had a problem with cat (or human) hair getting stuck in the primary roller. The plush roller on the front is great for hardwood floors and I was shocked just how gross it can get even when the house is cleaned multiple times a week. It's like a magnet for dirt! I got this on sale during black friday and was easily the best impulse purchase I made last year. You won't be disappointed if you get this! Just remember to snag some extra filters from Amazon to swap out because the amount of dust this thing grabs is amazing.Carlisalways

Reviews:
I had the original IF200 model that the head unit started making a noise like a grinding. I called Shark and they replaced it under warranty with the new model IF80. I was excited as they replaced the whole unit and very quickly. After first use I was disappointed as it left a lot of my dogs hair on the carpet. I thought maybe I missed something in the instructions, so I re-read them, checked the unit in case I missed packing material. Did not miss anything. My housekeeper stated she didn't like the new vacuum because it wasn't cleaning the carpet. I went and grabbed the old units powered floor cleaner and went over the carpet again and that unit picked everything up like before so whatever they did with the powered floor unit is what is bad. Again great warranty bad vacuum.Bruce
I do not normally write reviews but am making an exception. I love this vacuum. It is very cleverly designed to bend to get under furniture, and also fold up for storage. It is not necessary to use a docking station to charge the unit, which I find helpful since I have no wall space for a docking station, and I can charge the battery and store the unit folded up under a counter. I find the unit to be quite light, compared to others I have looked at. Also, you don't need to hold a trigger to get it to go (a poor feature on the Dysons). It comes with 2 batteries so you can be using one and charging the other. One battery is enough to vacuum most of my house. It is easy to empty the dirt cup.. I find it has good suction, and the "carpets" function is particularly effective. All over I am very happy.Princess Nasturtium
I've had this vacuum for about a month now, and I love it. I currently reside in about a 700 square foot apartment with carpet in the bedroom and walk-in closet and hard surfaces everywhere else. I can do a full, slow, methodical vacuuming of the whole apartment 3 times on 1 battery (not using the ion mode). The different brush speeds work great for switching between hard floor and carpet. I find myself vacuuming at every chance I get just due to the convenience of this unit. The included accessories such as the crevice tool and detail kit make vacuuming anything a breeze. The flex makes vacuuming under coffee tables, chairs, and beds simple. The only minor complaint would be that the dust bin is small, and dust seems to stick to it to the point where you need to reach in and pull it out to empty. That minor concern doesn't really bother me, but it's worth noting. Overall, I would 100% recommend this vacuum.BRIANB

Reviews:
I bought this Oreck XL Commercial floor sweeper as a brand-new backup unit for an existing Oreck Xl home vac that I bought back in the 1990's. The original one still works just fine and the only maintenance it has ever required, other than bag changes, was a single drive belt replacement. The Oreck XL is a workhorse floor/carpet sweeper! And, the best part is that I recently got this brand-new one for $200, which is less than half of the price I paid for my original Oreck XL, back in the 1990's. The Oreck XL Commercial vacuum is light in weight (8 pounds). The low profile makes it incredibly easy to slide underneath a bed (you can even store it under there, between uses). It has a very comfortable ergonomically-designed handle with readily accessible on/off control switch. Each vacuum bag is top-loading and holds an incredible amount of debris. The filter bag is easy to change, is reasonably priced, and prevents any sneeze-producing dust from ever escaping the vac during use.vintage-connections
5/15/19 I did a lot of research before I chose to get one of these. I found out that the motor is only a 4 amp motor and I wondered if that was going to be powerful enough to do a good job. (I knew the motor was very long lasting.). I figured that because the discharge bag downstream of the motor was so much larger then comprable vacuums, that there would not be much back pressure on the motor and so by design, you probably don't need such a powerful motor. I also figured, that if you design a vacuum cleaner right, why would you need a 10 11 12 amp motor? I like the fact that it had a good quality cord that you didn't have to bend over to wrap the cord up it had a big bag so you didn't have to constantly buy bags did it was durable, because it is what janitors use and hotels across the country. I also know that my carpet was not a shag carpet it was a lower carpet and it was a hardwood floor. So I figured I would buy it from Walmart and try it and if I don't like it I can get my money back. WOW!!! I am so impressed with this machine! It picks up like you would not believe everything and I love the fact that you don't need a motor that is so powerful it belongs on a saw to cut wood. I love not having all these gadget cheap accessories that falling off all the time. I love being able to get underneath stuff. I love the lightweight. I love the switch on the handle in case I suck up a sock or shoelace. so that I can shut the motor off before I burn up a belt. I love the fact there's a spare belt underneath. I love the heavy-duty cushioning around the motor housing. And I really like the way the brushes are set up the beater bars very well-designed very simple very rugged very durable. (I believe in keep it simple KISS.)! So what if it's a tad noisy. And the negative review the guy posted about not being able to get us handle tight……well…… Some people are just not the least bit mechanically inclined. I like it better than my Bissell, KenmoreJay
Our Princess vacuum just died. We have always had problems finding bags for it anyway… We received a used Oreck as a gift many years ago and it still runs and cleans super. We still wanted a second vacuum on the top level. Well, that was a no brainer. The Oreck is very lite and easy to maneuver. Best vacuum cleaning we have ever seen.Brian

Reviews:
We have used Oreck vacuums for over 30 years. We love the lightness and the power. When they went out of business we tried other vacuums, Hoover and Miele and hated them. I searched for vacuums that were close to Oreck and got your site which has the real thing! We are thrilled. Thank you for keeping Oreck going.Guest
First off you need too know we have a 2-story home, about 30 years old, fully carpeted, with two indoor dogs (Corgis – who have two coats that they “blow” year round!)! We learned a long time ago that dust and dog hair was a real problem, and needed a vacuum that could keep up. Tried several expensive ones with all the “doo-dads” but they would break quickly, loose suction very quickly, couldn’t keep up with the pet hair… You get the picture. Our most recent purchase before the Oreck was one of those “ball” type vacuums that supposedly never loose suction – supposed to be a real “Animal”, and the cost reflected the hype. But it was so lousy at picking up pet hair I would have to “rake” the carpet with a little plastic rake first to get up most the pet hair. It would loose suction and the cannister would fill up so fast I had to empty it after every room. So I broke down and spent some money on a simple vacuum with no gimmicks, just “a vacuum”. The Oreck XL Commercial is the real “animal” in this zoo. It NEVER loses suction. Where none of the other vacuums I ever owned would do a good job of getting pet hair and that powder you spread to make the carpet smell good up in one pass, the Oreck gets all of it in ONE pass. The bag on this vacuum can be changed out in about 30 seconds (when you have too). I probably could vacuum this house twice and still not have to replace the bag as it’s really that big! And the cord is 40’ long! No more constantly hunting for a plug. I plug it in once and do an entire floor. It’s built very simple and tuff since it’s a commercial grade vacuum and very light weight. Oh, the handle is really nice and you can bend it completely level with the floor to vacuum under tables and such. I don’t ussually take the time to right a review since I figure they should make stuff right to begin with. But this vacuum deserves a good review.R.H.

Reviews:
I bought this to replace our old Dyson V6 Animal Cordless. I read many reviews videos for research. I had a Shark Navigator Pro before and I know Shark makes a good vacuum, so I was excited to try this. It seemed great. It went together easily and the crevice tool did well between the couch cushions and around the edges of the house. I liked the flexible arm that let the vacuum bend to get really far under furniture like my tables and sideboards. It was easy to empty the canister and easy to use. After using the vacuum about 30 minutes, a clog developed in the first joint where dirt from the head goes into the tube to take it up to the canister. This clog (half of which is pictured) was so big it extended from the opening of the vacuum suction hole on the bottom of the head, all the way up to where the head attached to the main long arm. After looking into the vacuum head's mechanics, I found that there are three "lock screws" on the underneath that allow you to take off the bottom guard piece to access the suction tube, which means Shark knew this was a problem and they "fixed" it by giving the consumer more work. I was able to use a cat wand toy to shove through the bottom to push the clog out the other side. This mess pictured on my couch was the result. As someone who has severe dust and environmental allergies, I don't exactly want to play with clogs of my allergens in order to get my vacuum running. I also have a large house, two long haired Siberian cats, four teenagers, and a job. The LAST THING I have time for is housework and messing around with crappy vacuums. For the price point, I'd expect this vacuum to actually work properly, and not take a ton of work to use it. The entire thing felt wobbly when fully connected and used to vacuum floors, so I didn't see the expected excellent quality of materials or workmanship for the price point either. Furthermore, as several reviewers stated the vacuum did shock me multiple times with static electricity buildup, which was annoying. Another con to this vacuum is that when I was vacuuming my couch where the cats lay, it wouldn't pick up all the cat fur regardless of how many passes I made. The suction just wasn't powerful enough, or maybe the static buildup offset the suction, gluing the cat hair to the couch in dreadlocked strands. Besides all this, the vacuum was very heavy and bulky. This thing will be going back tomorrow, and I'll be placing my order for the Dyson V11 Animal. I'd rather pay twice as much and know for a fact that my vacuum will work when I need it to, how I need it to. Save yourself the headache and don't get this Shark Vertex Cordless vacuum.MandieSue76
I purchased the Shark Vertex Cordless Stick Vacuum to use primarily to clean the floor near and around my bird cage. Every morning I let my parrot out of her cage, where she sits on the Playtop, and also on a perch mounted outside the cage. She creates quite a mess because seeds drop onto the floor, and some feathers. Getting my corded vacuum out just to cleanup around her cage was a bit of work, so I decided that a cordless vacuum would be the perfect solution. What I love about this vacuum is that it folds down for easy storage, and I can fit it in the room close by the cage. It's very easy to operate, and easy to empty the dust cup. The swivel powerhead with lights works great. It comes with several attachment tools, however, when you remove the power head to use the attachments, the suction power is not as strong. For my use, having this cordless vacuum is still the perfect solution, but I will still be using my corded vacuum for whole house cleaning.DianaNaples
I bought the Shark because I have a corded one downstairs. I needed a vacuum upstairs for my 2 floors, that was light weight and can maneuver pretty well. First off I want to say the "Shark" name is good. This cordless vacuum does not do well with pets. I have 8 cats and cat sand everywhere, the only thing it does is spit the sand out from the back, Has a very difficult time picking up fur as well. You know when you see a piece of fur and the vacuum front just has to go near it to suck it up. This vacuum does not, It just makes it tumble farther. Good for light clean ups but for every week vacuuming, I strongly recommended getting the corded one. It was more power for suction and spot clean ups if you spill rice or oats on floor. To bad because for the price you think it would be worth it. This vacuum is now on our 1st floor where there is very little traffic and pets. Perfect for a formal dinning room or front room that no ones goes in and you need a quick spruce up. Also if you have cats and cat sand, clean filter ever ytime you use it, the dust seems to bog down the performance as well.jsepulvida

Reviews:
I received this product for free in exchange for my honest review from #bzzagent. The Bissell Poweredge vacuum was easy to put together out of the box. The suction power is good and I like the accessories it comes with. I was really disappointed that this vacuum does not have an LED light! For over $200.00 you would assume it would. That feature alone would not make me want to purchase this. Also I don't like the fact you have to mount the vacuum to the wall to store it. It should have the option to fold in half. I would not recommend this vacuum.Ange46
This Bissell PowerEdge Cordless Vacuum is amazingly very satisfying to use! It has never fail me every time I use it. It cleans up really good, has a great suction and it also gets the edges well. It's lightweight and super easy to maneuver. We have two dogs that sheds a lot and small kids so we have an endless clutter. This cordless vacuum makes cleaning pet hairs, crumbs and everything else like a breeze! It's way better than our old one. I highly recommend this to anyone looking for an easy cleaning champion!Mother of Dragons
I had put off purchasing a cordless vacuum after using a couple big name / expensive cordless vacuums. But I read the reviews and decided to order this one. I wasn't completely sold until I used it and I was pleasantly surprised by the power, the size of the dust cup, attachments, how quiet it is, movability of the swivel head and the overall great job it did!!! I have one large dog and two cats, so it needs to do a good job. Compared to the other brands it is about half the price and twice the machine!!!shunt365

Reviews:
I feel bad that I keep telling my mom it's great. When in fact, it's the worst vacuum cleaner ever! My wind tunnel was going out and I've been sick and the stress of trying to find a good lawyer for this malpractice case is tiring. It does pick up dog hair and no bags to change are the only 2 good things it does. It doesn't pick up anything else. If something hard and plastic gets sucked in, the noise is so loud bouncing off everything, only to come back again. The handle isn't long enough. And the cord gets run over. One hook on the vacuum for the cord to fall down and get in the way. I wish I could exchange it for a better vacuum.
Vacuum worked in steaks so you have to run it over the same spot over and over to get the whole even just a small area. The pet hair attachment broke pretty quickly after purchase. The accordion tubing connecting the arm tore in multiple places, we had to tape it repeatedly to retain suction because it kept breaking in different places. We have two huskies and vacuum like 2-3 times a week so it’s not like we used it incessantly. The final straw was another broken spot in the tubing which then kept disconnecting from the handheld attachment. Overall, did not stand up to any normal wear and tear, not sustainable for the price. We only had it a year.kt
You will be amazed how much your previous vacuum has missed once you start using this wonder. We have two cats and three dogs-a golden retriever and border collie who are shed machines-and I seemed to be constantly chasing hair tumbleweeds. The first time I used the vacuum on my 9x7rug, I had to empty the canister twice. That would have been two bags with the last vacuum. Not only is our house now cleaner but our wallet a little fatter as we are not buying two boxes of bags a month. Plus the benefits for the upcoming spring allergy season. I love this vacuum.Catherine

Reviews:
A great supplemental vacuum for cleaning stairways, closets, blinds, and light dusting with good suction. And I love the long power cord. But the springy vacuum hose is a nuisance! It seems like me and the hose are in a constant fight; it pulls pack while I want to go forward!Brownie
I clean houses for a living, and this is perfect for my needs. Great suction, it's lightweight, and the strap/ handle make for easy maneuvering. Great long cord, I was not interested in cordless because the life span on the batteries does not hold up – especially over time. I would buy this again in a heartbeat, especially at this price!!Stephanie
This is my third purchase of this vacuum over the years and obviously I love it. Light weight and a dynamo cleaner it is also perfect for anyone with a limited weight carrying they can tolerate. The second vacuum was being used and abused by another person so the poor thing's motor died. BUT I immediately went on-line to find a replacement. As I said – I love the whole machine and the quality.Patricia

Reviews:
During the last decade and companies are working on designing vacuums that are lightweight, cordless, easy to navigate, and emptying canisters. Usually, we have several options out there in the market to choose from but none of them truly offers what I exactly need. besides to aforementioned specs, self-emptying is becoming a demand. Personally, I would prefer to buy vacuums with such a feature only because of time constraints that lead me to invest in robot vacuums even though they are not as powerful as the regular human-operated ones. I believe and after my experience with this LG CordZero, I found that this LG provides me with a lot of conveniences; it is an all-in-one vacuuming solution, lightweight, and truly cordless since the tower serves as a storage, charger, and self-emptying whenever the vacuum is docked. it has powerful suction and looks modern and stylish. The LG tower has two doors that serve as storage areas to store different attachments in each door compartment. In addition, The tower top is accessible it has a lid that can open up, and inside that small compartment, there is a charging station as well as a storage area for the second battery located underneath the top lid of the tower. This means there is always a spare charged battery that is always ready to use if needed. This top lid is a touch display where all touch control buttons are located such as auto mode, battery life, and dust emptying. Auto mode activates the self-emptying every time the vacuum sits back on the tower. By turning off the auto mode, self-emptying can be activated manually. The middle area when both doors are open is the house of the dust bag. I like the vacuum telescopic wand, it is adjustable and sturdy and easy to use and maneuver to reach low and high places but it does not have headlights which is a drawback to me. The power mop feature is my other drawback, according to the manual it is not allowed to use any cleaning solution except water also the pads can be hand-washed only. From my experience, such limitation tells me that the power mop feature is marginal and not meant to be a replacement for the regular powered mop. It is still a nice touch to have for quick mopping but it is that efficient. The bin kompressor is a smart feature that doubles the storage of the tank which is a nice perk and I like it. It has a sliding handle that pushes and compacts debris to have more room for a longer vacuuming run. But what stands out about this stick vacuum is the self-emptying feature, it is convenient and provides a month of peace of mind and hassle-free bin emptying as well as the spare charged battery, and of course, the tower design in which all the attachments are stored, organized, and accessible. What is included in this all-in-one vacuum: Stick vacuum, power brush nozzle, telescopic wand, power mini brush, Power mop nozzle, Base plate with 4 self-adhesive pads, 4 washable mop pads, 3 dust bags, 2 batteries, and water cup, cleaning brush, and a combination and crevice tool.Zaid
This is more of a vacuum station than just a regular old vacuum. It's a bit pricey but it's still a great vacuum for your home. This is your typical stick vac with a auto-emptying hub. It's quite nice in that you can empty the vacuum manually however, the base station had a feature where you can auto-empty it whenever you dock the vacuum. The base station itself looks good and looks refined. It's not just some gaudy tower that you shove in a corner and have it looking like an eye sore. With the different color options, you could color coordinate it with your decor if you wanted to so that it's stands out less. the footprint of the base station is pretty small so you can store it anywhere really without it getting in the way. Included with the vacuum are your usual attachments like a crevice tool as well as a floor scrubber which is nice. It doesn't vacuum up the liquid so it's really just a scrubber. There is a separate head attachment for the scrubber as well as some extra velcro pads to use on the scrubbing head. The attachments store inside the base station except the scrubbing head which attaches to the side. This also comes with an extra bag and filter for the vacuum. Another nice feature is the extra battery. You store/charge the battery in the top of the unit so if you need to vacuum the whole place, you won't have to worry about running out of power midway through. This works ok for cleaning out your automobile too since it's portable however it's a tab bulky to get into some corners. Last feature is the compressor. With practically all these bagless vacuums, the center filter eventually gets clogged with debris so you need to disassemble the unit and clean that out properly to ensure proper suction. There is a lever on the bin that moves up and down on the compressor which allows you to scrape off a good chunk of debris on the interior filter without needing to disassemble it which I found to be quite beneficial. You'll still need to disassemble the unit for proper maintenance however, with this cleaner, you can do it far less. Only real knock to the is the price tag. It is expensive for a vacuum and you could easily find a stick vac or even a larger corded vacuum for much cheaper. That said, this is more of a lifestyle item where you can have a great functioning vacuum and have it look good in your home.LouRevue
I have recently gotten the LG Electronics CordZero Vaccuum and love so many things about this handy device! The vacuum came with so many assorted attachments including one for pet hair and a mopping attachment. It also came with an extra battery which I love! The run time on one battery is a little over an hour if I keep it in auto mode and don't switch to Turbo. I love having that extra battery on hand and charged up the Tower when I need it. One unique feature about the CordZero is that it's handy base recharges it, stores the extra parts, battery and attachments as well as has an Auto Empty feature for cleaning out the debris from the vacuum dust bin! I love that is takes one more clean up step out of my normal routine! The tower is makes keeping all of the extra things that can be used with the vacuum so nice and tidy and in one spot for easy access. The vacuum is lightweight and the main attachment is easy to get around and under furniture. I like that the main attachment head is a bit smaller than some of the others I've seen as it can really get into tight spaces and under chairs. I love that when I turn it on, I don't have to keep holding down on a button to keep the suction going as I've had to do on vacuums I've had in the past. It does seamlessly from my hardwood to my tile to my carpet rugs and has a great Turbo mode that can be turned on for those places I worry have extra hard to reach dirt. The CordZero even has ap app that you can connect to that will show you run times. extra info on the troubleshooting and battery life. I think one of the super exciting things about the CordZero is that it has a mop attachment. Although this feature didn't live up to my expectations, I'll thrilled of the idea of a vacuum/mop combo! The mop attachment has a place to put in water and it has little round pads that velcro on to the vacuum and spin around once you start it up. You can control the amount of water that comes out (it has a low to high setting) but the problem I had was that I didn't think it really "mopped" my floor. There was moisture but it can't be used with soap or cleaner of any kind and I just don't feel like my floor are properly "mopped " with just a slight layer of water. I used the microfiber mop heads for about 15 minutes on my tile while I was trying out the mopping feature and once done, the mop heads were already frazzled and looked to be coming undone. I love the IDEA of the mop combo, but in my ideal world, it would have been able to be used with a cleaner to really get it good and clean and I would have more function in the amount of water that comes out ( I couldn't tell much difference in the low or high adjustments on the mop attachment). Also, the suction is turned off when you use the mop attachment and I would love to see a function added to be able to use the mop with water and cleaner and then have it sucked back up or go back over the water with a drying function. Again, I love the idea, but feel like the mop attachment could have some improvement to make it a 5 star product. I do like that the mop attachment has a little blue light that shines to help show you where the water is on the floor. Overall, I am thrilled with the uniqueness and creativity that this LG CordZero Vacuum brings to my home. The tower with it's multitude of functions is a real game changer in my book!hjh2c

Reviews:
Starting with the great stuff: Great suction. Big dirt canister, I can vacuum my whole house twice before emptying. Lip feature on around the brush roll keeps the dirt in when vacuuming on hard surfaces. Brush roll height option is always a plus with me. The handle on the canister makes for easier trips up the stairs. Not so great: Short bristles with a high powered brush roll motor, this causes me to use a lower setting on the height even though I have medium height carpet otherwise it didn't do a great job cleaning. This will cause small short strides to be really exhausting, you have to do long strides to make it worth it. I sweating after one room. Having it too low will also wear on the carpet fibers, my canister did show evidence of that. That design really only works with short carpets. The cord length is too short, I had to move it depending on the size of the room. The upholstery hand tool has a rubber end piece to make it better for pet hair but it's clip on. The rubber puts a lot of friction to catch the hair but because it's a clip on that this piece flies off constantly. Very frustrating. Overall, I did not think this vacuum is good for anyone who vacuums frequently. Small apartment with less traffic, infrequent vacuuming, and smaller carpet height would be a better fit. It does have a mean brush roll but that can wear on carpets. If they redesign the brush roll, I think it has potential.Hans C
Ordered a brand new vacuum cleaner, but received a used one, pictures attached. Customer Service did NOT offer a viable solution other than saying that I have to the vacuum cleaner into the store to receive a price adjustment or full refund. Why would you inconvenience a customer over something that was completely out of their control & caused by a warehouse mixup? The vacuum cleaner itself works well. Powerful suction and easy to change carpet pile settings. The vacuum cleaner does NOT have lights on it. That was an oversight on my part. If I would have known it, I would not have purchased this particular model. Dirt accumulates around hose at the bottom of the vacuum cleaner like it has some type of air leak.Nikkig2000
There is a certain level of quality that most people have come to expect from the Hoover brand, and I can confidently say that the Windtunnel Max Capacity does not disappoint. The first time I used it I was really putting it to the test. My kids and nieces had been creating some art work and had managed to get glitter everywhere. All over the hardwood floor, area rug and sofa. I knew my old cordless would not be up to the job, so I thought I'd give the Windtunnel a try. I was absolutely shocked at how well it worked. Not only did it manage to pull these tiny pieces of glitter out of the cracks between the wood, it pulled dust and dirt from out of my area rug that I was amazed to see. I'd vacuumed it the day before and from the amount it pulled out, you'd have thought it had been two weeks. The reason I am giving it only 4 out of 5 stars is based on the weight, noise level and the cord. It is a heavy machine and at times was difficult to push when on the lowest mode (for hard floors). The noise level I found to be excessive, my kids run away when I turn it on, but I have been using a cordless and I find they are significantly quieter then most. The cord is not one that retracts and instead has to be manually wrapped back up. This is personal preference but it is something I tend to expect from most vacuums. All in all I would still highly recommend this vacuum to anyone who has carpet and hardwood combination and doesn't want the hassle of switching machines. The attachments for furniture cleaning are also great and store nicely on the vacuum itself. It provides a real deep cleaning, easy to empty and easy to switch depth levels. Excellent value for the price.Alens2

Great suction power for this light weight handy 3-piece vacuum stick. The brush handles my sofa cushions so well. The adapter to reach tight spots and the maneuvering of the vacuum itself is wonderful. It moves flat & sideways to get underneath furniture. The vacuum base is somewhat delicate, so beware of the strength you use when cleaning. Easy to clean out dust and wash filter.LondonsMom
Okay so I read the reviews and got nervous, but I’m here to be honest with you. A lot of the buyers expected this to be a Dyson and if you’re expecting that then no this isn’t for you. I got this vacuum because ours broke 3 days before Christmas and I wanted something cheap to hold us over in between paychecks as we are having people over. We have a house with all hardwood and linoleum floors, a messy two year old, a big hairy dog, and a hard working man who constantly forgets to take his boots off at the door. Could this be our main vacuum? Heck no! It cleans small visible messes and wasn’t very great for dog hair or fabric surfaces but it was good for the kitchen crumbs and chunks of dirt from his boots. So here we go Pros: – small lightweight – cleans small visible messes – inexpensive – not very durable so don’t be rough Cons: – not great for dog hair or Christmas tree needles – cord isn’t very long – no where to put extra pieces – not great on carpet So let’s recap. This is NOT the vacuum you want the cleaning person to show up with to do a deep clean. This is the swiffer of vacuums, it’s meant to be that in between cleaner and can’t get all things. DO NOT EXPECT THIS TO GET THE NITTY GRITTY!Anne
I like this stick vacuum, it's definitely bare bones, but it does a better than good job picking up dirt and dust. I only use it on hardwood floors, so cannot speak to the job it would do on carpet or rugs. I take 2 stars off because the connection of the canister that collects the dirt/dust does not properly seat into the motor section, so at times will spontaneously disconnect. There's a button that should pop out and secure it, but mine only pops out halfway. Also, the stick connection is tight and difficult to maneuver, so I usually just leave it in, making it awkward to disengage and empty the canister. Same with the floor attachment. If it were even slightly better made, I would recommend it more highly, of course it is inexpensive, so I guess you get what you pay for.BB&B Customer

My husband was over the moon to get this STANLEY 6 Gallon 4 Peak HP Poly Wet Dry Vacuum. He had a different brand that recently died, so the timing was perfect. As it says in the title, you can vacuum both wet and dry. You can use it as a regular vacuum; just add the filter. If you want to do wet, you need to remove the filter and make sure there isn't a bag inside. There are multiple attachments to meet your needs. The cord and the hose are pretty long, so you shouldn't get tangled up. There is good suction too. It rolls around pretty effortlessly. Overall great product!MD20
I do love wet dry vacs! This one is especially nice because it's a manageable size. The suction is excellent, as is the blower. It comes with several attachments including floor and crevice, wet and dry pickup bags, and the hose and wands. The wheels move smoothly and are made to fit solidly into the machine with grooved slots and a screw so they are very stable. The cord is 10' long. My other one is just too huge to be practical. This one is light enough to lift and easily move around. This can be placed inside my car while cleaning. Since it holds six gallons it has a great capacity too!Cheryl
I got this wet/dry shop vac to clean out my car, clean up messes and anything else that might. Also to suck up water if the need ever arises. It is very easy to put together, the only real assembly is to attach the wheels that slide on and then attach with one screw, so just a screwdriver is needed. The hose, the disposable dust bag and the 3 tools come inside the vacuum when you pull it out of the box. It also comes with 2 extension poles. The vac has plenty of suction to pull sand out of floor boards, clean off work tables and whatever else is needed. It sucks it up very good. It is very easy to open up and dump out after you are done. The the ring that holds the on is a compression ring instead of a screw on. It comes with a foam filter for water applications and also a cloth filter to use for dry applications. It also comes with a bucket liner to contain the trash. This vacuum can also be used as a blower but simply changing which port you plug the hose into. Just make sure the bucket is cleaned out before you try to use the blower. I would recommend cleaning the cloth filter after every use so you don't get a clogged filter and lose suction. The size is about a 5 gallon bucket on top of each of the 4 wheels is a spot to hold the extension cords and tools. I store the hose inside the vacuum when not using it. Overall this is a good wet/dry shop vac that will be super helpful for many things. I used it today to clean my car and it did a really good job. I would definitely recommend this to anyone looking for one.Lissa82

This is our 4th Electrolux hard surface vacuum, two 12 volt and an 18 volt. We absolutely love this vacuum and were very upset when we couldn't find it anywhere on line. A couple of years ago we bought a Dyson 10 because we couldn't find an 18 volt Electrolux. It is not in any way comparable or even as convenient as the Electrolux. We love the swivel head, the easy recharging stand and removable hand vac, so much easier and simpler than the Dyson. When we tried to buy an Electrolux, we were told it was no longer sold in the USA, but then we found it through Amazon. It cost double the amount of our last 18 volt Electrolux, but we were thrilled to get this vacuum. Please let us know if you come back to the USA, we will definitely buy another one!!!JoeMar
I jumped at buying another ergorapido, the minute I saw they were making them again, and I was pleasantly surprised! It’s well balanced and easy to maneuver. Most of all, it’s suction was far more than I expected, and far superior to the previous models I’ve had. And you can do mats by turning it down to low speed, without worrying about sucking up the end of the mat. Emptying the dust bin was a lot simpler than previous models, too. Oh, and Hair! Hair that winds around the roller cleans off easily with the tap of your foot on the snipper tool. The only thing lacking are the instructions— simply illustrations. A little more detail would be helpful. I would definitely buy this again.Brian406
This is our third Ergorapido. We purchased our first one over ten years ago because I kept tripping on the cord to my corded vacuum. We were so impressed with it that we put away our other vacuums and never use them. It has strong suction, long lasting battery, lighted so you can see under furniture, easy to maneuver, takes up very title space when recharging, has a small hand held version attached to it and it is cordless. We purchased our second one for upstairs. And now we purchased the third one to replace the first one when it dies because we use this handy vacuum daily and don’t want to be without our Ergorapido.Jhgmac

Reviews:
Works great! I own the other style handheld Dewalt vacuum and purchased this one for use in my camper van due to the attachments. The bristled brushes cleans molding without scratching it. The extension makes vacuuming the floor easy on your back. The pointed attachment is great for doing under the seats and hard to reach places.Grant P
This vacuum has good suction and decent capacity. It seems best suited as a small projects vacuum to be kept near your pantry, garage, or around your cars. The tube is sized to fit common small diameter shop vacuum hoses and accessories, so it's nice to not be tied to one proprietary set of fittings. According to the documentation, the filter needs to be knocked clean and can't be blown out with an air hose. It sucked up fine wood dust without redistributing it in the air, but emptying the filter was a little of a pain. It's compatible with all the DeWalt batteries I have, from 1.5 to 6 AH. The motor noise is loud, a little louder than my previous cheapo dust buster, but only slightly. Overall I'm quite happy with this vacuum and hope the long term durability justified the price tag.LTools
I've waited years for DeWalt to make this exact product. I have all the batteries I need and don't need to pay $399 for a Dyson that I have only two 1.5ah batteries on hand to deal with. This vacuum is perfect for around the house, cleaning hard surfaces with the floor attachment, and detailing cars. I will warn anyone that expects a bit too much of a compact vacuum, this will not clean your carpets. It will however clean your 3 year old's spilled cocoa puffs off the carpet without pulling out the Kirby or Shop Vac. 100% would recommend for shop, jobsite, and home. My wife loves it!tinathetranymantaylor

Reviews:
Bought primarily to clean my vehicle. Includes a smaller floor attachment and also a narrow one for getting into tight places typical in a vehicle. Suction is good if you don’t use the wand, and is only ok with the wand. The hanger is held to the wall by 3 screws in the centre of the unit. It is not very sturdy so I will likely add a few holes and screws to brace it a bit better.Nico
Portability and wall storage were the key factors for my purchase. Suction power is very good and all the included accessories are a big plus. Only downside for me was that the plastic attachment for the cover on the blower port was a bit cheap and difficult to “hook” onto the body of the vac. In fact mine broke just trying to connect it. Not a big deal and mainly the reason why I took off a star. Other wise the thing works great and looks good on my garage wall.Danny
Bought this Vac to replace the one we had in the garage. My husband loves it! Was easy to hang on the wall. Amazing suction. We don't have to empty it every time we use it, like our old one, unless you want to … it holds quite a bit. Wish the cord was 5 ft longer so we could get to the other side of the garage w/o using an extention cord … thats the only complaint but the cord is longer than most other vacs like this. It's much like a standard wet dry vac only in miniature form.lysanta6237

The vacuum is very powerful yet light well balanced and easy to maintain. The two power levels are very useful when vacuuming baseboards on low or carpet on high. The pop up door is much more convenient than the twist off canister when dumpimg out vacuumed debri. Just wish the shelf and brush attachments I purchased seperately came in Makita blue.zerofish
At the top for the size. I read a lot of comments about the fact that it is not powerful enough. But I am fully satisfied with it. Minimum size for good power. Very convenient. It would just miss a small extension of the tube. I use it regularly for work, it prevents me from taking out the big one. My wife also loves it for everyday life
Ideal size for tidying up after or during smaller jobs, powerful small unit gets into all the smaller spacesChris P

Reviews:
The Lift-Away feature is excellent, but unless you really need the extended range and reach that the detachable canister, the streamlined feature set on this vacuum may push you to look elsewhere. Suction is strong and consistent, whether the vac is operated in its normal, upright mode or with canister detached. It's reasonably well-engineered, too, with a rotary pivot that makes angling the head around tight corners really painless. The collecting canister is (thankfully) large, and easy to empty and clean. The vac is also reasonably quiet, provided you don't make the mistake of leaving the "carpet" power setting active over hardwood floors. The real draw, of course, is the Lift-Away feature, which enables you to basically detach the canister and nozzle and treat yourself to a handheld mobile vac. It's a nice feature, especially if you need to vacuum a cobweb from a high corner. If you have high ceilings, or the standard toollset on an average canister vacuum isn't up to snuff, you might want to look into this item. That said, there are some disappointments, especially with the comparatively high sticker price. The toolset that comes with the vac is spartan, if we're being nice. Each attachment is rigid plastic, and no attachments come with suction-powered rotary brushes. The attachments are a bit on the short side, as well. More disappointing is the fact that there are only two power of floor settings. Suction seemed to be more than adequaate for both, but the vac is missing the more granular height adjustments you might need if you have carpets of differing depths. The head is a bit on the small side, but the pivot mechanism that enables easy movement and rotation kind of compensates for this. One area of concern relates to the vacuum's big draw – the hose doesn't seem easily removable fro mthe the detachable canister, so cleaning (which is an inevitability for any vacuum) may prove to be an issue down the line. Most vacs have fully detachable hoses, expecting that they'll become occluded at some part over their lifetime. This model has a handle attached to the top end of the hose, which will make a messy snaking of your blocked vacuum hose even more challenging than a normal job is. If you really need reach and coverage, and aren't too insistent on more fine-tuned speed settings or use-specific attachments, this vacuum is for you. Suction is great, the LIft-AWay featuer is really impressive and useful, and the vaccum is well-built and thoughtfully engineered. If what you need is more customizability, you might need to look elsewhere.Vespasian
I don’t regret purchasing this! I manage a household with long hair and children, vacuuming is done so often it’s giving me carpal tunnel. I was so tired of cleaning the hair off the roller & unclogging the previous vacuums I owned (over 4 in the last 24 months). I decided to invest in an expensive one that “self cleans” – I was shocked!! Literally how much hair is shedded into these carpets and not 1 was wrapped around the roller! I have recommended this vacuum to all my long hair queens, and pet owners. Added bonus- the light illuminates what your about to rollover (tiny legos will be seen with this bright light). I weirdly get excited over this vacuum, I can take it apart easily and carry the body for higher areas (corner ceilings & a/c vents, etc). I understand the price point may not be ideal, but if you catch it on sale & you add up how many cheaper ones you’ve gone through This one is worth it.Mayhem Momager
The Lift Away Navigator ADV is our first upright vacuum from Shark, and we’re switching over from an older canister-style vac that used bags because these days bags are an unnecessary consumable, given the efficient dust capturing and filtering capabilities of modern vacuums. We like that the LA301 can be used as a floor vacuum with the detachable motorized brushroll base or handheld with or without the extension wand for off-the-floor cleaning like furniture, moldings, and ceiling perimeter. When fully assembled with the brushroll base, the vacuum weighs about 13 lbs, which sounds heavy, but since most of the weight is on the floor, the vacuum really isn’t that hard to push around. This is made much easier by the fact that the pivot-point for the upright portion of the vacuum has a wide range of motion and swivels quite freely. While the vacuum is not self-propelled in any way, I still found it fairly easy to move around both over hardwood and carpet, though turning tight corners presented a bit of a challenge, requiring a few push and pulls to achieve full coverage. The cord for the unit is an ample 25 ft, though it is not retractable, and must be manually wound onto the cord hooks on the side of the unit when storing. I do like that the upper hook rotates downward to easily and quickly release the looped cord without having to unwind it. There are also two “tool storage” posts at the sides of the dust bin, but since it comes with three accessory tools, you still need to store one off the unit. When vacuuming, the motor of the floor brushroll only engages when the upright portion of the vacuum is tilted down past about 20 degrees. Above that angle or upright the brushroll motor shuts off. This vacuum features a fully sealed HEPA system that pulls in and traps 99.99% of dust and allergens without releasing them back out into the environment when the air is exhausted. I did notice that during and after vacuuming, I didn’t experience any dust related sneezing or irritation like I would get with our old vacuum. One area where this vacuum struggles is accessing low-lying areas with the brushroll, for example, under couches and beds since when laid “flat” with the roller base installed, the vacuum’s height is just shy of 12 inches due to the large, 0.9 Qt dust cup. While you could get underneath low furniture with just the wand and a static brush accessory, you’d lose the deep-cleaning ability of the spinning brushroll. I found the same is true when using this vacuum on carpeted steps. The brushroll base is simply too large and cumbersome to try to run across each step, so I end up using just the handheld portion with the brush. I feel that I would get a deeper clean using the brushroll, but unfortunately, it cannot be attached directly to the wand. I should note that Shark offers another attachment, the pet power brush, sold separately, that can be used with the wand for this purpose. That said, when using the vacuum handheld, I do like the convenience of being able to set down the motor unit and just manipulate the wand as it is pretty light — only 1-2 lbs depending on which attachment you use and whether you attach the extension tube. The flexible hose portion has an expandable spring design which is about 30” long when retracted and can stretch to 5 ft or longer which helps a lot to reach into narrow spaces and up to the corners and edges of the ceilings where cobwebs like to hang out. There are two suction levels when using handheld (min or max), and the canister portion on its own, if you’re carrying it around, weighs about 6 lbs. Since this model does not feature the self-cleaning brushroll, occasionally you’ll need to check the brushroll for hair wraps or tangles from other long, stringy debris. If the LED on the brushroll base turns red, this means you’ve got a jam, and you need to unclog or clear a tangle. Fortunately the roller brush has a groove that you can run a small pair of scissors through to quickly snip anything that is wrapped around it. If the LED flashes red, this indicates the brushroll motor is overheating and the unit needs to be shut off to cool down before you can safely use it again. The dust cup for the vacuum is easy to remove, empty out, and clean. There’s one release switch at the top to lift the dust bin off the motor and a one-press release button at the bottom that opens the trap door on the bottom allowing the contents to drop into a trash can. The dust cup, foam and felt motor filters, and HEPA filter can be washed and rinsed with plain water to keep the unit running smoothly with good suction. Overall, I feel that this vacuum performed well when vacuuming on carpet and hardwood and pulled in a lot of dirt and debris with its powerful suction while keeping our air quality clean and allergen-free. It’s lightweight, easy to maneuver, and works best for cleaning open spaces or reaching into narrow and high areas using the handheld wand. However, for getting under low-laying fuReviewedByPhil

I sehfvthe Bosch GAS 35M back. The auto filter cleaner feature emits a volley of mini sonic booms every 15 seconds. My two working dogs ran for cover. My neighbours probably thought there was a gun battle going on. If you value your sanity and your ear drums , steer well clear of this machine. The design of this feature has to be the most absurd, ill thought out and user unfriendly exercise in the history of history. Do not buy the Bosch GAS 35 M.highlyhiding
Excellent quality and very manoeuvrable for such a large piece of machinery. It has an adjustable range of suctions that will seemingly tackle all tasks and a simple press of a button will cut off the automatic filter cleaning system, once the machine has been switched on, if you are only using it for light cleaning duties. A medium sized L-Boxx clipped to the top of the machine is just right to stash all of the cleaning tools you are ever likely to need. Only criticism is that there are no lifting handles, should you wish to raise it over an obstacle and the handle on the L-Boxx is not strong enough for this task Finally, be prepared for the force and noise associated with the filter cleaning system – it is aggressive but does the job and also clears any blockages that might develop in the 5m hose.Brian

This vacuum is light weight and easy to use EXCEPT the on button is just above the button that opens the dirt container . Every time I vacuum, by accident, I open the dirt container and dirt goes everywhere! Its a mess! This happened to a couple people who tried to help me as well. What a horrible design error!!! Plus the dirt container is very small and needs to be emptied often…unless you vacuum with it open!! I purchased it because my health is failing and I needed something lightweight and easy to use.. Also the main opening in the floor portion totally plugs and the entire bottom piece needs to be taken apart and you need a bottle brush or a something long enough to push the plug of dust or whatever out of the elbow (which you can straighten). Its not difficult, but annoying and messy as well. I would never recommend this vacuum to anyone, its too much work and too much money for the horrible design. I would send it back, but its been way too long.pattysev
I love Shark products. I have been waiting for the TSV and for this vac to be back in stock. I purchased rose gold, blends well with a neutral palate. I still use my original upright Shark vacuum purchased from QVC (10 years) which is a beast at cleaning my tile, wood and carpet floors. I use a robot vac for 1/3 of my floors that are not heavily traveled. The top of the line name brand R- robo vact does a ok job, but it takes a long time and I needed a stick/handheld vac which I could use for small jobs in the kitchen, sunroom and run it over high traffic areas daily. It is quick and picks up well. It has a swivel head and lies down to get back and under furniture. The battery life last and I have never had trouble having is run out. This device is not a replacement for a quality upright vacuum. Nothing is. This vac is for small jobs, daily floor maintenance and I love it. You are able to buy a replacement battery from Shark if needed and I love that too. So many stick vacs end their battery life and you cant easily replace the battery. Not the case here, so this device will last a long time. The hand vac is handy (HaHa) for crevasse's, corners, and I have used the pet tool on my sofa and it does a great job with dog fur. The filter needs to be changed sometimes during a job based on how much stuff it has vacuumed up. I have not cleaned it yet, the manufacturer says to clean the filter monthly. Recommend this vacuum to help maintain clean floors especially in high traffic area and recommend it for any busy household.medicinewoman
This is the third Shark in our house (all different types), and I really do like them all. This is a very sleek, attractive design, light and easy to use, and the power is surprisingly good for such a small vacuum. I just have three things on my wish list for future improvements: 1. LED lights on the floor nozzle – I have gotten hooked on your LED lights, and it's the only way to see all the pet fur on hard floors. I was disappointed that this one didn't have the lights. 2. Better battery life – As others mentioned, the battery only lasts about 10 minutes. I read the reviews first and bought a spare, so it hasn't been a big deal thanks to the extra battery, but 10 minutes isn't very long. 3. A slightly larger dust cup would be good – I know the idea was to keep this sleek and light, but just a little bigger would make it more practical. With that said, it is a really nice little vacuum with good power, and the design is very sleek and attractive. Nice job, once again!

Reviews:
This is an extremely lightweight machine. Not just in actual weight, but in the job it does. The motor is not powerful, the spinner is not fast. You do NOT save time using this over mopping. You must go SLOOW, back and forth, several times, over each area on even the lightest of soiled flooring. You must clean as instructed, the spinner, screens, and filter after only a few minutes of use or it will stop working completely. It doesn't do well on tile unless there are nearly flat grout lines. What is it good for? Linoleum, very lightly soiled. Probably to have it charged and ready for a small spill in the kitchen while cooking, then set it aside and know you WILL have to disassemble and clean it before you use it again, even after only a minute or two of use. For $99 it is not worth it. This should be a $39 dollar machine tops.Cutlass275
This thing is terrible. I wanted a shark cross wave but they’re expensive. I looked through the description and the reviews and thought this may be a less expensive alternative. You get what you pay for. We use it 2 X on hardwood floors. We don’t have carpets. The cleaner started spitting out nasty, dirty, smelly water all over the place. It left my house smelling like a septic tank. Yes, we have a puppy that has accidents and we used it to clean up. Aren’t these things designed to clean up messes? We have disassembled it just like the directions instructed. We cleaned every item that was disassembled with soap and water and even a tiny bit of bleach on the roller. We put it back together, turned it on and once again it starting spitting out sewage water. I haven’t touched it since. I was just going to eat the price and use the swifter but the more I thought about it. No, I’m sick of buying things that work maybe once then I end up with expensive junk I’m never going to use. I want my money back or a replacement.rehnee
So i bought this yesterday i been eyeing this mop for awhile and read alot of reviews. I was so excited to finally get it as the reveiw were so great. I been useing a reuseable spray mop so wanted to up grade as the mop head gets dirty so quick as a single mom i wanted something more convenient but that is not what i got. I was so disappointed in this mop vacuum. I have real hardwood floor and laminate in my kitchen. This did not clean i had dirty spots on my floor that my mop would have got in 2 seconds. But this thing did not clean and at first im like i must be doing something wrong so i read the book with it like 5 times going yes im doing it right. At first the floor wasnt even getting wet but after holding the button down felt like forever it finally got wet. I had to go over spots so many time for it to even get clean. Went to clean my kitchen and that was even worst i kept going over a spot over and over and nothing. So i got out my spot mop sprayed it with just water and it came up as soon as i went over it. So it wasnt a hard spot to clean but the vacuum did not clean it. only good part of the vacuum is that it sucks up the water nice and leaves your floor pretty much dry. It didnt leave streaks but the worst thing of it is when you turn it on its so powerful that it moves the vacuum forward so hard that your fighting it to go backward to suck up the water. For $200 this is not worth it at all my $30 stray mop does so much better ( but hate that it leaves my floors so wet). Oh also this doesnt not get your floor wet or clean a inch away from the wall or your rugs so couldnt get on the side of floors clean.Amber
