I am a dog trainer and pet sitter, and cleanliness and sanitation is a top priority in my house. This vacuum has absolutely met all of my needs. The HEPA filter is a must! Pet dander can create a lot of dust, so I love that this Black + Decker model includes such a reliable filter. The wheels on the canister are large and roll easily from room to room. You can even adjust the suction power. When I'm vacuuming dog beds for crumbs and dust, I can turn it down slightly so the fabric doesn't get pulled into the nozzle, but when I'm vacuuming floors, I can turn it to full power and be done quickly. The canister bin is large – I can vacuum my entire home without having to empty it! It's a small thing, but I love the retractable cord, too!MistyKM

My nearly 20-year-old, full-size upright vacuum cleaner died some time ago. Since I bought that vac at a time when I lived in a large, fully-carpeted apartment that was all on a single floor, and I now live in a 3-story home with only two rugs in it, I decided to replace the old upright rather than try to fix it. After all, it was difficult lugging the old upright up and down the stairs and getting at around my home's narrow corners. What I really wanted was a lightweight, compact canister vacuum cleaner with plenty of suction and, hopefully, a quiet motor. I also wanted a vacuum that was easy to use for cleaning my minivan, which was quite a chore with the old upright, even with its hose and tools. Since my wife is asthmatic, it also needed to have a HEPA filter. This Black & Decker model seemed to fit the bill. As you can see from the unboxing photo, my daughter – 14 years old, 4'11" tall and about 100 pounds as of this writing – was able to lift the cleaner out of its box with ease. The manuals included (in several languages each) are pretty clear, but you may not even need them to do the basic assembly, as it involves just attaching the hose, wand and suitable tool to the end of the wand. The plastic thing at the tool end of the wand is a catch release for the wand extender. The third photo I took (I'm not sure what order the photos will appear in when the review is posted) shows everything you get: the power unit, hose, wand, vacuum head, tools and tool bag. I photographed them together to try to give you an idea of perspective. The first down-side I noticed with this vacuum cleaner is that there is no onboard storage for the tools. However, the next photo shows my solution to this problem. The tools come in a handy bag, and the bag has a cinch cord that's long enough to let you loop it around something and pass the bag through the loop. I used that to attach the tool bag to the handle on the main unit. Now my tools shouldn't get lost. This vacuum cleaner is, indeed, quite light. My wife (4'10" tall and with joint problems that make it hard for her to lift heavy items) had no trouble with it. My daughter then carried it up to her room for its first test (see photos). On the way up, we set the vacuum cleaner down on a step, just to see how easy it would be to use this vacuum cleaner to clean a stairway. It actually sits quite nicely, and the stairway in which we checked this has narrower steps than most, so this would seem to be an excellent cleaner to use on stairways, provided the stairway isn't too long. (Cord length could be an issue for some.) I was very interested to see how this model would perform on the rug in my daughter's room, as her rug has a very high pile, almost like an old shag carpet. It seemed to do just fine, although it's hard to be certain because her rug was fairly new and not very dirty. The pile did prevent her from easily pushing the head forward, but she could pull it backward with little trouble. Reducing the suction made it easier to pull, but still didn't allow for pushing, so back-and-forth vacuuming wasn't possible. I ended up turning the suction back to maximum, figuring that this would pull the most dirt out of a high-pile carpet. This model lacks a beater bar, which means it may not be as effective as a fancier model for pulling dirt out of higher-pile carpets. On the other hand, I think one might have to turn the beater bar off for this kind of carpet in order to avoid having it snag the long yarn strands. Your mileage may vary, as the saying goes. I was also pleased to report that this model is rather quiet, for a vacuum cleaner. It was much less noisy than our old upright was, and that upright was one of the quieter models available when we bought it (back in 2002 or so). You probably won't want to use it when the baby is sleeping — unless your baby likes the sound of vacuum cleaners — but you won't need ear protection when using it, either. My daughter and I were talking while she was testing it, and we had no trouble hearing each other, despite the fact that she was wearing headphones at the time. I expect at least decent performance on our other rug, which has a low pile. It would probably do fine on bare floors, too, but we generally stick to brooms and mops for bare floors. Emptying the dustbin is easy: Unclip the canister from the motor, press the latch that releases the lid for the bin, turn the handle and pull the bin assembly apart. This model is bagless, so it would be best to do this over a garbage can in order to avoid spilling the contents on your nice, clean floor. I will sum up this review with some pros and cons. This vacuum cleaner is an expensive piece of plastic junk. I purchased this in October. I doubt it will still be working by the end of this same year. This vacuum cleaner does not glide across the carpet or floor. You have to drag it back and forth. It takes twice as long to vacuum because of the effort and strength required to use this vacuum cleaner. I have a backache after using this vacuum cleaner. The crevice tool looks nothing like the picture of the woman holding it. The crevice tool is only about 4 inches long. The accessories look like they belong in a doll house. Changing from the floor nozzle to the accessories is difficult. The Black & Decker box said you have to buy replacement filters every 6-9 months to maintain suction. So, you have to continuously buy additional products to keep this vacuum working. I did not have to buy any replacement filters for my old vacuum cleaner from Bissell. I only needed to wash it periodically. I would not recommend this vacuum cleaner. I would give it zero stars if I had that option. I wish I could return it for a full refund, but no refunds once the box is opened. I strongly suggest potential buyers examine and test this vacuum cleaner at the store before buying. I liked using my new vacuum and had no problem with it being bagless, but the extension cord would keep rewinding once the motor got warm. I was insulted when sent a email from Prolux that I needed to clean the canister to get optimized performance and the machine was overheating because I wasn't keeping the canister cleaned out. Oh, but I was! I was caring for the vacuum after reading all the instructions for best use and the canister wasn't even full but I'd clean it out before putting it away…then there was no suction (even with a newly cleaned canister). We took the hose off and was finding that the arc of the handle was gathering dirt and not carrying it out. Too much hassle so I got a refund.Bette W.

Pros: went together quite easily (I did read the manual) So far it has great suction, and easy to clean. Picks up pet hair really well, there was a lot of fine dust in the dust/dirt container when I emptied it out, so that is a good thing. Three cats and 2 labs in my house, and they are all inside/outside critters. The power head works well. I had read that people have issues with it tipping over. Didn't happen to me, and moves around easily. All the parts fit right into place, no gaps, nothing hard to pull apart. I really like that it is bagless. Cons; The box was quite broken up when it arrived, guess that is the delivery peoples fault. There were two broken pieces, one being the on board tool caddy for storage of the attachments (I don't believe that could have happened in shipping), one other broken piece of plastic, that came from somewhere, still trying to figure out what it goes to. The tank itself has a big dent in it ( it being plastic guess it's a manufacturing issue). The long floor attachment came with a long flat rubber insert for something (the schematics don't show where it goes). The crevice tool is quite puny. I had just assumed (my fault) that the power head would have a height adjustment. I had been using a Kenmore Canister for 20 years. So in order to vacuum carpet runners (7 feet long) I have to put a chair on the end or have one of the dogs sit on it, so it doesn't get sucked up. I guess that is a good thing that it has such good suction, better more than less. So far so good, I have not found the noise level that loud, my Kenmore was a lot louder. I have not used the furniture/stair attachment so won't comment on it. It does generate quite a bit of static when in use I guess a little shock now and then isn't that big of a deal. During the pandemic you can't always get what you want. I wanted to go to a store and buy a vacuum that I could see, feel and maybe even hear before I bought it. I'm a little fussy. Quiet is very important to me. It quickly became apparent that my only choice was buying online. I'm not exactly sure how I ended up on Prolux's site but I'm so glad I did. There was the vacuum I wanted: canister, quiet, lightweight, bagless, reasonably priced, well reviewed and in stock. An unbelievable sight after sitting at my computer for hours. I love this vacuum! I have a toddler, a cat, and a dog that I’m constantly having to follow around and clean up little messes. I got so sick of dragging my full-size vacuum out for one mess of goldfish smashed into the carpet so I invested in this handheld vacuum and it was the best idea ever! Love the pull out extension nozzle for easy reach into corners and around furniture or when cleaning out the car. The two speed on/off button is also very convenient. It is light weight and easy to clean and store on the charging base. I have owned many B&D Dustbusters over the years and this model is much quieter than all the others. The best! I bought the Simplicity S65P and am so happy I did! I use it everyday! The soft floor nozzle does wonders in my floors(gets the fine dust/dirt that other vacs miss.) The motorized turbo tool is a MUST and I use it for all my carpeted stairs/couches and chairs. Press the on/off switch once and it stays on! You don’t have to hold the switch down the whole time like you do with the the Dyson’s(super annoying and bad if you have arthritis/carpal tunnel.) This machine is so much more powerful than my old Dyson cordless! It’s like night and day. Not even a competition. And not only is it more powerful than my old Dyson but my Simplicity S65P comes with an extra battery, so I never have to worry about my battery dying or having to wait for it to charge so I can clean. I really like this vacuum alot! It has a sealed system and a hepa filter which are my main concerns. It's easy to use and extremely light! The suction is amazing on high aswell! The only real downside is the batteries. I like to do my carpet on high so I got the 2 battery version, but it's still cutting it close. Given the feather weight status of this thing they could easily go for a heftier battery with a bit longer charge. Oh and battery takes 5 hours to charge.Garret

After spending 2 weeks researching and reading over 300 reviews the cordzero had the best reviews by far. I chose the flex model because it came with 5 attachments and am so glad I did. I’ve had it a week and just love it. Through my excitement to start using it I put the carpet attachment on and did all my tiles in my big house. It wasn’t until I went to change heads that I realised. It did a great job of cleaning the tile but didn’t go over them smoothly as they are textured. I changed to the roller hard floor head and to my surprise it picked up very little. My tiles look and feel so clean. I used to absolutely dread having to lug out my Dyson upright to do my carpets and after using the cordzero I was pleasantly surprised at the amount of dust and dirt it removed from my carpets and rugs. I love how it manoeuvres well and I can now do under my bed without having to move it. The only negative I have is that I had to empty it frequently but that’s no drama it’s so easy to do. I have 2 dogs and 2 ragdoll cats that used to leave hair and fluff about and I would sweep the floor with a large cloth sweeper although it picked up hair and crumbs I never felt as though the floor was spotless. Overall a mediocre product, one of the few times I’m glad I just didn’t start breaking down the box it came in and trashed it. The main cleaning roller attachment used for daily cleaning isn’t very agile and feels like it’s skipping across both a no to low pile type area carpet and hardwood floors. It’s doesn’t feel like it’s gliding across the floor and pulling dirt and pet hair as it passes by it. As many previous reviewers have indicated wait before you put the stand together and decide if the product is right for your home. The smaller attachment that would be used for furniture is literally useless , hard piece of plastic that oscillates in stead of spins , barley touched cat or dog hair from furniture. Ended up using the main cleaning attachment to do the job, overall versatility is not there clean your car seats or floors. Not exactly pleased at this price point. The only positive I have is 2 batteries , and a simple on off button beyond that I have nothing else to offer. My friend recommended this LG CodeZero vacuum when I got pregnant, and oh wow, it's such a life saver. (I used to own a corded vacuum cleaner and while it was high quality, it was always challenging to motivate myself to vacuum as often as I wanted, because it was heavy and such a hassle to run the vacuum cleaner!) You don't need to bend down to plug the vacuum and haul the heavy vacuum cleaner with tangling cords anymore. It's so convenient to go cordless. The turbo mode of this vacuum is super powerful and it sucks up the debris pretty well even from our carpeted area. Works great on our hardwood floor as well. Batteries die quickly if you do turbo mode though, but they stay reasonably long enough when you just do the regular cleaning mode. One thing I'd wish I had considered is the auto-emptying function. It's actually quite burdensome to empty the bin every now and then because all the dust flies around. I wish I had bought the more expensive version that takes care of that. Great vacuum! I have owned and tried a lot of different vacuums, brands, styles etc, overall I found easy to figure out, use, maneuver, fantastic suction power and light weight. The 2 things I would change or would prefer, #1- have an adjustable handle, I am short and the handle is a bit much. #2 – change how the floor tools attach, it definitely takes getting used to but seems to never attaches the same way twice and definitely not a quick change out, Would still recommend this vacuum.I.

I have a 10 qt proteam and this has the same power but is lighter weight and the backpack straps are cushioned and a built in swivel that make movement in tight places easier it also has 3 clamps that secure the top that function better than the screw on top and air intake is on the back not on the bottom which is cooler for longer use and if you need to remove the unit and use it in crawl spaces you don’t have to lay it on its side for air intake. For more efficient use purchase a second wand to make faster use switching between floor and carpet heads.g.

It’s very annoying to use, especially when you’re trying to figure out how to get the pieces to stay put on the hose. It’s definitely not the simplest thing to use and if it’s just being used for house cleaning it can be so large on your back that you end up knocking things on the wall and the hose will leave black marks if you do rub it against the wall. That being said the aluminum post that everything hooks onto is very lightweight and it does make it a lot easier to vacuum large areas The metal hose falls out of the plastic hose all the time so I’m constantly having to grip them together while I work. My hand and forearm ache constantly from using those I’m always wishing I had bought a different vacuum. The filters on back fall out 1 or 2 times while vacuuming so I have to stop and take everything off to put them back in. Then I have to put it back on and secure the belts again. For a heavy thing to keep lugging around it is incredibly annoyingH.

I bought the WindTunnel 2 Whole House Rewind Pet Bagless vaccuum a few weeks before Christmas because my current vaccuum seemed to be losing steam. I hate to say it, but my 6 year old vaccuum of the same size still can way outperform this one. This vaccuum has no suction on bare floors and tends to just throw all the dust and dirt around instead of picking it up. I vaccuumed with this one, then brought out the old one to clean up the mess. The attachment works great – although it just beats the fabric to death and it the vaccuum performs okay on carpet. I have short pile carpet and tile floors, the vacuum works OK on tile but not on any carpet no matter how high you set it, right out of the box I turned it on and it started smoking and smelling like burning rubber, the belt was pinched when it was assembled, called service they sent me a belt it took 7 days. now I have to replace the belt every other week because if I don't the brush will not work. I purchased this vacuum brand new, on August 25, 2021. It's November 12, 2021 and it's been used 5-6 times, as we had the vacuum a couple weeks before we moved in to our new home. First two uses were great, then after that it just stopped picking up pet hair. I've inspected it at the request of Chat Support and nothing is wrong with it, no belt issue, nothing. Brush roll is cleaned after every use, as well as the filter and canister. I'm being asked to take it in for "service or replacement," but why would I want the same vacuum again if it doesn't even pick up pet hair after the first two uses?? Customer Support is a joke. This canister vacuum is amazing! I went back to the old school type vacuum I remember my Mom using when I was a child. This thing is unstoppable. I use it for ceiling fans, hard wood floors, my car, to vacuum dust up off trim. I love how flexible it is and that it can get under couches, tables, and other low items. I love the compact size and light weight. Easy to move around and makes vacuuming the stairs so much easier than my previous upright. Only drawback is there's not a way to hang all the attachments to the unit so they're always with me (although maybe there is and I haven't figured it out). I was skeptical that a battery powered vacuum could get results similar to a regular corded vac. I was right. It picks up surface stuff fairly well but is no substitute for a real vacuum. Having said that, we do find it very useful for cleaning up pet hair. We leave it to run in a room when we are gone and the receptacle has a good amount of dist and hair in it. It keeps the carpet a little cleaner between vacuuming. The sweeping pattern is totally random and it tends to stay in one spot for a long time before moving on. When it encounters an obstacle it does an almost full turn and collides with the same object. If you leave it in one small room. block off the areas under dressers and such that it tends to get lodged under, it's handy enough. Our side sweeper brush motor burned out after four months and I read that it should be taken out and cleaned regularly. This is not mentioned in the instructions. It was time to upgrade to a robot vacuum and so far, I'm happy with this purchase. Top 3 reasons why I like it: 1) There is a hand vacuum! This was an unexpected feature when I was shopping for a robot vacuum. I like having the option to pull it out to have a quick fix and the attachment is easy to use. 2) There is a long battery life. I have turned it on to go to the grocery store and it's still running when I get back. 3) It's taller than the gap beneath my cabinets. I know this may be really personal, but my other one sometimes got stuck because it was too low and I'd find it stuck and out of battery. This one never has the problem. It "bumps" it and moves on. I was apprehensive to purchase this because I'm not really familiar with the brand, but it's been a great purchase. It's easy to use, looks good, and does a good job. I have been skeptical of the robotic vacuums over the years. However, I have reached the thought that they should be pretty close to being perfected by now. So I choose the Coral 2-in-1 and boy, am I glad I did! I am super impressed by how it literally hugs every corner and curve that gets in its way! The sensor technology on it is amazing and I feel, from watching it "roam" throughout my house, that it senses anything on the floor and it will find it. It goes from hard surface to carpeting no problem!! When I let it do its thing the first time and emptied the dust bucket, I was very pleased at what it picked up. I now feel like I have a dependable in-between deep floor cleaning helper. I have 3 long haired cats and this will help with the "tumbleweed" balls of hair floating around. I also love that it has the hand-held vacuum too. Now, the reason that I didn't give it a 5-star rating is for two reasons: 1) it does get tangled up in stuff and can cause items to fall over because it is SO POWERFUL! and 2) because it did get caught up, if you are not home, it won't do the full 4 hour cleaning because it's stuck. I was extremely skeptical of all robot vacuums , mostly because I doubted their ability to truly clean the house without a ton of maintenance and bother . Out of the box , it was very simple to find all the parts. The quick start guide helped immensely as to getting started . After following the directions and charging the robot for four hours . I was ready to set a cleaning schedule . Just as stated it started up right on schedule and began to vacuum . I love the idea of it mapping my place but not sending the info to a cloud . It only got stuck once . I adjusted a piece of furniture and it was back to moving . Haven't had a problem since. After an hour and half (approximately) it returned to dock and recharged . I love how easy it is to empty . The best part is the power of cleaning and ease of operation. It feels cleaner in my home . The handheld is a great bonus . I've used it to clean in areas where my robot didn't or can't get to . Great for spot cleaning and stairs . It also comes with a remote . Very simple machine with amazing technology ! Its great – so long as you keep your expectations realistic. Remember – its a handheld vac, so don't expect the suction power (and therefore, speed) of a Dyson! It's has limited suction power and takes a little more time to get the job done. For my first test, I had spilled some grains of dry rice inside a kitchen cupboard, and this little guy sucked them up in less than a minute – BUT! it took a little patience to get the job done, and that was hard grains on a hard surface (wood). The second test came in the car. It doesn't work so well for soft bits of fluff that can 'cling' to the carpets in the car (in other words, soft dirt on soft surfaces). This takes a little more patience, and is best done using the little brush extension to dislodge the target dirt. By contrast, small hard gravel on the car mats is not a problem. So, in my experience, you need to be patient for bits of dirt that are able to 'cling' to the host material; otherwise, for hard dirt on hard surfaces, it's a piece of cake. I'm an Uber driver, and its primary function is to keep the car clean in-between passenger rides. It's absolutely perfect for that. Small enough to store hidden-away in the side door compartment. After each ride, I check for dirt on the passenger carpets, then break-out the Bissell for a quick vacuum and Bingo! – back to a clean car in no time, ready for the next ride. TOP TIPS: 1. Keep the filter 100% clean, otherwise the suction reduces significantly. 2. Keep it fully-charged using the USB connector that plugs into the car. It needs to be fully-charged to be effective, otherwise it loses suction power. I use it every day, and I love it. One of my best purchases of all time, and – yes – I would buy it again.Curlytop

I use this for my car! It’s great for small messes like debris that ends up on the floors from your shoes! It fits perfectly in my cup holder! It does an OKAY job with pet hair…but i also have huskies so a stronger vacuum like at the car wash are more useful in my case when it comes to pet hair. They’re also not always in my car so it’s not a huge negative to this product. The battery life is also pretty good! My only complaint is how small the collection area is. It doesn’t hold much so you have to empty it quite frequently – even multiple times throughout the use you’re needing it for. For how big and long it is, I would think it would have a little bit bigger of an area to house what you’re cleaning up. Instead, majority of it is the battery/suction mechanics.Mae

Wanted to like this as it looks sleek and seemed like the perfect solution to clean my computer parts. However it is just a 'rushed to market' product with big design flaws that make it a deal breaker: 1) The battery life is a joke – takes 3.5 hours to charge and last only about 5 minutes in use ! This is the biggest deal breaker 2) Suction power is really bad – even for the price. If you add the brush attachment it is further lowered to the extent that this is no better that a plain brush moving dust around rather than vacuuming. I had bought this mainly to clean my laptop and mechanical keyboards and it does not work very well at all. I cannot imagine this being any use at all for any heavier work (ex. cleaning car). Without the brush pulled out it is slightly better and may be able to pull food bits. 3) The dust compartment is tiny – rendering this useless for anything beyond vacuuming fine dust off electronics (and it does not do a satisfactory job of even that) – unless you are OK with emptying out the container every few seconds in the middle of vacuuming 4) The air outlet vent is on the same side as the vacuuming surface. So if you attach the attachment like it is supposed to be attached, it will end up blowing dirt and dust all over the place. It should be in the opposite direction ! It’s smaller so it’s easier to get in any small space. I love how it can be a handheld and a regular. The noise it makes is very tolerable. I love how easy it is to put up and to get this vacuum out. I am very unsure about my feelings on this vacuum. There are some 5 star parts and some 2 parts. If I compare it to a Dyson V8, the power is underwhelming. This vacuum has a Max button and the Max suction seems weaker than the regular suction on the V8 . But then you look at the price differences between the 2 vacuums and this is a steal. I would absolutely not recommend this if you had a lot of carpet or you have carpet higher than extremely low pile carpet. However, if you have pets and hard floors this does great. I was able to get a lot of my long haired dog hair up from my tile floors.. Cleaning the dust cup is clunky and much more dirty than the Dyson. Closing the lid on the desktop was difficult to rely on up the bottom lid with the filter inside of the desktop it's of the desktop. So I had to use my hands which got my hands very dirty to rely on everything up. As a long time Dyson user I was looking for the trigger on the vacuum and this has a button instead. The button is so much nicer than the trigger.. It's located in a good location and the Max button is directly underneath it.. My absolute favorite part of this vacuum, is the lights on the vacuum. It is so much easier to vacuum with light directly showing you where dust and dirt are. The lights are amazing however after about a 4 to 5 minute run time the light shut off. I don't know if that's a battery saving thing or there's something wrong with the vacuum. I shut the vacuum off I let it sit for about 2 minutes I turned it back on and the lights were back on it's we're back on. So I'm not sure if that was a fluke or if that's something that will continue. This vacuum is for people that have pets and hard floors. You won't be sorry.Edjmed

My friend recommended this LG CodeZero vacuum when I got pregnant, and oh wow, it's such a life saver. (I used to own a corded vacuum cleaner and while it was high quality, it was always challenging to motivate myself to vacuum as often as I wanted, because it was heavy and such a hassle to run the vacuum cleaner!) You don't need to bend down to plug the vacuum and haul the heavy vacuum cleaner with tangling cords anymore. It's so convenient to go cordless. The turbo mode of this vacuum is super powerful and it sucks up the debris pretty well even from our carpeted area. Works great on our hardwood floor as well. Batteries die quickly if you do turbo mode though, but they stay reasonably long enough when you just do the regular cleaning mode. One thing I'd wish I had considered is the auto-emptying function. It's actually quite burdensome to empty the bin every now and then because all the dust flies around. I wish I had bought the more expensive version that takes care of that. I used this vacuum on wood, carpet, rugs, tile, and linoleum floors. I've used all three settings for each floor type and also used the mop. The high power mode picks up dirt just as good as a plugin vac. If you clean your place weekly you likely will not need to use the highest power each time. Hair doesn't seem to get wound up in spindle brush much to none like some other vac's I've used. The head articulates to be able to get in very tight places. I do wish they included a light on vacuum nozzle. The light on mop nozzle could be wider spread instead concentrating on mostly the center. Battery life on medium setting is not too bad, for average size house. If you stay on high, you will use both batteries for average sized house. The mop really doesn't take too much power at all. You will run out of water before running down the battery. I like that this vac doesn't need to be hanged on wall and can fit the attachments on the stand. The wifi tells you when the batteries are charged and gives you usage as long it's in the same house and wifi. If you happen to use your vac for a different house and not same wifi, then it will not track usage. I think LG should add tracking if you happen to be off wifi. I haven't washed the filters yet. It would be nice to able to replace the HEPA filter rather than replacing the whole top piece of plastic with filter. Supposedly you can wash this filter, though. We'll see. I do think LG should come out with a larger capacity battery option for people with larger houses. The vacuum head might be too small for larger houses. The universal nozzle that comes with the vacuum goes sidewise when sweeping a dense rug like a Persian rug. This vacuum is supposed to be able to use the Hard Floor and Bedding nozzles, but looking on LG's website they seem to be unavailable. The mopping is good for very minor smudges on the floor. It really doesn't scrub. It's something they could improve or innovate on, maybe add ultrasonic mode like toothbrushes. And or, add a steam nozzle. I doubt any other spinning floor mop does any better though. All the other manufactures seem to be relatively the same design. There are couple that include vacuuming while mopping which would save one step. You can only use water for the mop. Water is usually good enough for most stains. You can up the game using oxygenated water like Zerowater. So overall it's a good product and, I would recommend it for average house or spot cleaning. I bought this stick vacuum about 5 months ago, and it's been a great purchase. I live in a 1 bedroom apartment with both carpet and hardwood floors, and this handles both easily. It allows me to clean up messes quickly and is lightweight so I'm not sweating/exhausted nearly as much as I would be with other bulky corded vacuums. Also, I LOVE that you don't have to hold down a trigger to keep it on (looking at you Dyson). All you do is press a button once, and it turns on so there's no worrying about hand cramps. The instructions for cleaning the vacuum are very easy, and emptying the canister is a breeze. It came with a stand, which makes storage super easy. Overall, a solid stick vacuum for general day-to-day cleaning. A few cons: It doesn't do as great of a job when pulling it back toward you. It tends to just drag/push things around when doing a backward motion, and I then have to realign the vacuum to pick it up when pushing forwards. However, since it's so lightweight and easy to use I honestly don't mind doing a couple of extra passes. I don't think it has as strong of suction compared to larger corded vacuums, but it fits my needs for my apartment. The other con is all the plastic that was used in the packaging. The vacuum is super easy to setup and it's ready for use within minutes. The app makes it super easy to set it all up. It also works with my smart speaker, which is really nice so I don't have to go into the app or use the controller each time. The vacuum is beautiful, it's very sleek looking, and it fits in with my home very well. The vacuum cleans my floors so well, which I was a little worried about. I have never had a robot vacuum so I didn't know what to to expect with it – but it fills up the whole container so you know it's working well once you clean it out. The best thing about this vacuum is the UV-C sanitizing. Right now keeping my house as clean and germ free is a must with what is going on with this pandemic. UV-C Sanitizing RoboVac is a very nice modern looking vac. This vac is very large and you can easily view uv light on bottom. This product connected easily to my internet through app and I was able to use remote as well. The product does get stuck in places more than I like but I feel the quality and durability of this product is great. The charging system cord is well protected with a slide to close compartment. This product cleans up dirt and debris great my floors feel and look cleaner than usual. This product does not take up alot of space and with a house full of animals this product really does work I see little to no pethair and this makes me happy. The sanitizer seems to work but no way of really knowing this but anything that can help keep my fllors germ free from my family and pets constantly walking in from outdoors etc. I would recommend this product to others love the dual capabilities that this product offers, looks great and cleans very well.Tamlu2

This robotic vacuum is amazing!! I love the app that let's me control and see what the vacuum is cleaning and I like that it has so many different cleaning options. I set it to vacuum thoroughly during the night time since it is not too loud and i use the spot clean feature during the day when its needed. I love the feeling of waking up to freshly vacuumed floors and knowing they have been sanitized and are ready for my kids to play on. This robot vacuum is very smart and has impressive wheels that go over anything, like my baby swing legs and it easily transitions from wood to carpet and goes over area rugs. The dirt tank holds alot, I only have to empty it once a day. I can't say enough good things about this. The suction is very powerful. I highly recommend! I'm a woman with Cerebral Palsy who uses a power wheelchair for mobility. A vacuum can be hard for me to use & steer my chair so I have always wanted a robot vacuum for times when my aides aren't around & messes happen. I received this last Thursday & it has been truly amazing! I initially had some trouble getting it to connect to my WiFi but the problem solved itself. Setting up the base was simple & it charged quickly. It has a clean & dock button as well as a camera/sensor on the vacuum itself. I let it run on clean cycle which was about an hour. In 30 mins it did its first self emptying. It made a decent map of my home layout (in the shark clean app). I love that I can schedule times for it to begin cleaning & also tell it when to return to the dock to empty & charge. I have a Siamese cat & it works great to pick up the fur & liter! I've already emptied the dust bin once & washed the filter, both were very easy to do & I had no issues. I also figured out how to take out the brush roll if needed. This has been a huge help in maintenance of my carpets & keeping my home clean. I'm loving this vacuum!!Nene87

Having both two dogs and two grand kids in addition to tile floors in the busiest part of the house, without at least once daily sweeping, it can easily get to a point where there is enough sand and dog hair to be more than noticeable. I currently have a robot vacuum that does great on my carpeted areas and due to the house plan I either need to move it to the tile floors or simply go with another vacuum as it cannot transit in between. Due to the high traffic in the tiled areas a Self-Empty is a must have feature, enter the Shark EZ Robot Self-Empty vacuum. I have several Shark/Ninja products and already trust the quality and reliability of them, so the Shark EZ was a no brainer for me, so lets get into this great little vacuum! Packaging/in the box – The Shark EZ Robot Self-Empty vacuum came in what I consider standard egg crate packaging that kept the vacuum and base station well protected even with some serious rough handling on the outer box to the point there was a crushed zone. Everything was easily located and simple to setup. The Shark EZ comes with a landing pad for use on carpet (I intend to use this on tile, so this was not required in my case), Two spinner brushes, the instructions and quick start information, the Shark EZ robot unit, the Self-Emptying base, and of course two preinstalled filters. Everything was protected by plastic bags and clear film strips. Removal of the protective strips was easy and left no residue. If I had any complaints here it would be the lack of spare filters. I only bring this up as most robot vacuums I have looked at seem to come with at least one set of extra filter(s). That said the Shark filters are reasonably priced, so it is a pet peeve in a way. Setup and use – As I have come to expect from the Shark/Ninja products I currently have that use apps, the setup was mad simple. First set the base in a suitable area that provides three feet of clearance right and left and five feet of clearance directly forward of the base station. Turn both the base and the vacuum on and dock the vacuum. Scan the QR code and install the app, in my case I use android so this installed from the play store and was up and running, including account creation and pairing of the Shark EZ, in about five minutes total. I have had this out on it’s first two cleaning missions and was very impressed on how quickly it mapped our floor plan. All in all the tiled area is around 450 sq ft and has a few obstacles the most complicated being a tripod that it handled very well. Clean time was around 28 min each time and it did amazingly with the amount of sand and pet hair it had to deal with! Note that while this robot does work with both google home and amazon alexa we chose to use this solely via the app and have it scheduled to clean twice daily. All in all I am extremely happy with the cleaning time, navigation capabilities and performance of the Shark EZ Robot Self-Empty vacuum, see below for my Pros and Cons: Pros 1) While I do not have the exact capacities the Shark EZ robot dust bin appears to be around the nine ounce range while the base station bin best I can tell is around one quarter gallon. We love owning a robot vacuum. Recently gave our Roomba series 900 to our son and daughter-in-law, I needed to find a replacement. Roombas prices have increased significantly since we purchased ours so we looked for an alternative. The Shark had good reviews and was considerably less money for what appeared to be similar features. The good things: it does what you would expect. It maps the house, vacuums, returns to the base when it needs to be charged, and automatically empties the bin into the base container. The bad: we’ve been using it for a month now and it still will not map our entire house and it skips portions of two rooms. We have to section off that room and do a special manual vacuuming with the robot to get it clean. It also does not have the same suction and overall power that the rumba did. It leaves behind a crumbs and debris on the floor that our rumba would have picked up. There is a feature in the app that allows you to increase the power, but I have yet to figure out how to set that as default. You have to turn it up while the job is running. It reverts back to normal power for the next job. Also, right out of the box the robot squeaks when it operates. Due to having less power, it is not as noisy as the Roomba, but the squeaking is quite annoying. Three stars for us is a C rating. It is adequate, and since we spent less money than a Roomba, we got what we paid for.Bot 1

Once the vacuum creates a layout, it will take guesses on room types, floor types, and obstacles based on machine learning. You can override any of these settings, adjust room dividers, define no-go zones, zones only for vacuuming or mopping exclusively, and more. The app will attempt to try and detect what types of obstacles exist in the room, and you can additionally place some generic furniture items on the map to better match your environment. Once you have your rooms setup, you can create different schedules based on specific rooms or have it clean the whole house.  I don’t need to move my mats off the floor in the kitchen or the bathroom, pick my shoes up off the floor if I don’t want to or that shirt sitting over in the corner, I don’t have to worry it’s going to get stuck under at the bed because it does a great job navigating whatever it is under the bed and not only does it do a great job it identifies by taking a picture of whatever item is under there, and with a percentage of certainty it can assess what that item is not always great by does a pretty darn good job. It is by far, as other reviewers have noted, leaps and bounds …. ARTEMIS SIZE… GALACTICLY SUPERIOR to ANY other vacuum. And then, to add an amazing mop that is utilized simultaneously with the vacuuming feature, and the ability to customize from a light mop job to a extra duty session— YESSSSS nailed it in execution, nailed it in design, and nailed it in understanding the deficiencies of the current technologies on the market, and then bring the technology market 🙂 Summarized, and in general, I have been pretty darn critical of most of them tech purchases in the past 10 years because of shifty retailers, manufactures, ad campaigns, all implying, amazing features and benefits that blend into a disappointment and waste. If not a complete failure. It’s usually what is implied by the manufacture, but not stated that leaves disappointment in execution. And then, of course, there are the glaring issues, confronting consumers in the marketplace by way of the retailers, not Best Buy that don’t care about the customer enough to mandate that pro product descriptions are actually in English enough to understand but to me that basically means that a manufacture doesn’t really care about the American consumer at all because if they did, they would find somebody who speaks English enough to write a manual for whatever product and to write print and advertise that product in a way that respects the customer and doesn’t make them have to read between the lines or reword, poor grammatical errors, because of a lack of regard that upsets me more than anything so I’m very glad to have retailers that are still around like Best Buy where I know specifications for a product are going to be the specs for the product. Anyway, the bottom line is, this is a win. I’m pleased, and I have not been pleased in the product and I can say this pretty certainly in a very, very long time, so great job, Robo rock. You know this industry segment is still very young when the best robot vacuum by far which is this S7 MaxV Ultra has quite a few areas to improve on but all in all. I LOVE IT! This is advanced AI coupled with top level engineering at its finest for robot vacuum cleaners. At this point, Roborock is Roborock's biggest competitor – however, there's def room for improvement. Below is everything the bot does really well that are selling points. For the "Needs to improve" I'll indicate whether these are software fixes or hardware changes which means you'd have to wait for the next version and hope the changes are built in as part of the bots physical hardware component. Best Features – Intuitive UI & navigation software packed with useful features (3D map, 2 way calling, etc) – Ability to auto fill bot with water, auto empty dustbin and wash mop – Great battery life (my experience) – On board video camera to see where bot is cleaning – Carpet detection feature with mop auto lift – AI obstacle recognition, avoidance & tagging – Room recognition with machine learning capabilities. – Various cleaning configuration settings Needs to improve – Show water levels in app (hardware fix) – Increased suction doesn't do much for carpets. Still misses threads and small particles from time to time. I thought getting a Hoover vacuum would be be a great buy, I always bought more expensive $350 ) vacuums. Not sure if this had been previously returned, but the start button is very hard to push; I have to actually stick my nail in it or a handle of a wooden spoon. The pet accessory does stall if you push too hard and the hose doesn’t suction at all if you don’t lift the vacuum off of the carpet first. There’s no brush accessory for lamp shades and the like. The thing that comes with it is rubber (probably for pet hair and works well) but it comes off too easily. The button for the waste is too sensitive (almost opened before I got to the garbage) and too low. And I can’t find a stair handle? I use the waste bin handle and that seems like it would eventually break. The suction is very good but I feel that all new vacuums have very good suction at first.Swivel

I now see all of the high reviews were part of a promotion. We bought this vacuum yesterday and I've already decided to return it. It's insanely heavy and not at all stair friendly. the attachments are pretty useless unless you're holding them at exactly the right angle. The "15 feet of cleaning" from the hose is more like 4 feet before the machine tips over. PLUS when you engage the hose, the base doesn't "stop" so it's basically cleaning while you're trying to use the hose and it blows dirt and debris everywhere out of the hole. When I contacted Hoover they just asked me to send proof of purchase and they'd get back to me in a week lol. I'm heading to walmart in the morning to return it. Overall the only good thing about this vacuum is the base's suction. nothing else.Addie

I received this Hoover WindTunnel High Performance Pet Upright from BzzAgent for my honest review. This Hoover vacuum was extremely easy to put together. I will mention if you have long nails you may have issues with the power button, but once I figured it out I was able to turn it on with zero issues. This vac offers a setting for hard floors to low to high carpet. This is a perfect feature for myself since I have vinyl plank flooring, rugs and carpet in my home. This vacuum did a beautiful job picking up dust and pet fur from my vinyl floors. The real test however was when I used it on my carpets and rugs. Need I said holy suction it did not disappoint. I've been using my Shark upright but I noticed right away the significant difference in suction power in this Hoover WindTunnel. No more having to use my pet lint hair roller multiple times before I vacuum. This Hoover WindTunnel did the job picking up hair, crumbs the kids dropped and all other debris. In comparison to the vacuum I have used I would say his Hoover performs exceptionally well. I love that this pet Hoover WindTunnel includes the pet attachments for furniture. It's easy to use for hard to reach areas such as ceiling and is great on stairs. I would absolutely purchase this Hoover WindTunnel Pet Upright for my home cleaning needs.
