The concept of this mop is excellent. In order to offer a thorough review I am going to break it down into cons and pros. Pros: 1. Dual tanks: As opposed to other mops, like the Spinwave mop, this mop comes with dual tanks. This idea is great because there is a tank with clean water continuosly providing water to the roller while the other tank collects the dirty water created as the mop cleans your floor. This is a major plus because you are no longer spreading the dirt all around your floors. 2. Three rollers: The fact that 3 rollers are included it makes it really easy to continue using this mop even if one roller is out of service because it's drying. 3. Light weight: The mop is light in weight and it's easy to maneuver throughout my hardwood floors. 4. Built-in Screen: It's nice to have a screen that displays the battery percent remaining as you mop the floors. As it goes down it kind of rushes you to finish the job. LOL 5. Mop and vacuum cleaner combined: This thing can mop and vacuum at the same time. It's great if you want to go straight into mopping without vacuuming. Down side to this is that you will have to clean the dirty water tank and it's not fun. Cons: 1. Price: At $400, I think this mop is too expensive. I was lucky enough to get it when it was on sale for a fraction of the cost. At the price point I bought it, it's a steal. 2. Edges cannot be mopped: This mop will not be able to mop the edges around your house due to how the mop was designed. It leaves about 1 cm or 2 of the hardwood unmopped. I haven't seen a real issue with this but I know some people get upset about this. I have a Roomba J7+ that vacuums the edges real well so I am not really worried about it. Plus, the edges do not get really dirty, it's not a high traffic area. 3. Small tanks: While the concept of dual tanks is awesome, their size is really not. If you are planning to mop around 1,500 Sq. Ft at a time you may have to refill the clean water tank and also discard the water in the dirty water tank at least once. 4. Cleaning the dirty water tank: This mop offers the dual feature of vacuuming and mopping all at once. It's great if you don't want to vacuum before mopping but just keep in mind that YOU will be the one responsible for cleaning the dirty water tank. The tank can get really nasty and you may not like what you see. Thankfully I have a Roomba and I always let it vacuum first before I mop. 5. Battery life: I put this as a con because the battery only lasts for about 35 minutes. If you are wanting to mop a house that is 2,500 Sq. Ft or higher you have to take a long break to let this thing charge again. I would definitely suggest this company to add a bigger battery or offer a fast charging station like Ego does. It would be nice to get back to cleaning within an hour as opposed to waiting for at least 5 full hours.Buenascompras

As someone who owns a home with mostly hardwood floors, small amounts of carpets, and a large number of rugs, I've definitely struggled to find the best and most versatile cleaning solutions. The Floor One S3 is the closest I've come yet to floor cleaning bliss. Things I liked about it: Tidy package with the dock, holds most of the parts and accessories, and you don't have to plug in to charge it, there are contacts in the dock that do this for you. Extra brush roller Self Cleaning mode when you dock Voice announcements for what it's doing as it cleans/changes modes iLoop tells you when it detects dirty floors Things I didn't like as much (Opportunities) HEAVY for it's size Battery life is shorter than expected for the size Auto Mode tends to use more water than I would expect Does this really need wifi? Clean water tank is even smaller/shorter use time than the battery life Doesn't sneak in under things as nimbly as you might hope Voice announcements will definitely need to be shut off, or at least reduced in volume This vac-mop is quite hefty for it's somewhat compact looking size, and is definitely bottom weighted design. The cleaning power and abilities are the best I've seen yet from a vac mop, and I have been zipping it out just to have the satisfaction of cleaning up a particular mess or dust bunny. On the flip side, I feel like I can watch the battery level drop by the second as I use it, and it doesn't quite do my entire main floor of hardwood/tile. The clean water tank seems like I'm constantly filling it. Reading the manual is NOT optional, as you need to know how often to manually clean what. The iLoop display is informative, and I found I was able to charge it up and start using it immediately. I love it, I'm not going back, also I'll keep waiting or the perfect solution, but until then, I'm using this one.dronedad

The Tineco = Floor One S3 Extreme Wet/Dry Hard Floor Cordless Vacuum impressed us both on its very first use. The assembly amounts to snapping the handle into place and putting the clean water tank into place. and that's it! The loop on the handle points forward and where you put it in the machine has a matching groove for the little protrusion on the handle bottom front side so you can't put it on wrong. Plug it in to charge up, add one capful of the enclosed Tineco cleaning/disinfecting solution and go read the book while it charges. It talks to you! Letting you know what its doing or that you need to do to it and its display ring turns from red to blue as to let you know the area that you are cleaning is clean. The voice assist can be turned off if not desired at the time or not desired at all. It's really lightweight and relatively quiet and on normal dirt and dust days it is even self – cleaning.! Just put it back in the charging base and hit the self – cleaning button and it cleans the roller for you. Of course you still have to dump and clean the dirty water tank and filter yourself. And speaking of dirty water we were very surprised at exactly how dirty the water was. I dry mop daily and wet mop when it needs it or at least every other week but the Tineco picked up so much more than that method. It left us with very clean, mopped and vacuumed and shiny vinal and sealed hardwood floors in the time it takes to vacuum only otherwise. Now after a big mess such as spaghetti'o's or something you may have to manually clean the tank and roller but that is an easy task as well. Personally we will generally clean up major messes with paper towels before attempting to use this or anything else before we had this. It can also be used in suction mode only where needed or required. It leaves us with beautifully clean floors and I am very glad to have it Two spare rollers and a spare filter were pack away in the box so be sure and check every piece of cardboard before throwing anything away.PapawJeff

I purchased this vacuum back in May/June of 2021 and have had the last 6 months to really use this thing and put it to the test and honestly- I'm not impressed. I'm already way past the return window, so I just wanted to leave a review for others so people can know my personal experience. It doesn't have the suction to pull the cleaner/water out of any rugs or carpet I own. So, we are left with wet carpet for hours after using this. It also does not clean the floors properly with the brush. It's really just moving dirty water around while only sucking up a small fraction of what I have put down. There are dirty water streaks every time I use this to mop. When using the vacuum dry, the dust and hair clog up the filter within minutes and I have to empty it multiple times while vacuuming, even though the container itself is not nearly full. I have a long haired cat, and I myself have long hair. Neither of these things have agreed with this vacuum. If you have a cat and plan on vacuuming any cat litter with this- don't. It will become a large clay litter clump in the suction tube of the vacuum that you have to get out yourself. It will also leave nasty gray streaks of litter/water on the floor. Additionally, my fallen hair gets so tangled in the spinning brush that I have to cut it off. Honestly, that might not be avoidable or the fault of the vacuum. My hair also gets caught on the sides of the spinning brush and becomes an unmanageable mess that can't be removed. This was probably my worst "big purchase" of 2021. I got the Crosswave Max as a splurge birthday present, but I do not like it at all. It is not convenient. Have to assemble before each use, fill with water and their solution (cannot use just water for brush head reasons), then after use have to run the brush clean function and disassemble and clean all the other parts and let them dry. So you need a dedicated area for all this, just like a full on carpet cleaner. In all that time it takes to assemble and clean up after, I can bend over and pick up or sweep up any of my toddler’s mess AND warm up and use my steam mop. Going back to the brush cleaning cycle, it does not do much to clean the brush. The brush remains dirty, discoloured, and unless you soak it in detergent for at least 30 minutes with a good rinse after (blue dish soap, or laundry soap, or their solution, etc), it will remain dirty and leaves a lot of streaks and milky film on the floor the next use. I have darker floors, so it looked disgusting after the wetness dried. I would have to use my steam mop after using the crosswave and the pad would be very gross after, but atleast the floors would finally look good. It’s also a slow machine to use. You basically wet the floor area going slowly so it’s evenly wet and then have to go over it several times to try to dry it as much as possible. You have to do this section by section. It would take much too long to do only my kitchen, where I could sweep or vacuum and mop it in half the time. This machine is a great idea in theory, but it is not convenient or efficient and left my floors dirtier than before using it. The company states the brushes need to be replaced after ten hours of use (I did not use it nearly that long and the brush heads were awful after a short time) and they are not cheap to replace. Also have to use their solution, again not cheap. For such an expensive device, it requires a lot of additional costs.Melissa O

This is an extremely lightweight machine. Not just in actual weight, but in the job it does. The motor is not powerful, the spinner is not fast. You do NOT save time using this over mopping. You must go SLOOW, back and forth, several times, over each area on even the lightest of soiled flooring. You must clean as instructed, the spinner, screens, and filter after only a few minutes of use or it will stop working completely. It doesn't do well on tile unless there are nearly flat grout lines. What is it good for? Linoleum, very lightly soiled. Probably to have it charged and ready for a small spill in the kitchen while cooking, then set it aside and know you WILL have to disassemble and clean it before you use it again, even after only a minute or two of use. This thing is terrible. I wanted a shark cross wave but they’re expensive. I looked through the description and the reviews and thought this may be a less expensive alternative. You get what you pay for. We use it 2 X on hardwood floors. We don’t have carpets. The cleaner started spitting out nasty, dirty, smelly water all over the place. It left my house smelling like a septic tank. Yes, we have a puppy that has accidents and we used it to clean up. Aren’t these things designed to clean up messes? We have disassembled it just like the directions instructed. We cleaned every item that was disassembled with soap and water and even a tiny bit of bleach on the roller. We put it back together, turned it on and once again it starting spitting out sewage water. I haven’t touched it since. I was just going to eat the price and use the swifter but the more I thought about it. No, I’m sick of buying things that work maybe once then I end up with expensive junk I’m never going to use. So i bought this yesterday i been eyeing this mop for awhile and read alot of reviews. I was so excited to finally get it as the reveiw were so great. I been useing a reuseable spray mop so wanted to up grade as the mop head gets dirty so quick as a single mom i wanted something more convenient but that is not what i got. I was so disappointed in this mop vacuum. I have real hardwood floor and laminate in my kitchen. This did not clean i had dirty spots on my floor that my mop would have got in 2 seconds. But this thing did not clean and at first im like i must be doing something wrong so i read the book with it like 5 times going yes im doing it right. At first the floor wasnt even getting wet but after holding the button down felt like forever it finally got wet. I had to go over spots so many time for it to even get clean. Went to clean my kitchen and that was even worst i kept going over a spot over and over and nothing. So i got out my spot mop sprayed it with just water and it came up as soon as i went over it. So it wasnt a hard spot to clean but the vacuum did not clean it. only good part of the vacuum is that it sucks up the water nice and leaves your floor pretty much dry. It didnt leave streaks but the worst thing of it is when you turn it on its so powerful that it moves the vacuum forward so hard that your fighting it to go backward to suck up the water. For $200 this is not worth it at all my $30 stray mop does so much better ( but hate that it leaves my floors so wet). Oh also this doesnt not get your floor wet or clean a inch away from the wall or your rugs so couldnt get on the side of floors clean.Amber

Having purchased two Dyson handhelds in the past, I thought I would give Hoover a try this time around (as I do own a pull around canister Hoover that I've had since 2007 and its been awesome) . Unfortunately, I am left disappointed. If you want a vacuum that won't suck up the smallest of crumbs but rather push them around and shoot them out in every direction causing you more work, clogs up with little to no dust particles constantly, and then get zero help or back up from their customer support, then this is the vacuum for you! Because the vacuum couldn't be returned to store once it was used, I contacted the company directly. They proceeded to copy and paste their "de-clogging" instructions, and then ignored the rest of my emails. I am capable of reading a manual and this didn't help me what-so-ever. I cannot believe they actually advertise this as a PET model, because I am using it for much less dirty jobs than pet hair and/or litter, etc. and it's essentially useless. The only good thing I have found about it is the dual batteries and the battery life. However, that isn't very helpful alone when the vacuum doesn't do its job properly. Unfortunately due to the lack of support from Hoover itself, I will not be purchasing any more of their products or recommending to anyone else.kmitschke

I am quite impressed with my new vacuum. Every detail of it seems well thought out which means a lot in this day and age. It really seems to be built to last a long time. All the electronic parts are protected. I really appreciate the brushless "digital" motor. Every little detail is engineered like the battery and charger LED animations syncing together. It came with a silent 4-amp fast charger that charges fully in one hour. This is even including that it waits to charge the battery until it is the optimal temp so it doesn't degrade faster. Each battery and the whole vacuum have a three year limited warranty. The batteries have built-in smart BMS's that communicate with the vacuum and charger to make sure the cells are within their optimal ranges. I noticed the wheels are multi-piece with rubber tread unlike other vacuums I've seen. The whole vacuum is quite simple and intuitive. The phone customer service was some of the best I've ever had. The packaging was recyclable, even the plastic bags. The regular mode seems to clean better than our old corded Shark vacuum and the boost mode is crazy and like suctions it to the carpet. It gets a whopping 9 minutes of run time on boost mode though. The brushroll head is like 3/4 the width of the Shark's so you have to do more lines. The brushroll motor stopped many times to cool down today while I was vacuuming our nasty apartment's carpet. I needed to swap batteries a few times. I charged the other battery while I was using the other. I got the second battery for free as a promotion and it's very needed. Being a cordless stick vacuum is really quite nice but while it can go all the way under couches the weight is located where your hand is which makes it feel a lot heavier than it is. The hours of online research I did was definitely worth it. It would've been a five-star review but Hoover/FedEx's communication on the payment and shipping was very non-existent. Did lots of research on many different brands/types of battery powered handheld vacuums for auto and coffee cart cleaning. I roast my own coffee, addicted to espresso daily and those things can be a bit messy at times. This vacuum makes very short/efficient work of cleaning everything I put it through. I could tell just by unboxing it that the build quality is outstanding just based on the feel of the materials used, let alone actually charging/using it. The system is very well thought out with every possible attachment needed for all sorts of mild/moderate cleaning jobs. Very compact to get into the most confined areas too. The filtration system is as efficient as advertised as it never loses suction and the actual filter stays spotless due to the design. Super easy to empty the filter container with no mess/inconvenience. Have seen a few complaints in reviews regarding the battery capacity and yes it does fade when being pushed on MAX cleaning, but it does a great/quick job nonetheless. People should understand you simply can't have MAX performance/capacity simultaneously… Both battery packs give good runtime for the use I put it through and charge in a reasonable amount of time and don't experience any sort of low self-discharge when sitting on a shelf unused for any realistic period of time. Nice to have the option to buy more packs as these age as we have had to toss other brands when the battery fades due to it NOT being user serviceable and just dies. Last point I will make is the awesome design of the powered brush roller as it works very well at various angles and being able to remove the brush roller for easy cleaning is ingenious. i was very skeptic when ordering this vacuum mop, compared to the crosswave. Well the Euerka is equally if not better then then the crosswave. The suction is remarkable, the cleaning is on point, the self clean mode is a bonus, the cord is long enought, the noise is reasonable , the dispense of water and cleaning solution is perfect and the cleaning of the two containers is easy. i really love this purhchase and for he price compared to others is a steal.sharzach-0

This is a beautiful machine. I ordered this one, hoping for much. It hasn't disappointed. Pros : * There was no dust kickback upon powering on. * This machine has two motors; one drives the brush roll head, the other powers the suction. * It's a motor-driven projecting upright *Allergy seal *Headlight * The suction is 10/10. My black low pile carpet looked brand new, like from the store. I haven't tried it on my high pile carpet yet, but I will (and will check back here). * This vac has a feature where it swivels during upright vacuuming. I was worried about stability issues with this 14 lbs vacuum, but found the concern was unmerited. The swivel makes it even easier to navigate on carpet. It's completely sturdy when it stands up in locked position, too. *Unique dark torquoise color Cons: * Only one attachment can be carried on your vacuum. I leave the spare in the no-carpet room. * The crevice tool has air leaks where the tool slides into another one when flipped. This tool is a joke for that reason alone. * The floor levels can't be adjusted in a traditional way, by twisting a knob to the left/right. Instead the hose has a twist feature positive ( ) for increasing suction on bare floors twist the hose toward the negative (-) for reducing suction on carpets. It's different, but not so bad as I can tell so far. After much searching and research, this vac is quite a find! I would buy another one of these vacs if I got a two-story place. Just opened the box and started using it. So far found suction power to be adequate but during vacuuming on carpeted stairs I found few flaws annoying me. Firstly this vacuum is too heavy on wrists for working on stairs and secondly the suction pipe came out from the vacuum head during vacuuming the stairs. I mean why would they have this design which have no use whatsoever to unplug the pipe from the vacuum head. I’m gonna use it couple of times to see if it happens again and then I’ll decide if I want to keep it because I don’t want to go through it again and again during vacuuming if it keep coming out. Within 10 minutes of opening the box I knew I had a five-star product. It is incredibly well made and definitely works better than any other vacuum I own. Originally I thought I would use this on the carpeted floors upstairs but instead I have been using it on both the carpet and the hardwood. on the hardwood you can tell that there is a very strong suction to the floor and it rolls very easily with a great swivel head mechanism. The most amazing part of this vacuum though is what it does on the carpets. After cleaning my house with my regular, very well known purple vacuum I decided I would go over the very same floor with this. What was left behind is disgusting. I had really thought that our expensive vacuum was getting the cat hair out of the carpet. After one week of using this vacuum it is clear to me that this product blows its competitors out of the water. It is lightweight and yet the suction is incredible. I bought a Bissell crosswave cordless max last year for Christmas because this was sold out. Originally I wanted this I did a lot of research and thought the Tineco one was far more advanced considering they had come out at the same time. My Bissell broke and again it hasn't even been a year I did not buy the warranty for it because I thought it would at least last a year. But I decided I'd buy my original choice and I'm far from disappointed. The issues I had with the Bissell I don't with this. Bissell was bad at streaking and would leave a puddle of water behind the brush roller was so soft it wouldn't pick up dried messes larger food bits would be pushed in front of the Bissell instead of being picked up. The Tineco one is streak free has a studier brush roller that makes picks up dried messes easily it is an auto mode machine so it distributes water and detects water never leaves a puddle behind large food objects like dog kibble gets picked up easily. I have a fairly high number of animals and a senior dog who doesn't have 100% bladder control so these machines are used day in day out. I recommend this to anyone its perfect for everyday use light to heavy messes.Alysun Lusty

I chose this thanks to the Vacuum Wars youtube channel. We used to have a Bissell Crosswave but it didn't last long at all. It started to smell pretty quickly and got clogged a lot (dog hair gang!) I assumed it was our habits so we bought a second one and the same thing happened again, even with more vacuuming and better Crosswave cleaning habits. This time I decided the extra money would be worth it and so far it definitely has been! The only con so far: the clean water tank really should be larger. We have a medium house, nothing large or fancy, and we can't even get through a full room (kitchen especially) without refilling the tank.Cam

Overall: I really love it! Easy to use, quick and sufficient; Great for daily use & for family with pet. I do list detailed limitations below but it solves my biggest problem (a quick daily cleanning) so I am still happy. Pros: – Battery is sufficient for 800-900 sq.ft – Capture pet (cat) hair, dust, and small trash on floor; great for daily clean; – Its design makes it easy to move; – Less noisy compared to Roomba/regular vacuum (but still not quite; just relatively quieter) ; Limitations: – The clean water tank is kind of small; requires refill if you use max clean mode or have a slower cleanning process; For dirty water tank, it's enough for cleanning process but usually require to dump all dirty water before its self-clean (so it does not over the dirty water limit) – It has clean gap (about 3cm/1.2 in) on the edge that its brush cannot reach so cannot work for near kitchen cabinet cleanning; also its wide brush design makes it hard to go into corners near toilet; – Its brush is designed not to hurt flooring which means it also cannot do deep cleanning (e.g. clean out stains on tile grout) – Cleaning dirty water tank can be nasty if you have pet and long hair;Ali

I've had a Bob and a Shark autovac and this iHome is the easiest to set up both the vacuum and the app. It's wifi connected immediately. Programming it to clean on specific days and times was extremely easy as well. I think the hardest thing to do was locate the power and home buttons which are touch sensitive and are unable to be seen if not lit up. This vacuum charges quickly and does a decent job sweeping and mapping a course. I have several throw rugs down, to help my GSD with traction, and this robot vac only got stuck once when it actually sucked up the rug and got jammed. My Shark got stuck on them constantly because it's wheels weren't large enough, which is one main reason I stopped using it. This iHome vac also easily finds it's recharging station before it runs out of life. The bin isn't as large as my Bob Pet was but it did my kitchen, dining room and small hallway before I emptied it and it would have he'd a little more. I haven't used it on the main carpet yet so I can't speak to how it will do there but I don't expect these robot vacs to manage heavier items such as carpets with deeper pile. I deep clean those with my Shark lift vac. This iHome robot vac is perfect to just make life a little easier cleaning my hardwoods and tile while having 3 dogs!lindchad

Eclipse G 2 does good on our hard surface floors such as kitchen and hardwood areas and just okay on carpet areas. Not a replacement for real vacuum cleaner or mop, but help keep up and extend full vacuum and mopping. I do like the mop feature and does surprisingly well especially if you spray hard floor lightly with cleaner. I don't see how this says it has navigation, it will tell you where it has been on phone app. however it don't remember room layouts and everytime it goes out it just bumps around like any plain robot vacuum. I found it works best if you just use remote and tell it to do room boarders then tell it to go back and forth in pattern otherwise it just bounces off everthing in no order. It also will not find home base if it is not with 5 feet from it. pushing home button just makes it bump around in circles until you make it go within the 5 feet of base. I'm also afraid that the battery my not last too much longer and only had it 4 months. I have notice a dramatic drop in battery life since new so I might have to use the extended warranty I purchased for it. All in all a okay robot vacuum/mop for the price, but I sure there are better out there. I will mark as yes to recommend item only for those that don't expect true navigation and have open floor plan areas.btim3

love this vaccum! i got it on clearance for $115 so the price value was amazing because its regularly $399! i have to say this thing is awesome! it has a super suction option and i pretty much only run it on that super suction. it picks up great! it really gets the sides of walls great too, its engineered to bump up to the sides and get every crumb. ive had robot vacuums in the past that were the bottom of the line robots that were "cheap" ($120 eufy brand) and so i was reluctant to buy another one but im so glad i did! it really does do a great job and i dont have to go behind it with my dust mop picking up the slack. i also love that i can just switch out the dust bin with the mop bucket and have it mop as well! it also vacuums in order! its not all over the place like the cheaper eufy robot vacuum. if your going to invest in a robot vacuum dont even waste your time with the "cheap" ones. you have to go big or go home. this one is excellent and ive heard its comparable to the $699 roomba. so it does save you a bit of money unless your lucky enough to find it on sale for $115 like i did! 🙂patrick

I just moved into a new apartment and have saved up for this Dyson and it was the best decision I have made. My new place is a 2 bed/2 bath apartment with mostly hard floors and carpets in the bedroom. After going to Dyson’s website and taking their quiz. First, I have to suggest going through Dyson’s website to purchase and not through a 3rd party (Amazon, Target, etc). Dyson offers a price match, you are ensured a warranty, if you wish to get additional attachments, you can know you are getting the correct ones. Next, after know about what model and price point I needed, I was able to look at each machine and pick out the best that would work for me, my cleaning routine, and my home. My Dyson came with so many different attachments (included!!!) but the reason I chose this one was it had different heads for one for each type of flooring, carpet or hard floors. I can remove the wand to make the attachments handheld to clean my couch, add it and a soft bristle head to clean the walls and the top corners next to my ceiling. I could go on and on. This isn’t a vacuum… this has replaced so many different tools I used to clean and, above all, my favorite part, as new apartments can come some lingering bugs, I take the head off and can stay far enough away and still catch and dump the creepy-crawlies. It is my new bug killing machine. As I said, I could write a novel about how much I love this Dyson. It was worth every penny.heather.n

First of all; I have a DC33 for almost 10 years and it is still working excellent, I had repaired a minor cosmetic issue but this is a great tool from Dyson. I really appreciate the thoughtful design of these machines and everything that Dyson produces. This is an outstanding company. Now, we bought the V8 Absolute and we are even more impressed with such beautiful design, with such a great details and mostly with the efficiency of a Dyson. The quality of the VB-Absolute is visible and tangible; this is a great investment and a great tool to implement in our home. I got a V7 in Jan 2019. Initially, and for about 1.5 yrs., I thoroughly enjoyed it. Then my housecleaner told me a charge didn't last more than 10 mins. Because I have another plug-in vacuum, I didn't think much of it at the time. Then I hired another cleaner. She brought her own vacuum so it hasn't been used at all since Jan 2022. Just in the last week, I tried to use it and it only lasted about 30 seconds. I had a very good experience with the website and service person on the phone but I have been advised that a new battery is necessary. If that is correct, I must say that I am disappointed in Dyson. I expected better performance from their machine. For a machine that is 3 1/2 yrs. old and only used perhaps 2 years of that (and not solely because I have another machine), I think the battery should last longer. And, if the cost of the battery is 1/4 of the price of the machine, I think that is even more disappointing. And, it's the cost of the battery + shipping. My carpenter husband has battery powered tools, uses them consistently and has never had to replace a battery. That knowledge doesn't help me. Is it possible that the charging station is defective? At any rate, as much as I loved it in the beginning, I'm pretty unhappy at present. I recommended my vacuum to lots of friends at first but now, I would have to tell them the whole story and what to expect.Bren

My friend recommended this LG CodeZero vacuum when I got pregnant, and oh wow, it's such a life saver. (I used to own a corded vacuum cleaner and while it was high quality, it was always challenging to motivate myself to vacuum as often as I wanted, because it was heavy and such a hassle to run the vacuum cleaner!) You don't need to bend down to plug the vacuum and haul the heavy vacuum cleaner with tangling cords anymore. It's so convenient to go cordless. The turbo mode of this vacuum is super powerful and it sucks up the debris pretty well even from our carpeted area. Works great on our hardwood floor as well. Batteries die quickly if you do turbo mode though, but they stay reasonably long enough when you just do the regular cleaning mode. One thing I'd wish I had considered is the auto-emptying function. It's actually quite burdensome to empty the bin every now and then because all the dust flies around. I wish I had bought the more expensive version that takes care of that. I used this vacuum on wood, carpet, rugs, tile, and linoleum floors. I've used all three settings for each floor type and also used the mop. The high power mode picks up dirt just as good as a plugin vac. If you clean your place weekly you likely will not need to use the highest power each time. Hair doesn't seem to get wound up in spindle brush much to none like some other vac's I've used. The head articulates to be able to get in very tight places. I do wish they included a light on vacuum nozzle. The light on mop nozzle could be wider spread instead concentrating on mostly the center. Battery life on medium setting is not too bad, for average size house. If you stay on high, you will use both batteries for average sized house. The mop really doesn't take too much power at all. You will run out of water before running down the battery. I like that this vac doesn't need to be hanged on wall and can fit the attachments on the stand. The wifi tells you when the batteries are charged and gives you usage as long it's in the same house and wifi. If you happen to use your vac for a different house and not same wifi, then it will not track usage. I think LG should add tracking if you happen to be off wifi. I haven't washed the filters yet. It would be nice to able to replace the HEPA filter rather than replacing the whole top piece of plastic with filter. Supposedly you can wash this filter, though. We'll see. I do think LG should come out with a larger capacity battery option for people with larger houses. The vacuum head might be too small for larger houses. The universal nozzle that comes with the vacuum goes sidewise when sweeping a dense rug like a Persian rug. This vacuum is supposed to be able to use the Hard Floor and Bedding nozzles, but looking on LG's website they seem to be unavailable. The mopping is good for very minor smudges on the floor. It really doesn't scrub. It's something they could improve or innovate on, maybe add ultrasonic mode like toothbrushes. And or, add a steam nozzle. I doubt any other spinning floor mop does any better though. All the other manufactures seem to be relatively the same design. There are couple that include vacuuming while mopping which would save one step. You can only use water for the mop. Water is usually good enough for most stains. You can up the game using oxygenated water like Zerowater. So overall it's a good product and, I would recommend it for average house or spot cleaning. Sure, there could be improvements made, but it's still a good product.Stever69

I bought this stick vacuum about 5 months ago, and it's been a great purchase. I live in a 1 bedroom apartment with both carpet and hardwood floors, and this handles both easily. It allows me to clean up messes quickly and is lightweight so I'm not sweating/exhausted nearly as much as I would be with other bulky corded vacuums. Also, I LOVE that you don't have to hold down a trigger to keep it on (looking at you Dyson). All you do is press a button once, and it turns on so there's no worrying about hand cramps. The instructions for cleaning the vacuum are very easy, and emptying the canister is a breeze. It came with a stand, which makes storage super easy. Overall, a solid stick vacuum for general day-to-day cleaning. A few cons: It doesn't do as great of a job when pulling it back toward you. It tends to just drag/push things around when doing a backward motion, and I then have to realign the vacuum to pick it up when pushing forwards. However, since it's so lightweight and easy to use I honestly don't mind doing a couple of extra passes. I don't think it has as strong of suction compared to larger corded vacuums, but it fits my needs for my apartment. The other con is all the plastic that was used in the packaging. Just moved to new state, left old vacuum for daughter. It was a larger Dirt Devil that we needed for all the shag carpet in that home, but our new home is a lot of hardwood and low pile carpet and I didn't feel I needed another large vacuum. Read some reviews and as with any product you will read "best" and "worst" – so you just have to decide if it's a chance worth taking … for me, IT WAS! I absolutely love this little devil 😉 lightweight and so very easy to use. Does a FAR better job than the traditional dust mop I was using before it arrived. I will say that we don't have children or pets, so it has a pretty easy gig. Doesn't have real strong suction, but very sufficient for our needs. Nice long cord. A snap to put together. Seems sturdy as I've dropped it 2x already and still works perfectly fine. Because it is small it won't hold a lot of debris, but again sufficient for our needs. I like that there is no belt that needs to be replaced and there is not rotary brush that needs to be constantly cleaned … I hate that! The only con is that it doesn't stand up by itself (need to lean it against something) but that was just a matter of getting used to leaning it on something and not just letting go of it. I live in senior living, and not that strong; I moved into here with a Dycem. All the floors are laminate except bedroom rug. To use Dycem is difficult, is too heavy, and mars laminate. This little vacuum fills the bill, does not have beater bars, is maneuverable, goes up against baseboards and flattens out underneath things. The suction is excellent, gets dust, hair and whatever, and is very lightweight. Great simple solution, it was easy to put together and get out of box.Helofu

This is so much better than my Dyson! Easier to use and much lighter! Not as noisy. No dust escaping is great for my copd. Lights are bright enough you actually see what your doing. Was able to clean twice the area than with the Dyson. Dust bags are huge, love that I have no more dust pums to breathe in and don't have to take it apart to clean it every month. Kenmore has always been associated with the Sears name. What with Sears in turmoil I was apprehensive on a purchase from a dying company. The five year warranty and other positive reviews convinced me to give it a chance. Overall I am pleased with the vacuum and would buy again. The only issues I have so far is there is no on board storage for the Pet brush and the electric cord is mounted on the right side of the machine. As I am right handed it would work better for me to have the cord mounted on the left side.I hold the cord to keep it out of the way when sweeping and the crossover of the cord on the machine is an issue.Rod

Kenmore Intuition Bagged upright is lightweight and easy to maneuver. The canister lifts off the base to vacuum stairs or to reach under furniture. The vacuum feels cheap because it's all plastic which makes it so lightweight. The tools are ok but the vacuum storage ports do not hold the tools well, tools are always falling off.KinPA

I received a free sample of the Bissell ICONPET TURBO Edge Cordless Stick Vaccum to try. I'm impressed! I have never owned a Bissell product so I wasn't sure how this would be. But I have found that it has powerful suction, it has tangle-free brushes, which is great when vacuuming pet hair, and it weighs less than 8 pounds. My six year old likes to vacuum and she can do it! My favorite thing about it is that it is cordless yet still has power. I can vacuum the entire downstairs in one swoop and not have to switch between plugs when my vacuum can't reach. Love that, big time saver and less hassle for me as a busy mom. This could very well replace my favorite current vacuum, because the Bissell comes with really handy attachments. One for getting pet hair on furniture and stairs, and another for getting those hard to reach webs in the corners up high. Would I buy this? Yes! Would I recommend this? Yes! I like the fact that the machine is lightweight, cordless and has multiple attachments. I've tried this vacuum on every surface, my hardwood floors in my living room my tile floors in my kitchen and my carpet. I've even used it on my couch which was the biggest test for me because I have a dog that sheds a lot and it got up all the hair in two passes. The pivoting head makes it easy to maneuver and I also like the wheel stopper, it comes in handy when you just need to prop the vacuum up for a quick second. The holder is a genius idea through and through the installation was very easy. I like that it has a leveler built into it to make it super easy for anyone. and the fact that the charging cord is based inside of it is also a great idea! The only problem I have is the battery could last a while longer and it could be a little Quieter.Cherry

I've tested a decent amount of vacuums over the last decade. This is the first one I've tested that was made for hard surfaces and I was excited to get it mostly for my wife who always uses whatever other vacuum on our hard floors almost interchangeably as our carpeted areas. While I normally would sweep hard floors and them vacuum up the pile or let our robot vacuum with mop attachment do all the work for me. Setup was a little overwhelming looking at first but not too bad. The whole thing comes in more pieces than I would normally expect to find but the instructions lay out what everything is pretty nicely and after the initial shock it wasn't too hard to figure it out. I put it all together and let it charge over night (it suggests at least 4-5 hours of charge time before the initial use). I'm pretty happy with the steps required to actually use this vacuum. It's mostly a supplement to our robot vacuum/mop. I'm happy with the robot but we usually go around the are and pick up/move everything off of the floor in the entire upstairs before we run it so it's a process. It does a good job but the setup and reconstruction of the area before running it makes us use it far less than I'd like. So having a vacuum that's made for sweeping and mopping that I can easily setup and break down is key. When you want to use this, just fill up the clean water tank with mostly water and a small cap-full of soap. Then you're ready to go. The first time I hit the power button, I was surprised as it kind of drives itself forward. Pretty nice to lighten the load but you're also fighting against that push when your pull the vacuum back again. Overall it was a nice little assist, I think. The vacuum and mop did a pretty nice job of cleaning the floor pretty quickly but it did require an empty and refill of the tanks before I was finished. That doesn't take too long so it was no big deal. After I was done doing the whole upstairs area, the battery still had about 60% left (I was worried because when I first started it up, it looked like the battery was draining very quickly). The nice thing about having a screen with all the information on it is that you can see at a glance how hard the vacuum is working and what battery level is remaining. After you're done the instructions recommend you clean the dirty and clean water tanks as well as the roller and roller protector after each use. This is the only annoying part since you can't really just grab the vacuum to do a quick job and put it back but the cleanup of these things doesn't take too long. The base station does include an auto-clean feature for the roller so you have that going for you and there were 2 additional rollers included with this vacuum so you can always just rotate them if you need to clean one. Apparently there's an app that goes with this vacuum. The instructions just said that you can "perform all functions from the app" but I don't really know what functions those are. I did not download the app and can't imagine what I would possibly need it for. The functions on the vacuum are very minimal and can be adjusted with just a few pushes of the 3 buttons on the vacuum. I just didn't want another app on my phone. The only weird thing I didn't love about this vacuum was how it sat on the charging station. It leans forward quite a bit for some reason. I would expect it to just sit straight up and down but when the head is locked and you place it on the charger the handle leans forward at what feels like a 30 degree angle. Far more than you'd expect. Enough that I thought I was doing something wrong. I couldn't figure out a better way to place it on the charger though so I'm going to assume it's just how it was designed. I got used to it quickly enough but it was a weird thing when I first saw it. Overall, I like the vacuum. It does a good job supplementing our robot vacuum by being easy to get up and running and being easy to break down and clean when we're done (while not needing to break down the entire upstairs before using it since we can move things while vacuuming). If you're looking for a nice hard surface vacuum/mop and this fits your budget, give it a look. I was impressed with it for the most part.swemoney

I never taught about using a vacmop before i was kind of skeptical and it would take me a while to clean my hardwood floors .. was kind of an event to say. Not anymore… thanks to this Tineco Floor One s5 Extreme i’m actually looking forward to do it now. I will attach some pictures to see what comes in the box and it’s pretty straight forward plug and play kind of situation as well with some before and after situation. Everything is very intuitive to use but you can check the book or type the name of it on youtube and they have an interactive video in how to use it for first time. It comes with 2 extra brushes and an extra filter that will come in handy when you’ll wash and let dry the ones that you’ll be using first(about 24hrs) they recommended doing that after each use and you’ll want to do that and don’t forget to empty the messy water each time so u prevent bad odors. The design and features are very modern … it has a voice and a screen that will assist you in your cleaning process. To be mentioned here is the feature that senses the proportion of a mess when on auto and turns gradually the blue light into a red one, sign that you should insist in that particular area till becomes completely blue and it’s scary accurate!!! The stand acts like a support and charger (which will take somewhere 3-4hrs for it to be fully juiced up). They also recommend using ONLY Tineco cleaning solution or just plain water. Make sure you youse warm-hot water with or without solution since will tackle the dirt better. I’m happy with the product and it really saves me a lot of time and does a great job!!!Denisik91

I totally underestimated this machine. When I turned it on, the brush kicked in and almost dragged me acoss the floor! Not really, but I was surprised by how powerful the brush was for such a compact package. This mop is no joke. I'm a busy and stressed-out professional, so lots of housekeeping chores don't get done on a regular basis. I've been meaning to clean the kitchen floor for quite a while — I had food and coffee spills, tracked mud, etc, on the floor in places, and serious grossness under the oven and fridge. I figured that I'd give this machine a workout. It really worked. It took several passes in some areas, but the machine just kept working at the mess until it was all clean. The dirty tank strains out the solid materials to make it easy to dump without clogging your sink. It also uses less water than I would expect, so I didn't have to dump the tank nearly as often as I thought I would have to. The clean tank and the dirty tank have good capacity. One super thoughtful little detail is that both tanks have flat bottoms, so they can be put upright on the counter, and you don't have to lean them against anything like you do with other wet vacuums. I really like how it is as maneuverable as a light vacuum, it does a great job on hard floors and we can also use it on floor mats that aren't too thick. That brush-forward design really gets right up to edges and corners. It is very user-friendly. The display is large, bright and useful, and the voice prompts are really helpful. Even self-cleaning is super easy. I'm just not sure what benefits you get from the app or its wifi connection.Snarltoof

I bought a Bissell crosswave cordless max last year for Christmas because this was sold out. Originally I wanted this I did a lot of research and thought the Tineco one was far more advanced considering they had come out at the same time. My Bissell broke and again it hasn't even been a year I did not buy the warranty for it because I thought it would at least last a year. But I decided I'd buy my original choice and I'm far from disappointed. The issues I had with the Bissell I don't with this. Bissell was bad at streaking and would leave a puddle of water behind the brush roller was so soft it wouldn't pick up dried messes larger food bits would be pushed in front of the Bissell instead of being picked up. The Tineco one is streak free has a studier brush roller that makes picks up dried messes easily it is an auto mode machine so it distributes water and detects water never leaves a puddle behind large food objects like dog kibble gets picked up easily. I have a fairly high number of animals and a senior dog who doesn't have 100% bladder control so these machines are used day in day out. I recommend this to anyone its perfect for everyday use light to heavy messes.Alysun Lusty

I chose this thanks to the Vacuum Wars youtube channel. We used to have a Bissell Crosswave but it didn't last long at all. It started to smell pretty quickly and got clogged a lot (dog hair gang!) I assumed it was our habits so we bought a second one and the same thing happened again, even with more vacuuming and better Crosswave cleaning habits. This time I decided the extra money would be worth it and so far it definitely has been! The only con so far: the clean water tank really should be larger. We have a medium house, nothing large or fancy, and we can't even get through a full room (kitchen especially) without refilling the tank.Cam

Overall: I really love it! Easy to use, quick and sufficient; Great for daily use & for family with pet. I do list detailed limitations below but it solves my biggest problem (a quick daily cleanning) so I am still happy. Pros: – Battery is sufficient for 800-900 sq.ft – Capture pet (cat) hair, dust, and small trash on floor; great for daily clean; – Its design makes it easy to move; – Less noisy compared to Roomba/regular vacuum (but still not quite; just relatively quieter) ; Limitations: – The clean water tank is kind of small; requires refill if you use max clean mode or have a slower cleanning process; For dirty water tank, it's enough for cleanning process but usually require to dump all dirty water before its self-clean (so it does not over the dirty water limit) – It has clean gap (about 3cm/1.2 in) on the edge that its brush cannot reach so cannot work for near kitchen cabinet cleanning; also its wide brush design makes it hard to go into corners near toilet; – Its brush is designed not to hurt flooring which means it also cannot do deep cleanning (e.g. clean out stains on tile grout) – Cleaning dirty water tank can be nasty if you have pet and long hair;Ali

All this shop vac is good for is picking up dust! Being a big buyer of Milwaukee tools I was excited to finally get this vac to add to the list of tools. After using it I have nothing but issues. House gets clogged, wont suck up screws, wont even pick up small pieces of copper from electrical installs. Also the run time is very minimal even with a 9.0 battery you get about 10 mins of vacuuming before it dies. I should have stuck with my Pack Out one. A LOT CHEAPER AND DOES A BETTER JOB.Ckelly29

When my beloved Milwaukee Vac Model 8925 needed to be replaced, I opted for this beast. It is not only well designed from a functional and use standpoint, it just looks cool. I never realized how burdensome it was to worry about using a cord and now just wheel my "M18" from room to room. The filtration system is awesome and when I attached the hose to the orbital sander directly, saw no dust whatsoever leaving the work area. The wheeled platform is great but I do appreciate it's so easy to pop off when carrying up stairs. In particular, the attachments are very heavy duty and while I miss the super long hose from my Model 8925 … I am learning to appreciate everything this tool has to offer in terms of making my work easier. The hose just disconnects itself from the vac any time you have a slight twist in it. There is a second output airflow port which has a little bit more friction but not much more to hold the hose tightly. I got a bag also, but it's not practical to keep it on top of the vac while working because I reach handle on top frequently. So I keep the bag on top just for storage. The bag should be Packout compatible which is not for now.radionokiatv

I purchased this vacuum back in May/June of 2021 and have had the last 6 months to really use this thing and put it to the test and honestly- I'm not impressed. I'm already way past the return window, so I just wanted to leave a review for others so people can know my personal experience. It doesn't have the suction to pull the cleaner/water out of any rugs or carpet I own. So, we are left with wet carpet for hours after using this. It also does not clean the floors properly with the brush. It's really just moving dirty water around while only sucking up a small fraction of what I have put down. There are dirty water streaks every time I use this to mop. When using the vacuum dry, the dust and hair clog up the filter within minutes and I have to empty it multiple times while vacuuming, even though the container itself is not nearly full. I have a long haired cat, and I myself have long hair. Neither of these things have agreed with this vacuum. If you have a cat and plan on vacuuming any cat litter with this- don't. It will become a large clay litter clump in the suction tube of the vacuum that you have to get out yourself. It will also leave nasty gray streaks of litter/water on the floor. Additionally, my fallen hair gets so tangled in the spinning brush that I have to cut it off. Honestly, that might not be avoidable or the fault of the vacuum. My hair also gets caught on the sides of the spinning brush and becomes an unmanageable mess that can't be removed. This was probably my worst "big purchase" of 2021. I got the Crosswave Max as a splurge birthday present. It has since been returned for the following reasons. It is NOT convenient. Have to assemble before each use, fill with water and their solution (cannot use just water for brush head reasons), then after use have to run the brush clean function and disassemble and clean all the other parts and let them dry. So you need a dedicated area for all this, just like a full on carpet cleaner. In all that time it takes to assemble and clean up after, I can bend over and pick up or sweep up any of my toddler's mess AND warm up and use my steam mop. Going back to the brush cleaning cycle, it does not do much to clean the brush. The brush remains dirty, discoloured, and unless you soak it in detergent for at least 30 minutes with a good rinse after (blue dish soap, or laundry soap, or their solution, etc), it will remain dirty and leaves a lot of streaks and milky film on the floor the next use. I have darker floors, so it looked disgusting after the wetness dried. I would have to use my steam mop after using the crosswave and the pad would be very gross after, but atleast the floors would finally look good. It's also a slow machine to use. You basically wet the floor area going slowly so it's evenly wet and then have to go over it several times to try to dry it as much as possible. You have to do this section by section. It would take much too long to do only my kitchen, where I could sweep or vacuum and mop it in half the time. This machine is a great idea in theory, but it is not convenient or efficient and left my floors dirtier than before using it. The company states the brushes need to be replaced after ten hours of use (I did not use it nearly that long and the brush heads were awful after a short time) and they are not cheap to replace. Also have to use their solution, again not cheap. For such an expensive device, it requires a lot of additional costs and left my floors disgusting after. 0/5 stars.Melissa

I received this product for free in exchange for my honest review from #bzzagent. The Bissell Poweredge vacuum was easy to put together out of the box. The suction power is good and I like the accessories it comes with. I was really disappointed that this vacuum does not have an LED light! For over $200.00 you would assume it would. That feature alone would not make me want to purchase this. Also I don't like the fact you have to mount the vacuum to the wall to store it. It should have the option to fold in half. This Bissell PowerEdge Cordless Vacuum is amazingly very satisfying to use! It has never fail me every time I use it. It cleans up really good, has a great suction and it also gets the edges well. It's lightweight and super easy to maneuver. We have two dogs that sheds a lot and small kids so we have an endless clutter. This cordless vacuum makes cleaning pet hairs, crumbs and everything else like a breeze! It's way better than our old one. I had put off purchasing a cordless vacuum after using a couple big name / expensive cordless vacuums. But I read the reviews and decided to order this one. I wasn't completely sold until I used it and I was pleasantly surprised by the power, the size of the dust cup, attachments, how quiet it is, movability of the swivel head and the overall great job it did!!! I just didn't want another app on my phone. The only weird thing I didn't love about this vacuum was how it sat on the charging station. It leans forward quite a bit for some reason. I would expect it to just sit straight up and down but when the head is locked and you place it on the charger the handle leans forward at what feels like a 30 degree angle. Far more than you'd expect. Enough that I thought I was doing something wrong. I couldn't figure out a better way to place it on the charger though so I'm going to assume it's just how it was designed. I got used to it quickly enough but it was a weird thing when I first saw it. Overall, I like the vacuum. It does a good job supplementing our robot vacuum by being easy to get up and running and being easy to break down and clean when we're done (while not needing to break down the entire upstairs before using it since we can move things while vacuuming). If you're looking for a nice hard surface vacuum/mop and this fits your budget, give it a look. I was impressed with it for the most part.swemoney

I never taught about using a vacmop before i was kind of skeptical and it would take me a while to clean my hardwood floors .. was kind of an event to say. Not anymore… thanks to this Tineco Floor One s5 Extreme i’m actually looking forward to do it now. I will attach some pictures to see what comes in the box and it’s pretty straight forward plug and play kind of situation as well with some before and after situation. Everything is very intuitive to use but you can check the book or type the name of it on youtube and they have an interactive video in how to use it for first time. It comes with 2 extra brushes and an extra filter that will come in handy when you’ll wash and let dry the ones that you’ll be using first(about 24hrs) they recommended doing that after each use and you’ll want to do that and don’t forget to empty the messy water each time so u prevent bad odors. The design and features are very modern … it has a voice and a screen that will assist you in your cleaning process. To be mentioned here is the feature that senses the proportion of a mess when on auto and turns gradually the blue light into a red one, sign that you should insist in that particular area till becomes completely blue and it’s scary accurate!!! The stand acts like a support and charger (which will take somewhere 3-4hrs for it to be fully juiced up). They also recommend using ONLY Tineco cleaning solution or just plain water. Make sure you youse warm-hot water with or without solution since will tackle the dirt better. I’m happy with the product and it really saves me a lot of time and does a great job!!!Denisik91

I totally underestimated this machine. When I turned it on, the brush kicked in and almost dragged me acoss the floor! Not really, but I was surprised by how powerful the brush was for such a compact package. This mop is no joke. I'm a busy and stressed-out professional, so lots of housekeeping chores don't get done on a regular basis. I've been meaning to clean the kitchen floor for quite a while — I had food and coffee spills, tracked mud, etc, on the floor in places, and serious grossness under the oven and fridge. I figured that I'd give this machine a workout. It really worked. It took several passes in some areas, but the machine just kept working at the mess until it was all clean. The dirty tank strains out the solid materials to make it easy to dump without clogging your sink. It also uses less water than I would expect, so I didn't have to dump the tank nearly as often as I thought I would have to. The clean tank and the dirty tank have good capacity. One super thoughtful little detail is that both tanks have flat bottoms, so they can be put upright on the counter, and you don't have to lean them against anything like you do with other wet vacuums. I really like how it is as maneuverable as a light vacuum, it does a great job on hard floors and we can also use it on floor mats that aren't too thick. That brush-forward design really gets right up to edges and corners. It is very user-friendly. The display is large, bright and useful, and the voice prompts are really helpful. Even self-cleaning is super easy. I'm just not sure what benefits you get from the app or its wifi connection.Snarltoof

I just bought this a few weeks ago, I've been wanting one for a very long time. I have a white golden mix pup and she sheds everywhere! This vacuum sucks up her fur without issue. I would have rated with 5-stars, however, the one feature I would have loved to have was a light on the motorhead. I read on the Dyson website that it isn't a feature because "most customers vacuum during the day". I have to say I laughed out loud when I read that. I also vacuum during the day for the most part, however, not every part of my house is perfectly lit so I can ensure I pick up every strand of fur (especially during the summer when I have all of the shades closed to conserve energy and keep the house cool). So, I decided to take things into my own hands! I purchased a $5 head lamp and used a sticky tab to affix it to the motorhead. This little lamp is fierce and can be angled higher or lower. I can even fold it all the way down to reach under my furniture without it getting torn off. I've tested using with and without the light, I always leave fur behind without it, so the light is a must in my home! So far, I am very happy with how this vacuum works. The roller ball on the motorhead sticks a bit but I think that's just from fur. The best part of this vacuum is how you empty it. It has a smooth and clean dumping mechanism. I hope this lasts but I do know from experience with Dyson that their warranty works well. I don't think these warranties last as long as a corded vacuum, but hoping I won't need to find out!Yogibee73

I have four Dyson products and love all of them. I actually bought this as refurbished because I was skeptical due to charging a vacuum cleaner and purchasing full price. Don’t be fooled by the word, “refurbish”. Dyson is outstanding. There were no scratches, scuffs, and brand-new attachments with this product. I use it for daily clean-up and holds an excellent charge. It has three levels of power. I set my vacuum on level two and vacuum my hardwood floors (kitchen/dining/reading/ front entry including open stairs), tile in powder and laundry room, also carpet in the media/TV lounge area. The entire area is approximately 1300-1400 square feet. Then, I can vacuum the 2 cat towers and I am not rushing to beat the battery charge. I have a cat and Pomeranian dog. My pets are brushed/groomed 2-3 times per week. I have a full-size Dyson that I have for several years. It’s an excellent product too, but I love this Cyclone V10 and the power is outstanding. It’s quick, convenient, versatile and makes vacuuming a breeze.QueenClean
