Reviews:
I LOVE DYSON. It’s been a love affair for @15 or so years. I had the V-6 and made an excuse that college child needed so I could get the V-11animal. No one in my house were allowed to use. It WAS my baby – empty nester at the time. I bought it shortly after it first came out so it has the screwed in battery. I needed a cordless vacuum that was able to pick up Belgian Malinois Shepard fur from H _ _ _, easy to use, lighter than a full vacuum BUT WORK AS WELL OR BETTER than a full-size – I have chronic back pain and fibromyalgia and numbness… Yes in my crazy perfect vacuum dream world this existed and it DID! Thanks Dyson! It checked EVERY box of my needs, well except price. It was the most I have ever spent on something for me but dang it I deserved it and NEEDED it. It has been absolutely incredible! I would have told you 2 years ago do whatever you need to and buy bc it has incredible suction, awesome holders for tools with wall mount and on pole, adjustable suction on torque floor tool, adjust able power – Eco for low dirt area, Auto and Boost for deeper and stronger suction. So those are PROS. CONS are you need to press trigger to power it so with my neuropathy in hands at times I cannot vac, need to remove any attachments to empty dirt bin, after @8-12 months the bin empty slide started to stick, and then at 2 years (WARRANTY EXPIRED) and @5 months it started to shut off and then turn on. Called customer support and and they did a video troubleshoot and said it’s the battery. Well no battery in stock. Actually ABSOLUTELY ZERO SPARE PARTS for my baby have been in stock for over a month now! A week or so later it stopped more and then shut down. Called again and told it was the cyclone part (a guy on YouTube had same exact issue but his warranty was still active) BUT NO PART available. He told me to call or go to my nearest Dyson service center. Well the nearest in @1.25hrs. away. I do not have a car – getting divorced so I took my Dyson V11 animal and he got our 25 y/o car worth about the same. He fought for my V11 which was honestly a no win – I don’t know what he was thinking. Lol Plus the service center when I finally reached a person said that maybe it’s the trigger and I could mail it in. I still haven’t decided bc why pay to ship something that there’s no parts for? I am very disappointed and very upset bc it was a great machine.Freeme68
I rarely ever leave reviews but this thing is great! This is my first Dyson purchase and I have a German Shepard mix who sheds constantly, this V11 handles his hair with ease. I love the flexibility to use it anywhere with the attachments that are included, my personal favorite is the mini motorized tool. The simple design makes it easy to clean and maintenance. This thing picks up dirt that you don’t even see, especially in carpets and area rugs. I am also one who cares about packaging and this thing is packaged perfectly. The only downside, like all electronics is the battery life. 5 to 6 minutes on boost mode is not enough for a vacuum of this cost. I would like to see Dyson sell an additional king power cord that can be used to power the vacuum directly more like a traditional vacuum if needed for those of us with bigger houses with lots of carpeted areas.Jxustin
After reading these reviews I can't help but think that these machines are designed to last for roughly 2.5 years. My machine did the exact same thing that others have written about. I purchased this machine back in January 2020, about a month ago it started cutting off during use. The cutting off started getting more frequently to the point where the machine stays on for about 2 seconds before cutting off which makes it inoperable. So I call the service center to be told that my machine is out of warranty as of January 2022 and a replacement motor will cost $116. It is really unfortunate that a $700 machine is designed to last 2.5 years before you have to put more money into it. The sad part about it is that most people will pay the $116 because you can not get a new decent vac for that price and secondly, you have already invested $700 in this machine. It is very disheartening, and I wish I would have went with a different brand.Trise
2. Dyson V12 Detect Slim Cordless Vacuum

Product Details:
When your home is filled with treasured furniture pieces, home store finds, pets and kids, or all of the above, there's not always space to maneuver (or stash) a vacuum. but dust and debris? they're still going to collect (hello, pet hair)! the solution: the dyson v12 detect slim. it sucks up tough messes under the dining table, around the pup's play area, or between your storage baskets with its sleek swiveling design that converts to a stealthy handheld, laser illumination (to reveal dust you didn't even know was there), and a choice of two indispensable (and slim!) cleaner heads — plus, a range of easy-to-use tools. from dyson.
Reviews:
I have an older, corded Dyson which is still a workhorse. But since it is quite heavy and I am older, I can no longer easily carry it up and down stairs. So this corded one now stays upstairs which is carpeted, and the V12 Detect Slim is perfect for downstairs which is all tile/hardwood. I have 2 very fluffy cats which shed a lot – constantly – and will sometimes scatter litter when covering their waste. I tried another stick vacuum which was great for about a year, but then started dropping the litter back down and out onto the floor again so this was frustrating and useless. Back to Dyson and so far so very good. The one small feature that helped me finally make the choice of the V12 Detect Slim is the "on/off" button over the trigger in the other models. I have a bit of arthritis in my hands and the trigger would probably not be comfortable for me. I also love the laser attachment to find all the litter scatter pieces that are not easily seen but certainly are felt by bare feet. I've only had this vacuum for a short while and have not tried all of the attachments yet but am hopeful that my furniture will be cleaner of cat hair just as my floors seem to be. Yes, the dust bin is small, but it's so easy to detach and empty I don't find that to be an issue for me. As long as the V12 Detect slim keeps holding the litter in this bin, I will keep singing its praises. I also bought the standing Dok and love this. Would just like a holder of some sort to attach to the stand for holding more of the attachments. So, considering how well my older, corded vacuum has performed and continues to perform, I'm hopeful for similar performance from the V12 Detect Slim.SueD12
I was very excited to get the Dyson V12 Detect Slim Cordless Vacuum Cleaner, especially since I have had such great experiences with other Dyson products. Packaging and assembly with a breeze pretty self explanatory. I was impressed from the start with how lite it was, which made is very convenient for the stairs in our house. It was easy enough for the kids to carry around and use too, which is always a plus! I found it fairly easy to use for over head tasks too. I liked that it only has a single button power control. The LCD screen is probably my favorite feature. It shows you what has been lifted on the different surfaces, it is clear and easy to understand. In fact at one point it wasn’t functioning properly and the LCD screen told me what the problem was right away and I was able to fix it right away. I love that I didn’t have to trouble shoot it and take the whole thing apart to figure out the problem. It came with some neat attachments, the fluffy yellow and purple roller that is perfect for our wooden and tile floors, it had no problem fitting under our dining table and coffee table, this saved me time from having to move the furniture around. It comes with a wall dock that provides a way to easily store all the components while charging it as well. It included a neat hair screw tool, the allows you to pick up pet hair making pet spaces easy and fast to keep clean. They have a new design on the motorbar which helps to detangle long hair, eliminating the need for me to take it apart to cut out tangled hair like I have had to with other vacuums. You can select from the three cleaning modes depending on what job you are tackling. The waste bin is super easy to empty, simply point it in the trash can and push the lever to release the dirt. It is quick and straight to the point and I didn’t have to tough anything so my hands never got dirty. I love that it gives you 60 minutes of charge unlike previous machines that gave my around 20 minutes, also I found that the battery did a great job of holding the charge even when it was not in use or plugged in. The only “con” I would say I found was that if you doing a bigger job like cleaning more that a few rooms at a time, you have to stop and empty out the bin more often perhaps because it is a smaller unit but if you don’t mind that it really isn’t an issue. I would absolutely recommend this product to my friends and family.knamed2016
I have 3 (now 4) Dyson vacuums, I have the Airwrap and it is so awesome I wanted to try their other products. I purchased my first used D6 from eBay, I wanted to try one to see if it worked as well as it was claimed. I liked it but wanted a newer so I gave that one to my son and saved up and went with the V10 model (which I still have and still love), I then purchased the canister (refurbished) for deep cleaning items like furniture because the V10 would only go about 30 minutes and that was frustrating to me. I wanted something with a swappable battery but did not want to spend another $600 so when the small one (Omni Glide) came out I got it from Best Buy and found some extra attachments on ebay for it (mini motorized tool) and that one was excellent for day to day and my car, the battery lasts forever and is swappable, but I never needed a second for that one. My daughter borrowed it (she cleans houses) and she loved it so I let her keep it and found this one, which is in the middle of the 2 I have. I think the laser might send my OCD into overdrive because it showed everything on the floor when it looks clean without it. It is crazy how much dust it shows. I am glad I can turn it off if I choose, but I have not done that. IMO this is the best of the 5 I have tried. The battery seems to last, but it is swappable so when they are available I will be buying an extra. But so far I am using eco mode mostly and the battery lasts longer than I expected. The suction even on eco is better than my D10, my D10 does not suck up the throw rugs, but this one does. I wish I could adjust the suction to lower for this reason but all around this is a great cordless. I like the power switch because it makes it easier when using some of the attachments, not having to hold the trigger, but I am torn as I also like the trigger switch and miss it a little.M00nbeam

Reviews:
I bought a Bissell crosswave cordless max last year for Christmas because this was sold out. Originally I wanted this I did a lot of research and thought the Tineco one was far more advanced considering they had come out at the same time. My Bissell broke and again it hasn't even been a year I did not buy the warranty for it because I thought it would at least last a year. But I decided I'd buy my original choice and I'm far from disappointed. The issues I had with the Bissell I don't with this. Bissell was bad at streaking and would leave a puddle of water behind the brush roller was so soft it wouldn't pick up dried messes larger food bits would be pushed in front of the Bissell instead of being picked up. The Tineco one is streak free has a studier brush roller that makes picks up dried messes easily it is an auto mode machine so it distributes water and detects water never leaves a puddle behind large food objects like dog kibble gets picked up easily. I have a fairly high number of animals and a senior dog who doesn't have 100% bladder control so these machines are used day in day out. I recommend this to anyone its perfect for everyday use light to heavy messes.Alysun Lusty
I chose this thanks to the Vacuum Wars youtube channel. We used to have a Bissell Crosswave but it didn't last long at all. It started to smell pretty quickly and got clogged a lot (dog hair gang!) I assumed it was our habits so we bought a second one and the same thing happened again, even with more vacuuming and better Crosswave cleaning habits. This time I decided the extra money would be worth it and so far it definitely has been! The only con so far: the clean water tank really should be larger. We have a medium house, nothing large or fancy, and we can't even get through a full room (kitchen especially) without refilling the tank.Cam
Overall: I really love it! Easy to use, quick and sufficient; Great for daily use & for family with pet. I do list detailed limitations below but it solves my biggest problem (a quick daily cleanning) so I am still happy. Pros: – Battery is sufficient for 800-900 sq.ft – Capture pet (cat) hair, dust, and small trash on floor; great for daily clean; – Its design makes it easy to move; – Less noisy compared to Roomba/regular vacuum (but still not quite; just relatively quieter) ; Limitations: – The clean water tank is kind of small; requires refill if you use max clean mode or have a slower cleanning process; For dirty water tank, it's enough for cleanning process but usually require to dump all dirty water before its self-clean (so it does not over the dirty water limit) – It has clean gap (about 3cm/1.2 in) on the edge that its brush cannot reach so cannot work for near kitchen cabinet cleanning; also its wide brush design makes it hard to go into corners near toilet; – Its brush is designed not to hurt flooring which means it also cannot do deep cleanning (e.g. clean out stains on tile grout) – Cleaning dirty water tank can be nasty if you have pet and long hair;Ali

Reviews:
I’ve had this unit for 9 months now and unlike many other reviews, I have had absolutely no problems. I have a 3 level, townhome with hard wood floors and stairs and this vacuum handles it all. The pivoting head gets into all the hard places. I can do 2 entire floors and 2 flights of stairs on a single charge. I’ve had no issues with the vacuum holding it’s charge. Others have claimed that hair is an issue for this vacuum, but I have long hair that seems to shed everywhere and have had no issues. My only criticism is that the dust/debris container is a little small and can open rather quickly when going to empty the container possibly getting some dust not into the trash if you’re not careful. Otherwise, I am very happy with this vacuum. For those complaining it doesn’t vacuum their throw rugs, it isn’t designed to do that and clearly states it, so complaints about that scattered in the negative reviews are due to human/operator error, not the device.UTJenn
Having a family of 5 with 3 little ones (no animals) time is always of the essence to get housework done. Over the course of the past 10 years, we’ve always used swiffer sweepers, swiffer vacs, along with swiffer dusters. I stumbled upon the Dyson Omni glide on Best Buy‘s website, which opened the door to me doing research to see what this little unit is all about. Let me tell you, we absolutely love it! One of the nicest features is that it has amazing suction, the rollers are easy to clean, and if hair gets tangled in it overtime, pop out the rollers and untangle, the battery charges quick, and last a long time. Our house is not huge, approx. 2400 sq. ft. With lots of hardwood flooring and LVP, And the battery last the duration. Over the course of owning swiffers, with buying new pads and the swiffer vacuum battery’s dying, this offsets that cost. This Dyson is not cheap, and I’ve noticed the price went up $50 since I last purchased it (paid $399), but I still feel it’s a good value. So much that we purchased one and for my in-laws, and one for my parents for Christmas (I purchased on Dyson’s website). I will note, purchasing off of Dyson’s website you do receive a free bag & free crevice tool, Best Buy‘s website does not offer that. My little ones love pushing it around and sucking up “mama hairs”. One minor qualm, as I wish the roller head was a little bit bigger. It would cover more space a bit quicker, but not a dealbreaker.Houseofpain1
For context, I've also got two slightly older Dyson vacuums: a DC41 upright from 2014, and a DC44 cordless from 2013. My overall experience with the omni-glide has been really positive, but there's definitely pros and cons. Pros: 1) First, let's talk about the new dual fluffy rollers head, which is the biggest pro by far. Compared to every other vacuum I've used, the new head really does feel like something special, and if your home has hard floors everywhere, I believe it is a better head than everything else which has ever been made by any manufacturer. I'm not exaggerating, it's genuinely a joy to use and picks up everything! The way it's been designed also means it has a lower profile than anything else I've ever used, which means you can clean under more things. The way the head glides actually does live up to the hype – it has little rollers underneath it and a really flexible articulated joint, so it rolls effortlessly across the floor and around things like chair legs, the way I find myself moving it around feels almost like a mop, it's that flexible! 2) The handheld unit is certainly small and light, which is likely a plus for smaller spaces and more slender people! 3) The bin is really easy to empty – the way it scrapes the dust off the grating inside as you slide it open is definitely better than the older cordless bins which you had to tap a lot to get all the dust out of. 4) The handheld attachments are well designed, and the small rotary tool works great for vacuuming the sofa fabric etc. Cons: 1) This is not a vacuum for carpets or rugs. The fluffy roller head just doesn't work well on them (in fact, in my experience the rollers stop spinning and it just doesn't vacuum much at all without them). There's no full size floor head included which would work on carpets – the only option you have is the smaller rotary head which is really designed for upholstery and would be very slow to vacuum a whole room with. So, if your home has carpets, I'd suggest you get the more versatile full size cordless vacuum instead (e.g. the new V15). 2) While the unit is small and light, the bin is also quite small so when vacuuming all of my 1 bedroom flat, I found myself emptying the bin halfway through. Not a huge inconvenience, but again, if you have a slightly larger area or the idea of emptying the bin halfway through a clean sounds super annoying to you, I'd probably recommend going for the V15 instead. 3) There's no way provided to store the attachments (e.g. to mount them on the wall with the charger like the rest of the cordless vacuum range do), and there's no way provided to carry the attachments around with the vacuum while you're cleaning. This is a minor thing, but having to go back through from one end of the house to the other to get the nozzle to vacuum a tight spot halfway through is annoying! I wish they'd provide a detachable attachment clip or something to attach the nozzles to the vacuum unit itself while you're going around – I'd personally find that much nicer than remembering to carry them around in my pocket or something. 4) The battery life is fairly short, especially if you use the "boost" mode at all (you only get a couple of minutes runtime in this mode!). I don't think this is unreasonable, as it's a trade-off between weight vs battery life – I think they made a good choice there, and the battery is easy to remove/replace. However, there's only 1 battery included, and the vast majority of customers probably aren't going to proactively go and spend more money on a second battery. So, unless they choose to include a second battery in the box, I think it's reasonable to review as if you only have one battery. Let's be clear – I have a small 1 bed flat, and in the low power mode I can – just about – vacuum my whole flat with this battery. It's ok, but without a second battery ready to hot-swap in, I'm always slightly worried about it running out at an annoying point, which causes me to treat it more like a tool I need to use short and frequently (like, vacuuming for 5 minutes every day) rather than ever vacuuming the whole home at once. Summary: This is a great vacuum for a small, hard-floor only home, and the new head is remarkably flexible (watch my video review to see what I mean!). If you have a larger home, or home with some carpets/rugs? Don't buy this. Get the more versatile V15 cordless instead. In general, I don't quite understand why this product exists! I mean, I think the new head is amazing and I've literally raved about it to friends, but I think it should just be sold as an attachment / option for the regular V15 cordless, aimed at people who have hard floors. Perhaps there's more of a demand than I expect for smaller, hard floor only vacuums with shorter runtime.beveradb

This vacuum is light weight and easy to use EXCEPT the on button is just above the button that opens the dirt container . Every time I vacuum, by accident, I open the dirt container and dirt goes everywhere! Its a mess! This happened to a couple people who tried to help me as well. What a horrible design error!!! Plus the dirt container is very small and needs to be emptied often…unless you vacuum with it open!! I purchased it because my health is failing and I needed something lightweight and easy to use.. Also the main opening in the floor portion totally plugs and the entire bottom piece needs to be taken apart and you need a bottle brush or a something long enough to push the plug of dust or whatever out of the elbow (which you can straighten). Its not difficult, but annoying and messy as well. I would never recommend this vacuum to anyone, its too much work and too much money for the horrible design. I would send it back, but its been way too long.pattysev
I love Shark products. I have been waiting for the TSV and for this vac to be back in stock. I purchased rose gold, blends well with a neutral palate. I still use my original upright Shark vacuum purchased from QVC (10 years) which is a beast at cleaning my tile, wood and carpet floors. I use a robot vac for 1/3 of my floors that are not heavily traveled. The top of the line name brand R- robo vact does a ok job, but it takes a long time and I needed a stick/handheld vac which I could use for small jobs in the kitchen, sunroom and run it over high traffic areas daily. It is quick and picks up well. It has a swivel head and lies down to get back and under furniture. The battery life last and I have never had trouble having is run out. This device is not a replacement for a quality upright vacuum. Nothing is. This vac is for small jobs, daily floor maintenance and I love it. You are able to buy a replacement battery from Shark if needed and I love that too. So many stick vacs end their battery life and you cant easily replace the battery. Not the case here, so this device will last a long time. The hand vac is handy (HaHa) for crevasse's, corners, and I have used the pet tool on my sofa and it does a great job with dog fur. The filter needs to be changed sometimes during a job based on how much stuff it has vacuumed up. I have not cleaned it yet, the manufacturer says to clean the filter monthly. Recommend this vacuum to help maintain clean floors especially in high traffic area and recommend it for any busy household.medicinewoman
I have had this for about a month now and I do have some things to say about it. First off, the pros: Very east to use and set up. I can't tell you how nice it is to just pick this up and use it WITHOUT having to plug it in. Just pick it up and go. I love how east it is to take the top part off for when I have to get under areas the vaccum can't. I love how easy it is to empty the vacuum out. Simply press a button and release the dirt. No dust flying everywhere. Cons- The battery life is atrocious. I can't vacuum my 1200 sq home all the way without it dying. It is very annoying when you are all set on cleaning and getting it done quick and then to have the battery die and wait an hour or more before it charges back up. The dust area is very small. Some people may love this, because the don't want dust flying everywhere, and I love that to, however, the area is so small that after just a little vacuuming, the vacuum suck is really bad and you have to dump the dust. The last thing is, the add ons for the hand part of the vacuum does not connect to the body of the vacuum, so you have to hold them in your hand, pocket or walk over to the charging station and grab it. Minor annoyance but felt like it needed to be said. Overall, a great vacuum for small areas and little cleanups for everyday use, not great for a big clean day.HugeMunchkin

Keywords: Versatile, Long battery life, and Great Value for its features: Versatile: The vacuum is configured to be used as a traditional upright vacuum for floors, a handheld vacuum for smaller places/cars, and connected to various vacuum tips for multiple purposes like furniture, pets, and high-up places like ceiling fans. The reason I like this compared to most of the other stick-style cordless vacuums is that most of the weight is not distributed on the top and when you configure it as a handheld one, the tip and the big container (bottom motor, etc.) is separate. This makes vacuuming above floor much easier and more accurate. Long battery life: This vacuum has longer battery life than all my previous ones, on low, it's rated 60 mins and I usually use medium for my hardwood floor and it can be used around 40min which is super impressive. They also have a pretty display telling you the percentage of the battery life on top which is fairly useful. Great Value for its features: this is by no means a cheap vacuum but with the money you pay for, you get a lot of features. It has HEPA closed filter which is a big plus if you have people in the house with allergies or pets. It has dual rollers with different modes which makes its performance on par with top-tier vacuums, a guided rail for making an easy turn when you vacuum, and different parts that can be detached, washed, and maintained. Overall, if you don't care about super fancy color/design or big brandings like Dyson etc. and you just want a vacuum that gets the job done (so well) and is super versatile backed by great battery life that is going to last than break in a couple of years, this is the vacuum for you. This is a pretty new model that lacks good reviews so hopefully, this review is helpful and makes constructive advice on anyone who is looking for new vacuums!szcbossman
The Shark Cordless Lift-Away vacuum is a pretty unique concept and a great idea, that just isn't quite a home run…yet. Out of the box (like most Shark vacuums–I've owned several) it's very easy to unpack and 'snap together'. It took all of five minutes to get together, and that includes a minute or two to look over the diagrams to make sure I was doing it right. The battery has some charge to it, but Shark recommends charging it fully, and draining it fully on first use before charging it again to get the most out of the battery. I obviously have no idea what kind of life span to expect from the battery, but given it's size and unique-to-this-vacuum design I can't imagine it's cheap to replace. I haven't done any research on this yet, but hopefully Shark has plans for other devices that will use this same battery, otherwise you're looking at a 'lifetime' expense for an already expensive vacuum. Best Buy's 'geek squad' protection includes one battery replacement–probably worth researching the replacement cost and seeing which is cheaper (I'm betting 5-years of geek squad is cheaper than one battery–plus covering everything else for 5 years? Probably worth it!). The vacuum itself is pretty easy to use, though it's a little tricky to 'snap' the body back onto the stick portion of the vacuum. The "led" placement that shows battery life remaining and which power setting you're on could have been placed better–as it is it's awkward since it faces away from where you are holding it, and requires moving it in order to read it. Not sure why they didn't face the back direction–that would have made a lot more sense. The big plus to this vacuum is that it is fairly portable–it's fantastic on stairs, or anyplace that it's harder or awkward to bring a normal, heavy vacuum. The Shark is noticeably lighter than every upright I've ever had to carry, so that is a blessing. They obviously worked very hard to make this light-weight, and they did a great job. It's still a little awkward since the 'body' has to be carried–there just isn't a good way to do this without both hands. The vacuum has three settings. Shark says that the 'normal' (middle) strength is good enough for every day jobs. I have three kids and a black dog that sheds a lot, so I feel pretty sure Shark's idea of 'every day' and mine are a little different. It does do a decent job, but I found myself switching to the high power setting fairly often. This brings me to the biggest drawback of this vacuum. The battery life on the 'high' setting is abysmal. We got maybe 10 minutes out of a fully charged battery trying to clean our stairs–granted, it had been a while since we'd done them so they didn't look great, but 10 minutes wasn't long enough to complete even half of the job. I imagine if we do them on a more regular basis we won't have to use the high setting, but it's a real drawback that when we do it won't be for very long. The 'normal' setting can get a little over an hour, so that's a huge difference. Again, it does a decent job, but even switching for a few seconds to high seriously affects the overall time–that hour drops to 30 minutes after using the high setting for 2 minutes. The battery is already far and away the heaviest part of the vacuum, so until some portion of the technology improves that will just be 'how it is'. Overall it's a great concept that's executed fairly well–just keep your old vacuum around for the big jobs, or for when the battery runs out (it takes a few hours to charge back to full). I recommend it due to the light weight and great ease of use, just keep in mind that you'll either want another battery right out of the gate, or you'll have to vacuum in 'spurts' while waiting for the vacuum to charge.SgtRock
Having had multiple shark cordless vacuums in the past, this purchase was easy for me. Replacable batteries (which i can use my older p50 batteries in here), replaceable filters (also have spares from p50) and i even have chargers already. Lets get a bit more into the vacuum. I thought the p 50 had a lot of suction, but this one actually sutprised me. After going over my carpet with the older shark, u immediately followed up with this unit. Both were on high, but wow was i impressed by all the fine dirt this new motor pulled out. Maybe its the power fins , which ill warn you are a lot louder then the older duoclean heads, but they seem to work better and they dont wrap up with hair!! The versatility of this thing is so convenient, the only thing its missing is spots for its attachments. Also, im uncertain why anyone would want the small powered upholstery attachment, you can detach the wand and use it on the brush head directly and this makes stairs a breeze! I will be getting a second unit.JasonK

Reviews:
Having never used a wet vac like this before, all I can say is WOW! I admit, I was a skeptic. We regularly clean our hard floors so I really didn't expect to see any great results. That all went away after the first use. Great product. It makes scrubbing the floors a piece of cake. Starting with the overall looks. It's a really sleek machine. It's not bulky at all and allows you to get into the same places you would be able to with a normal stick vac. The white color is refreshing and adds to it's nice clean look. The charging base is as small as it can be, but even so, some might find it's footprint a bit large. But when you consider the self cleaning feature it offers, it's easy to overlook the size. The handle is very comfortable and the buttons are placed in good locations. All the indications and icons are displayed on the top of the clean water tank in easy view. They light as needed and let you know what you need to know about the state of your machine. To use the machine, you fill the clean water tank and add a cap of the included floor cleaner. When you turn the machine on, it automatically dispenses the water solution and starts the roller spinning. At the same time, it also starts the vacuum, so you basically vacuum up the water before it even soaks your floors. After using it on our laminate wood flooring in the kitchen, I just noticed a sheen after it vacuumed the water up. It was dry in about 30 seconds. If you've ever used a stick mop with a trigger spray feature, they left about the same amount of moisture. The difference was, the water that was collected in the dirty water tank was, well pretty dirty. There are two settings, a standard speed and a max speed. I tried them both but had very good luck with the standard speed so that's generally what I use. Overall, it's pretty quiet. No loud whiny beater bar, just the soft roller on the floor. The battery lasts long enough to clean our entire kitchen, hallway and front entrance area without any issues, and have power to spare. This package comes with an additional roller and HEPA filter. At first I thought they were just “extra” but the idea is, you have one set that's dry, and the set that you use to clean, so you just keep swapping them out. The roller assembly is extremely easy to remove and replace. Like both of the water tanks, it has a snap in place, spring loaded latch. The roller pretty much just pulls right out. The filter is just as easy to replace. Emptying the dirty water tank was as easy as pouring it in the sink and rinsing out any dirt left behind. To use the self clean feature, just fill the clean water tank with fresh water, make sure the dirty water tank is in place and run the cycle with the touch of a button. The package also comes with a brush tool for cleaning out the tanks, and it includes a roller hair/string removal tool. After cleaning the floors I have to say, they really felt clean. No residue or stickiness was left behind. This is a quality machine that has been very well engineered. Cordless operation, excellent battery life, self cleaning mode, easy access to the roller and removal of the water tanks. It all adds up to a great floor cleaning experience. I had never heard of Tineco before this, but I will look for them in the future. Very nice design.enem156
A few years ago, we got a cordless stick vacuum for our house. We love using it in-between our robot vacuum sweeps but we still end up having to mop the kitchen floor which is linoleum. Since we’re always looking for ways to make tasks more efficient, this wet/dry vacuum seemed like a good option for our family. When you pull the vacuum out of its box, make sure to look through all the packaging because there are additional parts included and I almost threw out the extra dry filter because it was tucked away inside some cardboard. Even though assembly is required, it’s very minimal. You have to attach the handle to the main body of the vacuum, plug the base into power, and then set the unit on the stand. Once the battery is charged, you can start using it. According to the manual, these are the steps you have to take for operation. Prepare for use – includes charging the vacuum for about four hours Press the power button to start the vacuum. It’s in ECO mode by default. There is a “MAXIECO” button that switches between the MAX and ECO modes. Before using the WET function of the vacuum, fill the clean water tank and add one bottle cap of the solution. The vacuum does come with a lot of parts, but some of them are duplicates so that you have your first replacement roller and filter with the original purchase. I always like it when companies provide that first part replacement. As far as operation goes, the vacuum is fairly simple. You press the power button and it turns on. If there the cleaning solution is in the clean water tank, the vacuum will both mop and vacuum simultaneously. If the water tank is empty, the vacuum will still run, but obviously will not provide the mopping function. The roller will still spin, however, so you do get a bit of a deeper dry cleaning than without it. There are two functions that I want to point out – one that I like and one that I don’t. The first is the fact that you don’t have the option to select wet or dry. You have to use both. The only way that I’ve found to vacuum only is to leave the clean water tank empty. The problem there is that you end up with blinking lights on the display, which can get annoying. The function I LOVE is that the vacuum is self-propelled. I was shocked when I turned it on for the first time and the vacuum nearly zoomed out of my grip. I just wasn’t expecting that much power from a cordless vacuum. I haven’t run into a battery problem yet. The manual states that on ECO mode the vacuum should run for 25 minutes. I haven’t had a single cleaning session last that long yet so I don’t know the ‘real’ life of the battery. The battery did have some charge out of the box. I did charge it some before using it the first time, but not the full 4-hours. I have been happy with the suction power of the vacuum and the cleaning ability of the mop, however, I did notice that any sticky spots or heavy stains will not be picked up by this vacuum. I ran the vacuum in our kitchen – moving it back and forth several times on each section of the floor. I noticed that the floor did appear shiny and wet so I know the mopping function was cycling the cleaning solution onto the floor. The floor did dry quickly I did think that it felt a lot cleaner than before I used the vacuum. I did have a couple of spots where something had been spilled and left to dry that the vacuum did not clean up. That said, a couple of lighter stains were removed if I left the vacuum sitting on top of it so that the roller brush could concentrate on that spot. I like the features of this vacuum and its ease of use, but I do wish there were a couple of things added on (a dry/wet option, a heavy stain cleaning option, etc.). I love that a base plate is included because that gives the vacuum a spot to ‘live’ in as well as keeps the roller off the floor as it dries. All in all, I think this is a nice device. Pros: Easy set-up/assembly Cordless Powerful self-propelling function Cons: Only picks up surface dirt; harder stains or things ‘stuck’ to the ground will require heavier cleaning Doesn’t have a ‘dry only’ setting unless you remove the water from the tanknickcal
Versatile vacuum makes our 90% laminate floor cleaner that it’s ever been. We used to use those “easy” mops that have replaceable wet pads to mop our floors and they worked better than a mop and bucket but this vacuum makes it a piece of cake! The setup and operations were so simple that I thought I was missing something in the suggestions (instructions) but I wasn’t. I normally am the type of person that can pull new electronics out of the box and start using it without help but I had never used a mop/vacuum combo like this before so I read the suggestions. It is so simple, push the power button. If there is liquid in the clean water tank it will mop and vacuum. If that tank is empty it will vacuum only. When you are done just set it on the base and it charges automatically! The vacuum even cleans the brush by itself! There will be a “water drop” icon that lights up which means it needs to clean the brush. Just set it on the base and press the water drop button once and it cleans the brush for you! I am very impressed with the simplicity, power and convenience of this vacuum/mop. I love the base with self-charging so you never pick it up and find that the battery is dead. The dirty tank is very easy to empty. The unit is lightweight but feels well made. So far, this is a great product!tken106

Reviews:
Just bought myself an early Christmas present, the crosswave pro pet multi surface vac/mop. Really amazing how it cleans up, you see/feel/smell the difference instantly. I have health issues so sweeping/mopping is a challenge for me and i needed an easy option that worked. I have multiple cats and this is amazing with cat fur/dried up hairballs/cat litter etc, the fact that it separates all the icky stuff from the clean water makes the biggest difference…you will be in shock how much gets ckeaned up. Now this beautiful household tool needs care in between using it but i like the finished product so much i don't mind the clean up after and still easier then sweeping and mopping with way better results, plus i just put it up on my counter for easy access for the clean up. Tips: 1) don't use with a wet filter, always put a dry filter in. 2) get a baby tooth brush to get in small crevasse. 3) sweep out corners or hard to reach spots into where it can be vacuumed because this machine cant get to them. 4) i didn't get cordless because i don't want to deal with future batterie issues (not saying it happens but more likely then a cord) put top of cord on hook as you vacuum, easier to control cord dosen't get in your way. 5) clean spray holes if needed with paper clip. 6) make sure if you are dumping dirty water or cleaning off in the sink you have a drajn catcher because pet fur and gunk gets everywhere, you'll see as you are clean everything off and dumping water out, don'twant that going down your drain. 7) go slow when spraying the water, give wet vac mop a chance to do its thing. 8) make sure everything is dry b4 you put back together so no mold or smells start to happen. Like i mentioned, if you take care of this it will continue to take care of your floors and rugs. Ps: Not paid to write this, just a regular human. I paid for my crosswave and i really love it. Enjoy.Ddd
No love is as great as the first, as they say. I bought this last year but after taking it to a friends house and power washing and vacuuming their entire 2 bedroom apartment for 5 hours straight for 2 days in a row, i think i mightve found the breaking point of this product… Haha, so after it wouldnt turn on, i returned it. I ended up going through 3 other new vacuums and returned them all, only to repurchase this as the 5th one. As i mentioned in the previous review for the Bissell Proheat Duo Pet vacuum, this one here was the absolute perfect size for a 5'3 girl living in a small apt. Its great in smler spaces and even if the suction is not as powerful as the Proheat Duo vacuum, this one does a good enough job for the size and its ease of use cant be beat. Cleaning it is suuuuuuper easy, refilling the water is super easy, and all i gotta do is just press a maximum of 2 buttons. (Meanwhile the pro heat duo has me feeling like an airplane technician, after having to take out a bunch components to clean it which was NOT easy and having so many buttons!!!) Im a bit OCD with vacuuming my carpet all the time (every day) and im always very pleased with the carpet cleaning after i wash it. Overall its been the best model i have found for a Wet/Dry vacuum so i highly recommend if its for a 1 bedroom apt. My only gripes are that this is not easy to push!!! Also wish it could suction better when going BACKWARDS because it only suctions good moving forward but not if i pass over it backwards and if the suction would be stronger too. Otherwise, i love it!Carol
I have had my Crosswave Pro Pet floor cleaner for three years this month. I don't use it everyday, but do use it regularly. I have two dogs that run in and out all day long. We live on a farm so you can guess what they get in to. Like a previous review stated, at first the machine worked great then not so much. I have to change the roller at least twice, or more sometimes, and wipe off the bottom of the machine periodically to keep dirty water from streaking the floor. After I am finished I can wipe the floor with a clean damp paper towel and the towel is very dirty. The cleaner leaves a dull residue on the wood floors. I always vacuum first before cleaning the floor to prevent the dog hair from clogging up the works and to remove as much loose dirt as possible before using the Crosswave. I also take the machine apart and thoroughly clean every part when I am done. I have purchased new rollers and filters through the years and only use the Bissill cleaners in the machine. Today when I started to use the machine it would not turn on. I tried the trouble shooting suggestions, but it didn't help. I checked for a service provider within 30 miles of my home and there isn't one. I am very disappointed in the life span of the machine and the quality of the job it does. I purchased the machine because of a back issue. I can not mop the traditional way without being bed ridden for days afterwards. The only reason I gave this machine a two is because it was easy on my back to use. If your back will stand it I recommend sticking with the good ole mop and bucket!

Reviews:
We purchased the Shark corded stick model at Target a few years ago. At first it was great, and I recommend it for smaller houses or apartments since it's lightweight and small. It's powerful for its size. But it's not super durable. From what I've read, Shark doesn't make many replacement parts and there aren't many opportunities to repair their products. After about 2 years, several important parts were broken, including the hinge holding the dust cup together. We've been using packing tape to hold together the dust cup, and we have to cut off the tape to empty it and then re-tape it shut every time. Also the main little interior hose at the bottom that connects the head to the stick cracked wide open. The brush gets wrapped with long hair easily. The suction is pretty bad now, probably because of all these issues. Overall pros: It's great on wood floors, good on rugs, and works well while it lasts. Lightweight and easy to maneuver and carry up stairs. I like the attachments and they're easy to use. Long cord. Bagless is more environmentally friendly, although it's best to empty it into a plastic bag anyways. It's a good deal when it's on sale for $100. Overall cons: Doesn't stand up on its own. Cheaply made. The dust bin is really small. It's a hassle to empty the dust bin because you have to unplug the whole vacuum and carry the entire cord out to the trash can with you to empty the cup. Also, bagless vacuums just seem dirtier to me since the dust and hair isn't actually contained. It's always gross emptying it and trying to avoid the cloud of crap flying up at you. The filters need cleaned often.madhenry1
It is amazing honestly. We vacuumed our carpets with our old Shark right before we went to Target to look for a new one. We came home and vacuumed again over all of it. The canister filled up TWICE. I was mortified lol. This vacuum has powerful suction and harder tips on the roller that RAKE the carpet and get the film of dog hair out of my thick plush carpeting. I’m not lying. If I was unimpressed, I would tell you so! You DO have to empty the canister more than you would any other vacuum because it is small. If you are continuously vacuuming every room in your house and not emptying, you are going to put extra stress on the motor. It IS a stick vacuum. If you need heavy duty, 5-6 rooms at a time vacuuming, this isn’t your vacuum. I had to empty after EACH room because my vacuum obviously wasn’t doing its job. But I expect next time I won’t (I hope) because I will be pulling out the vacuum daily and keeping the dirt to a minimal in general. I really wanted cordless but my man insisted he didn’t want to deal with battery issues. I’ve never had a cordless and I just wanted one so bad. Cords irritate me and get in my way lol. But this purchase was good. So far I am very satisfied. I will definitely come back and redo my review if I feel like my opinion has changed in a couple months. I made a video to upload but it only allows photos. Sorry I can’t show you.Beachinnbum
I’ve had this vacuum for 4 years. Here are my thoughts: PROS 1. Good suction, still finds dust and dirt and pet hair 2. Lightweight and really low profile so you can vacuum under things easily 3. Price is amazing for the quality 4. No bags and all the filters I can clean out on my own and reuse. Huge cost and environmental savings. 5. Easy and fast detach / attach for getting corners and using the tools that come with it. 6. Dust bin opens easily and smart so I can hold it over the trash and won’t get dust everywhere. Less messy to empty than others. CONS 1. Corded 2. Hose broke down in head where it bends and flexes as you vacuum, I noticed it at year 3.5, so I had to replace that segment of hose (had holes/cracks in it). I purchased a hose at Home Depot and found some instructions online. Overall it was moderately hard to replace. 3. Suction does not adjust when you vacuum over rugs like the expensive name brand competitor so I have to stand on one end to hold the rug down due to the suction wanting to pickup the rug. 4. Doesn’t sit upright, must lean against a wall when it’s not hanging on the wall given it is too heavy. If you pause during vacuuming to pick something up etc. the thing may fall down while leaning against the wall. Takes a bit of experience to get the perfect, no-fall lean figured out.jessica.b

Reviews:
Ordered this bundle for such a great deal! Unfortunately, the item was delivered to the wrong address by FedEx. Totally not Hoover's fault. They re-shipped another bundle to me, and it worked out well the second time. I love these vacuums! They do a great job on our hardwoods and rugs and carpet. Our two year old loves to help vacuum too – that's how light the stick vacuum is! Being cordless is such a plus!!! Only wish that the batteries weren't so expensive, but that's not a huge deal. We purchased one extra battery just so both the handheld and stick have their own batteries. I will say that the handheld is far inferior to the stick, but it works for what we need (to do the stairs and our cars) – just have to go over the same areas multiple times, as the suction isn't stellar. I would recommend and purchase the stick vacuum again for sure… just probably not the handheld.Moon
I bought this cordless vac because I like any conveniences I can get when it comes to house work. I use my floor cleaners more often when cordless. I can glady skip wrapping/unwrapping, plugging/unplugging cords in and out of electrical outlets from room to room. I've been happy with this cordless since I got it last July (not quite one year old). It was an upgrade overall from what I had. However the hose got a hole in it not about 6-7 months in. Not from anything I could figure out. I duct taped it and after a second hole, I contacted the Manufacturer, since it's still within a 3 year warranty. They said the hose is not made anymore – already out of making the parts??? They will replace it — okay, — but I have to mail the whole vac back on my dime. They will pay for the shipment of the new unit. Which may be kinda fair, but it's too soon for this type of episode with a not quite a year old vacuum. Since the parts are not being made – there's no commitment to this product by the mfr. I did not buy at this store, but thought I would let someone know if considering — please don't do it.Chickee
I was going back and forth between this and the shark navigator cordless. They seemed pretty even on reviews. I mostly decided on this because it's was on sale on the Hoover website! I had to wait a little longer to get it then I would from other sites(about 5 days from the day I ordered it) but it was worth the price difference for sure. I was worried about it as I have 4 dogs. A great dane(high shedder short hair), a Mini Aussie( How shedder clumpy hair), a King Shepherd(high shedder clumpy long hair) and a Cheweenie(high shedder short hair. I also have a maine coon cat. So, I essentially have lots of hair everywhere, all the time. I do NOT know how this performs on carpers because I bought it for my wood floors( bathrooms(2), hallway, entryway, dining room, and kitchen.) So far it has worked great for me. I have had ZERO clog issues despite the amount of hair it has to pick up and I have been able to vacuum all the above mentioned rooms in one swoop without the battery going dead. It picks everything up easily. I actually accidentally sucked up a good size piece of paper today and really though it would cause my first clog, but atlas it didn't. So far this vacuum is performing perfectly for me. I think the only downside I can think of as of now is the fact that a replacement battery is 100$. However, there are off brand batteries other places that are compatible with this vacuum for half the price, and the reviews on them state that they actually work better than the original hoover battery… So, I will probably just go that route whenever I need a new battery. If you want a cordless for wood (or any non carpeted) floors, this one is definitely recommended. And it does hold up against that pet hair!Ameri5
11. Bissell Crosswave Cordless Max Multi-Surface Wet Dry Vacuum Cleaner

Product Details:
The bissell crosswave cordless max combines tasks, vacuuming and washing at the same time, so you save time. the 36v lithium-ion battery provides up to 30 minutes of cordless cleaning power, so you can move throughout your home without being tied to an outlet. its multi-surface cleaning capabilities let you switch from cleaning sealed hard floors to refreshing area rugs in an instant. the crosswave cordless max also features improved edge cleaning to clean messes like pet hair along baseboards and in corners. two-tank technology keeps clean and dirty water separate, so unlike mopping, only clean water and formula go on your floor. when youre finished cleaning, the crosswave cordless maxs self-cleaning cycle cleans the brush roll and inside of the crosswave, so theres less clean-up after cleaning.
Reviews:
This vac/mop has revolutionized my home cleaning. I hated mopping because I couldn't stand dealing with buckets and mops, and I didn't care for the wet pad type mops because the pads would fall off and I never felt like the floor was truly clean. The Bissell Crosswave Max is the best thing since the wheel. I am in love with this tool! It eliminates vacuuming and picks up hair, dust, and all manner of debris while simultaneously mopping and sucking dirty water up from the floor. The machine cleans its roller automatically, so you don't have to pull hair off of it like you do a vacuum. It has a separate reservoir for dirty water, so every drop that hits your floor starts out clean. The dirty water reservoir is simple to clean because it has filter that lifts out of the water, so you can dump hair and debris in the trash. Then pour the dirty water down the drain, rinse the reservoir and let dry. The machine is amazingly powerful for being cordless, and being cordless means well…being cordless!! No hassle. I use my Crosswave every day, and it is worth the price especially since it comes with extra rollers, several bottles of cleaning solution, and an extra filter. And Bissell customer service is topnotch. I had an issue with my original Crosswave, and customer service rectified it instantly on my very first phone call. I actually look forward to cleaning now. I am VERY happy with this product.
I purchased this vacuum back in May/June of 2021 and have had the last 6 months to really use this thing and put it to the test and honestly- I'm not impressed. I'm already way past the return window, so I just wanted to leave a review for others so people can know my personal experience. It doesn't have the suction to pull the cleaner/water out of any rugs or carpet I own. So, we are left with wet carpet for hours after using this. It also does not clean the floors properly with the brush. It's really just moving dirty water around while only sucking up a small fraction of what I have put down. There are dirty water streaks every time I use this to mop. When using the vacuum dry, the dust and hair clog up the filter within minutes and I have to empty it multiple times while vacuuming, even though the container itself is not nearly full. I have a long haired cat, and I myself have long hair. Neither of these things have agreed with this vacuum. If you have a cat and plan on vacuuming any cat litter with this- don't. It will become a large clay litter clump in the suction tube of the vacuum that you have to get out yourself. It will also leave nasty gray streaks of litter/water on the floor. Additionally, my fallen hair gets so tangled in the spinning brush that I have to cut it off. Honestly, that might not be avoidable or the fault of the vacuum. My hair also gets caught on the sides of the spinning brush and becomes an unmanageable mess that can't be removed. This was probably my worst "big purchase" of 2021. If I could return it, I would.CCurrie
I got the Crosswave Max as a splurge birthday present, but I do not like it at all. It is not convenient. Have to assemble before each use, fill with water and their solution (cannot use just water for brush head reasons), then after use have to run the brush clean function and disassemble and clean all the other parts and let them dry. So you need a dedicated area for all this, just like a full on carpet cleaner. In all that time it takes to assemble and clean up after, I can bend over and pick up or sweep up any of my toddler’s mess AND warm up and use my steam mop. Going back to the brush cleaning cycle, it does not do much to clean the brush. The brush remains dirty, discoloured, and unless you soak it in detergent for at least 30 minutes with a good rinse after (blue dish soap, or laundry soap, or their solution, etc), it will remain dirty and leaves a lot of streaks and milky film on the floor the next use. I have darker floors, so it looked disgusting after the wetness dried. I would have to use my steam mop after using the crosswave and the pad would be very gross after, but atleast the floors would finally look good. It’s also a slow machine to use. You basically wet the floor area going slowly so it’s evenly wet and then have to go over it several times to try to dry it as much as possible. You have to do this section by section. It would take much too long to do only my kitchen, where I could sweep or vacuum and mop it in half the time. This machine is a great idea in theory, but it is not convenient or efficient and left my floors dirtier than before using it. The company states the brushes need to be replaced after ten hours of use (I did not use it nearly that long and the brush heads were awful after a short time) and they are not cheap to replace. Also have to use their solution, again not cheap. For such an expensive device, it requires a lot of additional costs.Melissa O

Reviews:
The concept of this mop is excellent. In order to offer a thorough review I am going to break it down into cons and pros. Pros: 1. Dual tanks: As opposed to other mops, like the Spinwave mop, this mop comes with dual tanks. This idea is great because there is a tank with clean water continuosly providing water to the roller while the other tank collects the dirty water created as the mop cleans your floor. This is a major plus because you are no longer spreading the dirt all around your floors. 2. Three rollers: The fact that 3 rollers are included it makes it really easy to continue using this mop even if one roller is out of service because it's drying. 3. Light weight: The mop is light in weight and it's easy to maneuver throughout my hardwood floors. 4. Built-in Screen: It's nice to have a screen that displays the battery percent remaining as you mop the floors. As it goes down it kind of rushes you to finish the job. LOL 5. Mop and vacuum cleaner combined: This thing can mop and vacuum at the same time. It's great if you want to go straight into mopping without vacuuming. Down side to this is that you will have to clean the dirty water tank and it's not fun. Cons: 1. Price: At $400, I think this mop is too expensive. I was lucky enough to get it when it was on sale for a fraction of the cost. At the price point I bought it, it's a steal. 2. Edges cannot be mopped: This mop will not be able to mop the edges around your house due to how the mop was designed. It leaves about 1 cm or 2 of the hardwood unmopped. I haven't seen a real issue with this but I know some people get upset about this. I have a Roomba J7+ that vacuums the edges real well so I am not really worried about it. Plus, the edges do not get really dirty, it's not a high traffic area. 3. Small tanks: While the concept of dual tanks is awesome, their size is really not. If you are planning to mop around 1,500 Sq. Ft at a time you may have to refill the clean water tank and also discard the water in the dirty water tank at least once. 4. Cleaning the dirty water tank: This mop offers the dual feature of vacuuming and mopping all at once. It's great if you don't want to vacuum before mopping but just keep in mind that YOU will be the one responsible for cleaning the dirty water tank. The tank can get really nasty and you may not like what you see. Thankfully I have a Roomba and I always let it vacuum first before I mop. 5. Battery life: I put this as a con because the battery only lasts for about 35 minutes. If you are wanting to mop a house that is 2,500 Sq. Ft or higher you have to take a long break to let this thing charge again. I would definitely suggest this company to add a bigger battery or offer a fast charging station like Ego does. It would be nice to get back to cleaning within an hour as opposed to waiting for at least 5 full hours.Buenascompras
As someone who owns a home with mostly hardwood floors, small amounts of carpets, and a large number of rugs, I've definitely struggled to find the best and most versatile cleaning solutions. The Floor One S3 is the closest I've come yet to floor cleaning bliss. Things I liked about it: Tidy package with the dock, holds most of the parts and accessories, and you don't have to plug in to charge it, there are contacts in the dock that do this for you. Extra brush roller Self Cleaning mode when you dock Voice announcements for what it's doing as it cleans/changes modes iLoop tells you when it detects dirty floors Things I didn't like as much (Opportunities) HEAVY for it's size Battery life is shorter than expected for the size Auto Mode tends to use more water than I would expect Does this really need wifi? Clean water tank is even smaller/shorter use time than the battery life Doesn't sneak in under things as nimbly as you might hope Voice announcements will definitely need to be shut off, or at least reduced in volume This vac-mop is quite hefty for it's somewhat compact looking size, and is definitely bottom weighted design. The cleaning power and abilities are the best I've seen yet from a vac mop, and I have been zipping it out just to have the satisfaction of cleaning up a particular mess or dust bunny. On the flip side, I feel like I can watch the battery level drop by the second as I use it, and it doesn't quite do my entire main floor of hardwood/tile. The clean water tank seems like I'm constantly filling it. Reading the manual is NOT optional, as you need to know how often to manually clean what. The iLoop display is informative, and I found I was able to charge it up and start using it immediately. I love it, I'm not going back, also I'll keep waiting or the perfect solution, but until then, I'm using this one.dronedad
The Tineco = Floor One S3 Extreme Wet/Dry Hard Floor Cordless Vacuum impressed us both on its very first use. The assembly amounts to snapping the handle into place and putting the clean water tank into place. and that's it! The loop on the handle points forward and where you put it in the machine has a matching groove for the little protrusion on the handle bottom front side so you can't put it on wrong. Plug it in to charge up, add one capful of the enclosed Tineco cleaning/disinfecting solution and go read the book while it charges. It talks to you! Letting you know what its doing or that you need to do to it and its display ring turns from red to blue as to let you know the area that you are cleaning is clean. The voice assist can be turned off if not desired at the time or not desired at all. It's really lightweight and relatively quiet and on normal dirt and dust days it is even self – cleaning.! Just put it back in the charging base and hit the self – cleaning button and it cleans the roller for you. Of course you still have to dump and clean the dirty water tank and filter yourself. And speaking of dirty water we were very surprised at exactly how dirty the water was. I dry mop daily and wet mop when it needs it or at least every other week but the Tineco picked up so much more than that method. It left us with very clean, mopped and vacuumed and shiny vinal and sealed hardwood floors in the time it takes to vacuum only otherwise. Now after a big mess such as spaghetti'o's or something you may have to manually clean the tank and roller but that is an easy task as well. Personally we will generally clean up major messes with paper towels before attempting to use this or anything else before we had this. It can also be used in suction mode only where needed or required. It leaves us with beautifully clean floors and I am very glad to have it Two spare rollers and a spare filter were pack away in the box so be sure and check every piece of cardboard before throwing anything away.PapawJeff

The first point we we make is that most of the 'positive' reviews are from customers who have not owned one for very long! Wait a couple of years (i.e. until the 'guarantee' has run out!) then see how you feel about it! Like other customers we have read on here – and other review sites – ours starting playing up just after the 2 year guarantee had expired. And like many other 'negative' reviewers it was the 'trigger' that became temperamental at first and has now ceased working altogether – and the machine won't take a charge now either. We called the Support number to be advised that our only option was a replacement "main body assembly" at £85 – but we then got cut-off somehow, so I called back and went through the entire process again to be told that the part we need is not available in stock! But this time we were given another option – have the machine collected to be serviced and repaired as necessary by Dyson for £79 – plus any parts that would be required including the replacement main body assembly at £85! Utterly shameful! For £600 you expect to get something that will be robust and long-lasting. When Dyson were entirely "Made in Britain" they were excellent – but now they are absolute rubbish. This is the second we have had since they are no longer 'British Made' – the first was appalling and we were only drawn to this second one by the fact that we didn't find anything any better when we first looked around and by 'customer reviews' which we now understand are largely written by people who havn't owned one for long enough! Our 2 and a bit year old Dyson v11 is now consigned to 'landfill' (which in itself rankles and we are extremely disappointed about!) – we will take our time this time around to find something better and will NEVER buy a Dyson again!Chris
I have used the V11 for 6weeks. The suction power is very impressive. The suction is better than my corded Miele vacuum cleaner and it is much quieter and way lighter. It has removed far more dirt than the Miele which is only two years old. The V11 has brought vacuuming into the 21st century. The various attachments are easily attached and removed, the machine is light, steers easily over carpets and hard floors. The ‘boost’ setting has huge suction power, which I rarely need to use, the ‘auto’ and ‘economy’ settings are perfectly adequate for 99% of usage. I have a Labrador which moults continuously and the V11 picks up all the dogs hairs without any problem from both carpets and hard floors. The battery is currently more than adequate, I have not yet run it flat, using it in a 3 bed size house. Emptying the bin is very simple and works easily. The floor brush head keeps itself clean, I,e,there are no hairs wrapped around the roller and after 6 weeks it still looks like new. Dare I say it is a joy to use – even the kids are using it because it is so easy to operate !! I’m not impressed by many things and I’ve had Bosch and Miele vacuum cleaners which were both good but, this V11 out scores them hands down, no contest. I would happily go out selling the Dyson V11 as it is such a a convincing machine, I highly recommend it. ( And no, I am not a dyson employee!! ).Geoff
I had been holding off on buying a cordless vacuum for a few years now as I seriously doubted their ability to rival the power and usage time of a corded vacuum. However, since I took the plunge about two months ago and bought this shining machine from heaven, our (still awesome) 8-year-old corded Dyson hasn't left its closet. We vacuum a lot. We have three small-ish children, and I can't stand dirty floors. Before our familial cordless revolution, this meant after every spill/meal we had to drag a heavy vacuum out, unwrap, plug in (possibly in multiple locations), vacuum, unplug, wrap up, return heavy vacuum to closet. All this meant we were more likely to opt out of cleaning up due to the pure hassle. But no more! Now it as simple as: lift off charger, vacuum LITERALLY ANYWHERE YOU WANT, return to charger, job done. This has led to an all-around MUCH cleaner house; we even use this for dusting the ceiling and walls because it is SO convenient. But you might be thinking that I forgot about my reservations due to loss of power in a cordless vacuum, but no! I have not once found this vacuum to lack the power I needed for a specific task; it automatically adjusts itself to different floor types as you go, leaving not a speck of spilled flour, nor a crumb of toast on the floor once it is finished, on carpet or hardwood. This also means the battery lasts far longer than we have ever needed it to. When the vacuum is removed from the charger and the trigger is pulled, it gives a running estimate of how long your vacuum session can be sustained as you go based on the type of floor and what power setting you have it on. The power settings are Eco, Auto/Med, and Boost. Eco is great for vacuuming lighter weight floor mats as it isn't so powerful as to try to suck up the mat itself (the suction adjustment on the cleaner head can also help fine tune for such mats). Auto/Med is great for just about everything else, it can easily go directly from the carpeted office, to the tile entryway, to the hardwood dining room, and it quickly adjusts itself appropriately. Boost is very handy for vacuuming a single medium sized room (maybe more depending on how you vacuum) very thoroughly, or for quick jobs in the car (also GREAT for those with kids). I have only had to use the Boost power setting a few times so far, and the countdown usually tells me I have about 12 minutes runtime when I begin. I have not yet run out of power on any job, and only drained it down to about 20% once on a particularly intense automotive cleanup. Obviously, this is not meant to last a full interior detail of a car while on Boost, but that's why we still have the corded vacuum for those occasional deep-cleaning-for-hours jobs, but in all other cases, this gem takes the cake! The included tools are sturdy and useful as well, we use the crevasse, stiff brush, and the mini motorized head most frequently. The only shortcoming is the lack of a flexible hose, but that can be easily remedied for a reasonable price as it is sold separately. Also, you may find it useful to purchase expansion pieces for storing the tools, the charger and vacuum only come with space to store four tools, and the Torque Drive we received included five and we added the hose as well, making six. Overall, we could not be happier with the purchase! Yes, it was expensive, but man! It is worth every penny!

This is a great concept but a failure at both being a wet jet and a vacuum. First, it didn't come with any accessories, it is only meant to clean floors. No attachments for stairs, couches, drapes etc. The only time a light comes on is when the trigger is pulled for the wet jet so you can't see going under furniture, which is difficult anyways because this vacuum doesn't lay flat. The wet jets don't spray evenly so there are constantly lines on the floor. The rollers stay wet so dirt and grime cling to them and when you go onto your rugs the dirt and dust transfer into the rugs. Just gross. For those with cats, litter touches the wet rollers and turn to wet clay and clog the system. The vacuum portion isn't really strong enough to suction litter out of tile grout. Just leaves it there wet. I had cut my hair and tried to vacuum up the little pieces left behind but the vacuum failed. It suctioned up some and then I'd move the vacuum forward and they'd all fall out. Emptying the dirt container is made more difficult because of the wetness. Dirt, dust, hair, fur, litter is now all wet and glued together and didn't empty when tilted over a garbage can. Plus the container itself has so many grooves and pieces for stuff to stuck to. Really, really gross. It's not a wet jet and not a vacuum. Needs workMandee
Great product! I wish I would have bought it sooner! Alot of the negative reviews read simular to complaining that a walk behind/push mower won't effectively mow through 2 ft. high thick grass without stopping or complaining that the dishwash didn't remove/clean the queso from
your crock pot that was left on for 3 hours… com'on!? That being said, you will have to vaccum/sweep up prior to using, especially if you have dogs that shed or alot of debris as it does not function as a HEAVY DUTY vaccum (this isnt a shop vac) nor is it a rug doctor/deep carpet cleaner either. Its very easy to use and makes cleaning bare floors nearly painless! I have 2 large dogs & 3 childern, so I "pre" vacuum before using every time. (Just like scrubbing the caked on queso) only if you have a Rumba type machine and use the Crosswave after it's done most of the debris clean up, you dont even hVe to. It's amazing. The frequently mentioned "clean up" after using is comical, ITS NOT THAT HARD OR MUCH MORE WORK! As you would ring out a mop or rinse the bucket post cleaning… same concept, only on a much smaller, less messy scale. You will have to let the filter dry before using, but you can purchase additional filters for next to nothing online (6 for 12 bucks). If you're looking for an easy, convenient, hardfloor cleaning you won't regret it!Sarah Laper

First, it does work well. Easy to put together and operate. I like running the wet function across the entire floor and then wait the 5 minute like it says in the instructions before going back and drying vs. going right back over the wet floor to dry immediately. By the time I wet clean the whole floor, it's time to go back and suck up the water anyway. I like how you can switch from hardwood to rug function easily. After I was finished cleaning the floors, it was easy to disassemble and clean. I was amazed at how dirty the water was and how much hair came out. I don't have a pet but I have long hair and there was a big ball of it in there. Here are the minor drawbacks: 1. Be sure to vacuum with a vacuum cleaner first. (Gasp!) Yes, you should do that to pick up any loose dirt, hair, etc. I vacuumed on Friday and got this on Sunday, so I went straight to using it vs running the sweeper. Even though it had only been 2 days, my hair was still wrapped around the brush. So when I cleaned the brush, I spent some time pulling my hair off that was wrapped around it. It wasn't much, but enough for me to kick myself for not vacuuming first with a vacuum cleaner again. 2. It is fairly easy to clean on the stairs but I wish there was a smaller attachment to clean them and go around the edges of the room or a small area rug (I wrestled with the small rug and crosswave). Like others pointed out, there's a small gap between the cleaner and wall. Would be nice to have something to run along there or other small areas to clean. Overall, it is worth the purchase. But remember to clean it afterwards like the instructions say. And if you're not going to take the time to run a vacuum regularly or right before using the crosswave and clean the crosswave after you use it, then this probably isn't for you. It will likely clog and break.

Shark Rotator Powered Lift-Away Upright Vacuum This is a really nice general purpose vacuum. It is relatively quiet, has good suction and is versatile in terms of configurations for various uses. Assembly was pretty simple. There are just a few parts and they snap together easily without any tools. In the “normal” upright configuration, the vacuum is easy to navigate on wood/tile floors or carpet. The rotator brush and suction seem to do well. We picked up quite of bit of dirt and lint in the dirt bin during our test even though it had not been that long since we last vacuumed. The brush head pivots when you rotate your wrist from side to side which makes maneuvering around objects a breeze. The power unit can quickly be lifted off so the wand and brush head can easily slide under beds. You can then also pop off he rotator brush head and attach the crevice tool or small brush to reach high on a wall or in a hard to reach spot behind a piece of furniture or appliance. The cord is of ample length to cover an average size room without constantly moving to a different outlet. The dust bin is very easy to empty. Just be sure not to push the button to open the bin until you have it over a trash can. I made that mistake and had the opportunity to test the vacuum again!AncientGeek
I should state upfront that I received the Shark – Rotator Powered Lift-Away Deluxe Bagless 3-in-1 Upright Vacuum model NV751 for purposes of providing an honest and unbiased review. In many ways, the NV751 is a good vacuum. I think Shark is a good, reliable brand. Perhaps my own critiques of the vacuum are more nitpicks, but I expected a bit more from the vacuum in terms of features and accessories. It's a good vacuum, and I recommend it. But, some of the design decisions seem a bit questionable and I would have loved an easier way to clean the roller. Still, it's a powerful vacuum and the ability to switch from upright to above floor mode to powered lift-away with just a few clicks, make the device super convenient. Set-up: As an upright vacuum, the Powered Lift-Away Upright stands nearly 4 feet tall. The power cord reaches around 24 feet. The vacuum never felt too heavy to me, but even I can admit it isn't the lightest vacuum in the world. Power button and changes in floor type are set from the handle. Assembly from box to working vacuum shouldn't take more than a few minutes. There are a lot of buttons and latches on the device. It may take a bit to orientate yourself to which button does what, but it seemed pretty intuitive to me and my wife. With the exception of the roller, maintenance was pretty straight forward. Pros: Powerful. The vacuum has some power to it. It picked up debris missed by other vacuums. The swivel head is, as always with Shark vacuums, great. I really appreciate the HEPA Seal. The included lights on the handle and the motorized head, are also a nice touch. Cons: The motorized head accumulates hair. There's just no way around it. And it's not super easy to get to that head unit for cleaning. You have to flip the head unit upside down, remove a panel with either coins or a flathead screw driver (I recommend the coins), and then remove any hair with a straight edge or a pair of scissors. It's a clunky process and is easily my least favorite thing about the vacuum. Then there are the accessories. It comes with a pet attachment and a 12" crevice tool. I feel like that's the bare minimum and I would expect those with any vacuum. The attachments are supposed to be stored on the back of the vacuum, but in my experience, the pet multi-tool got in the way of wrapping the power cord. I have to take that attachment off every time I want to spool or unspool the power cord. Speaking of attachments, Shark has a lot of them on their website. There's home and car detail kit, dusting attachments, hard floor attachments, and the powered pet brush. I wish more attachments had come standard, but it's nice there are options that can be purchased separately. Conclusion: Nitpicks aside, I have enjoyed the Rotator Powered Lift-Away Deluxe Bagless 3-in-1 Upright Vacuum. I wish more accessories came included, but what's here works pretty well.RedScorpion
This is an “upgraded” model, but in my opinion, it’s so much worse! No doubt that the suction power is fabulous. My issues are: 1. They removed the suction control slider that let you control the level of suction for area rugs, carpet height, etc. This model only gives you two options – regular/carpet and high pile carpet/area rugs. I’ve found that I am unable to vacuum two of my area rugs because the suction is too strong and it was to suck up the rugs and the vacuum stops because it detects something stuck in the brush. 2. My previous model made it super easy to get to the brush. Two button on the top of the vacuum near the brush would pop open like a lid and I could take the brush roller out to clean it off. This model has no such thing. I have to flip the entire vacuum over to get to the brush and it does not come out. 3. My previous one came with the following attachments: – hard floor attachment – upholstery attachment – skinny crevice attachment – brush attachment that spins when attached, which can be used to clean stairs, upholstery, vehicle carpeting, etc. This model only comes with: – upholstery attachment – skinny crevice attachment 4. The previous model worked decently well on hard floors without the hard floor attachment. This model literally will not pick up anything smaller than a dime on hard floors without the hard floor attachment tool, which this DOES NOT COME WITH. You have to purchase it separately. The only thing that has been improved in my opinion is that a light has been added to the handheld hose. Sharks are great vacuums, but this model is awful. I do not recommend at all!!Midge

Thin, delicate plastic that makes you realize quick why its' so lightweight. (Not a good thing). Worked well for a couple weeks but now it requires going super slow or doing x2 vacuuming to get the same results. (A vacuumed floor). All in all, a regrettable purchase. I'd suggest not buying the Dirt Devil brand period. I've learnt my lesson.Joshua
Spouse bought it. I usually check out reviews before purchasing. It worked well, we had been using Roomba. It picked up a LOT of dog hair from carpet. I found the cord long enough for our rooms..any longer and I would trip over. Personally I found it very loud and will use sponge earplugs. Looking at instruction booklet, not looking forward to having to clean the Cyclonic Assembly and the Exhaust Filter…but havent bought new vacuum for a while maybe they all have this now? … just cleaning the floors and emptying bin was my focus. Now have to keep an eye on 2 filters and clean them? I like to see what it has picked up in the clear container bin tho.Little Pud
I bought this online which was probably my first mistake because I couldn’t see in person how crappy it is. It does suction fairly well and it’s very light, but the good stuff stops there. The cord is so short that I can’t even vacuum an entire room without having to unplug it twice (and I don’t have huge rooms). The hose is horrible. It’s awkward and short, so you’re tugging on it the entire time you’re using it. I have hardwood floors, 2 teenagers and 2 dogs, so we use the hose on a vacuum daily. The brush is not angled so unless you hold it directly over something, it won’t pick it up. Why is the brush attached to the crevice tool? This is stupid. I can’t seem to separate them. Why is there an opening in the handle that looks like the hose should fit into it? The manual doesn’t explain this. Oh and the handle came off while I was vacuuming. I already got rid of the box but I wish I could return it because I absolutely HATE it. The 2 stars are only for the lightness and suction power. Huge disappointment.Season

PROS: easy to empty-easy to carry-uses standard 1.25 inch diameter attachments-versatile-uses same battery as my other dewalt tools-good suction for a hand held vacuum-decent battery run time CONS: does not come with any attachments-No on-board tool storage-no blower option like many shop vacs have-exhaust blows out the sides and often blows around the stuff you are trying to vacuum up( found a remedy for this on e bay)-on/off switch is in a goofy spot and sometimes gets bumped while vacuuming OVERALL, this is a nice little vacuum for around the house quick cleanups and will be nice for the camper too. More than likely, I would purchase another one. Its definitely better than my wifes dust buster!cpsummitx
For times when I don't want to lug out my large shop vac for quick clean ups, and even liquid spills, this cordless DeWalt vacuum is fantastic. It's got enough power to do the intended work, and the design makes it simple to just grab, snap on a battery, and use. Being able to detach the hose to get into smaller spots, is a bonus, so I can do a quick vac of my cars or get between cabinets in the garage. I also love that it's a wet vac. When household spills happen I can spray some cleaner scrub the area, and suck up the mess with this right away. It's quick and easy to empty the bin, just one quick latch, brush off the filter dump it out and back ready to work it is. If you need a BIG capacity vacuum, get one, but this one has been great for most messes and quick pickups I've done. Run time depends on which DeWalt battery you use, I have different ones from 2ah to 6ah, and I've never had to swap a battery yet during use. I just Love Vacuums ! And this portable 20volt max DeWalt vacuum, just makes me smile from ear to ear.jamesisit
It could have more power, maybe there will be an XR version eventually. It's very portable and it's great that the hose comes off the end if need be. It's perfect for a vehicle or around the house sucking up stuff you don't want in your household vacuum. Even a 2 AH battery does well enough on the unit. It's perfect for cleaning up kid messes in the truck. If you need more options there is a cube style one on the market.Jeremie

This is an extremely lightweight machine. Not just in actual weight, but in the job it does. The motor is not powerful, the spinner is not fast. You do NOT save time using this over mopping. You must go SLOOW, back and forth, several times, over each area on even the lightest of soiled flooring. You must clean as instructed, the spinner, screens, and filter after only a few minutes of use or it will stop working completely. It doesn't do well on tile unless there are nearly flat grout lines. What is it good for? Linoleum, very lightly soiled. Probably to have it charged and ready for a small spill in the kitchen while cooking, then set it aside and know you WILL have to disassemble and clean it before you use it again, even after only a minute or two of use. For $99 it is not worth it. This should be a $39 dollar machine tops.Cutlass275
This thing is terrible. I wanted a shark cross wave but they’re expensive. I looked through the description and the reviews and thought this may be a less expensive alternative. You get what you pay for. We use it 2 X on hardwood floors. We don’t have carpets. The cleaner started spitting out nasty, dirty, smelly water all over the place. It left my house smelling like a septic tank. Yes, we have a puppy that has accidents and we used it to clean up. Aren’t these things designed to clean up messes? We have disassembled it just like the directions instructed. We cleaned every item that was disassembled with soap and water and even a tiny bit of bleach on the roller. We put it back together, turned it on and once again it starting spitting out sewage water. I haven’t touched it since. I was just going to eat the price and use the swifter but the more I thought about it. No, I’m sick of buying things that work maybe once then I end up with expensive junk I’m never going to use. I want my money back or a replacement.rehnee
So i bought this yesterday i been eyeing this mop for awhile and read alot of reviews. I was so excited to finally get it as the reveiw were so great. I been useing a reuseable spray mop so wanted to up grade as the mop head gets dirty so quick as a single mom i wanted something more convenient but that is not what i got. I was so disappointed in this mop vacuum. I have real hardwood floor and laminate in my kitchen. This did not clean i had dirty spots on my floor that my mop would have got in 2 seconds. But this thing did not clean and at first im like i must be doing something wrong so i read the book with it like 5 times going yes im doing it right. At first the floor wasnt even getting wet but after holding the button down felt like forever it finally got wet. I had to go over spots so many time for it to even get clean. Went to clean my kitchen and that was even worst i kept going over a spot over and over and nothing. So i got out my spot mop sprayed it with just water and it came up as soon as i went over it. So it wasnt a hard spot to clean but the vacuum did not clean it. only good part of the vacuum is that it sucks up the water nice and leaves your floor pretty much dry. It didnt leave streaks but the worst thing of it is when you turn it on its so powerful that it moves the vacuum forward so hard that your fighting it to go backward to suck up the water. For $200 this is not worth it at all my $30 stray mop does so much better ( but hate that it leaves my floors so wet). Oh also this doesnt not get your floor wet or clean a inch away from the wall or your rugs so couldnt get on the side of floors clean.Amber

Reviews:
The CrossWave X7 Cordless Pet Pro it is perfect for everyday messes and though ones too. Being a mom of 2 toddlers and dog mom of 2 dogs having a wet and dry vacuum takes a load of my shoulders saving me from the need of having too many gadgets for cleaning. Vacuum comes with a wet and dry function that helps through deep clean and also on the spot dirt. Bissel products has a differential in their vacuum by adding LED lights which is a big plus helping to find fur and other debris otherwise not visible without it. The CrossWave has 3 functions: Hardwood floor, Small rug area and Pet turbo clean. So it can be use anywhere in the house. I had the chance to use the 3 of them and could see the difference in cleaning, as well helping to save battery life. Now talking a bit more about the wet function, the ergonomic handle has a trigger that when pressed sprays water helping to clean even more of your house and can be used on all 3 modes mentioned before. The assembly was easy and although the first couple times I had look back at the manual, eventually I got the hand of it. The product isn't very light, but the wheels helps to maneuver with ease. Cleaning the parts was very surprising for me, as I confess I'm not the kind of person who does maintenance o in vacuum, because most of the times it is difficult to take apart, but not with the CrossWave, everything is so easy to clean and take apart that it became natural to do so after each cleaning. Another shout out is for the auto clean function which helps with better functionality eliminating any dirt that might be trapped in the tube. The box comes with two brushes and two cleaning solution, which is necessary for effective cleaning. Last but not least, different from other vacuum that the base charger needs to be mounted on the wall this one does not which simplifies my busy life. I received this wet-dry vacuum from the Stellar Product Testing Panel.
As a mom of three, and dog owner, I was absolutely ecstatic to learn I was selected to review the CrossWave X7 Cordless Pet Pro vacuum through the Stellar Review Testing Panel. Everyday messes are definitely a regular occurrence in our home, and I'm usually left with three options: Lug out the large vacuum, and haul it from room-to-room, changing outlets every few minutes; hunch over with my dust-buster for 20 minutes (which is not kind to my neck and back); or leave the mess until later. As a neat-freak, the latter of the options is never my favorite, and I'm generally left either killing 20-30 minutes when I could be doing something more productive on top of becoming frustrated and left with a stiff neck. So, needless to say, when the option for a cordless stick vacuum (dedicated towards pets and kids), I was like a kid at Christmas. I love this product! The three settings make it easy to switch between our hardwood floors, area rugs, and there's a turbo setting that is great at getting those stubborn areas that can really use some extra attention. The product is lightweight, holds a charge (I can vacuum our entire home easily on one charge), and I've found it's a great alternative to throwing my rugs in the washing machine. We have quite a few area rugs throughout our home (all washable due to kids / pets), which is great – but they are a hassle to wash / dry, lay down properly after-the-fact. With the wet / dry function on the CrossWave, I can literally run the vacuum over my area rugs for 1-2 minutes, and when done, they look like they've just been washed. Pet hair, cereal, everyday messes are easy to clean up, and the product is easy to charge / set-up and use. If I had to review any negatives, it would be two features. First, hard to reach places (under furniture, and particularly stairs), aren't the easiest to clean. Second, the instructions point out to clean after every use (highly recommend or I've found there is an odor with use).designgal78
Just to start off this is a fantastic product. We bought some appliances so we got $400 best buy gift cards and i had a $55 certificate from best buy(which the online guy that was supposed to help us never applied still a lottle mad about that and its expired now but whatever). Did some research it was between this and the Tineco floor one S5 but we ended going with this because we do have a few rooms with carpets. The pros: .It can clean our house (roughly 2,000 sq ft) on one charge. .That turbo mode is WOW!! .Easy to maintain and clean .Very lightweight .it makes cleaning so much faster The cons: .Maybe its the formula we are using but it is extremely soapy but started using less and it works much better. .it doesnt get the carpets the best( we know ots for area rugs) but on turbo mode it will do a room full of carpet just wont pick up too much of the water but man does it pock up some stuff! .the dirty tank gets full quick The 4 star is mainly for the price of it it is a lot of money for what you get, but honestly we have no Rugrets not even one letter! We are going to order the brush specifically made for carpets and try that out and see how that works and also some little tips. . Run the clean cycle after every use . After you are done cleaning and ran the cycle and cleaned your equipment take off the roller and put it in the holder to let it dry .once a week (i tried doing it every day but its too much) do a nice deep clean of your machine if you take care of it, it will take care of you.Ivan
