My absolute favorite curling wand. I have the 1inch and the ¹/2 – 1 inch curling wands. They heat up and cool down really fast. Easy to use. Gives my hair bounce and volume. I love that it comes with a glove so you do not burn your fingers and it works very well. I have had mine for over a year and gifted my 15 year old niece one for Christmas after she kept asking me how I did my hair and styling her hair with mine she fell in love! Very affordably priced with amazing results. I also really like how the base where the cord goes swivels so the cord does not get tangled around you while using!tiffany.s

Now I am more of a straight hair girl, I always flat iron my hair but of course with how long my hair is, it can take a while. But then for Christmas I was gifted with the hot brush from the brand BedHead from my cousin and that cut the time in half for me to blow dry and straightening my hair and it was freaking' amazing! Now I was in the store and I wanted to try this to kind of spruce things up with my hair and I was kind of hesitant because of the mixed reviews…but after trying it out, OMG!!!!!! I LOVED IT! For a first timer using a curling iron, I fell in love with it. It heats up fast and depending on the kind of hair you have, honestly, you only need about 3-5 seconds to get that right curl for you! The Bed Head Curling Wand is my first curling wand that I have ever tried. Before, I just used a regular curling iron that I wrap my hair around but this is a pretty great curling wand! This is a great wand that heats up to 400 degrees (F) to ensure heating and holding power. I was very curious about that because my hair has a tendency to lose the curl quickly and it requires higher heating temperatures to ensure that it keeps. Now, that is not obviously shown but just given an easy to use on/off button. This is a large barrel 1 ½” that is clamp free but does come with a stand. Not only that, I was extremely grateful that this came with a protective glove to keep me from getting burned! I did unfortunately get my hair cut this past week to about right at my shoulders whereas it was quite a bit longer before my trim and now it is not the best size for my hair length. I could get a few strands wrapped around it, though, and the curl turned out so cute! I know it is weird but I even noticed that the cord was good quality to where I felt like it would not get ripped or easily messed up. It has a Velcro piece that you can keep the cord together easier with. It really heats up quite easily and thoroughly throughout the barrel. My boyfriend got me this for my birthday. Love the wand. High quality. Works well. Leaves my hair feeling soft and smooth. Curls stay all day. Love that you can adjust the temperature and change out the attachments. Comes with a glove and a thermal carrying case. Really good deal! I only ever use 2 of the attachments though so it is kind of a waste. Even still, we probably would've spent more money buying 2 separate wands than we spent on this set!destiny.f

I love my Foxybae 7 in one Curling wand set! I have looked for many years to find a curling product to curl my stubborn long hair and then along comes Foxybae. I absolutely love this wand!!! I have never been able to curl my own hair until I used this wand. I have a long bob but have THICK THICK hair!! This makes curling my hair so much fun, so simple and a lot faster than a normal curling iron. My husband has had to help me with a few pieces in the back and he loves to use it on my hair. He even said how simple it is to use. I love all the different barrel choices. My previous wand was really wide at the bottom and narrow at the top making it hard for the curls to look right. First of all, the wand I bought was clearly used. There was a dark hair inside of it that was immediately visible the second I opened it. The handles were also dirty and there was a smudge of what looked like mascara on the barrel. I wiped it down and tried to use it but it did absolutely nothing to my hair. Any waves it gave me fell right out. I’ll be returning it and trying a large barrel curling iron instead to achieve the waves I want. Do not recommend!!LS

I wanted to love this wand, but it’s horrible. I wish I would have read the reviews a little deeper before purchasing. I have short hair, and I have a lot of it, but it’s very fine. Even on the highest setting (holding it in my hair until a sizzle) this thing didn’t give me one single curl. I do not understand. I just bought this last week. It was $70. It is the 1 inch barrel model. The pivoting feature makes it super easy to curl your entire head from front to back. It gives you the results of the trendy beachy waves that all the it girls with long layers are wearing. It is professional quality for sure. Even the box and packaging are fancy. It is a wand so it doesn't have a clip like a traditional curling iron of the past. The curling wand is the hair tool of now and of the future. My hair held the style all day long until I showered. I was not sure when i purchase it tbh, but once i tried it i love it, it has 6 interchangeable barrels which in my opinion is too much, some of them are very similar but for the price i think is great choice!!! I love this curling wand set! It's very effective and takes about 10-15 minutes to do a full set of hair. I am a first time user but i Love it! I would probably use a bit of hairspray fo make the curls hold. If i could improve it id probably add more heat settings too!cadence.w

I have long, layered hair so I need a styling iron that will work for different lengths and this one does it. The top of my hair is shorter and this is where I need lift and I like the rest of my hair in beach waves. I have purchased so many styling irons from QVC that do not work as demonstrated or quit working after 6 months. You can see the difference in the quality right away and the 4 heat settings and dual voltage really sealed the deal for me. The only issue I have is being sure my hair is inserted properly so I do need my glasses on or I end up with no hair inside the clamp.Sicilian

This curler has been such a delight! First off, it's a stunning lavender and rose gold with LED settings – it looks more expensive than it actually is! The box comes with a USB cable but you'll need a power adaptor (I used the one for my phone). It charges quickly enough and stops blinking to let you know it is done. Once charged, the curling iron is extremely intuitive to use and I love that you have the option of the clamp. No issues whatsoever in curling, and I'm SO happy to report that my hair did not get stuck in the curler at any point (this has been an annoying problem with some curling irons). The best part is absolutely the lack of a cord – I liked this design from day one, but in practice? It's as though this curling iron removes a nuisance that I've always just accepted with other curlers. With this, I never have to reposition my wrists, I never have to think about a cord – I can just curl! It's really a brilliant design, and I can imagine it would be SO helpful for beginners (no cord = one less thing to deal with). I received this curler complimentary for testing purposes and honestly I could not have been more happy with it. My curls came out amazing and my hair looks smooth. My only con would be that the cord is not as long as I would like it to be. I am the type of person who loves to walk around my room while doing my hair and I mean it's long enough to move and it's not uncomfortable, however I would have liked the cord to be a bit longer. I do feel that the rainbow titanium curler heated up really fast so watch out! I was barely turning it on and I was surprised at how fast it was ready to use! I do not mind having the burning knob for the curler since it does say that 400 is the highest setting, you can figure out where you should be placing the heat setting. Before I received this wand I was using an old Remington tapered curling wand that I've had for at least 8 years. I have naturally frizzy hair but get a perm to make it manageable, and use a curling wand to touch up or perfect my curls. I like how quickly this heats up and it works very well. I find the "rainbow titanium" to be pretty gimmicky though, since I really don't think it does anything that different. It doesn't work in extreme humidity – something I've had to deal with since NJ is pretty much a swamp, so my hair has been sad. However it does not burn my hair or make it frizzy, it does a good job of styling and the larger barrel size makes fore great curls. I'd recommend this if you're in the market for a good wand, but if you've already found your holy grail wand, I'd pass. I received this product complimentary to review and test.Sarah

So I bought this off of Amazon because I wanted to try a bigger curling rod. Needless to say I was disappointed. The heat level only goes up to 20 I honestly don’t think it gets that hot. It really didn’t do anything for my fine thin hair. It was $18….So I wasn’t too upset but really hoped it would have curled better. I guess you get what you pay for.🤷🏻‍♀️shellie.p

This is the best purchase I have made for my hair! I have no experience with hair styling, never had luck with curling irons but just out of the box I gave myself beautiful beachy waves in 5 minutes. My hair naturally has an inconsistent curl pattern with some straight pieces so I've spent so much time flat ironing it over the years but with this I can quickly ehance the look of my natural waves. if you're thinking about getting this, do it! You won't regret it. as for the button placement I haven't had issues like others have but you can hold it down to lock the heat setting. I bought this set since I have long hair and only own 1 curling iron my whole life. The set is exactly as described and perform very well. The case is a little small so it’s tricky putting the wands in and taking them out. The hair clippers are loose and dont hold up my hair very well but I don’t use them often. I have tried so many brands of curling irons and wands. The majority of them felt cheap or that they were burning my hair. I have fine hair that doesn't hold a curl very easily. I saw a ton of great reviews on this and decided to give it a try. I have had the same GHD teal straightener for over 10 years that still works great so it was a no brainer to try out this from the same brand. I absolutely love it!! The coating of the wand actually feels like my hair is being protected from severe damage. It provides such a great curl, even after letting my hair cool and then brushing it out. Not only that, the curl lasts for a few days (which is very rare for fine hair). I absolutely love it and would recommend this to anyone that hasn't fallen in love with a curling wand yet. I own a lot of curling wands/tongs (of different price ranges) but I never found the perfect wave and I tend to put the tongs in a drawer and continue to use my straighteners to curl my hair. I swithered for ages on whether to buy this wand and after reading lots of reviews and watching YouTube tutorials, finally purchased them. They DO give the perfect wave but I found them tricky to use without burning myself, even when using the glove supplied however, this was only difficult because my hair is shorter so I will use straighteners to curl the underneath shorter layer then the ghd wand on the rest of hair. I can see it's a case of practice so I will continue to use them as the wave is lovely and soft and it held in my hair. Much nicer than the straightener curl.Ail74

This works very well. I have long, thick hair but fine texture. I roll the back of my hair 15 seconds max. I wrap twice, count to 10, then roll to the ends for an additional 5. The front of my hair needs less time, 10 seconds max, with the ends only getting a couple of seconds. I used a Sedu clip less curler for years until the cord loosened and it won’t stay on. This is an upgrade from that, by far. I’ve wasted money on three other clipless irons over the years that didn’t work at all. This is by far a superior product. So I recently did a big chop and I was going for a short wavy look. I purchased this curling iron and it works okay. I have naturally 3a hair type and this just did not get hot enough for my hair. The idea was their but just didn’t heat enough for the curl to hold without a lot of hair spray. I am giving this 3 stars because I think it would be perfect for someone who doesn’t require a lot of heat but myself 1 star unfortunately. It also has a clamp which I like unlike the stupid curling wandscicily.e

Beachwaver 3b triple barrel waver is amazing! I've seen it used on long curly to start hair and my own short flat hair and it is amazing! Super easy to use. Holy smokes does this thing curl! I've been staying away from T3 products because years ago Id purchased the flat iron and blow dryer and both were horrible! I couldn't give those things away. Fast forward to now and I needed a 1.5 " curling iron which GHD does not sell. I've had this for over a week and i literally have not used my GHD curling wand, flat iron or 1.25 curling iron. Why? Because this rivals GHD and my curls are smooth and effortless. Now with that being said, the curls do not last until the next morning, but they never did on my thick coarse wavy hair anyway. Another plus is that if I don't have time to curl my hair, I can just run it thru with a slight uplifting curl at the bottom. Looks super cute. I'm impressed.Fresca

I really love how the 1.25 barrel can create texture and volume with my long hair. This iron does a nice job making an effortless wavy look. The long barrel allows me to wrap my entire hair length to evenly distribute heat. I found my hair to glide smoothly across the surface of the barrel. I appreciate the 5 heat settings especially as I like to use lower heat with my finer hair around my face and higher heat with my courser hair in the back. Love that you can get curls/waves with one pass. I also really appreciate the swivel cord and 1 hour auto shut off. I did have a little difficulty curling the back of my head and wish the iron was a little lighter, but overall it’s one of the better ones I’ve tried.Bunnybutt531

I love this curling Iron because it has 5 settings and a long barrel, and the barrel is 1.25 inches. It's so pretty and it makes my hair look so nice. The curls last longer than my last iron. One pass was a 24-hour hold. It created big Curls and waves. This is the best curling iron I've ever owned! I cut the time it used to take to curl my hair down to 5 minutes where is used to take over 15! This curling iron holds curls like no other! I was so excited to use curling iron, and even more excited as soon as I opened the box. You can see and feel the quality right away. I love the sleek, modern design, and how it’s lightweight, but still solid. I’ve had irons before that were too light and would slide all over the counter when I put them down, but the Soft Curl has enough weight that it stays right where I put it. That’s really important because this iron heats up SUPER fast (which I love) and is very hot. Any new tool takes a little time to get used to, and like I said, it heats up fast, so I definitely recommend practicing styling your hair with a cool iron before turning it on. Also, there’s just a little bit of texture to the barrel of the iron (which gives it a really nice matte look) but l also think it gives the barrel a little bit of grip while still allowing your hair to glide around the iron without any tugging or snagging. And finally, the result. I got exactly what I wanted from this (perfectly named) iron. Big, beautiful, soft curls. I really liked this curler. Curls are long lasting. The curler heats up fairly quickly in under 8 seconds. I like the shape the curler has on the end because it makes it easy to hold and that part doesn’t get hot. You can use this curler many different ways. My favorite way to use it is mostly like a wand but with the tong to hold the hair into place. The width of the wand is perfect for looser or bigger curls. It does take a few minutes to cool so I’d be careful with it after unplugging it. It’s also pretty easy to hold and not heavy. I found it easy to use and was able to quickly style my hair because of how well it heats.Bonnie M

Overall a good product. Wanted to invest in a quality product that isn't damaging for the hair. Does what it's suppose to do which is gives you long lasting curls. One thing to note that it is VERY hot, and it's not adjustable. I have normal to thin stand hair and i think the heat is way too strong for my hair type, I don't even leave the curl on the tong for the recommended time. The barrel isn't every smooth when gliding your hair through, you have to open the clamp to release the hair which is abit annoying if you have long hair. Because of the friction its harder to use in my experience compared to other curlers.. burnt myself the first time too.. you definitely need a technique whilst using this because it is way to hot and I can't leave my hair on the barrel for long and need to move really quickly. If I had a chance to try the product first I probably wouldn't buy it. .. but bought it online so there Way noway to know until you try .Donthave1

This is a pretty decent curling iron. With all the beauty things I am a pro at from makeup to skin to nails to clothes and to a lot of hair things curling was never really important to me until a few years ago. This is because I have really curly spiral hair naturally. I blow dry and flat iron it every 4 to 5 days on wash day and flat iron every day in between at least once because thats how kinky my hair is. I did want to wear those beautiful uniformed curls though. But thats just not natural. So the only way to do that was to blow dry, flat iron and then curl. Unfortunately I couldn't figure out the barrel curling iron With the clips because no matter what i did or technique I tried or tutorial I would watch on YouTube. At this point I was feeling pretty discouraged. Then I was introduced to the curling wand. From that point on curls of all different sizes, plus there was an endless array of edgy and romantic styles I could now enter into my book of beauty know how. My original wand was flaking on the barrel so I needed a new one quick. I purchased this because it had enough settings to offer I knew I could make it work for me. The barrel was the exact size I needed for both smaller and bigger spirals or uniform spirals that go from bigger to smaller. It doesn't burn my hair off or make my hair look fried. It actually imparts some shine into each curl which I love. And its a great price. Easy to use for beginners and pros alike. Good quality. Lasts for years with average use of a couple times a week. Easy to find at places like target or Wal-Mart online or in stores. Cute color and design. Also sturdy and I would feel comfortable traveling with it and wouldn't be scared if I dropped it. ABOUT MY HAIR: Fine, limp, hardly holds body, difficult to manage, color treated, dry, and about 2 inches below my shoulders so it's med length hair. INITIAL THOUGHTS: I wanted to achieve waves, not curls but I knew when buying this that it was going to give me curls so I knew what to expect and was prepared to do what I needed to do to get the waves I wanted so I bought this hoping I could still acheieve waves. PROCESS IN USING WAND: I set it to 400 degrees (it shot up in heat instantly so it was more than ready to use within a minute) I read the instructions and did what it told me to do as far as parting my hair in 3 sections (bottom, middle, and top) I sprayed the bottom part with manageable hair spray (a quick mist over entire bottom area)and began to curl as instructed (I did big chunks at a time and little as well). I held it over the wand for varying times from about 6 seconds to 20 seconds and either way when you let the hair drop off the wand you get amazing curls. I held about an inch of the ends away from the curler though to get a more natural look and to not burn myself. (It comes with a half glove to prevent burning yourself) but I ended up taking it off and I managed not to burn myself without it. I let the second layer of hair down, quickly misted with hair spray and repeated the process until the 3rd layer was let down and curled and had a whole head of pretty amazing curls. With the length of my hair doing my whole head took about 10-15 minutes surprisingly and will probably be a lot quicker my second time around. FINAL RESULT: As I did not want "curls" but just waves, I took my fingers and ran them through my hair a few times to break up the curls and then I combed them out with a wide tooth comb which helped break them up further and give them a more separated and layered look. I then took a hair straightener I had on and lightly went over the curls to get a more beachy waves look than spiral curls look and it worked perfectly. This was my first time using the wand and I can't wait to use it again. I went to sleep with the waves as they were and woke up with EVEN BETTER waves in my hair so the curls stay if you put a little spray in your hair which is awesome. In just combing the curls out with your fingers and a wide tooth comb that may even be a good enough "wavy" look for some of you but I wanted a more subtle and natural look so I straightened it a bit. NOTES: The wand is non-stick so the hair you wrap around it DOES slide down the wand sometimes but it's not that hard to adjust it so that it's where you want it to be. Practice will make perfect as this product does exactly what it is designed to do. I am used to heat products FRYING my hair (especially the ends) but since this is Tourmaline Ceramic it made my hair silky, smooth, and shiny. This wasn't my first choice for a curling wand but it was all they had that I researched at the store (It was my second choice) and I am glad I got it. It's really a great wand. I would only recommend this to people with hair from right under jawline- mid length hair like mine as if it's longer it will take more time and effort and you'd prob be better off using a 1 1/2 – 2 inch barrel instead of the 1/2 – 1 like I have. I will however be getting the bigger barrel for the best of both worlds. I also think if you hold your hair around the wand for maybe 3-5 seconds (which sounds too short to work I know but on the 400 setting it's enough) it will probably give you waves without having to use the straightener but I'll try that my second go round.zelly

I have this same wand in teal. I’ve had it for about 4 years now and it’s still standing strong. There is a temperature control that goes from I believe 340 to 380 degrees. I usually run at 360 degrees. It has little feet so you don’t have it rolling on your counter on you. My curls always look great! I just wish the cord was longer and this would be completely perfect.jennifer.e

I initially went in to the store looking for a thin curling wand to make tight spiral curls. I was going to go with another brand from looking over things that were in store previously. However once I got there I saw this curling wand along with the other one that I was going to get after speaking with One of the associates there she suggested I get this brand as it is normally not sold in store and at the time it was on a huge sale! I love this curling iron – after a few modifications. I used a Philips head screwdriver to remove clamp and the stand, turning it into an AWESOME Curling Wand!! This curling iron is better suited for LONG HAIR ,not short hair like mine. It has a longer barrel. I'll be returning it to a store. I can only imagine the burns Id have to earsSharon

I purchased this and the 3-Day Bender 1.25-Inch Rotating Digital Curling Iron. I found this to be relatively user-friendly compared to the 3-Day bender, in part because I couldn't get my hair to stay in the clamp and rotate properly, even after watching the videos on Drybar's site. I wouldn't say that my hair looked as great as when the Drybar associate worked on my hair, but it worked for the beachy, casual, slightly undone look I was going for. I liked its reverse-tapered barrel because it prevented me from getting that "prom hair" (circa late '90s/early '00s), and creating too-tight curls, which isn't a look I'm personally into anymore. I styled my hair using this for a summer wedding I attended, and I think the style held up through the night, wind, dancing, and all. I also bought a heatproof glove so I wouldn't burn myself. And actually, I tried to buy this wand in the store, but it was sold out when I got there, so the associate recommended the 3-Day Bender wand. I'm sure if I were more skilled I could do more with the other curler, but I tried them side by side and preferred the ease of this wand, even if it is something of a unitasker when it comes to styling my hair. Some context: I'm a complete novice when it comes to styling my hair and have only successfully used a straightening iron on it before. I have fine-ish Asian hair (in that the strands are not very coarse), but a lot of it, which tends to curl very tightly at first and then fall flat–potentially because I keep running my fingers through the corkscrew curls people keep giving me by using a tighter barrel instead of the romantic, loose waves that result on finer hair.SKay42

Normally I'm the type of person who only curls my hair when I feel like dressing up or for special occasions because curling my hair has always been time consuming. I've used a cheap curling iron for the last 10 years and have always wanted to make the switch to a curling wand. But I could never find a wand that worked for me and was user friendly. I would always burn my hand or would be disappointed with how my curls turned out. I have curled my hair every day since I bought this wand. It's easy to use, allows me to curl my hair quickly, give my hair volume and makes curls that I could never get with my curling iron. Yes, this curling wand is expensive and I felt so guilty spending so much on a hair tool, but it was such a great investment. I can't wait to try more Drybar products! The hype… is real. I’m hopeless with hot tools and have a drawerful of wands and irons of various sizes that I’ve never quite figured out how to use. After finally getting that dream ash balayage I realized I needed to figure out how to get that loose, beachy wave to make the highlights really pop. After researching this and the T3 tapered wand I went with this one based on the number of reviews stating the ease of use and specifically getting the loose natural wave look. (and a surprise 20% off weekend didn’t hurt…!) Anyway I got the look I wanted on the first try! I spritzed through with Hot Toddy heat protectant (btw, smells like cupcakes), sectioned off three layers from nape to crown, and curled 1-2 inch sections working back to front, holding the wand for about 10 secs and alternating the wrap between away my face and towards my face. The trick for me was remembering that the base of the wand should be held above my head, with the tip pointing down. I have a lot of hair but was done in about 20 mins, and I’m sure that will get faster with practice. I finished the look by finger combing through the waves to break them up, and then brushing them (yes!) out a little. No other product besides the heat protectant and the waves are bouncy and super touchable. I’m really pleased with this wand. It’s a splurge but for me, it’s the only tool that’s worked and that makes it worth it for me!summerdaze

I have had this curler/straightener for years. It was a really low price at costco years ago. It has interchangeable heads so it is a straightener and a curler. I love that the straightener head has a heating element on the side of it which makes curling with the straightener head so easy. I never use the curling head because I always just stick with the straightener head. It works great still and I love that it has adjustable heat settings too.brande.c

I have had this now for 2 weeks. Wanted something that would curl my heavy, very thick hair. Conair tends to make curling irons that manage to get hot enough for my hair however since it is very thick, it tends to pull out the curl half way through the day. This one comes with a partial glove that you are supposed to use to protect your hand. I ditched it pretty early on 🙂 Still managing to burn myself off and on but NOT anywhere that the partial glove "protects" anyway. I found it difficult to hold onto the very tip ends of my hair with the glove and so that was one reason why I quit using it. This was several heat settings and so it gets hot enough for my hair. I end up taking longer with my hair than with my usual curling iron, just to make sure that I get smaller pieces of hair curled. It is fairly easy to use (with or without the glove) and did not take that long for me to figure out how to use it. Of course there is always one side of your head that is less easy however I also found out that I can use it "upside down"…when using it you hold it with the red handle farthest away from your head and wrap from fat to skinny end on your head from roots to ends BUT you can also use it the other way and for some people it just might be easier to handle that way. I also like that is does have a cool tip to hold onto and this helps a lot. It really does a great job of curling and it STAYS in, all day! It's a different look for me but that is why I bought it and I am very happy I did. Check the Conair website for a video of how to use this.PjOH

Alright alright, I know I have naturally curly hair but hey we like to switch it up sometimes! This wand definitely works for its price. Like it, the heat glove was just mostly whybi picked this one and it's not very effective. Think the body scrubbing plastic gloves you can buy cheap for the shower. Good curling iron thoughLeanna W.
