I've followed Mama Natural for a while on her blog – and from the moment I found her site, I'd wished I'd found it sooner. So when my husband and I decided to try for baby number two, I told him the moment I got pregnant I wanted this book. Lucky for us – I had the book in hand just 2 months later… What I appreciate about this book is the tone in which it's written, the thorough nature of the research (and the honesty with which Genevieve presents information when there ISN'T a ton of research) and the spectrum of "natural mamas" she's appealing to. This is the best pregnancy book I have ever read, by far. It contains info about everything you could ever want to know about being pregnant: diet, relationships, baby's growth, your body changes, supplements, exercise, and the list goes on. What I love most about the book is she gives you a heads up on what to expect, explains each decision you may need to make throughout the pregnancy and delivery, and gives you reasoning for both sides and allows you to make your own decisions.
