The concept of this mop is excellent. In order to offer a thorough review I am going to break it down into cons and pros. Pros: 1. Dual tanks: As opposed to other mops, like the Spinwave mop, this mop comes with dual tanks. This idea is great because there is a tank with clean water continuosly providing water to the roller while the other tank collects the dirty water created as the mop cleans your floor. This is a major plus because you are no longer spreading the dirt all around your floors. 2. Three rollers: The fact that 3 rollers are included it makes it really easy to continue using this mop even if one roller is out of service because it's drying. 3. Light weight: The mop is light in weight and it's easy to maneuver throughout my hardwood floors. 4. Built-in Screen: It's nice to have a screen that displays the battery percent remaining as you mop the floors. As it goes down it kind of rushes you to finish the job. LOL 5. Mop and vacuum cleaner combined: This thing can mop and vacuum at the same time. It's great if you want to go straight into mopping without vacuuming. Down side to this is that you will have to clean the dirty water tank and it's not fun. Cons: 1. Price: At $400, I think this mop is too expensive. I was lucky enough to get it when it was on sale for a fraction of the cost. At the price point I bought it, it's a steal. 2. Edges cannot be mopped: This mop will not be able to mop the edges around your house due to how the mop was designed. It leaves about 1 cm or 2 of the hardwood unmopped. I haven't seen a real issue with this but I know some people get upset about this. I have a Roomba J7+ that vacuums the edges real well so I am not really worried about it. Plus, the edges do not get really dirty, it's not a high traffic area. 3. Small tanks: While the concept of dual tanks is awesome, their size is really not. If you are planning to mop around 1,500 Sq. Ft at a time you may have to refill the clean water tank and also discard the water in the dirty water tank at least once. 4. Cleaning the dirty water tank: This mop offers the dual feature of vacuuming and mopping all at once. It's great if you don't want to vacuum before mopping but just keep in mind that YOU will be the one responsible for cleaning the dirty water tank. The tank can get really nasty and you may not like what you see. Thankfully I have a Roomba and I always let it vacuum first before I mop. 5. Battery life: I put this as a con because the battery only lasts for about 35 minutes. If you are wanting to mop a house that is 2,500 Sq. Ft or higher you have to take a long break to let this thing charge again. I would definitely suggest this company to add a bigger battery or offer a fast charging station like Ego does. It would be nice to get back to cleaning within an hour as opposed to waiting for at least 5 full hours.Buenascompras

As someone who owns a home with mostly hardwood floors, small amounts of carpets, and a large number of rugs, I've definitely struggled to find the best and most versatile cleaning solutions. The Floor One S3 is the closest I've come yet to floor cleaning bliss. Things I liked about it: Tidy package with the dock, holds most of the parts and accessories, and you don't have to plug in to charge it, there are contacts in the dock that do this for you. Extra brush roller Self Cleaning mode when you dock Voice announcements for what it's doing as it cleans/changes modes iLoop tells you when it detects dirty floors Things I didn't like as much (Opportunities) HEAVY for it's size Battery life is shorter than expected for the size Auto Mode tends to use more water than I would expect Does this really need wifi? Clean water tank is even smaller/shorter use time than the battery life Doesn't sneak in under things as nimbly as you might hope Voice announcements will definitely need to be shut off, or at least reduced in volume This vac-mop is quite hefty for it's somewhat compact looking size, and is definitely bottom weighted design. The cleaning power and abilities are the best I've seen yet from a vac mop, and I have been zipping it out just to have the satisfaction of cleaning up a particular mess or dust bunny. On the flip side, I feel like I can watch the battery level drop by the second as I use it, and it doesn't quite do my entire main floor of hardwood/tile. The clean water tank seems like I'm constantly filling it. Reading the manual is NOT optional, as you need to know how often to manually clean what. The iLoop display is informative, and I found I was able to charge it up and start using it immediately. I love it, I'm not going back, also I'll keep waiting or the perfect solution, but until then, I'm using this one.dronedad

The Tineco = Floor One S3 Extreme Wet/Dry Hard Floor Cordless Vacuum impressed us both on its very first use. The assembly amounts to snapping the handle into place and putting the clean water tank into place. and that's it! The loop on the handle points forward and where you put it in the machine has a matching groove for the little protrusion on the handle bottom front side so you can't put it on wrong. Plug it in to charge up, add one capful of the enclosed Tineco cleaning/disinfecting solution and go read the book while it charges. It talks to you! Letting you know what its doing or that you need to do to it and its display ring turns from red to blue as to let you know the area that you are cleaning is clean. The voice assist can be turned off if not desired at the time or not desired at all. It's really lightweight and relatively quiet and on normal dirt and dust days it is even self – cleaning.! Just put it back in the charging base and hit the self – cleaning button and it cleans the roller for you. Of course you still have to dump and clean the dirty water tank and filter yourself. And speaking of dirty water we were very surprised at exactly how dirty the water was. I dry mop daily and wet mop when it needs it or at least every other week but the Tineco picked up so much more than that method. It left us with very clean, mopped and vacuumed and shiny vinal and sealed hardwood floors in the time it takes to vacuum only otherwise. Now after a big mess such as spaghetti'o's or something you may have to manually clean the tank and roller but that is an easy task as well. Personally we will generally clean up major messes with paper towels before attempting to use this or anything else before we had this. It can also be used in suction mode only where needed or required. It leaves us with beautifully clean floors and I am very glad to have it Two spare rollers and a spare filter were pack away in the box so be sure and check every piece of cardboard before throwing anything away.PapawJeff

I use the Garage Pro for what it was designed for, have it mounted in one corner of a two car garage. I clean the cars, and the garage, on a bi-weekly basis and have owned this vacuum for over one year. I really like the Garage Pro. It has few flaws, and those few are minor, probably couldn't even call them "flaws". I think that the cord ought to be longer for a device like this, considering it is intended to be wall-mounted. The super-long hose is awesome; I have the vacuum mounted in one corner of the two car garage and can clean both cars (a sedan and a minivan) with little struggle. The only issue is when you find something you don't want to vacuum or need to turn the suction off for a minute, that super long hose puts you a long way from the power switch! So what I did was purchase a remote-controlled plug-in switch from a hardware store. Problem solved! If you do the same thing, be sure to consider the Amperage and Voltage specifications on the vacuum and be sure the remote-controlled switch will meet or exceed that. I do not use the vacuum for cleaning up such things as wet leaves in the garage, as others had noted in reviews that it didn't work well for. I instead use my brain to determine that there is no vacuum one should use to suck up wet leaves in the garage, just blow them out or rake them up. On the topic of blowing, I have not used the vacuum as a blower so can't comment on that functionality. If Bissell incorporated a remote-controlled power function on this vacuum it would be PERFECT, but as it stands it is a very nice unit that was a good investment for me. I can just walk to the garage to clean up the cars, instead of driving them back and forth to a car wash. And after one year I still consider it to be a well manufactured unit.JJ

I use this vacuum for detaining cars. At this point I've had this vacuum for about 3-4 years and it has never failed to meet if not exceed my expectations. I use it very consistently and haven't had any issues out of it apart from stuff I have damaged in the past. The hose, mounting bracket and the vacuum itself all feel and preform like I would expect for a shopvac like this. I have also used it to get water out of a friends flooded basement and it did a stellar job at that too seeing as we were both sucking water up for a few hours and it never had a single issue handling that as well. The only real complaint I have about the vacuum is the hose, if you aren't careful it can kink up pretty easily but other than that I absolutely love it and will probably buy another one when mine bites the dust.Zach

If you are looking for a small shop vacuum, this is the one to get. I have had this since Nov. 2020 and it has been awesome. It’s big enough to handle any job you might have and small enough for storage and to carrying around. I was deciding between this one and the Hyper Tough 1.5gal and so happy I got this one. Since it’s advertised for “car cleaning” it came with little attachments that can squeeze into small tight spots. The first time I used the attachments was to vacuum my fridge coils, the little attachments were awesome. I’ve used this vacuum for everything in my garage, saw dust, sand, dirt etc.. Can not recommend enough if you are looking for a small vacuum that doesn’t break the bank and take up tons of space. Also, it comes with a wall mount which is kinda cool but i don’t use it since I move it around so much I just have it under my work bench.Brendan

Good, lightweight, easy to use, shop vacuum with more attachments than I was expecting. Even has small detailing attachments. Great suction power. Sits on my stairs just fine. I do wish the power cord was longer. I will need to use with an extension cord. I would recommend.Debbie

Cute little vac. I was getting sick of the battery ones and them fading after several months of use. This is cheaper than that. It's a tad less inconvenient but it works much better. I have a 25' extension cord attached to mine so I can have it ready on the spot as to where I want to use it. It has Several detailed attachments which make it great for the car to get cleaned out in tight spots. So far after using it nearly every other day for now 3 wk, it's been holding up Very well. I think the suction is Fabulous! I have no probs w/it! I would highly recommend this to anyone! I didn't mount it on my wall. I put it on the top shelf in my closet for easy reach. NO complaints so far, with the suction as some have complained about. it says it's for the car b/c of the extra small attachments to get into tight spaces. It has nothing to do w/this being plugged into a cigarette lighter…………I'm Very happy with it for cleaning out the car! (And other things in my house!)Diane

Great, except for the fact that it is smelly. It redistribute the dirty air into the room. One has to fully open the windows before use. Also, the large nozzle just dropped on the floor and broke. Now, I have to find a replacement. I was snapped into place, but now I can no longer snap it back in. The flap that holds it in place is in flimsy plastic.SSL-ADT

I've only had this vac for a few days now but I put it to good use cleaning my shop. So far I'm pleased with the performance of the machine. It has good suction, I like the tool caddy that mounts right on the vac for easy access to the accessories, and good capacity for dust and dirt. The two negatives I have for the vac is the power cord is a bit short and the vacuumn hose as well. Other than those two items I like my purchase and think it's a fair value for the price.rb1995

I've had this for over two years and used it around the house and for the car. Its a great unit – sucks well and is not too big. I love the storage for the extensions. Canadians be aware: if you want to get the hepa filter cartridge for this, it is almost impossible to find in Canada. Rona / Lowes doesnt sell it – I mean why would they support a product they sell?? I waited a for a year for the 'big online retailer' to get it in stock. In the meantime I called every supplier I could find and nobody had the hepa filter in Canada. Might not be an issue if you dont need any upgrades – but it just shows that Dewalt doesnt provide much support in Canada for this product. My other complaint is that the tool end of the hose is 1-7/8 inch. This is a rarer size – so if you ever want to hook this up to more standard sized dust collection ports (e.g. 2-1/2 inch) you will spend a lot of time or money trying to find an adapter that works correctly. Or you'll be using a bunch of duct tape. I tried many parts from big box stores – I eventually gave up and 3d printed the adapter that I needed. Overall I like the vac – its sturdy, has good power, and works well. I bought it on sale thinking it was a great 'deal'. Yet I've spent more time and money on getting this to work with other things than I should have to. Next time I'm buying a brand that has parts readily available, uses more common standards, and backed by local stores for parts.WoodyBwoi

I've been a tradesman for 35 years. I've owned nearly every tool that what ever invented. I've owned probably 10 shop vacs of various makes and sizes. Some cheap and some expensive. The amount that it costs has nothing to do with the quality of it and how well it will work. If you purchased a blower and also a shop vac you'd pay twice what this unit does for the price of one. This has got to be the best shop vac I've ever used. It comes with every attachment that you can reasonably want to have. Others offer attachments as an option for an additional cost. The air force and suction is the strongest that I've ever used. I have to consider that it's new and I can't at this time speak about how long it will last. Relying on my experience, my gut tells me that this is a must have. If you need a blower and a shop vac, you don't need to buy two. This unit is well thought out and comes fully assembled except for 4 screws to attach the casters.waba_wookie

The Vacmaster 12 gallon 5 hp shop vac is a clear step up in quality for the money compared to the Shop Vac brand. Very well made and very powerful. The on off switch is excellent , and the power and suction is amazing. The detachable leaf blower is very user friendly and powerful. I wouldn't hesitate to purchase.11jgr11

This is a great concept but a failure at both being a wet jet and a vacuum. First, it didn't come with any accessories, it is only meant to clean floors. No attachments for stairs, couches, drapes etc. The only time a light comes on is when the trigger is pulled for the wet jet so you can't see going under furniture, which is difficult anyways because this vacuum doesn't lay flat. The wet jets don't spray evenly so there are constantly lines on the floor. The rollers stay wet so dirt and grime cling to them and when you go onto your rugs the dirt and dust transfer into the rugs. Just gross. For those with cats, litter touches the wet rollers and turn to wet clay and clog the system. The vacuum portion isn't really strong enough to suction litter out of tile grout. Just leaves it there wet. I had cut my hair and tried to vacuum up the little pieces left behind but the vacuum failed. It suctioned up some and then I'd move the vacuum forward and they'd all fall out. Emptying the dirt container is made more difficult because of the wetness. Dirt,dust, hair, fur,litter is now all wet and glued together and didn't empty when tilted over a garbage can. Plus the container itself has so many grooves and pieces for stuff to stuck to. Really,really gross. It's not a wet jet and not a vacuum. Needs workMandee

Great product! I wish I would have bought it sooner! Alot of the negative reviews read simular to complaining that a walk behind/push mower won't effectively mow through 2 ft. high thick grass without stopping or complaining that the dishwash didn't remove/clean the queso from
your crock pot that was left on for 3 hours… com'on!? That being said, you will have to vaccum/sweep up prior to using, especially if you have dogs that shed or alot of debris as it does not function as a HEAVY DUTY vaccum (this isnt a shop vac) nor is it a rug doctor/deep carpet cleaner either. Its very easy to use and makes cleaning bare floors nearly painless! I have 2 large dogs & 3 childern, so I "pre" vacuum before using every time. (Just like scrubbing the caked on queso) only if you have a Rumba type machine and use the Crosswave after it's done most of the debris clean up, you dont even hVe to. It's amazing. The frequently mentioned "clean up" after using is comical, ITS NOT THAT HARD OR MUCH MORE WORK! As you would ring out a mop or rinse the bucket post cleaning… same concept, only on a much smaller, less messy scale. You will have to let the filter dry before using, but you can purchase additional filters for next to nothing online (6 for 12 bucks). Since there is nothing else like this tool on the market, I'll have to fairly review it by comparing it to a traditional mop and bucket. There are pros and cons for both. While I'm not typically one to invest heavily in a machine that just simply provides an electric way to do a simple manual job, this HydroVac offers so much more. The rotating antimicrobial roller mimics repeatedly going over the floor surface with minimal movement by the operator. No difficult scrubbing to get a higher level of clean. The cleaning formula was effective and I felt most powerful when mixed with warm filtered water. Dried on sticky foods came up easily and filled my home with a really nice scent. Where I would prefer a mop and bucket is when I was rinsing all of the tanks out: the solution tank and the dirty water tank. With a mop and bucket, I just dump and rinse. However, the cleaning power of this HydroVac cannot be matched! I did find that the HydroVac did really well sucking up along edges on the side of the unit but not from the front, so I wish I made a better effort sweeping before using this vac. At the end of the day, for an investment, you can get a better clean. In fact, I would recommend my friends with disabilities give this appliance a try as it allowed me to do a task that requires physical exertion with much less demand on my body.Michelle Y.

I've wanted one of these combo vac/mops ever since the Bissell Crosswave came out, but it was hard to justify the expense. I was also not sure about having to deal with cleaning a machine like this after use. After saving up some BBB gift cards, I finally bought this Shark Hydrovac after watching the Vacuum Wars youtube review, and I am so glad I did! My hardwood floors have never been cleaner! I live in a messy house with 3 kids, 2 cats, Georgia red clay in the backyard and no one but me will take off their shoes when they come in. This machine got my floors as clean as if I had hand washed them on my hands and knees. It passed the paper towel test – for the first time ever after using all kinds of different mops (steam mop, microfiber spray mop, regular mop head with spin bucket, etc), my floors actually did not show any dirt when wiped with a wet paper towel after mopping them with the Hydrovac. Also, it left NO streaks or haze! I've tried all sorts of products to get my floors cleaned and nothing left them looking this good. And cleaning the machine afterwards was no big deal at all – definitely not any more time involved than dealing with mop buckets and mop heads. The only downside is that it does not fit to clean under the kickboard of the kitchen cabinets, and the edge cleaning could be better – it leaves about a half inch around edges untouched…but I don't care because it got the rest of my floors so totally clean that I'm happy to overlook that small downside. Also, I had to refill the water tank before I finished mopping (I mop my foyer, half bath, 2 hallways and kitchen.) The floors dry unbelievably fast – it seems like it squeegees the floor with each pass to get up almost all the water used. It didn't do much to clean my area rug; it just picked up surface dirt but didn't do anything to remove marks on the rug. But I think it is still nice that I can go over area rugs with it as I'm cleaning my hardwoods and get all the surface dirt all at once. It's lightweight, and I think something that my kids could handle using easily. Regarding the Shark brand cleaner, the smell is not overpowering. I'm sensitive to scents and this didn't bother me. If this review seems over the top, I promise, it's not a paid review. I saved up to buy it and I am absolutely thrilled with it!Sally

This is a fantastic way to keep multiple floor surfaces clean. I tried this on a couple looped wool throw rugs and it did a great job cleaning without harming the rug fibers. The roller is a very soft micro fiber type material that gently rotates and gently cleans. It applies a small amount of cleaning solution the is supplied with the vacuum and sucks it all up leaving a very light dampness. It doesn't thoroughly soak the carpet but instead is more of a surface cleaning. you can easily see how much dirt is being picked up in the water being vacuumed up. It's a good idea to vacuum before using the wet vac. There is no danger of harming the floors beneath the rug because the vacuum completely picks up all of the moisture being used. I like the way it cleans the rugs but I think it works best on hard surfaces. The lighted brush assembly makes it easy to see the surface being cleaned and again it only leaves a slightly damp surface that dries quickly. There is no puddling of cleaning solution. The water compartments are easily disassembled and easily cleaned. The self cleaning feature is handy and works well and only takes 2 minutes. This is only a wet vac and not for dry vacuuming at all. I have several Shark products and I love them all and this is no exception. I highly recommend it.cdubs58

So after using and evaluating the Bissell MultiClean Wet / Dry Auto Drum Vacuum, here's my honest review. I've used many shop vacs in the past, and have owned many different styles of vacuums in my house. This particular model is sort of a hybrid of the two, so I took this into consideration. You can't really compare it to shop vacs, as it's clearly listed as a drum vac. It's basically a shop vac for people who don't have a shop. The 2035M (this model) is exactly what I was looking for. All of the important features I was looking for are there, so the pros far outweigh the cons. **PROS: -Not as bulky as standard wet / dry vacs -Thinner hose (I hate those huge hoses on other vacs)…good for cleaning car interior -The assorted attachments (multi-surface tool, wet floor tool, crevice tool, dusting brush, precision suction tool, upholstery tool, precision blower tool, & 2 detail tools) -The metal retractable extension wand -The place to hook the extension wand onto when not in use -Carry handle for easy transport -Has an air flow regulator on the handle to reduce suction power for delicate fabrics -Has a blower function to air up air mattress, pool toys, etc. -Filters are easy to access and clean -6.5 ft. hose & a 19 ft. cord -Great for cleaning vehicles, boats, garages, sheds, houses, apartments, etc. -It's stable, and doesn't tip over easily -Hose locks in place, but still swivels -Multi surface tool has switch to go straight from bare floors to rugs or carpet -Full tank indicator -Fabric storage bag for attachments **CONS: -Thinner hose (could get clogged easily, can't pick up larger debris) -No place to store tools on the base unit when not in use (only room for dust brush & crevice tool) -No automatic cord rewind -The base unit drum is made of metal, so if it gets dented, the lid might not fit back on -No HEPA filter, so it's going to expel the really fine particles back into the air In conclusion, I have to say I'm pretty impressed with it overall.Jack of all trades, Master of no

What they conveniently don't show you in the video where the vacuum is being emptied/cleaned is that you have to pick up the canister to dump out anything that isn't caught with the grey filter/net thing. This is a pain to do, especially if you've picked up a lot of fine dust because the inside of the canister has ridges that the dust gets stuck in when you are trying to pour it out. I'm hoping that because this canister vacuum is overall easier to use than my stand up vacuum, I'll vacuum more often and this will be less of an issue (with two dogs that's a lot of dog hair and a lot of vacuuming). Ultimately though I plan to save up for a Rainbow canister vacuum. This Bissell isn't a bad product as long as the above mentioned cleaning method isn't an issue for you. Cleaning the dirty water tank: This mop offers the dual feature of vacuuming and mopping all at once. It's great if you don't want to vacuum before mopping but just keep in mind that YOU will be the one responsible for cleaning the dirty water tank. The tank can get really nasty and you may not like what you see. Thankfully I have a Roomba and I always let it vacuum first before I mop. 5. Battery life: I put this as a con because the battery only lasts for about 35 minutes. If you are wanting to mop a house that is 2,500 Sq. Ft or higher you have to take a long break to let this thing charge again. I would definitely suggest this company to add a bigger battery or offer a fast charging station like Ego does. As someone who owns a home with mostly hardwood floors, small amounts of carpets, and a large number of rugs, I've definitely struggled to find the best and most versatile cleaning solutions. The Floor One S3 is the closest I've come yet to floor cleaning bliss. Things I liked about it: Tidy package with the dock, holds most of the parts and accessories, and you don't have to plug in to charge it, there are contacts in the dock that do this for you. Extra brush roller Self Cleaning mode when you dock Voice announcements for what it's doing as it cleans/changes modes iLoop tells you when it detects dirty floors Things I didn't like as much (Opportunities) HEAVY for it's size Battery life is shorter than expected for the size Auto Mode tends to use more water than I would expect Does this really need wifi? On the flip side, I feel like I can watch the battery level drop by the second as I use it, and it doesn't quite do my entire main floor of hardwood/tile. The clean water tank seems like I'm constantly filling it. Reading the manual is NOT optional, as you need to know how often to manually clean what. The iLoop display is informative, and I found I was able to charge it up and start using it immediately. The Tineco = Floor One S3 Extreme Wet/Dry Hard Floor Cordless Vacuum impressed us both on its very first use. The assembly amounts to snapping the handle into place and putting the clean water tank into place. and that's it! The loop on the handle points forward and where you put it in the machine has a matching groove for the little protrusion on the handle bottom front side so you can't put it on wrong. Plug it in to charge up, add one capful of the enclosed Tineco cleaning/disinfecting solution and go read the book while it charges. It talks to you! Letting you know what its doing or that you need to do to it and its display ring turns from red to blue as to let you know the area that you are cleaning is clean. The voice assist can be turned off if not desired at the time or not desired at all. It's really lightweight and relatively quiet and on normal dirt and dust days it is even self – cleaning.! Just put it back in the charging base and hit the self – cleaning button and it cleans the roller for you. Of course you still have to dump and clean the dirty water tank and filter yourself. And speaking of dirty water we were very surprised at exactly how dirty the water was. I dry mop daily and wet mop when it needs it or at least every other week but the Tineco picked up so much more than that method. It left us with very clean, mopped and vacuumed and shiny vinal and sealed hardwood floors in the time it takes to vacuum only otherwise. Now after a big mess such as spaghetti'o's or something you may have to manually clean the tank and roller but that is an easy task as well. Personally we will generally clean up major messes with paper towels before attempting to use this or anything else before we had this. It can also be used in suction mode only where needed or required. your crock pot that was left on for 3 hours… com'on!? That being said, you will have to vaccum/sweep up prior to using, especially if you have dogs that shed or alot of debris as it does not function as a HEAVY DUTY vaccum (this isnt a shop vac) nor is it a rug doctor/deep carpet cleaner either. Its very easy to use and makes cleaning bare floors nearly painless! I have 2 large dogs & 3 childern, so I "pre" vacuum before using every time. (Just like scrubbing the caked on queso) only if you have a Rumba type machine and use the Crosswave after it's done most of the debris clean up, you dont even hVe to. It's amazing. I've tested a decent amount of vacuums over the last decade. This is the first one I've tested that was made for hard surfaces and I was excited to get it mostly for my wife who always uses whatever other vacuum on our hard floors almost interchangeably as our carpeted areas. While I normally would sweep hard floors and them vacuum up the pile or let our robot vacuum with mop attachment do all the work for me. Setup was a little overwhelming looking at first but not too bad. The whole thing comes in more pieces than I would normally expect to find but the instructions lay out what everything is pretty nicely and after the initial shock it wasn't too hard to figure it out. I put it all together and let it charge over night (it suggests at least 4-5 hours of charge time before the initial use). I'm pretty happy with the steps required to actually use this vacuum. It's mostly a supplement to our robot vacuum/mop. I'm happy with the robot but we usually go around the are and pick up/move everything off of the floor in the entire upstairs before we run it so it's a process. It does a good job but the setup and reconstruction of the area before running it makes us use it far less than I'd like. So having a vacuum that's made for sweeping and mopping that I can easily setup and break down is key. When you want to use this, just fill up the clean water tank with mostly water and a small cap-full of soap. Then you're ready to go. The first time I hit the power button, I was surprised as it kind of drives itself forward. Pretty nice to lighten the load but you're also fighting against that push when your pull the vacuum back again. Overall it was a nice little assist, I think. The vacuum and mop did a pretty nice job of cleaning the floor pretty quickly but it did require an empty and refill of the tanks before I was finished. That doesn't take too long so it was no big deal. After I was done doing the whole upstairs area, the battery still had about 60% left (I was worried because when I first started it up, it looked like the battery was draining very quickly). The nice thing about having a screen with all the information on it is that you can see at a glance how hard the vacuum is working and what battery level is remaining. After you're done the instructions recommend you clean the dirty and clean water tanks as well as the roller and roller protector after each use. This is the only annoying part since you can't really just grab the vacuum to do a quick job and put it back but the cleanup of these things doesn't take too long. The base station does include an auto-clean feature for the roller so you have that going for you and there were 2 additional rollers included with this vacuum so you can always just rotate them if you need to clean one. Apparently there's an app that goes with this vacuum. The instructions just said that you can "perform all functions from the app" but I don't really know what functions those are. I did not download the app and can't imagine what I would possibly need it for. The functions on the vacuum are very minimal and can be adjusted with just a few pushes of the 3 buttons on the vacuum. I just didn't want another app on my phone. The only weird thing I didn't love about this vacuum was how it sat on the charging station. It leans forward quite a bit for some reason. I would expect it to just sit straight up and down but when the head is locked and you place it on the charger the handle leans forward at what feels like a 30 degree angle. Far more than you'd expect. Enough that I thought I was doing something wrong. I couldn't figure out a better way to place it on the charger though so I'm going to assume it's just how it was designed. I got used to it quickly enough but it was a weird thing when I first saw it. Overall, I like the vacuum. It does a good job supplementing our robot vacuum by being easy to get up and running and being easy to break down and clean when we're done (while not needing to break down the entire upstairs before using it since we can move things while vacuuming). It comes with 2 extra brushes and an extra filter that will come in handy when you’ll wash and let dry the ones that you’ll be using first(about 24hrs) they recommended doing that after each use and you’ll want to do that and don’t forget to empty the messy water each time so u prevent bad odors. The design and features are very modern … it has a voice and a screen that will assist you in your cleaning process. To be mentioned here is the feature that senses the proportion of a mess when on auto and turns gradually the blue light into a red one, sign that you should insist in that particular area till becomes completely blue and it’s scary accurate!!! The stand acts like a support and charger (which will take somewhere 3-4hrs for it to be fully juiced up). They also recommend using ONLY Tineco cleaning solution or just plain water. I totally underestimated this machine. When I turned it on, the brush kicked in and almost dragged me acoss the floor! Not really, but I was surprised by how powerful the brush was for such a compact package. This mop is no joke. I'm a busy and stressed-out professional, so lots of housekeeping chores don't get done on a regular basis. I've been meaning to clean the kitchen floor for quite a while — I had food and coffee spills, tracked mud, etc, on the floor in places, and serious grossness under the oven and fridge. I figured that I'd give this machine a workout. It really worked. It took several passes in some areas, but the machine just kept working at the mess until it was all clean. The dirty tank strains out the solid materials to make it easy to dump without clogging your sink. It also uses less water than I would expect, so I didn't have to dump the tank nearly as often as I thought I would have to. The clean tank and the dirty tank have good capacity. One super thoughtful little detail is that both tanks have flat bottoms, so they can be put upright on the counter, and you don't have to lean them against anything like you do with other wet vacuums. I really like how it is as maneuverable as a light vacuum, it does a great job on hard floors and we can also use it on floor mats that aren't too thick. That brush-forward design really gets right up to edges and corners. It is very user-friendly. The display is large, bright and useful, and the voice prompts are really helpful. Even self-cleaning is super easy. I'm just not sure what benefits you get from the app or its wifi connection.Snarltoof

I love my Worx battery powered wet/dry vacuum. For starters, it arrived packaged very nicely, and was also easy to assemble. I did register it at the Worx website, and Customer Service is just a click away! This vacuum has solved a lot of dog hair problems in my home. I have a gorgeous Rough Collie and two sweet little spaniels, so am constantly dealing w/ a lot of fur, dirt, and anything else they drag in. Instead of getting out the large vacuum for this activity, I have the Worx vac in an easy to grab location, and twala – the mess vanishes almost instantly! I was pretty excited for this until the first time I used it, I blew sawdust around. Unfortunately, the air vent is in the same direction as where hose connection, so if you aren't careful, you will blow what you are trying to vacuum. You can turn the vacuum but then you are fighting with a short hose. The other option is to pop off the vent hole cover and let it exhaust straight up… But in my test, that was pretty much always blowing in my face. Why they didn't put the main vent on the opposite side of the hose is beyond me. This may not bother everyone but it was a deal killer for me. I'm going to try a different brand.chip2022

The detachable blower and power sold me on the product; this is my third unit, each lasting over 15 years. i do freelance construction and leave a site cleaner than i found it, with my trusted wet/dry vac. i've shopped Sears/Craftsman for over 60 years, and miss brick and mortar shopping. Upon opening the box, I began assembly of the product. Everything seemed to fit exactly in its place as they should. All except for the wheels. They would not snap into place not was there anything available to secure them in place. I ended up using some cut up foam to keep them where they need to be. I'll say the motor for vac is superb. Clean up is a breeze in my garage now. Comes with plenty of attachments and a long hose. Filling and emptying the container has zero complications. The sizeable latches allow for an easy open up and snap right back on. While I'm loving the power of the detachable blower, it is a bit in the bulkier side, not like your typical 'leaf blower' but then again, that is not really what is intended for. Very satisfied with this Craftsman wet/dry vac. It’s very easy to assemble, just attach the wheels and screw on the accessory mount (screws are included). I found the accessory mount to be a great feature because it keeps all your accessories together. The cord wrap is another great feature, just wrap it around the hooks. This vac has mad suction and vacuums up just about anything with ease. The drum is large enough so no need to worry about dumping it often. The hose is quite long, along with the cord. This vac is great at keeping the floor of your garage clean, cars interior, porches, etc. The detachable leaf blower is amazing and really blows out air well. I just purchased this product and have used it one time. Set up was a breeze and it charged quickly. The vacuum works very well. I have Pergo floors in light oak, so they don't show dust, but do show dirt and debris. The vacuum had no problem with any of it, including onion skin. The mop part works well as a cleaner. I have some dried on liquids it would not remove, but neither would my Swiffer, which this replaces. But the problem is, the cleaning fluid, once dry, leaves a filmy residue that dulls the Pergo. Under the right lighting, you can see where the liquid was and where it wasn't. I tried buffing it to no avail. It remains to be seen if walking on the floor with buff it out. So as a vacuum and mop, it works. But that residue from the cleaning fluid is barely acceptable. Your results may be different. But I'll be keeping it because if does the job and I will use it more often just for the vacuum. I may forego the mop.lochnez49

I got this in hopes of making it easier to clean my floors with something that is an all in one. But I will be returning it. It is nothing more than a glorified swiffer. The pads are disposable. You even need a pad to do the vacuuming and you can only vacuum in one direction because that's where the suction is. So it takes twice as long. Then the pad is extremely dirty afterwards and you're supposedly supposed to use the same one. Why would I use the dirty pad to then mop with? I wouldn't. So I had to use a new one. Once that pad is wet it begins to flop around and you have to apply pressure to get it to stay in place while mopping. Applying more pressure and holding the vacmop a certain way will in turn cause back pain. The compartment for the liquid also does not come off. So you need something to use in order to pour the water into it. Just bad overall execution on this. I would not recommend and I will be returning. I bought the mop system from my shop club which has reusable pads. Yes I will have to sweep or use my regular vacuum beforehand, but it will still take less time than fighting with the vacmop.Mindy Burnette

Just arrived and I've only used it once so far, but the suction in the 16V product is so MUCH more powerful than I anticipated – I'm glad I didn't order the 20V version. It charged quickly. I forgot to time how long it lasted, but I got everything done that I wanted to. The blower is out the back instead of the side like my previous handheld which blew the dirt away before you could suck it up. It's also louder than my old one, but seems to have double the suction power, so it's a good trade-off. We have 3 cats and a dog and this handheld got all the hair with no problem. Cleaning was a breeze. my only recommendation would be to offer additional filters at the time of purchase, just for the convenience of having one at the ready (for whenever). Thanks to the Black and Decker Product Testing Program, I received this Black and Decker Dustbuster, complimentary, in exchange for my honest review. The following opinions are 100% authentic and my own. I was super excited to be chosen to try out my first Black and Decker product. When my Dustbuster arrived, it was a bit smaller than I had imagined, which wasn't necessarily a bad or good thing, I just noted it. The suction seemed strong at first, when powered on, just the warm air it was blowing out seemed incredibly powerful for such a small handheld vacuum. Unfortunately, that's where the excitement ends. The suction is seemingly strange and I completely understand this isn't a big and mighty vacuum, but when I say it's strange it's almost as if the actual suction only exists in a certain portion or area of the mouth of the vacuum, as opposed to suction coming from the entire mouth. If I have a crumb, and I want it cleaned up, I must pinpoint this certain area over the crumb, as opposed to simply running the entire mouth over the general area of the crumb. It's tiresome and a bit annoying that I can't just simply swipe the vacuum over the area like most would generally do when vacuuming. It requires more effort than it should. I usually love Black and Decker products but this one was a let down, unfortunately, still super grateful I received this little guy.blair.g

The entry level dustbuster has a grey push button that must be CONSTANTLY held to work. It does not stay on unless you keep your thumb pressed on it. Very difficult if you have small hands or hand disabilities (such as carpal tunnel or anything else that makes ongoing thumb pressure hard). The suction is good. However, in order to use this thing you must hold the on button or tape it down. HORRIBLE design that renders it almost non-functional. Bought it at Target yesterday. Regretting my choice.Quinn
