I have used brooms and dustpans for years and when I was told by my Dr. I have severe asthma and undefined COPD along with other breathing issues what limitation of bending and sweeping became unbearable for me. Also having allergies to dust, dust mites, and dog dander I decided to buy the microfiber Dust mop for me to use with ease at home. What can I say its price is fantastic and the little comb that comes with it stops me from having to shake all the dust and dirt it gets right into the wastebasket. I am an older lady with arthritis in my knees so it's painful to get down on the floor and clean under the furniture. I have laminate wood floors that need to be cleaned or dusted at least every other day due to my cat's fur. I decided to purchase this Libman wet/dry mop because it is a trusted brand that I've been familiar with throughout my life. All I can say is I love this mop. It has an 18-inch wide mop head which covers a lot of area at once getting the job done faster. It has a swivel head for maneuvering and is slim enough to fit under all of my furniture. The reusable microfiber pad is quality made with heavy-duty canvas pockets on top that slide over the sides of the mop head. It picks up dust, dirt, and fur very well and when it gets dirty you just toss it in the washer. I purchased 3 more microfiber pad replacements to go with it. My daughter is getting new laminate wood floors next week so I recommended this mop to her.Lexi61

I love this steamer. I tried it on my carpet in the living area of my apartment. To my surprise, it did a great job! You could actually see the difference. I had used a carpet cleaner once and this did a better job!! Sure glad I made the purchase!!!GG

I have two long haired cats. In my kitchen near the stove I had a lot grease buildup from cooking. Lately I stated to notice my cats hair was shredding and the loose hair was now getting in the grease. I ordererorderer the H20 Mop because I really needed some help. This product took just minutes to put together. The water heats up even quicker and it really did the job. The steam loosens up the grease and the hair, and with one wipe it came off. It takes less than a minute to warm up. The heat is hot enough to melt away candle wax and nail polish on hardwood floors. It is a little hard, however, to clean vehicle seats with but that's what a detailer is used for! I recommend it. I use it for my tub, my floors and my rugs. Purchased this product as an update to an original FloorMate, model # H2800, that I've had for many, many years. Have much more floor to wash now and am much older. Wanted the rotating spin-scrub brushes and the much larger wash solution tank which are an improvement over the original model. Am disappointed. The old FloorMate out-performs this newer model in the wet vacuum mode, by far, plus the newer model leaks significantly more wash solution than the older model when stationary. The tank is properly seated so that is not the problem. Thought for sure that Hoover would've gotten a handle on this issue on updated models. While the FloorMate remains a great concept, the performance of this new model is not acceptable to me. Will resort to using my original FloorMate and resign myself to filling the wash solution tank 8-10 times as opposed to 3 times but the flooring will be almost instantly dry. Will 'gift' my sister-in-law with this new model so she can wash her back porch floor with ease as she does not require the same level of almost instant dryness that I prefer.Reenie

This is my 4th floor mate, my last one the brush would not stay attached, This one I'm having a problem with the clear cover staying on. But all in all this is a good concept for cleaning and then rinsing the floor. I wash my floor and then suck up the water, then put clean water in the tank and re rinse the floor. I have 2 old doxie who pee, and this machine really helps with the clean up. I also use it on the rubber mats at my back door during the winter and rainy season. Until summer when I can take my mates outside for a go pressure washing. The company just needs to look at a better design for the brush and now the clear cover.LINDA

I bought this specifically to clean my laminate floors after a basement remodel that left a layer of Sheetrock dust is n the textured laminate. We scrubbed, mopped and everything else to try and clean the laminate, but couldn't get this layer of dirt off the floors. Bought this vac to try since we'd already tried everything else. Mixed the cleaner with a cap full of vinegar and tried an area. Couldn't believe the dirt I emptied out of the container after one pass. After this we decided to move all the furniture and do one whole room. Not only did it get all the dirt out of the distressed floors, it scrubbed the laminate back to looking new. We'll to say the least we ended up doing every room in the house because the dust had come up through all the vents. The heavy traffic areas we did twice and still were able to pull additional dirt off the floors. I read a lot of reviews and did a lot of research before buying and the main reason I decided on this one was because of the rotating brushes. They scrub the floors in both directions and suck up the water when pulling it back. I live this vac and have also used on my tile floors. It does not clean the grout, but I wouldn't expect it to, but does an amazing job on the tile. I will be making another quick pass to n all the floors again just to see how much additional dirt I can get off. Great purchase, don't be scared by the other reviews. The vac will leak a little when water is in the cleaning container and you leave it in one spot, so if storing with water in the tank, our a towel under it.Doug

When it arrived, I thought it looked so cheap and light, it wouldn’t be good. To my surprise I like this mop a great deal. Works very well, just squeeze trigger and refill sprayer. It's so easy that the kids want to do it, so they can spray the mop solution, and I get them to mop because of it! It's a win-win for us! I debated long and hard about shelling out the money for this product and decided to go ahead and try it….. bottom line: it's okay but not sure it's worth the money…. I do like the low prodile design that can reach under cabinets, tables,etc…. However you would think that for this amount of money it would come with some sort of a stand that you could put it on with the wet pad in between cleanings… I don't intend to remove and wash the pads every time… That was disappointing… It's also hard (impossible) to tell how much cleaning liquid is in the reservoir – which does seem pretty small and I found myself running out (only by noticing that nothing was coming out when I sprayed) and having to refill it…. also noticed that power button and spray buttons are pretty close together and I found myself hitting the power button numerous times instead of the spray button. Also found that I still have to scrub many spots to get them off completely . It does feel fairly well made and sturdy and I have had no problem with battery life……ned4759

Love this mop but it does not last but about a year. Have tried to clean the sprayer with a pen and it still will not work. When I try to see if I have unclogged the sprayer the mop turns off. Love the way it cleans if you can keep it working. A lot of money for something that does not last😡Rida Yates

I like and dislike this item. The quality can be much better for money you pay for it or you can add some money and get a good quality steam mop. This mop system feels a little cheap. The mop leaves my floors so wet and it takes about 20 minutes to let them dry with is not good if you have a some tipe of hardwood floor. It's pretty hard to change pads and mop is to small if I compare it with my old one. The mop makes some squeaky plastic sounds while you mop wich is a little annoying. Good sides: it's so easy to use, mop is light and thin enough to mop under your furniture. Floors look clean after I mop.Anna

I usually clean any floor surfaces by hand but as I've gotten older the thought of my hands, knees and back being sore for days appeals less and less and I dilike using regular.mops and buckets as the water has to be changed every few wipes making it seem like a even bigger chore.. I decided to spring for one of these wetjets just so I could do a touch-up clean weekly without scrubbing on my hands and knees Firstly it's so quick and eassy to set up and you slide your bottle of wet jet solution into the hole for the mix untill it clicks and you are ready to go! I usually pre sweep twice as I have 2 cats, a dog and 2 budgies so fur and feathers are my pet peeve when mopping. Any heavy dried food spills I'll pretreat with a regular spray so it's damp and easier to remove once I use the wet jet. Firstly I usually splurge for the heavy duty cleaning pads by wetjets a pack of these runs about 6-7 dollars I prefer these as they have a scourer type line for any stubborn messes. I'll clean in sections across the kitchen working my way towards the lounge and edging of my kitchen. The spray comes out of two spots covering a large area that you hit a button with by the handle and slowly mop. I usually find to get a good clean I have to use two pads one for the dirty first clean then 2nd for a quick wipe over.to make sure all dirt is removed. While it cleans and cleans most messes well the wet jet doesn't get as close to the edge as I would like. And it isn't as good as a hand scrub clean. This is ideal for those who just want to make the floors.cleaner and quickly without hours of work. The spray dries quickly and most say my kitchen smells lovely, I alternate between the purple bottle with febreeze and the white bottle that is Mr clean endorsed. They both work well I just prefer the purple febreeze one for the smell. Usually the bottles last me a month and I replace each payday monthly. After reading some of the reviews, I started worrying if I ordered just another gadget that I would be disappointed in buying. How wrong could I be! This cleaning tool is awesome! Easy to setup and start using. First of all, I thoroughly vacuumed my whole, tiled kitchen floor very well. Assembled my Swiffer mop, put on one of the enclosed heavy duty cleaning pads and started cleaning my floor. The furnished solution has a very pleasant odor and made my kitchen floor sparkle! I only had to use 1 heavy duty pad and that was probably because I vacuumed my floor first. It dried quickly, not sticky or streaked anywhere. So very happy with this purchase! Now I’ll probably be mopping more frequently since it’s a pure pleasure now!Linda

I bought this product as a kit several years back. Initially, I thaught it would make my life a little easier. Instead of having to mop my floor with a traditional mop and the bucket of soapy warm water not to mention the clean up after of the mop itself and dirty water bucket. This seemed like a dream come true at first as an all in one solution. The idea of having both the disposable mop pads and cleansing solution all in one system sounds so convenient.but …remember the old saying “ if it’s sounds too good to be true, it probably is”; …after using it for some time I can honestly say the ease of use is great however, it does not come close the deep clean you get with a traditional mop. In my experience it barely even cleanses the surface and I have have to physically push and exert myself with the wet jet for just that. Perhaps they redesigned it over the last year or two and it works better but in my opinion it does not clean your floors as good as it should. Also taking into consideration the expensive refills of both the solution and pads, is it really worth it? I’m not the type of person that cleans my floors every day and when I need my floor cleaned I need it deeply clean.lisa.a

I've tested a decent amount of vacuums over the last decade. This is the first one I've tested that was made for hard surfaces and I was excited to get it mostly for my wife who always uses whatever other vacuum on our hard floors almost interchangeably as our carpeted areas. While I normally would sweep hard floors and them vacuum up the pile or let our robot vacuum with mop attachment do all the work for me. Setup was a little overwhelming looking at first but not too bad. The whole thing comes in more pieces than I would normally expect to find but the instructions lay out what everything is pretty nicely and after the initial shock it wasn't too hard to figure it out. I put it all together and let it charge over night (it suggests at least 4-5 hours of charge time before the initial use). I'm pretty happy with the steps required to actually use this vacuum. It's mostly a supplement to our robot vacuum/mop. I'm happy with the robot but we usually go around the are and pick up/move everything off of the floor in the entire upstairs before we run it so it's a process. It does a good job but the setup and reconstruction of the area before running it makes us use it far less than I'd like. So having a vacuum that's made for sweeping and mopping that I can easily setup and break down is key. When you want to use this, just fill up the clean water tank with mostly water and a small cap-full of soap. Then you're ready to go. The first time I hit the power button, I was surprised as it kind of drives itself forward. Pretty nice to lighten the load but you're also fighting against that push when your pull the vacuum back again. Overall it was a nice little assist, I think. The vacuum and mop did a pretty nice job of cleaning the floor pretty quickly but it did require an empty and refill of the tanks before I was finished. That doesn't take too long so it was no big deal. After I was done doing the whole upstairs area, the battery still had about 60% left (I was worried because when I first started it up, it looked like the battery was draining very quickly). The nice thing about having a screen with all the information on it is that you can see at a glance how hard the vacuum is working and what battery level is remaining. After you're done the instructions recommend you clean the dirty and clean water tanks as well as the roller and roller protector after each use. This is the only annoying part since you can't really just grab the vacuum to do a quick job and put it back but the cleanup of these things doesn't take too long. The base station does include an auto-clean feature for the roller so you have that going for you and there were 2 additional rollers included with this vacuum so you can always just rotate them if you need to clean one. Apparently there's an app that goes with this vacuum. The instructions just said that you can "perform all functions from the app" but I don't really know what functions those are. I did not download the app and can't imagine what I would possibly need it for. The functions on the vacuum are very minimal and can be adjusted with just a few pushes of the 3 buttons on the vacuum. I just didn't want another app on my phone. The only weird thing I didn't love about this vacuum was how it sat on the charging station. It leans forward quite a bit for some reason. I would expect it to just sit straight up and down but when the head is locked and you place it on the charger the handle leans forward at what feels like a 30 degree angle. Far more than you'd expect. Enough that I thought I was doing something wrong. I couldn't figure out a better way to place it on the charger though so I'm going to assume it's just how it was designed. I got used to it quickly enough but it was a weird thing when I first saw it. Overall, I like the vacuum. It does a good job supplementing our robot vacuum by being easy to get up and running and being easy to break down and clean when we're done (while not needing to break down the entire upstairs before using it since we can move things while vacuuming). If you're looking for a nice hard surface vacuum/mop and this fits your budget, give it a look. I was impressed with it for the most part.swemoney

I never taught about using a vacmop before i was kind of skeptical and it would take me a while to clean my hardwood floors .. was kind of an event to say. Not anymore… thanks to this Tineco Floor One s5 Extreme i’m actually looking forward to do it now. I will attach some pictures to see what comes in the box and it’s pretty straight forward plug and play kind of situation as well with some before and after situation. Everything is very intuitive to use but you can check the book or type the name of it on youtube and they have an interactive video in how to use it for first time. It comes with 2 extra brushes and an extra filter that will come in handy when you’ll wash and let dry the ones that you’ll be using first(about 24hrs) they recommended doing that after each use and you’ll want to do that and don’t forget to empty the messy water each time so u prevent bad odors. The design and features are very modern … it has a voice and a screen that will assist you in your cleaning process. To be mentioned here is the feature that senses the proportion of a mess when on auto and turns gradually the blue light into a red one, sign that you should insist in that particular area till becomes completely blue and it’s scary accurate!!! The stand acts like a support and charger (which will take somewhere 3-4hrs for it to be fully juiced up). They also recommend using ONLY Tineco cleaning solution or just plain water. Make sure you youse warm-hot water with or without solution since will tackle the dirt better. I’m happy with the product and it really saves me a lot of time and does a great job!!!Denisik91

I totally underestimated this machine. When I turned it on, the brush kicked in and almost dragged me acoss the floor! Not really, but I was surprised by how powerful the brush was for such a compact package. This mop is no joke. I'm a busy and stressed-out professional, so lots of housekeeping chores don't get done on a regular basis. I've been meaning to clean the kitchen floor for quite a while — I had food and coffee spills, tracked mud, etc, on the floor in places, and serious grossness under the oven and fridge. I figured that I'd give this machine a workout. It really worked. It took several passes in some areas, but the machine just kept working at the mess until it was all clean. The dirty tank strains out the solid materials to make it easy to dump without clogging your sink. It also uses less water than I would expect, so I didn't have to dump the tank nearly as often as I thought I would have to. The clean tank and the dirty tank have good capacity. One super thoughtful little detail is that both tanks have flat bottoms, so they can be put upright on the counter, and you don't have to lean them against anything like you do with other wet vacuums. I really like how it is as maneuverable as a light vacuum, it does a great job on hard floors and we can also use it on floor mats that aren't too thick. That brush-forward design really gets right up to edges and corners. It is very user-friendly. The display is large, bright and useful, and the voice prompts are really helpful. I’ve used other Swiffer products before and liked them, so I had expectations that this would do an okay job in a pinch. This far exceeded my expectations! We have LVT and a lot of it. We also have two kids and a dog, and as we thaw out in the Midwest all of them have been tracking in mud galore. We typically use a steam mop because everything else causes streaks, but it’s a pretty lengthy process that we only have time for on the weekends. Given that, I was thrilled at the job this did and how quickly I was able to do it. Floor was clean with zero streaks! This was easy to put together, just slide the handle together, put the (supplied!) batteries in and click the cleaner in. My first impression wasn’t great, as I sliced my thumb opening the box. Each edge of the exposed portion of the box was very sharp; I cut my hand just holding it upright to take it out of the box. All that aside, I did like the product. I used on wood tile floors. One thing that should improve is the directions. The only ones I found were on the box. It wasn’t explicit that batteries were included. Or that the swifter strip should remain and just stick onto the base. I inadvertently pulled the 2 strips thinking they were adhesive to stick. Nope. One pad down is now useless. The solution could be larger, as I used a lot to clean to avoid haziness. Overall great product.Horderlynj

So, last week, I found out that my Swiffer Wet Jet was broken… beyond repair. I needed a replacement because I have a 2 year old child that spits food onto the floor… Lovely, right? Anyways, I found this gem and decided to give it a try. Even though a mop and bucket take up more room that a Swiffer, the bucket system was what sold me. It has a brush in the bucket to clean the mop head when rinsing the dirt off, that's different. It comes with 4 mop heads, which are washable, that's nice. Unfortunately, I find the construction of the mop and bucket made of flimsy stuff. While I don't abuse my things, I am not sure how long this set will last taking into consideration that I have a young child that likes to test the strength of things on a daily basis. I'm not saying that the child is any match for this set but I am saying that if she breaks it, I won't be surprised. That's my only negative point at this point.kelly

My floors actually feel clean! For years, I dreaded mopping because it felt pointless to spread dirty water on my floors. I had no idea a system like this existed but it is genius! I've used a Swiffer for many years as a replacement for my mop and I'll say that at first I thought this would be a great strategy so I wouldn't have to deal with the hassle of traditional mopping. It has worked ok for me, but if you use the wet wipes with this don't expect it to be easy or super effective. Often after using this thing with a wet wipe to clean the floors I feel like I have done a HIIT/Cardio training class. You have to push down extremely hard against the floor in order for the wipes to pick up anything. It requires intense effort. You will be sweating after cleaning one room with this thing. Also, using the wet wipes is sort of like cleaning with a wet broom. The wipes don't pick up all the dirt, you'll still need to actively track and sweep the dirt into a pile so you can pick it up once you take off the wipe. That's another thing – the wet wipes, while they do come very wet in the box, if you use them with this Swiffer they will constantly fall off as you clean the floor. It's pretty annoying to clean the floor with a wet wipe only to have it constantly fall off and need to be reattached. Like I said, use it for a quick clean but probably should get something more reliable as your primary wet cleaning product.Alex

I usually read reviews before buying things, but I was in Canadian Tire and simply grabbed this, thinking RubberMaid does at least some basic QA of products. I was wrong. As many other reviews mention, the engineering and/or parts in this product are faulty. The spray mechanism broke after the 2nd use, and started leaking. After a while it was simply POURING out so I could not use it. As the spray is built into the mop, you cannot manually remove and spray the bottle either. The item is simply plastic waste, and a lot of it. I was hoping to use it for years. This item has not been removed or from Canadian Tire after a bunch of obviously bad reviews.Red Ranger

Over the last 4 years, I’ve have owned and used 3 Reveal Spray Mops. There are many reasons to love this mop. It is easy to use and light weight. The soft cloth microfiber pad is reusable, washable and does not leave streaks on laminate floors. The refill bottle is convenient to use with your own cleaning solutions, 2-3 tblsp. of a gentle cleaner (no ammonia) with water. With some design modifications, this spray mop would be super great (!). Yes, I would buy a fourth one if available, and be willing to pay more for improvements to the basic design. Problems I’ve encountered: the trigger mechanism in the handle stopped working on 2 of the mops. The warranty replaced these mops. One of the bottles wouldn’t disperse solutions and now a leaking bottle issue has begun on my 3rd mop leaving puddles on the floor. I’ve tried a popular competitor product and find it wanting. Their throw-away mopping pads leave streaks and I had to use 2 pads each time. Their priority solution/bottle doesn’t allow using your own cleaning solution and I think their cleaner is too harsh on my laminate flooring. And you have to use 4 batteries to squirt the solution on the floor. Because of these 3 points, it’s going to be more expensive to continue using. My conclusion, if Rubbermaid were to rethink their Reveal Spray Mop design a little bit, they would have a BIG winner. Nonetheless, the basic design and its usage in my experience earns 4 stars.Carol inventive organizer

After maybe 25 uses, I discovered that the handle of the mop was slowly coming apart. I dismantled the handle, found out what the problem was (cracked plastic dowel) and fixed it with plastic glue and screws. Yesterday the handle broke again and this time I had to fix it with a wooden dowel, plastic glue and screws. My tendency in life is to fix things without having to throw away in the garbage all the time. The mop works fine now but why do you sell such cheaply made product? Rubbermaid could make it much more solid (use metal parts for assembling not plastic) and garantee it for 5 years at least and people would be happy to pay $10 more for a product that would be solid and reliable. Aside from the weakness of the handle at the joint, all other features of that mop work well.Raymond

Got to use the mop today n was super excited because it was all fancy….was very disappointed,real quick. The latch you have to unlock to spin it out wouldn't stay latched while I was mopping so the handle kept collapsing. I couldn't get the mop to release from the bucket after spinning out so I had to put my hand where the dirty water is to hold the bucket down every single time. Tried using my foot but just ended up with spilled nasty water 🤮 Then when I put any kind of pressure on it to push the mop on the floor,the handle bent. Sooooo,the handle is going to snap obviously. Rotten idea of a mop. I honestly think this mop is more suited for small spills than for deep cleaning the entire floor. The mop head is too light to do any serious cleaning. I went over half the kitchen floor with this mop and the mop water still looked clean. If you want to do some serious mopping, get yourself an old-timey cotton mop with a two-pound head (if you can handle that size, or a one-pounder if you can't).dude

My favorite mop ever. It is really lightweight and performs with much ease! The white cap above the mop head allows you to ring out the dirty water without touching the mop head at all. The individual mop strips allow it to go into small spaces and clean all over. I’ve been using it for well over ten years and no matter how many others I purchased for change, I always come back to the #wondermop!crissi .g

This is a great mop! It actually absorbs dirt so no dirty streaks! Easy to rinse out and ring out. I have bought and used a lot of different mops in my 40 plus years of cleaning and this easily rates at the number one spot( that list includes a couple of steam mops). If you are looking for clean floors look no further! I have had a Libman broom for over 10 years so this brand lasts!julie

Love this!!! Where has this been all my adult life. I had a steam cleaner but the heat dulled the finish on my hardwood floors. This is all I need to keep the shine. I use a tiny bit of antibacterial dish soap with water. So easy that it doesn’t seem tedious at all. I will say the pads could use some improvement though. So I was very excited to purchase this as we just moved into our first home and it's on the smaller side. I was thinking Hey, we don't need a big mop just taking up space! Well, I probably should have gotten the mop. The pad doesn't seem to do a very good job of lifting the dirt rather pushes it around and leaves the floor a soapy and streaky mess. I really wanted to like this, love the idea of it. But the product itself isn't for me.Blkprl

I filled with my expensive Shaw Floor cleaner because we had been just using a spray bottle of it with a regular mop. I was eager to have a mop with integrated sprayer to avoid carrying a separate spray bottle around. I filled this mom's reservoir with our preferred, pricey cleaner and was really mad to find a huge puddle of cleaner 2-3 hours later. I never even tried the mop – it leaked out ALL of our cleaner when I went to use it a few hours after filling it. I'm thankful I hadn't propped the mop on our brand new floors or we'd have a major problem on our hands. Thankfully, it was sitting on our ceramic tile.
