Unfortunately I decided to try this product as it caught my eye and lured me with its fancy packaging and appealing price. I read the directions and proceeded to apply the product as instructed, waited the desired amount of time, which was halfway between the minimum and maximum limits, and used the cute little spatula to scrape off the cream. What came off was not my hair, but rather my beliefs that anything could be less effective than a dull razor, which I had to use because my legs were still covered in a layer of mangled hair and disappointment. Not only did this product fail to remove my hair, but it took almost the whole bottle to even cover my legs with one layer. This product was the biggest waste of my time, effort and money that I have ever encountered, but it all might just be worth it to write this review and warn the thousands, perhaps even millions of unsuspecting consumers that may be inclined to make the same mistake that I did when I decided to buy this terrible product.

I've been using this product for about a year. Before I would use Sally Hansen. It works. It does miss a few spots especially in the upper lip. I do find that the hair growths a little faster compared to Sally Hansen especially in the beginning, however, if you keep using it once a week for a year, the hair growth does slow down. It does not smell as strong as other hair removal creams. There is less time required for the hair removal. The tube is really easy to get the cream out of. I like the moisturizer it comes with. It does not burn my sensitive skin especially if you leave it on an extra 2 minutes compared to Sally Hansen where my face would be super red and inflammed. Make sure to moisturize often, Glee does dry you out a little more. Negatives: The plastic hair removal tool SUCKS! I used it twice could never get it to quite work. Just use a damp cloth, it is much faster and works so much better. You will see actual results with a damp cloth versus the plastic crap. For the price, the tubes are a bit small. You can probably get about 3-4 uses, so it's not the most budget friendly. Mentioned it above, it tends to miss certain areas especially areas you really want to get rid of (for me always the upper lip) and the hair does growth back faster than others so I'd suggest trying it out for a month and seeing how it works for you, but I still recommend.migonz1990
ok so I've only tried this once. Used it on legs and bikini area. Left on the minimum time, as instructed. Hopped in shower. And nothing. Nothing came off!. And the little scraper? Very rough edges-felt as though it was scratching my legs. So i wasnt actually able to use it, but i did use a wash cloth. I will try once more and leave on max time-will update if there are changes. *I really like the thickness of this product. Love that there isn't a harsh smell. It works for me! I'm medium (olive/tan skin) and I was worried it wouldn't work but so far its not painful for me and I can see a difference in hair. I purchased this product last summer and began using it immediately. I love that I don't need to purchase gels to use with this, like many other machines, because I'm allergic to the ingredients in the gels. I used this for 5 weeks and really began seeing results mid-summer. I had to discontinue use of this due to pregnancy. However, it's February now, and I can still see the results. I still have a lot of hair growth, because I didn't use it for the full 8 weeks, but all hair that was removed during the summer is still gone. It has not grown back. Please understand that hair grows in cycles. This machine is only supposed to be used once per week for 8 weeks…possibly a little longer. While we may be impatient and want to get faster results, using it more frequently will not yield faster/better results because hair grows in cycles. You can't kill hair growth after you already killed it. You also can't kill hair growth that is not in active growing stage yet. I really started to notice results after 4 weeks of use because I was able to see the thinning of the hair that was growing in. After the 8 weeks of use are done, you may still need to use a round of it from time to time, as we develop new hair follicles every so often. This does not mean that the machine doesn't work. I too had high hopes for this product after having done lots of research. I too have fair skin and dark hair which should be the ideal combination for success. I followed all manufacturers recommendations for preparation prior to use. I "used up" the flash head that came with the unit and the overall result is absolutely no change in either the amount of hair or it's rate of regrowth. (Reality check…. the flash is used up when it no longer fires…. not after 5000 or however many flashes. That is a scam on an already overpriced item of questionable value) I went so far as to only use the unit on the high setting and was doing two, 10 minute sessions per day. Still no visible results. Great packaging…… convincing sales and video presentation on the ME web site……. but none of those things translate into an effective device. I was really hoping this item would be worth the price as it is really cute and small enough for tiny areas but unfortunately for me it does not do the job. If you are undergoing laser hair removal, you will be advised not to wax or pluck at all between appointments. You are advised to only "shave". I have been using this product off on for a couple of years. It works well when it works. However, it tends to get clugged up really easily. Even when you clean it out thoroghly it still isn't as clean as you think it is. Because there is a part in the top where you screw it on, and you cannot see all the hair that builds up in there. So, you even need to take that piece apart. But, be careful this is a little tricky because there are a lot of mall parts that can get lost. I suggest you use tweezers to this process on a table if you do not want lose any of those pieces. Overall, I would not recommend this product for an adolescent or someone who is unable to keep up with the cleaning process of this prosuct. I received this about 6 days ago, my first impression of the flawless hair removal device was excellent although I found the way to insert the battery could been better as it is sometimes hard to slide out/in. My concerns: sensitive skin,, serum delivery and facial massage. Overall note: Vibration is not very fast so not “ultrasonic” if you’re looking for that kind of massage device, but it is wonderful! I prefer that its a bit bouncy and its very easy to clean all the of heads. Epilator: I had a Braun epilator FOR YEARS so I suspect the quality of this epilator is very good and hopefully this will be the same. Never rusted and cleaned very easily. Serum massage head: bouncy and has a strange ‘stiff/not so stiff’ setting at the top, which I dont really understand. However its very easy to clean and does a great job of delivering with its smaller head into the sides of my nose. Best with oil and moves with ease because the plate slightly bends across the curves of your face. Brush: not as fast as one would normally see in say the Clarisonic, but I dont use it for my face, just body brush and is gentle enough for that. Criticisms for improvement: The stand alone would have given it 4 stars because it is a ridiculous piece of plastic to keep the machine upright, but nothing else? I have to lay out a towel after washing the heads because the lid only fits over the epilator. Then I keep them all in the suede bag provided because its semi-rigid. Will probably use my own bag because drying takes a while. Braun FaceSpa Pro 911 It is a very sleek and modern looking beauty tool and I love the Rose Gold detailing which make it look expensive and high quality. It is also very light and sits nicely in your hand. To review this product fully I feel you really need to break it down into the 3 different areas the product focuses on. The Epilator head – I was excited to try this as I had never used an epilator on my face before. After charging the device it was a bit daunting as a 1st timer to watch (and hear) the little epilator head spinning around and contemplate using this on your face however following the instructions in the handbook and stretching the skin it delivered really effective results. It was a little bit nippy to begin with but any redness died down within minutes and left me with a smooth upper lip. I also trialled the product on my stray eyebrow hairs and found it really quick and easy to use with brilliant results. The Cleansing Brush – Personally I was a little disappointed with this part of the spa. I had hoped it would deliver a deep clean and clear out any clogged pores or blackheads that I had but unfortunately the brush doesn’t work into my pores in this way. I also found the built in timer a bit annoying as it was never quite long enough to work on one area of my face and the brush stops rotating for a couple of seconds when the timer reaches the end before starting up again, good idea in theory but I would have liked to have been able to turn this function off. I also feel like I have used a LOT more of my cleansing product than I would have applying by hand as without product on the brush the bristles can feel a bit rough after a while if your skin is very dry (like mine). Overall it did work well to remove leftover makeup but didn’t deliver quite the results I was hoping for The MicroVibration Head – Again I think I had possibly put my expectation of what this would deliver on a pedestal before actually trying the product but I was very disappointed. On a positive, the head felt nice and cool on first touch against your skin and then almost delivers a slight warming feel when using it. The microvibration is a nice sensation on cheeks but (onto the negatives) felt a bit like a drill against boney areas such as my forehead, cheekbones and chin! The only downside is although the FacePro doesn’t have a lot of buttons it wasn’t very clear how to use it from the instructions. The difference between the normal and ‘turbo’ mode was very subtle too so figuring out what setting it was on was confusing at times! Though I did discover it has a handy ‘lock’ setting so you can put it in your bag for travel safely without worrying about it accidentally turning on. Thoughtful plus! It comes with a little pouch for the attachments and a cute circle stand. I love the rose gold/copper colour and this would make a lovely gift to a mother, sister, friend etc. It’s so convienent having multiple features on one device and definitely feels like a luxurious ‘spa evening’ whenever I do my skin care routine now. As a hairy-faced woman who owns five battery or cord-powered epilators, I can say this little spring was a big surprise. It works. The major advantage this spring has over my powered devices is that it actually grabs hair, over and over again. I am convinced that I can remove my facial hair faster with this spring than with any of my epilators and a whole lot faster than tweezing. I also have not experienced skin irritation, but as someone who was epilating daily prior to the spring, I may have missed some of the aggravations that those with less experienced skin might have. This was my first time using hair removal cream, and I’m very impressed with the results! I left the cream on for five minutes on my face and it removed all of the unwanted hair. It was like magic! The dual-sided applicator also makes it very easy to apply the cream with precision, which is crucial when you’re using it on your face. I was so impressed that I tried it on my thicker armpit hair. To get the results I wanted, I had to leave it on for about seven minutes since it is a lot more hair. I was so surprised at how easily it removed my hair! No razor, no waxing, just a light cream to get rid of all this hair! To anyone trying out this product, be VERY careful. The cream is effective so don’t get it on hair you do want to keep (e.g. your eyebrows) and don’t leave it on too long because it can cause burning. I don’t consider my skin to be sensitive, but after five minutes on my face, the cream left the skin slightly red, very smooth, and it stung a little when I applied moisturizer. For that reason, I would not recommend this for people with sensitive skin. This appears to be a chemical reaction that breaks down hair and skin cells, so you’ll want to limit how much you use this. With all of that in consideration, I would still recommend the product to anyone who wants to get rid of hair quickly without using a razor. For me personally, on my own this would have never been anything I would’ve ever dreamt of using. Had a horrible experience with Nair many years back, but this product pleasantly surprised me! I tested it out on my arm near my wrist first, and had complete hair removal and zero irritation. Then, I went for my face. First was the mustache area, and oh god it burned. I even got a little on my lip (big mistake!) Then I used it on the area near my temples (above my eyebrows) because hair randomly grows there and there’s too much to tweeze, and I had the most success in that area in both sides of my face as far as hair removal (every time I could see the root of the hairs, which looked like infection and slightly freaked me out, I must say!) then I did the chin and goatee areas. Though every area of my face did have some burning and redness, I think it will go down a lot after I get some sleep. And I am very pleased with how well the hair came out! For a product that I didn’t have much hope for, this one ended up pleasantly surprising me. I would likely rather use a product like this, than shave those areas of my face. So I've bought two of these in the past year, (the flawless white, then the blue flawless pro) and now I'm having to potentially buy a third one because no matter how long I charge it, clean it, it just straightup stops working after a few months. It'll glitch a lot and then just stop working entirely. BUT the reason that irritates me so much is because when it's working it works great!! It is the best product I have found for my aggravating peach fuzz, as my skin is sensitive to anything else. You don't feel a thing, it really gets it all, you just have to be patient and sometimes go over a spot several times. But it will take care of all those annoying hairs eventually. My concerns: sensitive skin,, serum delivery and facial massage. Overall note: Vibration is not very fast so not “ultrasonic” if you’re looking for that kind of massage device, but it is wonderful! I prefer that its a bit bouncy and its very easy to clean all the of heads. Epilator: I had a Braun epilator FOR YEARS so I suspect the quality of this epilator is very good and hopefully this will be the same. Never rusted and cleaned very easily. Serum massage head: bouncy and has a strange ‘stiff/not so stiff’ setting at the top, which I dont really understand. However its very easy to clean and does a great job of delivering with its smaller head into the sides of my nose. Best with oil and moves with ease because the plate slightly bends across the curves of your face. Brush: not as fast as one would normally see in say the Clarisonic, but I dont use it for my face, just body brush and is gentle enough for that. Criticisms for improvement: The stand alone would have given it 4 stars because it is a ridiculous piece of plastic to keep the machine upright, but nothing else? I have to lay out a towel after washing the heads because the lid only fits over the epilator. Then I keep them all in the suede bag provided because its semi-rigid. Will probably use my own bag because drying takes a while. The best thing about this dermaplaning tool is it’s price! It’s a great dermaplaning tool for beginners. I had been afraid to take the plunge out of fear of cutting my face. This tool was so easy to use. It took a few minutes to learn how to best use on my face. But it does work! It left my skin soft as my baby’s skin. I have had a dermaflash for about 4 years. I love it. But the blades are a bit expensive ($29 for 4). I wanted to try to find a similar, cheaper alternative. I really liked this one. But I have a lot of experience dermaplaning as I am an aesthetician. But I can't dermaplane myself with the modified surgical scalpel so this tool is perfect. The battery did run out before I finished my face. but the vibration isn't necessary if you know what you're doing.
I loved how easy and convenient this machine is to use. Listen friends, waxing gave me what looked like a serious hormonal acne that had my dermatologists perplexed. They prescribed tretinoin, benzoyl peroxide etc. but nothing worked. It happened again recently and I was able to pinpoint the problem on my own. It was waxing that did this so when I read an article of dermaplaning I was hesitant but desperate to find something to replace my waxing habit. So, I did my homework, weighed the pros and cons and I went in and tried dermaplaning with this product and boy is it a game changer. I got this for a few hairs that are starting to sprout above my upper lip (don't get old, folks!). I purchased it because this was specifically 'for the face', and was worried about such a sensitive area. I would advised, especially for your first time , using this product to cut the time in half. The box said 5-7 minutes. After 4, the hair was already gone (still completely gone 2 weeks later with no signs of growing back yet), but I was still irritated. Slight redness that went away within the hour, and the next day a little skin dryness/flaking. Nothing major–it was remedied with a good face wash and some lotion. Next time I'll cut back to about 2 1/2 to 3 minutes. Now, keep in mind that I am VERY fair skinned, the hairs that were growing in were a dark blonde to light brown, and they were not thick–they were fine hairs. I did not need a very thick layer either, so I'd say this one tube of product is going to last me well over a year–I hope it has a LONG shelf life!

I've got to that age when I get the occasional hair sprouting out of my chin and I can't always see them, this is great, I just run it around my chin and top lip and it catches any stray hairs and pulls them out at the roots, not cuts them. I have very fine light blonde hair on my upper lip and chin. I've found that over the last few years (I just turned 30), it looks a bit thicker and longer than it was in my youth– and I've started looking into ways to remove it as it is unsightly in the sun/selfies. I've tried waxing but it always left me with irritation. I also just started using a retinol so waxing is no longer an option. Tweezing would take forever, and going for threading at a salon is not an option during a pandemic. I was skeptical of this tool based on the very mixed reviews but I decided to give it a try and use the advice some of the reviewers left. I'm very pleased with the results and so far have not had any irritation! So here is what worked for me: -At first it did not work. But that was because I was a dummy and didn't clean my face first (moisturizer is not your friend in this circumstance). I used a baby wipe to wipe down my chin/lip and let it dry… and THEN it worked. I also kept the baby wipe on hand and wiped down the area as I went, and wiped the tool too to keep it clean and grippy. SO– use it on CLEAN skin with NO product. -It worked for me both in the direction of hair growth AND opposite hair growth, but was MORE effective when I held it upside down in a U shape and went UP on my face so it was pulling the hairs opposite the hair growth– and this manoeuvre felt similar to threading. -It did seem to break some of the very fine/shorter hairs, but for the most part it removed the longer hairs from the root. It did not remove ALL the hairs, but removed enough that it does not show up in close up selfies, and honestly looks more natural than waxing because there are still SOME teeny tiny hairs. -Once I got the hang of how to use it, it only took about 5 min to do my entire lip and chin. I found it was more effective the quicker I went, and was less painful than tweezing/waxing! I kept my slanted tweezers handy and ended up plucking a few stray hairs but it was QUICK!kaffeinejunkie
Turning the ARROWS simplified: with the Tweezerman LOGO FACING YOU; the handles must be turned INWARDS ( towards the center between the two handle ends) If the BLANK SIDE is FACING UP, the handles must be turned OUTWARDS (away from the center). One cannot just randomly pick up the remover and start turning because on one side the arrows face one direction and on the flip side the arrows face the opposite direction. Verify this for yourself! I couldn't figure out why one time it would work and the next it wouldn't – arrow turning directionality is the answer. Also, alternately turning of the handles works better than trying to turn them simultaneously. Use longer, non-curved side-bar for cheeks, chin, under-chin and forehead. I go two directions: firstly with the side-bar perpendicular to the ground, then again with it parallel to the ground. Using this cross cut method makes sure the job gets done. Thanks to this simple, handy hair remover I no longer waste money on threading my lip or face and find this technique with a coil more effective too. Yes there is a learning curve and anyone who says it doesn't work has not used it properly. Yes, the process is somewhat painful at first but as the hair is removed it becomes proportionally tolerable and indicates the area is done. This leaves the skin naturally hair-free looking versus the harsh lines waxing leaves behind. I purchased in 2018 and choose Tweezerman over cheap alternatives available from a major online 3rd party seller. I bought this for my upper lip and chin hairs. Maybe it works for larger, flatter areas like legs (I haven't tried it for that yet) but it doesn't work on smaller, more rounded areas. The instructions say the light will remain constant when it's working properly but the light flashes on and off when I try to do my upper lip and chin. For me, this was a waste of money.AZSharon

I was really hoping this item would be worth the price as it is really cute and small enough for tiny areas but unfortunately for me it does not do the job. If you are undergoing laser hair removal, you will be advised not to wax or pluck at all between appointments. You are advised to only "shave". I was told about this product from a friend at work about a month ago and I decided to give it a try. My mom is in her early 70’s and she has quite a few chin hairs and would normally pluck those hairs. I bought it while on sale and wanted her to try it. She’s used it twice so far and loves it. My concerns: sensitive skin,, serum delivery and facial massage. Overall note: Vibration is not very fast so not “ultrasonic” if you’re looking for that kind of massage device, but it is wonderful! I prefer that its a bit bouncy and its very easy to clean all the of heads. Epilator: I had a Braun epilator FOR YEARS so I suspect the quality of this epilator is very good and hopefully this will be the same. Never rusted and cleaned very easily. Serum massage head: bouncy and has a strange ‘stiff/not so stiff’ setting at the top, which I dont really understand. However its very easy to clean and does a great job of delivering with its smaller head into the sides of my nose. Best with oil and moves with ease because the plate slightly bends across the curves of your face. Brush: not as fast as one would normally see in say the Clarisonic, but I dont use it for my face, just body brush and is gentle enough for that. Criticisms for improvement: The stand alone would have given it 4 stars because it is a ridiculous piece of plastic to keep the machine upright, but nothing else? I have to lay out a towel after washing the heads because the lid only fits over the epilator. Then I keep them all in the suede bag provided because its semi-rigid. Will probably use my own bag because drying takes a while. Would recommend for someone who does a medium amount (2-3x times a week, less than everyday) routine because I’m not sure how much the replacement of the brush will cost…but is a really good entry level skin care item that introduces you to many marketable skin care fads, and I’m sure I’ll find out through this, what is important to me.Neonyellowhighligher
Braun FaceSpa Pro 911 It is a very sleek and modern looking beauty tool and I love the Rose Gold detailing which make it look expensive and high quality. It is also very light and sits nicely in your hand. To review this product fully I feel you really need to break it down into the 3 different areas the product focuses on. The Epilator head – I was excited to try this as I had never used an epilator on my face before. After charging the device it was a bit daunting as a 1st timer to watch (and hear) the little epilator head spinning around and contemplate using this on your face however following the instructions in the handbook and stretching the skin it delivered really effective results. It was a little bit nippy to begin with but any redness died down within minutes and left me with a smooth upper lip. I also trialled the product on my stray eyebrow hairs and found it really quick and easy to use with brilliant results. The Cleansing Brush – Personally I was a little disappointed with this part of the spa. I had hoped it would deliver a deep clean and clear out any clogged pores or blackheads that I had but unfortunately the brush doesn’t work into my pores in this way. I also found the built in timer a bit annoying as it was never quite long enough to work on one area of my face and the brush stops rotating for a couple of seconds when the timer reaches the end before starting up again, good idea in theory but I would have liked to have been able to turn this function off. I also feel like I have used a LOT more of my cleansing product than I would have applying by hand as without product on the brush the bristles can feel a bit rough after a while if your skin is very dry (like mine). Overall it did work well to remove leftover makeup but didn’t deliver quite the results I was hoping for The MicroVibration Head – Again I think I had possibly put my expectation of what this would deliver on a pedestal before actually trying the product but I was very disappointed. On a positive, the head felt nice and cool on first touch against your skin and then almost delivers a slight warming feel when using it. The microvibration is a nice sensation on cheeks but (onto the negatives) felt a bit like a drill against boney areas such as my forehead, cheekbones and chin! The timer function also comes into play with this head and is again rather annoying as I would prefer a smooth constant movement from one area to another rather than a disjointed gap, it is also quite noisy when vibrating which takes away from the relaxing spa feel it should create. I was using more product again than usual too and after using the head still ending up using my fingertips to finish applying my cream as I felt a lot of my moisturiser was still sitting on my face and wasn’t rubbed in fully. To summarise, I think the product is a great idea in theory but has a lot of downsides. It looks great but in my opinion it is overpriced for what it actually delivers and I feel the only part I will use regularly is the epilator head. All in all, a very expensive epilator.Nicole2107
I was really excited to try this out, I have at times very fuzzy peach hair, some days it’s not noticeable and other days it’ll catch the light and I’ll stare in horror and wonder if people see that all the time! I decided to try out the brush head first using a face wash with it, it was so so relaxing and my skin felt so much cleaner than any previous methods I’ve tried. I always find my forehead needs more attention than the rest of my face but I usually end up scrubbing it raw trying to exfoliate it. But the brush is the PERFECT amount of rough vs soft, my skin didn’t sting at all after using it and it’s the softest it’s ever felt. Without a doubt my favourite attachment for the FacePro that I’ll use every day! The epilator head for the FacePro works just as you’d expect, it’s feels scary and unnatural putting it on your skin at first but I quickly got used to the sensation! And my face is finally hair free in the right places! I also used this to shape and define my eyebrow, works wonders. I decided to use the microvibrating head last to apply some moisterier after exfoliating, at first it didn’t seem to do much, and I only really felt it ‘massaging’ on my cheek bones? But once I had finished applying the moisterier I could feel it had definitely helped to even my skin tone and brought some colour to my face whilst evenly distributing my moisterier. The only downside is although the FacePro doesn’t have a lot of buttons it wasn’t very clear how to use it from the instructions. The difference between the normal and ‘turbo’ mode was very subtle too so figuring out what setting it was on was confusing at times! Though I did discover it has a handy ‘lock’ setting so you can put it in your bag for travel safely without worrying about it accidentally turning on. Thoughtful plus! It comes with a little pouch for the attachments and a cute circle stand. I love the rose gold/copper colour and this would make a lovely gift to a mother, sister, friend etc. It’s so convienent having multiple features on one device and definitely feels like a luxurious ‘spa evening’ whenever I do my skin care routine now.
