Finally found the perfect cleanser for my face and skin type. I've already noticed a huge difference in overall oil reduction, texture, and clogged pores, so I'm pleased. I have combo oily/dry skin on my face, so some areas over produce oil and some areas are drier than a desert. But a couple of things I noticed about this cleanser is it works really well to unclog the oily areas and keep them moisturized a bit. After about 4 days, I did notice the salicylic acid starting to work and my face was flaking off, but that's what it's supposed to do. So I added some Jergens Ultra Healing lotion to my routine and WOW it's effective. The dry parts of my face are moist, the oily parts are moist but not oily. Would recommend.Luftherz
I have been dealing with constant breakouts for years, since middle school, and I’m 22 now. I just started using this face wash in May 2022 and it has been a life saver. Not only did it clear my breakouts but if I do breakout, it’s one or two pimples. Which for me is more than manageable and an improvement. It also has gradually been fading my acne scars as well. I received the CeraVe Acne Control Cleanser for reviewing purposes. I have combination skin nose and chin very oily, forehead is super dry rest of face is normal. I also get hormonal acne. With all that said I find this product actually whole line really great. I have only been using for about 3 weeks so I am just over the purging stage but I am seeing my pores getting smaller also not having as much redness. I switched from a physical exfoliant (scrub) to this chemical exfoliant (benzoyl peroxide). This product is much more gentle on the skin and still leaves my skin feeling soft right away. Over time, I have noticed much less breakouts/acne with this product! No more harsh scrub tearing up my skin, so it looks even more hydrated and glowy! I have combination skin, I get oily in my T-zone and have small patches of eczema around my eyes and mouth. I've used the classic CeraVe foaming cleanser/moisturizer/retinol serum/night cream for years. I did a course of strong meds a year and a half ago and it cleared my skin completely. After full-time mask wearing started up again, my acne came back a bit so I decided to try this cleanser after having such good experiences with all their other products. It cleared my skin after only a few days! But be careful – I developed a painful itchy rash around my lips and mouth that took steroids to clear up because of how much this cleanser irritated that area of my face. I've now cut down use from every morning and night to just once every other morning and I avoid my eyes and mouth with it. Great product! Benzoyl peroxide is perfect for hormonal/cystic acne — the red, inflamed, under the surface kind. I had been using salicylic acid for a while and didn’t understand why my acne was not clearing. Until my dermatologist informed me that SA is better for whitehead & blackhead type of acne (which I did not have). 4% benzoyl peroxide is a great amount if you’re just introducing benzoyl peroxide to the skin. This cleanser is really good. There are lots of comments in regard to the new formula being worse than the old, which has NOT been my experience. ( it’s just a cleanser list of ingredients! ). This gentle foaming cleanser defends against 5 signs of skin barrier, dryness, irritation, roughness, and tightness. It’s not harsh on my skin at all. I massage the product into my ski for 60 seconds then rinse and follow the rest of my daily routine. This product goes on light and smooth and leaves my skin feeling fresh and healthy. I don’t care for the smell though, hence I less the star rating. What I love about this cleanser it is effective, but gentle without stripping or leaving my skin feeling dry. The original formula left my skin feeling dry. I’m so happy they improved the formula with glycerine because my skin feels refreshed and moisturized! First off, I’m an esthetician so I’m a bit of a skin care snob. Things that I do love about this cleanser is that the company reworked the formula and took out the parabens and all of the harmful ingredients that it use to use. The cleanser is definitely gentle and good for sensitive skin. But it doesn’t have any actual active ingredients that would help with acne. So if your expecting it to cure any acne. It won’t. It would be best if used as a pre-cleanse before an active cleanser or if your on a medication that prevents you from using active ingredients. This new formulation is TERRIBLE!!! The smell and texture are gross in my opinion. The former blue herbal gel cleanser was my holy grail product that my husband and I had been using for over 7 years. It would effectively remove debris, oil and makeup and kept my face fresh, healthy and clean. I have attempted to find a replacement and tried 7-8 cleansers from Kiehls and other brands and there is nothing that will suffice or is as effective as the old blue herbal gel cleanser. If I knew this was being discontinued I would have purchased all the remaining stock from my local Kiehls store. This item should have a lower rating as the positive reviews in 2016 or older, which are listed here, are for the old formulation; as such, the 3.5 heart rating is inaccurate. To start I just wanna say that this has twice the salicylic acid more than other acne cleaners.. If you don’t already use products salicylic acid then you should take it easy cause this will dry your skin out cause it’s two times more than regular cheaper products… Now for my personal experience I am always looking for a new face cleanser that also fights acne. I LOVED the blue herbal gel cleanser—I really thought I would use it for the rest of my life. It was perfect—awesome feel, smell, and it worked! Then, without warning customers or explaining why, Kiehl’s did away with what they had always called their “venerable” preparation. Why?? I cannot understand why a company would eliminate such a great and useful product from its line. But, worse, they pretty much lied by keeping the blue herbal name. First, it’s not blue. Not that I care about the color, but it seems ridiculous to keep calling it blue. And it’s not the old formula with a different color. It doesn’t feel or smell like the old stuff. In fact, it smells terrible and I rinsed my face several times to get the smell off. My face also feels drier and less refreshed than it did with the actual blue cleanser. This product absolutely changed my skin. I first got it during the winter, and it did dry my skin out. I stopped using it for several months until the summer when my skin was significantly oilier and needed some form of exfoliation. I decided to go back to this and see if it would help my breakouts without irritating my skin. My OH MY!!!!! Within just 2 weeks, my skin transformed. I tried this at first as a spot treatment and continued to breakout but didn't attribute this to the cleanser till I began using it on my whole face the next day. I used this product twice in one day and then felt my skin begin to burn. My skin is more oily and sensitive but this product dried my skin out so much that it feels tight and even flaked in areas, especially above my lips and T-zone. The following day I woke up to a new level of breakout and a red bumpy rash that I'm still trying to get rid of. My face looks and feels as if it were chemically burned! It's red, inflamed and is covered in bumps now! I would not suggest this to anyone. I have more oily skin and now my skin is tight, dry, red, inflamed and painful!Amy C.

This little gem came in a bundle that I purchased to try out different products. I recommend folks to purchase bundles to get the vast array of products that they offer. I have very dry skin that coincides with the side effect of a skin disorder that I have. A lot of facial cleansers I am allergic to or have reactions to. So I was wary of this, but I gave it a try. This stuff is holy grail to my face and skin! Nothing ever worked with breakouts I always had to deal with them when I felt them painfully coming in! Not anymore. I bought this stuff and put it aside because I wasn’t fully done with the other face wash. HUGE MISTAKE! One morning I woke up with a painful pimple trying to come through the surface and I got tired of feeling useless and not trying to help my face and that darn pimple so I applied some of this all over my face and neck area as instructed on the packaging. For the past three years, I've been using PanOxyl face wash. My physician prescribed this face wash because I was looking for something to help with my acne. I've always had reasonably clear skin, but I've always had oily skin with acne scars. After doing so many sports and sweating so much, I started getting severe acne. I started using the 10% Benzoyl Peroxide face wash on both my face and back, and I noticed a difference in both areas within a week. My acne scars started to diminish, and I saw very few pimples. Because I have incredibly sensitive skin, I was initially hesitant because my dermatologist warned me that it could irritate my skin. I've been using this product twice daily for the past three years, and my skin isn't as acne-prone. I finally feel like I've found a great face wash that makes me confident in my natural skin, which many people can't say.One of the negative aspects of this product is that it can bleach your clothing, towels, and other items, but this can easily be avoided if used cautiously. Have you tried everything to rid your face and shoulders of acne?! Well my husband has, from Clinique's new acne line to Murad Salicylic acid products and Proactive all with no improvement! Over they years we have spent endless time and $$$ trying to help his skin improve. I am so happy to say we found the holy grail in PanOxyl, while being a bit to harsh for my less oily skin it has worked wonders for his overly oily skin in just a week of use! Being that it has the highest concentration of Benzoyl Peroxide (the ingredient in proactive but has a much higher amount per bottle) you can find without a prescription makes it safe to use unlike the damaging side effects he endured using Acutane at age 19. I have him using a gel or water based moisturizer after to replace some of the moisture it removes plus sunblock as this product can cause skin to be more sensitive to harsh UV rays. It has cleared his adult acne to almost zero in just a week, I can't stress that enough. He is much happier with the results than he ever has and I'm a much happier wife knowing he feels good about his skin (and I can stop hunting for more products)! I really liked this but am soooooooo sad the Acne Solutions cleansing bar soap is gone. I had previously stocked up and had many bars and finally just finished my last one and then bought this as a replacement but it's not the same. I can understand the ease of use factor but the bar soap had such a fluffy lather and it lasted forever. This liquid version does the job but it's super runny and when I squirted it out, way too much product flowed out. And the lather was meh. I don't understand why the bar soap is gone in Canada when it's still available in the US but I can't buy it because Clinique.com doesn't ship to Canada. Overall it worked. Although the product design team could make the cleanser a thicker consistency like the old oil-free gel cleanser and improve the lather to be fluffier.Miss Maxine
I started using this gel when there was a time I ran out of the cleansing foam and this was the only one available. I like this better 'coz a 125ml bottle lasts longer. I transfer it to a much smaller tube for bathroom use to control wastage. I wish it was a bit thicker though so it will last many more months. My only complain is the difficulty squeezing out the remaining product without taking the whole cap off….Gentle yet effective. Does not dry or tighten skin no matter how often I use in a day. I like this cleanser, but I use it as a treatment product. I cleanse with a normal foaming cleanser most of the week and use this every 3 days to keep acne at bay. My skin feels really smooth afterwards. It is watery but they created the bottle so only a small amount is dispersed. It’s actually pretty difficult to find salicylic cleansers with no fragrance so I’ll get this again once it’s through. Personally I wouldn’t ever use this kind of cleanser every day…it’s not necessary IMO. That would be a bit too harsh for most people’s skin.clarinsfan

Recently, I have noticed I've been experiencing a lot of skin congestion and breakouts especially in my chin area. I recently came off of a strict diet so I attribute these skin issues due to that. I have a few Murad products that I alternate into my routine and being that I've only had positive results with the line, I ultimately chose this cleanser to combat said issues. I love that you do not need much of this gel cleanser to thoroughly clean your face. A little truly goes a long way. You do immediately get a tingling/cooling sensation when using this cleanser but I have not found it to irritate my sensitive skin at all. No adverse reactions whatsoever. My skin absolutely did purge after use in the beginning. It seemed like I was waking up to a new breakout every morning, however, about two weeks into using this every morning, my skin not only cleared up but this helped clear out the skin congestion. Overall, it does work. I've been using it a little less now, mostly when my skin starts to feel congested again or during that time of the month and this helps keep all those issues at bay.sabrina.s
VALUE SIZE PUMP IS A NO GO. I’ve been married to this cleanser for years and don’t think I’ll ever switch. It’s made an incredible difference in my skin from blackhead to whiteheads and everything in between. Controls oil but doesn’t dry. Particularly effective with a Foreo – immediate extra texture improvement without damage. Kind of pricey but last a long time and worth the results. Also love that you can buy minis for travel (and they’ll last you far longer than the duration of your trip). However after initially being excited to find the new value size with a pump, i won’t be buying it again. The price difference isn’t worth the frustration of the pump working ineffectively and having to wait for it to eventually pop back up or pull up on it so that i can get another pump. My favorite cleanser for acne/breakouts! This is sooo good. I’ve tried so many cleansers and none of them have gave me the results like this cleanser has gave me. I visibly see the difference the day after using this. It flattens all my breakouts and helps them not appear as large. It does have a minty smell and sensation to the skin when you first apply it but it goes away so I don’t mind it. I absolutely love this cleanser, I use it every single night for my night time regime. I got it for $15.99 from ultra's website but you can buy it on the brand's site for a dollar less. I would not recommend using this if you have cystic acne. I had really bad and inflamed acne for a while and using this cleanser alone didn't do enough for me. I did not have cystic acne either. Salicylic acid is a betahydroxy acid (BHA) and is the main ingredient in this cleanser. This is definitely effective but not using it by itself. If your acne is not so severe you could probably use it alone and it will clear up but in my own experiences I had to get on a prescribed astringent medication given by my doctor. Using that along with the effacer cleanser has slowly been able to fight off my acne. Overall this cleanser is pretty amazing and is a great tool in controlling my acne. I love it and it is pretty affordable, you can't beat it!jillian.g
to keep it short i have sensitive, acne prone, dry skin. my acne was mild/ medium. i had issues with hormonal/ cystic acne that just always kept coming back no matter what. i tried this cleanser and yes my skin felt super clean, but then i noticed breakouts. i did some research and soon found out my skin was purging (i had no idea what that meant). people are not educated enough about skin purging and it is actually a good thing because it really cleanses out your pores and pushes all the dirt to the surface (causing texture, white heads and blackheads) but it gets better. it's just a whole process of really cleansing your pores and you have to be patient. i would advise you really do your research on breakouts vs skin purging when trying a new product with an active ingredient. i do really love this cleanser though, but I would've hated it if i wasn't educated on what skin purging is because id think this product is just causing breakouts.victoria
I love and adore this product If you are like me and have some sort of combination acne like, cystic but also fungal but you don't know what to do or have tried everything? This product is for you!! It took about five days of regular routine of this project as well as their other two (which I will mention) to clear my skin, this is perfect for sensitive skin like mine and combination skin as well. I start off by using this cleanser, i foam it up a dime size amount in my hands and then I wash my face and under my chin/neck, I rinse off and repeat again just to really cleanse my skin. Then I dry my skin lightly and I go in with their step two toner, I take a cotton pad with a little amount and brush it all over my flared up areas. After I use their step three benzol peroxide and lightly glaze some of the cream over my entire face(NOT EYES) This is just my nightly routine, in the morning I just wash my face with the cleanser or else it is too drying . This product also lightened my acne scarring, please try this routine and keep up with it for at least a week and I promise there will be a difference in your skin. If you are new to skin care and need a basic cleanser for oily skin or are in need for a second cleanser in a two step cleansing routine, this product does the job. First off, even though it is advertised for those with oily skin I have found it works well for those with dry skin as well (I have combination). It is just that the other product advertised for dry skin does not work as well for oily skin, this product on the other hand feels pretty universal. This product is however NOT FOR those who wear medium to heavy make up and want to use a single cleanser. There are other cleansers out there that remove makeup and cleanse at the same time in one cleanser, go buy those if you don't want to double cleanse or remove makeup beforehand using wipes or pads. If you wear very light makeup (meaning only foundation basically) this product can get rid of that just fine. For everyone else, this is the cleanser you should get if you don't want anything else in your cleanser (meaning you don't need your cleanser to exfoliate, brighten, soothe, etc). It is scentless, does not have any active ingredients, and is formulated really well (I'm not going to go into detail about ingredients, but just trust me in that it is a good list). As hinted at above, it also works really well as a second cleanser in a double cleansing routine, and as your cleanser after you remove your makeup with a pad or wipes. The highest praise I can give to this product is that it is super consistent. I have used 3 bottles in a year (so each lasts about 4 months) and have found that all 3 bottles felt identical in there feel, use, and effect. I have added and removed many products into my routine throughout the year and have simply kept this cleanser and it has had no adverse effects on my skin no matter what I was cleansing off or what I added to my skin after my skin. Having used it throughout the year, it also works just as well throughout the seasons not matter the ambient temperature in your house. I highly recommend everyone at least use a cleanser and moisturizer in their skin routine and this would be the best basic cleanser I would recommend to everyone.isnotu.l
Don't get me wrong – this product DOES work well at removing excess oil without leaving a gross, filmy residue on your skin. My face feels really clean after using it. I appreciate that it is fragrance free but the smell of it bothers me. It smells like a swimming pool and a bit chemical like which is a little off putting. My other complaint is that it leaves the area around my mouth feeling dried out compared to the rest of my face. Not sure what that is about, could have something to do with postpartum hormones, but definitely something to keep in mind if you're buying this however it's nothing that a moisturizer afterwards can't fix. I was going to put in an order tonight but the kind for oily skin was the only one available. My grandaughter uses that one bc she has/had acne. The rest of us use normal to oily. I may have to wait to put in my order. Since my grandaughter started using the one for oily skin twice a day her acne is gone, she's 21 now & was 17 when I bought her first bottle. my daughters & I use normal to oily & it's great, I've tried alot of other cleansers which dry my skin out. My friends think that this is too expensive, this pump bottle lasts me a long time bc I'm the only one in my house that uses it. I use it in evening, sometimes w/a cloth & sometimes w/clarisonic brush, either way my skin feels good after. I prefer to use it in the evening bc I apply moisturizer after & wake up w/really soft skin. I don't think that you're supposed to use a facial brush e'day, it's too harsh on your skin! I got off subject but I did start buying my family gifts from Ulta & they love e'thing, when I started buying the girls & women the Laroche Posay skin cleanser they have been buying from Ulta, another grandaughter started an Ulta acct, 2 of my daughters & other family members, when my grandaughter asks for this for Christmas I'm so happy to oblige bc work & school is tough & I also get her makeup from time to time. This cleanser is nice and does leave my face feeling clean, but I don't like it as much as my Tatcha Camellia Cleansing Oil, followed by my rice enzyme powder. I have used this cleanser for the past two weeks and while I adore Lancer's polish and will continue to use it when I need extra exfoliation, I feel that this cleanser is too heavily fragranced for my sensitive, combination skin. It doesn't take off my makeup as well as my Tatcha cleansing steps and my face doesn't feel as cleansed and clean as when i use my two step Tatcha cleansing process. I could see using this while on holiday to have less products to bring with me and it didn't break me out or anything. But if isn't a holy grail product in my experience. I have been using good skincare products for over fifteen years and I have tried a lot over the years. This is definitely a solid product, but it isn't the best on the market. I am not one to give 5 stars easily. I have struggled to control perimenopausal acne at my jawline for about 6 months. I have very sensitive skin. I have been doing weekly 50% glycolic peels from perfect image for about two years (for fine lines/wrinkles and Melasma, which it works great for). However, the glycolic didn’t help my breakouts much. I ordered this wash, and I had literally used it once. One day later, the patches of acne, bumps, red marks on both sides of my jawline were almost GONE, reduced about 95%, barely visible. It’s almost unbelievable, but it’s true. I had no burning the first time (my skin is used to peels, I guess). The second time, I used only little water and there was a tingle (wasn’t diluted much). I got so excited about how well this product worked, that I used it 3 days in a row, which was a BIG mistake – I then had skin dried out and flaking all over the place. Lesson learned – this product is too powerful for daily use – I'll use it twice a week. STILL THRILLED! I LOVE PERFECT IMAGE products. Fantastic find. Thank you!!
I woke after using the night before lines on my forehead seemed less apparent. I thought surly not. This product does seem to work for my skin. However I do have very sensitive skin so I have to be careful what I put on it. I’ve never worn makeup because of that. This does not hurt my skin. I left it on a little over a minute. Once I left it about 5 min. that was too much I just could feel my skin a bit chaffed. I’ve been using it every few days. It definitely smooths the skin when I put my moisturizer on it just glides. Definitely moisturize but read what you should use and what to stay away from. Very important. I’d try less time to test the waters first. For more wrinkles and non sensitive skin they have a higher acid choice.
’ve just found this product, after trying soo many others on the market, & I can’t imagine my routine without it now! Blemishes in small clusters are nearly gone, but equally important is the reduction in the oil that my skin produces. I’m 70 years old ???? & I’m still battling oil on my face. First off, I have medium skin color, and combination skin type. I rarely suffer from breakouts and this time around I had a bad one so I decided to try different facial cleanser that were specific from acne. As a beauty content creator, educator, and skincare/wellness expert that have battled with acne and blemishes for most of my life, I have tried every remedy for pores, and even made homemade facial products. I tried prescription and Proactiv+, too. However, the Proactiv+ products worked the best for clearing up my skin the best as it had salicylic acid started to over dry my skin making it peel due to the cleanser and cream having benzoyl peroxide. So, I had to stop using it and it was getting pricey, too! However, my skin is not that covered with pores but having an oily T-zone, and wear masks, I still get those pesky bumps. Recently, one popped out of nowhere on my jawline, so this product couldn’t have arrived at the perfect timing. I wash with it right when I get up in the morning and night. Also, it works great as a spot treatment, too! As I was having a few breakouts, after cleaning, serum, moisturizer, I will put a few daps of the product for an overnight treatment, and I wake up with the pores less red and inflamed. I like the creamy blue texture (thanks to the blue tansy) and there is no harsh scent, like most acne treatment cleanser has that medicine smell. I actually was lucky to be a part of the pop-up event in Dallas Northpark a few weeks ago (simple because I saw everyone being handed free popsicles – !Lol) I wasn't sure what was happening but a very nice rep walked me through the experience and I was sold almost immediately. To preface, I have fair skin that is pretty sensitive and prone to dryness and occasional hormonal acne. My go to cleansers are Dermologica Daily Microfoliant and Vanicream gentle face wash. Decided to add this product to my rotation after dealing with a couple of stubborn hormonal/maskne breakouts and being recommended this brand by a friend. Due to the high % of salicylic acid, i only used it 2-3 times a week. After about a month, I began to suffer from some of the worst breakouts i have EVER experienced in my life on my temples, cheeks and chin which i am just now starting to recover from after 6 weeks. I absolutely love this cleanser, I use it every single night for my night time regime. I got it for $15.99 from ultra's website but you can buy it on the brand's site for a dollar less. I would not recommend using this if you have cystic acne. I had really bad and inflamed acne for a while and using this cleanser alone didn't do enough for me. I did not have cystic acne either. Salicylic acid is a betahydroxy acid (BHA) and is the main ingredient in this cleanser. This is definitely effective but not using it by itself. If your acne is not so severe you could probably use it alone and it will clear up but in my own experiences I had to get on a prescribed astringent medication given by my doctor. Using that along with the effacer cleanser has slowly been able to fight off my acne. Overall this cleanser is pretty amazing and is a great tool in controlling my acne. I love it and it is pretty affordable, you can't beat it!jillian.g
This face wash is the best i could find out there. my skin is oily and sesnitive at the same time. I do get breakouts here and there randomly. With some redness on the face along with sensitive skin, finfing the right face washwash was a challenge. Skin type: Sensitive, oily, acne prone, uneven and dull, blackheads, redness. I've tried many, many face washes for blemish prone skin in my lifetime and this is one of my favorites. La Roche-Posay in general has some of my favorite skincare products so I wasn't surprised! It's very mild, lathers beautifully, and leaves your face feeling extremely clean without being tight or stripped of moisture. There was a noticeable difference in the clearness of my skin within the first week of use! I like to wipe my makeup off with a microfibre cloth first, then wash my face with this cleanser to get the first layer of makeup and gunk off. I wash my face a second time to let the salicylic acid penetrate into my pores and truly deep clean my face. 2-3 times a week I'll also use a konyaku sponge to gently exfoliate my skin on the second use. I have many problems with my skin, and this seems to really work for me in terms of gently yet effectively controlling oiliness, acne, and blackheads specifically. I’ve had great success with this product! My skin is oily, combination, with occasional dry patches when the air is dry, but this product is definitely for oily skin. I had to try this product for a month or so to get results of reduced acne, but it was well worth it. I pair this with their Clear Toner, BHA, niacinamide serum, and moisturizer AM/PM, sometimes including AHA. This routine significantly improved my acne, skin texture and tone. I haven’t had issues with combining any of the above Paula’s Choice products, but I spot tested my skin before using them all in the same routine, everyone’s skin is different! Even though my skin's texture didn't improve and any PIH is still there, but this ABSOLUTELY cleared my skin and even calmed a few pimples that I have! I bought the travel size which lasted about 2 weeks, and I feel so much cleaner and calmer at the end of this time. This really cleanses incredibly well, didn't irritate at all and makes me feel fresh and clean, without that tight feeling that I got when I used to use Neutrogena. I would recommend this to people who want to try the 2% BHA exfoliant but have pimples and impurities in general on their face. I tried the 2% when I was using a bad cleanser and it stung me a lot, but after using this cleanser twice a day for 2 weeks, when I tried the 2% again there was almost no irritation. This cleanser is great for preparing your skin and making sure that you don't purge if you do decide to use active ingredients. One slight negative is that it didn't reduce the amount of oil my forehead produces. I feel like this made me just a tad bit oilier… maybe it's the sunscreen that I use. I'm oily in general though so this minor thing doesn't affect my opinion on this cleanser at all.Ria
I first bought this cleanser as part of the regular strength set in high school and have repurchased the cleanser at least 4 times. I have struggled with acne on my chin and forehead severe enough to be noticeable and affect my self esteem but too mild warrant accutane. Now 22, I have been using this cleanser in conjunction with the zo skin health oil control acne pads with 2% salicylic acid for the past year and a half. For the longest time I thought the oil control pads were what was keeping my skin at bay (and foolishly believed maybe I was passed my persistent acne years), but when I ran out of this cleanser in December and began using the inkey list sa cleanser, my acne reemerged and I noticed more regular flare ups. I finally decided to reorder the cleanser and am hoping it will restore my skin. The cleanser is quite gentle for being acne fighting, it is not drying and suds up nicely (which psychologically makes me think its doing a good job haha). The zo skin pads are also quite expensive so I I repurchased the regular strength 2% salicylic acid toner from the clear line to use in conjunction and hope it will give me the same results. I thought cleanser was not an important step in skin care as it has such short contact but his is definitely a must have cleanser!Maddy
