I have owned house rabbits for over 20 years. They shed a lot, they hop on furniture and shed on that. They eat hay. Hay particles get tracked around. I have runners down to avoid carpet eating and runners on slippery floors that my current rabbit won't walk on. I have an awesome vacuum but it is super heavy, and changing from floor vacuum to the hose, is a super pain. If I try to vacuum the runners, they get sucked up. I finally decided to Google a handheld vacuum for pets. Found this. Best decision I ever made. I can vacuum my furniture with this easily, I can vacuum my runners, spot clean around his litter box and hay area. This is truly a high powered vacuum in a compact size. My regular vacuum is perfect for the floors, amd this is best for everything else. This is truly a life changer for me.
I don't usually review things, but when something really works as advertised, I feel others should know. Bought this a few weeks back to remove cat hair from the quilt on our bed. Lint rollers were just not doing it. Went down the rabbit hole of online research and landed on this being the best option. So far, so good. Does a thorough job of de-hairing our sleep space. Bought this when we were trying to find a litter substrate everyone agreed on- my little guise STILL hold litter in their forepaws and distribute it through my apartment. This hand vac, and it's attachments, quickly became the only vacuum in my studio. we've moved to a much larger apartment and this is still the only vacuum we need- a pass or two over our couch takes ALL of the cat hair. It also pulls the sisal thread out of the carpeted cat tree on a single sweep! Storing this thing, though. I'm here to see if theres an official wall mount. (I can't find it, if there is one.) I tend to leave the narrow tube attached to it; i need that one the most. Even without it, its too long for every drawer and cabinet I have; its current home is under the low coffeetable my TV is on. As such, its kicked sometimes. This thing does not care. I'm glad that the dust bucket is so well connected, and so thick that it resists cracks. My only gripe is truly that this needs some sort of dock to hold or sort the accessories, keep the cable somewhere memorable, and hold the vaccuum somewhere easily accessible.

Very poorly designed and engineered–my first disappointment with a Black and Decker product. No simple plug-in interface for charging; instead it must sit upright on a plastic charging saucer that takes up space and is unsteady as you try to lower the vacuum onto its charging contacts. Even when you manage to get the vacuum into position, the vacuum sometimes wobbles over and falls off the saucer. In order to store the vacuum while charging, you must put it on this saucer rather than lay it on its side, which is the easier way to put it down and charge it by simply inserting a connecting power cord. Just arrived and I've only used it once so far, but the suction in the 16V product is so MUCH more powerful than I anticipated – I'm glad I didn't order the 20V version. It charged quickly. I forgot to time how long it lasted, but I got everything done that I wanted to. The blower is out the back instead of the side like my previous handheld which blew the dirt away before you could suck it up. It's also louder than my old one, but seems to have double the suction power, so it's a good trade-off. We have 3 cats and a dog and this handheld got all the hair with no problem. Cleaning was a breeze. my only recommendation would be to offer additional filters at the time of purchase, just for the convenience of having one at the ready (for whenever). Terribly designed charger. The vacuum cleaner perches vertically on it. It rocks. It can fall over and crash at the slightest touch. It can break in the fall or be dangerous. This is "cheap" at its utmost. The wall hanger was missing altogether, but from the diagrams it is hard see if the cleaner can be charging while it hangs. Probably not, so what's the point? I was pleasantly surprised how much more power this little thing has. The suction is great not like the old hand held vacs. that plugged it the cigarette lighter in your car. This is a noticeable improvement. It's lightweight easy to handle and maneuver in tight and hard to reach areas. One of the unique things is nozzle extends out if needed to reach under chairs or car seats. Included is a small attachable brush and a little beater brush that helps to pull out pet hair from carpet or rugs. That attachment is of course made of plastic so I don't think it's made for big jobs like stairs or large rugs. I used it for mostly for upholstered furniture and car seats. It's very handy to have especially when a quick clean up is needed. I pull it out and run over the sofa to make sure there isn't any pet hair on it. Also you can even run over your clothes to get rid of hair or lint. The see through dust bin is easy to empty. The paper filter is recommended to be replaced after 6-9 months. I have a very large golden retriever, so I was anxious to try this pet hand vacuum through the Walmart Spark Reviewer program. This replaces an old B+D Dustbuster that didn't have very good suction. This comes with a small base that we mounted on the wall with 2 screws. It is a cordless unit, however it needs to be plugged in, in order to charge. There are basically 2 ways to use this vacuum – the first is like a traditional hand vacuum and the second is with a detachable, motorized "pet head" with rubber tines that helps get pet hair up. I noticed some hair gets wrapped up in the tines, but it is easy to pull out/remove. It is very powerful and much more efficient than the hand vacuum that it replaces. There are however some key design flaws, which is why I gave it 4 stars instead of 5. We discovered after we mounted it on the wall that the power plug connects to the unit itself, not the base. That means every time you use it, you need to unplug it from the power source, then you need to plug it back in for charging after use. When you use it, you can really feel a very strong wind tunnel shooting out of both sides of it. This is annoying when you are vacuuming in tight quarters, like a vehicle. It literally blows right in your face. I don't notice it as much if I'm just vacuuming the floor, or a rug. Another issue I'm finding is that when I empty the chamber after use, the air filter always falls out in the trash. You have to be very careful in order for this not to happen. Decent vacuum overall. I bought the one with the pet attachment and unfortunately the attachment already broke. Needless to say it will be returned. The battery life is pretty weak. It’s definitely not as good as I was expecting. The filter seems to get quite full. I suppose that’s not a bad thing but it looks cheaply made. They actually recommend you replace every few months or depending on how much you use it. If the pet attachment didn’t break I would hang onto this but I have not even had it 2 weeks and it’s already falling apart. This product marketed as "Pet Pro+" is poorly designed. From the first use, dog hair gets stuck behind the debris rollers inside the dust cup. It's not simply a matter of pressing the release button to dispose the hair & dust. You have to dig behind to get everything out after each use. It's really inconvenient, dirty, and time-consuming. I purchased it to upgrade my Bissell Pet Hair Eraser, but am relieved I kept that old Bissell which I still use instead. Does an adequate job. This vacuum does not move a lot of air, but the attachment openings are small, which mostly offsets the low flow volume. As a result, this vacuum is not a good choice for weighty detritus – it just doesn't have the suction or air speed to pick up heavier materials. The smaller attachments cover very little surface area, so it's not a good choice for big spills, either. It does great on pet hair & dander, cat litter, dust & other lightweight materials though. The new Pet Power Brush attachment is a definite improvement over previous revisions. You're not required to clean the brush after every use to released trapped hair. The Power Brush is powered by the vacuum's internal battery, so using it will consume more battery, but I've yet to have an issue with the battery running out, even during extended use. The quick release bagless design is an improvement over older models that required filter bags, though the compartment is quite small. Once again, this vaccum is not intended for large areas or large volumn jobs. My only real complaint is the location of the power button. During normal use, that is where my index finger prefers to rest for stablization while reaching with the vacuum. I'll turn it off 20 times during a small job. I'm sure the power switch will wear out long before any other component, at least for me.HBailey
I wanted a handheld and cordless vacuum for sucking up small messes (hair in the bathroom, dirt tracked in by my dog, small stuff I see on the floor in between regular vacuum and mopping). I was a little worried that the battery life wouldn’t be long but I was wrong. The battery lasts a long time!! I have spot cleaned around the house 3 times on a single charge. I plan on removing this from the charger rather than leaving it charging all the time in order to preserve the battery life. The suction for a small vacuum is amazing. I decided on this vacuum because a family member owns the regular, green model and after using it at their home, I felt it would be right for me. Fantastic product! I got the item today and I have used it all over the house to get in the crevices and baseboards. It is very easy to empty and easy to clean. It also came with an extra filter and a brush attachment and a crevices tool. It is smaller than I expected and it is so light I thought the box was empty. Those are definite pluses in my book. I love the suction power of this little hoover. It's so handy in my job as a childminder to quickly pick up crumbs. The jobs it makes so simple are pvc door frames at the bottom where dirt gets trapped or the cutlery drawer. Using the brush attachment on those jobs cuts the time it takes to complete the tasks. I have to give a mention to Eufy customer support who replaced my hoover after the rubber nozzle stopper was lost. It is a bit of a design fault and renders the hoover useless when it goes missing. Now my whole household are aware of the part we can take care when emptying the dustbin. The exchange was very quick and dealt with efficiently & friendly. Really pleased.
Good little vacuum. Suction isn't great, don't expect it to be anywhere near other cordless levels but it's good for the odd cleanup around the room. Sometimes can have trouble picking up things it's directly pointed at, closer approach to the floor is needed. Filter is good, a little too good because it clogs up with dust frequently. Regular cleaning / emptying required in order to maintain the already limited suction power. Battery was excellent out the box. Now about a month later I can see it depletes within 10 minutes or so. Charging with micro USB is a plus and 2/3 charge bar level can do a decent sized room comfortably. Overall good product; it's lightweight, off button can annoyingly be accidentally hit but no big deal, easy to clean reusable filters are a bonus, brush extension is good but with the extra length you can noticeably tell power is being lost. Nothing that will rival the big boys like Dyson and Shark but it's reflected in the price, great for cars or general dusting in hard to reach places with conventional vacuum tubes. You could look at the lack of suction as a positive; it won't grab objects, instead gently removes the dust. I'd recommend but buying at around £25.
According to the marketing materials and the product manual the filters are washable. The joke is that you can't separate the outside pre-filter from the inside filter as shown in the product manual or the marketing material. The outer filter is supposed to twist on and off (contrary to the manual, page 10, that shows it coming straight off) but it was so tight that I indented and almost broke out the fine mesh of the outer screen in the process. The reassembly process and the small icon on the filter show it twisting on and off. Even so, I had to use a pocket knife to get it loose enough to remove. I have no idea how a person with weak hands could accomplish this. Just another case of a techy designer using a CAD system and never testing it outside of the computer geek world, shoving it into production and screwing the consumer in the process. I won't buy another one.

First, the positive: Initially, this was a great purchase. Powerful and lasts for long enough for most jobs, and that's still the case after 3 years. Now the negative: Since about 6 months ago, when starting use after it's been on charge for easily sufficient time to fully charge, it cuts out within about 20 seconds, plug it in for 30 seconds, it works for 20 seconds, plug it in for 30 seconds, it works for 20 seconds, plug in again and it then usually works for some 6 minutes on full power. This is simply a defective unit as the battery is clearly still holding the charge. Wouldn't rush to buy a Dyson again.RobS53
We had a precious model DC34 which served us well until the motor died. We also have a V10 and a Miele plug in for the bigger jobs, and wanted to replace the hand held This gets regular light use .Despite emptying after every use and washing the filter it started pulsing.My wife and I have just spent a quite few hours cleaning the machine.the filter was totally clogged inside and more importantly the interior, inside the shiny perforated cylindrical right up to the cyclones was full of debris /clogged . Dyson , can you put an official video up how to clean it please . The old Hand held DC34 was a simpler and effective design and never clogged up like this one .Padraic
Bought this to do small pickups after a sweep of the floor, and to clean the car. It's proven handy when doing a bit of DIY around the house, where you can immediately pickup any small debris left from drilling etc. For very quick jobs it's good, but the "standard" power mode is a bit of a joke as it can barely pick up dust let-alone bigger objects like spilled cereal and a bit of dirt. Max power has some decent suction and, with the motorised tool, makes short work of cleaning rugs and carpets, but this only last for around 6 minutes, so again is only good for quick jobs. Like other reviewers, I also had the intermittent power issue, but after following the support video step by step, it started working again – I had cleaned everything else before following the steps, but didn't know about the easy to remove and clean filter. Generally, I find it quite easy to clean and put back together, actually much easier than the dyson cylinder vac (where I have to pull the bin apart to get out the hair). I am a bit torn on this machine, I do like a dyson, and I end up using the handheld on average twice a day, but it could just be a bit better. Given that it is a similar price to the cylinder vac, I was expecting a bit more. A killer feature would be the ability to run it while plugged in – I know this defeats the purpose of the "cordless" handheld, but running out of power when you only have a couple of minutes to go is quite infuriating. At first, my wife thought the power was a little weak but I had to remind her that it should at least charge overnight. So we let it charge over night and wow, this little Dirt Devil was awesome! We thought we would wait until we needed it but decided to try it on the couch, which turned into the chairs and then everything else! It had become especially handy chasing our toddler around. Picks up cheerios and cracker crumbs great! We also have two dogs and although we understand this little vacuum may not be rated for pet hair, it does a FANTASTIC job in doing this too. We weren't expecting it too much as a result but again, impressed. We have also used it in the car which is now our go to for that as well. We've vacuumed sand, daily dirt and again, cheerios. Holds a really good charge and doesn't take long to recharge. The only "drawback", according to my wife, is that it doesn't pick up it tight spaces being that the nose of the vaccum is a bit bulky. But, for the price you would pay I would expect it to have accessories. It definitely does the job it was intended to do and I plan on keeping this Dirt Devil handy for both the house and car. I have a much more expensive hand vacuum that I've been using for a few years now and I'm going to replace it with this one. I can't stand how loud my other vacuum is and this one is just as good and much more quiet. I like how light it is and it fits nicely in my hand. I've actually given my 4 and 6 year old kids the thumbs up to use it at will because of how light it is and that has been very helpful for them to be able to clean up some of their own messes. They love it. Otherwise, it's a standard, nice looking hand vacuum that does all the things a small hand vacuum should do. It's easy to clean and it holds an acceptable battery charge length. This isn't going to replace your main household vacuum but it is great for the smaller messes without the hassle of lugging out your big vacuum and takes 2 seconds to pick up, vacuum and put away. There is also a little extender nozzle that I never use and actually pinched my skin when I tried clipping it back into place, not sure if that was my own fault or a design flaw but no big deal either way. Long story short, I like it and it's so cheap that I might buy another couple to keep in each of my cars to keep them clean too.Don P.
I think a vacuum like this is good for a few particular jobs. The biggest thing I noticed was the Battery life is lacking. Suction is okay, not fantastic. It has a decent size debris cup. Handy to always have the crevice ready to use. I took it out to my car after my kids ate churros getting crumbs in the seat. They had also dragged in wet grass clipping a few days before leaving dried grass in the carpet. I vacuumed the seats and boosters first. Then moved to the floor and tracks that the seats glide in. It worked fairly well picking up crumbs, small rocks and dirt. It did not pick up the dried grass clippings very well. The crevice tool worked very well getting in the tracks in the floor. The battery life wasn't enough to finish even finish just the middle row section in my SUV. I feel like that's not a very useful battery span. I would have to have at least 3 full charges to do my midsize 3 row SUV. It worked ok for cleaning between the screens and windows in the house. The crevice tool works very well in getting in the deep cracks in furniture. I have only done 3 charge cycles, so I do not feel like I can review the battery durability. I have other vacuums I use for floor messes, so I don't have a review of that. My 7 year old enjoyed using it, so if you're buying for kids to help out, this could be a good choice. Keeping in mind the jobs you would be using this vacuum for would be a big deciding factor if i would recommend purchasing this model.AEC07

This dustbuster works great and is just what I needed. The suction on this handheld vaccum is incredibly powerful for being so lightweight. I was able to quickly and easily clean up a huge pile of sugar that spilled all over my kitchen floor. It was much easier and less time consuming than dragging out the vacuum or sweeping. This powerful, handheld vacuum has already made our life easier with four young children. We're in the car often with driving them to school and sports. I have bought now bought four of these first-rate rechargeable hand-helds, two for myself and two others as gifts. Thes are hands-down the most powerful and versatile portable vacuums I've ever had, and I've had many over the years. The suction is excellent, the filter is washable (I now keep a few spares), and this is perfect for tiny spot-cleaning jobs (like shelf corners in the panty), thorough car and household upholstery "sweeps," cleaning equipment and keyboards — well, just plain everything. I can't recommend this item highly enough! Brilliantly conceived and engineered, Bissel!!
This is the absolute best handheld vacuum I have used. You really do get 15 minutes of cleaning time from the battery. The ease of emptying, and removing the filter is the best of all competitors. I have peace of mind, that Bissell will be able to provide filters and parts…since I can order them direct from the manufacturer. Unlike buying vacuums in big box stores, who never have the filters or parts in stock. The motorized head is what sets this handheld apart from all others. It cleans area rugs easily, since it does not suck the entire rug from the floor. The motorized head is easy to take apart for cleaning, and is well designed. I cannot say enough good things about this handheld vacuum and I highly recommend it.
The suction of this hand vacuum is FANTASTIC! The attachments work very well as well. My only complaint is that the run time is relatively short compared to the time needed to charge – I get anywhere from 15-30 minutes max on a full charge. I mostly use to vacuum furniture, stair carpet treads, and miscellaneous fur on the wood floors so not a big deal but if you need to do a lot more daily vacuuming with this you may be annoyed by the charge it holds. Review update dropping to 3 stars because the vacuum takes a long time to recharge and you’re lucky to get even 15 minutes. I still think the suction is fantastic.Allie

I forgot to time how long it lasted, but I got everything done that I wanted to. The blower is out the back instead of the side like my previous handheld which blew the dirt away before you could suck it up. It's also louder than my old one, but seems to have double the suction power, so it's a good trade-off. We have 3 cats and a dog and this handheld got all the hair with no problem. Cleaning was a breeze. my only recommendation would be to offer additional filters at the time of purchase, just for the convenience of having one at the ready (for whenever). Thanks to the Black and Decker Product Testing Program, I received this Black and Decker Dustbuster, complimentary, in exchange for my honest review. The following opinions are 100% authentic and my own. I was super excited to be chosen to try out my first Black and Decker product. When my Dustbuster arrived, it was a bit smaller than I had imagined, which wasn't necessarily a bad or good thing, I just noted it. The suction seemed strong at first, when powered on, just the warm air it was blowing out seemed incredibly powerful for such a small handheld vacuum. Unfortunately, that's where the excitement ends. The suction is seemingly strange and I completely understand this isn't a big and mighty vacuum, but when I say it's strange it's almost as if the actual suction only exists in a certain portion or area of the mouth of the vacuum, as opposed to suction coming from the entire mouth. If I have a crumb, and I want it cleaned up, I must pinpoint this certain area over the crumb, as opposed to simply running the entire mouth over the general area of the crumb. It's tiresome and a bit annoying that I can't just simply swipe the vacuum over the area like most would generally do when vacuuming. It requires more effort than it should. The entry level dustbuster has a grey push button that must be CONSTANTLY held to work. It does not stay on unless you keep your thumb pressed on it. Very difficult if you have small hands or hand disabilities (such as carpal tunnel or anything else that makes ongoing thumb pressure hard). The suction is good. However, in order to use this thing you must hold the on button or tape it down. HORRIBLE design that renders it almost non-functional. Bought it at Target yesterday. Regretting my choice.Quinn

Very poorly designed and engineered–my first disappointment with a Black and Decker product. No simple plug-in interface for charging; instead it must sit upright on a plastic charging saucer that takes up space and is unsteady as you try to lower the vacuum onto its charging contacts. Even when you manage to get the vacuum into position, the vacuum sometimes wobbles over and falls off the saucer. In order to store the vacuum while charging, you must put it on this saucer rather than lay it on its side, which is the easier way to put it down and charge it by simply inserting a connecting power cord. Have used it only for a couple of days and am seriously considering returning it for a refund.Phyllis

Terribly designed charger. The vacuum cleaner perches vertically on it. It rocks. It can fall over and crash at the slightest touch. It can break in the fall or be dangerous. This is "cheap" at its utmost. The wall hanger was missing altogether, but from the diagrams it is hard see if the cleaner can be charging while it hangs. Probably not, so what's the point? The two pieces, the body and the nozzle, are nearly impossible to line up evenly and stably. I've had a lot of experience with BlackGad

I received this product less than two months ago, and used it once or twice per week to clean cat hair off my couch and door mat. At first I was very pleased with how much dust and hair it picked up. But by 6 weeks in, the filter was so badly clogged that the vacuum barely picks anything up. I had been dutifully cleaning off the filters and knocking as much dirt out as possible in between every cleaning, even though the instructions say you don't need to do this very often. I'm just not willing to buy new filters every 6 weeks to keep this vacuum running. Right now, a lint brush is doing a better job in 10% of the time it would take to try to clean that couch.
We’ve had this hand vac for years (10?) and it always worked great for picking up pet hair, human hair, etc. It was especially useful on stairs that are hard to clean with larger vacs. Unfortunately, a small plastic part broke inside the clear part of the vacuum. At first, it continued to work, but then overheated so it is dead. My main objective for this was to get a corded version of a hand held compact device for use in my RV because I hate the limitations of battery operated devices, ironic as it is. This solves that problem, but has limited reach for tight spots. This could be remedied by designing a hose attachment with a crevice nozzle long enough to reach under small spaces, especially those in cars. I like the long cord, the power of it, and the rubber nozzle for pet hair. It is a bit noisy so wear ear plugs if you are sensitive. It also kicks up the dust and hair, so be prepared. It might be nice to see a version of this in both corded and battery so that there could be a versatile option for power. The filter is not easy to clean and gets filthy very quickly. I've cleaned mine about 10 times since I've owned it, and often tap out any loose dirt and use tweezers to clear out the heavier lint in the folds. It reminds me of an air filter I used to buy for my Toro lawn mower once a year. Buying new filters for this would be expensive, and it might be nice to see a cleanable filter. I guess that might cut into their bottom line, however, I'm not going to shell out money on expensive filters every week. The main design flaw is in the switch, which turns off when it hits objects as its being used in tight places. Upon cleaning my car, I kept hitting the handle on certain areas and had to keep turning it back on. Put the switch on the back. The shape is gimmicky, and the handle seems a bit in the way and could have been more streamlined. Overall, its a good product, but not perfect. Bought this when we were trying to find a litter substrate everyone agreed on- my little guise STILL hold litter in their forepaws and distribute it through my apartment. This hand vac, and it's attachments, quickly became the only vacuum in my studio. we've moved to a much larger apartment and this is still the only vacuum we need- a pass or two over our couch takes ALL of the cat hair. It also pulls the sisal thread out of the carpeted cat tree on a single sweep! Storing this thing, though. I'm here to see if theres an official wall mount. (I can't find it, if there is one.) I tend to leave the narrow tube attached to it; i need that one the most. Even without it, its too long for every drawer and cabinet I have; its current home is under the low coffeetable my TV is on. As such, its kicked sometimes. This thing does not care. I'm glad that the dust bucket is so well connected, and so thick that it resists cracks. My only gripe is truly that this needs some sort of dock to hold or sort the accessories, keep the cable somewhere memorable, and hold the vaccuum somewhere easily accessible.
A wet-dry handheld vacuum I've had for a LONG time finally decided to not work. I searching for a new handheld I came across the Bissell Pet Hair Eraser® Lithium Ion Cordless Pet Hand Vacuum. Upon reading the various reviews, I decided to give this vacuum a try and man I am glad I did. The powered brush head and good suction works great on our furniture to remove the cat hair from our two long-haired cats, Bella and Sassy Cat. I find the powered roller brush easy to clean. The included attachment fitment into the dust cup is firm, which gives me confidence in the ability for the attachment to stay in place during use. Since parts are available I also bought the dusting brush attachment and an extra brush roll and clip. Thank you for an effective (and good looking) handheld vacuum!Karl
I ordered this vacuum for myself 3 years ago and recently purchased another for a house warming gift. I use this pretty much for every cleaning job. Clean up kitchen, my bathrooms, car, hard to reach surfaces in my house and garage. It has had its fare share of rough handling but my goodness.. it had never disappointed me. The battery still charges up pretty good with decent amount of backup. The overall quality is pretty rugged but still its portable enough to be used by anyone. Since we use it much every day, it stay on continuous charging – discharging cycle. I feel like it has already paid its worth. This is one of those items that you don't realize how much you need it until you buy it. Very poorly designed and engineered–my first disappointment with a Black and Decker product. No simple plug-in interface for charging; instead it must sit upright on a plastic charging saucer that takes up space and is unsteady as you try to lower the vacuum onto its charging contacts. Even when you manage to get the vacuum into position, the vacuum sometimes wobbles over and falls off the saucer. In order to store the vacuum while charging, you must put it on this saucer rather than lay it on its side, which is the easier way to put it down and charge it by simply inserting a connecting power cord. Have used it only for a couple of days and am seriously considering returning it for a refund.Phyllis
Just arrived and I've only used it once so far, but the suction in the 16V product is so MUCH more powerful than I anticipated – I'm glad I didn't order the 20V version. It charged quickly. I forgot to time how long it lasted, but I got everything done that I wanted to. The blower is out the back instead of the side like my previous handheld which blew the dirt away before you could suck it up. It's also louder than my old one, but seems to have double the suction power, so it's a good trade-off. We have 3 cats and a dog and this handheld got all the hair with no problem. Cleaning was a breeze. my only recommendation would be to offer additional filters at the time of purchase, just for the convenience of having one at the ready (for whenever). I didn't know what to expect, but his was SUCH a pleasant surprise, I'm so glad I bought it.CM57
Terribly designed charger. The vacuum cleaner perches vertically on it. It rocks. It can fall over and crash at the slightest touch. It can break in the fall or be dangerous. This is "cheap" at its utmost. The wall hanger was missing altogether, but from the diagrams it is hard see if the cleaner can be charging while it hangs. Probably not, so what's the point? The two pieces, the body and the nozzle, are nearly impossible to line up evenly and stably. I've had a lot of experience with BlackGad

Thanks to the Black and Decker Product Testing Program, I received this Black and Decker Dustbuster, complimentary, in exchange for my honest review. The following opinions are 100% authentic and my own. I was super excited to be chosen to try out my first Black and Decker product. When my Dustbuster arrived, it was a bit smaller than I had imagined, which wasn't necessarily a bad or good thing, I just noted it. The suction seemed strong at first, when powered on, just the warm air it was blowing out seemed incredibly powerful for such a small handheld vacuum. Unfortunately, that's where the excitement ends. The suction is seemingly strange and I completely understand this isn't a big and mighty vacuum, but when I say it's strange it's almost as if the actual suction only exists in a certain portion or area of the mouth of the vacuum, as opposed to suction coming from the entire mouth. If I have a crumb, and I want it cleaned up, I must pinpoint this certain area over the crumb, as opposed to simply running the entire mouth over the general area of the crumb. It's tiresome and a bit annoying that I can't just simply swipe the vacuum over the area like most would generally do when vacuuming. It requires more effort than it should. I’ve been using this dustbuster everyday for a few weeks now. I am so happy with this product! This dustbuster has a very long lasting battery life, great suction, easy to empty and is light weight. I use it to clean around my cats litter box, in my car, and for small messes in the kitchen. It works like a charm! If I was to change one thing about this product I would put a lock feature on the button. I have gotten used to pressing the button and it no longer bothers me but see how it could be burdensome for others especially if they have arthritis. I was honestly expecting this to be better than it is. It does pick up some stuff but not like I had hoped for. The suction power is average, just wish it was better and picked everything up. I will say it does charge fast and holds quite a bit. Also it has a magnetic brush head, you can flip up to use or down to not. If this had better suction power it would be awesome. I also want to mention this comes with the piece that you can hang this on the wall which I do like. Honestly, I'd go with another model, maybe a newer one over this one. I'd love to get a newer one to compare but I'm worried of it being the same way. But this one isn't it unfortunately, I was really hoping this would work perfectly.Peachy1416

As with other Anker items I've owned in the past, including a fantastic eufy full-sized vacuum, this guy is well-made and has performed well for several months. It's a touch bigger than other mini vacuums I've seen, and don't anticipate a battery capacity that defies thermodynamics, but it has lots of suction and a well-designed crevice/brush attachment. The filter is simple to empty and clean. The only criticism I can think of is its somewhat big size, but it appears to be the price to pay for useful battery life and a motor that won't burn out under typical use. It will take up small dust and particles and has worked without issue or compromise following 20 recharging operations. It is a great buy for the price.peter
I’m not so sure how this item is getting the reviews it’s getting. I’m using this vacuum for one thing… which is when I open the dryer door to vacuum out the dog hair that accumulates on top of the filter. The suction power is just not there… if you want to vacuum an actually item, such as a blanket you just threw in there…. Won’t happen very easily. I had t go over and over again to pick up SOME of the lint on the blanket. The second issue is the vent! It blows things around.! Leading up to the other complaint is how tiny the lint container is. It’s ok for something on a hardwood surface but it’s not going to be good when you’re wanting to vacuum off a material other than hardwood!! Battery life also is a little weak. I think it’s 15 mins on a full charge…SMP
I freaking love this thing!! I wish the charging cord was longer, NOT 5 inches😑I wish it was operable while charging as well. I really do love it. Take this joker on a road trip, get those dust bunnies. I play with vinyl and deco-mesh all day and I can just clean up in 3 seconds🤷🏼♀️. I do wish you sold replacement parts locally. Somehow, the basket/filter was accidentally thrown away. People: take care of him, he’ll need some old tweezers or something if you have pet hair or your own hair sheds a lot. You’ll need to run hot water thru the removable plastic parts only, not the machine. Js. Wash the filter, dry it as best as possible and let air dry. It only needs it monthly. 😊 I haven’t used mine in months, I had to buy a Bissell 3 in 1 doo-dad. It works. But it’s not good at those hard to reach areas like Eufy. So sad. I miss my Eufy 🥹. They were only $25 when I bought mine. I don’t work. Yeah I do a little vinyl work or make a wreath here n there. I’m not well so I can’t just run out and buy a new one. 🤷🏼♀️🙄It is what it is.
