Reviews:
Safely cleans all hardwood and laminate flooring. This is not for wax finish flooring. Easily care for your floor with simply spraying and using a microfiber padded mop to clean. Always sweep up any dust and dirt before spraying. Works best to spray in small areas then mop. Bruce cleaner leaves the floor with a nice finish shine and no leftover residue. Allow the floor to completely dry before trafficking the area again. Highly recommend this product.
My granny gifted me massive boxes of Bruce when I graduated high school and went to college and preached to me how that all I bet use on my hardwood floors. Now I understand why!!! I have lived in apartments and homes that have had laminate, sealed hardwood, engineered hardwood, and currently 92 year old oak hardwood floors. It has worked wonders on every single one of them. Does not leave a film or sticky feeling. Leaves it with a natural shine and not overwhelming. I have gifted friends who have used other brands and could not get the white film off despite everything and Bruce took it right off! This stuff is amazing! I pour mine in a mop that has a refillable container on it with a microfiber pad on the bottom. Works wonders! Quick and easy!jill.w

Reviews:
It's okay but not something I will give up my other gadgets for! I have received and tried the Bissell Crosswave HF3Cordless and at first I was really excited to get it and use it. The cordless feature was really nice and handy to have and the battery life doesn't last long enough for me to clean all of my flooring and then some. I have a One level three bedroom home and over half of it is either hardwood floors or tile. My issue with this vacmop is First, it does not get close enough to the edges as I would like. It actually leaves of a huge gap between where are the walls meet the floors that it cannot reach. So the edge to edge cleaning power is definitely a zero out of five stars for me. The dirty tank fills up very quickly and although it's a nice size tank it can only fill up about a quarter of the way or so before it starts beeping to let you know that it's at its capacity and it needs to be emptied. Which is not that big of a deal to have to empty it but it just gets full so fast I have to empty it multiple times and one cleaning session. Also there are two levels of power as far as how much solution you want to come out while cleaning and it is automatic you just put it on high or low setting. Once you pick the higher low setting the machine is supposed to spit out either a high amount or low amount of solution as you clean your floors but I honestly didn't see a difference between the two settings. They both spit out the same amount of solution and they both left streaks on the floor so no matter how many times I went over the floors there was still many spots left. The self-propelled feature was very nice! I did find that handy and I did not have any issues with that. It is also very easy to take apart and clean when you're finished with your job. It's a very nice cordless vacuum mop but it just has a few kinks it needs to work out! I would recommend this product for only quick messes that need to be cleaned up and not deep cleaning.
This is incredibly easy to set up and use. It came with a small size of Bissell floor cleaner that was easy to add to water in the tank. It comes with a charging station so I can move around freely without having to search for an outlet. It glides across my floors effortlessly as it cleans and sanitizes. My floors are almost completely dry after I use this. It has great suction power and acts as a vacuum too. I don't have to worry about waiting for my floors to dry anymore before I can walk across them. This is lightweight but powerful. It has a charging indicator to let me know how much longer it needs to charge and a battery indicator to let me know if it needs charged when it is powered on. I love that I can clean my kitchen floors and then use it on my hardwood floors. This is much better than the other floor cleaners I have tried. The tank is easier to fill and it has a lot more power to clean. I would definitely recommend this because it makes cleaning so much easier and better.
I received a brand new Bissell Crosswave HF3 Cordless Multi-Surface hard floor cleaner complimentary from BzzAgent in exchange for my honest review. First off I would like to say how simple this was to assemble. Right out of the box, I just had to firmly snap in the top handle to the bottom of the device until I heard a click. This is something anyone can easily put together quickly. I made sure to read the instructions manual a couple of times. Being cordless, the only downfall I discovered was how long it took to fully charge this device. 4.5 hours to fully charge it, and I got around 30 minutes of use before I had to charge it again. I love how simple it is to switch from low to high mode and the LED lighted indicators. I have hard wood flooring, as well as tile flooring at my house. This is ideal for anyone who doesn't have carpet flooring. The charge dock is very interesting because the device fits perfectly onto the dock and you plug in the adapter go the docking station. Then plug it into any normal outlet. This doesn't take up a lot of space and it makes my floors spotless. It will let me know when the battery is low with a blue flash light. This came with a very handy brush and strainer which makes it much easier and quicker to clean it. Not to mention it has a self cleaning mode. You have to recline the device in order for it to start working. I then select if I want low or high water flow and it automatically dispenses the fluid + water mix. Then I push it forward and backwards to get the job done. Being that this is cordless, I can get into places I normally can't reach unlike other machines I've owned before. Also I don't have to worry about any cords getting tangled or not reaching. For a nice deep clean, I used the high mode which you will see the liquid on the floor. This is suppose to happen. You want to let it soak in for at least five minutes before going over it. For really stuck on stains, I had to repeat this process a few times. This machine is lightweight and easy to maneuver. I definitely would recommend buying this Crosswave by Bissell! I am still learning how to use the machine after having a little over a week and I did watch a few videos on how to remove the brush roll. I also like how you put the solution and water in the top part and the dirty water dispenses on the bottom. I've had zero issues with this leaking. Also if you tend to have a lot of hair on the floor, make sure to check the brush roll so you can cut off any hair that has tangled on the roll. I do wish it came with an extra brush roll but that is ok because I can find parts for this very easily. Do not make the mistake of over filling the top water tank. There are two lines, one for the water and one for the Bissell solution. I love that this comes with a 18 month warranty. Do not forget to fill out the warranty card and mail it out or you won't have any warranty. Bissell has their own support team that you can either email or call with questions or concerns. The price of this machine is a little pricey, but after trying I definitely understand why. It actually works! So far so good.Redhdedgrl

Reviews:
I bought a Bissell crosswave cordless max last year for Christmas because this was sold out. Originally I wanted this I did a lot of research and thought the Tineco one was far more advanced considering they had come out at the same time. My Bissell broke and again it hasn't even been a year I did not buy the warranty for it because I thought it would at least last a year. But I decided I'd buy my original choice and I'm far from disappointed. The issues I had with the Bissell I don't with this. Bissell was bad at streaking and would leave a puddle of water behind the brush roller was so soft it wouldn't pick up dried messes larger food bits would be pushed in front of the Bissell instead of being picked up. The Tineco one is streak free has a studier brush roller that makes picks up dried messes easily it is an auto mode machine so it distributes water and detects water never leaves a puddle behind large food objects like dog kibble gets picked up easily. I have a fairly high number of animals and a senior dog who doesn't have 100% bladder control so these machines are used day in day out. I recommend this to anyone its perfect for everyday use light to heavy messes.Alysun Lusty
I chose this thanks to the Vacuum Wars youtube channel. We used to have a Bissell Crosswave but it didn't last long at all. It started to smell pretty quickly and got clogged a lot (dog hair gang!) I assumed it was our habits so we bought a second one and the same thing happened again, even with more vacuuming and better Crosswave cleaning habits. This time I decided the extra money would be worth it and so far it definitely has been! The only con so far: the clean water tank really should be larger. We have a medium house, nothing large or fancy, and we can't even get through a full room (kitchen especially) without refilling the tank.Cam
Overall: I really love it! Easy to use, quick and sufficient; Great for daily use & for family with pet. I do list detailed limitations below but it solves my biggest problem (a quick daily cleanning) so I am still happy. Pros: – Battery is sufficient for 800-900 sq.ft – Capture pet (cat) hair, dust, and small trash on floor; great for daily clean; – Its design makes it easy to move; – Less noisy compared to Roomba/regular vacuum (but still not quite; just relatively quieter) ; Limitations: – The clean water tank is kind of small; requires refill if you use max clean mode or have a slower cleanning process; For dirty water tank, it's enough for cleanning process but usually require to dump all dirty water before its self-clean (so it does not over the dirty water limit) – It has clean gap (about 3cm/1.2 in) on the edge that its brush cannot reach so cannot work for near kitchen cabinet cleanning; also its wide brush design makes it hard to go into corners near toilet; – Its brush is designed not to hurt flooring which means it also cannot do deep cleanning (e.g. clean out stains on tile grout) – Cleaning dirty water tank can be nasty if you have pet and long hair;Ali

Reviews:
I got this machine to clean up area rugs, especially because of the dog, there is more dirt ending on the carpet in the family room, regardless of top how well we clean his paws. I used the machine today for the first time and used it with the Bissell's detergent I had sitting around for years (from the previous machine I owed years ago). Since the carpet hasn't been cleaned for a while, I used deep clean setting. It refreshed the carpet all right, especially considering that some dirt has been there for a longer time and may be more stubborn (see pic for the dirt in the dirty water tank) . This being an area rug, I had an issue with tassels, as in spite of me being careful, they got sucked up by the brush. It would be convenient if the power button was closer to the handle as it would help with quicker shutting off and therefore prevent possible damage to the machine. It would be even better if it had an option for cleaning up fringes of the area rugs (I understand that this machine is designed with carpets and not necessarily with rugs in mind). When I finished cleaning and turned the machine off, it spit out a lot of fiber pulled from the rug. To me, that means that it is damaging to the rug, as it is effectively thinning it. Still, even that's ok cause the rug will likely last longer than me. My biggest complaint on this machine though is complexity on cleaning it and difficulty to clean the nozzle in particular (from the piled fiber remaining in it – see pic). I ended up using a zip tie to pull the dirt out. The brush is also not all that easy to clean and I ended up just wiping it the best I can. If I haven't run into difficulties described above (especially with cleaning the nozzle), I would give it 5 stars. I am glad I have gotten this machine as it did what I expected it to do.
After having rented and used Bissell's commercial Big Green Machine I decided to buy this unit for my own home use… mainly on the basis of cost levels. The rental unit cost me about $98 for a two-day rental (including a $30 deposit) so.a three-times-year rental worked out to about the same as buying this unit (including solution costs). I've used the unit once today for a total of about 3 hours and found that, unless you rush your use of the unit and treat it like a common vacuum cleaner, it works well enough… but there are a couple of qualifications. First, in filling the clean-water tank the markings on the outside of the tank are in WHITE in which can make it rather tough to read the volume levels in the tank. Switching to a black ink for the printing on the tank would alleviate this problem. Second, the unit is rather LOUD… especially in the upper sound register. While the unit overall is loud (as is to be expected) the suction motor emits sound in the high frequency range (1000-2000hz) that makes it suspect for long period use without adequate hearing protection… something that isn't mentioned anywhere in the printed material supplied with the unit. A pair of standard hearing protectors or at least a set of foam ear plugs will go a long way towards reducing this. Third, after rather prolonged use – a total of 3 hours the first day, I noticed that the motor/pump housing (near the on/off switch) was quite warm to the touch… well above human body temperature… around 140˚F as measured with an infrared thermometer. Not having any other unit(s) to test, I don't know whether or not this is the normal operating temperature for this model. Lastly, for those who claim that this model leaves the carpet extremely wet, I can only offer that this isn't a standard vacuum cleaner… the user needs to go much, much slower on both the push and pull strokes in order to get sufficient suction to remove as much moisture as possible.
Boy did I do My research on this Baby! As a user/owner I am being honest by saying There are a few issues with this Machine. No issue alone is Problematic, it CLEANS VERY WELL INDEED, however when there are 5 issues at once, it starts to ad up.The Bissell Cleaning Solutions are Exellant but Soo expensive(look for Generics). To clean a 3BD Home with Lounge/Dinning Stair case and Hallways will set you back between $100- 150 on Bissell Cleaning Solutions, I'm not kidding!!The 2 roller Brushes are Very Agressive compared to the suction, they literally rip the Carpet Fibres up in Chunks then block the Machine. The On/Off button is way down the side were you have to feel for it because You are standing to high trying to Juggle the Power cord and God knows what, it should on the top Driving handle. The water/Solution tank is far to small and the Water and Solution level marks are impossible to see. There is allot of Back and forth to the Bathroom tub to keep refilling and adding yet more Expensive Solutions while splashing water about. Don't even try and use it to clean your Matress(big Soggy mess). The cleaning attachments are OK, but it will take hours to clean Your Sofa and will hurt Your wrists (RSI) good job though. It is heavy and Combisome. The 2 roller Brushes don't disengage when you are using utility tools, so the hole Machine is blasting full bore all the time.It was fun at first, however the pipes kink, the Power cord keeps getting stuck under Machine, it keeps getting blockedITS A BIG JUGGLING ACT, and takes allot of Practice. PLEASE read instructions very carefully. If You can manage all that, it is a GOOD MACHINE in that it does Clean very well.If You have the Money for expensive Machines and are a 'Gadget Queen' this Carpet cleaner is a allot of Fun, and a Challange!Once Your things are cleaned, then there is the Question What do I do with this $600 Machine now IN THE CUPBOARD with all the other Gadgets. For Your Time, Your Labour and the Outragious cost of Bissell Cleaning Solutions YOU are better off getting the Professionals in once a Year to be honest! They use their Labour, Time and Products so You don't have to bother.Andrew

Used this on a few spots where my cat has made some gross smells on. It seems to eliminate the smells and stains pretty quickly. It is a huge bottle for the price and will last a long time. There are no bad smells when using this product either which is good. I really like what it does and the price for the sized container is great.JThomas330
am so impressed with this all natural pet stain and odor remover!! We have three dogs and four cats in our home, so accidents happen from time to time. Especially with my old girl, her bladder isn’t what it use to be and our hound has a bladder the size of a pea (no pun intended). I waited to write this after a couple of weeks to give it the true test. I can happily share this spray works for both cats and dogs accidents. It smells nice after spraying and quickly removes any trace of an accident on multiple surfaces. Just last night my old git had an accident from getting over excited on her bed and this removed all signs!! Love this and will be sure to continue to buy!!BetasMom

I love this mop/vac! Its quick to set up and use then it self cleans, minus the roller and empting and cleaming out bins. The only thing that I did not like was if a floor really dirty, you ha e to stop refill and empty a few times and if its on auto max it uses the battery faster. But if your using it daily its amazing! I have cats and they throw litter everywhere so I use a little dust buster and get the majority of the litter then it takes care of the rest!monica
Love it! I have a dog a baby. It really really clean the floors and dust! I suggest to vacuum first tho! Absolutely love this and should have gotten this earlier , it’s the best invention! One thing hopefully could be better is the battery life. Every 30 – 50 secs drops 1% of the battery. So it won’t last the whole house if you wanna clean the floor one shot.JC
The reviews that I read led me to believe I was getting a top notch item. I only needed it for a tiled kitchen. Unfortunately I had to go over simple dirt spots several times and fill the clean water and empty the dirty water multiple times. The space (kitchen) is standard size so I was a little surprised at how fast the water container filled up and emptied.Moni

Reviews:
Purchased this product as an update to an original FloorMate, model # H2800, that I've had for many, many years. Have much more floor to wash now and am much older. Wanted the rotating spin-scrub brushes and the much larger wash solution tank which are an improvement over the original model. Am disappointed. The old FloorMate out-performs this newer model in the wet vacuum mode, by far, plus the newer model leaks significantly more wash solution than the older model when stationary. The tank is properly seated so that is not the problem. Thought for sure that Hoover would've gotten a handle on this issue on updated models. While the FloorMate remains a great concept, the performance of this new model is not acceptable to me. Will resort to using my original FloorMate and resign myself to filling the wash solution tank 8-10 times as opposed to 3 times but the flooring will be almost instantly dry. Will 'gift' my sister-in-law with this new model so she can wash her back porch floor with ease as she does not require the same level of almost instant dryness that I prefer.Reenie
This is my 4th floor mate, my last one the brush would not stay attached, This one I'm having a problem with the clear cover staying on. But all in all this is a good concept for cleaning and then rinsing the floor. I wash my floor and then suck up the water, then put clean water in the tank and re rinse the floor. I have 2 old doxie who pee, and this machine really helps with the clean up. I also use it on the rubber mats at my back door during the winter and rainy season. Until summer when I can take my mates outside for a go pressure washing. The company just needs to look at a better design for the brush and now the clear cover.LINDA
I bought this specifically to clean my laminate floors after a basement remodel that left a layer of Sheetrock dust is n the textured laminate. We scrubbed, mopped and everything else to try and clean the laminate, but couldn't get this layer of dirt off the floors. Bought this vac to try since we'd already tried everything else. Mixed the cleaner with a cap full of vinegar and tried an area. Couldn't believe the dirt I emptied out of the container after one pass. After this we decided to move all the furniture and do one whole room. Not only did it get all the dirt out of the distressed floors, it scrubbed the laminate back to looking new. We'll to say the least we ended up doing every room in the house because the dust had come up through all the vents. The heavy traffic areas we did twice and still were able to pull additional dirt off the floors. I read a lot of reviews and did a lot of research before buying and the main reason I decided on this one was because of the rotating brushes. They scrub the floors in both directions and suck up the water when pulling it back. I live this vac and have also used on my tile floors. It does not clean the grout, but I wouldn't expect it to, but does an amazing job on the tile. I will be making another quick pass to n all the floors again just to see how much additional dirt I can get off. Great purchase, don't be scared by the other reviews. The vac will leak a little when water is in the cleaning container and you leave it in one spot, so if storing with water in the tank, our a towel under it.Doug

Reviews:
Ok, so I see the reviews and I can say I personally have owned 1 of the Bissell Revolutions 2x whatever cleaning power and I was satisfied (extremely satisfied as it still runs). I have a black lab and a long haired cat and I live in the country. We have absolutely no concrete or asphalt surrounding our house, and live by the coast so our dirt is probably about 30-40% sand, so tracking mud and sand is frequent in our home. I still have the Bissell (no complaints there), however I clean mine everytime after I use it and vacuume very very thoroughly before I shampoo with my shark navigator (that I am also very very happy with). The thing with all carpet cleaners is the way you treat them. You can't just vacuume once briefly then expect the shampooer to not pick up hair clumps. Do this: vacuume the area until you think u did good, then empty the vacuume and do it again. If you pick up no hair, use the shampooer. If you keep vacuuming up hair, then keep vacuuming until you basically aren't picking up hair, then you will not have issues with your shampooer. I just got the Hoover Powerdash (I got a super good deal for $20 from a garage sale brand new in box never used so I figured why not, my Bissell isn't a pet model so this will be good to try) and am writng this review in response to all the negative recent reviewers I see just because they are having so many of the same issues with clumped hair and leaks.. First off, don't leave your shampooer with dirty water, and it won't leak. Also, don't leave solution in it or simply store the resiviour separately so you won't have leaks either. These machines mainly use gravity to apply solution, possibly with the assist of a small pump like device that might be powered by the belt rotation to feed water (which is great, never have to replace an actual pump) so if you leave solution or dirty water stored in the resiviors, your bound for issues. It's all common sense, if you expect to just leisurely vacuume and have your shampooer do all the rest, then hire a pro. If your willing to take the correct steps in maintaining and shampooing your carpets to remove grime, these are for you.
One lady stated she's owned 12 of the exact 1 that I own (which is I'm assuming for a business or a friggin mansion) so not sure what she's doing wrong but I guarantee the problem is operator error. Especially if she's having the same issues with the same shampooer that I have never seen, unless of course she's overusing them when she shoulda got a commercial cleaner for whatever she needs 12 of these things. I use mine about 15-20 times per year for the past 2 or 3 years and don't have issues. This is for residential use, if taken care of they will last. One last thing, clean your shampooer directly after use, I take mine out front and rinse it on our gravel driveway, being careful to only lightly spray the nozzle and brush assembly, keeping water away from the motor. This will ensure a clean start next session, and is a hell of a lot easier than cleaning clumped up dirt and hair that's caked up and dried solid before u even get to shampooing and even better for the machine instead of just flat out not cleaning at all and burning out the motor due to naglagence and poor maintenance. Use your head people, these are designed to clean what dry vacumes can't, not vacume up hair and remove grime at once. You need to remove a majority of the hair and then these come in and remove everything else just fine. Plain and simple.
Tip: make your own solution using a mixture of baking soda, hydrogen peroxide, laundry detergent or dish soap and whatever essential oil fragrance you like (orange or grapefruit recommended). Search online for the correct amounts of ingredients for your needsTyler D

this cleans pretty well. Much better than my big Spin Scrub Hoover. This tiny little thing has the right kind of brushroll to pick up the carpet fibers and sweep off the dirt. It has good suction. Traffic areas get matted or compressed so they need the brushroll. What makes it a problem, is that the dirty water reservoir has very limited capacity so it only cleans about a 3×3 foot area before it is too full. That is, in a high traffic area. It might clean a slightly larger area if you are only lightly cleaning invisible dirt. I think the mechanism senses SUDS and freaks out and quits suctioning, and it also let a large amount of sudsy water leak out on my hardwood floor next to my carpet, without warning. If it's not very sudsy, it won't leak so bad, just a little, when full. so i had to empty this dirty water tank 3x on a 2.5x 8 foot hall carpet with low pile. . Not cool. Definitely ONLY for small areas as i said above. I was attracted to the bigger more expensive ones of this style that have 2 brush rolls and much larger capacity, and wider cleaning path. I will probably have to get one of those, as this one won't work well for a regular sized room, even just the traffic areas.lexy
Initially bought to clean carpet from when my pup was sick and tried to hide downstairs in the only part with carpet when she wasn’t feeling well. Unfortunately, that liquid sat into the carpet without knowing for a while. This carpet cleaner took care of that and then some ! I LOVE the feature that it has heat to help dry the carpet so you can basically walk onto it right after. I’ve had my basement get water in it after a storm and I was able to also use this to suck up all the water out of the carpet. It saved us from having to replace the baseboards/carpet. I understand it is compact so it’s not really meant to clean your entire house of carpet. The bin gets full quickly with the dirty fluids. The unit isn’t heavy like a commercial use which could be an issue if you have thick/deep carpet. It’s easily disassembled for cleaning of hair in the brush. I did notice when sucking up water from the thick carpets constantly to save us from flooding it was almost as if I could start to smell the belt running hot. In that case I tried my best to wait longer between vacuuming. I’d recommend this to anyone. 4.5 stars only for unit capacity is slightly not enough for my liking.kelsey.k

I'd been fostering dogs (read: constantly potty training rescues) for eighteen months in my carpeted apartment and making due with a combo of baking soda, vinegar, and Nature's Miracle when I took in my last foster. She was totally sweet and totally magical–if your idea of magic is the Houdini brand of escaping every single type of dog kennel. In her episodes of separation anxiety, she would have accidents almost everywhere and then track the mess everywhere else. My former tools were not keeping up, and–try as I might–I couldn't seem to ever get all of the spots or get rid of the smell.Enter Angry Orange and the blacklight tool. I used it once, and my carpeted apartment had never smelled better. I was once again confident that I was helping pruppets without screwing over my landlady. The accidents, unfortunately, continued. Never fear, I thought, because I have Angry Orange! However, when I went to use the product a second time, the spray bottle no longer worked. Thinking I had just worn it out with too vigorous use, I transferred the miracle substance to another bottle. Voilá! Once again, my apartment smelled like oranges instead of–you know.Again, though, the next time I tried to use my Angry Orange, the spray bottle no longer worked. I went through this process several times and eventually accepted that I would just have to purchase a new spray bottle for every use. The product works SO WELL, but it is absolutely death to spray bottles, and I feel bad about the waste of disposing of that many nozzles.Perhaps a thicker tube or sturdier trigger would do the trick? I have been in search of such a thing but have yet to find one.Megan
I have a small male cat whose age was a little hard for myself and my local vet to pin down in his first few visits. It turns out that although my cat is awfully small, and despite him being cute to where my neighbors think he is a female, he is very much a full grown Tom Cat at this point. He needs to be neutered, but his appointment is still some months away and apparently last month he just decided to become an aggressively territorial little meany and he started spraying anything left unattended whenever he didn't get what he wanted. Mail, packages, a cookie tin (I was also confused at this one), baskets of laundry, a plastic grocery bag, and my entire living room became his primary targets. Up until now I had tried using everything to remove the smell and nothing would work. I'd deep clean the whole apartment, take a walk outside to neutralize my nose, and open my front door again to just be greeted by the same persistent cat spray stench.Cue Angry Orange. I read the reviews and instructions and basically deduced that this should NEVER be used on untreated wood and plastic. Using a little math from the guidelines on the back of the bottle I used 2 Tablespoons (measured with metal measuring spoons) in 16 Ounces of warm water inside of a glass spray bottle ***.it's perfect! I sprayed the carpeted areas I knew for sure that he had targeted heavily and I even sprayed some onto a rag to wipe down nearby hard surfaces and walls that may have been caught in the crossfire. I kid you not it worked almost immediately. Even after initially spraying I smelled the horrendous cat spray stench after a panicked search I found a literal gooey sticky puddle of cat urine that had congealed *retch* under a glass vase. I sprayed the vase and washed it down, plus I sprayed the surface it was sitting on and wiped it clean ***.gone Perfect. Absolutely KILLED the stank.Once the carpets dried I used my carpet shampooer (Hoover PowerDash for Pets) with just warm water and a bit of urine neutralizer and the results are great! Just make sure to fully empty and clean your shampooer afterwards to avoid the plastic destruction other reviews have shown. It's not advisable to use Angry Orange directly in these types of machines as Orange oil/peels are somewhat caustic.H2O
Our cat of 5 years decided to start peeing on the carpet out of no where. I can't be 100% sure why she started doing this, but I assume it's because she's a cat, and I had the nerve to come home after work one day and pet her in a way where she would be forever disgusted with me. (i took her to the vet, nothing wrong medically)It was a fairly small area on the capet, so I decided to dump a gallon of highly rated enzyme cleaner thinking that would for sure do the trick. I shouldn't have expected too much, the enzyme cleaner was only like $50.00. Fast forward a day or two, and the carpet smells like enzyme cleaner and cat pee, which in my opinion, was more offensive than just the cat pee.At this point I can't get the smell of enzyme cat pee out of my nose, so I hire professional carpet cleaners. $308.00 later my carpet looks like the day it was installed , but I also had the brand new carpet / cat pee smell which it didn't when it was first installed. At this point I thought the only solution would be to replace the carpet with wood flooring. I mean, I'm already $1000 in the hole from vet visits, carpet cleaning, cat pee enzyme enhancer, most expensive cat food known to man, thinking that would make her stop being mad at me. And then I stumbled across this little gem as a last resort.I receive the shot glass of angry orange, put some in a spray bottle with some water, and give the carpet 5-6 sprays and go to bed. When I wake up what do I smell, nothing, absolutely nothing. I stick my nose to the carpet and just smell a slight hint of orange, and precisely 4% cat pee. So I get out my trusty spray bottle again, give it a few more sprays, wait 10 minutes, dry the carpet, and only 1% cat pee. I am fairly confident after 1-2 more times I won't even be able to smell it when I bury my nose in the carpet.I'm not sure what wizard made this stuff, but I feel like I should start a go fund me for him, because he saved me several thousand dollars in new floors.Oh, and I case anyone was wondering, my cat did stop peeing on the carpet. How did I get her to stop you ask? I put a litter box right where she was peeing and now she pees in that. Brilliant, right? I just wish I would have thought of that $1,000 ago.jason b.

Reviews:
It doesn't give you a opportunity to review the lift away anymore. Not sure why but I do want to say I had upgraded my steam mop and didn't realize what I was missing. I use the triangle piece to get in my bathtub so I can get it really clean. I had a very nasty roommate in my condo who had ruined my second bathroom bathtub I couldn't get the black stains off the bottom of the bathtub and I tried everything. So I thought what the heck and the little pieces would take too long. It made it beautifully white again and I thought I would have to replace it. To clean the pads so they come out white again I use spray and wash all over it and dawn (u have a HE washing machine) tide and cold water. They come out like new. I guess I have a little OCD especially since I let my neighbor borrow it and the big pad was black on both sides. I buy Shark on all my products except the blow dryer.
I just purchased this product and have used it one time. Set up was a breeze and it charged quickly. The vacuum works very well. I have Pergo floors in light oak, so they don't show dust, but do show dirt and debris. The vacuum had no problem with any of it, including onion skin. The mop part works well as a cleaner. I have some dried on liquids it would not remove, but neither would my Swiffer, which this replaces. But the problem is, the cleaning fluid, once dry, leaves a filmy residue that dulls the Pergo. Under the right lighting, you can see where the liquid was and where it wasn't. I tried buffing it to no avail. It remains to be seen if walking on the floor with buff it out. So as a vacuum and mop, it works. But that residue from the cleaning fluid is barely acceptable. Your results may be different. But I'll be keeping it because if does the job and I will use it more often just for the vacuum. I may forego the mop.lochnez49
I got this in hopes of making it easier to clean my floors with something that is an all in one. But I will be returning it. It is nothing more than a glorified swiffer. The pads are disposable. You even need a pad to do the vacuuming and you can only vacuum in one direction because that's where the suction is. So it takes twice as long. Then the pad is extremely dirty afterwards and you're supposedly supposed to use the same one. Why would I use the dirty pad to then mop with? I wouldn't. So I had to use a new one. Once that pad is wet it begins to flop around and you have to apply pressure to get it to stay in place while mopping. Applying more pressure and holding the vacmop a certain way will in turn cause back pain. The compartment for the liquid also does not come off. So you need something to use in order to pour the water into it. Just bad overall execution on this. I would not recommend and I will be returning. I bought the mop system from my shop club which has reusable pads. Yes I will have to sweep or use my regular vacuum beforehand, but it will still take less time than fighting with the vacmop.Mindy Burnette

Reviews:
I have LVT flooring throughout most of my downstairs, and with two teenagers, two cats, and a big dog, I struggled to keep the floor clean. I used to vacuum with my stick vacuum several times a day, but hated to see the footprints left on the floor from wet feet and paws (we also have a lot of snow that gets tracked in). I love using the Karcher floor cleaner because it’s so easy to set up and can clean the paw prints my dog leaves all over the house after she goes outside in the snow. It’s also very satisfying to empty out the dirty water receptacle! The machine is very well made and solid. I’m really happy that I bought this and am grateful that I no longer have a mop and bucket sitting in the middle of my kitchen every day.Nebbes
I purchased this item in 2020 and was initially very pleased. Unfortunately, as I used it the performance degraded quickly and drastically. I only used it maybe 6 or 7 times before it became unusable. There are plastic gears in it that wear very quickly and make the appliance unusable. There are additional reports of this issue on the internet. It has been sitting unusable in my closet for most of the last 2 years!!! Very disappointed in the manufacturer. I will never purchase another one of their products again! Really this item should not have ever been sold. Unfortunately I have to give it one star. It really deserves less than 0.Eric
15. Bissell Crosswave Cordless Max Multi-Surface Wet Dry Vacuum Cleaner

Product Details:
The bissell crosswave cordless max combines tasks, vacuuming and washing at the same time, so you save time. the 36v lithium-ion battery provides up to 30 minutes of cordless cleaning power, so you can move throughout your home without being tied to an outlet. its multi-surface cleaning capabilities let you switch from cleaning sealed hard floors to refreshing area rugs in an instant. the crosswave cordless max also features improved edge cleaning to clean messes like pet hair along baseboards and in corners. two-tank technology keeps clean and dirty water separate, so unlike mopping, only clean water and formula go on your floor. when youre finished cleaning, the crosswave cordless maxs self-cleaning cycle cleans the brush roll and inside of the crosswave, so theres less clean-up after cleaning.
Reviews:
This vac/mop has revolutionized my home cleaning. I hated mopping because I couldn't stand dealing with buckets and mops, and I didn't care for the wet pad type mops because the pads would fall off and I never felt like the floor was truly clean. The Bissell Crosswave Max is the best thing since the wheel. I am in love with this tool! It eliminates vacuuming and picks up hair, dust, and all manner of debris while simultaneously mopping and sucking dirty water up from the floor. The machine cleans its roller automatically, so you don't have to pull hair off of it like you do a vacuum. It has a separate reservoir for dirty water, so every drop that hits your floor starts out clean. The dirty water reservoir is simple to clean because it has filter that lifts out of the water, so you can dump hair and debris in the trash. Then pour the dirty water down the drain, rinse the reservoir and let dry. The machine is amazingly powerful for being cordless, and being cordless means well…being cordless!! No hassle. I use my Crosswave every day, and it is worth the price especially since it comes with extra rollers, several bottles of cleaning solution, and an extra filter. And Bissell customer service is topnotch. I had an issue with my original Crosswave, and customer service rectified it instantly on my very first phone call. I actually look forward to cleaning now. I am VERY happy with this product.
I purchased this vacuum back in May/June of 2021 and have had the last 6 months to really use this thing and put it to the test and honestly- I'm not impressed. I'm already way past the return window, so I just wanted to leave a review for others so people can know my personal experience. It doesn't have the suction to pull the cleaner/water out of any rugs or carpet I own. So, we are left with wet carpet for hours after using this. It also does not clean the floors properly with the brush. It's really just moving dirty water around while only sucking up a small fraction of what I have put down. There are dirty water streaks every time I use this to mop. When using the vacuum dry, the dust and hair clog up the filter within minutes and I have to empty it multiple times while vacuuming, even though the container itself is not nearly full. I have a long haired cat, and I myself have long hair. Neither of these things have agreed with this vacuum. If you have a cat and plan on vacuuming any cat litter with this- don't. It will become a large clay litter clump in the suction tube of the vacuum that you have to get out yourself. It will also leave nasty gray streaks of litter/water on the floor. Additionally, my fallen hair gets so tangled in the spinning brush that I have to cut it off. Honestly, that might not be avoidable or the fault of the vacuum. My hair also gets caught on the sides of the spinning brush and becomes an unmanageable mess that can't be removed. This was probably my worst "big purchase" of 2021. If I could return it, I would.CCurrie
I got the Crosswave Max as a splurge birthday present, but I do not like it at all. It is not convenient. Have to assemble before each use, fill with water and their solution (cannot use just water for brush head reasons), then after use have to run the brush clean function and disassemble and clean all the other parts and let them dry. So you need a dedicated area for all this, just like a full on carpet cleaner. In all that time it takes to assemble and clean up after, I can bend over and pick up or sweep up any of my toddler’s mess AND warm up and use my steam mop. Going back to the brush cleaning cycle, it does not do much to clean the brush. The brush remains dirty, discoloured, and unless you soak it in detergent for at least 30 minutes with a good rinse after (blue dish soap, or laundry soap, or their solution, etc), it will remain dirty and leaves a lot of streaks and milky film on the floor the next use. I have darker floors, so it looked disgusting after the wetness dried. I would have to use my steam mop after using the crosswave and the pad would be very gross after, but atleast the floors would finally look good. It’s also a slow machine to use. You basically wet the floor area going slowly so it’s evenly wet and then have to go over it several times to try to dry it as much as possible. You have to do this section by section. It would take much too long to do only my kitchen, where I could sweep or vacuum and mop it in half the time. This machine is a great idea in theory, but it is not convenient or efficient and left my floors dirtier than before using it. The company states the brushes need to be replaced after ten hours of use (I did not use it nearly that long and the brush heads were awful after a short time) and they are not cheap to replace. Also have to use their solution, again not cheap. For such an expensive device, it requires a lot of additional costs.Melissa O

This product is great! I have not found a sanitizing cleaner with so low fragrance as this one. I cannot use bleach or ammonia based products and usually use basic dishwashing soap to clean my kitchen, but the hard floor sanitizer that kills 99% of bacteria has nearly no smell which is great because I am extremely sensitive to fragrances and avoid them all together. It doesn't appear to have dyes either. I use it with the CrossWave Max and it really gets the job done!Tamra
I unfortunately had my baby of 19 years pass away. I tried until the last moment to keep him close to me. If he had his mistakes in the house, it was ok! Just a little cleaning. Then I got overwhelmed. Then I had to put him down – just shy of 19 years old. After a little grieving time, I found he had beenreleasing himself in the corner of a closet I never use. I felt Overwhelmed at the idea of cleaning this. I took a deep breath and used the crosswave. At one point the light started blinking and it made noise. I didn't research this. Assumed it was clogged. Changed the roller. Changed the filter. Emptied the dirty water. It worked perfect.Kim

I’m so happy with this product. It cleans so well and doesn’t have harmful chemicals like other cleaners out there. The bottle is big and it is concentrated so it will last a very long time. I’ve used it to clean my kitchen counters as well as all the hardwood floors in my house. It’s leaves everything clean and fresh. It doesn’t streak at all, which is important to me. It is fragrance free so it just leaves behind clean, fresh surfaces. Ot also doesn’t get super soapy which is good for flooring.NicoleLassila
This cleaner works really well. At first I was concerned because since it is fragrance free it didn’t smell that great in the bottle, however once I added it to the mop bucket I didn’t smell anything. The corners of my floor came up clean without having to scrub, it worked great in the kitchen getting up spilled food. No sticky residue left after either. I am going to add it to a spray bottle for the counters as well. Very happy with this cleanerEM

This is a great concept but a failure at both being a wet jet and a vacuum. First, it didn't come with any accessories, it is only meant to clean floors. No attachments for stairs, couches, drapes etc. The only time a light comes on is when the trigger is pulled for the wet jet so you can't see going under furniture, which is difficult anyways because this vacuum doesn't lay flat. The wet jets don't spray evenly so there are constantly lines on the floor. The rollers stay wet so dirt and grime cling to them and when you go onto your rugs the dirt and dust transfer into the rugs. Just gross. For those with cats, litter touches the wet rollers and turn to wet clay and clog the system. The vacuum portion isn't really strong enough to suction litter out of tile grout. Just leaves it there wet. I had cut my hair and tried to vacuum up the little pieces left behind but the vacuum failed. It suctioned up some and then I'd move the vacuum forward and they'd all fall out. Emptying the dirt container is made more difficult because of the wetness. Dirt, dust, hair, fur, litter is now all wet and glued together and didn't empty when tilted over a garbage can. Plus the container itself has so many grooves and pieces for stuff to stuck to. Really, really gross. It's not a wet jet and not a vacuum. Needs workMandee
Great product! I wish I would have bought it sooner! Alot of the negative reviews read simular to complaining that a walk behind/push mower won't effectively mow through 2 ft. high thick grass without stopping or complaining that the dishwash didn't remove/clean the queso from
your crock pot that was left on for 3 hours… com'on!? That being said, you will have to vaccum/sweep up prior to using, especially if you have dogs that shed or alot of debris as it does not function as a HEAVY DUTY vaccum (this isnt a shop vac) nor is it a rug doctor/deep carpet cleaner either. Its very easy to use and makes cleaning bare floors nearly painless! I have 2 large dogs & 3 childern, so I "pre" vacuum before using every time. (Just like scrubbing the caked on queso) only if you have a Rumba type machine and use the Crosswave after it's done most of the debris clean up, you dont even hVe to. It's amazing. The frequently mentioned "clean up" after using is comical, ITS NOT THAT HARD OR MUCH MORE WORK! As you would ring out a mop or rinse the bucket post cleaning… same concept, only on a much smaller, less messy scale. You will have to let the filter dry before using, but you can purchase additional filters for next to nothing online (6 for 12 bucks). If you're looking for an easy, convenient, hardfloor cleaning you won't regret it!Sarah Laper

First, it does work well. Easy to put together and operate. I like running the wet function across the entire floor and then wait the 5 minute like it says in the instructions before going back and drying vs. going right back over the wet floor to dry immediately. By the time I wet clean the whole floor, it's time to go back and suck up the water anyway. I like how you can switch from hardwood to rug function easily. After I was finished cleaning the floors, it was easy to disassemble and clean. I was amazed at how dirty the water was and how much hair came out. I don't have a pet but I have long hair and there was a big ball of it in there. Here are the minor drawbacks: 1. Be sure to vacuum with a vacuum cleaner first. (Gasp!) Yes, you should do that to pick up any loose dirt, hair, etc. I vacuumed on Friday and got this on Sunday, so I went straight to using it vs running the sweeper. Even though it had only been 2 days, my hair was still wrapped around the brush. So when I cleaned the brush, I spent some time pulling my hair off that was wrapped around it. It wasn't much, but enough for me to kick myself for not vacuuming first with a vacuum cleaner again. 2. It is fairly easy to clean on the stairs but I wish there was a smaller attachment to clean them and go around the edges of the room or a small area rug (I wrestled with the small rug and crosswave). Like others pointed out, there's a small gap between the cleaner and wall. Would be nice to have something to run along there or other small areas to clean. Overall, it is worth the purchase. But remember to clean it afterwards like the instructions say. And if you're not going to take the time to run a vacuum regularly or right before using the crosswave and clean the crosswave after you use it, then this probably isn't for you. It will likely clog and break.

Reviews:
This is an extremely lightweight machine. Not just in actual weight, but in the job it does. The motor is not powerful, the spinner is not fast. You do NOT save time using this over mopping. You must go SLOOW, back and forth, several times, over each area on even the lightest of soiled flooring. You must clean as instructed, the spinner, screens, and filter after only a few minutes of use or it will stop working completely. It doesn't do well on tile unless there are nearly flat grout lines. What is it good for? Linoleum, very lightly soiled. Probably to have it charged and ready for a small spill in the kitchen while cooking, then set it aside and know you WILL have to disassemble and clean it before you use it again, even after only a minute or two of use. For $99 it is not worth it. This should be a $39 dollar machine tops.Cutlass275
This thing is terrible. I wanted a shark cross wave but they’re expensive. I looked through the description and the reviews and thought this may be a less expensive alternative. You get what you pay for. We use it 2 X on hardwood floors. We don’t have carpets. The cleaner started spitting out nasty, dirty, smelly water all over the place. It left my house smelling like a septic tank. Yes, we have a puppy that has accidents and we used it to clean up. Aren’t these things designed to clean up messes? We have disassembled it just like the directions instructed. We cleaned every item that was disassembled with soap and water and even a tiny bit of bleach on the roller. We put it back together, turned it on and once again it starting spitting out sewage water. I haven’t touched it since. I was just going to eat the price and use the swifter but the more I thought about it. No, I’m sick of buying things that work maybe once then I end up with expensive junk I’m never going to use. I want my money back or a replacement.rehnee
So i bought this yesterday i been eyeing this mop for awhile and read alot of reviews. I was so excited to finally get it as the reveiw were so great. I been useing a reuseable spray mop so wanted to up grade as the mop head gets dirty so quick as a single mom i wanted something more convenient but that is not what i got. I was so disappointed in this mop vacuum. I have real hardwood floor and laminate in my kitchen. This did not clean i had dirty spots on my floor that my mop would have got in 2 seconds. But this thing did not clean and at first im like i must be doing something wrong so i read the book with it like 5 times going yes im doing it right. At first the floor wasnt even getting wet but after holding the button down felt like forever it finally got wet. I had to go over spots so many time for it to even get clean. Went to clean my kitchen and that was even worst i kept going over a spot over and over and nothing. So i got out my spot mop sprayed it with just water and it came up as soon as i went over it. So it wasnt a hard spot to clean but the vacuum did not clean it. only good part of the vacuum is that it sucks up the water nice and leaves your floor pretty much dry. It didnt leave streaks but the worst thing of it is when you turn it on its so powerful that it moves the vacuum forward so hard that your fighting it to go backward to suck up the water. For $200 this is not worth it at all my $30 stray mop does so much better ( but hate that it leaves my floors so wet). Oh also this doesnt not get your floor wet or clean a inch away from the wall or your rugs so couldnt get on the side of floors clean.Amber

Through the years i have tried almost every floor steamer. This lift off 2 in 1 steamer is the best I've used. I rescue senior dogs. Some seniors are incontinent. I use my steamer everyday. During the covid 19 self quarantine mine broke because my daughter put bleach in the water tank. I couldn't find this streamer anywhere, everyone was out of stock. I bought another one, different brand, it was ok but didn't steam and clean the way this one does. Everyday I got more and more anxious waiting for this streamer to be available. I finally got another one yesterday and I was using it within 10 minutes. Since this steamer is a really good price I ordered a second one that should be delivered today. Now I'll have 3 steamers, 2 of this bissell steamer and the one off brand I bought when I was desperate. I showed my daughter that I have a spray bottle of bleach and water that i spray the grout lines with then steam to not put bleach in the water tank. Thank you Bissell for making products, especially this steamer for heavy user people like me that have lots of rescue dogs that go through my house.Margie Mom
This is by far the best mop I used. Bye-bye swiffer sweeper!!! It leaves the floor sparkling clean and shiny! I am a Korean descent, I am barefoot in the house so clean floor is a must! My mom's generations still believe in getting down on their knees to hand mop the floor, LOL, they have no faith that these modern day mops can do the work, but boy, I can't wait to show her the cleaning power of this steam mop. This steam mop makes my mopping so much easier and makes me happy to walk around barefoot without any dust or residue left on the floor. The triangle head is compact and it's easier to get the corners than the traditional rectangular mop. Only thing I didn't like was the button on the handle which I have to press continuously to let out the steam, guess this is part of the "on demand steam" feature. What I didn't realize before purchasing was that if you don't push the button, you can't release the water so it's either steam or dry mop. Nonetheless, it's fantastic and I can't wait to use to clean my bathroom tile wall.Sylvia
I just bought this product a half hour ago, brand new and unopened. Got it home. Put it together. Read the instructions. Filled the tank with water and plugged it in. The light blinked and then stayed on so I started mopping. It pumped almost half the tank of water out before it heated enough to produce steam. Once it started producing steam, it worked relatively well but still wasn't creating a lot of steam compared to the instruction video on this site. It was barely warm to the touch. First use jitters perhaps. Once the tank ran dry, I unplugged it, removed the tank, refilled it and put it back in place, plugged it back in and waited for the process to resume. Once the light remained on, I fired it up. All it does now is spit water out on the floor. No heat at all. I took the head and handle off to see if it would work in the hand-held configuration but, no. All it is now apparently is a very weak, low volume water pump. Unless some responds to this review promptly and can figure out how to get it working, back to the store it goes I guess.Paul
