I had seen this mop all over TikTok and wanted one for a while. I finally bought one for about $40, couldn't wait to use it and was immediately disappointed. The handle wouldn't stay locked, it kept telescoping which was very frustrating. The next thing I noticed was that when you push forward on the mop, it functions like a mop should. On the backwards motion, the plastic base of the mop that the mophead attaches to just scrapes along the floor. I don't think the fabric of the mop was even touching the floor at all, it almost flips upside down so that only plastic is dragging along the floor. I mopped about 1/8 of my apartment before I had to stop. I cant put myself or my downstairs neighbor through that every time I mop. Terrible, terrible product that was over advertised on TikTok. Luckily you can return within 90 days if you're not satisfied otherwise Id be out the $40 I spent plus the floor cleaner.Emma Haus
Purchased this mop after several people I know said how great it was. While I do like the actual mop head and the spin idea, the handle is garbage. The handle is telescoping for whatever reason and will not stay locked. It constantly comes unlocked while mopping even with essentially no force applied. I honestly don't know why they would design a telescopic handle for a mop I'm the first place, especially considering that even with it extended fully it's still pretty short. My guess would be that it's easier to box and put in shelves, but it also makes the product garbage. They should have went with a screw together design if that was their concern. Also the mop head just king of clicks into the handle. Had they designed it with a traditional screw handle like most mops and brooms have I could have easily just gotten another handle and screwed it onto the mop head. As I said I love the idea of the product and like the was it mops when it actually functions. At this point I'm not sure what options I have to make it work better but will most likely end up having to return it. This mop bucket with spinner is so easy to put together and use. The instructions for expanding the handle was a sticker attached to the handle so you'll never lose it. The mop head snapped into the handle with no problems. I had my doubts about this product but I am glad that I made this purchase. I used this at a client home and wondered about the quality. The mop did exactly what it was supposed to do. I paired it with Mr. Clean multi surface cleaner. This product cleaned 3 years worth of ground in dirt from bathroom floor tiles. I haven't seen the floor this clean for 3 years. I was using swifter wet jet which didn't even last thru the warranty. I switched to swifter wet floor pads and that didn't clean the groves in the bathroom tiles either. This product does exactly what it says it would do, however, I would not use it on wooden parquet floor because even though you spin the water out of the mop head it is still a little too wet for a wooden floor. My biggest concern about this product is that the functionality of the mop is completely useless. The Velcro that is used to attach the mop heads to the device has ripped off after only a couple of months of light usage. I've tried super gluing the Velcro To no end and so every time I try to remove the mop pads I end up pulling the Velcro off with it….additionally because the product is not very weighted where the mop attaches to the device you get an uneven clean. there is more pressure on the center of the pad than there is on the edges so its kind of a light gloss over the floor… so you end up taking more time to get a more even clean. You can just tell when you remove the map pads that the the sides of the mop pad are never quite as dirty as the center is. I loved this mop when I was sitting on my couch watching the infomercial…and that's where it ended! When I first received my mop I noticed that many features that the infomercial showed did not come with the actual purchased item. For example, the mop strands were nowhere as long as the mop strands shown in the commercial, the mop head did not spin 360 degrees as shown and the bucket did not stay in place when wringing the mop head out…grr! I used it of course but that was my first mistake. I would say about four months into owning it the gear mechanism that made it spin rusted right off thus making it impossible to spin the water out and the pedal started sticking less than a month into owning it, the fibers of the mop head stuck together and matted up making it virtually impossible to clean properly, both on the floor and in the washing machine and so on. The idea of this product was great! The engineering behind the idea was horrible! Cheaply made and for as much money as the consumer has to fork out for this product, some intense restructuring from the manufacturing should be done. In my opinion, this product should be taken off the shelf, consumers offered the purchase price back and compensation for the poor consumers that had to give lengthy testimonials (such as this) so no other poor soul is looped into buying this piece of junk. My mom bought this for herself but didn't like it. She gave it to me, and I LOVE it. Don't be fooled by the hardwood floor label. This can be used on any flat smooth floor, including tile and stained concrete. I have tile throughout half of my house, and this mop makes dusting quick, easy and fun. You will be amazed at the amount of dog hair this mop picks up. After dusting, I then use the small wide hand-held attachment on my vacuum cleaner to suck the hair and dirt off the microfiber cloth. I thought it odd this was shipped via the post office. It was almost hilarious watching the post mail wriggle it out of his car. The handle is very long and I do appreciate that…being 5'7, not a short person, I like a longer handle. However, the handle is not that great in that, one must be careful with it. The handle is made out of a thin aluminum type material, looks quite ugly, actually. I have laminate floors and this worked pretty good along with the bona floor cleaner. I also purchased one refill mop cover as a spare. The best part is the mop covers can be washed. I don't like having to buy and keep box's of wet things and box's of dry duster things…..takes up space, waste of money, waste of time buying them, not to mention an insult on intelligence. I was a little confused at first because it didn't come with instructions. I always read instructions to make sure I'm doing things right. So, once I passed that hurdle I was very happy with how easy the product is. I like that the head has a lot of motion to help navigate hard to reach places. Steam mops are magical! My cleaning heart is so happy! We moved in three years ago and the floor in our bathroom has always looked like this. I probably scoured 30+ years of grime out of these tiles. So gross! Still not my favorite tile, but I can at least live with it for a little while longer and not get totally disgusted every time I look at it. The Bissell Powerfresh Slim 3-in-1 is my new best friend! Using the handheld pod, red brush, and a bit of elbow grease to scrub both tile and grout it performed really well. The grime was really built up and I had to clean out the bristles often, but I was expecting that for the initial deep clean. I also pretreated the tile flooring with a vinegar solution to loosen the dirt before scrubbing and that worked like a charm. For a big job like this I had to refill the tank several times, but if there was a larger water tank it would have added extra weight and made it difficult to maneuver the pod. Haven't tried the extension arm or the mop head yet, but I think it will be a great way to keep all that grime build up at bay.Anna
Assembly was simple although at first I didn’t realize the screw that holds it together was taped to the handle, and I worried it was lost. Also to those receiving this mop with what looks like a “used” water tank and are returning it because it appears to have been used and then returned: I believe Bissell water tests these machines to check for leaks and to make sure everything works properly before packaging up for the consumer, so you could order ten of these and all ten would appear “used.” If all the other components and packaging appear to have not been opened and used once before, it’s safe to say your product hasn’t been used and then returned. The power cord was neatly folded and the twist tie did not appear to have been undone before and retied, the mop pads were clean and smelled of the manufacturer not like someone’s detergent. The screw came in a sealed plastic bag taped to the handle. Pretty safe to say it hadn’t been used before. The scrub brush is amazing. I use it on the caulking by my baseboards to get up dirt and dust. I will say, the “light” steam setting seems a bit too light. Maybe just for a quick dusting of your floors. The high setting is the way to go if you really want to see some steam and a good amount of wetness left behind on the floor. I had mopped with my traditional mop a week before using the steam mop, and to be honest I wasn’t too surprised that the pad was dirty since I’ve always assumed the mop was leaving dirty water behind. I was excited to buy this to clean/sanitize my floors in the entire house. I have large marble tile (very glossy) in first floor and semi gloss wood floor on the stairs & second floor. I started downstairs first, and worked my way upstairs. I followed the exact directions, and the first floor with marble came out terrible with super large streaks of water. I had it set to high steam, and was using the rough textured pad for the stains. I then began the stairs, and worked my way up to the second floor. Refilled the tank with water, and began the same process on the second floor and came out way better. This doesnt work great with high gloss tile. Wood is better to absorb the moisture it leaves behind. Pros: the cord is very long, and the tablet it comes with in the box left my house smelling really good. I will give it one more shot with the first floor’s marbel tile on low steam setting, and the white pad to see how it goes. If the outcome is the same, I’m going to return it.Chris

I debated long and hard about shelling out the money for this product and decided to go ahead and try it….. bottom line: it's okay but not sure it's worth the money…. I do like the low prodile design that can reach under cabinets, tables,etc…. However you would think that for this amount of money it would come with some sort of a stand that you could put it on with the wet pad in between cleanings… I don't intend to remove and wash the pads every time… That was disappointing… It's also hard (impossible) to tell how much cleaning liquid is in the reservoir – which does seem pretty small and I found myself running out (only by noticing that nothing was coming out when I sprayed) and having to refill it…. also noticed that power button and spray buttons are pretty close together and I found myself hitting the power button numerous times instead of the spray button. Love this mop but it does not last but about a year. Have tried to clean the sprayer with a pen and it still will not work. When I try to see if I have unclogged the sprayer the mop turns off. I had seen this mop all over TikTok and wanted one for a while. I finally bought one for about $40, couldn't wait to use it and was immediately disappointed. The handle wouldn't stay locked, it kept telescoping which was very frustrating. The next thing I noticed was that when you push forward on the mop, it functions like a mop should. On the backwards motion, the plastic base of the mop that the mophead attaches to just scrapes along the floor. I don't think the fabric of the mop was even touching the floor at all, it almost flips upside down so that only plastic is dragging along the floor. I mopped about 1/8 of my apartment before I had to stop. I cant put myself or my downstairs neighbor through that every time I mop. Terrible, terrible product that was over advertised on TikTok. Purchased this mop after several people I know said how great it was. While I do like the actual mop head and the spin idea, the handle is garbage. The handle is telescoping for whatever reason and will not stay locked. It constantly comes unlocked while mopping even with essentially no force applied. I honestly don't know why they would design a telescopic handle for a mop I'm the first place, especially considering that even with it extended fully it's still pretty short. My guess would be that it's easier to box and put in shelves, but it also makes the product garbage. They should have went with a screw together design if that was their concern. Also the mop head just king of clicks into the handle. Had they designed it with a traditional screw handle like most mops and brooms have I could have easily just gotten another handle and screwed it onto the mop head. As I said I love the idea of the product and like the was it mops when it actually functions. At this point I'm not sure what options I have to make it work better but will most likely end up having to return it. This mop bucket with spinner is so easy to put together and use. The instructions for expanding the handle was a sticker attached to the handle so you'll never lose it. The mop head snapped into the handle with no problems. I had my doubts about this product but I am glad that I made this purchase. I used this at a client home and wondered about the quality. The mop did exactly what it was supposed to do. I paired it with Mr. Clean multi surface cleaner. This product cleaned 3 years worth of ground in dirt from bathroom floor tiles. I haven't seen the floor this clean for 3 years. I was using swifter wet jet which didn't even last thru the warranty. I switched to swifter wet floor pads and that didn't clean the groves in the bathroom tiles either. This product does exactly what it says it would do, however, I would not use it on wooden parquet floor because even though you spin the water out of the mop head it is still a little too wet for a wooden floor. I usually clean any floor surfaces by hand but as I've gotten older the thought of my hands, knees and back being sore for days appeals less and less and I dilike using regular.mops and buckets as the water has to be changed every few wipes making it seem like a even bigger chore.. I decided to spring for one of these wetjets just so I could do a touch-up clean weekly without scrubbing on my hands and knees Firstly it's so quick and eassy to set up and you slide your bottle of wet jet solution into the hole for the mix untill it clicks and you are ready to go! I usually pre sweep twice as I have 2 cats, a dog and 2 budgies so fur and feathers are my pet peeve when mopping. Any heavy dried food spills I'll pretreat with a regular spray so it's damp and easier to remove once I use the wet jet. Firstly I usually splurge for the heavy duty cleaning pads by wetjets a pack of these runs about 6-7 dollars I prefer these as they have a scourer type line for any stubborn messes. I'll clean in sections across the kitchen working my way towards the lounge and edging of my kitchen. The spray comes out of two spots covering a large area that you hit a button with by the handle and slowly mop. I usually find to get a good clean I have to use two pads one for the dirty first clean then 2nd for a quick wipe over.to make sure all dirt is removed. While it cleans and cleans most messes well the wet jet doesn't get as close to the edge as I would like. And it isn't as good as a hand scrub clean. I bought this product as a kit several years back. Initially, I thaught it would make my life a little easier. Instead of having to mop my floor with a traditional mop and the bucket of soapy warm water not to mention the clean up after of the mop itself and dirty water bucket. This seemed like a dream come true at first as an all in one solution. The idea of having both the disposable mop pads and cleansing solution all in one system sounds so convenient.but …remember the old saying “ if it’s sounds too good to be true, it probably is”; …after using it for some time I can honestly say the ease of use is great however, it does not come close the deep clean you get with a traditional mop. In my experience it barely even cleanses the surface and I have have to physically push and exert myself with the wet jet for just that. I’ve used other Swiffer products before and liked them, so I had expectations that this would do an okay job in a pinch. This far exceeded my expectations! We have LVT and a lot of it. We also have two kids and a dog, and as we thaw out in the Midwest all of them have been tracking in mud galore. We typically use a steam mop because everything else causes streaks, but it’s a pretty lengthy process that we only have time for on the weekends. Given that, I was thrilled at the job this did and how quickly I was able to do it. Floor was clean with zero streaks! My first impression wasn’t great, as I sliced my thumb opening the box. Each edge of the exposed portion of the box was very sharp; I cut my hand just holding it upright to take it out of the box. All that aside, I did like the product. I used on wood tile floors. One thing that should improve is the directions. The only ones I found were on the box. It wasn’t explicit that batteries were included. Or that the swifter strip should remain and just stick onto the base. I inadvertently pulled the 2 strips thinking they were adhesive to stick. Nope. I filled with my expensive Shaw Floor cleaner because we had been just using a spray bottle of it with a regular mop. I was eager to have a mop with integrated sprayer to avoid carrying a separate spray bottle around. I filled this mom's reservoir with our preferred, pricey cleaner and was really mad to find a huge puddle of cleaner 2-3 hours later. After failing over and over to get my whole main floor clean (luxury vinyl) I bought the SpinWave. No more bucket and mop. No more rinsing and rinsing. No more slopping water or water an solution. And my husband seems to get some sort of satisfaction from running it! I find I need 4 sets of pads to change out when one set gets dirty – maybe this is because I finally found a method to clean the floor that works and I have lots of work to do. I didn't get the battery powered one because I thought it ran down too quickly. The cord is easy to deal with. I wish there was a docking station of some sort to rest the spin mop in – give it even more stability. I recommend removing the pads after mopping rather than having the unit sit on flooring with wet pads.
I absolutely loved this floor cleaner. I have large dogs and LVP flooring so it gets dirty quickly. Having Rheumatoid Arthritis and back/neck problems, I dread mopping the floor with the basic mop. This made my life so much easier. I literally just used it yesterday with no problems and took off the pads to wash them. When I put it back on, one of the rotators wasn't working right. I unscrewed the rotator and saw that the plastic where the screw Is located is slightly brown. I tried to order a replacement part but the discs are listed as left or right. I have no idea which one is left and which one is right.
I bought the corded Spinwave because I needed extended time to clean hardwood floors after removing carpet. It did a great job removing built up padding print on the hardwood floor with the scrub pads. Then after drying, I used the soft pads to apply another hardwood cleaner to help the floors shine. I had to wash the scrub pads frequently because they lifted so much dirt from the floor. I also used it on my hardwood and it really made them shine. Plan to use on a couple more projects with hardwood floors that need some help. Definitely liked using hot water with cleaner as directed and no battery to recharge. This is an extremely lightweight machine. Not just in actual weight, but in the job it does. The motor is not powerful, the spinner is not fast. You do NOT save time using this over mopping. You must go SLOOW, back and forth, several times, over each area on even the lightest of soiled flooring. You must clean as instructed, the spinner, screens, and filter after only a few minutes of use or it will stop working completely. It doesn't do well on tile unless there are nearly flat grout lines. What is it good for? Linoleum, very lightly soiled. Probably to have it charged and ready for a small spill in the kitchen while cooking, then set it aside and know you WILL have to disassemble and clean it before you use it again, even after only a minute or two of use. This thing is terrible. I wanted a shark cross wave but they’re expensive. I looked through the description and the reviews and thought this may be a less expensive alternative. You get what you pay for. We use it 2 X on hardwood floors. We don’t have carpets. The cleaner started spitting out nasty, dirty, smelly water all over the place. It left my house smelling like a septic tank. Yes, we have a puppy that has accidents and we used it to clean up. Aren’t these things designed to clean up messes? We have disassembled it just like the directions instructed. We cleaned every item that was disassembled with soap and water and even a tiny bit of bleach on the roller. We put it back together, turned it on and once again it starting spitting out sewage water. I haven’t touched it since. So i bought this yesterday i been eyeing this mop for awhile and read alot of reviews. I was so excited to finally get it as the reveiw were so great. I been useing a reuseable spray mop so wanted to up grade as the mop head gets dirty so quick as a single mom i wanted something more convenient but that is not what i got. I was so disappointed in this mop vacuum. I have real hardwood floor and laminate in my kitchen. This did not clean i had dirty spots on my floor that my mop would have got in 2 seconds. But this thing did not clean and at first im like i must be doing something wrong so i read the book with it like 5 times going yes im doing it right. At first the floor wasnt even getting wet but after holding the button down felt like forever it finally got wet. I had to go over spots so many time for it to even get clean. Went to clean my kitchen and that was even worst i kept going over a spot over and over and nothing. So i got out my spot mop sprayed it with just water and it came up as soon as i went over it. So it wasnt a hard spot to clean but the vacuum did not clean it. only good part of the vacuum is that it sucks up the water nice and leaves your floor pretty much dry. It didnt leave streaks but the worst thing of it is when you turn it on its so powerful that it moves the vacuum forward so hard that your fighting it to go backward to suck up the water. For $200 this is not worth it at all my $30 stray mop does so much better ( but hate that it leaves my floors so wet). This particular mop has some great features like the long cord, level of steam options, and the swivel head. It is pretty lightweight but does a good job of lifting dust, watersheds, and light foot traffic. The scrubber helps lift heavier, sticky messes if you repeatedly go over the mess or raise the steam leave. This model won't tolerate you pushing hard down on the handle so you need to be patient and just keep going over tough spots for it to do it's job, and it will. You'll need to remove the hot scrub pad immediately when you're done or place the entire unit on a counter while it cools to avoid damage on a wood floor. I left mine on a laminate wood floor while cooling down and it left white, cloudy stains underneath the pad on my floor that I cannot remove. Hard lesson learned. I find the mop head too large for smaller bathrooms.
I have many animals and hardwood and tile throughout my home. I have had a Shark and Orek steam mops before and thought they did a decent job. But I am a hardcore Bissell fan when it comes to vacuums because of the massive shedding from the pets not to mention my drooling Mastiffs. I went with this Bissell for the brand and am more than satisfied with my choice. This model, 1940W, does an exceptional job of cleaning both my hardwood and tile floors without streaking or having to go over the saliva enzymes 20x before it lifts. I can really clean my floors easily on the medium setting and did my kitchen, dining room, living room, and hallway which is about 1600sq. feet without having to refill the tank. The scrubbing pad made easy work of getting up any spills or sticky spots, all in one quick motion. This is steamer mop is far better than the other two I had. The cord is plenty long and the scent discs which I didn't think would be a big deal actually are. The whole house smelled wonderful and the scent even wafted upstairs. The large pad surface and swivel head are a huge plus. I highly recommend this product and Bissell in particular.ShoppingSherpa
I bought this when it was deeply discounted to replace my other current options, which were either a bucket/mop with a lil fabuloso or pinesol or getting on my hands and knees with a rag. I already have a Dyson handheld cordless vacuum, so I decided not to get the vacuum steam mop combo version, and just get this lighter steam mop only instead. Just as the Dyson made me not mind vacuuming, I thought that getting the lighter steam mop would do the same for me but for mopping, even though it's corded. I have to say, it does what it says it'll do. It's not as detailed as spending hours in the floor with a hand-rag, or as deep cleaning as soaking the tile floor with a mop-bucket but it's wayyyyy less mess, dries wayyyy faster, it's wayyyy more ergonomic, and more likely that I'll do this more often than the other two methods, which was basically out of desperation once a year. I also really like that the pads are reusable and washable, even if it's kind of a pain to remember to wash them, and don't even mind the cord. It's the perfect length to cover my entire kitchen without unplugging. Glad I held out for this. I'm actually looking forward to having and maintaining somewhat clean floors from now on. #sweepstakesErin

After breaking the handle of my Swiffer for the third time, I looked up to find a better model… something that would last more than a year. I thought… hey, if they didn't bother to modify the notoriously weak handle in several years, they probably never will. This is much stronger. No electric pump as the pump is hand activated. You can use whatever cleaning agent you like. Instead of disposable pads, you'll have to use some that need to be cleaned. Some pros and cons there. I have been using it for only a couple of weeks, but I can already say that it's much better built and does the job.mfebsell
I haven't found anything I dislike about this mop. It has a wide head so you can cover more area and it came with extra pads so you can replace it while you're mopping or if you want a clean one for rinsing. It works great on tile & hardwood. Just add your favorite cleaner to the receptacle and start mopping. great for just damp mopping to get rid of dust.rayjeri08

I do really like this mop- I do have a few issues with it- the refill bottle doesn’t properly pop out and tends to leak, and the Velcro on the bottom has started coming off which is frustrating. However I do like the reusable pads and the refillable bottle better than my Swiffer! The hand pump is less convent than my other but I don’t mind it! I wish it had come with more pads than having to order more because they weren’t available in store! Overall though I love the mop! Use it daily!britni.b
I love Bona! It is so much sturdier than the Swiffer alternative! The pads get more dirt and grime off the floor and the cleaner doesn’t have as strong of a smell. It’s awesome if you have pets or kids because it requires so much less scrubbing. It’s honestly just so good!emily.m
I was really excited about purchasing this because it seems so much easier than dragging a mop and bucket around, but it doesn't meet my expectations at all. Not only does this drag over my hardwood floors and makes it hard to push, but it barely gets anything. It doesn't matter what type of cleaner I use with it, I don't get anywhere near the same results as I did the old fashioned way. Even if I concentrate on the area, the lightest stains still remain on my floors. The only positive for me is that with less water being used, everything does dry much quickeramy.j

Most of my house is slate/tile and I have a dog. I have used erase type products on kitchen/bath but never on floor. It leaves the floor really clean. In kitchen I add little vinegar to hot water. I have a rectangle plastic container with hot water that I clean out mop in. I have a replacement top waiting in cupboard. However mop is wearing well. Don't let naysayers get you down. This is a great product and time saver. My dog was allergic to chemicals in wet jet swifter stuff. Yucky.Nana diane
