20 Best Oil Serum For Hair (Feb 2023 Update)

Now I have very long, semi thick hair, that's very coarse. I use shampoo and conditioner regularly but sometimes that's not enough to give me the sleek shine I like, or if I need help defining my waves during a blowout, the OGX Morrigan and Argan oil is wjat I turn to. It's got a very pleased scent to it, and you need only about a Nickle sized amount distributed through the hair to get the desired results. I bought a little bottle maybe about a year ago for roughly $7 and it is still more than halfway full with constant use. I love the shine it gives my hair and I love how effective it is. And the smell is so fragrant and nice! It makes me feel like I've just come out of a spa day. You can find this at most retailers and like I mentioned it's normally under $10. I would say it's a great investment for split ends and frizzy hair!emily.p

I found this oil to work very well with the shampoo and conditioner. I used this oil two types of ways, the first way was on damp hair after shampoo and conditioner, I found that it works way better than using it on dry hair because it cannot penetrate your hair follicles, this is because when you are hair is wet from warm water your follicles are open to help it get into it. This product also has a mild fragrance which I love and I find that it really helps to seal that moisture in so overall I recommend this. I found that a little goes a long way with this product so you don’t need that much to see your moisture in. When I first saw the bottle I thought that this wouldn’t last me past two weeks, but I have use this four times now in a month and as you can see the level is still to the top. I love this product and there is nothing that I didn't dislike the packaging is cute, it doesn't cost an arm and a leg, and is salon Worthy. THIS oil is a dry oil so it does not make your hair greasy I used it after a bath or shower when my hair was wet and the results were amazing after a couple times of using this product argan oil for dry and coarse hair. In the instructions of how to use this oil, it says to work it though hair after a blowout. Very often, I blow out my hair with the Dyson Airwrap round brush and self-grip rollers. Self-grip rollers have a tendency to pull at the hair and break off small strands. I definitely think this oil is great at smoothing those strands after the blow out. You don’t even have to use a full pump for the oil to do that job. With either 1 full pump or less, the oil smooths the hair without ruining the blow out or making it greasy. My hair gets greasy QUICKLY after washing, so I really enjoy that I can use this oil for blow outs & it doesn’t affect the time in which my hair usually starts getting greasy. Also in the instructions, it says you can use this oil in your hair before washing. I’ve done this a handful of times now. I find the oil dries down in a fair amount of time, so I like that I can douse my hair with multiple pumps, put it in a pony tail, and after about an hour, it looks normal enough to do do things that I don’t have to look really impressive for (ex: errands). However, I notice when I completely oiling my hair up with this, it’s rather drying in comparison to other oils. For instance, I also use the Shea Moisture 100% Argan Oil, which is much cheaper, and it gives my hair that smooth oily feel that I aim for prior to washing. With this oil, I find that myself going back and re-oiling my hair due to the dry feeling. Again, I’ve only used it as a prewash a handful of times, so I have NOT noticed yet that the dryness is a lasting affect after I wash. I haven’t tried this yet on wet hair. Overall, it’s great for blow outs since a small pump goes far and it is light weight. When using larger amounts, I notice the hair feels more than dry than oily, and I worry this will eventually affect the dryness of my hair. I feel that I can find a cheaper oil to smooth my hair after blowing it out.PastaPrincess69

This was so extremely disappointing, I even tried to give it the benefit of the doubt and used up the entire thing before giving my review. I honestly love so many Ouai hair products, their detox shampoo and scalp scrub are some of my absolute favorites! Unfortunately this was such a dud, I honestly cannot believe how many positive reviews this has received. First thing, the smell is atrocious. I like nice smelling products, and even if its unscented or a mild scent I usually don't mind but THIS! I could not get over the scent, its a very woody/herb/patchouli scent and its STRONG. Next issue I had with this is that it didn't really hydrate my hair, if anything it felt more dry after, it didn't really absorb and just sat on the hair looking wet/oily. Some hair oils I love for example are the Olaplex and Gisou hair oils!hailey.p

i got this in a free gift set of a lot of minis & samples and i didnt expect much from it at all; i have used many different hair oils before and never really "clicked" with any of them. i also didn't expect to even remember half the items i got in this sample kit because there were so many. this stood out enough for me to take a picture of the little sachet before throwing it out. i thought i accidentally used too much but even with me using a lot it didn't weigh my hair down at all. in fact it actually gave me more volume, somehow, and my hair usually gets flat & greasy quite quickly. it smells so nice and the scent is subtle but lingers all day. it made my hair look so glossy & thick. i will definitely be purchasing the full size soon.aj

I received a free sample of this, and I am actually going to shell out the full price for a bottle of it because I cannot believe the difference it has made. My hair is ridiculously fine, thin, straight, and long. My hair is easily weighed down, doesn't hold texture, doesn't hold volume, and looks greasy by the end of the day no matter what. I cannot skip a single shower, and I avoid using product in my hair in any way, shape, or form because not only will my hair look unwashed, stringy, and greasy (even with dry shampoo), but my scalp will break out. I can't even stray from the same shampoo/conditioner I've always used because my hair will freak out. All that to say– I cannot believe this product works on me. The ends of my hair dry out terribly, and in general my hair has not been in great shape. On the first use, my hair definitely felt softer, but after about a week of using this at night before bed, and every other day also putting some on the bottom half of my hair after a morning shower made my hair look and feel smoother, too. Tangled hair has been minimized, and brushing my hair is easier– less snags than usual. The oil does not have that viscous, sticky consistency that other treatments have, and doesn't have the weight and texture that make my hair limp. It is a very light oil that feels dry on contact, and does not alter the texture of my hair when applied, but the difference in softness is definitely felt. It also smells freaking amazing. 10/10, will actually buy, and would buy again! So far, I love this product. I have color-damaged, fine, wavy, long, blonde hair. This oil is fairly thick, but I'm impressed with it's ability to still be dispersed evenly throughout my hair. I use this product on the mid-shaft to ends of my hair while it is semi-damp/nearly dry, usually prior to blow-drying. I use a wide-tooth comb to ensure the product is evenly disbursed. Since using this product, I've noticed a reduction in my split ends and my hair feels smooth, soft and silky. A little bit of this product definitely goes a long way. Other reviewers with fine hair have mentioned that this product weighed their hair down – and I can confirm that while this product made my hair look much healthier, I did notice a reduction in volume. This is a heavier, more dense hair oil than others that I've used. If you are looking to use a hair oil & still maintain volume, I'd suggest a lighter hair oil like Kerastase or Opalex. Compared to Kerastase or Opalex hair oils, I have noticed that this Moroccanoil oil seems to last longer – I currently am on day 3 of my hair and applied a nickle-sized amount of this oil once before I blow-dried my hair on day 1, and my ends are still silky smooth & I have not had to reapply. Whereas when I have used Kerastase or Opalex hair oils in the past, I've had to apply them 1-2x daily to continuously see results. This product also makes my hair feel clean after use – with other hair oils, my hair has felt like it has a residue on it. There’s so many things to list out for this moroccanoil treatment serum that I love so very much! I love the smell! It’s very calming. I use it after my showers and lightly finger it throughout the mid and ends of my wet hair, then I take my wet-hair detangling brush and gently brush through my hair to detangle and distribute the product (serum). once my hair air drys (yes, I’m one of those people but my hair thanks me for it!) my hair looks like I’ve had a team of people working on it for hours. It’s incredibly soft, easy to manage, my natural waves are much more defined, my hair overall feels healthier and more resilient and finally, the scent lasts for several days and so do the results. Long term I feel as though this will be what my hair has been begging me for! I’ve let my beautiful momma borrow the bottle so that she can experience what I’ve been ranting and raving about for days now. I have oils at home, that to be honest I have forgotten to use recently! Having visited my hairdresser recently this was used on my hair for the first time. I have thick, curly, coarse and frizzy hair. To blow dry it it can be a workout for the arms..and there is no way I can get it as smooth as they can! When this was used (just a couple of drops) on damp hair, the texture of my hair was so smooth and shiny it was amazing. My hair is naturally ringlet-curly, but the ringlets were always noticeably frizzy. Over the decades I’ve tried oils, creams, mousse, gels, lotions, & potions to try and tame them. I gave up & would blowout my ringlets then straighten my hair, then slather with product. It worked for a while. Enter Covid Hair Loss!! I knew I needed to be gentle with my hair because it was now extremely fragile, which meant cutting way back on heat tools. After an exhaustive search for something new to tame the ringlet-frizz I now had back by letting my hair air dry, I landed on Olaplex No. 7. I honestly did not put a lot of faith in it, but I do now! It's been YEARS since my hair was this soft. I recurved this product free for testing through Influencer, to provide my honest opinion. I have fine, thinning… and I mean thinning, genetic hair loss! I was my hair every other day and applied this in the schedule. That I have also colored with stylists over the past 5 years. This product was sent several months before the launch packaging is beautiful, I'm a sucker for good packaging. It is slightly fragment, I personally enjoyed the smell, slightly herbal. I was interested in the southing properties as I tend to have a dry and itchy scalp during the cold New England winters. The Ouai serum did help with that tremendously, very little itch, irritation or flakiness, like previous years. I did notice most days I used it that my hair appeared a bit fuller, especially if I styled with hear tools. I don't know if it helped my hair grow or perfect shedding necessarily which is why I docked one star. I would decently recommend for those with itchy it irritated scalps, or those looking for a boost if fullness, I think it's the ingredients lifting your hair, again not that I saw hair growth but I feel like my hair felt healthier. QUAI SCALP SERUM I like this serum because it’s completely vegan, cruelty free, gluten free, paraben free and phathalate free, SLS & SLES free. I smells nice and not greasy like one might think. Best of all, easy to apply. The container contains a very nice dropper. The presentation of the bottle is simple, but elegant. I accidentally dropped it and it didn’t break or crack, so it’s made of strong glass. Improvements: My scalp feel less irritated and healthy. In my case, I have dry scalp that comes and goes, and this serum helps minimize dandruff. While using, I noticed less and less flakes and eventually, none. My hair feels healthier and fuller. It leaves a fresh feeling in your hair and a very nice scent. I was selected to test this in March, and I have been using this treatment for more than a month. It came out recently, but you can now make your purchase directly in the @Quai store, @sephora , @ultabeauty and other stores. It’s priced at $52 dlls. A bit expensive, but worth it. I received this product complementary from Influenster and OUAI in exchange for my honest opinion. Just over a month ago, I received this product free from Influenster. Since the new year, I’ve been getting much more into hair and skin products. I’m not getting any younger, so I’m trying to look my best and move into my 40s with grace. I really like the scent of this product, which is kind of minty and is familiar but I could not quite pin it down. If nothing else, your hair will smell great after applying this. The product is applied via a medicine dropper type bulb and applicator. i’m honestly not too sure what I think about this. From the beginning, I always felt like it was not getting enough product into the dropper and had to make multiple goals to get enough to saturate my scalp. In the end I just kind of gave up and came to terms that I would have to go multiple times to do the job. However, I can see why they don’t want you to do it with your fingers, as the shape of the bottle is not conducive for that. The bottles made of glass, but they might want to rethink it and make it into a squeeze bottle with a nozzle, kind of like how you would apply hair dye. I received this product during a time when I dyed my hair twice and pretty much fried my hair. I am going gray in front and getting the color to saturate has been a challenge. This has caused hair breakage and damage. I was able to use his products and apply it to the edges and widows peak of my hair. I feel like after use, but my scalp was not as Ollie but still moist. I cannot say that this is the only product that I have been using for my hair, as I’ve taken on several others in the last month or two, therefore I cannot definitively say that this product alone has helped me. This has been a godsend for me personally. It's also the only oil I've consistently repurchased. A little goes a long way so the large bottle lasts quite a while. It helps reduce frizz all over and leaves hair looking so healthy and shiny. Again, a little goes a long way, rub between hands well before applying. Definitely test out how much your hair needs because it won't be much. I digress. I let it set a bit before messing with my hair and my curls are so soft and so bouncy after. First, let’s talk initially how gorgeous this packaging is because I think we need to take a moment to appreciate it 😍 Initially as I opened the product the entire cap came off and I was wondering how to properly apply this product. I had no idea there was actually a pump because it’s hard to tell and you end up taking the entire cap off. After reading other reviews apparently I’m not the only one this has happened too. Not sure why that happens but it is alittle off putting however if you just pull up on the cap a pump is included for the product to be dispensed, I absolutely love the smell! It smells so good and is heavily scented if that’s not your thing. I used this on my hair two different ways. I applied it to mostly the ends when it was wet after a shower which I didn’t really like the way it made my hair feel. It didn’t feel like it was absorbing into my hair. I also used it dry on the ends and to help flyaways stay down as it was dry and I was blow drying and straightening. I didn’t notice any long term improvement to my hair after using this product but it does smell amazing and keep my frizz at bay. I have curly hair with lots of damage and I definitely need a good oil. I prefer a leave in conditioner but I definitely think a oil has a place in a hair care routine as well. For the price I probably wouldn’t repurchase this product but I definitely want to try other products from this company. I got this in a set with the Oribe Gold Lust Shampoo and Conditioner. I really do love the set and feel that they work as a whole to keep my hair silky. I have bleached hair and when using other hair care brands I feel like my hair feels very dry. With Oribe products, my hair feels healthy and rarely gets tangled unlike when using other brands. I tested out Briogeo's be gentle be kind set in the Banana scent and it not only did it dry out my hair, it also gave me A LOT of dandruff. Keep in mind that I have never once noticed dandruff in my hair before using Briogeo. Switched back to Oribe and my hair is as healthy as ever! No dandruff in sight.laura.c

This Elixir has been a game changer for me. As skeptical as I was I'm so glad I gave it a chance. About two years ago my hair completely stopped growing and it was always dry and unmanageable. Looking for some shine? Well this product is for you! It’s a great heat protectant when blow drying and flat ironing hair. I have natural hair so it works wonder for me! Just use a little because it can weigh down your hair when straightening and can give that greasy look. It will also make your hair flow! I was looking for a serum/oil as I had ran out of mine and didn't want to spend crazy money like last time. I decided to try the Innisfree after finding this in discount in Nov and all reading all the amazing reviews on the website and…I loved it!! My hair is long, fine, natural brunnete although a bit dry mid- ends and this really works 🙂 it doesn't make my hair heavy or greasy as it absorbs well and the scent is mild. In my opinion the scent doesn't stay too long in the hair, which I prefer as I like the scent that my conditioner leaves on my hair. I have naturally thin and frizzy hair which on top of being bleached require a lot of care and quality products. I love this serum and will definitely repurchase it as I find it works beautifully and quite unique. I apply 1-2 pumps every day on dry hair and thoroughly brush it through. Despite being oil the serum is so light in texture and doesn't make hair look greasy or heavy, it doesn't take away from volume at all. Instead it gives a shine and silky look for my hair with a pleasant antistatic effect. Also beside great cosmetic effect I did notice it makes hair healthier over time with regular usage as hair completely absorb it. It's not just creating a nice looking silicony film on your hair. Cant say enough about this product!!!! IT IS AWESOME!!! Wish I would have found this stuff so much sooner. I have thick, coarse, unruly hair that is somewhat wavy, more like lumpy. It takes a lot of heat to style my hair. And then it's still frizzy and not so straight after using the highest heat setting on my hair dryer and straightener. Someone told me about this stuff. I ordered it thinking "great, another product to add to my collection." Well to my surprise, IT WORKED!!! I use it on my hair when wet, about 2 pumps. And then about 2 more pumps before I style when dry. Not greasy or oily at all. I use it every day. My hair loves it. I didn't like this spray at first, but it def grew on me, here to order more. It literally is the only thing I can find that works for static fly away for my thin hair. DO NOT spray it directly on scalp area, it will leave ur hair feeling dirty. I use it on dry hair and mist the sides lightly using my hand to slide down my hair so that its in evenly. Ive been coloring my natural blond hair every color of the rainbow for the past 20years. I also use a nice $200+flat iron to straighten the waves. This product was recommended by an Ulta consultant. I like to have my long hair (about eight inches past my shoulders) smooth and straight. It is like hay and very frizzy even when it's not humid. When I worked in Florida and other parts of the south and lived on the coast in California I never found a product that would tame my hair. This product works for me. I have used it during the Arizona monsoons, on a boat excursion in San Francisco and in Ft. Bragg where it is very humid and damp. I don't use it per the instructions on the container. I wash my hair, blow it out with a brush (at this point it is still very frizzy), then use a flat iron (before the humidity gets to it, this is what it should look like), then I immediately spray some in my hands and run them through my hair (don't use so much that it dampens the hair). Optionally I use a curling iron on the top most layers to give it a dressier look. I sometimes use hairspray to hold the curls in place. When I comb out the hairspray it stays smooth. Then my hair is never frizzy until I wash it two or three days later.Review

This product saved my hair. I was using a shampoo & conditioner previously that completely ruined my hair and gave me severe scalp irritation. I was desperate to find something to treat my itchy scalp and this saved my life. I noticed even after one use that my head wasn’t so itchy or dry. Pros: Very thin oil solution that doesnt weigh down my fine hair too much (though id probably do better w the weightless solution verb offers). The smell is practically non-existent. Doesnt make me itchy as a product itself. I love the dropper top. I can use it on my cuticles too! Cons: using it on my scalp made me have to wash twice. This actually ended up drying out my scalp and causing itchy dandruff. If i only washed once after using it, I noticed greasy spots near my ear line all the way around my head (and yes, i pay attention to scrubbing that area all the same when washing- I'm not sure why it's not greasy up top). I've been using this for about a month and I've definitely noticed how soft it's made my hair. I have long, thick, 2B hair and I will put three drops in my hair while wet, two drops to finish styling, and 2 or 3 drops on my dry hair every other day. It doesn't make my hair look greasy at all. I like how it's unscented so it doesn't compete with my other hair products. My only complaint and reason for a star knocked off is that I would prefer if this came in a pump rather than a dropper. I just foresee myself knocking this off the counter and spilling everything.Mandy

My favourite product. I continuously repurchase this item. It makes your hair so soft & leaves it feeling nourished. Great to calm down frizz and tame any fly aways. The bottle will last you ages as you only need a little bit. I pump it into my hand, rub my hands together to warm the oil up and apply to the hair. I usually apply mid lengths to ends and love to apply it after I’ve styled my hair. This product is so versatile and be used in various ways. It smells gorgeous. I've used semi de Lino for 15 years and love it. I have naturally curly hair that tends to frizz in the Louisiana humidity and this product is a must to fight it. I put 3-4 squirts in my palm and rub my hands together before shaking them through my hair. I use it on my hair after I have dried and flat ironed it. It leaves my hair shiny and whispy looking. I have been using this hair oil for several years due to its non-sticky nature that I looked for. Other oils were sticky and so my hairs mass looked small. However, after using it regularly for several years, I lost so many hairs and existing hairs became so thin that my scalp was mostly visible. It never happened to me before and I did not expect it to happen after using so expensive hair oil. Also, its oily nature dries in an hour and so hair remain dry for rest of the day. I also had dryness in my scalp along with loss of hair. I have stopped it and started regular hair oils and now the body of my hair have thickened and my scalp is not visible as it was before. It was money spent without any benefits. I do not recommend it at all. Just use regular hair oils that are a available at much less price. I have given 2 stars due to non-sticky nature and nice glass bottle.21st_products

I love this stuff. For just under $2 at Walmart, I use the after I shower on my hair, body and face. When I do my nails, I put it on my nail bed and cuticles. I also put a slightly larger amount in my hair once a week while massaging it in and in the month and a half I've had it, my hair has become so much healthier. It's growing out after shaving my head so I'm at the awkward stage. It's got one of the most amazing scents ever too! I barely use my body sprays and perfumes anymore (Bath Body stuff) because I like this scent much more. I can't say it's helped my hair or nails grow but my skin feels soft and nourished and my hair looks/feels absolutely amazing. For that price, I'm about to go buy 10 bottles and be set for the next few years!jenuary.s

This stuff is so cheap but works amazing. I use it as a body moisturizer instead of baby oil. It nourishes better than baby oil and doesn’t stay as greasy. It almost completely soaks into your skin. It has a slight odor that I’m not against but I’m not a fan either. It doesn’t really matter because the smell disappears after a while and it’s so worth it.Jamee

Found this bad boy at Walmart for less than $3! My hair has been feeling kind of dry lately and I've had some flakes in my hair. I put a couple tablespoons of this in my damp hair, from root to tip. I dampened a towel and microwaved it for a few minutes and then wrapped my hair up in it and let it sit for about 25 minutes. It took a few washes to get it out so next time I won't use so much or put it so close to my scalp. It has a strong scent…I didn't mind it but everyone else did. Once I finally got it out (I literally had to mix a drop of DAWN DISHSOAP into my shampoo) my hair felt so silky!! Even the ends looked healthier! I will definitely reuse, just alter my application process a bit. Overall, totally worth the $3!meagan.f

I had read reviews on this product and they were all positive, so I decided to go out and buy it because the oil I was using left my hair a bit heavy and it wasn't that great. Upon acquiring this product I had really high expectations. I must say, the first couple of times I was unimpressed, in fact, I was quite disappointed. But it turns out my hair does not absorb this well when wet or damp. Ever since I started applying this on towel dried hair, my hair has been AMAZING! This product works well to tame my frizzy, dry hair. I use three pumps when my hair is wet and one when it is dry. It goes on light and has a faint pleasant smell. I thoroughly enjoy this oil, it’s really lightweight for an Argan oil so it doesn’t weigh down my finer hair at all even when I apply this to dry hair in between washes. I really like the smell of this product too and find that it really lasts in my hair as well. My only issue with this oil is that it has silicones in, which after doing some research I’ve now swapped to a silicone-free alternative since this seems to be better for my hair – but I’d recommend looking into this yourself. Overall, this is a really nice oil that I’d definitely consider repurchasing if my current silicone-free oil wasn’t available.Megan

My hair is fried. Well half of it is anyways. I started growing my hair out about 2½ years ago and it has gotten very long. I have very fine hair but I have a lot of it and I have left the top part of my hair natural, with no dye whatsoever. The bottom half is a whole different story. I first was introduced to this product when it came in an awards so swag bag. i'd heard of this brand before but have never tried anything from them. let me tell you, from the first time i put this in my hair i was hooked!! i bleach my hair to be able to dye with fun colors. the toll it takes on my hair – mega damage! i use this on wet hair. when my hair dries it is silky soft like bleach has never touched my hair. you only need one pump and the bottle will last you a VERY long time. it plays well with blow dryers and flat irons as well. i also believe its extends styling by a few extra days! the *only* downside is that it is on the pricey side. but consider this – you'll stop buying random products looking for "the one" that will give you these results. very happy Sephora is carrying this – wish more of their stores carried it in stock tho! – as i've ben looking for this product the second i ran out of that first bottle of it. like my headline says, its worth every penny bcuz this product WORKS so well!loldhams

Ok..LOTS to go over. First off- I purchased the three month supply because of the DARYLANN code that was being offered at the time and saw a few before and after photos. I figured why not…my covid hair loss put me in the “I have nothing to lose” (except for more hair(cringe)) so I bought it. 1. Shipping was relatively fast/normal 2. The three boxes of the product came in a plastic shipping bag. 3. The materials used for the product packaging was nice. 4. (And this is where the 3 stars starts coming in..) the bottles are EXTREMELY SMALL for being a hair serum/product. Like fits in the palm of your hand is SMALLER than your palm type of small. For one bottle to cost as much as 2 bottles of my favorite wine it better be good. 4. I wish the bottle/container had one part of it that was transparent so you know when you’re running low. 5. The stopper/applicator was nice! The tip was narrower than the tube so it doesn’t leak out product unintentionally. That’s what she..nvm.. 6. If you DON’T LIKE MENTHOL THIS ISN’T FOR YOU!!! The menthol is so so strong. your scalp will feel like it just took a swig of listerine for a solid minute or two..or ten. AND it will stay that way for about 30-1 hour or longer depending how sensitive you are to it. I probably wouldn’t apply this before going outside in the wintertime either..jk- but maybe not? 7. I don’t feel like the “one month supply” for the one bottle will actually last for one month. If you use one syringe each time it definitely will not last one whole month. Then your talking possibly $80-ish/month for this serum. But hey if it holds its weight in gold then by all means! 8. I like that it doesn’t leave your hair or scalp feeling greasy or that I even put anything in it at all once it’s dried. 9. I’ve only be using it for a couple of weeks so I can’t report on the actual growth or lack there of, of hair. But will report back on that! 10. I absolutely love Dani, her story, and love following her on Insta. It’s truly incredible and so inspiring to see someone struggle with such an intimate issue and not only overcome/working through her struggles but create something/advocate for so many others going through the same or similar hair issues. I am loving Divi! I started it on April 8, 2022. It is now April 28, 2022. I can’t speak on its hair growth benefits, as hair can’t grow in 20 days, so I do not want to be dishonest and say it’s helped growth. I will definitely be updating y’all in a couple of months, as 3 months is the time where you could notice new growth! However, I CAN confidently say it has done wonders for my scalp. I honestly didn’t know my scalp was itchy until it all of a sudden wasn’t itchy anymore since I started Divi, lol. I only wash my hair every 7-10 days, so this product has been amazing at keeping my scalp clean between washes. I can also tell y’all that it doesn’t make my hair greasy and doesn’t affect my 7-10 day wash schedule! I absolutely love the benefits for my scalp so far, and definitely am rebuying (as we speak lol). My only concern was the amount I got in my bottle. It seemed to only be halfway full, I’m not sure if they all are like this or if it was just a little flaw in my bottle. I only use 1/2 -3/4 a dropper every night for my whole head, so I don’t even use a full dropper everyday and I am already out of product and it’s only been 20 days. I was under the impression that it would last 30 days, so I am a little bummed about that 🙁 Hoping my next bottle lasts me at least a week (7 days) longer! That is my reason for 4/5 stars. I have beeb holding off to review, as I wanted to ensure that I gave it the opportunity it deserves and wowie wow wow am I impressed! I had Covid which caused some individuals to lose hair (cough cough me), and on top of this I have Ulcerative Colitis which causes even more hair loss. Bought this on a whim last year and fell in love! This serum has protected my hair when I use heat on it. It's minimized breakage and split ends. Don't worry if your hair looks greasy right after application as soon as heat comes into contact with it your hair will look shiny and have a silky smooth texture to it.
