20 Best Shampoo And Conditioner For Dry And Frizzy Hair (Jan 2023 Update)

I bought this shampoo because of the glowing reviews from Amazon and the Maple Holistics site. So I just starting using the Silk18 combo set. I'm a retiring grandma and my hair is dry, course and naturally curly, actually more frizzy with many years of colorings. I live in Florida and with the humidity it's a bad hair day every day. I also notice more hair collecting in my brush as I age (thinning?). This product seems to be working by keeping the frizz less noticeable, adding moisture, it's doesn't leave a heavy/oily weight to my hair and I go longer between washings. Usually after a couple of months I have to change shampoos as they stop working on my hair. It will be interesting to see if this combo will last longer and continue to work without residue build-up like so many others. Eventually I would like to try more of the hair care line.Linda M.

Just bought this in hopes of ending my brutal search for more natural, safe products for my hair. I LOVE the scent, as it basically doesn't have one but still cleanses my hair. Suds up pretty well, which surprised me. I have extremely thick and long hair so I was a little worried when I stepped out of the shower…My hair felt kind of dry and it was hard to run my hands through. However, when my hair dried, it was unbelievably soft and shiny. I am thrilled with this set. Just ordered argan leave in from this company in hopes of finding my forever products! Cheers!Lacey

My hair is complicated. I have what I call a white girl fro and it is not pretty! And this is not to be slanderous in any way whatsoever! My hair literally sticks out like a lions main when I first dry it! So not kidding!!!! And yes I use a brush because if I don't, it's even worse! My hair stylist suggested this product but, I was very hesitant because I have tried so many different products and wasted a lot of money doing so. I'm so glad I tried this! My hair can be fixed to be straight or fixed to be curly. Either way is a lot of work. This product along with a matching shampoo, all from Eleven Australia, my hair has been so much easier to fix and maintain! My hair feels healthier and doesn't feel weighted down at all. With my hair type, whatever you want to call it, frizzes so bad when it's raining or just humid, with just this line of product, the frizz is so much less than ever before. Even if I start to get a little warm, my hair previously would would start frizzing up, especially at the crown. Now it very seldom ever happens, if it gets wet(caught in rain or splashed) there's nothing that will stop that! I recommend this line to everyone I know! I am in love with Pureology Smooth Perfection Shampoo! This is my first time trying Pureology and I had no idea what to expect. The first thing I noticed about the smooth perfection shampoo was the scent, I loved the hints of cocoa. Upon first application I decided to use a small amount and I am glad I did, a little bit goes a long way with this shampoo. I have really long hair and I only had to use a quarter size amount or less. I want to point out that I always have to use a handful of shampoo when I use my usual drugstore brand, so I was shocked by how little I had to use of the pureology. I massaged the shampoo in my hair for a good 1 to 2 minutes and then proceeded to wash it out. My hair felt so soft and clean without feeling stripped at all. I typically have a lot of fallout when I wash my hair, but noticed less strands of hair coming out while washing. I followed up by using the pureology smooth perfection conditioner. I also use a quarter size amount or less and it was more than enough. I focused this conditioner at the ends of my hair and put whatever was leftover on my roots. I let the conditioner sit for the recommend time of 1 to 2 minutes and then proceeded to wash it out. I felt like it took no time to wash all of the conditioner out. My hair was less tangled and overall felt so much healthier than what I am used to. I used the smoothing lotion on the ends of my hair, blow dried my hair and was so amazed by the end result. The end result after I blow dried and straightened my hair was incredible. My hair was less frizzy and more straight making it so easy to straighten. I would like to add that my hair is very wavy/curly and frizzy after washing. The price for the Pureology Smooth Perfection set is a bit expensive, but honestly it is worth every penny. I got this product complimentary from Influenster and Pureology for my honest review. I really loved how this product worked for my hair. It left it so smooth and silky. It lathered really nicely and felt great when I washed it. It also rinsed out nice and easy and left my scalp feeling great. When I blew my hair dry it was like silk. Absolutely fabulous! Only negative, which I was REALLY surprised about, was the scent of this product. It was not pleasant at all to me and not something like I’ve ever smelled in a shampoo. I didn’t like it and for me that is important in a shampoo. I have other Pureology products and love their scents. it’s just this one that I couldn’t tolerate. Otherwise, I love how the product works, but due to the scent I would not buy this product. Sorry but it’s just my honest opinion. I only like haircare that has a nice pleasant smell and this one fell short in that area. It was almost like lightly nutty and musky and sour all mixed together. Hard to explain but it was not like typical haircare scents. For those that don’t care about how a shampoo smells, this would probably be good for you because it does work for smoothing and shine. I received this product from influencer pureology, but all opinions are completely my own. I have enjoyed using this shampoo. I find that the combination of the shampoo conditioner does help smooth my long hair and does really help smooth frizz. The shampoo cleanes hair great, good lather though it can make hair feel only slightly stripped. Conditioner is a nice one that helps smooth but doesn't overdo it and cause hair to feel heavy. Both help cleanse and Condition my hair without feeling too dry or too weighed down. The heat protectant from this line is nice and I feel it helps smooth hair and help make it somewhat softer. It doesn't help much with tangles though. Overall a good smoothing system that helps with frizz. I would recommend anyone trying it out.shona.d

First off I thought this was like a thick lotion or cream and no, it is not.. so you’re gonna have to buy a squirt bottle or a mister of some type to go along with this product.  when you shake the bottle it sounds like water but giiiiirl it is not! I freaking love this and it’s a must have!!!! I let it dry into my hair after showering and it makes brushing easier.. I’ve also noticed my hair is in better condition!! I've used this product several times since my purchase and I've found it to be a terrific product! I typically use it before applying Aphogee Two Step Protein Treatment. Also, I use it for routine cleansing of my hair. It yields a soft and healthy texture. Since using these products, I've also been using the complete line of Aphogee Keratin Products. I like this leave in conditioner it has a water like consistency. It has almost a fruity pineapple scent. It doesnt moisturize my hair but It is also an additional heat protection so it makes my life easier to not constantly try to buy a seperate heat protectant for styling. It doesnt do much hydration at all but it does the job for a tiny extra bit of moisture. If youre someone that has low perosity hair i don’t recommend as it doesnt have much hydration properties at all but maybe for someone who has an oily scalp and want a more lightweight product this may be the one for you. Well, super bummed. I liked the light scent. It doesn't smell "good" but not bad either and it doesn't linger so I don't care about that. First time I used, literally thought I forgot to rinse conditioner out. So I washed next day (usually only wash twice a week). My hair was fine, but seemed a bit heavy. Used it yesterday without the conditioner this time because I used a hair mask (which I've been using for years). Could tell immediately when rinsing the mask my hair felt really weird. Then again today everything but the top most layer is a weird filmy greasy mess! So it's not just the conditioner, but the shampoo. It leaves a gross film on my hair making it super greasy. I have an oilier scalp but I can still go days between washes. This stuff somehow has the strands extremely oily! Will definitely return this one. DO NOT BUY THIS product, IT WILL DRY OUT YOUR HAIR. – I'm not too sure why this was given the name "hydrating shampoo". I have curly hair and live in the Southwest region of the USA. Hot, dry climate + curls = extra dry hair. I purchased this along with the condition with the hopes of going for a cruelty free, vegan brand that could nourish my locks in time for summer – I was let down and then some. DO NOT buy this product. After one wash, my hair was left brittle with zero definition, and that's with applying my usual styling oil and VERB curl creme. I'm an Ulta employee and I decided to try this when we first got it in our location. I tried the Ghost line's kit and it just wasn't for me (I feel that it weighed my hair down a bit but my hair is really finicky) so I was afraid to try the hydration line. My hair isn't super fine but it's also not really thick, just kinda in the middle, but I have A LOT of hair. I used to get a full highlight every three months for 8 years before deciding to dye it darker. My hair is a little damaged to say the least and it's pretty dry. I tried the shampoo and conditioner, and was surprised at how nice the shampoo lathered despite being sulfate free. Over time I noticed that my hair didn't fade as quickly as when I used my bumble and bumble line. My hair felt healthier and hydrated, but without any weird residue, texture, or weigh down. This is a really nice silky hydrating leave in conditioner. I like to use it after the shampoo and mask from the same line and I love how it makes my hair feel and look. I apply this from mid to ends and comb and style as usual. It leaves my hair soft and shiny without being too heavy. It has some of my favorite nourishing ingredients like argan oil and marula oil. Just like the shampoo, it has a slight lower PH which is what I look for in hair care products since they hydrate but are less damaging. It’s perfect for every day hydration and helps a lot with frizz control, especially on thick wavy hair like mine! I just love the moisture I get from the Drunk Elephant Silkamino Mega-Moisturizing Shampoo for my hair and my scalp loves it too! This really is a deeply moisturizing shampoo I truly feel my hair gets plenty of moisture and feels healthier with use, looks shinier, softer too, and even stronger. It does a great job too at deep cleansing away all my product buildup I have in my hair from all the hair products I use which is a plus, plus dirt, sweat, and oils too it cleanses away. What I like is that soothes my scalp too which is something I was looking for while also looking for something with all these other properties so this shampoo really does it all and my scalp does feel so much better and healthier too! This shampoo has a nice thick formula so all you need is a little to lather up so it’ll last you a long time and I only use a small amount on my past below my shoulders wavy bleached hair. I’ve also noticed my hair is more manageable with less frizz due to the great moisturizing effect and how it is free of all the bad ingredients I’m sure plays a role. Highly recommend!Vmuller2

To preface. I'm a 25 female. Natural light brown hair, bleached low maintenance blonde. Thick wavy frizzy hair that reaches the lower bottom of my back. Prone to split ends and breakage at the bottom of my hair. No extensions. I wanted to add this so people with similar hair types can relate. So to start, I'm so torn on this shampoo… I tried it for 3 weeks and I do like that this shampoo and conditioner cuts down on my overall frizz and made my hair so much smoother and less likely to tangle which is exactly what I was looking for. BUT there is some things about this shampoo I just can't ignore. First off the smell, I just can't get past it. It reminds me of a menthol cigarette. It just smells sooo minty and lingers after washing. Some people may not mind the smell but if my shampoo is going to linger, I'd prefer it to smell like something other than strong mint and almost a tea tree smell. Second, when the conditioner sets for a couple minutes before rinsing out I've noticed that my back and neck where the product has been laying in my hair will get very cold and tingly. Almost like how when you have a breath mint you get the same effect in your mouth but it's on your body this time. This alone made me decide not to repurchase. I like my shower water very warm and I found myself constantly turning the heat up because while the conditioner set I would get extremely cold from the tingly feeling. It can be overwhelming sometimes and linger even after washing the area thoroughly and drying off. I would assume if this was a shampoo and conditioner without the minty smell that I was having an allergic reaction to it but since it has that smell I just really don't know if the tingle is intended or not. And lastly, I've noticed a lot of small breakage at the top of my hair by my scalp. I'm not prone to breakage that high and only notice it after a fresh bleach every once and a while although it is usually very rare for me. I should note that it has been 3 months since my last bleach since I am a low maintenance blonde and I was not using this product during my last bleach. I also take a lot measures to protect my hair that could be the cause of breakage that high. So at this point only thing I've changed is this shampoo and conditioner. I've decided not to finish the rest of the bottle due to concerns about further breakage. This is just my experience. Some people seem to love it but it's a no from me. I hope this helps some people on the fence after reading conflicting reviews. I've switched to Joyco kpac reconstructing shampoo that has also given me the same desirable results so far with a much better smell, no breakage, and most importantly no tingly feeling on by skin.Lexi

I saw the hair loss reviews but if the hair is coming out at the follicle then that is definitely health related not from a shampoo. Shampoo cannot cause hair loss unless maybe a severe reaction to the scalp and there's swelling and for whatever reason the follicle comes out with it but that is highly unlikely. But anyways back to my review lol this is the most hydrating gentle shampoo I've ever used it's perfect! It cleans my hair and makes my scalp feel so refreshed but my hair is detangled and moisturized! And the conditioner is so creamy and moisturizing! The scents for both are so relaxing to me and my hair and scalp are taken care of with this set of shampoo and conditioner. my hair is so soft, shiny and perfectly moisturized. Definitely for medium to thick hair types unless you have finer very porous hair then I think you'd like it. Wow! Best shampoo I have ever used by far! I have spent years trying to find a shampoo that doesn’t make my hair a tangly matted mess but this cleans my scalp and give my hair slip and hydration at the same time, I have dry curly / wavy hair that gets split ends and breaks easily and I have noticed a significant different in the ends and over all appearance and feel of my hair since using this shampoo and the correlating conditioner. The shampoo has a decent lather and you don’t need much of it as a little goes a long way. The only downside is that for me this product was a lot more than what I’d usually spend on a shampoo/ conditioner but is definitely worth the investment for something that actually works for my hair for once.sophie.b

I really wanted to like this but I just couldn’t so I returned it. The scent was the most part for me… I expected the same scent as the original Moroccanoil Hair oil so maybe my expectation was high? It was almost like those glade spray fresh clean scent to me. I have long hair (almost touches my coxis; half of it is dyed because I’m trying to achieve a melted effect.. from my natural dark brown to grey) So my ends need help to maintain its elasticity, moisture and prevent split ends. I got everything from this brand that I was able to afford to start taking care of it . (Repair, protect and restorative products) It has passed 2 weeks and I’m planning on keep washing my hair every 3-4 days; I have experienced NO frizz as before, no tangle hair, it’s feels soft , smell great, more manageable. I have what most consider to be type 3B curly hair, and I often struggle to find hair products that strike the right balance between taking care of thick, curly and dry hair that can easily get damaged, and ensuring shine, bounce, life and health to my curls. I don't want something to hydrate and moisturize but leave my hair looking flat and greasy, nor do I want my hair to look like shiny ringlets but be crunchy or feel like unmanageable straw. The search has been lifelong. I have tried Shea Moisture products before, and they have been good, but I think the Papaya & Neroli All Day Frizz Control line is really striking all the right notes for my hair. The Papaya & Neroli All Day Frizz Control Shampoo is lovely to use. Non-stripping, it cleans effectively, though I feel that two washes with light product use works better than one wash with a heavier hand as rinsing it out well is key. It lathers, but not crazily, and there is a distinct scent though I don't find it bothersome and the entire range is not strong enough to trigger my sensitivities. I don't find that the shampoo weighs down my hair if well rinsed, and there has been no build up over the few weeks I have used it so far, while my hair has looked very healthy since I switched to these products. This is probably one of the best shampoos I've ever used. It leaves my hair feeling super soft and manageable. I have wavy hair. It doesn't strip the natural oils from the scalp. One con is that it doesn't lather up like how typical shampoos do so I think I end up using more than I should be BUT I can look past that because of the results. This is another great addition – Papaya & Neroli with Elderflower – to the fantastic range of SheaMoisture products available on iHerb. I like its flowery, exotic scent and the creamy consistency of this conditioner. I have long untreated curly hair and this product really helps me with controlling hair frizz especially in this hot and very humid summer weather. I also use the gel from the same Papaya & Neroli with Elderflower line, particularly when wearing my hair in a ponytail or a bun and I am fully satisfied with both conditioner and gel. I have been using the Shea Moisture conditioner for approximately two weeks and was provided them by #trywithtopbox as a #freeproduct for my honest review. I have fine, thin, waist length hair that is naturally blonde starting to go grey, that is prone to split ends and I would describe as normal to oily. I don't wash it daily but every 2 to 3 days it's just too much work to do daily. I used the conditioner as directed and found that my hair combed out fairly easily even while still wet which was great as it tends to tangle quite badly when I don't use a good conditioner on it. My hair was soft and shiny and manageable. The container for this feels slightly greasy when I handle it during use even after rinsing them off. The conditioner bottle uses a pump as a dispenser which is great but I couldn't get the original one that came with the bottle to function. I replaced it with one I had but I noticed that the thick conditioner dries and forms a plug that takes several pumps to force out. Overall I would say this was a good product that worked as advertised and if someone was looking to try this I would recommend it, I'm not sure if it is the best choice for me given the frequency with which I wash my hair.MargarethaM

I received this as a #freeproduct through #trywithtopbox, but this review is 100% my honest opinion. I have fine 2A/2B hair that is coloured/bleached. I really struggle to find conditioning products that are repairing and hydrating for the colour, but not too heavy for my fine hair. Most conditioners really weigh my hair down and make it oily. I didn’t have that experience with the SM manuka honey and yogurt conditioner! First off – the scent is lightweight and really nice. It smells exactly like honey, but isn’t too sweet. The formula is hydrating but not heavy. It’s a thinner consistency than a lot of other repairing conditioners, which worked really well for me. I use one pump from the nape of my neck to my ends and let it sit for a few mins before washing out with cold(ish) water. I don’t believe that long term results can be identified without using the entire bottle, but I will say that my hair has been shinier, easier to detangle after washing, and less frizz since starting to use this product. The ends of my hair are usually the driest, and they seem to be less damaged and have less obvious split ends. I would absolutely continue to use this product, and will rebuy! The only thing I didn’t love is the packaging – the pump on my bottle didn’t really work, and had a hard time getting any amount of product out. I don’t know if it was just mt bottle or a design flaw, but I ended up switching the pump with another bottles I have with a thicker tube, and have not had any problems since.RoseyB37

Recently I was able to participate in a unique mission for Topbox Circle to test and review Shea Moisture Manuka Honey & Mafura Oil Intensive Hydration Shampoo and Shea Moisture Manuka Honey & Mafura Oil Intensive Hydration Conditioner. I purchased both full sized 384 ml bottles at my local Shoppers Drug Mart. After reviewing both products, and submitting my receipt, I will be reimbursed by Topbox Circle for the purchase of these two products. I used this Shea Moisture Manuka Honey & Mafura Oil Intensive Hydration Shampoo for the past couple of weeks. I tend to shampoo my naturally wavy to curly hair every other day, and condition it less often, or as needed. This Sulfate Free and Colour Safe Shampoo is made with Fig Extract and Boabab Oil to “Hydrate and Replenish Extra Dry, Damaged Hair”. I found this shampoo relatively thick in texture and so it was a bit hard to get out of the bottle. Found myself having to squeeze the bottle, especially when the bottle was less full, to get the product out. The Conditioner comes in a pump bottle. This shampoo richly lathers and rinses off well. I experienced no irritation on my scalp or skin. It felt gentle. The fragrance on the other hand is far too strong for me. I like the smell of figs and honey, but there’s a potent fragrance to this product. The scent is a bit too much. Shea Moisture is not my usual brand for hair products, but I wanted to try something new. This shampoo left my hair perfumed, shiny, clean, and soft. My curls looked defined. I found the oils and/or conditioners in this product a bit too heavy for daily use (every second day use for me) but I would consider using Shea Moisture Manuka Honey & Mafura Oil Intensive Hydration Shampoo and Conditioner weekly, or as a hair treatment. I purchased Shea Moisture Manuka Honey & Mafura Oil Intensive Hydration Conditioner at my local Shoppers Drug Mart. After completing my review mission, I will be reimbursed by Topbox Circle. I used this Shea Moisture Manuka Honey & Mafura Oil Intensive Hydration Conditioner, every other day, for the past couple of weeks. I tend to use conditioner on my naturally wavy to curly hair, before or after I shampoo, as needed. This Colour Safe conditioner is made with Certified organic Shea Butter, Honey, Mafura and Boabab oils to “restore manageability, nourish and condition dry, brittle hair”. This Shea Moisture conditioner comes in a pump bottle, so the product is easier to get out of the bottle. I left this nourishing conditioner on my hair for a few minutes, before rinsing it off with cool water. I experienced no irritation on my scalp or skin. The fragrance of this Shea Moisture Manuka Honey & Mafura Oil Intensive Hydration Conditioner is a little too strong for me, but less potent than the matching Shampoo. This conditioner left my hair detangled, manageable, shiny, and soft. My curls looked defined, and my hair was easy to style. I was able to try the Black Castor Oil Strengthen & Restore Shampoo as a #freeproduct with #trywithtopbox & was pleasantly surprised. Keeping in mind this is a restorative shampoo it's very unconventional in the way it looks, smells & shampoos the hair. I was very skeptical but was used to it by the 2nd to 3rd time using it. It doesn't suds up/lather as much as a regular shampoo but it does if you really massage the hair well & give it a second shampoo. The color doesn't bother me as I said you get used to it. My hair didn't have the traditional "clean" feeling the first time I used it but there's a definite silkier almost more creamy feel to the hair after using it which is nice. This was a nice surprise! After using it for a few weeks now, I feel like again, I'm used to it & it leaves the hair clean & amazingly hydrated. Keep in mind this is all because this shampoo is sulfate-free (which is a good thing!). So give it a chance! You wouldn't necessarily use this if you have a ton of product in your hair you need to get off (lots of hairspray, gel etc,). This could be used for the second round of shampooing. So recommend to use this when you need some hydration & your hair is heat damaged. Also big plus it didn't burn my eyes which is my number one test with any shampoo especially when I saw the highlighted ingredients as peppermint & apple cider vinegar. I detest mint in general (esp in hair care) & have used products with lots of tea tree oil etc. & do not like it. So points for being subtle smelling & not harsh. Honestly didn't even notice. This WAS a 4-star item, but the conditioner deserves a 0-star. The conditioner, even with VERY little use, has a tendency to clog the drain. It doesn't dissolve, causing build-up. I switched brands, and NEVER had a problem. You get what you pay for.Jennifer

Got this conditioner in a holiday gift set with the shampoo and I love them both! I have type 2a fine, medium density wavy hair and the conditioner is great for me, not too heavy or thick so it doesn't weigh my hair down. I don't get a ton of knots but this does seem to help detangle the ones I do have. The conditioner smells even better than the shampoo to me, a little sweeter almost? The smell is very light and nice while using, doesn't linger much at all though. Overall really solid shampoo and conditioner option.Swavy

Love this shampoo, was looking for something with sodium laureth sulfate because I wanted something cleansing but not stripping and other non-sulfate surfactants sometimes irritate my scalp and don't do anything good for my hair. I have type 2a wavy hair that's very fine and needs a good cleanse every other day. Used the old version of this in the past as well and liked it, but love this new one even more. For anyone wondering I think the old one had honey and wasn't vegan but this one is certified vegan. Hair feels clean but not stripped and the matching conditioner leaves it feeling nicely balanced. I have been using this product for over 15 years. I have very dry, fine hair and this has been the only shampoo that has kept my hair from having split ends and keeps it looking healthy and fuller. I LOVE IT. It is expensive, but a little goes a long way. And with my very thin hair, it has been the only thing I have found to keep my hair looking healthy. I have seen some complaints about how this weighs down the hair. Because this is for normal to dry hair, it is moisturizing and thick. A little goes a long way. I do use the conditioner as well, but ONLY massage it through the ends of my hair, not on the scalp. I can see how this may cause a greasy feeling. The conditioner is thick and may be difficult to wash out. This is the only line of Kerastase products I have found that has a lighter fragrance. I have tried others, but they are too perfumey for me (I'm the person who uses fragrance free detergent because the smell is too strong). Background: For the past few years my hair has been oddly greasy on top. One day, it just happened. Every time I combed my hair, I would find buildup. I tried everything (sulfate free shampoos, apple cider vinegar, rinsed, etc) So this past October I purchased this after I went ahead and got a pricey haircut for the first time. Walking into the salon, I was pretty embarrassed because for the past few years my hair had been incredibly greasy/oily at the scalp with dry ends. It makes it look like I don’t wash my hair. I had tried everything! Everything rinse both over the counter and in salons. Although my hair felt good after going into salons to remove buildup, I couldn’t afford to go in once, twice a week for this. I didn't really notice any difference in my hair, however I think it made my scalp very flaky. The only thing that I changed in my routine was this shampoo, and it made me flaky during both the winter and summer months. I have since gotten another shampoo (and am using the same conditioner) and the flakes have immediately gone. It does smell lovely though. I won't be repurchasing this product as it is very expensive and made me extremely self-conscious. Note: I only use shampoo and conditioner on my hair, no dry shampoo or other treatments. I also spend a lot of time washing out my shampoo to ensure there is no product build-up on my scalp.e

I first had purchased a sample and I absolutely fell in love with the texture it left on my hair because it was so SOFT!! First off I thought this was like a thick lotion or cream and no, it is not.. so you’re gonna have to buy a squirt bottle or a mister of some type to go along with this product.  when you shake the bottle it sounds like water but giiiiirl it is not! I like this leave in conditioner it has a water like consistency. It has almost a fruity pineapple scent. It doesnt moisturize my hair but It is also an additional heat protection so it makes my life easier to not constantly try to buy a seperate heat protectant for styling. It doesnt do much hydration at all but it does the job for a tiny extra bit of moisture. If youre someone that has low perosity hair i don’t recommend as it doesnt have much hydration properties at all but maybe for someone who has an oily scalp and want a more lightweight product this may be the one for you. Overall I recommend this because it is a two in one as the heat protectant is a plus to the product.monica.a

I tried this shampoo almost by accident. I happened to have a travel size and was going camping and grabbed it. I always use the best shampoo I can find since I have very fine hair and some color damage. I was amazed when I saw how my hair looked after it dried. I had significantly more volume and thickness and my hair felt very silky. My husband was impressed and he experienced the same thing. Noticeably thicker hair. We loved it so much I bought 3 bottles. It requires a good dollop to lather properly but once you figure the correct amount it is perfect. Really love this product. Worth every penny. While there were aspects of this shampoo I enjoyed, it didn't end up helping me or fixing my problem. I know this shampoo isn't specifically for dry/itchy and flaky scalps, but I was really hopeful that all the natural and minimal ingredients would be good for my sensitive scalp… If anything, I think it just made it worse. I have suffered from eczema for years, and have been limited to medicated skin and hair products that don't irritate, but leave my hair flat and dull and my skin still red. These two products, the Moisturizing Shampoo and Conditioner, contain pure organic Argan oil which works to repair, strengthen and protect your hair so no need for additional products before blow drying. I would however still recommend using a spray if you are going to use heated appliances as well. The products also contain colour, thermal and UV protection filters which reduce sun damage. I came across this shampoo by chance and purchased it. I was so happy with the results I then decided to get the 1 litre conditioner. It gives my hair lustre, softness and it has a beautiful subtle scent. A small amount only is needed so it goes a long way, but I will be purchasing the 1 litre shampoo next time. This shampoo is amazing because you only need a very small amount to wash your hair. This small amount turns into a larger amount once you start to moving your fingers in your hair. It also has a unique smell like a men's Cologne . The only draw back is the cap is very sensitive and weak. It is too thin and could easily break off the screw-on base, which is very difficut to remove and replace . . .The manufacturer needs to change the cap (big time).Stanley

I didn’t think I could love a shampoo conditioner so much! I took long to write my review because I wanted to really test it out until the very last minute. I have noticed a change in my hair and scalp since I started to use them both together. My hair has a lot less frizz than before with other brands. It leaves my smooth with no frizz at all. No matter if I blow dry my hair straight or leave it curly, the frizz is controlled! It also has a nice yet very subtle scent which is nice. I love that it has not dried out my scalp like other shampoos I’ve been using. I think I’ve found my holy grail shampoo conditioner!maria.f

I have a very dry scalp but also wavy frizzy hair. I typically use dandruff specific shampoo and conditioner as that is all I’ve found that works for my hair and scalp. I was very excited to try something new and so far have been very pleased with the results. I like to shampoo twice since I only wash weekly (once to clean out dirt/product buildup and again to really clean my scalp). The scent of this shampoo was very pleasant and I loved the thick texture-not watery at all. It also creates a good lather which is important to really get my scalp feeling clean. I’m on day 2 of my hair and so far my scalp has no itching and no greasy feeling which can happen after not washing your hair daily. I styled my hair with only some heat protectant and my curls were left with no frizz. Day 2 still no frizz which is great!nicole .h
